‘That’s What They Deserve:’ Departing FBI Boss Rallies Agents Against Trump

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Departing FBI Director Chris Wray gave detailed instructions to the bureau’s agents on how to counter the incoming administration of President-elect Donald Trump, who has promised to reform the agency to eliminate partisan politics. 

“We’ve got to maintain our independence and objectivity, staying above partisanship and politics,” Wray said in his farewell address on Friday. “Because that’s what the American people expect and, I think, that’s what they deserve.” 

While Wray did not directly mention Trump, his speech centered around the bureau’s future. He announced his intent to step down as FBI director on Dec. 11, 2024, just weeks after Trump appointed Kash Patel as his pick to lead the agency in 2025. 

At the time, Trump welcomed Wray’s resignation, hailing it as a “great day for America” that would “end the Weaponization” of the “United States Department of Injustice.” 

“I just don’t know what happened to him,” Trump wrote in Truth Social. “We will now restore the Rule of Law for all Americans.” 

In contrast, Wray patted himself on the back for his seven-year tenure, claiming that he “personally” handed badges to 5,700 new agents and protected the Constitution from adversaries. 

Despite his self-congratulatory remarks, Wray leaves behind a deeply unpopular FBI, which politicians from both parties have accused of political weaponization and corruption. 

According to Pew Research, the DOJ, which oversees the bureau, is viewed unfavorably by a majority of Republicans and GOP-leaning independents (56%). This is likely tied to the Biden administration’s use of the justice system against Trump following the 2020 election.

In August 2022, the FBI conducted a highly publicized and aggressive raid of Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida in search of so-called classified documents. 

Three months later, Attorney General Merrick Garland appointed Special Counsel Jack Smith to investigate Trump, ultimately leading to two highly questionable criminal cases related to the documents dispute and the events of Jan. 6. 

Both cases crumbled amid major legal challenges and ended following Trump’s landslide victory in the 2024 election. 

Notably, Trump has previously criticized the FBI for conducting the raid, which covered First Lady Melania Trump’s personal belongings. 

“Under the leadership of Christopher Wray, the FBI illegally raided my home, without cause, worked diligently on illegally impeaching and indicting me, and has done everything else to interfere with the success and future of America,” Trump wrote in his social media platform. “They have used their vast powers to threaten and destroy many innocent Americans, some of which will never be able to recover from what has been done to them.”

Notre Dame Head Coach Shuts Down ESPN’s Race Narrative

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) The University of Notre Dame’s head football coach told the race-baiting ESPN reporter on Thursday that your skin color doesn’t matter and praised the team.

After Marcus Freeman’s team defeated Penn State University, the ESPN reporter used the race card to press Freeman to talk about how much his position as the “first black head coach to go to a national championship game in college football” meant to him. However, Freeman refused to accept one of the divisive leftist narratives.

“I’ve said this before: I don’t ever want to take attention away from the team. It is an honor, and I hope all coaches — minorities, black, Asian, white, it doesn’t matter, great people — continue to get opportunities to lead young men like this,” he said. “But this ain’t about me. This is about us. We’re going to celebrate what we’ve done because it’s so special.”

Conservatives on Twitter praised Freeman and criticized ESPN for its race-obsessed rhetoric.

“Great answer by Marcus Freeman. I wish ESPN would stop race-baiting. [Let’s] celebrate Notre Dame winning the Orange Bowl,” @andrewclune24 wrote.

Conservative political activist Robby Starbuck, famous for being the leader of successful boycotts of woke companies, also praised Freeman.

Founder of Turning Point USA, Charlie Kirk, also noted that “that answer right there is a big reason why he’s been successful.”

“ESPN just couldn’t resist making it about race… As I’ve said before, it’s time to move beyond this obsession with race. America is a land of opportunity, and we should focus on choosing the most qualified people for the job—regardless of race, religion, color or creed,” Rep. Wesley Hunt, R-Texas, wrote, stating that “ESPN’s fixation on race surprises no one.”

Founder of Outkick, Clay Travis, also criticized ESPN, pointing out that, instead of reporting that “Notre Dame just won its biggest game since 1988,” the network focuses on Freeman’s race.

“Terrible question but great response by Notre Dame’s head coach. Sports should bring people together, not separate,” @BrettFavre wrote.

Calif. Professor Celebrates Not Having White Students in Class

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) California State University, Long Beach (CSULB) Journalism Professor Jesus Ayala recently revealed the anti-white racism at the university by celebrating the fact that all students who enrolled in his fall 2024 journalism course were “students of color.”

The Campus Reform reported that the university published an article on Ayala’s work on Dec. 24, 2024, and shared his comments about his Journalism 482 course.

“100% of the students enrolled in JOUR 482 in fall 2024 are students of color,” Ayala stated. “In order to diversify TV newsrooms, we need to diversify newsroom pipelines. This is what makes [Beach TV News] special.”

CSULB’s official LinkedIn account also shared Ayala’s quote and a link to the article with almost 300,000 followers.

“The award-winning Beach TV News (BTVN) is making a splash in college journalism and providing a diverse pipeline in a field that’s becoming less diverse,” the university stated in its LinkedIn post.

CSULB also included Ayala’s biography on its website, describing him as “one of the most distinguished and decorated broadcast journalism professors in the country” and citing his multiple Emmy Awards.

“Prof. Ayala teaches courses in both English and Spanish and specializes in broadcast journalism, field producing, multimedia production, international reporting and reporting about race and ethnicity,” the university wrote. “In 2008, he covered Barack Obama’s historic presidential campaign as a [White House] pool producer.”

The recent news was not surprising to those who are familiar with anti-white racism on college and university campuses all around the country and the CSULB broadcast program that aligns itself with DEI propaganda.

CSULB President Jane Close Conoley delivered the “Black Lives Matter President’s Equity and Action Report” in August 2020 and “communicated to campus our critical mandate to diversify our faculty, staff and student body and ensure equitable opportunities for all faculty, staff and students.”

However, the university’s DEI goals contradict Proposition 209, which prohibits state actors from discriminating and granting “preferential treatment to any individual or group based on race, sex, color, ethnicity or national origin in the operation of public employment, public education or public contracting.” Every public institution in California, including CSULB, is required by law to comply with the proposition.

Conservatives on Twitter and in the comments section under the Gateway Pundit’s news article expressed their outrage over the discrimination against white people.

“This seems to be more about hating white people than it is about loving diversity,” Victor Nieves of the Pundit wrote.

CNN’s Legal Guy Says ‘Will of the Voters’ Trumped Judge’s Lawfare

(Julianna Frieman, Headline USA) CNN commentator Elie Honing said the “will of the voters” prevailed despite President-elect Donald Trump’s political conviction of 34 felony counts in New York.

Trump ripped Democrats on Friday as corrupt Judge Juan Merchan sentenced him to an unconditional discharge — just to label him a “convicted felon” before he takes office on Jan. 20.

“If we think about this in the bigger picture and we go back to the summer of 2023 Donald Trump had just been hit with four separate indictments in four separate jurisdictions,” Honing said on The Situation Room. “He has two federal cases by Jack Smith, he has the Georgia prosecution, and he has this one.”

Honing commented on the slim chance any defendant could come out of an all-out legal assault unscathed, a feat Trump achieved.

“The odds of any person coming through that with the only result being unconditional discharge, being nothing are a million to one,” the CNN legal analyst said.

He added, “And I think what ended up happening here is these prosecutions, as Judge Merchan acknowledged, had the effect of bolstering Donald Trump’s political fortunes. The American people were certainly not impressed by this one in particular.”

Trump attended his Friday sentencing remotely, telling the court the law was weaponized to torpedo his reelection bid. The Republican remarked, “Obviously, that didn’t work.”

Honing explored Trump’s victory in his analysis of the Republican’s legal hurdles.

“And the fact that Donald Trump succeeded politically,” he continued, referencing the president-elect’s historic election win taking home the popular vote, the Electoral College, all seven battleground states and both chambers of Congress, “in turn, ended up getting him out of these prosecutions.”

Honing said Merchan had an “interesting observation” about Trump’s triumph. The CNN commentator broke it down by saying, “We prosecutors like to think we’re above and separate from the political process. But really, we’re all part of the same constitutional democracy. Sometimes the will of the voters wins out.”

Tim Pool Goes on Fox, Tells GOP to ‘Take the Power’ as Meta Moves Toward Trump

(Julianna Frieman, Headline USA) Podcaster Tim Pool went on Fox News on Friday to tell Republicans they must “take the power” as Meta shifts its policies toward President-elect Donald Trump.

Along with announcing the removal of politically based fact-checkers on Facebook and Instagram, Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg claimed his company would drop its diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) policies just days before Trump’s inauguration.

Pool told Primetime host Jesse Watters of Meta’s so-called restoration of free speech on social media, “Look, we’re happy Trump won. So, I’ll take the power if he’s shifting in this direction.”

Pool referenced Zuckerberg’s claim Friday to The Joe Rogan Experience that Biden administration staffers “screamed” and “cursed” at Facebook employees to censor “true” content, particularly about COVID-19 pandemic. The Timcast host said, “This only scratches the surface.”

“Facebook built a portal for feds to log in to their company so they could flag misinformation,” Pool said, mentioning it has been widely known the FBI, the CIA and potentially the NSA had “backdoor access” to Meta.

Pool credited activists and “real journalists” for exposing Meta’s collusion with the deep state.

He said, “Now they’re giving us the light, vanilla version of ‘they were just having us censor this COVID stuff.’ No, no. Let me ask you a question, Mark Zuckerberg.”

Pool remembered Facebook’s censorship of the name Eric Ciaramella, a whistleblower in the “false impeachment” of Trump. The podcaster reminded viewers that social media users on Meta’s platforms who typed Ciaramella’s name in any context would have their post deleted without notification.

“No warning, no rule violation. That is extreme censorship,” Pool said. “Because covering up that name hid a news story of historical significance.”

The Hunter Biden laptop story, which Facebook and Instagram suppressed, “affected an election,” the podcaster told Watters.

The Fox News host burst into laughter over the fact that President Joe Biden pardoned his son, Hunter, related to the bombshell laptop story that was proven to be real.

Pool commented on Biden’s absurd Friday suggestion that he, who was “underwater” by several percentage points, could have beaten Trump if he stayed his party’s candidate. The president bizarrely added that Vice President Kamala Harris, who Trump trounced in the popular vote, Electoral College and all seven battleground states,  could have also defeated the Republican.

He added that the Democrats seem to lack an upcoming leader and said potential successor Gov. Gavin Newsom, D-Calif., may be doomed following his atrocious response to his state’s raging wildfires.

Notorious Climate Alarmist Forced to Pay $600K for Frivolous Lawsuit

(Julianna Frieman, Headline USA) Notorious climate alarmist Michael Mann, a professor at the University of Pennsylvania, was ordered to pay more than $500,000 in legal fees to National Review, the publication revealed on Friday.

Mann filed a defamation lawsuit against the publication in 2012 after National Review editor Rich Lowry wrote a post titled “Get Lost.” The so-called scientist initially threatened to sue National Review after its blog, the Corner, ran a piece criticizing Mann’s research as “intellectually bogus and wrong” — a threat he made good on after Lowry published his article.

National Review ran the headline, “Pay up, Mr. Mann,” on Friday, more than a decade later, revealing that the climate change kook must fork over $530,820.21 within 30 days.

“For more than eight years, the climate scientist Michael Mann harassed National Review through litigation over a blog post — until, eventually, the First Amendment brought an end to his attack,” the outlet wrote in part. “It is time for him to get out his checkbook, and sign on the dotted line.”

Mann admitted during discovery that his lawsuit was meant to “ruin National Review,” according to the publication.

The editors blasted Mann for trying to subvert the First Amendment, especially as a scientist — someone who was “supposed to be devoted” to open debate.

“Science — to which Mann is supposed to be devoted  — inevitably involves disagreement. And yet, Mann proved incapable of handling dissent. Instead of engaging in debate, he sued us — for defamation and for the infliction of emotional distress. This, suffice it to say, is not how debate in America should work,” National Review wrote.

The publication acknowledged that their years-long legal battle had not been full of victories, noting that a jury made Steyn and fellow blogger Rand Simberg, who wrote posts accusing Mann of fudging data in his global warming “hockey stick” graph, pay damages to Mann. While Simberg owed just $1,000, Steyn was ordered to pay $1 million in punitive damages, according to Courthouse News.

“The legal system hasn’t covered itself in glory, either. Our own justice was repeatedly delayed, and, when it arrived, it was via the back door rather than as part of a ringing endorsement of the right to free speech. And, disgracefully, both of our co-litigants, Mark Steyn and Rand Simberg, have been ordered to pay damages,” National Review stated.

National Review added, “The promise of American law is that there will be material consequences for bad behavior, and, after twelve years, there finally have been. Mann’s behavior throughout has been appalling. Now, he must pay up.”

Daily Wire, TPUSA ‘Transgender’ Documentary Released on Twitter

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) The Daily Wire and Turning Point USA recently released their documentary about the “transgender” ideology, making it available to watch for free over the weekend on Twitter.

Since Jan. 13, the documentary will be available exclusively on DailyWire+.

The Daily Wire reported that the documentary, titled Identity Crisis, “exposes the societal failures enabling the continued mutilation of children and features raw interviews with victims of the movement, including individuals who have detransitioned themselves and parents in the throes of a familial transgender battle.”

“Gender ideology is still destroying lives. Detransitioners, parents, and experts are speaking out, but the system doesn’t want you to hear them,” the Daily Wire co-founder and co-CEO Jeremy Boreing wrote. “Matt Walsh changed the world with What Is a Woman?, but our mission is not complete.” 

Walsh also wrote about the recently released documentary, stating that he was “honored that [his work] inspired the new documentary… which reveals the harmful, heartbreaking consequences.”

Fiction writer and one of the Daily Wire’s hosts, Andrew Klavan, also noted that “[people] can’t cover this atrocity enough.”

The Daily Wire’s co-founder Ben Shapiro also promoted the movie, criticizing the “radical [and destructive] gender ideology” that “has infiltrated our institutions, preyed upon vulnerable children, and torn families apart.”

“The activists and bureaucrats behind it insist that any opposition is bigotry when, in reality, they are engaged in one of the greatest medical scandals of our time,” he wrote.

Another host from the Daily Wire, Michael Knowles, stated that, after watching the documentary, people should use the fact that conservatives now control the White House, Congress, Senate and the Supreme Court to “eradicate this pernicious ideology from public life entirely.”

TPUSA and its founder, Charlie Kirk, also responded to the recent release of the documentary, urging everybody to watch it.

Chloe Cole and Laura Becker, two “detransitioners” who were interviewed for the documentary, also promoted the film, calling it the “gut-wrenching,” “emotional” and “comprehensive indictment of gender ideology.”

Biden Expands TPS for Venezuelans Who Entered US with Laken Riley’s Killer

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) The Biden administration announced Friday the expansion of deportation protections for 600,000 Venezuelan nationals living in the United States illegally. Notably, this order protects those who entered during the same period as Laken Riley’s murderer. 

The Department of Homeland Security expanded Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for individuals from Venezuela by 18 months, potentially binding President-elect Donald Trump to this program until Oct. 2, 2026. 

TPS has long been a controversial program that effectively allows illegal immigrants to remain in the U.S. nearly indefinitely despite its “temporary” purpose. Democrats have claimed the program is needed to protect illegal immigrants due to so-called humanitarian emergencies. 

Courts have historically blocked efforts to terminate TPS and similar programs. For instance, courts have ruled DACA illegal but allowed the federal government to renew it for individuals who received it before July 16, 2021. 

The total number of Venezuelans eligible for Biden’s new extension exceeds the population of Wyoming and nearly matches those of Vermont and Washington, D.C. Individuals must have arrived in the U.S. by July 31, 2023, to qualify for the program.

Jose Ibarra, who was found guilty of the brutal murder of Riley, a beloved nursing student in Georgia, entered the country illegally on Sept. 8, 2022, from Venezuela.  

While it is unclear whether Ibarra held TPS protection, he was paroled into the U.S. Less than two years later, on Feb. 22, 2024, Ibarra attacked and killed Riley, according to his conviction. 

Ibarra came to the attention of immigration in September 2023 when New York City police arrested him for a motorcycle-related violation involving a child. However, New York released him without alerting ICE

Ibarra then moved to Georgia, where he had several encounters with law enforcement before killing Riley.

Yikes: Top Calif. Democrat Fumbles When Pressed on Anti-Trump Session as LA Burns

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) California State Assembly Speaker Robert Rivas, a Democrat, fumbled during a press conference on Thursday. He was pressed about his special session to preemptively attack the incoming Trump administration, even as wildfires continued to destroy Los Angeles. 

Rivas, a protégé of former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, faced the tough questions of KCRA reporter Ashley Zavala on whether Democrats had the right priorities amid the unprecedented fires.

“Is now the right time to have a special legislative session on allocating money to fight Trump in a way that you could already do without a special legislative session?” Zavala asked. 

Seemingly unprepared to address the concerns, Rivas responded: “I’m here to address … these wildfires. This is a historic, historic wildfire. This is, this is a historic event. These wildfires, as I mentioned, are going to be, quite possibly, some of the worst wildfires and disasters in the state and national history.” 

Undeterred by Rivas’s attempt to pivot from the topic, Zavala reiterated her points. 

“While this wildfire is happening, and while people are trying to understand what’s going on and are worried about disaster relief, worried about the ability to get homeowners insurance, your chamber gaveled into a special legislative session to prepare for Donald Trump in a way that you are already able to do without a special legislative session. Again, is now the right time for that?” she asked. 

Rivas ignored the damning comments and attempted to shift the focus to the wildfires. 

“We are acting with great urgency, great urgency, to ensure that we’re providing much needed relief to Angelenos, to ensure that we understand what it’s going to take for that, for this region to recover and to support those that have been most impacted by this disaster,” he claimed. 

Zavala’s questions referenced partisan actions taken by California Gov. Gavin Newsom, who convened a special legislative session to “safeguard California values and fundamental rights in the face of an incoming Trump administration.” 

The special session seeks to increase funding to the California Department of Justice and Department of State to battle President-elect Donald Trump’s agenda.  

This move drew widespread mockery from Republicans, who accused Newsom of trying to undermine the will of the voters in the past presidential election. 

To make matters worse for Newsom, the special session coincided with the ravaging wildfires that have resulted in the deaths of at least 11 individuals and the destruction of thousands of homes in the Los Angeles area. Rating agencies estimate that the property damage could exceed $50 billion.

Russia Diplomatically Tells Trump to Stay Away from Greenland

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) The Kremlin said on Thursday that Russia has strategic national interests in the Arctic after President-elect Donald Trump announced his plans to buy Greenland.

According to Reuters, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Russia was closely watching the “dramatic development.”

“The Arctic is a zone of our national interests, our strategic interests,” Peskov said. “We are interested in preserving the atmosphere of peace and stability in the Arctic zone. We are watching the rather dramatic development of the situation very closely, but so far, thank G-d, at the level of statements.”

Peskov also said that U.S. attempts to gain Greenland “were a matter for the United States and Denmark,” adding that Europe was not enthusiastic about Trump’s statement.

“Europe reacts very timidly, and it is, of course, scary to react to Trump’s words. Therefore, Europe reacts very cautiously, modestly, quietly, almost in a whisper,” he said.

Reuters also asked Peskov about Trump’s desire to acquire the Panama Canal, which the United States built and owned before handing it to Panama in 1999. He said that the U.S. and Panama should resolve the issue between themselves.

“The only hands that control the canal are Panamanian, and that’s how it will continue to be,” Panamanian Foreign Minister Javier Martinez-Acha said on Tuesday.

The recent news came after Trump stated that he wanted to purchase Greenland because it would benefit the security and freedom of the U.S. and the world.

“For purposes of National Security and Freedom throughout the World, the United States of America feels that the ownership and control of Greenland is an absolute necessity. Ken will do a wonderful job in representing the interests of the United States,” Trump wrote on Truth Social.

Greenland Prime Minister Múte Egede responded to Trump’s comments by stating that Greenland doesn’t plan to become a part of the U.S. but instead become independent.

“The Greenlandic people’s opportunity for independence has been adopted through the provisions of the Self-Government Act, thereby creating a legal basis for how independence can be achieved,” he said. “A draft constitution for our country has also been prepared… Work has already begun with regard to creating the framework for Greenland as an independent state within the possibilities and provisions of the Self-Government Act.”

After that, Donald Trump Jr. and Turning Point Action founder Charlie Kirk flew to Greenland, reportedly not to meet with local government officials, as Newsweek reported.

Even though Trump’s son and Kirk allegedly never intended to negotiate a deal, soon after that happened, Egede said on Friday that he was ready to speak with the future leader of the U.S. about the situation.
