No, Trump Didn’t Simulate Oral Sex—But Here’s the Vulgarity Democrats Embrace

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Several leftist news outlets falsely accused President Donald Trump of simulating oral sex on a microphone during a rally, using a misleading five-second clip to distort what really transpired.

Ironically, these are the same types of outlets that turned a blind eye to vulgar jokes aimed at Trump’s running mate, JD Vance, by Vice President Kamala Harris’s allies, including her running mate Tim Walz.

Walz sickeningly regurgitated a false conspiracy theory that Vance wrote in his book Hillbilly Elegy about having sex with a couch.

Walz made these jokes right in front of Harris, who laughed. Warren similarly seized on the false story at the Democratic National Convention. Just two months ago, former President Barack Obama made hand gestures to apparently mock Trump’s penis size.

At a campaign rally in Milwaukee, Trump complained about a malfunctioning microphone that was also positioned too low for him.

“I’m blowing out my left arm, now I’m going to blow out my right arm, and I’m blowing out my damn throat too, because these stupid people,” he said.

Trump then recounted entering another rally where he had to bend over so his voice could be heard through the microphone.

“I come in, and here’s the problem,” Trump said as he moved to shake the microphone stand. He then proceeded to bend down to reach it at least twice.

“Way too low! Way Too low!” he stated of the microphone stand.

Several outlets ran with the clip, falsely claiming Trump had simulated a sexual act.

The Atlantic published a piece headlined “Trump Needs Help.”

OK Magazine published another that included a quote: “‘WTF Is Wrong With Him?’”

The Wrap similarly wrote, “Donald Trump Mimes Blow Job as He Vents About His Mic Setup…”

The clip has garnered millions of views on X, with users suggesting Trump is unfit to be president because of the alleged gesture, which had nothing to do with oral sex.

Fetterman Paints Kamala’s Chances in Pa. as Grim: ‘I Said the Same Thing in 2016’

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Sen. John Fetterman, D-Pa., delivered some tough news regarding Vice President Kamala Harris’s chances of clinging to victory in Pennsylvania: the state may end up supporting President Donald Trump, as it did in 2016.

Fetterman made these assertions during an interview with CNN anchor Dana Bash on Sunday, as Harris campaigned in Allentown, Pittsburgh and Philadelphia in what seemed like last-ditch efforts to court support.

“When Trump won Pennsylvania, you said your party wasn’t connecting with voters enough that it needs. What are you seeing now? Are you seeing any of the same warning signs in 2024?” Bash asked Fetterman.

“There’s nothing new here,” Fetterman replied. “I said the same thing in 2016. I said that it’s going to be close. I mean, there’s an issue there and I said it is going to be very close in 2020—and, of course, it was.”

Fetterman added, “I have been saying this whether it was Biden or whether it became Harris. I said it’s going to be very close—and Trump definitely has a connection with voters here in Pennsylvania. That’s why it’s going to be close but there’s a lot of tremendous amount of energy for Harris too.”

The Pennsylvania senator mentioned campaigning for Harris in Erie with former President Bill Clinton and in Butler County, where Trump narrowly escaped an assassination attempt on July 13.

“It is undeniable that there’s strong energy on both sides,” Fetterman continued. “It’s going to be close and I’m not surprised to hear that Harris is going to spend more time in Pennsylvania before the election because we all understand Pennsylvania is going to pick the president.”

Fetterman’s comments come as Trump enjoys a slim 0.2-point lead in average polling data, according to FiveThirtyEight.

Recent polls reflect a tight race, with a Trafalgar Group poll showing Trump leading Harris by one point, 48-47. Similarly, a Patriot Polling survey conducted between Nov. 1 and Nov. 3 indicated Trump leading by a margin of 49-48.

Emhoff Throws Tantrum Over Trump on Viral Podcasts: ‘He’s Not Your Friend’

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff appeared frustrated over President Donald Trump’s growing support among young male voters through his viral appearances on popular podcasts.

Emhoff aired these grievances when asked about Trump’s “bro” culture and “what it means to be a man” in an interview with MSNBC’s Symone Sanders-Townsend on Sunday’s episode of The Weekend.

“What’s your take here on the historic gender gap that we are seeing in this election and then this whole bro culture situation, what it means to be a man?” Sanders-Townsend asked about the 2024 presidential election.

Emhoff responded that Trump is “trying to portray himself as someone who he really isn’t” by allegedly acting happy, dancing and being conversational in podcasts and at wrestling events.

Over the past week, Trump has been interviewed by popular hosts including Joe Rogan, Theo Von, The Undertaker, Andrew Schulz, Logan Paul, and Adin Ross, among others. Collectively, these episodes have garnered several dozen million views.

By contrast, Harris has avoided unconventional media platforms, instead opting for friendly venues such as Saturday Night Live and the Call Her Daddy podcast.

Expanding his points, Emhoff added, “What I’m trying to implore young men in particular to do the research. He’s not your friend.”

“The policies that he’s talking about will not help them in the economy. The policies that he’s talking about have nothing to do with them. They might think he’s great, think he’s cool.”

Emhoff then recounted a puzzling story of a mother who supposedly convinced her son to support Vice President Kamala Harris.

The mother was allegedly “nervous” and “worried” her son was compelled to vote for Trump by watching his podcast appearances. The mother then implored her son to “go online” and “watch his speeches,” not the podcasts, wrestling matches, the UFC or football games.

According to Emhoff, the son later “came back and said, ‘Oh my goodness, Mom, I’m voting for Harris.’”

Biden-Harris Admin Neglects Troops’ Ballots While Trump Pledges to End Wars

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Three Republican lawmakers said Friday that the Biden-Harris administration reportedly failed to provide write-in absentee ballots to some active-duty service members due to depleted ballot stockpiles at certain bases.

According to Reps. Brian Mast, R-Fla.; Bill Huizenga, R-Mich.; and Michael Waltz, R-Fla., the Pentagon neglected to replenish ballot stockpiles at undisclosed U.S. bases just days before the Nov. 5 presidential election.

These complaints come as President Donald Trump, campaigning against Vice President Kamala Harris, has emphasized his opposition to foreign wars and pledged to end them if re-elected.

In a letter addressed to Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin, the lawmakers recounted statements from active-duty service members, demanding the Pentagon mobilize resources to ensure service members can vote if they wish to do so.

The Wednesday letter detailed the lawmakers’ “grave concern” over deficiencies in the Defense Department’s protocol for supporting service members’ voting rights.

“Our nation’s brave men and women in uniform brought to our attention that there has been inadequate education at the administrative level on how to register to vote, request an absentee ballot, and fill in a federal write-in absentee ballot if their state-issue ballot does not arrive in time,” the lawmakers wrote.

The lawmakers urged Austin to clarify Pentagon guidance on voting, including any procedures for supplying sample ballots and conducting voting education for service members.

“This is absolutely unacceptable,” Mast said in a press statement Friday announcing the letter. “Our nation’s elite warriors deserve to have every opportunity to vote for the next commander-in-chief, especially since that person will be making life-and-death decisions for our troops.”

Waltz echoed Mast’s concerns, emphasizing the need for assurances that “these service members who are putting their lives on the line for our country have the information and tools they need to cast their ballot to vote.”

Huizenga was equally critical, stating, “Sadly, this is the latest example of the Biden-Harris Administration failing to stand up for our servicemembers.”

Buffett Divests from Woke Corporations, Bets Big on Deflation Ahead of U.S. Election

(Headline USA) Warren Buffett appeared to be unloading billions of dollars of stock in woke corporations and banking on the prospect that the next administration will bring the out-of-control U.S. economy during the Biden–Harris administration back in line, perhaps even effecting a period of negative inflation.

Buffett is now sitting on more than $325 billion cash after dumping Apple and Bank of America shares this year and continuing to collect a steady stream of profits from all of Berkshire Hathaway’s assorted businesses without finding any major acquisitions.

The specific motives behind enigmatic Buffett’s financial moves remain a mystery, although it would appear to indicate a belief that former President Donald Trump’s recent surge of momentum would usher him back into the White House.

Berkshire said it sold off about 100 million more Apple shares in the third quarter after halving its massive investment in the iPhone maker last quarter.

The remaining stake of roughly 300 million shares was valued at $69.9 billion at the end of September remains Berkshire’s biggest single investment, but it has been cut drastically since the end of last year when it was worth $174.3 billion.

Investors will also be disappointed to learn that Berkshire didn’t repurchase any of its own shares in the quarter.

CFRA Research analyst Cathy Seifert claimed shareholders would wonder why Buffett was continuing to accumulate so much cash. “Are they more pessimistic about the future economic and market picture than perhaps others are?” she said.

Federal Election Commission records show that Seifert has made at least six contributions totaling $975 to Democrat campaigns—four of them specifically for the Biden–Harris campaign—since 2020.

While anxieties exist that radical leftists will take a Trump landslide poorly, perhaps resulting in a period of political violence and instability, investors appear optimistic about a Trump presidency helping to revitalize the flailing economy.

Buffett, who is also a major Democrat donor, claimed at the annual meeting in May that part of why he started selling some of his Apple shares was that he expected tax rates to go higher in the future.

But Edward Jones analyst Jim Shanahan said he wonders if part of the reason Buffett started selling Apple is tied to last year’s death of Vice Chairman Charlie Munger because the sales started shortly after Munger’s death.

Shanahan said Buffett has never been as comfortable with technology businesses as his longtime partner was.

“If Charlie Munger were still alive, perhaps he wouldn’t have sold down the position quite as aggressively—maybe at all,” Shanahan said.

Berkshire said Saturday that investment gains again drove its third-quarter profits skyward to $26.25 billion, or $18,272 per Class A share. A year ago, unrealized paper investment losses dragged the Omaha, Nebraska-based conglomerate’s earnings down to a loss of $12.77 billion, or $8,824 per Class A share.

Buffett has long recommended that investors pay more attention to Berkshire’s operating earnings if they want to get a good sense of how the businesses it owns are doing because those numbers exclude investments.

Berkshire’s bottom-line profit figures can vary widely from quarter to quarter along with the value of its investments regardless of whether the company bought or sold anything.

By that measure, Berkshire said its operating earnings were only down about 6% at $10.09 billion, or $7,023.01 per Class A share. That compares to last year’s $10.8 billion, or $7,437.15 per Class A share.

The four analysts surveyed by FactSet Research predicted that Berkshire would report operating earnings of $7,335.11 per Class A share.

Berkshire’s revenue didn’t change much at $92.995 billion. A year ago, it reported $93.21 billion revenue. That number was ahead of the $92.231 billion revenue that three analysts surveyed by FactSet predicted.

Berkshire owns an assortment of insurance businesses, including Geico, along with BNSF railroad, several major utilities and a varied collection of retail and manufacturing businesses, including brands like Dairy Queen and See’s Candy.

One of Berkshire’s insurers, Guard, reported some additional losses on previous years after managers reassessed its policies.

Berkshire did resolve one mystery from the quarter by spelling out how much it paid to acquire the rest of the shares in its utility business from the estate of former Berkshire board member Walter Scott.

Berkshire said it paid $2.4 billion cash, issued $600 million in debt and gave the Scott family Class B Berkshire shares worth a little over $1 billion. So the total compensation was about $4 billion.

That means the Scott family didn’t get nearly as good of a price for their 8% stake in the utilities as when Berkshire Vice Chairman Greg Abel sold his 1% stake in the utility business two years ago for $870 million.

Abel is slated to succeed the 94-year-old Buffett as CEO in the event of his death.

Treasury Expands Oversight of Foreign Property Purchases Near Military Bases

(Brett Rowland, The Center Square) The Treasury Department issued a final rule Friday that expanded the government’s ability to review foreign real estate transactions near more than 60 military bases and installations across 30 states.

China, in particular, has raised concerns due to is land acquisitions, which could facilitate espionage or, through the us of high-tech weaponry like electromagnetic pulses, disable the U.S. military response in the event of a crisis or foreign attack.

The Treasury Department worked with the Defense Department on the rule, which gives the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States, or CFIUS, new authority.

CFIUS has the authority to review real estate transactions near military installations and to take action in appropriate circumstances.

The final rule adds nearly 60 military installations to an existing list of military installations around which CFIUS has jurisdiction over real estate transactions and CFIUS jurisdiction around nearly 10 existing installations will be extended.

“This latest update expands the reach of CFIUS’s real estate jurisdiction while maintaining its sharp focus on national security,” Treasury said in a statement.

Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen said the rule is focused on U.S. security.

“This final rule will significantly increase the ability of CFIUS to thoroughly review real estate transactions near bases and will allow us to deter and stop foreign adversaries from threatening our Armed Forces, including through intelligence gathering,” she said inn a statement.

CFIUS has jurisdiction over real estate transactions through the Foreign Investment Risk Review Modernization Act of 2018. That allows CFIUS to review foreign real estate deals in the United States close to a military installation, another facility or other government property.

The CFIUS regulations governing real estate transactions identify a subset of military installations around which certain real estate transactions are covered under CFIUS’s jurisdiction.

State lawmakers in Alabama, Florida, Louisiana, Ohio and Texas have discussed options to restrict who can buy near sensitive facilities.

“Today’s final rule is a significant milestone in safeguarding critical U.S. military and defense installations,” Assistant Secretary for Investment Security Paul Rosen said.

“The expansion of CFIUS jurisdiction around more than 60 military installations across 30 states highlights the work of CFIUS to be nimble and responsive to the evolving nature of the threats we face in the context of foreign investment that raises national security concerns,” he added.

The final rule will become effective 30 days after publication in the Federal Register.

State-Backed Assassination of Instagram Star ‘Peanut’ Sends Shockwaves on Social Media

(Headline USA) A man who took in an orphaned squirrel and made it a social media star vowed Saturday that New York state’s decision to seize and euthanize the animal “won’t go unheard.”

Mark Longo declined to specify his possible next steps but said officials would hear from him soon about what happened to Peanut the squirrel and his brother Fred, a rescued raccoon that was also confiscated and put down.

“We will make a stance on how this government and New York state utilizes their resources,” Longo said in a phone interview with the Associated Press.

The state Department of Environmental Conservation took Peanut and Fred Wednesday from Longo’s home and animal sanctuary in rural Pine City, near the Pennsylvania border.

The agency claimed it had gotten complaints that wildlife was being kept illegally and potentially unsafely.

State law requires people to get a license if they wish to own a wild animal.

Longo has said he was working to get Peanut—also known as P’Nut or PNUT—certified as an educational animal.

The DEC and the Chemung County Health Department said Friday that the squirrel and raccoon were euthanized so they could be tested for rabies after Peanut bit someone involved in the investigation.

Longo said Saturday that he didn’t see Peanut bite anyone during what he described as an hourslong, heavy-handed search.

The authorities haven’t spoken with him since they left the property, he said.

“Honestly, this still kind of feels surreal, that the state that I live in actually targeted me and took two of the most beloved animals on this planet away, didn’t even quarantine them,” he said. “They took them from my house and just killed them.”

News of the state-sponsored murders sent shockwaves through the online world, with public figures including billionaire X owner Elon Musk among those who have spoken out against it.

“Government overreach kidnapped an orphaned squirrel and executed it,” Musk wrote on the platform.

GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump—in the midst of a busy final stretch ahead of the Nov. 5 campaign—did not bring up the controversy during an evening rally in Greensboro, N.C. A statement reportedy attributed to Trump was determined to be fake.

However, videos and memes on social-media suggested that the issue resonated deeply with Trump-supporting “MAGA” voters, similar to the reports in September of Haitian refugees eating cats and ducks in Springfield, Ohio.

The incident might also resonate with historically Democrat voters in New York as Trump, on the heels of a rally last weekend at Madison Square Garden, eyes the possibility of claiming the deep-blue state as Republican for the first time since President Ronald Reagan’s 1984 election.

The killing of Peanut and Fred echoed a recent controversy in nearby Massachusetts, where the threat of government officials confiscating social-media star Nibi the beaver resulted in court invervention and the involvement of Democrat Gov. Maura Healey.

Longo said he started caring for Peanut after the animal’s mother was hit by a car in New York City seven years ago.

Tens of thousands of users of Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms glimpsed the animal sporting tiny hats, doing tricks and nibbling on waffles clutched in his little paws.

Longo said Fred the raccoon was dropped off on his doorstep a few months ago. After helping the animal recover from injuries, Longo said, he and his wife were planning to release the creature into the woods.

A request for comment was sent to the DEC on Saturday.

FCC Commissioner Calls Out NBC’s ‘Blatant’ Violation of Equal Time Rule with Kamala’s SNL Stunt

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) A Federal Communications Commissioner suggested that Vice President Kamala Harris’s surprise appearance on Saturday Night Live just days before the Nov. 5 election may have violated federal law.

FCC Commissioner Brendan Carr argued that NBC scheduled Harris’s SNL appearance to evade the Equal Time rule, which mandates balanced airtime for political candidates. With the election scheduled for Tuesday, President Donald Trump cannot get equal time.

“This is a clear and blatant effort to evade the FCC’s Equal Time rule,” Carr wrote on X, responding to an Associated Press article about Harris’s appearance. The campaign kept the appearance a secret until hours before air.

“The purpose of the rule is to avoid exactly this type of biased and partisan conduct – a licensed broadcaster using the public airwaves to exert its influence for one candidate on the eve of an election. Unless the broadcaster offered Equal Time to other qualifying campaigns,” Carr added.

Carr noted that in 2016, NBC-affiliated stations “filed Equal Opportunity notices to ensure that all other qualifying candidates could obtain Equal Time if they sought it.” The commissioner said the network’s stations followed this process in the 2016 election when both Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton appeared on SNL.

“Federal law requires that broadcasters provide comparable time and placement to all legally qualified candidates when the Equal Time rule is triggered,” Carr continued.

He added, “With only days before the election, NBC appears to have structured this appearance in a way that evades these requirements. What comparable time and placement can they offer all other qualifying candidates?”

Jennifer Friedman, NBC Universal’s head of communications, did not respond to Headline USA’s request for comment, which was sent outside of business hours at midnight on Sunday. Notably, previously served as a deputy press secretary at the Obama White House.

Karoline Leavitt’s 2-Minute Masterclass in Rebuttal Leaves ABC Anchor Speechless

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Trump spokeswoman Karoline Leavitt delivered a powerful rebuttal to ABC News’s Elizabeth Schulze, who recycled false claims about the former president’s recent comments on disgraced former Rep. Liz Cheney.

Echoing leftist talking points during an ABC News Live segment Friday, Schulze pressed Leavitt on whether Trump’s speech could incite political violence against his opponents, specifically Cheney, whom the media claimed Trump suggested should be targeted.

Leavitt swiftly countered, reminding Schulze that it is Democrats, not Trump, who have instigated political violence against the former president, who has survived two assassination attempts.

“You want to talk about violence against political opponents? Let’s talk about the fact that Democrats have been labeling President Trump a ‘threat to democracy’ for the better half of the past 10 years,” Leavitt said. “Let’s talk about how they have compared him to Hitler, one of the worst mass murderers in the history of the world.”

Leavitt further asserted that the Biden-Harris administration has weaponized the justice system against Trump. She added, “That’s real political violence that has led to two heinous assassination attempts on President Trump’s life that, by the grace of God, he was able to escape and he’s here with us today.”

Continuing her argument, Leavitt stated, “So, yes—President Trump knows a little bit about political violence because he’s experienced it himself.”

Leavitt then lectured Schulze that Trump’s comments about Cheney were intended to highlight the “realities” of war and how hawkish foreign policy views endanger the lives of Americans.

Schulze interjected, asserting that Trump’s opponents “reached out” to declare they do not condone political violence against him.

Leavitt expressed disbelief at Schulze’s line of defense. “Are you kidding? … His opponents are saying, to this very day, the same rhetoric that led to the two assassination attempts.”

She highlighted that Ryan Wesley Routh, the second alleged Trump assassin, had echoed leftist sentiments that “Trump was a threat to democracy.”

Accused Sexist Don Lemon Berates Trump Voter as Leftists Hurl Racist Insults

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Don Lemon, the former CNN anchor ousted over alleged misogynistic behavior, seems to have found a new pastime: cornering some of Trump’s supporters on the street in hopes of going viral on social media.

On Friday, Lemon posted a heavily edited, now-viral interview with a visibly nervous North Carolina man who understandably struggled to articulate his support for President Donald Trump in front of a camera.

The video—which Lemon captioned “The toughest conversation yet” and is part of the podcast, Don Lemon Show—has drawn over 4.7 million views on his X page, with some leftist users baselessly accusing the man of opposing Kamala Harris due to race and gender.

Lemon began the video by asking the unnamed white male if he had voted and then quickly pressured him to explain why he backed Trump.

“It’s really tough,” the man responds after Lemon badgered him to specify policies he liked. “It might be easier to come up with reasons why I wouldn’t vote for Kamala.”

Lemon disrupted the answer to correct the man’s pronunciation of the vice president’s name: “Ka’ma-la.”

“Come again?” the man asked, seemingly thrown off by Lemon’s elitist behavior.

 “Ka’ma-la,” Lemon insisted.

The man attempted to continue, explaining, “I don’t think she’s necessarily trustworthy. I think democracy is really important. I don’t think she is where she is now via the democratic processes. … Kamala was not voted—”

Lemon interrupted once again, insisting on the pronunciation of Harris’s name before delving into a lecture about the Republican Party and January 6, mirroring his infamous past CNN tirades.

“He has been indicted on 34 criminal counts and he’s been found liable for raping a woman. So, is that democratic?” Lemon demanded, likely referencing the civil suit filed by E. Jean Carroll against Trump.

Lemon conveniently avoided mentioning the Democratic Party’s litany of accusations. President Joe Biden, once the Democratic nominee, was accused of sexual assault by former staffer Tara Reade.

Similarly, Harris’s husband, Doug Emhoff, admitted to an affair with his family’s nanny—who was left pregnant—and then was accused of slapping his former girlfriend at the 2012 Cannes Film Festival. Emhoff’s alleged sexist behavior at his former law firm has also come to bite him last month.

On X, leftist users pounced on the man in Lemon’s video, vaguely branding him as racist and sexist.

Lemon’s spokesperson, Allison Gollust, did not respond to Headline USA’s request for comments before publication.

Questions were also left unanswered on whether Lemon plans to highlight Biden’s and Emhoff’s scandals—and whether Lemon makes money off his viral videos.
