Trump May Pardon Hunter Biden

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump recently announced that it is possible that he would pardon Joe Biden’s son, Hunter.

The Washington Times reported that Hunter is facing sentencing in December of this year on criminal convictions.

“I wouldn’t take it off the books,” Trump told conservative radio host Hugh Hewitt in an interview that aired Thursday, according to the Times.

Trump said that the reason why he would consider pardoning Hunter would be because he faced political persecution himself.

“See, unlike Joe Biden, despite what they’ve done to me, where they’ve gone after me so viciously … and Hunter’s a bad boy. There’s no question about it. He’s been a bad boy. All you had to do is see the laptop from hell,” Trump said, referring to a now infamous Hunter’s laptop that exposed his and his father’s corruption. “But I happen to think it’s very bad for our country.”

Even though conservatives like author Miranda Devine always thought that Joe would use his power to pardon his son, the White House denied that this would happen. Joe also claimed that he would not pardon Hunter if he were convicted.

“Hunter’s resilience in the face of adversity and the strength he has brought to his recovery are inspiring to us,” Biden said. “A lot of families have loved ones who have overcome addiction and know what we mean… As the president, I don’t and won’t comment on pending federal cases, but as a dad, I have boundless love for my son, confidence in him, and respect for his strength.”

Some conservatives assumed that the reason why Joe decided not to pardon his son, despite previously using his political power and connections to benefit himself and his family, was because the Democrats wanted to make Trump witchhunts look fair, especially considering that Trump was only becoming more popular when the Left was using every single legal tool to persecute him.

Trump May Abolish IRS, Income Tax

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump recently announced that if he becomes president of the United States, he could abolish the income tax, making the IRS obsolete.

Trump said this during a town hall segment with Fox News at a barbershop in the Bronx, New York City.

“With all this extra revenue that we’re going to be bringing into the country, do you believe that at some point in time, we could find a way — once the country’s back on its feet and getting enough revenue and pays off our debt — do you think it’s possible to find a way to eliminate federal taxes?” one person who attended the town hall asked Trump.

Trump responded by saying it was possible, adding that in the 1890s, the United States relied on tariffs and didn’t have a federal income tax.

“Now we have income taxes, and we have people that are dying, they’re paying tax, and they don’t have the money to pay the tax,” Trump said. “In the old days, 1890, 1880, we had so much money they had to set up committees, blue-ribbon committees, how to spend our wealth. We had no idea how to spend it. It was so much money. Then we went to the income tax system, and the rest is sort of history.”

Conservatives responded enthusiastically to the recent news on Twitter.

“I’m voting for No Income Tax!!!” @realdefender45 wrote.

Jack Posobeic of Human Events also responded to the recent news.

“Trump started out with no tax on tips. Now, he’s talking about abolishing the IRS. The Federal Reserve is next. Pray for this man,” he wrote.

Others noted that if Trump did that, he would become one of the best American presidents because he would start the “golden age.”

Other conservatives agreed, noting that by abolishing the income tax, Trump would “effectively end the ceaseless rape of the American taxpayer.”

“They want him gone for many reasons, but one of the biggest reasons is because he is serious about ending all federal income tax, abolishing the IRS and truly restoring power to the people,” @niceblackdude wrote.

Conservative activist Ashley St. Clair also responded to the recent news.

“Kamala Harris is endorsed by the IRS Union. Donald Trump is flirting with abolishing income tax. Easiest choice ever, America!” she wrote.

Some Americans also suggested it would be great if Trump abolished property tax.

“Throw property tax in there. Once you pay off your house, it should be yours with no exception,” @hartgoat wrote.

Chinese Hackers Target Trump, Vance

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) Chinese communists can’t stop themselves from preventing Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump from becoming the president of the United States.

The New York Times reported that Chinese hackers have targeted the phones of Trump and his vice presidential pick, Sen. J.D. Vance, R-Ohio. The Times noted that the hackers accessed American communications data and targeted information from Trump and Vance’s phones.

The Trump-Vance campaign learned about the hackers this week.

“Then the Chinese hackers gave the info to the Democrats as thanks for not doing anything about the Covid bioweapon? I know that kind of suspicion is out of bounds,” independent journalist Kyle Becker wrote.

Becker also published his own post, criticizing the Chinese government and the American mainstream media, which refuses to report on this story and similar stories.

“This is Chinese election interference. It is conceivable that this hack may provide information that would prove valuable to the Harris campaign. Wikileaks’ stories played a role in the 2016 election. So, when will the media start reporting on Chinese collusion stories?” he wrote.

Other conservatives on Twitter pointed out that it is very suspicious that countries like China, Russia and Iran always try to sabotage Trump and his campaign.

“Why is it that every single country, including Iran and China, desperately wants Kamala Harris to win the election and will go as far as to sabotage Donald Trump and J.D. Vance? We know why. [We] just want to hear it,” Right Angle News Network wrote.

It was previously reported that the Chinese government admitted it would prefer Democratic presidential nominee Kamala Harris over Trump.

“It’s a common view among Chinese experts that Harris means more continuity, at least in the first one or two years of her presidency,” Zhu Junwei, a former researcher in the People’s Liberation Army who is now director of American research at Grandview Institution in Beijing, said.

Junwei also noted that Trump could be unpredictable for the Chinese, negatively affecting the communist regime.

“While Trump means a wider scope of possibilities, better or worse, with lots of surprises and potentially more trouble for China, the US itself and its allies, and even the whole world,” he said.

Deep Blue State May Vote for Trump

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) Democratic presidential nominee Kamala Harris is not popular even among people who live in deep blue states.

The Denver Post reported that Colorado’s early voting figures show a razor-thin gap between Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump and Harris.

According to the official numbers by Colorado’s Secretary of State that the Post reviewed, Democrats are ahead of Republicans by only 22,000 ballots, with over 635,000 already returned.

The recent news is especially ironic considering that the state’s Supreme Court attempted to remove Trump’s name from the ballot but failed.

People in Colorado have been voting for Democrats for many years, so what changed? It seems that conservatives, Christians, Trump supporters and even independents got so tired of the Biden-Harris administration and its consequences that they became even more politically active than they used to be.

As was reported by multiple news sources throughout this election cycle, politically independent Americans especially started voting for Trump because of his policies, such as creating a better economy, closing down the southern border and ending foreign wars.

“Updated 6 a.m. line in Colorado. Big time showing for President Trump,” national correspondent for OANN Daniel Baldwin wrote.

Other people on Twitter also expressed their optimism about the 2024 election.

“Trump can win EVERY state,” @Bubblebathgirl wrote.

The increased support for Trump could be a result of the Biden-Harris policies. Colorado was one of the states that suffered from the invasion of illegal aliens caused by the current administration.

The most infamous example of illegals terrorizing the state was the gangs from Venezuela seizing the entire apartment complex in Aurora, Colo., which resulted in American citizens losing their apartments or being trapped inside the building, as validated by landlords of those apartments.

“The city nonprofits have lined up to help the migrants that have come here, but nobody is helping the Americans that are trapped in these apartment complexes,” Aurora City Councilmember Danielle Jurinsky said.

The mayor of the town said the local government would get an emergency court order to clear apartments that the gangs have occupied.

The mass media downplayed the tragedy that happened there.

Another problem related to immigration that people in the state encountered was leftists in power declaring Colorado a sanctuary state. After experiencing skyrocketing crime in the state caused by illegals, people in Colorado declared their towns would not be accepting illegals.

Biden-Harris Regime Promises Change to Assassination Policy Not About Trump

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) The Biden-Harris administration defended its recent amendment to a Department of Defense directive on the categorical ban against assassination—weeks after Headline USA launched an investigation into the shift.

On Wednesday, Defense Department spokesperson Sue Gough sidestepped Headline USA’s questions regarding the specific rationale behind the change just weeks before the 2024 presidential election.

Earlier this month, the DoD faced criticism after it amended Directive 5240.01, which previously stated that “under no circumstances” would any component or employee of the agency engage in or conspire to commit “assassination.”

The updated directive now vaguely reads that no “civilian employee or member of the Armed Forces will engage in, or conspire to engage in assassination.” This notably omits the “under no circumstance” clause.

Gough insisted the amendment does not contain new provisions but did not clarify the reason for the changes in remarks sent to Headline USA on Oct. 23—16 days after this outlet emailed a request for clarification.

“The provisions in DoDD 5240.01 are not new, and do not authorize the Secretary of Defense to use lethal force against U.S. citizens, contrary to rumors and rhetoric circulating on social media,” Gough claimed in an email response.

“The revised 5240.01 simply describes how this long-standing policy applies to the DoD intelligence community,” she added, alleging that the previous directive revision was issued on March 22, 2019.

Gough provided no supporting documents to substantiate these claims. Despite this, she added, “Reissuing 5240.01 was part of normal business of the Department to periodically update guidance and policy.”

In concluding her email, Gough asserted, “The release was in no way timed in relation to the election or any other event.”

The spokesperson also highlighted that the directive aligns with the Posse Comitatus Act, civil rights commitments and “support of other safeguards in place for the protection of the American people.”

Several reporters parroted Gough’s lengthy response to dispel online rumors, but critics on X raised concerns that the directive may empower the DoD’s intelligence components to authorize assassinations under certain conditions.

Several posts on X voicing these concerns have garnered millions of views.

Appeals Court Rules Ballots Must Arrive by Election Day Nationwide

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) A federal appeals court ruled Friday against a Mississippi law that empowered election officials to allow late-arriving mail-in ballots.

The order set election day as the deadline for which ballots must arrive before being counted.

The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals confirmed that federal law preempts state rules extending deadlines for federal elections.

This may effectively impact several states that currently offer so-called grace periods for counting mail-in ballots even if they arrive past the election.

“Text, precedent, and historical practice confirm this ‘day for the election’ is the day by which ballots must be both cast by voters and received by state officials,” the court wrote, as reported by leftist NPR.

“Because Mississippi’s statute allows ballot receipt up to five days after the federal election day, it is preempted by federal law,” the court added.

The case now returns to a lower court for “further proceedings to fashion appropriate relief, giving due consideration to ‘the value of preserving the status quo in a voting case on the eve of an election.’”

The case began after Republicans challenged a Mississippi law allowing ballots to arrive within five days after the election if those ballots are postmarked before the election.

According to NPR, about 20 states and Washington, D.C., have similar practices of counting late ballots. Republicans argued that these grace periods give Democrats an unfair advantage.

They cited an MIT study that found 46 percent of Democrats rely on voting-by-mail methods—a stark contrast to Republicans’ 27 percent.

Attorney Conor Woodfin, who represents he Republican Party in the lawsuit, emphasized that the election day deadline is clear-cut.

“For decades after Congress established the uniform national Election Day, those words meant the day that ballots are received by election officials,” Woodfin said. “That means the late-arriving mail-in ballots that are counted for five additional days disproportionately break for Democrats.”

Fed. Judge Forces Gov. Youngkin to Allow Noncitizens to Vote

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) The Left is desperate and wants to use every tactic to ensure Democratic presidential nominee Kamala Harris has even the slightest chance of winning the election.

Fox News reported that on Friday, a federal judge ordered Virginia to allow noncitizens previously removed from the state voter rolls to vote in the 2024 election. According to the news source, if the state government complies, the decision could result in approximately 1,600 noncitizens being allowed to vote in this election.

However, Gov. Glenn Youngkin, R-Va., seems to have decided not to comply with the recent decision. He informed Fox News that he plans to file an emergency stay for the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals to block the injunction, which he claimed he received just 11 days before the election.

Youngkin also noted that he and his team are ready to appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court if necessary.

“This is a stunning ruling by a federal judge who is ordering Virginia to reinstate individuals who have self-identified as noncitizens back on the voter rolls,” he told Fox News after the activist judge announced the decision.

Youngkin also released a public statement on his official website.

“Let’s be clear about what just happened: only eleven days before a Presidential election, a federal judge ordered Virginia to reinstate over 1,500 individuals–who self-identified themselves as noncitizens–back onto the voter rolls,” he said, adding that almost all of these people proved that they are not American citizens.

Youngkin noted that the law preventing noncitizens from voting in Virginia, passed in 2006 by then-Gov. Tim Kaine, D-Va., highlighting that Democrats don’t care about following the law anymore.

“This law has been applied in every Presidential election by Republicans and Democrats since enacted 18 years ago,” he wrote.

The recent decision came after Youngkin issued a paper ballot mandate, making it harder for Democrats to steal the election. This decision could result in Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump winning the state this election.

WaPo Won’t Endorse Kamala as NY Post Endorses Trump

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) Democratic presidential nominee Kamala Harris is so unpopular that even far-left the Washington Post decided not to endorse her.

The Post recently published an opinion piece in which the newspaper’s publisher and chief executive officer, William Lewis, explained that this year, the Post will not endorse any political candidate, including Harris.

“We are returning to our roots of not endorsing presidential candidates,” he wrote. “Our job at the Washington Post is to provide … nonpartisan news for all Americans, and thought-provoking, reported views from our opinion team to help our readers make up their own minds.”

As Unfiltered, Unbiased, Verified host Mario Nawfall pointed out, the recent news is “massive” because the Post has endorsed only three Republicans since 1928. The only prominent Republican whom the publication endorsed was former President Dwight D. Eisenhower.

On the other hand, the Post endorsed many well-known Democrats, including former Presidents Franklin Delano Roosevelt, John F. Kennedy, Lyndon B. Johnson, Jimmy Carter, Bill Clinton (twice), Barack Obama (twice), and Joe Biden.

The Post endorsed other Democrats, such as former presidential candidates Walter Mondale, Michael Dukakis, Al Gore, John Kerry and Hillary Clinton.

NPR reported that leftists at the Post became very angry after they realized that the newspaper’s leadership decided not to endorse a far-left presidential candidate like Harris.

Editor-at-large Robert Kagan, who has Trump Derangement Syndrome, told NPR that he left his job to protest the decision.

The Post’s former Executive Editor, Martin Baron, also criticized the newspaper for not being anti-Trump while talking to NPR.

Leftist opinion writers at the Post were also furious when they heard about the decision.

The Washington Post Guild also told the entire country that it was furious that the Post decided not to promote Harris.

“We are already seeing cancellations from once loyal readers,” the guild wrote.

The guild was right. Trump-hating Democrats started canceling their subscriptions.

Conservatives on Twitter also responded to the recent news, except unlike leftists, they were happy about the recent decision.

On the other hand, the New York Post decided to endorse Trump because he is “the only candidate” who can lead the country right now.

“I love the New York Post. Great election coverage. Thanks for the wonderful endorsement!” Trump wrote on Truth Social.

The recent news came after the Los Angeles Times stated it wouldn’t endorse Harris because it would be impossible to show her in a positive light. This resulted in one of the editors there quitting and many other leftists canceling their subscriptions to the newspaper.

Kamala Won’t Be on Joe Rogan’s Podcast

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) Democratic presidential nominee Kamala Harris’s campaign admitted that she would not go on the insanely popular Joe Rogan podcast because of the “scheduling” issues.

The recent news came after Politico revealed that Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump would meet Rogan, potentially resulting in him attracting even more potential voters.

Harris’s intern, Ian Sams, told MSNBC viewers that Harris would not meet Rogan, explaining that she would not do that because she is too busy.

“The vice president is happy to go anywhere and any place to talk to a broad segment of the country. We talked to Rogan and his team about the podcast. Unfortunately, it isn’t gonna work out right now because of the scheduling of this period of the campaign,” he said.

Conservatives on Twitter quickly responded to the recent news by mocking and criticizing Harris and her staff.

“[This] really means she’s far too much of an incompetent coward,” Trump War Room wrote.

Self-described “grumpy American cartoonist” George Alexopoulos also mocked Harris.

“I guess she is not speaking anymore,” he wrote, clearly mocking Harris’s attempt to appease feminists by attempting to continue saying when someone interrupts her even for one second. “She’s hiding in Biden’s basement from 4 years ago, a winning strategy.”

Elon Musk also pointed out that Harris’s decision not to attend Rogan’s show was a smart move because her team knew she would never be able to survive the three-hour unscripted conversation with Rogan.

“Nothing would sink Kamala’s campaign faster than a 3-hour unscripted conversation with Joe Rogan,” Musk wrote.

Others, however, noted that if she can’t talk for hours with someone, she is not fit to be a president of the United States.

“If you can’t handle a straightforward conversation with Rogan, you’re unfit to lead the free world. Leadership demands resilience, not avoidance,” @BonX41A wrote.

Troll accounts also used an opportunity to mock Harris.

“Now that Trump is going on Joe Rogan, Kamala will have to go on Talk Tuah if she wants any chance at staying in the race,” @greg16676935420 wrote.

Trump Shares How ‘The Rock’ Called to Show Support after 1st Assassination Attempt

(Chris Cella Jr., Headline USA) During an appearance this week on “Six Feet Under,” a podcast by World Wrestling Entertainment Hall of Famer The Undertaker, former President Donald Trump recounted a call he received Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, who congratulated him for his bravery following the July assassination attempt in Butler, Pa.

In the course of the hourlong conversation, Trump shared how Johnson quickly sought his phone number from UFC president Dana White after the incident.

“Rock called Dana and said, ‘I want to have his number. What he did is sort of incredible,’” Trump said.

“He [Johnson] considered it bravery,” Trump added. “… But it was very nice, the Rock.”

Despite his past endorsement of Joe Biden in 2020, Johnson expressed voter’s remorse in a recent interview with Fox News’s Will Cain.

“The endorsement that I made years ago with Biden was one I thought was the best decision for me at that time,” he said. “… It’s my job now to exercise my influence and share who I’m going to endorse.”

Johnson also criticized the Biden–Harris administration for fueling “an incredible amount of division” in the country.

Johnson has hinted at a possible presidential run, first in 2017 and again in 2021. He told USA Today, “I would consider a presidential run in the future if that’s what the people wanted,” adding that he would keep “my finger on the pulse, my ear to the ground.”

In 2022, former Trump White House adviser Mick Mulvaney told Politico that were three potential contenders who might challenge Trump for the Republican nomination in 2024: Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, South Carolina Sen. Tim Scott and Johnson.

This sentiment aligns with 2021 polling from consumer research platform Piplsay, which indicated that 58% of those surveyed supported a Johnson presidential bid.
