Murder Suspect of UnitedHealthcare CEO Was Incapable of Having Sex

(Julianna Frieman, Headline USA) Luigi Mangione, the alleged murderer of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, reportedly faced difficulty having sex as a result of a problem with his spine.

Mangione, 26, was arrested on firearm charges Monday at a McDonald’s in Altoona, Pennsylvania, after an employee recognized him and called 911, according to the New York Times.

He was later charged in New York for allegedly murdering Thompson outside a Hilton hotel in midtown Manhattan early Wednesday.

Mangione, a dedicated student with a bachelor’s and master’s degree in computer science, reportedly lived in shared quarters in Honolulu, Hawaii with about 20 other remote workers beginning in 2022. The co-living space called “Surfbreak” was founded by R.J. Martin, who described the murder suspect as a sufferer of chronic back pain.

“His spine was kind of misaligned,” Martin said. “He said his lower vertebrae were almost like a half-inch off, and I think it pinched a nerve.”

Mangione’s reported back issue caused a lot of pain, especially when he arched his spine, Martin told the outlet. The murder suspect desperately wanted a normal lifestyle, but activities like having sexual relationships were nearly impossible due to his physical condition.

“He knew that dating and being physically intimate with his back condition wasn’t possible,” Martin said of his former roommate. “I remember him telling me that, and my heart just breaks.”

Mangione’s social media profile provided hints about his health struggles. The murder suspect’s X banner was composed of the following three images: (1) the Pokémon character Breloom, (2) an X-ray photo of a spine with four screws in it and (3) a photo of what appeared to be himself shirtless, revealing a muscular physique.

Mangione’s profile on X has since been suspended. He frequently posted about science, artificial intelligence and health.

Before identifying Mangione as the suspect following a five-day manhunt, police found shell casings with the words “deny,” “depose” and “defend” and a backpack full of money from the board game Monopoly.

Report: FBI Director Wray to Resign before Trump Takes Office

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) The Washington Times reported Monday that FBI Director Christopher Wray is planning to resign before Donald Trump’s inauguration.

“Wray is calling it quits because he doesn’t want to get fired by President-elect Donald Trump,” the Times reported, citing an unnamed source in the FBI.

“He’s going to be gone at the inauguration. On or before the inauguration,” the source reportedly said.

The Times report was published the same day Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, wrote a scathing letter to Wray, calling on him to resign before his 10-year-term is complete. Grassley initially supported Wray’s nomination seven years ago, but he’s been disappointed with the results, the senator said.

“Rather than turn over a new leaf at the FBI, you’ve continued to read from the old playbook of weaponization, double standards, and a relentless game of hide-and-seek with the Congress,” Grassley said, also calling for the resignation of FBI Deputy Director Paul Abbate.

“For the good of the country, it’s time for you and your deputy to move on to the next chapter in your lives.”

The Times reported Monday that Grassley’s letter helped drive Wray’s decision. Abbate was reportedly planning to stay on board to help the next director—expected to be conservative ex-DOJ official Kash Patel—but Abbate, too, will be leaving early.

Wray and Abbate were plagued with scandals throughout their tenures. Grassley cited multiple cases of the FBI being weaponized against conservatives under their watch, from the Catholic spying scandal to targeting of pro-life activists like Mark Houck. Notably, Grassley didn’t cite the Jan. 6 prosecutions as one of the scandals.

Grassley said his breaking point came when Wray and Abbate didn’t provide him information about how hundreds of FBI officials have voluntarily retired or resigned to evade accountability for sexual misconduct allegations.

“This inexcusable delay and obstruction by you and Deputy Director Abbate has prevented Congress and the Judiciary Committee from addressing the shocking sexual misconduct at the FBI. This is a promise made and broken, on an issue of utmost importance,” he said.

Ashley shared a heartfelt, and almost obituary-like, message on Sunday to her Instagram page, alongside several photos of herself and Biden on presidential trips. 

“The respect and admiration from Leaders across the globe for Dad and his leadership was deeply felt and he will be greatly missed by so many,” Ashley captioned, sharing photos from their taxpayer-funded presidential trip to Brazil. 

“I am so grateful for my father…simply the best father a daughter could ever wish for…the wind beneath my wings,” she added. 

Ashley also referred to Biden—whom she said used to take “probably not appropriate” showers with her—as  “My North Star. My guiding light.”  

In the post, Ashley further hailed her father, falsely claiming he would go “down in history as one of the most effective Presidents America has ever had.” 

She continued, “I will never forget those who have shown kindness and respect to my father and to all those who haven’t …BI’Den.” 

These claims are in stark contrast to reality. A poll conducted by the Daily Mail found that Americans view Biden as the “worst president” in modern history, far worse than Jimmy Carter and Richard Nixon—both presidents who left office marred in scandal. 

This isn’t the first time Ashley has displayed her emotions publicly. A visibly shaken Ashley sat next to Biden as he announced to Americans that he would no longer seek re-election due to what many viewed as a “coup d’état” from his own party. 

 

Her post comes less than two weeks after Biden granted a “full and unconditional” pardon to her brother, Hunter Biden, for any crimes committed over 11 years. 

The pardon, widely denounced as one of the most sweeping and broad in recent history, marked the first time a sitting president used his office to shield his own son from criminal prosecution. 

Hunter was scheduled to be sentenced on Dec. 12 for lying about his drug use on a federal gun purchase form and defrauding the U.S. of millions of dollars in unpaid taxes.

Biden Sent 14,000 Agents to Spy on Americans’ Finances, Some Focusing on MAGA

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) The House Judiciary Committee and the Weaponization Subcommittee have quantified outgoing President Joe Biden’s astonishing weaponizing of the banking system to spy on Americans. The figures are staggering. 

According to an interim report released on Dec. 6, over 14,000 federal agents accessed sensitive financial information of Americans, resulting in 3.3 million warrantless searches in 2023 alone. 

This massive surveillance was made possible by the FBI’s alleged manipulation of the Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) filing process, which allowed agents to use financial institutions as their “de facto arms of law enforcement.” 

The FBI repeatedly issued “requests” without any legal process, targeting individuals or activities it deemed “suspicious.” 

For example, following Jan. 6, 2021, the FBI colluded with the Treasury Department’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) to lure banks to comb through data and file SARs on hundreds of Americans. 

In 2023, banks filed 4.6 million SARs and 20.8 million Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs) with FinCEN. FinCEN granted unlimited access to this information, also known as BSA data, to 25,000 government agents. 

According to the 47-page report, 27,000 federal officials have access to BSA data through the Agency Integrated Access (AIA) program. 

To expedite this surveillance further, financial institutions are “expanding” artificial intelligence to enhance their ability to sift through the data. 

The Weaponization Subcommittee found this information following the shocking testimony from a whistleblower. 

Among the banks now under congressional investigation are Bank of America, Chase, U.S. Bank, Wells Fargo, CitiBank, Truist, Charles Schwab, HSBC, MUFG, PayPal, Santander, Standard Chartered and Western Union. 

“All Americans should be disturbed by how their financial data is collected, made accessible to, and searched by federal and state officials, including law enforcement and regulatory agencies,” the Weaponization Subcommittee stated.  

It continued, “Absent renewed safeguards, the federal government and financial institutions will continue to siphon off Americans’ sensitive financial data, place it into the hands of bureaucrats, and erode any remaining semblance of financial privacy in the United States.”

The news source added that if she gets the job, Lake would be responsible for engaging with Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum’s government on various issues, such as immigration, counternarcotics and the new tariffs on imports that Trump promised to enact.

“Would be YUGE for Kari Lake! Ambassador to Mexico would put Kari in the middle of addressing illegal immigration and cartels. Very significant position in Trump’s next term. This would be bigger than the governor or senator. Meghan McCain and DeSimps are going to be so mad!” @SirStevenKJ wrote.

@SirStevenKJ also stated that leftists who stole the 2022 and 2024 elections from her would wish they never did that.

“If this rumor is true about being ambassador to Mexico, Kari Lake will be one of the biggest stars over the next four years. She will be in the middle of Trump’s most important issues. Lake will constantly be on the Sunday shows and doing interviews. This will give her much-needed foreign policy experience for future presidential endeavors,” @@SirStevenKJ wrote.

Editor-at-Large at Reason Nick Gillespie also mocked people on the Left after reading Semafor’s report.

“This is how Trump punishes losers–by making their worst nightmares come true,” he wrote.

A senior writer at the National Review, Dan McLaughlin, also responded to the recent news by writing that “this is how Mexico pays for [the wall on the southern border].”

“Kari Lake would strike serious fear in the hearts of the Mexican drug cartels if she became the U.S. ambassador to Mexico. Just saying,” @BehizyTweets wrote.

The recent news came after Rep. Ruben Gallego, R-Ariz., stole the 2024 gubernatorial election from Lake, as many conservatives pointed out.

Soon after that, Lake was spotted at Mar-a-Lago visiting Trump, which led to people wondering whether Trump would give her a job in his future administration.

Anti-Trump Movie Stars Nominated for Golden Globes

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) The Golden Globes recently revealed its hatred toward President-elect Donald Trump after the committee nominated two actors, Sebastian Stan and Jeremy Strong, for the awards after they took part in the anti-Trump movie, The Apprentice.

The Golden Globes announced its nominations on Monday. Sebastian Stan, who plays a young Donald Trump in the movie, was nominated for a lead actor in a dramatic film, and Jeremy Strong, who plays Roy Cohn, was nominated for a supporting actor.

Trump’s team previously stated that it plans to sue the movie’s producers over the scene of Trump allegedly raping his first wife, Ivana, who recently passed away.

“We will be filing a lawsuit to address the blatantly false assertions from these pretend filmmakers,” Trump campaign spokesman Steven Cheung said, adding that “this garbage is pure fiction which sensationalizes lies that have been long debunked.”

“This ‘film’ is pure malicious defamation, should not see the light of day, and doesn’t even deserve a place in the straight-to-DVD section of a bargain bin at a soon-to-be-closed discount movie store. It belongs in a dumpster fire.”

Cheung also criticized the movie’s producers, stating that the movie is nothing more than anti-Trump propaganda and election interference.

“As with the illegal Biden Trials, this is election interference by Hollywood elites, who know that President Trump will retake the White House and beat their candidate of choice because nothing they have done has worked,” he said.

The Hollywood elites tried to promote the movie to the masses, but that didn’t work, as The Apprentice flopped in theaters.

“It’s a cheap, defamatory, and politically disgusting hatchet job, put out right before the 2024 Presidential Election, to try and hurt the Greatest Political Movement in the History of our Country, ‘MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!’” Trump wrote on Truth Social.

The Daily Caller also reported that the movie was so unpopular that even other actors in Hollywood tried to avoid being associated with it.

“I had an opportunity to do Variety’s Actors On Actors this Friday, and I couldn’t find another actor to do it with me because they were too afraid to go and talk about this movie,” Stan said.

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) Daniel Penny, a U.S. Marine found not guilty in a New York City manslaughter trial, was recently spotted celebrating his victory with his defense lawyers in a bar.

A New York Post reporter found Penny and his lawyers, Thomas Kenniff and Steven Raiser, at Stone Street Tavern in the Financial District (southern part of Manhattan) hours after a jury acquitted him of criminally negligent homicide in the death of Jordan Neely.

The news source added that the group eventually went to another bar in Midtown.

When the reporter asked Penny how he was doing, Penny said, “Great,” before his lawyers kept him away from the reporter to answer any remaining questions.

“He’ll be looking to resume, get his life back together,” Kenniff stated. “[In a] situation like this, we savor victory, but all the harm that has been done to him just doesn’t vanish. That’s true of anyone who is falsely accused.”

Kenniff also stated that Penny and his legal team were not surprised by the verdict.

“I’m not surprised [by the verdict] in the sense that on Day 1, we knew that we believed he would be exonerated because the evidence overwhelmingly supported that,” he said. “When you’re in the midst of it, five days of deliberation, it would be inhuman not to be nervous, not to have anxiety. Were we surprised by how it came down, when it came down, the moment it came down? Sure. But were we surprised by the result? No.”

Conservative journalist Nick Sortor also posted a picture of Penny and his lawyers celebrating the victory in the bar and noted that Penny “definitely deserves a beer or two.”

However, leftists who wanted to see Penny behind bars were not celebrating. Earlier on Monday, BLM activists were filmed being angry about the verdict.

This kind of reaction resulted in conservatives both on Twitter and in the comments section of the Post’s article suggesting that Penny should leave the city before it’s too late.

“Congratulations, Mr. Penny. My advice to you is to leave NY as soon as you can. Come to Florida. We support our Military and Law Enforcement Officials. You would very welcomed and treated like the hero you are. Wishing you the very best this holiday season,” one of the people wrote in the comments section under the article.

Vox Fires Taylor Lorenz

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) Vox Media recently fired leftist activist Taylor Lorenz, with some people alleging that Lorenz’s radical rhetoric was the reason.

Semafor reported that Vox decided to end the distribution of Lorenz’s podcast and YouTube show. The contract with Lorenz will expire in early 2025.

The news source noted that Vox fired Lorenz before she justified the murder of UnitedHealthcare’s CEO. However, in one of her Substack posts, Lorenz clarified that she was not defending the assassination but just wanted to make a point about the American healthcare system.

Despite that, conservatives on Twitter reacted to the recent news by pointing out that Lorenz’s recent comments were too radical even for the politically leftist Vox.

“Apparently, it was too much for Vox to have someone on their payroll that thinks, ‘Yes, ‘we’ want insurance executives dead,'” conservative commentator Steve Guest wrote.

Former presidential candidate Ron DeSantis’s campaign consultant, Christina Pushaw, also highlighted Lorenz’s radical beliefs.

“Imagine being too crazy for VOX,” she wrote.

Political commentator Officer Lew also noted that Lorenz, who became infamous for doxxing and canceling people, was canceled by the company where she worked.

“Cancel Queen gets canceled,” he wrote.

Lorenz then wrote on Twitter that the recent news is untrue and that she still works for the outlet.

“No, actually, they are not. My show is still going on, as I explained to [Max Tani, Media Editor at Semafor], though he chose to literally misrepresent things in the most egregious way,” she wrote.

She then published a follow-up post in which she continued claiming that Vox did not fire her.

“Vox cannot make ‘decision not to renew the show’ because I own 100% of the show and all of the IP. Vox did not ‘end its deal’ with me. We have been having ongoing discussions about switching up the format or doing something different with the show in early 2025 when my contract is up, which is something Vox would help me with,” she wrote.

The New York Post reported that a spokesperson for Semafor responded to Lorenz by stating that the report was accurate.

The Post’s source also confirmed that Semafor’s report was true and that Loren’zs deal will expire at the beginning of the next year.

Dems Fast-Track Adam Schiff’s Swearing-In Ceremony Amid Pardon Speculation

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Democrats in the Senate expedited Monday the swearing-in of former Rep. and Sen.-elect Adam Schiff, an unusual move made weeks ahead of schedule and amid speculation about a potential presidential pardon. 

Schiff’s swearing-in followed his nomination by California Gov. Gavin Newsom to complete the late Senator Dianne Feinstein’s term. Newsom had previously appointed Laphonza Butler to serve temporarily after Feinstein’s passing. 

Butler resigned the seat less than a month before the term’s expiration, paving the way for Schiff to step in. Newsom claimed that appointing Schiff would “ensure Californians have their duly elected representative seated as soon as possible.” 

The timing comes just days after reports revealed that President Joe Biden’s White House had considered a preemptive pardon for Schiff covering offenses committed during his tenure as congressman and chairman of the House Intelligence Committee.

In that role, Schiff played a key role in years of baseless investigations into Trump, including the controversial and discredited Jan. 6 committee.  

“I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to serve all Californians as their next United States Senator,” Schiff wrote in a thread shared on X. 

For his part, Newsom praised both Schiff and his predecessor, Butler, in a press statement: “Thank you, Senator Butler, for your dedication and service and for honoring the life and legacy of the late Dianne Feinstein, a legacy I’m confident Senator-elect Schiff will also carry forward.” 

Meanwhile, Andy Kim, a former congressman who ran to replace Sen. Bob Menendez, was also sworn in Monday. 

Kim succeeded George Helmy, who had been appointed by New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy to finish Menendez’s term after his resignation. Menendez stepped down in disgrace following his conviction on federal fraud and foreign agent charges.

“It’s an honor to get to represent the state that gave my family a chance at the American Dream in the U.S. Senate,” Kim said in a press statement.

Kim and Schiff, elected in November, are expected to serve six-year terms and will be officially sworn in again in January when their full terms begin.

In a TikTok video shared Friday, O’Donnell whined that “MAGA people” had mocked her over the obvious blemish on her upper lip. She later revealed she underwent testing, confirming she does have a cold sore, which is caused by herpes. 

“Look what I have on my lip. Everybody’s been saying, ‘You have herpes. You have herpes,’” O’Donnell said on her TikTok page, which boasts of 2.5 million followers. “All this time and I never had a cold sore in my life and now I have a cold sore.”

She recounted previously noticing a “weird pimple” beneath her nose, which she assumed was a cold sore and sought medical treatment. 

“I talked to my doctor today and I did a video Telehealth and they said that it’s not a cold sore it’s some reaction to the sun,” she claimed. “Now, I did sit in the sun yesterday but I had sunscreen on—so, I don’t know I will let you know tomorrow if I do in fact have herpes as some of the taunting from the MAGA people in the last couple of weeks.” 

O’Donnell turned serious, linking the supposed taunting to the weeks before and after the 2024 presidential election. 

“Hasn’t it been fun ladies and gentlemen? To be standing in direct opposition to everything he is and represents… and always have been and always will be,” she concluded in the brief video. 

On Sunday, O’Donnell confirmed in a nearly 10-minute TikTok video that doctors diagnosed her with herpes. 

“I’d love to say I got it from making out with some really sexy people, but that’s not the case,” she quipped. 

During the lengthy rant, O’Donnell appeared to attribute the cold sore to stress, citing UFO sightings and the assassination of UnitedHealth CEO Brian Thompson as potential stress triggers.

Since President-elect Donald Trump swept the battleground states in the Nov. 5 presidential election, O’Donnell has ramped up her social media presence with cynical grievances against Trump. 

“This man is a criminal and should be in jail,” O’Donnell wrote in an Instagram caption, accompanying the post with a screenshot of a Daily Mail article about Trump’s imminent plans to pardon Jan. 6 protesters.
