Chris Rock Takes Aim at Democrat President and His ‘Pregnant Slaves’

(Julianna Frieman, Headline USA) Comedian Chris Rock took aim at former President Bill Clinton and his “pregnant slaves” during his opening monologue on Saturday Night Live.

Democrats were not off-limits to Rock, who was quick to point to the hypocrisy of quivering leftists dreading Trump’s second term.

“A lot of people are scared. It’s like, oh my God, he is going to be so undignified. And when I say a lot of people, I’m talking about the nine New Yorkers who that didn’t vote for him, okay?” Rock told his SNL audience, likely referencing Trump’s historic gains in Democrat strongholds.

He paced the stage as he delivered his stand-up routine, joking that American politics are not as prestigious as Democrats often claim.

“No, no, no. People are like, ‘He’s going to be so undignified. It’s the presidency of the United States,’” the comedian mocked with a whining tone. “Dude, it’s the United States presidency. It’s not, you know, come on. We’ve had some presidents in the United States.”

Rock specifically named Clinton in his jovial criticism of the Democratic Party, implying that other Democrat presidents deserve the same level of scrutiny.

“Come on, man. This is not the most dignified job in the world,” he said. “We’ve had presidents show up to the inauguration with pregnant slaves, okay?” he told a laughing audience. “And I’m just talking about Bill Clinton!”

Rock’s jab at Clinton appeared to reference the Democrat’s scandalous reputation when it comes to sex, particularly relating to his infamous affair with Monica Lewinsky.

Clinton’s two-year affair with a then-21-year-old Lewinsky, an unpaid intern, dominated news coverage in the 1990s and later clouded the Democrat president’s legacy.

‘I Reported This Exclusively’: Megyn Kelly Reflects on Chasing Down Duke Lacrosse Hoaxer

(Julianna Frieman, Headline USA) SiriusXM’s Megyn Kelly reflected on chasing down Duke lacrosse rape hoaxer Crystal Mangum more than one decade ago as a Fox News reporter.

Mangum, a former stripper, admitted Wednesday that she lied about her March 2006 story in which she falsely accused then-students David Evans, Collin Finnerty and Reade Seligmann of gang-raping her at a party.

In an episode of her podcast posted Saturday, Kelly recalled only she and Court TV reporter Dan Abrams reported “honestly” and “accurately” on the case as it unraveled before the country. She added, “I reported this exclusively.”

“Everyone. Everyone else in the media rushed to judgement,” she said.

Kelly referred to Mangum’s lie as the tipping point when news outlets began to racially politicize journalism through trials by media without assumption of innocence before guilt.

The SiriusXM star said she has known lacrosse players herself at Syracuse University, having dated the captain of her school’s team. She said the athletes “certainly weren’t a bunch of rapists.”

“The general atmosphere of debauchery did not seem impossible to me, and a bunch of guys drunk at a party, who’s to say it’s impossible?” Kelly commented. “So, I wasn’t ready to condemn them knee-jerk, but I also wasn’t of the thought, ‘No way.’”

Kelly was assigned to the Duke lacrosse allegations beat by her bosses at Fox News. She explained that she was sent to North Carolina to cover the story, citing one time when she and her colleagues visited Mangum’s neighborhood in hopes of getting a reaction from the rape accuser.

A police officer initially warned her team of Mangum’s dangerous neighborhood when they approached, Kelly said, but they pursued the story regardless. Mangum did not answer the door, but Kelly and her colleagues caught the rape accuser driving away, so they trailed her until they reached a stoplight.

“These guys’ pictures were all over everywhere. Their career as lacrosse players had already been brought to an unceremonious, early end and we did not think she was off limits,” Kelly told her listeners.

Kelly said her team decided to abort the mission when Mangum threw herself into the passenger seat to avoid being seen by the Fox News team.

“I think chasing her initially was the right call. But at some point, as a reporter, your humanity kicks in,” Kelly said, explaining why she and her colleagues left at that moment.

Mangum has been in prison since 2013 for killing her boyfriend. She is set to be released in 2026.

Tired of Winning? ABC News Pays Trump Millions Over Fake ‘Rape’ Claims in Carroll Case

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) President-elect Donald Trump may soon get sick and tired of winning, as ABC News has agreed to pay him millions to settle his defamation lawsuit over demonstrably false claims he was found liable for “rape.”

On Saturday, ABC News filed a settlement agreement in federal court, agreeing to pay Trump $15 million for a presidential foundation and museum, plus $1 million in attorney’s fees.

The network also issued a public apology for host George Stephanopoulos’s false accusations that a Manhattan jury found Trump liable for “rape” in the defamation case against him by E. Jean Carroll.

An “Editor’s Note” at the bottom of an ABC News article reads: “ABC News and George Stephanopoulos regret statements regarding President Donald J. Trump made during an interview by George Stephanopoulos with Rep. Nancy Mace on ABC’s This Week on March 10, 2024.”

Stephanopoulos made these defamatory remarks during a March interview, where he attempted to corner Mace, a victim of sexual abuse, over her endorsement of Trump.

“You’ve endorsed Donald Trump for president. Judges and two separate juries have found him liable for rape and for defaming the victim of that rape,” Stephanopoulos said, repeating this line of questioning at least 10 times.

Despite Stephanopoulos’s assurances, Trump has never been found liable for “rape,” instead a judge claimed he was liable for the “abuse” of Carroll, a woman Trump said he has never met.

Carroll’s lawsuit was filed in New York, a Democratic stronghold. The jury ordered Trump to pay Carroll millions over alleged defamatory remarks when he denied her claims.

In response to Stephanopoulos’s claims, Trump filed a lawsuit against him and ABC News, affirming his statements were defamatory.

While ABC News attempted to have a judge dismiss the case over fair reporting protections, a judge found sufficient evidence for the case to continue.

On Friday, Stephanopoulos was ordered to take a deposition. However, ABC News entered the agreement by Saturday.

An ABC News spokesperson told Fox News, which first reported the settlement: “We are pleased that the parties have reached an agreement to dismiss the lawsuit on the terms in the court filing.”

DMV Apologizes for Issuing ‘Hateful’ Plates Allegedly Supporting Hamas

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) The California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) apologized Thursday for issuing license plates that seemingly mocked the brutality of the Hamas terrorist attacks against Israel on October 7, 2023.

The plates were first spotted on a Tesla Cybertruck in California, reading “LOLOCT7.” The New York Post noted that this has been interpreted as “laughing out loud” on October 7—the bloodiest day for Jewish people since the Holocaust.

StopAntisemitism, a watchdog group, shared a photo of the plate on X, stating: “StopAntisemitism is appalled by the sickening display on a Cybertruck plate in California, celebrating terrorism against the Jewish people.”

In a separate post, the watchdog slammed the plate as a “vile mockery of the 1,200 innocent lives lost and the countless others scarred.” StopAntisemitiism then mobilized its supporters to launch an email campaign, urging the DMV to recall the plates.

A copy of the email reviewed by Headline USA: “I am writing to express my deep concern and utter disdain regarding the approval of a California license plate bearing the phrase ‘LOLOCT7.’ This plate, which references the horrific terrorist attack on October 7, 2023, by Hamas, mocks the brutal massacre of over 1,200 innocent men, women, children, babies, and Holocaust survivors. “

The email added, “The fact that the California Department of Motor Vehicles approved a plate that trivializes such atrocities is nothing short of appalling. Antisemitism has skyrocketed across the country, and this license plate only further perpetuates hate and encourages violence against the Jewish community.”

The DMV echoed StopAntisemitism’s sentiments, describing the approved plates as “unacceptable and disturbing.”

“The DMV is taking swift action to recall these shocking plates, and we will immediately strengthen our internal review process to ensure such an egregious oversight never happens again,” the California agency wrote on X.

“We sincerely apologize that these personalized plates were not properly rejected during our review process,” it added. “The use of hateful language is not only a clear violation of our policies but also a violation of our core values to proudly serve the public and ensure safe and welcoming roadways.”

It is not immediately clear how many plates the DMV has approved that mock the terrorist attack of Oct. 7.

No Shame: Biden Pardons Son of Man Linked to Brother, Impeachment Probe

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Outgoing President Joe Biden pardoned Zach Scruggs, the son of Dickie Scruggs, a major donor and convicted fraudster. Dickie Scruggs, known for his controversial ties to the Biden family, paid $100,000 to James Biden’s consulting firm in the 1990s.

The younger Scruggs was implicated in a bribery scheme orchestrated by his father, who also pleaded guilty to similar offenses.

Zach served 14 months in prison after pleading guilty to failing to report a conspiracy to unlawfully influence a judge in a dispute over $26.5 million involving other lawyers, according to the Daily Journal.

On Thursday, President Biden commuted Zach’s sentence as part of a broader clemency effort that included 1,498 individuals.

The pardons came just weeks after he issued a “full and unconditional” pardon for his embattled son, Hunter Biden, from prosecution for potential offenses spanning over 11 years.

In a press statement defending the sweeping list of pardons, President Biden said: “America was built on the promise of possibility and second chances. As President, I have the great privilege of extending mercy to people who have demonstrated remorse and rehabilitation, restoring opportunity for Americans to participate in daily life…”

Zach’s pardon was first noted by Real Clear Investigators reporter Paul Sperry. The Scruggs’s name has long been tied to the Biden family and James’s consulting firm Lion Hall, which House Republicans have described as “nothing more than a slush fund for the Biden Crime Family.”

In a post on X, the House Oversight Committee wrote, “This is the same account that served as a conduit to funnel $40,000 from a CCP-linked company to Joe Biden’s personal bank account.” It added, “Are you paying attention yet?”

Dickie’s connections can be traced back to the 1980s. One of his associates worked on Joe Biden’s failed 1988 White House bid, according to Politico.

Dickie later hired James as a so-called consultant for a tobacco settlement. In 2007, Scruggs backed President Biden’s failed presidential campaign.

The pardon is also notable as it follows that of Hunter, who was set to be sentenced on Dec. 12, 2024, for making false statements about his drug abuse in a federal form for a gun purchase. Hunter pleaded guilty to failing to pay millions of dollars in taxes.

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer, R-Ky., suggested earlier this week that James will soon receive a preemptive presidential pardon for potential offenses committed in his consulting work.

UPDATE: George Santos Allegedly Assaulted on NY Streets, Incident Caught on Video

Update: Former Rep. George Santos clarified the viral video of him being assaulted in Times Square was part of an ad for his newly launched podcast, Pants on Fire.

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) An unidentified man assaulted former Rep. George Santos as he walked down the streets of Times Square in New York, as captured in a viral video shared across social media on Saturday.

The man is seen approaching Santos and throwing an unknown liquid onto his face and shirt. “How do you like that?” the man shouts with a noticeably New York Italian accent.

Before the incident, the man approached the ousted member of Congress, preaching and asking, “This guy has [the] audacity to show his face! Hey, George Santos?”

Santos, seemingly unaware of what was about to happen, turned around and replied, “Hey, what’s up.”

The man then doused Santos with what appeared to be a brown substance. “How do you like that? How do you like that, George? Enjoy!” the man asked.

Santos is seen astonished by what just happened and asked “What the f*ck is wrong with you? You’re unbelievable. Un-fcking-believable.”

The man, laughing at Santos, said, “I bet you’d like that, George.”

It is unclear what prompted the assault; however, many on X quickly urged the New York Police Department to investigate and take swift action. The former New York congressman has not stated at the time of this piece’s publication.

Santos, a gay Republican, served one term in Congress before being ousted over allegations in a federal campaign finance fraud indictment.

In August 2024, Santos pleaded guilty to wire fraud and aggravated identity theft, agreeing to pay $373,749.97 in restitution and $205,002.97 in forfeiture.

The Republican-led House expelled Santos before his guilty plea. Meanwhile, equally embattled Democrats like former Sen. Bob Menendez, D-N.J., and Rep. Henry Cuellar, D-Texas., did not receive the same treatment.

Menendez resigned on his own terms after months of controversy, while Cuellar secured reelection in 2024 despite facing scrutiny.

The presumed attack on Santos could be the latest in a string of violent incidents targeting Republicans. Rep. Nancy Mace, R-S.C., was reportedly accosted by a radical leftist protester during a D.C. event.

President-elect Donald Trump narrowly survived two assassination attempts while he ran for the presidency in 2024.

Former Rep. Matt Gaetz, R-Fla., experienced a similar altercation to that of Santos when a woman threw a drink at him in 2023.

In 2022, Republican powerhouse Lee Zeldin was attacked by a man who had what was initially believed to be a two-bladed knuckle knife.

‘Prayers’: Pelosi’s Office Shares Heartbreaking Update After Brutal Fall

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) A spokesperson for former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has provided a major update regarding her well-being following a brutal fall during an official visit to Luxembourg.

Pelosi’s spokesperson, Ian Krager, stated that the former speaker is “well on the mend” after successfully undergoing a hip replacement.

Pelosi, who many refer to as “speaker emerita,” was in Luxembourg as part of a bipartisan congressional delegation commemorating the 80th anniversary of the Battle of the Bulge.

During an official event, she sustained an injury and was quickly taken to the hospital, Krager announced on Friday. Among those present at the ceremony were Sens. Susan Collins, R-Maine; Kirsten Gillibrand, D-N.Y.; John Barrasso, R-W.V.

On Saturday, Krager continued, “Speaker Pelosi is grateful to U.S. military staff at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center at Landstuhl Army Base and medical staff at Hospital Kirchberg in Luxembourg for their excellent care and kindness.”

Pelosi is reportedly “enjoying the overwhelming outpouring of prayers and well wishes and is ever determined to ensure access to quality health care for all Americans,” Krager wrote in his statement.

The former speaker became the second octogenarian lawmaker to suffer a serious injury while serving in their capacity as the people’s representative.

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell fell in the U.S. Capitol on Tuesday morning, spraining his wrist and sustaining a minor cut on his face, according to the liberal New York Times.

These two incidents have renewed calls for term limits on public officials. Pelosi herself has advocated for implementing limits but only on members of the Supreme Court.

“Here we have a body … chosen for life. Never have to run for office. Nominated, confirmed for life, with no accountability for their ethics behavior,” Pelosi stated in 2023, after having been elected to her 19th term in Congress.

Pelosi was first elected in 1987, while McConnell has served as Kentucky’s senator since 1985. Some of the criticisms demanding term limits and slamming the use of military forces to airlift Pelosi to the hospital are shared below.

Biden’s Education Dept. Spends $1B on DEI Grants

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) It was recently revealed that the Department of Education under the Biden administration spent $1 billion on DEI grants instead of children’s education.

Fox News reported that the department has spent enormous amounts of money to advance DEI in hiring, programming and mental health training in America’s schools since 2021.

Parents Defending Education, a right-wing organization that pledges to “reclaim our schools from activists imposing harmful agendas,” informed Fox News that from 2021 to the present, the Biden administration awarded 229 grants across 42 states and Washington, D.C.

The organization’s report revealed that, in total, the government spent $1,002,522,304.81: $489,883,797 on grants for race-based hiring, $343,337,286 on general DEI programming and $169,301,221 on DEI-based mental health training and programming.

“The only people or groups to benefit from the enormous amount of grant funding are the universities, administrators and DEI consultants, at the expense of children’s education,” Parents Defending Education researcher Rhyen Staley told Fox News. “This needs to change by placing children’s learning at the forefront of education instead of prioritizing race-based policies and DEI.”

Michele Exner, Senior Advisor at Parents Defending Education, also criticized the wasteful spending, highlighting that American students already can’t meet academic standards.

“Under Secretary Cardona, this organization has been a complete farce that has failed families and students time and time again,” she said. “Families are fed up and are excited for January when we will have new leadership in the nation’s capital who will focus on getting this toxic and divisive waste out of our education system.”

Nicki Neily, the founder of the organization, who went into detail about the leftists wasting taxpayers’ money on DEI on Twitter, also criticized the Biden-Harris administration.

“We’re at a time when 40% of American students cannot read proficiently. But the Biden Administration chose to fritter away more than $1 billion of hardworking Americans’ tax dollars on DEI initiatives at the Department of Education. It’s a giant slap in the face,” she wrote.

Other conservatives, like Assistant News Director for Florida’s Voice, Eric Daugherty, also criticized the administration, suggesting that Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy of the Department of Government Efficiency should do something about this spending.

“Merit is a precondition for efficiency. So it’s entirely unsurprising that *anti-meritocratic* programs are a source of waste & inefficiency,” Ramaswamy responded to Daugherty.

Other conservatives in the media and politics also criticized unnecessary spending.

Kamala Harris Accused of Drinking Again

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) Former Democratic presidential nominee Kamala Harris was recently accused of drinking again after she made one of her few recent appearances when she appeared to be drunk.

Trending Politics reported that the criticism and mockery started after a video of Harris emerged. She laughed and made jokes while appearing drunk at a Christmas party at her residence at the Naval Observatory on Wednesday.

“And I give you permission that if you are going to someone’s house who doesn’t know how to cook, bring your own dish! You know what I’m saying? You know what I’m saying? I’m all about no regrets!” she told the small crowd.

Conservatives on Twitter didn’t hesitate to mock Harris’s recent appearance.

“Looks like Kamala was enjoying the drinks at what appears to be a Christmas party in DC. She’s not handling the loss well,” @_johnnymaga wrote.

Author Juanita Broaddrick also responded to the recent clip by writing that Harris is “[sh**-faced] drunk.”

Others also pointed out that Harris is not funny, even though she was trying to be.

“She thinks she’s so funny, but she really comes off as so stale, sad and cringey. Kind of like meatloaf or fruitcake,” @RomeosWisdom wrote.

Headline USA previously reported on Harris’s alleged problems with alcohol. One of those moments happened during one of the rallies.

“The DNC is struggling to keep Kamala Harris sober. Addiction is real, and she’s got a long road ahead,” @amuse wrote.

Another time when people started claiming that Harris was drunk was when she exclaimed, “POPULAR, POPULAR, POPULAR!” during a speech in St. Louis, Mo.

While some questioned whether Harris had “lunch with [Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden] before this show,” others were shocked that she acted this way.

“She can’t be serious, can she?” @ProudElephantUS wrote.

The Democratic Party also released a video of Harris addressing her voters after she lost the 2024 election to President-elect Donald Trump, in which she appeared drunk.

‘Full of S**t’: Obama Loyalist Flips Out as Big Tech CEOs Flock to Trump

(Julianna Frieman, Headline USA) Jon Favreau, a former aide to former President Barack Obama, flipped out at Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg on Friday’s episode of Pod Save America as big tech companies flock to President-elect Donald Trump.

The Pod Save America co-host said Zuckerberg was “full of s**t” for donating $1 million to Trump’s inaugural fund.

“There are few humans more full of s**t than Mark Zuckerberg for like all of the values he professed that Facebook had and that his company has and all this bulls**t,” Favreau raged.

Zuckerberg’s donation struck a sore spot with Favreau, who took offense at the Facebook founder for “just giving [Trump] money.” He slammed Zuckerberg for trying to get in Trump’s good graces following years of tension between the two, especially relating to social media censorship and 2020 election interference.

“Fine, make peace, whatever. Donate a million dollars to inauguration when Meta has not donated money to any other inauguration? Now you’re like in the Trump business. Now you’re just giving him money,” he said.

Favreau would have rather had Zuckerberg stick to speaking out about Trump, whether he said “nice” or “bad” things. The former Obama aide called Zuckerberg’s financial investment in the incoming Republican president “disgusting.”

“You’re giving him money? A million dollars,” he said. “It’s disgusting.”

Zuckerberg’s donation to Trump was first reported on Wednesday by the Wall Street Journal. The Meta CEO, who did not donate to Trump’s first inauguration, met with the president-elect at Mar-a-Lago in late November.

On Thursday, the Wall Street Journal reported that Amazon’s executive chairman, Jeff Bezos, also plans to donate $1 million to Trump’s inaugural fund. Amazon will also stream Trump’s indigestion on its Prime Video service.
