Union Boss Who Threatened to ‘Cripple’ U.S. Economy Lives in Mansion

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) It was recently revealed that the International Longshoremen’s Association’s president, Harold Daggett, lives like a king, except not in a castle.

On Tuesday, the New York Post’s exclusive photos showed Daggett’s Bentley convertible parked outside his massive, 7,136-square-foot mansion in New Jersey. The images revealed that Daggett also has a five-car garage, a patio and a big pool.

The news source stated that the 10-acre mansion is located in Sparta, N.J., 50 miles from New York City.

An anonymous realtor told the Post that Daggett put the four-bedroom, six-and-a-half-bathroom property on the market in 2004 at a listing price of $3.1 million. After that, Daggett reduced the price to $2.9 million and removed the listing altogether.

Conservatives on Twitter criticized Daggett for pretending to care about the workers while living in luxury.

“Just another reason why [I] absolutely hate the unions! They are liars, cheaters and thieves. They don’t give a s**t about their members. They need their members more than their members need them. It’s all about the benjamins, baby,” one anonymous person wrote.

Others agreed, adding that union bosses are nothing more than just mafia members.

“He seems to be taking pleasure in this instead of being concerned about members not getting a paycheck,” another person wrote.

Additionally, some people remembered that unions are “corrupt” and “dirty” representations of socialism since “there’s no incentive to accelerate because workers and production are not based on a merit system but on a company being forced to be loyal to a union.”

Recent revelations came after Daggett threatened Americans by saying that he and his union would “cripple” the United States economy, as previously reported by Headline USA.

“These people today don’t know what a strike is. When my men hit the streets, from Maine to Texas, every single port will lock down,” he said, stating that the country would not survive without his union members. “Everything in the United States comes on a ship.”

He then noted that attempts to fight the strike were pointless because the union and workers would ultimately win.

“Who’s gonna win here in the long run?” he said. “In today’s world, I’ll cripple you. I will cripple you, and you have no idea what that means. Nobody does.”

Corrupt Pa. Gov’t. Schedules Voter Website ‘Maintenance’ to Conflict w/ Trump’s Butler Rally

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) Founder of Early Vote Action Scott Presler revealed on Wednesday that Pennsylvania’s Department of State attempted to engage in election interference to make Donald Trump’s winning the battleground state less possible.

“The @PAStateDept voter registration website will be unavailable on Saturday, October 5th, the day that President Trump will be triumphantly returning to the site of the assassination attempt in Butler County, PA. W/ all eyes on PA, the site will be down. Coincidence?” Presler asked rhetorically in one of his posts on Twitter.

Soon after revealing that, Presler published another post, directly addressing the Department of State.

“Dear @PAStateDept, [how] do you respond to the accusation that you’re engaging in election interference by scheduling voter registration maintenance during the day that President Trump is having a rally in Butler? Why 6 p.m. – 12 a.m., instead of 12 a.m. – 6 a.m.? Why Saturday?” he wrote.

In a follow-up post, Presler wrote that the organization should “get its story straight.”

“You’re losing trust,” he added.

Conservative commentator Jack Posobeic invited Presler to talk about what happened on Real America’s Voice.

After facing the backlash, the corrupt department changed the maintenance schedule.

“The @PAStateDept just quietly changed the scheduled maintenance from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. – 4 a.m. We are watching you — peacefully — like a hawk,” Presler wrote.

Presler also thanked Lara Trump for highlighting the election interference on Instagram.

“Thank you, @LaraLeaTrump, for your help. Thank you, Lara,” he wrote.

As of Thursday, Donald Trump has not yet commented on the recent example of election interference.

The recent news came after the department announced that there would be election interference in the state.

“Pennsylvanians won’t always know the final results of all races on election night. Any changes in results that occur as counties continue to count ballots are not evidence that an election is “rigged.” See the full explanation at vote.pa.gov/FactCheck,” the department wrote.

Presler urged the department four times to tell Americans whether illegal aliens would be allowed to vote in the 2024 election or not.

The Left is also trying to interfere in the upcoming election by making sure Democrats in the rural parts of Pennsylvania vote.

The Gateway Pundit reported that Trump could win the far-left Philadelphia, which could explain Democrats’ recent election interference attempts, specifically the recent incident of an Airbnb host in the city evicting pro-Trump ballot chasers.

Kamala May Lose Election Over FEMA Scandal, Giving $750 to Helene Victims

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) Democratic presidential nominee Kamala Harris may lose the 2024 election because of the recent Federal Emergency Management Agency scandal, which resulted in the Biden-Harris administration giving just $750 to each victim of Hurricane Helene.

Blaze Media reported that Hurricane Helene killed hundreds of Americans in six states, destroyed entire towns and left many people without home and food.

During Wednesday’s press briefing, Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas said that FEMA could not help American citizens because it lacked money.

“We are meeting the immediate needs with the money that we have. We are expecting another hurricane hitting. We do not have the funds,” he said. “FEMA does not have the funds to make it through the season and what is imminent.”

However, the American government didn’t have a problem finding money for illegal aliens. The Associated Press reported that Congress transferred $20 billion to FEMA’s disaster relief fund. The Gateway Pundit also reported that FEMA spent $1 billion to resettle illegals inside the country. According to Blaze Media, FEMA also spent millions of dollars on illegals.

Since the government was so busy helping people who were legally not even supposed to be in the United States, it wasn’t surprising that the U.S. government didn’t have money for Americans.

To “fix” the situation, the Biden-Harris administration announced on Wednesday that it would distribute $750 to each American suffering from Hurricane Helene via FEMA, as reported by the Post Millennial. Harris announced in Augusta, Ga., one of the towns destroyed by the hurricane.

“I want to thank [Gov. Brian Kemp, R-Ga.] for his leadership and his close coordination with the federal government, with our administration. And I want to thank the local leaders for together, creating a task-force-like response, knowing we are at our best when we work together and coordinate resources, coordinate our communications to the maximum effect for the community that has been impacted,” she said.

Harris came to the town to attract more voters, but the plan backfired, with many people, including Kemp himself, criticizing the administration, as Trending Politics reported.

Harris also tried to show that she cared about the victims by posting a photo of herself being briefed about the situation. However, this backfired after people, including Donald Trump, noticed that her headphones were not attached to her smartphone.

While Harris was having fun in Hollywood, Trump and his family members were helping the people in the states affected by Hurricane Helene. This could result in Harris losing the upcoming election, specifically in the swing states like Georgia and North Carolina, which were also affected.

Kamala Dispatches Liz Cheney to Trick Gullible Wisc. Republicans into Switching Sides

(Headline USA) Vice President Kamala Harris deployed former Republican Rep. Liz Cheney to campaign for her in Wisconsin this week in a bid to win over independent voters, Newsweek reported.

Cheney, who was ousted from Congress by Republican voters during a Wyoming primary election in 2022, will speak at a campaign rally for Harris in Ripon, Wisc., a town that claims to be where the Republican Party was formed in 1854.

The former congresswoman has been one of the GOP’s most visible anti-Trump voices and endorsed Harris in September because of “the danger” of former President Donald Trump returning to the White House in November.

“As a conservative, as someone who believes in and cares about the Constitution, I have thought deeply about this, and because of the danger that Donald Trump poses, not only am I not voting for Donald Trump, but I will be voting for Kamala Harris,” Cheney said at the time.

In a bid to get other Republicans to back Harris, Cheney went on to argue that conservatives don’t “have the luxury” of abstaining from voting for either candidate, “particularly in swing states.”

Cheney’s father, former Vice President Dick Cheney, also endorsed Harris.

“In our nation’s 248 year history, there has never been an individual who is a greater threat to our republic than Donald Trump,” Dick Cheney said in September. “He tried to steal the last election using lies and violence to keep himself in power after the voters had rejected him.”

Harris has bragged about the former vice president’s endorsement, despite the fact that Democrats still vilify the elder Cheney for defending the Iraq War.

Harris has justified her new friendship with the alleged “war criminal” by arguing that her campaign stands for “every American—regardless of party—who values democracy and the rule of law.”

Undermining her argument that the issue was Trump specifically, Cheney also endorsed Collin Allred, the Democrat challenger to Sen. Ted Cruz, in what appears to be an effort to force Republicans to lose the U.S Senate.

Critics said that she had forfeited any claim to being a Republican and was simply a traitor.

‘Squad’ Members Already Plotting to Reverse Kamala’s Centrist Pivot after Election

(Headline USA) “Squad” Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., said this week that she and her fellow leftists were plotting to see “how far we can push” Vice President Kamala Harris to the Left “once she wins the presidency.”

Harris has one of the most progressive congressional records and was even rated as the the most liberal senator back in 2019. But she has staked out a position much closer to the center after entering the 2024 presidential race, with her campaign frequently claiming she has abandoned many of her past progressive positions.

Asked whether she believes Harris’s pivot was genuine, Omar admitted to the Washington Post that she is not worried about Harris abandoning her far-left bonafides.

“It’s about us organizing and seeing how far we can push her once she wins the presidency,” Omar said.

Congressional Progressive Caucus Chairwoman Rep. Pramila Jayapal, D-Wash., agreed, citing President Joe Biden’s own lurch to the left after he entered the White House.

“I do believe and hope and expect that [Harris] understands how important progressives were to the Biden administration’s victories,” Jayapal said. “I hope she sees how valuable that partnership and that work together was.”

The “Squad” members’ comments reflect what seems to be a common understanding on the Left, first voiced by Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., last month.

“I don’t think she’s abandoning her ideals,” he said in September. “I think she’s trying to be pragmatic and doing what she thinks is right in order to win the election.”

Harris herself has admitted that her “values have not changed” even though her campaign claims her policy positions have.

“I think the most important and most significant aspect of my policy perspective and decisions is my values have not changed,” she told CNN when asked about her many policy flip-flops.

Election-Denying, Alleged Domestic-Abuser Is Dems’ Top Pick to Be Next Calif. Gov.

(Headline USA) Rep. Katie Porter, D-Calif., hinted this week that she’s considering a run to be the next governor of California after failing to win a U.S. Senate primary earlier this year, according to the San Francisco Chronicle.

In a post on social media, Porter shared recent polling that showed her as one of the front-runners for the position, which will open up in 2026 when Gov. Gavin Newsom’s term is finished.

“In Congress, I’ve stood up to special interests and shown that government can deliver for families by doing things differently,” Porter said. “I’m grateful that Californians recognize we need fresh voices in our politics who are not afraid to call out nonsense, from Republicans or Democrats.”

Porter went on to claim that California’s next executive needs to be “laser focused on solving Californians’ biggest challenges, most of all cost of living.”

The poll Porter referenced showed that 14% of Californians picked her among a field of 13 Democrats. Republican state Sen. Brian Dahle, who ran against Newsom in 2022, came in second with 5.3% of the vote.

Porter has not yet declared a formal campaign for the governorship.

She lost a bid to serve in the U.S. Senate earlier this year, finishing third in the nonpartisan primary. She claimed the race had been “rigged by billionaires,” leading to criticism from other state Democrats.

“It’s not rigged,” Sen. Alex Padilla, D-Calif., said at the time. “As the former secretary of state of California, I can assure you of the integrity of the elections and the results.”

During the Senate race, Porter was accused by her ex-husband of domestic abuse. According to her ex-husband, Porter dumped scalding hot potatoes on his head and threw a glass at him, resulting in him being cut by flying shards.

Porter also faced accusations of verbal harassment and abuse from several former congressional staffers.

House Task Force Demands Slew of ATF Documents on Both Trump Assassination Attempts

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) The House Task Force investigating the Trump assassination attempts wrote to ATF Director Steven Dettelbach on Thursday to demand the agency’s records on both incidents.

The Task Force’s letter follows a closed-door briefing the ATF provided to lawmakers on Sept. 9—six days before the second attempt at Trump’s Florida golf course on Sept. 15.

The Task Force’s letter mostly focused on the first attempt on July 13 in Butler, Pennsylvania—specifically, about the ATF’s response to the explosives found at gunman Thomas Crooks’s home and vehicle.

“Documents and materials shall also include those related to: (i) ATF’s discovery and investigation of the improvised explosive device found at the home of Matthew Crooks; and (ii) efforts to locate, the ultimate location of, and investigation of Thomas Matthew Crooks’s vehicle,” the Task Force said in its document request.

The Task Force also requested every document the ATF has provided to the FBI about both attempts.

The Task Force’s request will hopefully yield information that explains why an unidentified, plain-clothes ATF agent was at the Butler rally in his “personal capacity”—as the ATF told the Senate Homeland Security Committee.

Recently released interview transcripts show that a Secret Service agent encountered that ATF agent before the shooting, but didn’t question his presence or his credentials.

According to the interview transcripts, the Secret Service site agent said the ATF agent approached her before the shooting with concerns about a bike rack that was used as a crowd barrier.

“He was concerned that people, it might fall over, that people might, you know, be able to, to get, you know, get over it.  And so then he kind of brought it to my attention. I was like, ‘Well, who are you?’ … He said, ‘ATF,’” the agent told lawmakers, according to her interview transcript.

“He just was acting like part of the plan … And then I just, I didn’t ask any further questions.  I mean, at that point I was just like, okay.  I don’t know,” she said.

“I still don’t know why ATF was there or who asked them to be there or what their role was,” she added.

According to the Senate’s report on the Trump shooting, the ATF said the agent was there in a “personal capacity.”

“ATF told the Committee that there was an ATF agent present in his personal capacity at the Butler rally on July 13 but that ATF as an agency had no official presence at the rally and did not provide any security assistance before shots were fired. The committee has yet to speak with the ATF agent who was at the rally,” the report said.

The committee added that it “continues to seek a transcribed interview” with the agent, and that it is still seeking info “related to any ATF facial recognition searches of Crooks’ body.”

REPORT: Gun Sales Surging Since July Assassination Attempt, Coup Put Kamala Atop Ticket

(Headline USA) Gun sales have spiked since Vice President Kamala Harris became the Democratic Party’s presidential nominee, according to data from the National Shooting Sports Foundation.

Since July, month over month firearm sales have increased by about 125,000, and background checks have increased by 260,000.

That timing coincides with President Joe Biden being pushed off the top of the 2024 ticket, and with the first assassination attempt against former President Donald Trump.

Justin Anderson, the marketing director for Hyatt Guns, argued the increase in firearm sales were a natural response to Harris’s extremism when it comes to gun control.

“Vice President Harris is the worst type of gun owner,” Anderson said, according to the Washington Examiner. “She believes in her right to own a gun but wants to fully control and restrict other American citizens’ rights.”

Since launching her own presidential campaign, Harris has tried to pivot toward the center when it comes to gun control. She even bizarrely claimed last month that she would shoot a home intruder if it came to it.

However, Harris’s past positions show she is in favor of extreme gun-control measures, including mandatory gun buyback programs.

“That belief hasn’t been lost on the gun buying public, as our sales have trended up with the NSSF background check data,” Anderson said. “If elected, it will likely result in the next gun buying frenzy.”

Asked in 2019 whether she believed in the “mandatory buyback of assault weapons” and whether such a program would “fundamentally” go against the Second Amendment, Harris assured voters at the time that she wasn’t all that worried about their constitutional right to bear arms.

“Great question. I do believe that we need to do buybacks, and I’ll tell you why,” Harris responded.

“First of all, let’s be clear about what assault weapons are: They have been designed to kill a lot of human beings quickly,” she continued, still nebulously unclear about what legally defined a so-called assault weapon. “They are weapons of war with no place on the streets of a civil society. I’ve seen assault weapons kill babies and police officers.”

She went on to call a buyback program a “good idea,” adding that it just needed to be done “the right way.”

Harris continued, “And part of that has to be, you know, buy back and give people their value, the financial value of what they have and not just take things from people that have value without compensating them. We need to do it the right way.”

Newsom’s Censorship Law Ruled the REAL Deepfake as Fed. Judge Declares Unconstitutional

(Headline USA) A new California law allowing any person to sue for damages over election deepfakes has been put on pause after a federal judge granted a preliminary injunction Wednesday blocking it.

U.S. District Judge John A. Mendez said artificial intelligence and deepfakes pose significant risks, but he ruled that the law likely violates the First Amendment.

“Most of AB 2839 acts as a hammer instead of a scalpel, serving as a blunt tool that hinders humorous expression and unconstitutionally stifles the free and unfettered exchange of ideas which is so vital to American democratic debate,” Mendez wrote.

The law took effect immediately after Gov. Gavin Newsom signed it last month. The Democrat signed two other bills at the time aimed at cracking down on the use of artificial intelligence to create false images or videos in political ads ahead of the 2024 election.

They are among the most draconian laws of their kind in the nation and come as Democrats panic that the are losing the online meme game due to an increasing sense of humorlessness within the ever-more woke and offense-prone party.

Leftist also have been generally pushing for more censorship as they find themselves unable to win battles on equal footing based on the strength of their ideas alone, and have thus sought to redefine “democracy” as whatever gives them a specific political advantage.

In true Orwellian form, Izzy Gardon, a spokesperson for Newsom, claimed the laws would protect democracy and preserve free speech.

“We’re confident the courts will uphold the state’s ability to regulate these types of dangerous and misleading deepfakes,” he said in a statement. “Satire remains alive and well in California—even for those who miss the punchline.”

But a lawyer representing YouTuber Christopher Kohls (who goes by the username @MrReaganUSA on X), who sued state officials over the law, called the ruling “straightforward.”

“We are gratified that the district court agreed with our analysis that new technologies do not change the principles behind First Amendment protections,” attorney Theodore Frank said.

The law was also unpopular among First Amendment experts, who urged Newsom last month to veto the measure. They argued that the law is unconstitutional and a government overreach.

“If something is truly defamatory, there’s a whole body of law and established legal standards for how to prove a claim for defamation consistent with the First Amendment,” David Loy, legal director of the First Amendment Coalition, said in an interview in September. “The government is not free to create new categories of speech outside the First Amendment.”

Kamala Ditches ‘Believe Survivors’ Mantra as Husband Faces Slap Accusation

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Vice President Kamala Harris has conveniently cast aside her support for the #MeToo movement and the “Believe Survivors” mantra—right after her husband, Doug Emhoff, was accused of assaulting his ex-girlfriend.

On Thursday, an Emhoff spokesperson denied the Daily Mail‘s report that he slapped his ex-girlfriend during a jealousy-fueled incident, asserting that “any suggestion that he would or ever hit a woman is false.”

The Mail alleged that three friends of the ex-girlfriend, identified only as “Jane,” claimed Emhoff assaulted her after he wrongly believed she was flirting with a valet staff member during the Cannes Film Festival in May 2012.

Emhoff’s denial directly contradicts Harris’s previous statements about believing victims of domestic abuse and sexual assault.

In 2018, Harris was one of the most vocal critics of then-Judge Brett Kavanaugh when he was accused of sexually assaulting Christine Blasey Ford, a former high school classmate.

Ford made these allegations while testifying before Congress, where her assertions faced skepticism from Republicans.

In contrast, Harris voiced her support on X, the platform then known as Twitter. “Dr. Ford is not on trial. She is sitting here because she has the courage to come forward and because it was her ‘civic duty.’ I believe her,” she wrote on Sept. 27, 2018.

In a separate post, she added, “Wore black today in support of all survivors of sexual assault or abuse. We won’t let them be silenced or ignored. #BelieveSurvivors.”

This is not the first time Harris has abandoned her commitment to believing survivors. In 2020, she downplayed the growing allegations of inappropriate touching and kissing, sniffing against Joe Biden.

“I believe them, and I respect them being able to tell their story and having the courage to do it,” Harris said during an interview with the San Francisco Chronicle in April 2020. Months later, she accepted the position as his running mate.

The scandal marks the second time Emhoff’s past has come back to haunt him. He admitted to cheating on his first wife, Kerstin Emhoff, with their daughter’s nanny, Najen Naylor.
