Three More States Introduce Bills to Remove Biden from Ballots

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Three Republican lawmakers in different states introduced bills to exclude President Joe Biden from the Democratic primary ballot, citing a Colorado precedent to bar Americans from seeking political office without due process.

State Reps. Aaron Bernstine, R-Pa.; Charlice Byrd, R-Ga.; and Coty McGarr, R-Ariz., unveiled their proposals in a bid to ridicule the Colorado Supreme Court’s contentious decision to oust former President Donald Trump from the state’s Republican primary ballot.

“Today, we are joining forces to introduce legislation to REMOVE Joe Biden from the ballot in Georgia, Arizona, and Pennsylvania,” the trio of lawmakers said in a joint press statement, highlighting the Colorado decision.

They added, “The absurdity of radical Democrat judges removing Donald Trump from the ballot in Colorado will be a stain on the American political system for decades. By their own interpretation of the law, Joe Biden is 100% not eligible to run for political office.”

The move followed Colorado’s highest court ruling that the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution disqualified Trump from seeking the presidency due to his role in what Democrats termed an “insurrection” on Jan. 6.

The decision left political observers and commentators baffled, expressing widespread concerns about violation of due process as Trump has neither been indicted nor convicted on any insurrection charges.

The Republican lawmakers in Georgia, Pennsylvania and Arizona argue that this new precedent effectively prevents anyone under scrutiny from seeking political office in the U.S.

“Colorado radicals just changed the game and we are not going to sit quietly while they destroy our Republic,” they added. “To be clear our objective is to showcase the absurdity of Colorado’s decision and allow ALL candidates to be on the ballot in all states. To do that we must fight back as Republicans against the communist currently running our great country.”

These lawmakers join a growing number of Republican leaders in Florida and Texas considering legislation to formally block Biden from appearing on the Democratic presidential election ballots. Notably, Biden is currently under an impeachment inquiry for allegations of bribery, corruption and influence peddling.

SCOTUS Shuts Down Smith’s Attempt to Rush Trump ‘Immunity’ Challenge

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) The U.S. Supreme Court rejected Special Counsel Jack Smith’s attempt to circumvent an appeals court currently weighing on whether former President Donald Trump enjoys immunity from criminal prosecution over alleged efforts to thwart the certification of the 2020 presidential election.

The Court’s Friday decision followed Smith’s attempt to sidestep the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, which is currently reviewing Trump’s defense claims of immunity from prosecution for contesting the contentious election results due to his presidential role.

Instead, the Court allowed the appeal process to proceed, marking a partial victory for Trump. The former president sought to delay the case past the March 4 trial as it directly interfered with Super Tuesday, where multiple states select their preferred Republican nominee for president.

In contrast, Smith wanted the Court to expediently determine the merits of Trump’s defense, raising concern about timing. “The United States recognizes that this is an extraordinary request,” Smith desperately claimed in his plea to the Court. “This is an extraordinary case.”

Earlier in the appeal filing, Smith asserted that the prosecution of the former president raised a “a fundamental question at the heart of our democracy: whether a former president is absolutely immune from federal prosecution for crimes committed while in office or is constitutionally protected from federal prosecution when he has been impeached but not convicted before the criminal proceedings begin.”

Attorney General Merrick Garland, a Biden appointee, appointed Smith to investigate Trump for alleged conduct during the certification of the 2020 election and for purported mishandling of classified documents.

Following his appointment as special counsel, Smith charged Trump with four criminal counts, including obstruction of the election certification, conspiracy to defraud the United States, conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding and conspiracy against rights under the Enforcement Act of 1870.

The Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit agreed to requests for a speedy appeals process and ordered both Smith and Trump to present their arguments on Jan. 9.

Trump vehemently denied the charges, describing them as a partisan effort to block his third presidential bid. The former president and GOP presidential front-runner celebrated the Court’s rejection of Smith’s appeals.

“Crooked Joe Biden and his henchmen waited three years to bring this sham case, and now they have tried and failed to rush this Witch Hunt through the courts,” Trump said on Truth Social. “Of course I am entitled to Presidential Immunity. I was President, it was my right and duty to investigate, and speak on, the rigged and stolen 2020 Presidential Election.”

Rolling Stone Claims ‘Tucker’-Supporting TPUSA Audience Jeered Nikki Haley

(Molly Bruns, Headline USA) Rolling Stone magazine was caught in a fake news hoax regarding Turning Point USA’s America Fest, claiming that the crowd turned against presidential candidate Nikki Haley.

The Rolling Stone reported that the crowd started shouting “F**K HER,” and that when Steve Bannon mentioned her in his speech, the crowd changed profanities as well, according to Revolver.

TPUSA founder Charlie Kirk called out the lie and demanded a correction in a post on Twitter.

“This is a lie by the smear merchants at Rolling Stone. The crowd chanted TUCKER not ‘F-HER’ regarding Trump’s possible VP,” Kirk explained. “We demand an immediate correction or we will sue @RollingStone. The video directly contradicts this headline. They knowingly lied.”

In the video of Bannon’s speech, he looks slightly taken aback for a moment, mistaking the chanting for Tucker Carlson as profanity.

Both Carlson and Haley have been floated as possible running mates for presumptive GOP nominee Donald Trump. However, as Bannon noted, many conservatives are “not fans” of the centrist, pro-Establishment Haley.

Bannon warned against Haley becoming vice president, claiming she would be worse than former VP Mike Pence, eliciting the calls of “Tucker” from the audience to convey their preferred choice.

However, Rolling Stone author Tim Dickinson claimed that the vitriolic reaction from the crowd at the mention of Haley “underscores how the MAGA movement now identifies Haley as [former President Donald] Trump’s most serious opponent in the GOP primary.”

The piece also described TPUSA as a “Christian nationalist group.”

AmericaFest was a four day event geared toward college students, hosting seminars and speeches by prominent conservative speakers.

Carlson attended the event, taking part in a roundtable with podcaster Tim Pool. He did not comment on the crowd’s shouting.

Rolling Stone perpetuated several notable hoax stories in the past, including falsely implying that Capitol police officer Brian Sicknick died at the hands of J6 protestors, and perpetuating a story of a false rape at University of Virginia.

The latter resulted in a sizeable defamation verdict against the longtime music magazine, and resulted in an in-depth examination on the journalistic failure by the Columbia Journalism Review.

It came to light that the reporter had been working in coordination with the Obama Justice Department’s Office of Civil Rights, which was effectively a liaison between the magazine and the university activists who were coaching the bogus rape accuser, “Jackie.”

Rolling Stone also launched a smear attack against former Rep. Madison Cawthorn, R-N.C., after he lost his primary race amid a slew of salacious allegations.

Although the magazine attempted to discredit Cawthorn’s statements concerning sexual improprieties in the halls of Congress, the former lawmaker has since been vindicated regarding those claims.

Satanic Terrorist Cult Endorses Biden/Harris for 2024 Election

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) It’s a cheap, publicity-grabbing stunt for Nazis, Satanists and other fringe actors to make presidential endorsements.

Nevertheless, it’s worth noting that the terroristic Satanic cult Order of the Nine Angles, or O9A, endorsed Joe Biden and Kamala Harris for the 2024 race. O9A’s endorsement is noteworthy for the reason it was made: The group thinks Biden and Harris are the best candidates to facilitate its ultimate goal, which is the collapse of Western civilization.

“Democracy is failing; worldwide nations are going broke, preparing for war, inundated with refugees, beset by internal refugees, ruled by careerist psychopaths, and perhaps most ominously, electing leaders who are associated with foreign powers,” O9A announced on Wednesday.

“The last thing we want right now is one of these Christian band-aid do-gooders like Nikki Haley, Vivek Ramaswamy, Chris Christie, Donald Trump, and Ron DeSantis to take over and fix things,” the group said (Ramaswamy is not a Christian).

O9A further explained that its goal is to usher in a “new Dark Age,” where only the strong survive. This will allow natural selection to resume, the group thinks.

“We want to rush into the abyss so that the ‘end of history’ can come to its natural terminus and a new Dark Age will be visited upon the Earth … Only Biden-Harris can bring about this advancement of history, and therefore, we endorse the Biden-Harris campaign in 2024,” O9A said.

As Headline USA has reported, O9A has some spooky connections to U.S. security agencies. Its founder was purportedly a member of a CIA-sponsored militia in the United Kingdom during the Cold War, and its U.S. leader, Josh Sutter, is a longtime FBI informant.

O9A has fomented several neo-Nazi terrorist plots, and an O9A-linked neo-Nazi participated in the 2017 Charlottesville Unite the Right rally.

O9A’s endorsement follows the neo-Nazi Blood Tribe endorsing Biden in September, albeit for a different reason. The Blood Tribe supports Biden because he’s sending munitions to the group’s neo-Nazi friends in Ukraine.

“I think Biden’s better than Trump because he sends rockets to Ukraine,” Blood Tribe leader Christopher Pohlhaus shouted at a September rally. “Heil Ukraine! Heil Azov!”

Behind him, fellow Blood Tribe member Kent McClellan shouted, “Slava Ukraini!”

Obama Intervened to Bail Out Disgraced Harvard President

(Eli Pacheco, Headline USA) As the scandal surrounding Harvard University President Claudine Gay continues to grow, news broke Friday that former President Barack Obama had secretly intervened to bail out embattled the embattled diversity hire, Fox News reported.

After conservative watchdog Christopher Rufo first revealed evidence of plagiarism involving Gay’s past work, an internal investigation by the school turned up at least 40 instances of “duplicative language without appropriate attribution,” prompting even the far-left New York Times to turn against her.

Despite the growing outrage from academia and bipartisan calls from Washington for her resignation, Harvard reaffirmed on Thursday that it still stood behind Gay, the Wall Street Journal reported.

That, undoubtedly, left many scratching their heads, until it became clear that Gay’s powerful champion was none other than Obama, who privately lobbied on her behalf after congressional testimony led to accusations of anti-Semitism after declined to condemn calls for Jewish genocide.

“It sounded like people were being asked to close ranks to keep the broader administration stable—including its composition,” a source told the Jewish Insider of Obama’s involvement.

Obama, a Harvard Law grad, conveyed his wishes through his former Commerce secretary, Penny Pritzker, who now sits on the school’s board of directors.

Pritzker—a well-known Democrat donor, sister to Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker and scion to the Hyatt hotel fortune—made news most recently after President Joe Biden selected her to oversee the economic development in Ukraine, which is being spearheaded by BlackRock and JP Morgan Chase.

It was unclear whether Obama’s position had shifted in light of the plagiarism scandal that has since engulfed Gay or whether he was continuing to lobby the board. However, Harvard seemed to have taken the message to heart.

Gay, whose 1997 doctoral dissertation and other papers have come under fire, said she will correct three “instances of inadequate citations” in her dissertation. The school’s subcommittee cleared Gay of research misconduct the school announced on Wednesday night.

Two more instances in papers from 1993 to 2017 during Gay’s professional academic career also required correction. The New York Post reported that a detailed complaint contains more than 40 allegations of plagiarism.

The complainant is an anonymous professor from another institution, the Post reported.

Harvard has strict rules regarding proper attribution.

The filing called into question Harvard’s quick review of Gay’s work, calling it “impossible that your office has already reviewed the entire of these materials, as many … have not been previously reported or submitted.”

According to the New York Post, Harvard employed an expensive law firm to threaten the newspaper as it also probed the plagiarism charges.

The Washington Free Beacon first reported the plagiarism on Dec. 11 following Rufo’s public allegations on a Substack blog and Twitter thread.

A former Vanderbilt University political science professor, Carol Swain, said Gay copied her work—from a book published in 1993 and an article from 1997.

Some donors have pulled support for Harvard amid the controversies. The latest: billionaire Len Blavatnik said he’ll pause financial gifts, according to Bloomberg News.

Liz Magill, former University of Pennsylvania president, resigned last weekend under pressure for similarly refusing to condemn anti-Semitic rhetoric on her campus.

Santos, Burchett Hint that Congressional Sex Scandal Goes Even Deeper

(Molly Bruns, Headline USA) On the heels of two recent bombshell reports about sex-tapes involving congressional staffers newly expelled congressman George Santos, R-N.Y., appeared poised to unload on his former colleagues, suggesting the scandal could go even deeper.

Making matters worse, the serial fabulist’s account was confirmed by a more credible source, Rep. Tim Burchett, R-Tenn., who revealed that there was a widespread issue with sexual blackmailing in the legislative branch.

Santos, who remains under federal indictment related to the campaign-finance fraud allegations that led to his removal from the U.S. House on Dec. 1, called on Capitol Police to investigate the rampant allegations of lascivious conduct in the Swamp as reported to him by his own staff, according to Twitchy.

“Hey @CapitolPolice you need to investigate the entire building for sex scandals!” he tweeted. “If there is an ounce of truth… to what I heard from my own staff I can assure you the problem is very bad and it involves congressional/committee staff, officers, members of the media and members of Congress…”

Santos recommended that Capitol Police install wire taps throughout the building and ensure that staff could not tamper with security cameras.

Of course, some may see the halls of Congress as the only safe place to engage in their extracurricular affairs without the fear of being caught in a honeytrap, according to Rep. Tim Burchett, R-Tenn.

In an interview earlier in the week with webcaster Benny Johnson, Burchett explained that sexual blackmail was part of the job on Capitol Hill.

“Here’s how it works: You’re out of the country, you’re out of town or you’re in a motel or at a bar in D.C. and some—whatever you’re into, women or men, whatever—comes up and they’re very attractive and they’re laughing at your jokes and you buy ’em a drink. Next thing you know, you’re in a motel room with ’em, nekkid,” he said.

“And, next thing you know, you’re about to make a key vote, and what happens?” he continued. “Some well-dressed person comes up, whispers in your ear, ‘Hey man, there’s tapes out on you. … Your really ought not be voting for this thing.'”

Santos teased the release of a book about his time in Congress, promising to give details about some of the things he witnessed, including allegations of open adultery.

Former Rep. Madison Cawthorn, R-N.C., lost in the 2022 primary after making similar allegations.

“The sexual perversion that goes on in Washington—I mean, being kind of a young guy in Washington, average age is probably 60 or 70,” Cawthorn said in an interview on the Warrior Society podcast.

“I look at a lot of these people, a lot of them that I’ve looked up to through my life—I’ve always paid attention to politics—then all of a sudden you get invited to, ‘Oh hey we’re going to have a sexual get together at one of our homes, you should come,’” he added.

Following the revelation, Cawthorn became the target of multiple smear attacks, including leaked tapes and photographs that appeared to show him in compromising situations. He lost in the primary despite holding a significant lead in the polls leading up to the vote.

Following the reports that a staffer for Sen. Ben Cardin, D-Md., had filmed a gay pornographic video in a congressional hearing room, Cawthorn posted a cryptic message on his Instagram.

Gold & Silver Bullion Outperform Mining Stocks Again in 2023

By Mike Gleason, Money Metals Exchange

As the Christmas holiday approaches, bulls are celebrating some continued strength in gold and silver markets.

The monetary metal has a chance of finishing out the year next Friday at a new all-time high. But trading volumes are likely to be light in the holiday-shortened week.

And the big institutions that hold short positions on futures exchanges will not want to see gold post a headline-grabbing close above $2,100 an ounce for 2023.  When gold surged above that level in overseas futures trading two weeks ago, it got abruptly slammed back down before U.S. markets opened.

Once this formidable resistance is broken, though, the path could be cleared for a very significant advance through uncharted territory in 2024.

With just a few days left on the calendar before 2024, now is the time to consider any moves you might be able to make to save on taxes for 2023.

One strategy investors often employ is tax-loss selling. This entails selling assets that have gone down in value to offset any capital gains incurred on other assets.

Precious metals markets as well as conventional financial markets have rallied strongly over the past few weeks on expectations of a more dovish Federal Reserve. In fact, the Dow Jones Industrials rose to a new nominal all-time high this week. So, the typical investor is likely to be sitting on more gains than losses.

But some gold and silver bugs also choose to speculate on mining stocks. Many names in this volatile sector remain down for the year.

A shareholder of an underperforming miner could harvest that loss for tax purposes and then immediately reinvest the proceeds into a more solid precious metals asset – namely bullion itself.

While mining equities do have the potential to turn around and deliver huge returns for a while, history has shown that they can also collapse spectacularly.

And as a group, gold stocks have dramatically underperformed gold bullion itself. Gold is now trading at essentially the very top of its historical range. Meanwhile, the benchmark HUI gold miners index is still languishing at under half of its former high.

Those who prefer to own an asset that looks cheap versus gold but doesn’t carry the risk of going bankrupt like a mining company might do well to opt for physical silver instead.

Another tax strategy worth weighing ahead of 2024 is to fully fund tax-deferred savings vehicles such as IRAs, 401(k)s, and Health Savings Accounts.

For 2023, you can contribute up to $6,500 to an IRA. If you’re over age 50, you can contribute an additional $1,000.  In 2024, those limits increase to $7,000 and $8,000 respectively.

If you want to enjoy maximum tax deferral, it’s a good idea to make retirement account contributions for 2024 as early as possible in the New Year.

And if you want to enjoy tax-deferred inflation protection in hard assets, then consider investing your IRA in physical precious metals. It’s a wealth protection double play.

Not only can you purchase, hold, and sell real precious metals inside a tax-advantaged Self-Directed Precious Metals IRA, but also you can withdraw your bullion and take direct physical possession of it under normal IRA distribution rules.

The IRS does impose certain restrictions on size and purity, but a wide variety of bullion coins, rounds, and bars are eligible. In addition to gold and silver, you can even hold physical platinum and palladium within an IRA.

To get started in funding a Self-Directed Precious Metals IRA, choose a reputable account trustee then arrange for a bullion dealer such as Money Metals Exchange to ship your IRA-eligible bullion to your designated depository. (Money Metals Depository is approved by several IRA trustees such as New Direction and Mountain West.)

What if you have an existing IRA but don’t want to make new cash contributions to fund a precious metals purchase?

A conventional IRA, whether Roth or traditional, can be converted to a Self-Directed Precious Metals IRA. Switching is easy. Most providers can enroll you right online and work directly with your existing IRA custodian to transfer funds.

Your broker may have never told you about these fantastic options for obvious reasons. But they are totally legitimate.

That said, as every individual’s tax situation is unique, we urge clients to consult with their own tax advisor to determine their best course of action.

China Developing Mind-Control Warfare Using Psy-Ops, Radio Waves

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) Beyond the controversial race-baiting in Netflix’s Obama-produced Leave the World Behind, there is some merit to the film’s updated glance at what a Red Dawn-style invasion might look like in our technologically advanced world.

The movie’s unnamed antagonist—which could be any one of America’s geopolitical adversaries or a BRICS-style alliance involving multiple attackers—deploys nontraditional warfare tactics such as “isolation” and “synchronized chaos” to trigger a civil war.

As it turns out, the Chinese military has already been developing similar mind-control tactics that would take advantage of radio and other communication waves, as well as psychological manipulation, the Washington Times reported.

The Chinese army conducted two studies recently, causing researchers to warn that the country was developing the new type of “arms” in order to conduct warfare without conventional weapons.

The new arms include biological weapons like “soft kill radio waves,” which would induce sleep among enemy troops.

Other weapons include those that would impede thinking—and therefore decision-making—by the use of radio waves, as well as “genetic drugs,” that is, pharmaceuticals for the modification of the physiological traits of enemies.

The People’s Liberation Army is also engaging in new technologies, such as like artificial intelligence, to bring warfare to the human psyche through mass manipulation campaigns.

The Chinese Communist Party ostensibly plans to use the technologies against its enemies, including America.

“The CCP’s vision for NeuroStrike encompasses a holistic approach, part of a broader asymmetric warfare strategy aimed at establishing a strategic edge over adversaries, particularly the United States and perceived rivals in the Indo-Pacific region, such as Taiwan, Japan, Australia, or India,” the report said.

While the nation prepares for the offensive, it is also bolstering its psychological defense mechanisms to disable all intruders.

According to the report, the People’s Liberation Army program “represents a strategic direction, integrating neuroscience and technology to develop weapons systems that can impair cognition, reduce situational awareness, and degrade neurological functions over the long term.”

The move, however, comes as no surprise given the rhetoric coming from the CCP in recent years, especially with respect to its general subversion of United States interests via propaganda.

A Chinese theorist, for instance, described cognitive warfare as “using public opinion, psychological, and legal means to achieve victory.”

DOJ Prosecutor Abused Power to Avoid Assault Charge, Inspector General Finds

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) An Assistant U.S. Attorney was recently arrested for assault, but had the charged drop after telling local police officers that he or she was a federal prosecutor, according to a report earlier this month from the Justice Department’s Office of the Inspector General.

“A then-Assistant United States Attorney (AUSA) was arrested for assault and attempted to misuse the AUSA’s position as an AUSA by making reference to being a federal prosecutor during the AUSA’s interaction with local police officers. The charge against the AUSA was subsequently dismissed,” stated the DOJ-OIG’s one-page Dec. 5 report.

“The OIG investigation substantiated the allegation that the then-AUSA attempted to misuse the AUSA’s official position in a manner that was intended to induce local police officers to provide the AUSA a benefit, in violation of federal regulation.”

The report added that the AUSA retired before the DOJ-OIG could compel him or her for an interview. When later contacted for a voluntary interview, the AUSA declined, the report said.

“The OIG does not have the authority to compel or subpoena testimony from former Department employees, including those who retire or resign during the course of an OIG investigation,” the report noted.

“The OIG has completed its investigation and is providing this report to the EOUSA for its information and to the Department’s Professional Misconduct Review Unit for appropriate action.”

Also on Dec. 5, the DOJ-OIG released a separate report on an FBI employee who allegedly leaked information about agents who died in the field.

In that report, the DOJ-OIG said it substantiated an allegation that an FBI legal attaché sent photographs of FBI special agents killed in the line of duty to a member of the news media without authorization, in violation of FBI policy.

“The OIG investigation also found that the Legal Attaché misused a government computer to obtain the photographs, in violation of FBI policy,” the report added.

“The OIG investigation further found that the Legal Attaché made false statements to the OIG and failed to cooperate fully in the OIG investigation of this matter, in violation of federal law and regulations, as well as FBI policy.”

That FBI employee also retired amidst the DOJ-OIG’s investigation. Criminal prosecution against the FBI leaker was also declined, the report said.

Scientists Develop Vaccine to Lower Cholesterol

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) Scientists have developed a new vaccine that may lower low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and reduce the risk of strokes and heart attacks, the Daily Mail reported.

Researchers at the University of New Mexico found that the injection lowered LDL cholesterol by up to 30 percent in mice and monkeys.

According to the report, the vaccine, which would purportedly reduce the risk major heart failures, could be released to the general public within 10 years.

Bryce Chackerian, lead researcher and a professor in the Department of Molecular Genetics & Microbiology at UNM, suggested that the vaccine could have a “global impact… not just in the United States, but around the world where heart disease is a significant problem.”

High LDL cholesterol, which is largely caused by obesity, has been cited as the cause for over 18 million deaths per year worldwide.

The shot works by blocking the protein buildup with non-infectious virus particles.

“It is just the shell of a virus, and it turns out that we can use that shell of a virus to develop vaccines against all sorts of things,” Chackerian said, adding that it can trigger an immune system response to fight off LDL cholesterol.

“Your immune system makes a really strong antibody response against this protein that’s involved in controlling cholesterol levels.”

After 10 years of animal testing, researchers said they were ready for human trials in the hopes that the vaccine could mitigate heart disease worldwide.

“We are interested in trying to develop another approach that would be less expensive and more broadly applicable, not just in the United States, but also in places that don’t have the resources to afford these very, very expensive therapies,” Chackerian said.
