House GOP Hopes to Hammer Hunter on ‘Inconsistencies’ in Public Hearing

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Hunter Biden’s long-held wish for a public hearing on the congressional investigation in the impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden may soon come to fruition.

The House Oversight Committee has announced a public hearing to “examine inconsistencies” among the testimonies of witnesses linked to Joe Biden and his son’s business dealings. The committee expects Hunter Biden and three of his former business partners to attend.

Titled “Influence Peddling: Examining Joe Biden’s Abuse of Public Office,” the hearing is set for March 20, providing Americans with the opportunity to directly hear from individuals who previously testified in transcribed interviews regarding their knowledge of Joe Biden’s role in the shady business dealings of his son.

House Oversight Chairman James Comer stated in a press release that the testimonies obtained during the deposition phase offer conflicting stories about Joe Biden’s role in what Republicans have long described as an influence-peddling scheme.

“During our deposition and interview phase of the investigation, Hunter Biden confirmed evidence about Joe Biden’s involvement, yet his testimony conflicts with other witnesses’ testimonies,” Comer wrote on Wednesday, suggesting potential efforts to conceal damning information.

Referring to Hunter Biden’s “repeated calls” for a hearing, Comer anticipates the first son’s appearance before the hearing.

“The American people deserve the facts about the Biden family’s corrupt influence peddling and Oversight Republicans will work to ensure accountability and press for answers to inform legislative solutions to prevent this abuse of power,” Comer emphasized

Hunter Biden and his former business associates, Devon Archer, Tony Bobulinski and Jason Galanis, have been invited to the hearing.

Archer, Bobulinski and Galanis are no longer on speaking terms with Hunter Biden, and all have offered damning testimony that directly contradicts previous claims by the president and his son.

Bobulinski is notably one of the first individuals to blow the whistle on Joe Biden being the infamous “big guy” in several business dealings found in Hunter Biden’s infamous laptop.

Similarly, Archer admitted that the Biden family’s plan to make money was to sell the “brand,” referring to Joe Biden.

Galanis, currently serving a 14-year sentence for a fraud conviction unrelated to the Biden family, asserted that Hunter Biden should face jail time for the same crimes he is serving time for.

Ala. Mom Ambushed, Raped, Tortured for Hours Before Execution

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Eight individuals face felony murder charges for the inhumane ordeal inflicted upon a beloved 20-year-old mother, who leaves behind a one-year-old child.

Mahogany Jackson was allegedly kidnapped, tortured, gang-raped and murdered by four men and four women, all of whom belong to a gang, according to Alabama prosecutors.

Giovonnie Clapp, Blair Green, Teja Lewis, Francis Harris, Si’nya McCall, Jeremiah McDowell, Brandon Pope and Airana Robinson are all facing criminal charges related to the murder, including felony murder. All but one are also facing charges of sodomy and kidnapping.

The horrific discovery began when the Birmingham Police Department received a missing person’s complaint on Feb. 25. Investigators discovered the lifeless and battered body of the 20-year-old under a mattress near a makeshift dumpster.

Jackson had previously texted a family member that she was being held hostage allegedly under the control of eight individuals. “Send the police apt 3 held hostage don’t call,” Jackson reportedly told her mother, Gail Maddox, in a text message.

According to Breitbart, Detective Mark Green revealed that the 20-year-old mother was invited to the house to hang out but was ultimately set up to be raped and subsequently murdered.

She was subsequently beaten, forced to perform sex acts on the individuals, spat on and pistol-whipped.

The prosecutors disclosed that the accused individuals recorded the violent acts, with Lewis and McCall kicking her, the latter instructing others to “put her in the trunk” of a car.

“The facts of this case are deplorable and sickening–saddest of all they were made public by the suspect’s decision to videotape portions of this horrific act,” Birmingham Police Chief Scott Thurmond said in a press conference announcing the charges on Feb. 28.

During the press conference, Thurmond withheld details of the case out of respect for the victim’s family but mentioned that the investigation determined “that mahogany was a victim of sexual assault with murder and kidnapping.”

Democrat-Run Cities Suddenly Become Tough on Crime amid Election Season Panic

(Headline USA) New York Gov. Kathy Hochul announced plans Wednesday to send the National Guard to the New York City subway system to help police search passengers’ bags for weapons, following a series of high-profile crimes on city trains.

The move, which appeared to bear striking similarity to the “stop and frisk” policies prevalent under tough-on-crime NYC Mayor Rudy Giuliani, marked the latest instance of blue run cities suddenly embracing more conservative policies while facing the prospect of an election-year reckoning for their political malpractice and neglect.

San Francisco similarly passed ballot referenda in its Tuesday municipal elections that would offer greater support to police and require welfare recipients to be screened for drug use.

And in Los Angeles, after garnering only 21.4% of the vote in a crowded field of competitors, George-Soros-backed District Attorney George Gascon faces a tough runoff against former federal prosecutor Nathan Hochman, who previously ran for California attorney general as a Republican, with the anti-Gascon vote potentially achieving the unthinkable in the deep-blue city.

Meanwhile, the state of Oregon has rescinded its controversial 2020 referendum legalizing hard narcotics after seeing a 1,500% surge in overdose deaths.

Hochul, a Democrat, said she will deploy 750 members of the National Guard to the subways to assist the New York Police Department with bag searches at entrances to busy train stations.

“For people who are thinking about bringing a gun or knife on the subway, at least this creates a deterrent effect,” she said at a news conference in New York City. “They might be thinking, ‘You know what, it just may just not be worth it because I listened to the mayor and I listened to the governor and they have a lot more people who are going to be checking my bags.'”

The move came as part of a larger effort from the governor’s office to address crime in the subway, which included a legislative proposal to ban people from trains if they are convicted of assaulting a subway passenger and the installation of cameras in conductor cabins to protect transit workers.

It was promptly ridiculed by the conservative satire site the Babylon Bee, which noted that New York City’s Soros-backed DA Alvin Bragg last year charged subway vigilante Daniel Penny with murder for putting a dangerous homeless man in a chokehold after he violently threatened fellow passengers.

The deployment of the National Guard would bolster an enhanced presence of NYPD officers in the subway system. The governor said she will also send 250 state troopers and police officers for the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, a state agency, to help with the bag searches.

Overall, crime has dropped in New York City since a spike during the COVID-19 pandemic, and killings are down on the subway system. But rare fatal shootings and shovings on the subway can put residents on edge. Just last week, a passenger slashed a subway conductor in the neck, delaying trains.

Police in New York have long conducted random bag checks at subway entrances, though passengers are free to refuse and leave the station, raising questions of whether the searches are an effective policing tactic in a subway system that serves over 3 million riders per day.

Planned Parenthood Sells Baby Parts for ‘Intellectual Property’

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) The newly discovered documents revealed that Planned Parenthood explicitly transferred “proprietary” body parts of aborted babies to the University of California San Diego (UCSD) for “valuable consideration” — a violation of federal law — in exchange for ownership of the university’s “patents” and “intellectual property” that was developed by experimenting with the murdered babies.

According to the Center for Medical Progress, the organization that obtained the documents, the incriminating terms of this relationship are spelled out in a “Biological Materials Transfer Agreement” (MTA) contract between Planned Parenthood of San Diego (PPSD) and UCSD.

“Access” to “fetal and placental tissue, which are proprietary materials of PPSD” was granted to UCSD by the contract.

“PPSD shall retain all right, title and interest in and to the Material [murdered babies], including but not limited to all right, title and interest in patents and patent applications and other intellectual property rights relating to the Material,” the document stated.

UCSD professors have developed numerous patents, held by the University of California, using body parts of murdered babies, according to public databases.

The University of California’s website indicated that its total patent invention revenue for 2021-2022 was over $127 million.

The contract was originally signed back in 2009, but was updated in 2014 to reflect PPSD’s name change to “Planned Parenthood of the Pacific Southwest.”

“All other terms and conditions of the Agreement will remain the same and shall continue in full force and effect,” the parties specified.

The 2017 UCSD emails referenced the MTA contract while updating an additional contract for clinical personnel. The emails from late 2020 showed that the university wanted to be “especially careful” about “any rights” providers of fetal tissue “retain” in the material.

One of the obtained email threads between PPSD and UCSD revealed that there is a quarterly “Planned Parenthood/UCSD Research Collaboration Meeting” and that the parties plan to discuss “payment” to PPSD’s abortion training program as part of the fetal tissue research meeting.

As part of the meeting, “[the university] will have results to share on samples recently collected, and will also likely have more to discuss re: the [REDACTED] fellowship,” UCSD wrote. PPSD replied by writing that there is “[n]o current issues with the collection program”, but they “have some questions about the payment to the residency program”.

OpenAI: Musk Agreed ChatGPT-Maker Should Become For-Profit

(Headline USA) Elon Musk supported making OpenAI a for-profit company, the ChatGPT maker said, attacking a lawsuit from the wealthy investor who has accused the artificial intelligence business of betraying its founding goal to benefit humanity as it pursued profits instead.

In its first response since the Tesla CEO sued last week, OpenAI vowed to get the claim thrown out and released emails from Musk, escalating the feud between the San Francisco-based company and the billionaire that bankrolled its creation years ago.

“The mission of OpenAI is to ensure AGI benefits all of humanity, which means both building safe and beneficial AGI and helping create broadly distributed benefits,” OpenAI said in a blog post late Tuesday from five company executives and computer scientists, including CEO Sam Altman. “We intend to move to dismiss all of Elon’s claims.”

AGI refers to artificial general intelligence, which are general purpose AI systems that can perform just as well as—or even better than—humans in a wide variety of tasks.

The lawsuit from Musk, who now has his own AI startup, says that when he funded OpenAI as it was launching, he secured an agreement that the research lab would remain a nonprofit to develop technology for the public’s benefit.

His lawsuit claims breach of contract and seeks an injunction preventing anyone—including Microsoft, which has invested billions in OpenAI—from benefiting financially from its technology.

OpenAI said both the startup and Musk recognized the need for the company to become a for-profit entity to gain enough resources to compete with companies like Google, posting screenshots of emails between the Tesla CEO and OpenAI leaders in which they discuss the possibility but can’t agree on terms.

“This needs billions per year immediately or forget it,” Musk said in an email dated Dec. 26, 2018, about the level of funding OpenAI would need.

In response to the OpenAI blog post Wednesday, Musk took to Twitter:

“Change your name,” Musk posted. “To ClosedAI and I will drop the lawsuit,” he said in a follow-up tweet hours later.

The law firm that brought Musk’s case to court didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment Wednesday.

Musk was an early investor in OpenAI when it was founded in 2015 and co-chaired its board alongside Altman. He said in his lawsuit that he invested “tens of millions” of dollars in OpenAI.

However, the company said that while Musk invested less than $45 million, it has raised more than $90 million from other donors.

OpenAI said that by 2017, the company leaders started to realize that building artificial general intelligence would take vast amounts of computing power.

“We all understood we were going to need a lot more capital to succeed at our mission—billions of dollars per year, which was far more than any of us, especially Elon, thought we’d be able to raise as the non-profit,” it said.

In discussions, OpenAI says Musk demanded to be CEO and majority shareholder and have control of the board but OpenAI executives didn’t think any single person should have “absolute control.”

Musk then suggested OpenAI could be merged with Tesla so that the electric-car maker could act as a “cash cow” to compete with Google’s well-funded AI efforts.

It didn’t happen, and Musk instead left to build his own artificial general intelligence startup, xAI, while remaining supportive of OpenAI’s plans to raise billions of dollars, the company said.

OpenAI also pushed back against Musk’s argument that it broke its promise to keep its code open to the public instead of walling it off for private gains.

It posted an email from chief scientist Ilya Sutskever saying that open sourcing everything lets “someone unscrupulous” build “unsafe AI” and that “it’s totally OK to not share the science.”

Musk replied: “Yup.”

Marjorie Taylor Greene Hilariously Shuts Down Leftist Reporter: ‘F**k Off’

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) A fired-up Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., stood her ground against a leftist reporter who probed her about alleged “conspiracies,” including the “Jewish space lasers.”

Greene did not mince words when addressing the reporter, later identified as News Agents journalist Emily Maitlis, urging her to “f**k off.”

The forceful pushback unfolded as Maitlis approached Greene for questioning during a Super Tuesday celebration at Mar-a-Lago, the residence of GOP presidential front-runner and former President Donald Trump.

“Can you tell me why so many people that support Donald Trump love conspiracy theories, including yourself? Maitlis inquired. “He seems to attract lots of conspiracy theorists.”

Greene offered a swift and witty response to the question, mincing no words in turn.

“Well, let me tell you: You’re a conspiracy theorist and the left and the media spreads more conspiracy theories,” Greene retorted. “We like the truth, we like supporting our constitution, our freedoms and America First.”

A persistent Maitlis raised another question, this time highlighting infamous quotes linked to Greene’s time before becoming a congresswoman.

“What about Jewish space lasers? Tell us about Jewish space lasers,” the reporter queried, provoking Greene to retort with explicit language.

“Why don’t you talk about Jewish space lasers and really? Why don’t you f**k off? How about that?” Greene concluded before storming off.

Maitlis’s line of questioning stemmed from accusations that Greene allegedly suggested in 2018 that the Rothschild family may have caused California wildfires through space lasers, as reported by the Daily Caller.

The media linked the claims to an anti-Semitic trope due to the Rothschilds being Jewish. But Greene has since rebuked the allegations, saying did not use the laser reference and was unaware of the Rothschilds’ religion.

Despite her clarification and support for Israel, Democrats weaponized the “space laser” allegations to smear Greene, an America First and conservative powerhouse in Congress.

New York AG Letitia James Takes the Bait on Likely SCOTUS Case

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) New York Attorney General Letitia James may soon find herself explaining her threats against a local county politician who barred transgender individuals from competing against biological women.

Nassau County Executive Bruce Blakeman on Wednesday filed a federal lawsuit against James for challenging his order, which questions the fairness of allowing transgender individuals to compete in women’s sports.

The lawsuit followed James’s issuance of a cease-and-desist letter, dubbing the sports-related mandate as “discriminatory,” “transphobic” and “illegal,” as reported by the New York Post.

Blakeman is challenging James’s characterization in the lawsuit, clarifying that the mandate does not discriminate against biological males as they can freely participate in competitions aligned with their biological gender.

Filed in the Eastern District of New York, the lawsuit accuses James of committing the very illegality she alleged Blakeman committed.

“By this action, the plaintiffs seek to prevent the defendants from doing exactly what it is that they have alleged the County of Nassau and County Executive Bruce A. Blakeman have done: unconstitutionally discriminating against individuals on the basis of gender in the limited and narrow context of sporting events,” Blakeman’s attorneys outlined.

James slammed the lawsuit in statements to the NY Post, reiterating the rhetoric in her cease-and-desist letter.

“County Executive Blakeman’s executive order is transphobic and discriminatory,” she claimed. “Our laws protect New Yorkers from discrimination, and the Office of the Attorney General is committed to upholding those laws and protecting our communities.”

The Republican County official suggest that women’s rights precede those alluded by James’s interpretation of the New York Human Rights Law.

As reported by the Post, Blakeman’s attorneys wrote, “The defendants’ reliance upon and application of the New York Human Rights Law violates the Fourteenth Amendment to the Constitution … the Human Rights Law is unconstitutional because it elevates transgender women to a level not recognized by Federal law in the athletics context all to the detriment of biological girls and women, which are federally recognized.”

Conservative activist Riley Gaines, in remarks to Newsweek, predicted that the Supreme Court, with its conservative majority, could put an end to left-wing efforts to include transgender individuals in competitions of their preferred gender.

“There’s a couple of big cases that I am excited for which will probably make it up to the Supreme Court,” Gaines hinted. “The Supreme Court has never heard a Title IX case—it would be huge.”

Gaines gained national attention after winning second place in a swim contest against swimmer Lia Thomas, a transgender woman born male.

Paris Removes Christian Cross on Upcoming Olympic Games Posters

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) The official posters for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games have ignited a firestorm of criticism after people noticed that Christian symbols and French national identity elements have been removed.

The decision to replace the cross atop the Invalides dome with an arrow and get rid of the French flag was condemned by the public who accused the organizers of blatantly erasing France’s proud Christian heritage and diminishing its national identity, Rair Foundation USA reported.

The news source added that Marion Maréchal, Vice Chairman of the Reconquête party, questioned the motives behind the decision to remove the cross and get rid of the French flag.

“What’s the point of hosting the Olympics in France if we’re going to hide who we are?” she said.

Member of Parliament N. Dupont-Aignan went as far as accusing those behind the poster of “denying France to the point of distorting reality to erase its history” while emphasizing the profound significance of the cross atop the Invalides dome.

President of Les Républicains Eric Ciotti also criticized the decision by calling it “scandalous” and arguing that France dishonors itself by renouncing its history and culture, according to the news source.

Representatives from the Rassemblement National agreed with Ciotti. Spokesperson Thomas Ménagé, for example, lamented the poster as a “sadly ridiculous example of France’s great erasure” and Nicolas Meizonnet condemned what he described as relentless “wokism” that must be fought against.

The government tried to gaslight everybody by downplaying controversy and dismissing the poster as “just a drawing.”

The person who was responsible for the anti-Christian and anti-French design, Ugo Gattoni, defended his work by saying that his intention was not to faithfully represent objects or buildings but to evoke them in a surreal and festive manner. He then emphasized the multitude of details in the posters, from iconic landmarks like the Eiffel Tower to references to Marseille Marina and Paralympic origins in Stoke Mandeville, the news source wrote.

‘Peddling Lies’: Schiff’s Dem. Ex-Rival Admits What Republicans Already Knew

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Rep. Katie Porter, D-Calif., the failed Democratic candidate for senate, has scolded her opponent Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., after he advanced to the general election in November.

On Wednesday, Porter accused Schiff of “peddling lies” in the open primary, effectively echoing concerns raised by House Republicans over the years, who removed Schiff from the House Intelligence Committee due to his constant peddling of the defunct Russian collusion hoax.

“We’re standing three to one in TV spending and an onslaught of billionaires who spent millions peddling lies,” Porter told her supporters in a concession speech, as first reported by Fox News. “And our opponent’s spending more to boost the Republican than promoting his own campaign.”

Porter accused her opponents, presumably Schiff included, of throwing “everything—every trick, millions of dollars, every trick in the playbook – to knock us off our feet.”

In a Twitter statement, Porter went as far as saying that the election was rigged by billionaires.

“Thank you to everyone who supported our campaign and voted to shake up the status quo in Washington,” she claimed Wednesday. “Because of you, we had the establishment running scared — withstanding 3 to 1 in TV spending and an onslaught of billionaires spending millions to rig this election.”

Schiff will now face Republican Steve Garvey in the general election, moving closer to becoming California’s next U.S. senator. The seat is currently held by Laphonza Butler, who was appointed by California Gov. Gavin Newsom upon the death of Sen. Dianne Feinstein in September 2023.

Schiff announced his candidacy in January 2023, shortly after being ousted from the House Intelligence Committee. Then-House Speaker Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., cited Schiff’s rampant partisanship in the dubious investigations against then-President Donald Trump and unsubstantiated claims of Russian ties.

“I appreciate the loyalty you have to your Democrat colleagues. … But I cannot put partisan loyalty ahead of national security,” McCarthy told House Minority Leader Hakeen Jeffries at the time.

McCarthy added: “As such … I am hereby rejecting the appointments of Representative Adam Schiff and Representative Eric Swalwell to serve on the Intelligence Committee.”

Schiff also faced a scathing censure by House Republicans over his role in peddling ill-ridden claims in this probe of Trump. Schiff “abused” his position by “alleging he had evidence of collusion that… never existed,” the scathing censure resolution read.

It added: “[T]he House of Representatives censures Adam Schiff, Representative of the 30th Congressional District of California, for misleading the American public and for conduct unbecoming of an elected Member of the House of Representatives.”

Report: Biden Secretly Flew 320K Illegals into the U.S. to Avoid Running Up Border Tally

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) While Democrat-run sanctuary cities blamed Texas Gov. Greg Abbott for their immigration issues and played politics to avoid confronting President Joe Biden about his open-border policies, new data suggested a concerted effort to cover up the root cause of the problem.

A Freedom of Information Act lawsuit revealed that the Biden administration secretly flew 320,000 illegal immigrants into the United States in order to get around border-crossing counts, Zero Hedge reported.

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection approved of hundreds of flights in 2023 alone, leading to the ferrying of hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants into American cities.

The new report, coming out of the Center for Immigration Studies, said the 320,000 odd new illegal immigrants were spread out across 43 different American airports—the names of which the federal government has so far refused to disclose due to alleged “operational vulnerabilities” that could arise from such a disclosure.

Such information, the federal government claimed, could “reveal information about the relative number of individuals arriving, and thus resources expended at particular airports.”

Ultimately, lawyers for the federal organization argued in true Orwellian form, sharing such information would lead to the “undermining CBP’s law enforcement efforts to secure the United States borders.”

Illegal immigrants were smuggled in under the guise that they were being given “legal pathways” to citizenship. Eligible countries for this “program” include: Cuba, Haiti, Venezuela, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Colombia and Ecuador.

The illegals will be made immediately eligible for work authorization programs.

The federal government justified its maneuvering by calling it a “family reunification program.”

Tesla and Twitter CEO Elon Musk chimed in with a Tuesday tweet, suggesting that, despite their longstanding denials, the Left was actively importing voters to bolster its own base.

“Treason indeed!” Musk wrote.

“Ushering in vast numbers of illegals is why Secretary Mayorkas was impeached by the House,” he added. “They are importing voters. This is why groups on the far left fight so hard to stop voter ID requirements, under the absurd guise of protecting the right to vote.”
