House Judiciary Committee Threatens Fani Willis w/ Contempt Charges

(Fulton County District Attorney General Fani Willis could be facing contempt of Congress charges, according to a letter from the House Judiciary Committee.

Committee chairman and Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, said Thursday in a tweet that “Georgians deserve to know where their federal tax dollars are going. But Fani Willis hasn’t produced the documents we subpoenaed. Contempt is on the table.”

The House Judiciary Committee said the Fulton County District Attorney’s office provided a “narrow set of documents” on the alleged misuse of federal funds by her office on Feb. 24 after receiving a subpoena by the committee on Feb. 3.

The committee gave Willis a deadline of March 28 to provide all documents and communications including those related to the misuse allegations, all discussions with the U.S. Justice Department and inter-office messages related to the grants.

Willis said in her letter to the committee that their subpoena was “overbroad and unduly burdensome under any ordinary meaning of those terms.”

In the subpoena, the committee said Willis allegedly “planned to use part of a $488,000 federal grant—earmarked for the creation of a Center of Youth Empowerment and Gang Prevention—to cover frivolous, unrelated expenses.”

The subpoena also said the whistleblower said the funds were used for “Macbooks, swag and travel” and that she warned Willis that using those funds for that purpose was impermissible.

The whistleblower was later fired and was escorted out of the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office by seven armed investigators.

Willis came under fire as attorneys in an election interference case sought to have her disqualified due to an improper relationship with an outside attorney she hired to prosecute the state’s election interference case against Donald Trump.

Although Judge Scott McAfee, a former supporter and donor of Willis’s, let her off the hook by allowing her to continue with the case, she does so from a much more weakened position now with a flurry of investigations and the aura of scandal surrounding her.

Willis’s office brought charges and got a Fulton County grand jury in August to issue election interference indictments of Trump and 18 others, including former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani and former state Republican Party Chair David Shafer.

The indictments say they attempted to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election in Georgia, charges that Trump has pleaded not guilty.

Pence Refuses to Give Irrelevant Endorsement to Ex-Boss Trump

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Former Vice President Mike Pence has declined to endorse Donald Trump’s 2024 campaign, despite Trump being his former boss and the presumptive Republican presidential nominee.

Pence made this declaration during an interview on Fox News’s The Story with Martha MacCallum on Friday, stating, “It should come as no surprise that I will not be endorsing Donald Trump this year.”

He elaborated, saying: “I’m incredibly proud of the record of our administration. It was a conservative record that made America more prosperous, more secure and saw conservatives appointed to our courts in a more peaceful world.”

Pence’s lack of endorsement is unlikely to carry much weight, as Trump has already secured enough delegates to clinch the GOP nomination for president.

Moreover, Pence’s attempts to sway voters proved unsuccessful when he ran for the presidency himself, leading to his withdrawal just months later.

The relationship between Pence and Trump turned soured during the certification of the 2020 election results, during which the then-vice president faced mounting pressure to reject the counts and instead refer them back to the state legislatures for audits.

During his interview on Fox, Pence reiterated his differences with his former boss regarding the certification of the election results, which ultimately culminated in the violence at the U.S. Capitol on January 6.

“During my presidential campaign, I made it clear there were profound differences between me and President Trump on a range of issues and not just our difference on my constitutional duties that I exercised January 6th,” Pence added.

“As I have watched his candidacy unfold, I’ve seen him walking away from our commitment to confronting the national debt, I’ve seen him starting to shy away from a commitment to the sanctity of human life,” he continued.

The former vice president also referenced Trump’s opposition to legislation that would require the social media platform TikTok to sever ties with its Chinese-owned parent company ByteDance, citing concerns for national security.

Republican Activist Scott Presler to Join RNC After Lara Trump Takeover

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Lara Trump, the newly appointed co-chair of the Republican National Committee, has announced her intention to hire Scott Presler, a grassroots organizer and prominent conservative figure on social media.

The revelation came during an interview on the Benny Johnson Show on Friday, just over a week after Lara Trump and Michael Whatley assumed leadership of the GOP, following Ronna McDaniel’s resignation.

“We have to start thinking about things like legal ballot harvesting – something we’ve never embraced as a party,” Lara Trump told Johnson while embracing Presler.

“We’re going to start doing it now. I’m going to have a call very soon with Scott Presler who is an amazing vote register, he has registered so many people in this country. I think he’s fantastic. I want him on our legal ballot harvesting division,” she added.

Presler, a popular activist, has been acclaimed as a prominent get-out-the-vote advocate, with many urging McDaniel to enlist him into the RNC.

However, much like other criticisms or social media recommendations, McDaniel ignored them. This, among other facts, ultimately led to her resignation at the apparent request of former President Donald Trump.

Presler issued a lengthy statement in response to Lara Trump’s potential job offer.

“My heart is in this, my passion is unbridled and unmatched, & I’m proud to be an American,” he said on Twitter.  “I look forward to working with each of you to save the country we love.”

In the same post, Presler shared his life story, mentioning his past work as a dog walker and in supermarket car returns. He said that Donald Trump’s rise to power in 2016 marked a great difference in his life.

“Life changed forever when President Trump brought attention to the city of Baltimore, Maryland,” he added. “With 200 volunteers, we organized a cleanup & picked up 12 tons of trash in 12 hours.”

With Lara Trump and Whatley at the helm of the RNC, over 60 individuals were reportedly dismissed as they seek to refocus the committee’s efforts on electing Donald Trump to the White House in 2024.

Ilhan Omar’s U.S. Allegiances Questioned Again, This Time by CNN

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) CNN pundit Scott Jennings called Somalia-born Rep. Ilhan Omar, D–Minn., a “public relations agent for Hamas” during a recent panel discussion, which resulted in the members of the “Squad” criticizing Jennings.

During the conversation that was hosted by CNN’s Abby Philip, Jennings said that he wasn’t surprised when he heard about Omar’s promise to vote for Joe Biden at the end of 2024 while adding that he still was surprised about something else.

“No, she’s a Democrat. They’re gonna vote for Biden. I’m not surprised about that. I am surprised that, in the year of our Lord, 2024, there is a public relations agent for Hamas sitting in the United States Congress,” he said.

Jennings then continued talking about how Omar — and many others — called for an immediate ceasefire without mentioning that Hamas was still holding hostages who were taken from Israel during the Oct. 7, 2023, terror attacks that left more than 1200 people dead.

“The reason Israel is not at that meeting is because Hamas will not provide a list of the living hostages. I didn’t hear a word – a word of concern for the hostages. Ceasefires – she said – don’t happen magically. Well, you know there was a ceasefire in place on October the 6th. And who broke it on October the 7th?” he asked rhetorically.

As expected, members of the far-left “Squad” started defending Omar by attacking Jennings without challenging what he said about Omar.

“Scott Jennings’ comments are reminiscent of the anti-Muslim bigotry we saw in the George Bush post-9/11 era. It is disgusting and must not be normalized. CNN should denounce this hateful, dangerous and blatant Islamophobia immediately,” Rep. Cori Bush, D-Mo., said.

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., also criticized Jennings without mentioning Omar’s apparent hatred of Israel.

“How on earth is this kind of blatant Islamophobia so casually accepted without pushback? This is shocking,” she said.

Other “Squad” members, like Rep. Jamaal Bowman, D-N.Y., also responded to Jennings’s comment in a very similar way.

However, Jennings was right. Not only she supports Hamas, Omar is also a traitor to the United States because she puts Somalia first, participates in a vote fraud scheme and passes the country’s secrets to Iran.

Judge Napolitano Unveils Trump’s Private Remarks on JFK Tapes

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Resurfaced remarks by Judge Andrew Napolitano have shed light on former President Donald Trump’s decision not to release the remaining classified documents of the assassination of President John F. Kennedy.

Trump allegedly confided in Napolitano and implied that the judge wouldn’t have released the files “either” had he seen their content, presumably due to potentially damning content.

The judge’s comments gained renewed attention in a video shared on Friday, which has since garnered over 2 million views. However, the original clip is traced to the Aug. 17 episode of the Judging Freedom podcast.

In the podcast, Napolitano discussed Trump’s decision to partially disclose the 1963 assassination files while withholding some at the request of the FBI and CIA.

In 2017, Trump made public 2,800 documents but opted not to release more pending federal review in 2018, citing potential harm to U.S. national security.

Napolitano recalled pressing Trump about the documents. “I told Trump, ‘You promised you would release the records of the JFK assassination,’” he said, recounting an alleged conversation with the former president.

He further revealed that he asked Trump to clarify whom he referred to as “they” in his remarks.

“What did they show you,” Napolitano inquired, to which Trump allegedly responded,  “Someday when we’re not on the phone and there aren’t 15 people listening to the call, I’ll tell you.'”

The former president, currently the presumptive Republican candidate for president, vowed to release all documents if elected in 2024.

“When I return to the White House, I will declassify and unseal all JFK assassination related documents,” Trump declared on a 2023 Truth Social post. “It’s been 60 years, time for the American people to know the TRUTH!”

Trump’s statements followed President Joe Biden’s announcement that the National Archives had completed the review of the currently classified documents, although he stated that he wouldn’t release some of these files at their request.

“This action reflects his instruction that all information related to President Kennedy’s assassination should be released, except when the strongest possible reasons council otherwise,” claimed White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre.

Another Non-White NYC Subway Vigilante Goes Uncharged

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) New York City prosecutors said on March 15, 2024, that the man from Brooklyn who shot another man who attacked him on a subway train will not be charged because the action was considered self-defense.

Last year, Daniel Penny was in a similar situation when he defended himself and other people on a subway train, but prosecutors didn’t consider it self-defense. Someone may assume that it happened because Penny was white. This assumption would be supported by the pattern of the prosecutors and mass media turning their backs whenever a non-white person acts like a vigilante.

“Yesterday’s shooting inside a crowded subway car was shocking and deeply upsetting. The investigation into this tragic incident is ongoing but, at this stage, evidence of self-defense precludes us from filing any criminal charges against the shooter,” Oren Yaniv, a spokesman for the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office, said in a March 15, 2024, statement that was sent to the New York Post.

The shooter, who was identified by law-enforcement sources and a relative as a 32-year-old dad-of-two Younece Obuad, was freed after being questioned by authorities the day after the shooting happened.

The man who was shot by Obuad was Dajuan Robinson, 36. Obuad shot at him four times, with two bullets hitting the right side of his face — including through his eye — one hitting the neck and another one in the chest. Sources also noted that Robinson was stabbed twice in the back.

As of March 15, 2024, Robinson is hospitalized in critical condition.

“I applaud the Brooklyn district attorney for exercising the prosecutorial discretion to realize that somebody who was forced to defend himself and others shouldn’t be subjected to a criminal indictment. I think that’s how it should play out,’’ Penny’s lawyer, Thomas Kenniff, said.

However, Obuad is not an innocent person. The Post reported that Obuad was previously arrested on drug-peddling charges in East New York, Brooklyn, on Feb . 20, 2024, because he allegedly sold Subozone — a drug used to treat opioid addiction — to an undercover cop.

Biden ICE Officials Met w/ Radical Leftist Org That Wants to Abolish the Agency

(Headline USA) Top Biden administration officials leading Immigration and Customs Enforcement met this week with a leftist organization that has called for the abolition of the agency.

ICE revealed in a press release that it held a meeting with the National Immigration Project this month as part of the agency’s “efforts to engage with stakeholders from across the immigration policy spectrum.”

The National Immigration Project is a radical group that has repeatedly advocated against ICE, calling for the agency to be defunded and the detention of illegal immigrants banned.

In a July 2023 post, for example, the NIP called on the Biden administration to “divest” from ICE and US Customs and Border Protection.

Earlier that year, in January, NIP claimed, “Mandatory detention laws were created to funnel immigrants into detention centers. To decrease and finally end immigration detention, we must end the use of mandatory detention laws.”

A spokesperson for NIP admitted the group was “puzzled” why ICE announced their meeting in a press release.

When asked what the ICE officials were there to discuss, NIP said the meeting wasn’t “noteworthy” and that it was an “ordinary course stakeholder engagement organizations regularly have with government agencies to discuss any number of advocacy issues and priorities,” according to the New York Post.

An ICE source agreed that the agency’s decision to have the meeting in the first place was bizarre.

“I don’t know why they do half of the things they do anymore. So much pandering to those who hate us and want us to disappear,” the source told the Post.

The Biden administration has come under bipartisan fire in recent months for its handling of the migrant crisis.

Critics have pointed out that ICE, under the direction of Biden and Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, has effectively stopped deporting illegal immigrants.

6 Middle Schoolers Charged w/ Hate Crimes for Mock ‘Slave Auction’ on Snapchat

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) Six middle-school children have been arrested and charged with hate crimes for their participation in a Snapchat mock “slave auction,” The Blaze reported.

Hampden, Massachusetts, District Attorney Anthony Gulluni told reporters that six Southwick Regional School students were charged with online bullying for their actions.

“I intend to be very clear: Hatred and racism have no place in this community, and where this behavior becomes criminal, I will ensure that we act, and act with swift resolve, as we did here, to uncover it and bring it to the light of justice,” he said.

The DA also drew attention to the fact that, in this instance, racism was combined with another form of evil: bullying.

The incident prompted the DA to initiate a three-pronged plan to address racist attitudes, including the creation of a new police unit that will specifically target potential bullies or racists.

But measures taken by local authorities have not satisfied everybody.

Woke Ex-Gen. Milley Cashes In on Anti-Trump Notoriety to Become Multimillionaire

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) Notoriously woke Gen. Mark Milley—the former Biden administration chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff who insubordinately violated the chain of command to circumvent the authority of former President Donald Trump on multiple occasions—is now reaping the benefits of his anti-Trump virtue-signaling, even if it cost him his honor.

On his way out the door as Joint Chiefs chairman in September 2023, Milley went so far as to allude to the former president as a “wannabe dictator.”

Since his retirement, Milley has cashed in on his political stances, likely enjoying a net worth well into the millions, The Intercept reported.

After years of receiving a base salary of $204,000 a year from the U.S. military, Milley has secured other prestige positions, including but not limited to: joining the faculties of both Princeton and Georgetown and also becoming a senior advisor to JPMorgan Chase Bank.

To go with his newly collected accolades, Milley has also made the rounds on a speaking tour in partnership with the Harry Walker Agency.

Such maneuvering—securing public speaking gigs and participating on top level boards–is called “cashing in” among high ranking military officers, The Intercept noted, with figures like Milley often charging hundreds of thousands of dollars in speaking fees.

According to the agency, “General Milley’s substantive experience in leadership provides impressive and enlightening insight for every audience who engages with him.”

Further, they suggested that Milley’s experience in dealing with foreign affairs could help assist those who need to understand global markets.

The agency called his perspective “invaluable for audiences looking to understand the impact of current conflicts” while “making strategic decisions and identifying vulnerabilities.”

Among Milley’s career highlights were pushing controversial critical race theory and transgender ideologies that led to plummeting recruitment numbers; overseeing the failed Afghanistan withdrawal—which he admitted may have inspired Russian President Vladimir Putin to attack Ukraine; and allowing a Chinese spy balloon to traverse the entire length of the United States while transmitting photographs of sensitive military sites.

In fairness, however, Milley had a long history of detente with China, having promised his Chinese counterpart during the Trump administration that he would call to warn them in the event of an military strike.

Remarkably, Milley’s unvarnished losing streak served as an inspiration to other woke corporations that viewed losing as a form of socially responsible winning.

Some organizations at which he has spoken have even praised Milley’s abilities and knowledge.

“He was terrific—we loved him!” said global investment bank Moelis & Company. “It was fantastic!”

Ga. Judge McAfee Slammed for Cop-Out Move Letting Fani Willis Stay in Trial

(Molly Bruns, Headline USA) Judge Scott McAfee on Friday ruled that Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis may continue to oversee her lawfare attack on former President Donald Trump and more than a dozen codefendants, as long as she fires her longtime lover, special counsel Nathan Wade.

Wade resigned shortly thereafter, ABC News reported.

In his much ballyhooed decision, McAfee—who himself allegedly had close ties with Willis prior to accepting the case—insisted that there was no conflict of interest.

“As alleged, the claims presented a possible financial conflict of interest for the District Attorney,” McAfee’s opinion read.

However, “… the court [found] that the defendants failed to meet their burden of proving that the District Attorney acquired an actual conflict of interest in this case through her personal relationship and recurring travels with her lead prosecutor,” he added.

McAfee also mentioned that the situation presented a “significant appearance of impropriety,” but apparently resolved that was not enough to remove both Willis and Wade from the case.

The decision brought an uproar from a wide array of critics on social media who said there was clear evidence of misconduct on Willis’s part that cast her judgment, integrity, ethics and professionalism into question.

“So, if I have this right, Fulton County Judge Scott McAfee decided to pull a James Comey, Robert Mueller, and Robert Hur,” tweeted Curtis Houck, managing editor of NewsBusters. “Write a ruling saying Fani Willis and Nathan Wade are guilty as hell, have no ethics, and aren’t good role models… BUT Fani can stay.”

Constitutional law expert Jonathan Turley also weighed in, drawing an analogy on Fox News to two people caught committing a robbery, which is not unlike what Willis and Wade were alleged to have done to the taxpayers of Fulton County.

“It’s like finding two people in a bank vault and taking one off to jail,” Turley said.

“They both testified in the same way,” he continued. “They were the two parts to this relationship, and yet only one of them was disqualified.”

One thought-provoking piece in Willis’s hometown newspaper, the Atlanta Journal–Constitution even raised the question, “Would DA Fani Willis indict defendant Fani Willis?”

It noted that several elements of Willis’s own scandalous conduct appeared to bear close similarity to the sort of racketeering conspiracies that she seemed to specialize in prosecuting.

“The overarching allegation is that by hiring her then-boyfriend, the DA has siphoned off nearly a million dollars and counting of taxpayer money that continues to be paid to him,” wrote author Robert Wilson, an Atlanta attorney who represented former Trump codefendant Kenneth Chesebro.

“…[B]y hiring a paramour without authorization and paying him with public monies, would our DA seek a RICO indictment for an alleged romantic partnership that used subterfuge to enrich her partner?” he asked.

Despite the fact that Willis may remain on the case, the situation for her is still dire, as the New York Post observed.

The House Judiciary Committee has launched a federal probe into her misuse of funds and may also hold her in contempt of Congress.

Her credentials as a lawyer may also be at stake due to ethical questions; McAfee recommended that the Georgia Bar Association look into the matter.

In addition to jeopardizing her career, Willis also created a situation where her entire reputation as a professional may be at risk.

For instance, while testifying in the ethics trial, Willis hinted that she likely used her campaign funds for personal purchases.
