Fani Willis Calls Jim Jordan a ‘Clown’ over House Investigation into Misuse of Funds

(Headline USA) Ahead of her primary win on Tuesday, embattled Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis slammed Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, this week over his investigation into misconduct allegations against her, calling him a “clown” in an appearance on Rachel Maddow’s MSNBC show.

Willis has largely shrugged off a litany of ethical issues by pandering to the district’s heavy black and Democratic constituents. She is likely favored to win handily in November against Republican candidate Courtney Kramer, a litigation consultant for former President Donald Trump’s legal team.

Jordan, chair of the House Judiciary Committee, subpoenaed Willis back in February over allegations that she mishandled federal funds in her case against Trump.

After forcing U.S. Marshals to hand deliver the subpoena and facing the threat of possible contempt charges, Willis eventually cooperated with the probe but called it “illegitimate” and “disgusting.”

Speaking with MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow on Monday, Willis doubled down on the suggestion that Jordan was simply attacking her for political reasons—despite having herself campaigned in 2020 on the promise to prosecute Trump for alleged crimes he had not yet committed at the time.

“Jim Jordan has time after time after time attacked my office with no legitimate purpose,” Willis claimed. “Anyone who knows Jim Jordan’s history knows that he only has the purpose of trying to interfere in a criminal investigation.”

Willis also blasted Georgia Republicans for launching their own investigation into her—one that she recently held a press conference saying she intended to defy.

“I bring that up at the federal level because now at the state level, they’ve decided to follow this clown’s lead, and they want to now try to interfere in an investigation,” she said. “And it’s not legitimate either. And so, it shall fail, and it’s not going to go anywhere. But they are trying to attack me at every level.”

The Democrat went on to suggest that the new prosecutorial oversight panel created by state legislators to discipline and remove prosecutors found guilty of misconduct was racist.

“Georgia had never had a prosecutorial oversight committee,” she told Maddow.

“All of a sudden, 14 minorities were elected to office to serve as district attorney,” she continued. “And now, all of a sudden, they need an oversight committee to look after district attorneys because they want to tell us how to prosecute and who to prosecute and where we should put our resources, as opposed to allowing the voters that put us in the seats to make those determinations.”

Willis’s case against Trump was derailed earlier this year after it was revealed she had been involved in an improper romantic relationship with the prosecutor she assigned to the case and likely was embezzling taxpayer money for lavish vacation trips that she and her lover, lead prosecutor Nathan Wade, would then write off as business expenses.

The Court of Appeals for the state of Georgia has agreed to consider whether Willis should be disqualified from the case as a result.

Trump Out-Raised Biden by $25M Last Month

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) It was recently revealed that Donald Trump and the Republicans out-fundraised Joe Biden and the Democratic National Committee by almost $25 million last month.

On May 20, 2024, Biden’s team said they raised over $51 million for the month, far below the $76 million that Trump raised, the Post Millennial reported.

Trump’s press secretary Karoline Leavitt recently released a new statement from Trump’s campaign team, in which they wrote about how even Biden’s connections with Hollywood leftists were not able to help him.

“The only people left in America who support Crooked Joe Biden are out-of-touch billionaires in Hollywood, and it turns out even they are done giving to a failing campaign,” the campaign team wrote.

The team also thanked the small donors for supporting Trump’s presidential campaign.

“President Trump and the RNC significantly outraised Biden and the Democrats in the month of April, thanks to the support of millions of small-dollar donors from every state across the country,” they wrote.

The new statement also mentioned that Trump and his team were able to raise so much money despite the far-left establishment forcing him to sit in courtrooms for hours as a way to prevent him from campaigning.

“President Trump’s fundraising haul over Biden is especially remarkable when you consider he has been confined to a courtroom for nearly 9 hours a day over the past four weeks fighting against Biden’s Trial,” the team wrote.

It was also noted that regular Americans realized what was happening and started supporting Trump.

“President Trump’s fundraising prowess and his increasingly dominant position in the polls proves three things— the momentum is 100% on President Trump’s side, Americans see the truth about Joe Biden’s witch-hunt trial in New York and they want President Trump back in the White House to Make America Great Again,” they wrote.

Fake News Called Out for Claiming Tucker Carlson Planned Russian TV Show

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) The relentless efforts of leftist media to tarnish conservative figures never cease to amaze the right.

Tucker Carlson is the latest victim of false accusations by major news outlets, claiming he was launching a show on a Russian-owned channel.

However, Tucker Carlson has not launched a show on Russian-owned media—nor has his company, the Tucker Carlson Network (TCN).

In a statement posted on Twitter, TCN CEO Neil Patel refuted the false claims by Newsweek and the Daily Beast, both left-leaning outlets, alleging that Carlson was running a show on a Russian state TV channel.

“The Tucker Carlson Network has not done any deals with state media in any country,” Patel wrote on Twitter.

His comments were directed at Newsweek, which had published an article headlined, “Tucker Carlson Launches Show On Russian State TV.”

The origin of this misinformation can be traced back to Rossiskaya Gazeta, a Russian state-owned publication cited by Newsweek.

According to their report, Carlson was supposedly collaborating with Russian media to produce a show featuring interviews with individuals holding alternative viewpoints to the mainstream.

The Daily Beast went as far as to suggest that Carlson had become part of Russian propaganda, writing, “The Kremlin propaganda machine has made Tucker Carlson its newest star television host, whether he likes it or not.”

This claim was promptly dismissed by Patel and Carlson himself. “This is completely absurd,” Carlson told Mediaite in response to Newsweek and Daily Beast. “Reporters are so dishonest and stupid. I’ve never even heard of this channel.”

These claims come amid ongoing accusations from liberals and Democrats that Republicans, conservatives, and anyone who opposes their narrative on Russia and its war in Ukraine are part of the Russian apparatus.

Notably, the episode aired by Russia 24 had nothing to do with Russia, Mediaite reported. Instead, the episode featured Carlson interviewing Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton.

Leftist Media Is After Justice Samuel Alito, Finds Out He Boycotted Bud Light

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) Far-left mass media went after Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito by deliberately looking at his shares and finding that he sold some of his beer giant Anheuser-Busch InBev’s shares when conservatives organized the country-wide boycott of Bud Light brewer.

The boycott was started after Bud Light partnered with “transgender” social media influencer Dylan Mulvaney, CNBC reported.

After selling his shares, Alito bought the same amount of stock in Molson Coors on the same day.

The leftist propaganda source used this opportunity to highlight that Alito is not supposed to be a Supreme Court Justice because he is “engaging in or aligning with partisan politics, despite a recently adopted code of conduct that directs the justices to ‘refrain from political activity.'”

On Aug. 14, 2023, Alito sold between $1,000 and $15,000 of AB InBev’s stock, a financial disclosure filing for the justice that was recently made visible through a federal judicial database.

According to Gabe Roth, executive director of the far-left nonprofit judicial watchdog group Fix the Court, if Alito or his broker were truly reacting to the Bud Light boycott or the surrounding culture war, then the stock sale “speaks more about the justice’s media intake and where that puts him on the political spectrum.”

“If the sale was in response to the Bud Light controversy last year, he might have an appearance-of-bias problem when it comes to future court cases related to trans rights,” Roth said.

Alito was also previously accused of conservative bias after another far-left propaganda outlet, the New York Times, found out that an upside-down U.S. flag — a symbol used by Donald Trump supporters to oppose the stolen 2020 election — was flown at his home in the days after the Jan. 6, 2021, riot at the U.S. Capitol.

Even though it was later discovered that it was Alito’s wife, Martha-Ann Alito, who inverted the flag only because their neighbors were mocking them with anti-Trump signs, it still didn’t stop leftists from criticizing Alito.

NYC Mayor May Revoke Disgraced Rapper Diddy’s Key to City

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Sean “Diddy” Combs, once celebrated by Democrats, now finds himself on their naughty list.

On Monday, New York City Mayor Eric Adams suggested that Diddy’s “Key to the City” award might be revoked after CNN released a disturbing video showing Diddy assaulting his former girlfriend, Cassie Ventura.

“I think all of us were deeply disturbed by watching that chilling video of the young lady being assaulted by him,” Adams said in a Monday interview with Pix 11 News, according to the New York Post.

“The committee and the team have never rescinded a key before, but we are now sitting down to see what the next steps forward are going to be,” he added.

Diddy came under fire last week after the release of a hotel hallway video showing him physically assaulting Ventura, with whom he settled a lawsuit.

The footage showed Ventura attempting to leave a hotel room when Diddy rushed toward her and threw a punch. He then dragged her to the floor and kicked her while she was nearly knocked out.

The video, in addition to a federal investigation over potential sex trafficking, drew widespread condemnation, a stark contrast to Diddy’s previous standing.

In September 2023, Adams awarded Diddy the “Key to the City” for his so-called contributions to music, fashion and philanthropy.

According to the New York Post, Adams called Diddy “the embodiment of the New York City attitude” and declared that day “Diddy Day.”

At the time, Adams stated, “A son of Harlem, Combs worked his way to the top, becoming a successful musical talent both in front of and behind the mic.”

While Adams could ultimately revoke the award, his reluctance to immediately confirm its rescission has drawn criticism from some New York politicians.

“Take that key back,” said New York City Councilwoman Jennifer Guitterez. “These are ceremoniously given out to folks who have made contributions, and while I understand Diddy is getting help, which is good, and acknowledged his actions, he doesn’t need the key to work through his accountability.”

Council Majority Leader Amanda Farias echoed Gutiérrez’s sentiments in remarks to the New York Post.

“The symbolism of receiving a key to the city is to confer trust and honor and to be seen as a trusted friend of city residents,” she said. “The trust of women is broken, and so is the trust of New York City.”

Big Tech Leads Nearly $1M Fight to Kill Online Child Safety Bills

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) Google, Meta and other Big Tech companies decided to kill New York legislation aimed at protecting children online by spending almost $1 million in the lobbying battle.

A group of Big Tech firms, advocacy groups and companies from other sectors have spent $823,235 lobbying Albany, N.Y., lawmakers through mid-March so that two high-profile bills – the Stop Addictive Feeds Exploitation (SAFE) for Kids Act and the New York Child Data Protection Act – would not be passed, the New York Post reported.

“This is an astonishing amount of money to be spent to kill two reasonable bills,” according to one longtime Albany insider who requested anonymity to discuss the lobbying push.

The news source reported that the SAFE Act would crack down on addictive recommendation algorithms used by social media apps by requiring them to provide default chronological feeds for users 18 or younger who didn’t receive parental consent. The bill would also allow parents to impose time limits on social media use and in-app notifications.

The Child Data Protection Act would block apps from collecting or selling personal or location data from minors unless they consent. Children under 13 would still need a parent’s consent.

As expected, the companies that benefit from earning money off of everyone, including children, pushed back against the bills, citing fears that the legislation would stifle freedom of speech, online privacy for teens, limit internet access for migrants and other underserved communities and essentially disable algorithms that help to crack down on hate speech.

The disclosures showed that Facebook and Instagram owner Meta spent the most on lobbying related to the tech bills and other items on the state agenda.

Meta supports federal legislation that would require app stores to get parents’ approval when kids under 16 download apps, rather than a state-by-state solution, according to one of the company’s spokespeople.

Google and TikTok were among other top spenders who wanted to kill the bills.

Hunter Biden’s Ex-Lover/Sister-in-Law to Testify Against Him in Gun Trial

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Hallie Biden, the widow of Beau Biden and former lover of Hunter Biden (both sons of President Joe Biden) is making a comeback.

She is set to testify in Hunter Biden’s criminal trial for allegedly making an illegal gun purchase, which is scheduled to begin on June 3, according to the New York Post.

Also expected to testify are Hunter Biden’s former wife, Kathleen Buhle and his ex-girlfriend, Zoe Kestan.

Court filings submitted on Monday reveal that these women will speak about their experiences with Hunter Biden during the time he purchased a weapon and allegedly lied on a federal form about his drug use.

According to the New York Post, Special Counsel David Weiss did not specify the names of the witnesses set to testify, but their identities were clear from public records.

Hallie Biden made headlines in 2017 when it was reported that she was dating Hunter Biden, the brother of her late husband, Beau Biden, who died in 2015 from brain cancer.

Hallie married Beau Biden in 2002 and had two children with him. Hunter Biden was married to Kathleen Buhle from 2006 to 2017.

Hunter Biden and Halle Biden began dating in 2016 but broke up in 2019.

The relationship between Hunter and Hallie received the blessing of Joe Biden, who was the former vice president at the time.

“We are all lucky that Hunter and Hallie found each other as they were putting their lives together again after such sadness,” Biden stated in response to the relationship, reported Page Six. “They have mine and Jill’s full and complete support and we are happy for them.”

Hunter Biden is facing criminal charges following an investigation by Weiss.

Could Taylor Swift Be the Kansas City Chiefs’ Next Placekicker?

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) Just a year after pop-music superstar Taylor Swift’s relationship with tight end Travis Kelce turned the Kansas City Chiefs into the official NFL team of woke leftists—and feminist, pro-choice “Swifties” in particular—kicker Harrison Butker has destroyed their perfect image of the back-to-back Super Bowl champs.

Now, some are lashing out with a vengeance, demanding that Butker be canceled for his Christian, pro-life viewpoints—and raising important questions about whom they would pick to replace him.

Following the controversy surrounding Butker’s recent graduation commencement speech—in which he controversially touched on the proper roles of women and men—the Kansas City Star published an op-ed arguing that the team should fire Butker and replace him with a woman.

Butker—who had spoken out about his views in the pre-TayTay past with only minor uproar—delivered his remarks at Benedictine College’s commencement ceremony earlier this month, encouraging graduates—specifically young women—to take seriously their possible futures as mothers and homemakers.

He likewise espoused his opposition to abortion, strongly condemning the hypocrisy of elected officials like President Joe Biden who purported to be Catholic but blatantly disregarded one of the church’s cardinal rules.

Naturally, Butker’s willingness to speak on such matters–even at a small Catholic liberal arts college—infuriated progressive snowflakes across the country.

The NFL promptly rushed to condemn it, fueling allegations of hypocrisy as some noted that the league was quick to turn a blind eye not only to radical left-wing hate speech from figures like Colin Kaepernick, but even to the alleged criminal conduct of players like Richard Sherman.

An NFL cheerleader was so triggered by Butker that she created a nearly three-minute TikTok video raging about his speech.

“I am a voice for the people that he attacked,” she said of Butker, claiming that his speech was full of radical and unacceptable things to say at a Catholic school. “I promise you you’re going to be sweeping your jaw off the floor at the end.”

Butker’s attackers even went so far as to launch a petition to get him kicked off the team.

“His comments were sexist, homophobic, anti-trans, anti-abortion and racist,” it complained.

“These dehumanizing remarks against LGBTQ+ individuals, attacks on abortion rights and racial discrimination perpetuate division and undermine human rights,” it continued. “These comments reinforce harmful stereotypes that threaten social progress. They create a toxic environment that hinders our collective efforts towards equality, diversity and inclusion in society.”

With help from left-wing celebrities like former Star Trek actor George Takei, the Change.org petition had succeeded in amassing more than 222,000 sigitaries.

Writing for the Chiefs’ hometown paper, left-wing activist and public-relations official Peter Hamm, who lives in Maryland, fired off a screed claiming that Butker’s “Neanderthal outburst” warranted his firing and suggesting that he be replaced by a woman because “it would be good for business.”

Butker, according to Hamm, is one of many athletes with “backward cultural views,” but he can be tolerated if he stops “yapping” and sticks to “sports cliches.”

Hamm concluded by arguing that finding a woman to kick for the team would “make a statement” about equality, leading to the potentially “delightful” scenario of Butker being fired and replaced.

While a handful of females have played at the college level, mostly for the novelty factor, none have gone on to make it to the NFL, and it is unlikely that a female placekicker would have the leg strength to be successful at such a high level of competition.

Butker, a former Georgia Tech player who led the NFL in scoring in the 2019 season, made Super Bowl history in February with a 57-yard field goal, the longest in the championship game’s 58-year history.

He also set records for most field goals in a career and most kicking points in a career, while tying the record for most kicking points in a game.

Although Swift might not help the team to win any games in the clutch, she arguably has been a major boon for the Chiefs’ fan base, however, and could help them to retain their loyal devotees even in a losing season with a greater emphasis on style than scoring.

Despite the criticism heaped on him, Butker had managed to receive some surprising support from unlikely places, including liberal pundit Bill Maher.

“I don’t see what the big crime is,” Maher said. “I really don’t,” pointing out that upset elites are simply out of touch with the opinions of everyday Americans.

Even The View co-host Whoopi Goldberg shocked many by coming to his support, pointing out that it is only fair if the other side expects to speak out about the causes it finds important off the field.

Bill Proposed to Give U.S. Tax Dollars to Americans Fighting for Israel

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) Reps. Guy Reschenthaler, R-Pa., and Max Miller, R-Ohio, have introduced legislation that would extend certain U.S. military benefits to American citizens in the Israeli military.

“Over 20,000 American citizens are currently defending Israel from Hamas terrorists, risking their lives for the betterment of our ally,” said Reschenthaler in a Friday press release.

“This legislation will ensure we do everything possible to support these heroes who are standing with Israel, fighting for freedom, and combating terrorism in the Middle East.”

The legislation, H.R. 8445, would extend the benefits of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act and Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act to American citizens serving in the Israel Defense Forces.

The SCRA provides members on active-duty status with financial subsidies, while the USERRA prohibits employment discrimination based on an individual’s prior service in the uniformed services, current service in the uniformed services, or intent to join the uniformed services.

“As our closest ally in the Middle East continues to defend itself against terror, many brave Americans have decided to lend a hand,” said Miller. “I’m proud that this legislation extends important protections to those Americans who chose to risk their lives in the fight against terror.”

An estimated 23,380 American citizens are serving in the Israeli military, according to a Washington Post report from February.

Many of those fighters are dual citizens who were already living in Israel. But as Antiwar.com’s Dave DeCamp noted, about 10,000 people living in the US had traveled to Israel to report for duty with the IDF after receiving draft notices.

“It’s unclear what the chances are for Reschenthaler’s bill to pass Congress and become law, but there is strong support for the Israeli military among House Republicans,” DeCamp said in his analysis of the legislation.

“For example, Rep. Brian Mast (R-FL) is an IDF veteran who recently wore his Israeli uniform on Capitol Hill, and he did not receive any backlash from his colleagues for showing up to work in the House wearing the uniform of a foreign military.”

Crockett Tries to Cash In on House Fracas, Misspells Her Own Name

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) Rep. Jasmine Crockett, D-Texas, got a dose of poetic justice Monday after telling MAGA Republicans she would “always be smarter” than them when she was ridiculed for misspelling her own name, Newsweek reported..

Crockett sought to take advantage of a recent spat with Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., by releasing a line of merchandise called the “Crockett Clapback Collection.”

It followed a viral exchange that the two lawmakers had last week during a House Oversight hearing over whether to hold Attorney General Merrick Garland in contempt of Congress.

After Greene mocked her artificial eyelashes, which Crockett later said she construed to be  a racial remark, she retaliated after several minutes by saying Greene had a “bleach blonde, bad-built butch body.”

Bothe women continued to double down on their feud, despite the embarassing lack of decorum, which centrist Sen. John Fetterman, D-Pa., likened to the Jerry Springer Show.

Crockett even secured a trademark for her infamous “B6” phrase and planned to turn it into a clothing line to help raise funds for Democrats as the 2024 election approaches.

“This collection will feature various swag that includes random things I’ve said,” she announced in a post Saturday on X.

“The money will go to ensuring that we have a Democratic House!” she added. “Give me a little time to really get the swag online etc., but B6 will drop first.”

Unfortunately, she misspelled her own name in the accompanying graphic, writing “Crockrtt” instead of “Crockett” on the T-shirt.

After helpful conservatives attempted to point out the mistake, Crockett rudely blocked them.

Since the incident, Crockett has used her temporary fame for excessive self-promotion that included sharing a “diss track” version of the outburst in which she compared herself to rapper Kendrick Lamar.

Crockett also accused Greene of using racial dogwhistles for criticizing her appearance.

“She is racist. I mean, I don’t have any questions about that,” she told reporters last week.

Rather than admitting that it took her several awkward minutes to come up with her “B6” clapback—during which Rep. Alexandria Ocasio–Cortez, D-N.Y., rushed to her defense—Crockett claimed that she was simply exercising restraint in deference to the parliamentary rules of order.

“I want to clarify that I actually did not react instantaneously to,” she claimed in a CNN appearance following the incident. “I was actually trying to allow the process to work.”
