Teen’s Pro-Life Anthem Hits Three Billboard Charts, Top 10 in U.S.

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) Pro-life country song “I Was Gonna Be,” sung by 18-year-old Rachel Holt, has debuted on the Billboard charts, showing once again how the far-left is losing its grip on the mainstream culture.

The song which was released on June 21, 2024, is sung from the perspective of an unborn child who was murdered in the womb, the Post Millennial reported.

The song, released under Baste Records, debuted on three Billboard charts, taking ninth place in Country Digital Song Sales, 20th place in Digital Song Sales and 21st in Emerging Artists, the news source added.

In addition to that, within 48 hours, the music video for the song reached the number one spot on iTunes’ country music video charts, according to a press release from Baste Records. The song also reached the number 10 slot among all iTunes downloads.

“Rachel Holt’s rise to prominence is a testament to her talent and the heartfelt message of her music. ‘I Was Gonna Be’ has become a favorite with listeners, bringing attention to the important issue of abortion through its poignant lyrics and captivating melody,” the press release said.

Holt signed with Baste Records in December of last year and the song was sponsored by Patriot Mobile, the news source reported.

“We got a call about this pro-life song needing a promotional sponsor and it aligned perfectly with our beliefs about the sanctity of life. It’s really a beautiful song and we need more conservative messaging in the arts as the music industry is a very important part of today’s culture war,” the company’s CEO Glenn Story said in a press release.

Songwriter and Baste Records head of A&R Chris Wallin said that Holt agreed to play his song after he played it to her.

“I think a lot of the songs that girls my age listen to never talk about real life. And that’s what I want to do,” she told Breitbart.

SHOCK: Dem. Rep. Jared Golden Says Trump Will Win and Things Will Be Fine

(Headline USA) Rep. Jared Golden, D-Maine, predicted this week that former President Donald Trump will win the 2024 election, and said he’s “OK” with that possibility.

While other Democrats have been panicking about President Joe Biden’s chances against Trump following the former’s disastrous debate performance last month, Golden argued his colleagues need to calm down.

“After the first presidential debate, lots of Democrats are panicking about whether President Joe Biden should step down as the party’s nominee,” Golden wrote in an op-ed for the Bangor Daily News.

“Biden’s poor performance in the debate was not a surprise,” he continued. “It also didn’t rattle me as it has others, because the outcome of this election has been clear to me for months: While I don’t plan to vote for him, Donald Trump is going to win. And I’m OK with that.”

Golden said Democrats need to stop acting like a “Trump victory is not just a political loss, but a unique threat to our democracy.” And unlike Biden and others in his party, Golden said he refuses “to participate in a campaign to scare voters with the idea that Trump will end our democratic system.”

Our system of government will work as a check on Trump just as it has with Biden, he continued.

“Some of Congress’ best work in recent years has happened in spite of the president, not because of him,” he wrote. “A handful of responsible Democrats, including myself and West Virginia Sen. Joe Manchin, rejected Biden’s bloated ‘Build Back Better’ bill and instead passed a law that supercharged American energy production, saved Medicare billions of dollars and reduced the deficit.”

Golden then urged Democratic voters to “ignore the chattering class’s scare tactics and political pipedreams. We don’t need party insiders in smoke-filled back rooms to save us.”

Biden Fanboy Equates Sex Acts w/ Campaign Support

(Elias Irizarry, Headline USA) While some may believe that voting for a candidate is enough to show your support, that seems not to be the case for a young Democrat influencer named Harry Sisson.

Sisson’s obsequious posts, designed to deliver sometimes absurd Democrat talking points to a younger and more gullible audience via social media, have increasingly become the object of ridicule due to the 21-year-old college student’s over-the-top adulation of the 81-year-old president.

With the Biden campaign now in serious crisis mode, mockery of Sisson and his special friend, fellow influencer Chris Mowry, have become the sport du jour for both Republican critics and Democrats ready to throw the so-called Blue MAGA movement under the bus.

Sisson made it a bit too easy, though, on Monday, when he posted a commentary on his TikTok account arguing that the refusal to perform sexual acts with a presidential candidate was tantamount to endorsing his political rival.

He made reference to a recent interview with internet celebrity Hailey Welch, 21, who went viral overnight after she coined the term “hawk tuah” when asked, “What’s a move in bed that makes a man go crazy every time?”

In her first interview since achieving meme status, “Hawk Tuah Girl” spoke with Barstool Sports podcaster Brianna Lapaglia on her “Plan Bri Uncut.”

Lapaglia began a segment of the interview in which she read names from a list, asking if Welch would “hawk tuah” the individual.

When Lapaglia asked her if she would do the deed with former President Donald Trump, she responded in disgust, declaring “It’s a no for me.”

However, it didn’t take long for Sisson to capitalize on the interview, declaring that Welch had “come out against Donald Trump” in his own response post.

“I’m glad that, in a very public way, this extremely known girl is using her voice to speak out against Donald Trump in a very unique way,” Sisson exclaimed. “That’s a win in my books, that’s a win for the Democratic Party.”

Sisson was not alone in declaring Welch’s refusal to perform sexual acts on Trump as a “win” for Democrats. The left-wing news page MeidasTouch also took to the social media platform X to celebrate the strange victory.

The celebration has led some conservatives to wonder what Sisson’s criteria for supporting a candidate are—with many questioning whether Sisson would be willing to put his money where his mouth is by offering Biden a “hawk tuah.”

“Oh, so giving political candidates b*** j**s is an expression of your support for them? Now it makes sense why you’re so excited to meet Biden in person,” wrote one user.

One user even attempted to warn Sisson of the upcoming embarrassment, writing “It’s not too late to delete this post.” Sisson responded, “What’s wrong with it?”

Coleton Furlow, host of the conservative “Battle Belongs” podcast, chimed in to say “I don’t think you can equate performing sexual acts on someone with whether or not you support them for president…. Unless of course that’s why you support Joe…”

One user, who appeared to be a Democrat, even chimed in, stating “The political situation is so bad now that the Hawk Tuah Girl saying she would not give Trump a hawk tuah seems like a real win,” likely alluding to the worsening desperation of Democrats after Biden’s June 27 debate flop against Trump.

Newsom Includes $12M for Reparations in Calif. State Budget

(Molly Bruns, Headline USA) Over the weekend, California Gov. Gavin Newsom signed off on the state budget—totaling nearly $298 billion—which included $12 million earmarked for specifically for race-based reparations, according to The Hill.

The state did not release a plan for how it would distribute the reparations money or what organizations may stand to benefit from the payouts.

Although California previously invested in a statewide reparations task force, which met at least 15 times and generated a 500-page report, Newsom had previously declined to endorse the radical proposals it recommended, which totaled more than $800 billion.

The existing allocation is likely to do little more than fund the statewide agencies that would be tasked with determining future reparations payments, setting up a potential landmine for Newsom’s successor after his term ends in January 2027.

State lawmakers may create a new department to administer reparations, and another to identify black families who lost land via eminent domain.

“We often say the budget is a reflection of our values and our priorities, so the fact that there’s any money for reparations should be a reason for celebrating,” said Democrat state Sen. Steven Bradford.

As part of its reparations package, the far-left California state legislature also proposed the writing of a formal apology from white to black Californians.

State Republicans argued against the law, saying that they cannot hold current citizens accountable for actions they did not commit.

“Slavery was a stain on our nation’s history, but I don’t believe it’s fair to try to right the wrongs on the past at the expense of the people today who did nothing wrong,” said James Gallagher, the Republican minority leader of the State Assembly.

“More than a quarter of Californians are immigrants—how can we look at those people, who are struggling as it is, and say it’s on them to make up for something that happened more than 150 years ago?”

Some Democrats, meanwhile, argued that $12 million was not enough.

Officials deemed the finalized budget “more fiscally responsible” than previous versions due to $16 billion in spending cuts.

“This is a responsible budget that prepares for the future while investing in foundational programs that benefit millions of Californians every day,” Newsom said.

“Thanks to careful stewardship of the budget over the past few years, we’re able to meet this moment while protecting our progress on housing, homelessness, education, health care and other priorities that matter deeply to Californians,” he added.

Yet, Newsom, who has appeared to be running a shadow presidential campaign amid the implosion of current President Joe Biden, faces a precarious situation as he attempts to pander to the state’s black voters.

Not only must he avoiding fiscal insolvency but also getting snared by the rhetorical traps of reparations skeptics, including conservative radio personality Adam Carolla, that would cast a negative light on him in red states.

A poll by the University of California-Berkeley found that 59% of voters in the Golden State either somewhat oppose or strongly oppose cash reparations as a “repayment” for slavery.

J6er, Whose Baby was Killed by the FBI, Hospitalized from Iraq War Injuries

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) Chris Kuehne, a decorated Marine veteran convicted on Jan. 6 charges, has been hospitalized from injuries he suffered while serving the U.S. military in Iraq.

Kuehne, whose wife had a miscarriage after the FBI raided their home, was set to begin a 75-day prison sentence the day after Independence Day. However, he requested a delay in that sentencing schedule due to his hospitalization.

“Over the weekend, Mr. Kuehne was hospitalized in Arizona for an emergency medical condition related to his military injuries and subsequent medial ailments. An emergency surgery was performed on Monday. He remains hospitalized. As a result, Mr. Kuehne will be unable to travel to California to serve his sentence starting this Friday, July 5,” his Tuesday motion said.

The Justice Department apparently had no issue with Kuehne’s request, agreeing that he can begin his prison stint in about two months on Sept. 16.

Kuehne’s motion also disclosed that he’ll be serving his sentence hundreds of miles away from his family.

“This Court sentenced Mr. Kuehne to serve 75 days of incarceration and recorded his special request to report to a facility in Arizona,” he said. “The B.O.P. has ordered Mr. Kuehne to report to a facility in California.”

Kuehne’s case went viral last month when his wife recounted losing her baby to the FBI’s raid in a heart-wrenching video.

“We could’ve lost our lives,” Annette tearfully shared, adding, “The following day, we lost our baby.”

Her emotional revelation shocked the audience, prompting two individuals to comfort her as she wiped away tears.

“This has been a difficult time for us as we attempt to recover from the horror, trauma, loss that we experienced,” she expressed.

Security footage from their home showed heavily armed federal agents forcefully entering their residence during the raid.

In the video, Annette, visibly stunned, clutched her child close as agents rushed past. The child, visibly distressed, was in tears.

On Feb. 23, 2024, Kuehne was sentenced to 75 days in federal prison and 24 months of supervised release after pleading guilty to one count of obstruction of law enforcement during a civil disorder.

Despite assertions from Kuehne’s supporters that he did not commit a violent act on Jan. 6, he was among over 1,300 individuals federally prosecuted in connection with the Jan. 6 protests.

New Term Coined for Worthless Young Adults

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) A growing group of young adults in America is opting out of the workforce altogether as Americans become increasingly demoralized by President Joe Biden’s economy, NBC reported.

Specifically, these demoralized youths are choosing to avoid work altogether, while also pursuing no training that would help them achieve employment. In short, they are unemployed and not pursuing eligibility in any way.

Such persons have been called  “NEETs,” which stands for “not in employment, education or training.”

Among those of the age range 15-24, 11.2% are considered NEETs, according to statistics released by the United Nations’ International Labour Organization.

Alí Bustamante, a labor economist and director of the Worker Power and Economic Security program at the leftist Roosevelt Institute, claimed that young people’s feelings have been hurt by the labor market.

These NEETs feel that they are “being left out and left behind in many ways,” Bustamante said. “We should be expecting these rates to be lower.”

But there are more disturbing indications if one takes a longer look at the situation. According to Julia Pollak, a labor economist at ZipRecruiter, this class of NEETs is primarily composed of young men.

“The NEET trend is mostly a male phenomenon,” she said, not specifying how she was able to ascertain the genders of those impacted without asking them.

Regardless, the trend is due, in large part, to a decline in traditionally blue-collar, male-dominated positions, along with the rise of more clerical, office-oriented jobs.

It is unclear how the Biden administration’s open-border policies have impacted the statistics. On one hand, illegal immigrants may be claiming many of the unskilled labor jobs that would typically go to men in the 15-24 age range without college degrees.

On the other hand, the fact that many illegals are unaccompanied young males raises the question as to whether they, themselves, may be adding to the unemployment totals, exploiting America’s overly generous welfare system for free food, housing, medical care and other provisions.

Those who do pursue higher education may also be confronted by bleaker prospects for gainful employment than in previous generations.

Pollak suggested that the opportunities for men were declining as “women’s enrollment in schooling, education outcomes, and employment outcomes have mostly trended upwards.”

While the nation’s overall unemployment rate is still hovering below 4%—perhaps driven by those working multiple jobs or forgoing retirement due to the high costs of Bidenflation—those who are unemployed are staying unemployed for a longer time, with those unemployed for six months or more up by 21%.

Leftist Celebrations Sour as ‘Immunity’ Ruling Marks Major Blow to Lawfare Strategy

(Elias Irizarry, Headline USA) CAPITOL HILL–On the morning of Monday, July 1, crowds gathered outside the Supreme Court building in Washington, D.C., in preparation for the announcement of the court’s decision in Trump v. United States.

Left-wing activists lined the barricades of the building holding picket signs, one of which featured former President Donald Trump bearing a crown under a quotation from D.C. District Judge Tanya Chutkan—who is currently presiding over Trump’s federal Jan. 6 case—stating, “We elect Presidents, not Kings.”

Alongside the picket signs, a flag waved before the court calling Trump a “loser,” and another declaring, “NO TRUMP. NO KKK. NO FASCIST USA.”

While some looked ahead to the court’s opinion on presidential immunity, others celebrated longtime Trump ally Steve Bannon’s incarceration. Bannon reported to a Connecticut prison facility that day to begin his expected four-month sentence, after losing his bid to assert executive privilege in House Democrats’ Jan. 6 tribunal.

“Bannon lives in my neighborhood. It already smells better,” one man sneered. “I wrote him a letter telling him to enjoy prison.”

One of the protesters, Bill Christeson, even brought a cake decorated with “Happy Bannon Goes to Prison Day!” alongside a sign sharing the same message.

DIMMING OUTLOOK FOR DEMS

The jubilant mood would not last long, however, as the court’s decision supporting full immunity for official acts (and partial immunity in many other circumstances) all but assured that special counsel Jack Smith would be denied the opportunity to prosecute Trump ahead of the Nov. 5 election.

The decision also forced Manhattan Judge Juan Merchan to delay the sentencing on Trump’s existing conviction in George Soros-backed District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s case over the falsification of business records during the 2016 election.

Trump’s cases in Fulton County, Ga., and Fort Pierce, Fla., have likewise met with delays that will push them past Election Day—and may potentially end them altogether if the presumptive GOP presidential nominee once again prevails.

Yet, even the Left’s superficial successes, such as the guilty verdict in a trial that ensured all odds were stacked against the defendant, have often missed their intended mark.

Trump’s campaign hasn’t lost its momentum, winning polls in nearly every battleground state, and public disapproval of the prosecution of Trump has helped him dramatically expand his support among black, Hispanic, and younger demographics.

Trump’s conviction also helped him to pull in a staggering $141 million in May, closing the fundraising advantage from which President Joe Biden had previously benefited.

Meanwhile, Monday’s court victory, in the wake of Biden’s disastrous debate performance last week, has left Democrats in a complete state of shock and disarray—a rarity for the party that has spent years embracing a sort of toxic denialism regarding Biden’s fitness for office.

Some Biden supporters—and even elected lawmakers—reacted to the decision by suggesting that the current president might use his newfound immunity to kill off his rivals, despite the fact that the ruling carved out a clear exception for acts in which the president was not acting in an official capacity.

CATCHING THE ‘W’

Amid the cacophony of anti-Trump protesters, one student stood in the shadows, entertained by the spectacle—although he did not share the same perspective as the majority of those gathered in front of the high court.

“I think they’re gonna rule favorable to Trump—and when this ruling comes down, there’s gonna be a huge uproar,” commented Michael, a 19-year-old Asian-American student from Georgia.

“I’m pretty excited,” he added. “It’ll make it a lot easier for Trump to return to office. There’s not gonna be constant lawfare when he’s in office.”

A group of sharply dressed congressional interns stood on the side, awaiting the decision. When the court finally released the decision, they celebrated—indicating they had placed bets on whether the court would rule in Trump’s favor.

“I’m pretty happy with the decision,” said one intern, who wished to remain anonymous.

“I think it’s a big win, but we’ll have to see how the lower courts handle it,” Michael said. But for now, I say it’s a big W.”

As word of the ruling began to spread, those opposed to Trump in the crowd initially seemed confused over whether it was a win or loss.

“I think it’s in the middle, but it’s going to slow down the process, which is what bothers me,” argued Max, another 19-year-old student who came from neighboring Arlington to witness the scene.

The case will now be remanded to Chutkan, who must determine whether Trump was acting in an official capacity in his efforts to investigate allegations of vote fraud, and to pressure individuals like Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger to do the same.

But the window for Democrats to wage their judicial campaigns is quickly closing, and increasingly tempered by the awareness that any precedents they establish now could soon come back to haunt them.

Disinformation about Trump-Epstein Relationship Resurfaces w/ New Document Dump

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) Nearly 200 pages of documents from Jeffrey Epstein’s 2006 criminal investigation were unsealed this week, giving readers new details about how a Florida grand jury tanked its investigation into the multimillionaire sex trafficker.

The newly unsealed docs also led to misinformation being recycled about Epstein’s connections to former President Donald Trump. Upon the release, pro-Biden accounts began recycling debunked allegations from 2016 that Trump raped a 13-year-old girl named “Katie Johnson” who was trafficked by Epstein.

Not only is that allegation nearly a decade old—as opposed to being released this week—it was debunked by April 2020 in the then-new release, Epstein: Dead Men Tell No Tales; Spies, Lies & Blackmail.

Indeed, Melissa Cronin, one of the authors of Dead Men Tell No Tale, investigated the Katie Johnson story and said she couldn’t find any traces of the mystery plaintiff.

“Cronin turned onto a dusty side street. She had beaten every other reporter there. But she didn’t find Johnson. Instead, the lawsuit’s address was a boarded up, abandoned home. Neighbors called it a ‘crack house,’ and said it had most recently been occupied by squatters,” Cronin reported in her book.

Cronin further stated that she canvassed the nearby town, and no one had heard of Katie Johnson. The phone number linked to Katie Johnson in court documents  was unconnected, too, she reportd.

“It was clear the lawsuit was some kind of red herring. Speculation ran wild: Had the Clintons planted this to smear Trump and torpedo his campaign? Had Trump planted this in a canny bit of reverse psychology?” Cronin wrote.

“The truth was even stranger. The man behind the Katie Johnson lawsuit was a former Jerry Springer producer who called himself ‘Al Taylor,’ a.k.a. notorious gossip peddler Norm Lublow,” she added.

Lublow’s wingman was a conservative anti-abortion donor, Steve Baer, who also happened to be a ‘Never Trumper.’ Taylor claimed to have met Johnson and heard her story at a party several years before.”

Along with the recycled phony lawsuit, this week’s Epstein document dump also saw the recycling of allegations that Trump called Epstein twice in 2005.

While records do reflect Trump’s calls to Epstein, even the Washington Post didn’t treat those messages as smoking-gun evidence against the Trump. The Post admitted in 2019 that Trump was in a bidding war with Epstein for a property in South Florida around the time he left those messages.

“It is unclear whether Trump and Epstein were in contact after the house sale. That month, Trump left two messages for Epstein at his home in Palm Beach,” the Post reported in 2019.

Epstein-Linked CIA Director Promises Reform after Internal Sex-Assault Scandal

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) CIA Director and Jeffrey Epstein associate William Burns issued a statement Tuesday promising reform after an internal review found that the agency mishandled internal workplace harassment and sexual assault incidents.

Burns’s statement followed the House Intelligence Committee releasing a report in April, finding that the CIA turned a blind eye to complaints from its female agents. The committee also requested the CIA to conduct an internal review of the matter. Burns’s Tuesday statement was made in conjunction with the CIA completing that review, which hasn’t been made public.

“I take the issue of sexual harassment and sexual assault extremely seriously. We must get this right. The senior leadership team and I will continue to build on the important reforms we have already made, and to ensure that [CIA agents] have all the support and resources they need,” said Burns, who had dealings with sex-trafficker and alleged Mossad agent Jeffrey Epstein, even after Epstein was charged with sex crimes.

“We will continue to act quickly and systematically to further reinforce the safe, healthy, and respectful workplace that all of you deserve.”

The CIA sex scandal stems from January 2023, when a CIA whistleblower approached the House Intel committee, alleging that she had been physically attacked and sexually assaulted at CIA headquarters by a fellow officer. In the following weeks, additional whistleblowers shared their own personal experiences of sexual assault and sexual harassment while employed by CIA.

The House Intel Committee launched an investigation into the matter, interviewing 26 CIA whistleblowers, holding two hearings and reviewing more than 4,000 pages of records. The report also said the committee “engaged constructively” with Director Burns.

The House committee’s investigations yielded eight main findings, including that “there was confusion and disorder in the process for reporting sexual assault and harassment.”

Rather than hold anyone within the CIA accountable, the committee instead said the sex abuse problem can be handled legislatively.

“It was evident CIA was unable to appropriately address the challenges due to its lack of certain tools and authorities,” the committee’s report said. “The Committee sought to provide CIA with what it needs to fix these gaps in the Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2024.”

The CIA has fired the initial whistleblower. The victim’s lawyer said the whistleblower’s firiing was a blatant act of retaliation for reporting the assault.

The attorney, Kevin Carroll, reportedly told the Associated Press that the agency had “unlawfully ended a young woman’s career only because she had the moral courage, lacking in her managers, to stand up and be a witness about her sexual assault.”

The CIA, for its part, has reportedly denied wrongdoing in relation to the whistleblower retaliation allegation.

As for the sexual harassment problem, the agency provided the following comment to the Associated Press: “We are absolutely committed to fostering a safe, respectful workplace environment for our employees and have taken significant steps to ensure that, both by bolstering our focus on prevention and strengthening the Agency’s handling of these issues when they arise.”

Burgum Under Fire after Anti-Trump Views and BLM Support Exposed

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) North Dakota Gov. Doug Burgum is under fire on Twitter for his perceived anti-Trump, leftist and globalist statements and positions, highlighted by conservative commentator Jack Posobiec.

Burgum is among the politicians currently considering joining former President Donald Trump’s growing campaign ahead of 2024.

The posts feature videos and photos of Burgum stating he wouldn’t do business with Trump, supporting U.S. aid to Ukraine and praising Black Lives Matter-related protests.

In a July 2023 interview with NBC News’s Chuck Todd, Burgum explained why he would not do business with the former president.

“I just think that it’s important that you’re judged by the company you keep,” Burgum said in the video, which has amassed over 522,000 views. This statement was made while he was running against Trump for the GOP nomination.

Burgum also expressed support for U.S. aid to Ukraine in a June interview with Forbes, backing a position opposed by many of Trump voters, poll show.

“We’re at war with Russia, we just haven’t send troops yet,” he claimed. “I don’t call that irresponsible spending, I call that a bargain. … There’s no blank checks — there has to be accountability.” He added, “We have to track every dollar.”

Additionally, Burgum’s response to the George Floyd riots has raised eyebrows.

On June 5, 2020, he tweeted, “This week, North Dakotans have organized peaceful demonstrations in cities across the state, calling for justice and equality in the wake of the George Floyd tragedy. We hear you, and as always, we are here to work together to make our great state an even better place to live.”

Posobiec brought further attention to Burgum by sharing a photo of him posing with Bill Gates and highlighting North Dakota’s approval of Gates’s purchase of 2,100 acres of farmland. The approval is strikingly notable given the frequent scrutiny over corporate land acquisitions.

The emergence of these posts coincides with Trump nearing the announcement of his running mate for the 2024 election. Burgum has emerged as a potential favorite for the role, alongside Sens. JD Vance, R-Ohio, Marco Rubio, R-Fla.; and Tim Scott, R-S.C.
