Getting Desperate: Biden Administration Denounces Child Genital Mutilation

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) As President Joe Biden’s poll numbers continue to plummet, his administration has shifted its stance on gender-transition surgeries for children.

“These are deeply personal decisions and we believe these surgeries should be limited to adults,” a White House spokesperson told the feminist site The 19th.

“We continue to support gender-affirming care for minors, which represents a continuum of care, and respect the role of parents, families, and doctors in these decisions.”

Despite that statement, the Biden administration is seeking to prevent states from banning minors from participating in experimental gender-transition procedures.

The case before the high court involves a law in Tennessee that restrict puberty blockers and hormone therapy for minors. The federal appeals court in Cincinnati allowed laws in Tennessee and Kentucky to take effect after they had been blocked by lower courts. (The high court did not act on a separate appeal from Kentucky.)

“Without this Court’s prompt intervention, transgender youth and their families will remain in limbo, uncertain of whether and where they can access needed medical care,” lawyers for the transgender teens in Tennessee complained to the justices.

The Biden administration has supported the litigation on behalf of trans youth and their families. It has also uttered numerous statements in favor of children genital mutilation.

“To all transgender Americans watching at home, especially the young people, you’re so brave,” Biden said in 2021 to a joint session of Congress. “I want you to know your president has your back.”

States are also battling over a variety of other trans-related issues.

At least 24 states have laws barring biological men from competing in women’s or girls’ sports competitions. At least 11 states have adopted laws barring biological men from girls’ and women’s bathrooms at public schools, and in some cases other government facilities.

The nation’s highest court has only rarely taken up transgender issues. In 2020, the justices ruled that a landmark civil rights law protects gay, lesbian and transgender people from discrimination in employment.

Civil Lawfare: Missouri Sues New York over Election Interference

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey filed suit against the state of New York on Wednesday for its prosecution and gag order against presidential frontrunner Donald Trump.

Bailey’s lawsuit seeks a preliminary injunction from the U.S. Supreme Court to immediately halt any further action in the New York case until after the 2024 presidential election.

According to Bailey, New York’s prosecution violated his Missourians’ First Amendment right to hear from a presidential candidate.

“Right now, Missouri has a huge problem with New York. Instead of letting presidential candidates campaign on their own merits, radical progressives in New York are trying to rig the 2024 election by waging a direct attack on our democratic process,” Bailey said in a press release.

“I will not sit idly by while Soros-backed prosecutors hold Missouri voters hostage in this presidential election. I am filing suit to ensure every Missourian can exercise their right to hear from and vote for their preferred presidential candidate.”

Bailey’s lawsuit alleged that New York committed three violations with its Trump prosecution: Interference with the presidential election in other states; violation of Purcell (a federal case prohibiting courts from sowing voter confusion or changing election rules in the months leading up to an election); and violation of the First Amendment rights of voters in other states.

Bailey’s lawsuit purpots to chronicle how Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg brought charges against Trump in order to boost Joe Biden’s campaign and keep Trump out of the White House.

“Bragg was previously involved in civil litigation against the former President while working for the New York Attorney General’s Office and then campaigned for his current position by promising to use that experience to prosecute him,” Bailey’s press release saidi. “Additionally, Bragg hired the third highest ranking member from Biden’s Department of Justice, Matthew Colangelo, to lead the prosecution against Biden’s political opponent.”

Bailey’s lawsuit also purportedly notes how Judge Manuel Merchan violated state judicial ethics rules by donating to the Biden campaign.

“Further, Judge Merchan refused to recuse himself from the case despite having donated to Trump’s general-election opponent and having a close family member who stood to gain financially from a conviction. He later imposed a gag order on President Trump when he pointed these facts out to the public,” Bailey added.

World Leader, Biden Ally Insists He’s ‘Straight’ After Trans Model Scandal

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Colombian President Gustavo Petro is defending his heterosexuality amid growing accusations that he was caught holding hands and cozying up with a transgender woman.

“I am heterosexual,” Petro wrote in a Spanish-language post, responding to a tweet mocking him over the allegations.

The scandal erupted in Panama, where Petro attended the inauguration of President-elect José Raúl Mulino on Sunday, according to Telemundo’s Al Rojo Vivo.

The transgender woman, television presenter Linda Yepes, herself admitted to being in Panama.

A video surfaced showing a man, dressed similarly to Petro, walking hand-in-hand with a woman many allegedly identified as Yepes.

The video shows the man holding the woman’s hand and taking photos of her in a seemingly intimate manner.

Petro, married to Colombian First Lady Verónica Alcocer since 2000, did not explicitly deny being the man in the video. Instead, he lashed out at his critics, labeling them as “transphobic.”

In a lengthy and vague tweet, he wrote, “I have always considered that intimacy is the ‘ultima ratio’ of freedom, the last trench of being free, and I will preserve this principle until I write about myself or die.”

The Colombian president added, “But these thousands of transphobic messages that have exploded in the hands of a right-wing, deeply exclusive, ignorant and discriminatory society must be rejected by the president.”

Later in his tweet, he concluded by reiterating his sexual orientation.

“I am heterosexual, but you will never hear or read a transphobic word from me. Because not only would I stop being a man, but also human,” he claimed.

Yepes, on her part, expressed shock at the backlash, particularly as she faces threats for being transgender.

“I’m not the woman in the video, but I am going through a difficult time in the topic,” she said in an interview with a local Colombian outlet.

When questioned about leaked messages between her and a Petro sibling, she responded, “We are all part of our president’s family since he was governor of Bogota.”

During a separate interview with Univision’s Despierta America on Tuesday, Yepes declined to say whether the woman in the video was her after being contacted by Petro’s government.

Petro, a radical left-wing leader and former member of the M-19 Movement—a violent paramilitary group responsible for the deaths of 13 Colombian politicians—was elected president in 2022. In April 2023, Biden hosted Petro at the White House.

Pro-Biden Reporter Ridiculed after ‘Inappropriate’ Defense

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) A White House correspondent faced intense backlash from conservatives on social media after she criticized another reporter for questioning whether President Biden was “awake.”

On Friday, NBC correspondent Kelly O’Donnell, also the president of the leftist White House Correspondent Association, scolded Newsmax correspondent James Rosen.

Rosen had suggested that Biden couldn’t address reporters about concerns regarding his ability to govern because he might have been asleep.

“That’s inappropriate,” O’Donnell retorted, speaking with White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre. Jean-Pierre chimed in, “As you heard from your colleague, the president of the WHCA, that’s inappropriate.”

O’Donnell’s defense of Biden was swiftly condemned by conservatives who accused her of doing the White House’s bidding.

“What a kiss-*ss,” remarked Becket Adams, a journalist at the Young America’s Foundation. Another critic added, “Clutch those pearls harder, Kelly O’Donnell. You’re complicit in this.”

Conservative journalist Greg Price shared a photo of O’Donnell alongside the “Mocking SpongeBob” meme, ridiculing her response.

Saagar Enjeti, a journalist and podcast host, highlighted O’Donnell’s apparent hypocrisy, noting the leftist media’s silence during CNN reporter Jim Acosta’s aggressive behavior in the Trump-era press briefings.

“Its [sic] funny because when I was in the press corps the same people were either silent or encouraged Jim Acosta to scream like a banshee,” he said.

Conservative commentator Tim Young praised Rosen for his pointed question, stating, “Journalists are turning on this White House. … They wouldn’t dare make jokes like that pre-debate,” referring to the presidential debate that highlighted Biden’s declining mental acuity.

O’Donnell’s attempt to lecture Rosen is particularly striking given her own dramatic rants during Trump-era press briefings. In March 2020, Trump had to tell O’Donnell to “relax” after she became agitated when he tried to answer a question.

“Just wait a minute, wait a minute, just take it nice and easy, okay? Just relax,” Trump calmly advised during a White House press briefing.

According to the Media Research Center, America’s leading media watchdog, O’Donnell has consistently aided the White House with softball questions and cynical reporting about Supreme Court decisions, further showcasing her bias.

OnlyFans Drowns in Child P*rnography Complaints

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) It was reported that people submitted at least 30 legal complaints, in which they said that pornographic content subscription service OnlyFans hosted child sexual abuse material on its website.

The U.S. police and court records revealed that over 200 videos and photos on OnlyFans contained child sexual abuse content between December 2019 and June 2024 across the 30 complaints, including reports of sexual abuse involving children as young as toddlers, the Daily Caller News Foundation reported.

It was also revealed that more than half of the cases that were found resulted in an arrest with there being a total of at least three convictions. Most of these cases involved an adult using a minor to create child pornography.

The Daily Caller reported that there has been no evidence that the pornographic company is being sued or held criminally liable for hosting child pornography.

One of the child abusers was 22-year-old Ethan Diaz, who sold over 100 pictures and videos of a 16-year-old girl he groomed online. Diaz pleaded not guilty and is currently awaiting trial for multiple counts of promoting a sexual performance by a child and human trafficking, among other charges.

“All of the content on our platform. Every text, every message, every audio clip, every live stream, everything gets moderated. We see everything,” OnlyFans CEO Keily Blair told her audience during a TEDx talk in 2023.

Despite that, a previous investigation found that there had been 128 cases in the United States of pornography being posted on the site without the consent of one of the parties involved, according to a different report from Reuters.

A bipartisan group of 102 members of Congress called on the Department of Justice (DOJ) to investigate OnlyFans for allowing child pornography on the platform in 2021. Three months later, the DOJ declined to confirm whether or not it was investigating the service.

Missouri AG Unleashes Suit against New York for Election Interference

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey has filed a lawsuit against New York, accusing it of interfering with Donald Trump’s presidential campaign by seeking to imprison him just weeks before the 2024 election.

On Friday, Bailey announced the lawsuit, which alleges that Democrats in New York are undermining the ability of Missourians to vote for Trump by pursuing a questionable business payments case against him.

The lawsuit consists of three counts, accusing New York of interfering in the presidential election, causing voter confusion or changing election rules months before the election, and violating the First Amendment rights of voters in another state.

“Right now, Missouri has a huge problem with New York,” Baily stated in a press release. “Instead of letting presidential candidates campaign on their own merits, radical progressives in New York are trying to rig the 2024 election by waging a direct attack on our democratic process.”

Bailey’s remarks follow a jury decision in Manhattan finding Trump guilty of falsifying business documents related to payments to former attorney Michael Cohen.

The case, initially rejected by federal prosecutors, was revived by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, a Democrat associated with George Soros, who had promised to pursue Trump if elected in 2022.

Critics highlighted that Bragg’s determination to prosecute Trump contrasts with his fellow Democratic predecessor, Cyrus Vance Jr., who had declined to bring the case forward.

“I will not sit idly by while Soros-backed prosecutors hold Missouri voters hostage in this presidential election,” Bailey added. “I am filing suit to ensure every Missourian can exercise their right to hear from and vote for their preferred presidential candidate.”

Addressing the broader issue, Bailey stated, “This lawfare is poisonous to American democracy. The American people ought to be able to participate in a presidential election free from New York’s interference. Any gag order and sentence should be stayed until after the election.”

Second Elected Democrat Turns Against Biden, Urges Him to Drop

(Elias Irizarry, Headline USA) In the latest addition to the fallout from President Joe Biden’s horrific debate performance last week, a second elected official from the Democratic Party has come out urging Biden to drop out of the election.

Rep. Raul Grijalva, D-Ariz., came out in calling for the 81-year-old nominee to step down as the nominee for the 2024 election, joining the ranks of his fellow House Democrat, Rep. Lloyd Doggett, D-Texas, who was the first elected Democrat official to call for Biden to step down.

“If he’s the candidate, I’m going to support him, but I think that this is an opportunity to look elsewhere,” Grijalva told the New York Times.

Grijalva went on to say that it’s Biden’s responsibility to make sure the White House remains in the hands of Democrats, brutally adding, “Part of that responsibility is to get out of this race.”

The news comes as Democrats and mainstream media remain in a state of panic over their worsening odds.

The Silver Bulletin reported, based on a national polling average, former President Donald Trump held a 72% chance of defeating Biden in November.

Left-wing pundits and mainstream media have rallied behind calls for Biden to drop from the race, with the New York Times Editorial Board even publishing an opinion piece calling for Biden to withdraw from the election.

As the convention draws nearer, Democrats have grappled over whether it’s too late to replace Biden, questioning who would replace the nominee, and whether it would be following state and party rules for the election.

Manchin Bullied by Dem. Leaders into Staying Silent on Biden

(Headline USA) Sen. Joe Manchin, D-W.Va., planned to call on President Joe Biden to drop out of the 2024 race last week but was bullied by other members of his party into staying silent, according to the Washington Post.

Manchin reportedly let slip that he was going to use a TV appearance on Sunday to demand that Biden abandon his reelection bid following his disastrous debate performance last month. But senior Democrats quickly formed a “full-court press” to prevent Manchin from publicly breaking with Biden, the report claimed.

“Nobody wants to be the first one to knife Julius Caesar,” one party official said of the conversations between party leaders and Manchin.

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., was among those who spoke to Manchin over the weekend, though one source claimed Schumer only did so after Manchin had already decided to ditch the TV interview.

When asked about the report, Manchin senior political adviser Jonathan Kott did not deny its claims.

“Joe Manchin talks to lots of people because he wants to get different views and political perspectives,” Kott said in a statement. “When he has something to say, you’ll hear it directly from him—and trust me, there’s nobody that can talk him out of speaking his mind.”

Despite Democratic leaders’ efforts to keep the party unified around Biden, Rep. Lloyd Doggett, D-Texas, became the first to break from the pack this week and publicly call on Biden to step aside. Doggett specifically raised concerns that Biden’s poor polling was dragging down Democratic candidates in down-ballot races.

“President Biden has continued to run substantially behind Democratic senators in key states and in most polls has trailed Donald Trump,” he said this week. “I had hoped that the debate would provide some momentum to change that. It did not.”

Woman Awarded Almost $700K after Being Fired over COVID-19 Jab

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) A Christian woman from Tennessee who was fired from BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee (BCBST) for refusing to comply with the company forcing its employees to take the COVID-19 vaccine received a settlement worth nearly $700,000.

A federal jury found that Tanja Benton “proved by a preponderance of the evidence” that her decision to refuse the vaccine was based on a “sincerely held religious belief,” Fox News reported.

The news source added that for a total of over $687,000, the jury awarded Benton more than $177,000 in back pay, $10,000 in compensatory damages and $500,000 in punitive damages.

In her lawsuit, Benton, who worked at BCBST from 2005 through November 2022 primarily as a bio-statistical research scientist, said that she wasn’t required by the company to communicate with people in person. Benton then added that she only interacted with 10 to 12 clients each year, with some of those interactions being online.

Benton also claimed in the lawsuit that she never had contact with patients as part of her job, adding that she worked from home for a year and a half during the pandemic.

When BCBST announced that the employees must get vaccinated, Benton refused.

“[She] firmly believes, based upon personal research, that all COVID-19 vaccines are derived from aborted fetus cell lines,” Benton said, adding that she “cannot in good conscience” receive the vaccine because it “would not only defile her body but also anger and dishonor God.”

Benton submitted a request for a religious exemption, but BCBST denied it, telling her she could not keep her job unless she bent the knee.

Instead of doing that, Benton appealed and explained she did not come into contact with people at her job. The company then told her that there were no exceptions for anyone with her job title and that she was fired.

“We’re disappointed by the decision,” BCBST senior vice president and chief communications officer Dalya Qualls White said, adding that the company still thinks forcing people to inject something in their bodies was a good decision.

Biden’s NYTimes Beef Escalates as Backstabbing Media Sense Blood

(Headline USA) The White House blasted the New York Times this week after the outlet published a report claiming President Joe Biden is considering dropping out of the 2024 race.

“That claim is absolutely false. If the New York Times had provided us with more than 7 minutes to comment we would have told them so,” White House spokesperson Andrew Bates said in a statement.

In its report, the Times quoted a key Biden ally who said the president “knows he may not be able to salvage his candidacy if he cannot convince the public in the coming days that he is up for the job.”

To that end, Biden sees his upcoming interview with ABC News and campaign stops in Wisconsin and Pennsylvania as “essential” to convincing voters and members of his own party that he can stay in the race, the report added.

But the Biden campaign also refuted the report, with deputy principal campaign manager Quentin Fulks telling CNN on Wednesday, “The president is in this race to win it. He is the Democratic nominee.”

When asked if Biden has had zero conversations with allies about potentially dropping out, Fulks responded, “That is correct.”

The Times report is just the latest hit-piece on the Biden campaign from the publication in what has become an escalating feud between the outlet and the president.

Last week, the Times published an editorial calling on Biden to drop out, and much of its coverage since then clearly has been intended to add to that pressure.

“The greatest public service Mr. Biden can now perform is to announce that he will not continue to run for re-election,” said the editorial.

“As it stands, the president is engaged in a reckless gamble,” it continued. “There are Democratic leaders better equipped to present clear, compelling and energetic alternatives to a second Trump presidency.”

While the notoriously left-skewed “Grey Lady” has often carried water for Biden—particularly in comparison with its unrelenting attacks on his Republican predecessor, Donald Trump, the Times has faced tensions over criticisms from the Biden administration that it had not been fawning enough in its coverage, sometimes resulting in pushback from the newspaper.

In May, Times Executive Editor Joe Hahn warned that the White House could expect no safe harbor, despite its hectoring.

Admitting that the newsroom had gone too far in its efforts to prevent Trump from being reelected in 2020, Hahn said it would strive for a more impartial tone this time around, particularly with Trump assuming the frontrunner spot.

“It is not the job of the news media to prevent that from happening … [I]t’s the job of Biden and the people around Biden to prevent that from happening,” Hahn said.
