Trump Lawyer Responds to N.Y. AG’s Threat: ‘We Will Put Your Fat A** in Jail’

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Conservative attorney Mike Davis did not hold back in his response to New York Attorney General Letitia James’s recent threats against President-elect Donald Trump.

In a Thursday interview with podcast host Benny Johnson, Davis called James, the prosecutor behind the infamous civil case against the Trump Organization, a “fata**” and warned that Trump’s incoming administration will douse her lawfare.

“I dare you to try to continue your lawfare against President Trump in his second term,” Davis said, addressing James. “Listen, sweetheart, we’re not messing around this time and we will put your fata** in prison for conspiracy against rights. I promise you that.”

He added, “So, think long and hard before you want to violate Trump’s constitutional rights or any other American’s constitutional rights. It’s not going to happen again.”

Davis is among the rumored candidates for White House counsel or even attorney general. He also founded the Article III Project, a nonprofit advocating for conservative nominations to federal courts.

Davis’s comments came after James held an unsolicited press conference, where she vowed to thwart the will of American voters following Trump’s landslide election on Nov. 5.

“We did not expect this result, but we are prepared to respond to this result,” James said, standing alongside New York Gov. Kathy Hochul. “And my office has been preparing for several months because we’ve been here before.

She added, “We faced this challenge before, and we used the rule of law to fight back. And we are prepared to fight back once again because, as the attorney general of this great state, it is my job to protect and defend the rights of New Yorkers and the rule of law. And I will not shrink from that responsibility.”

According to Fox News, James has acknowledged her office viciously took 100 legal actions against Trump’s first administration between 2019 and 2021.

Once Trump left the White House, James accelerated her civil investigation into the Trump Organization and Trump’s properties, vaguely alleging he inflated his wealth to secure favorable loans.

James launched the investigation after being sworn in as attorney general in 2019, following a campaign promise to crack down on Trump if elected.

Kamala Asks for Donations, Sells Email List To Cover $20M Debt

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) It was recently reported that Kamala Harris’s campaign is asking for donations and selling email lists to cover its $20 million debt after spending $1 billion on the presidential campaign.

Politico’s California bureau chief Christopher Cadelago’s sources informed him that Harris, who conceded the race to Donald Trump on Wednesday, ended her campaign with a debt of at least $20 million.

“Harris raised over $1 billion and had $118 million in the bank as of Oct. 16,” he wrote.

He also shared a screenshot of the current fundraising page in another social media post.

Puck News’s senior political correspondent Tara Palmeri confirmed this is happening, adding that the campaign is now “selling their email list to make up for the losses.”

According to the Washington Free Beacon’s Joe Gabriel Simonson, Harris’s campaign asked her supporters in a Wednesday email, sent well after the voting ended, to “donate to the Harris Fight Fund today to ensure we have the resources to elect Democrats down the ticket to hold the Trump administration accountable,” adding that the “fight still continues.”

“Kamala Harris, who faced the most humiliating electoral defeat in a generation, is still fundraising. Amazing,” Simonson wrote.

Fox Business reported that Harris’s campaign spent almost $1.4 billion on political ads, outspending the Trump campaign and Republican groups by around $460 million. Data from the Federal Election Commission that was obtained by Newsweek also revealed that Harris’s campaign received just over $1 billion in contributions.

Washington Bureau Chief for Breitbart News Matthew Boyle wrote that there “needs to be an audit of Kamala campaign finances.”

“There needs to be an AUDIT of the Kamala campaign finances top to bottom — donors and supporters of hers must be furious. Where did the money go?” he wrote.

In a follow-up post, Boyle wrote that the entire thing got “very explosive,” adding that Harris’s campaign staffer called him and said that there is a “massive scandal here worthy of an audit.”

“The $20 million debt thing is real. Rob Flaherty, this staffer said, is currently shopping around the Kamala fundraising email list to anyone who wants it to try to raise the money back. This includes other campaigns and outside groups,” Boyle wrote, confirming Palmeri’s information.

Boyle added that the campaign “blew through a billion dollars in a few months,” resulting in 100 people in Georgia being laid off because the campaign couldn’t pay them anymore. He also said that those not fired are “still awaiting several overdue payments they were promised for their work.”

Kaelan Dorr of MAGA War Room also highlighted other issues in Harris’s campaign.

It was also reported that senior Harris advisor David Plouffe deleted his Twitter account amid the scandal.

Conservatives Allege Dems Are Stealing Election from Kari Lake

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) Many conservatives online started suggesting that Democrats are trying to steal the election from Republican Kari Lake in Arizona and give the Senate seat to Rep. Ruben Gallego, D-Ariz.

“Apparently, in Arizona, everyone who voted for Kamala also voted for @KariLake. And there are almost 47,000 fewer votes for Senator than for President. I don’t believe this sh!t for a second,” @zypldot wrote.

Other conservatives also claimed that there was no way that people who voted for Donald Trump would also vote for Gallego.

“I’m calling fraud in Arizona… there’s no way there’s that many people who voted for Trump but not Kari Lake. The race is far from over, but regardless, there’s investigating that needs to be done,” @KAndersonAkron wrote.

Even Tom Fitton of Judicial Watch criticized Maricopa County.

“What is happening in Maricopa County right now is election corruption,” he wrote.

A pro-Trump lawyer, Harmeet K. Dhillon, who was responsible for ensuring that Arizona would not steal the 2024 election, told conservatives on Twitter that everything is under control.

“Arizona update: there are lawyers and trained observers monitoring tabulation of ballots, duplicating, and adjudication until we are done. I’m in constant touch with Kari’s lawyers and supporters about this and we are watching every ballot drop, as is @AZGOP, @GinaSwoboda,” she wrote.

Republican Chairman Michael Whatley responded to Dhillon’s social media post, thanking her for her work.

“Thank you to @pnjaban and the @GOP lawyers on the ground in Arizona. We will do everything it takes to ensure a fair, accurate, secure and transparent election,” he wrote.

James O’Keefe of O’Keefe Media also reported on Thursday that Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer had deleted his account on Twitter after it was reported that ballots are counted suspiciously slowly, even though there are states like Florida that counted all of their ballots on Tuesday.

“This comes after @OKeefeMedia Group’s release of footage of Maricopa County Election Trainers claiming they cannot stop third-party ballot harvesting, with one stating, ‘It’s not our job to police that,'” he wrote.

Lake can still win the election, especially considering that people there voted for Trump and Dhillon’s team is watching the election closely.

Republican David McCormick Flips Pivotal Pa. Senate Seat, Ousts Bob Casey

(Headline USA) Republican David McCormick has won Pennsylvania’s pivotal U.S. Senate seat, beating three-term Democratic Sen. Bob Casey in Tuesday’s election, despite the incumbent’s last-minute effort to link himself with President-elect Donald Trump.

The victory pads Republicans’ majority in the Senate, which they wrested from Democratic control this week, and clocked in as the nation’s second-most expensive race while playing out alongside the presidential contest in the nation’s premier battleground state.

McCormick, 59, recaptured a GOP seat in Pennsylvania after Republicans lost one in 2022, paying off a bet that party brass made when they urged McCormick to run and consolidated support behind him.

Republican strategists largely credited Trump’s strong performance in Pennsylvania, beating Vice President Kamala Harris statewide by about 2%, as Democrats navigated headwinds like voter dissatisfaction over inflation under President Joe Biden.

That was enough to help pull McCormick to victory, they said.

McCormick drew on contacts from across the worlds of government, politics and finance to secure backing for his campaign after he was CEO of Bridgewater Associates, the world’s largest hedge fund, and served at the highest levels of former President George W. Bush’s administration.

Beating Casey is earth-shaking for Pennsylvania’s Democratic establishment. Casey is the namesake of a former two-term governor and Pennsylvania’s longest-serving Democrat ever in the Senate.

Until Tuesday, Casey, 64, had won six statewide general elections going back to 1996, but he had never been on the same ballot as Trump.

With votes still being counted, McCormick led Casey by about 31,000 votes, or half a percentage point.

Casey did not concede Thursday, and his campaign pointed to a statement from the state’s top election official that at least 100,000 ballots still remained to be counted, including provisional ballots and military and overseas ballots.

“We will make sure every Pennsylvanian’s voice is heard,” Casey’s campaign said.

McCormick drummed out the consistent message that Casey was a do-nothing and weak career politician who was a key ally of Biden and Harris.

It was McCormick’s second time running—this time with a clear primary and Trump’s endorsement—after he lost narrowly to the Trump-endorsed Dr. Mehmet Oz in 2022’s expensive seven-way primary.

His wealth—he’ll be one of the wealthiest senators when he joins the chamber—and connections got him flagged by Republicans as someone who could both raise campaign cash and pay his own way for a Senate campaign.

McCormick also benefited from tens of millions of dollars in campaign cash from allies from across the worlds of hedge funds and securities trading.

He ran an energetic campaign, often traveling by bus around the state, and appeared onstage at almost every Trump rally in Pennsylvania—Trump’s most visited state.

McCormick was also at ease in front of TV cameras, a skill he honed as a top Treasury Department official giving regular media briefings during the onset of the 2008-09 recession and a well-known figure on Wall Street who was sought-after for speaking engagements.

He has a long resume that includes being decorated for his Army service in the Gulf War, earning a doctorate from Princeton University, running online auction house FreeMarkets Inc.—which had its name on a skyscraper in Pittsburgh during the tech boom—and sitting on the boards of prominent institutions, including Trump’s Defense Advisory Board.

McCormick had to absorb accusations—first in 2022’s GOP primary and then again by Casey—that he was a rich carpetbagger from Connecticut’s ritzy Gold Coast trying to buy a Senate seat. He lived there until he ran for Senate in 2022 and, while he bought a house in Pittsburgh, he also maintained a massive home in Connecticut until a daughter graduated high school earlier this year.

He helped bring the carpetbagger caricature to life by mispronouncing the name of one of Pennsylvania’s best-known local beers.

McCormick, in turn, stressed his seventh-generation roots in Pennsylvania, talked up his high-school days wrestling in towns across northern Pennsylvania—a sport that took him to the U.S. military academy at West Point—and growing up the son of two educators. His father became the first chancellor of Pennsylvania’s state-owned university system—under Casey’s father.

McCormick also suffered through a legion of attacks on his hedge fund’s investments—including accusations that he got rich at America’s expense by buying shares in Chinese companies that the federal government later came to consider part of Beijing’s military and surveillance industrial complex.

McCormick, meanwhile, tried to capitalize on turmoil in the Middle East and at the U.S. southern border with Mexico.

He blamed Casey for supporting Biden administration’s border policies, which he said had enabled illegal immigration, and for backing policies that he said had empowered Iran to destabilize the Middle East.

He made a bid for Jewish voters by traveling to the Israel–Gaza border, speaking to Jewish audiences across the state and arguing that Casey and the Biden administration have not fought anti-Semitism or backed Israel strongly enough in the Israel–Hamas war.

On the border, he backed Trump’s pledge to carry out a mass deportation of illegal immigrants in the country without permission—prioritizing people with criminal records—and vowed to press for U.S. military action in Mexico to target fentanyl trafficking networks.

Trump Names Top Adviser for Historic Re-Election Bid, Susie Wiles, as New Chief of Staff

(Headline USA) President-elect Donald Trump has named Susie Wiles, the manager of his victorious campaign, as his White House chief of staff, the first woman to ever hold the influential role.

Wiles is widely credited within and outside Trump’s inner circle for running what was, by far, his most disciplined and well-executed campaign, and she was seen as the leading contender for the position.

However, she largely avoided the spotlight, even refusing to take the mic to speak as Trump celebrated his victory early Wednesday morning.

She was able to do what few others have been able to: help control Trump’s sometimes self-defeating impulses—not by chiding him or lecturing, but by earning his respect and showing him that he was better off when he followed her advice than flouted it.

“Susie is tough, smart, innovative, and is universally admired and respected. Susie will continue to work tirelessly to Make America Great Again,” Trump said in a statement. “It is a well deserved honor to have Susie as the first-ever female Chief of Staff in United States history. I have no doubt that she will make our country proud.”

Trump went through four chiefs of staff—including one who served in an acting capacity for a year—during his first administration.

Successful chiefs of staff serve as the president’s confidant, help execute a president’s agenda and balance competing political and policy priorities. They also tend to serve as a gatekeeper, helping determine with whom the president spends time and to whom he speaks—an effort under which Trump previously chafed in his first term as president.

The chief of staff is “absolutely critical to an effective White House,” said Chris Whipple, whose book The Gatekeepers details how the White House chief of staff role shaped and defines a presidency. “At the end of the day the most important thing is telling the president what he doesn’t want to hear.”

Wiles is a longtime Florida-based Republican strategist who ran Trump’s campaign in the state in 2016 and 2020. Before that, she ran Rick Scott’s 2010 campaign for Florida governor and briefly served as the manager of former Utah Gov. Jon Huntsman’s 2012 presidential campaign.

Chris LaCivita, who along with Wiles served as a co-manager of the campaign, posted on X, “So Happy and proud of one of the fiercest and most loyal warriors i’ve ever had the pleasure of working with !!!”

RFK Jr. Says He Plans to ‘Clear Out’ ‘Corruption’ in the FDA, CDC

(Headline USA) Former presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said this week that he plans to clean house at the Food and Drug Administration and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention when President-elect Donald Trump takes office.

Kennedy, who could take on a prominent role in the next Trump administration, was asked what his top priorities would be starting next year if he’s chosen to serve in Trump’s cabinet.

“Clearing out the top level federal service workers that are currently at the FDA and the CDC,” Kennedy responded. “In some categories, their entire departments, like the nutrition department in the FDA, they have to go. They’re not doing their job.”

He discussed how other countries do not add unnecessary ingredients to its food.

“They’re not protecting our kids. Why do we have [cereal] in this country that have 18 or 19 ingredients, and you go to Canada, and it’s got two or three?” he added.

Asked whether he’d consider eliminating some of these agencies altogether, Kennedy was less enthusiastic.

“To eliminate the agencies, as long as it requires congressional approval, I wouldn’t be doing that,” Kennedy said. “But I can get the corruption out of the agencies. This is what I’ve been doing for 40 years.”

Kennedy also hit back at the Left for spreading false narratives about his beliefs.

“I’m not going to take away anybody’s vaccines. I’ve never been anti-vaccine,” he said. “If vaccines are working for somebody, I’m not going to take them away. People ought to have a choice, and that choice ought to be informed by the best information.”

Trump praised Kennedy during his victory speech on Tuesday night and hinted that Kennedy would help set the tone for his administration’s policies on health and wellness.

Kennedy reiterated this week that his “Make America Health Again” movement is just getting started.

“President Trump has asked me to do three things: 1. Clean up the corruption in our government health agencies. 2. Return those agencies to their rich tradition of gold-standard, evidence-based science. 3. Make America Healthy Again by ending the chronic disease epidemic,” Kennedy wrote on X.

Illegal Immigrants Make Last Dash to Border Before Trump Returns to Office

(Maire Clayton, Headline USA) A group of around 100 illegal immigrants rushed to cross the border in Eagle Pass, Texas after Donald Trump was victorious in the 2024 presidential election, according to the New York Post.

Border Patrol sources said the illegal immigrants crossed the Rio Grande River and were mostly from Central and South America.

There were also about a dozen unaccompanied children with the group.

The group was stopped by border agents and transported to a bus for processing.

Under the Biden administration the United States saw an unprecedented amount of illegals pour into the country.

In the days leading up to the election, a caravan of almost 3,000 from Mexico headed to the border to cross before the transfer of the presidency.

“If Trump wins, they are gonna try to get here before he’s in office,” a source told the Post prior to the election. “It’s one last f**k you to America.”

The caravan had dwindled to half since Trump emerged victorious in the 2024 election, according to Reuters.

Americans clearly had enough of open borders as Trump’s campaign focused on restoring the border and deporting all criminal illegal aliens.

Trump said he would resecure the border in his Wednesday morning acceptance speech from Mar-a-Lago.

“We’re gonna have to seal up those borders, and we’re gonna have to let people come into our country,” he said. “We want people to come back in.”

The president-elect also said he planned to end birthright citizenship for children of undocumented immigrants.

Trump managed to flip a historically Democrat border county in Texas that has a 97% Hispanic population, according to Newsweek.

Prior to the recent election, Starr County had not turned red since 1892.

Texas was one of the main states facing an influx of illegal immigration.

Republican Gov. Greg Abbott previously bussed illegals to sanctuary cities in hopes of trying to curb the problem.

Some Dems Want Biden to Resign So Kamala Can Be President

(Headline USA) Some Democrats want President Joe Biden to resign so that Vice President Kamala Harris can serve as president for the few months before President-elect Donald Trump returns to the White House.

NewsNation contributor Kurt Burdella argued that such a sacrifice from Biden is necessary after Harris’s humiliating loss.

“I think if you’re President Joe Biden, there’s nothing left to run for. There’s nothing left to really do,” he said on Wednesday. “Pardon your son, then resign and elevate Kamala Harris to the presidency and make one more mark in the history books while you can.”

Burdella stated Biden does not have very little relevancy left.

“Again, you have a very short runway left of being relevant and being able to make your mark in a historic way. Why not do it that way?” he questioned.

Several Democrats online agreed.

“Since we’re never ever going to see a brown person or a woman nominated for President ever again, Biden should resign tomorrow and give Kamala Harris and us a bit of history for the next two months,” one user wrote on X.

The Left has lashed out at Biden in the wake of Trump’s decisive victory, blaming the 81-year-old for running for reelection instead of passing the torch to Harris or another Democratic candidate before it was too late.

“He shouldn’t have run,” Jim Manley, a top aide to former Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, told Politico. “This is no time to pull punches or be concerned about anyone’s feelings. He and his staff have done an enormous amount of damage to this country.”

Biden’s allies in the White House, however, have pushed back, arguing that Trump’s momentum would have been too great for any candidate to overcome.

“People, for whatever reason, feel it was better four years ago—and I don’t think we could fight that,” one longtime Democratic operative said, citing Trump’s historic gains among Hispanic and black voters. “We just have a bad brand right now.”

‘We Don’t Even Live on the Same Planet’: Democrat Strategist Rips Her Own Party Over Kamala’s Defeat

(Julianna Frieman, Headline USA) Democrat strategist Julie Roginsky ripped her own party over Vice President Kamala Harris’s indisputable defeat by Republican President-elect Donald Trump in a Thursday appearance on CNN.

Trump won the popular vote and the Electoral College—including victories in all seven battleground states—early Wednesday, taking Republican majorities in both chambers of Congress as well.

Roginsky explained that American voters clearly revealed their disapproval of the Democratic Party.

“I’m going to speak some hard truths,” Roginsky said. “We are not a party of common sense, which is the message the voters sent to us for a number of reasons.”

Roginsky told fellow CNN panelist Shermichael Singleton and the host that Democrats don’t know how to address voters, pointing to the party’s use of the term “Latinx” to describe Hispanics as an example.

Trump made gains among Hispanic men by a 54%-44% margin over Harris, according to NBC News exit polls.

In 2020, Biden led Trump with a 59%-36% margin over Hispanic men.

“When we address Latino voters as ‘Latinx,’ for instance—because that’s the politically correct thing to do—it makes them think that we don’t even live on the same planet as they do,” the Democrat strategist said.

Roginsky blasted Democrats “afraid” to condemn anti-Israel protests that ravaged college campuses as “unacceptable.”

“We’re so worried about alienating one or another cohort in our coalition that we don’t know what to say, when normal people look and that and say, ‘Wait a second. I sent my kids to college so they can learn, not burn buildings or trash lawns,’ right? And so on,” she said.

The Democrat strategist urged members of her party to “stop with the virtue-signaling” on issues like pronouns.

“Just speak to people like you’re normal,” Roginsky said.

Court Filing Suggests Child Porn Was Found on 2nd Failed Trump Assassin’s Computer

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) Lawyers for alleged failed Trump assassin Ryan Routh have reached a deal with the Justice Department to place a protective order on the case’s discovery material—one that will allow Routh to review evidence in his jail cell but prohibit from sharing it with anyone outside of his defense team.

The proposed protective order, submitted to Judge Aileen Cannon on Wednesday, also suggests that Routh had child porn on his electronic devices.

“Counsel for the defense and members of the defense team shall not possess for any purpose discovery material that contains Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM); alternative arrangements will be made for reviewing such discovery,” the protective order said.

The protective order also suggests Routh had other pornographic content, prohibiting him from possessing discovery material that contains sexually explicit content, or other material prohibited by the jail facility to which he is assigned.

“The United States shall identify these items separately for defense counsel,” the order stated.

Other protective orders from similar cases—such as with Asif Merchant, the Pakistani man accused of trying to hire hitmen to assassinate Trump—do not mention anything about pornography.

Routh’s lawyers didn’t immediately respond to an email inquiry about the matter. Routh hasn’t been charged with possessing child porn.

Routh’s son, however, has.

Oran Alexander Routh, 35, was charged with possessing child pornography after law enforcement allegedly found it while raiding his home in relation to an investigation into this father’s alleged assassination plot.

Oran has pleaded not guilty to the charges and is on house arrest as he awaits trial.
