Woman w/ Tourette Tells Ex-CNN Host Cuomo What We’re All Thinking

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Baylen Dupree, a 20-year-old diagnosed with Tourette Syndrome, spoke to NewsNation host Chris Cuomo to raise awareness about the disorder.

During the interview, Dupree described the bullying she faces due to her neurological involuntary movements and inadvertently demonstrated her verbal tics, often telling Cuomo to “f*ck off.”

It’s a condition that many conservatives may be able to relate to, particularly where the smarmy, ethically challenged ex-CNN host with a famous last name is concerned.

Cuomo chuckled as Dupree detailed the bullying she had experienced. “Little baby weenies, f*ck off, f*ck you, Chris!” said Dupree to a laughing Cuomo. “Go f*ck yourself Chris… banana off your *ss, banana on biscuit fat*ss!”

He covered his mouth to hide his reaction as the young woman shared the vitriolic comments her parents also endure.

“I also get evil people that would comment and say like… that my parents deserve to die in a car accident because ‘I’m faking my condition.’ … I’ve had to have the police in my house because people gave out my location,” she told Cuomo.

In response, Cuomo empathized, acknowledging that “people suck.” He added, “They’re mean and they’re stupid and they try to make themselves feel better by going after others and you’re the antidote, my friend.”

Despite the bullying, Dupree has found support from over nine million TikTok followers who flood her comments with encouragement.

“Now, with over 9 million TikTok followers, Dupree documents her life, educating people on what it’s like to live with the syndrome,” NewsNation described on a YouTube video of the interview.

As reported by Trending Politics News, the video garnered attention on social media, with some conservatives using the heartfelt interview to mock Cuomo.

Twitter user Joshua Walker said: “Tourette’s syndrome has a proclivity for amusement. I know a few people who have made the best of what they are dealt with, and they tend to be happier than most. She’s speaking the truth, whether it’s a tick or not.”

Collin Rugg, the co-founder of Trending Politics, responded to Walker’s remarks. “She seems to have a good attitude about it. This was a good one,” he said, sharing a screengrab of the interview showing Dupree gesturing to Cuomo.

Prosecutor Accused of Interfering in Hunter Biden Probe Exits DOJ

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) A former federal prosecutor accused of meddling in the criminal investigation into Hunter Biden has departed from the DOJ, the New York Post reported on Thursday.

Lesley Wolf, a former Delaware assistant U.S. attorney, announced her departure during a behind-closed-doors deposition with the House Judiciary Committee in the impeachment inquiry against President Joe Biden.

Wolf faced accusations from IRS whistleblowers Gary Shapley and Joseph Ziegler of protecting Joe Biden when investigators mentioned the president’s name in the criminal probe of his embattled son. House Republicans and the whistleblowers contended that this was done in a political bid not to implicate Joe Biden in the investigation.

The same whistleblowers also alleged that Wolf had tipped off “individuals very close” to the Biden family about an FBI interview request.

Citing these scathing accusations, House Republicans subpoenaed Wolf, who previously served as a chief deputy prosecutor under Special Counsel David Weiss.

“Information available to the Committee suggests that you — either directly or by instructing others — are responsible for many of the decisions to deviate from standard investigative protocol during the Department’s investigation of Hunter Biden,” stated Jordan in a six-page letter to Wolf.

The subpoena coincided with revelations from the House Ways and Means Committee that Wolf directed investigators to exclude any references to Joe Biden from a search warrant associated with the Foreign Agents Registration Act.

Shapley claimed on May 26 that Wolf made this decision due to concerns about the “optics” of potentially tying Joe Biden to the investigation.

He further mentioned that Wolf acknowledged the possible presence of information related to the probe in a guesthouse of Joe Biden, who was then a former vice president. Allegedly, Wolf informed Shapley that there was “no way we will get that approved.”

At one point, Wolf seemingly instructed the FBI to “redraft” an affidavit to eliminate any mention of “Political Figure 1,” referring to Joe Biden, as reported by the NY Post.

In an interview with Fox News, Ziegler conceded that the email served as a “one-off example” of concerns regarding investigative leads possibly linking to Joe Biden.

“The FBI agents who drafted that affidavit, they believed that they had sufficient evidence — probable cause — to support including Political Figure 1 in that affidavit,” Ziegler told Fox, according to the NY Post.

Bull on Tracks Delays Morning Rail Traffic at New Jersey’s Newark Station

(Headline USA) A loose bull on the tracks at a New Jersey train station snarled rail traffic on Thursday.

New Jersey Transit posted on Twitter, a photo of the horned bovine apparently standing on the tracks at Newark Penn Station.

“NJ TRANSIT rail service is subject to up to 45 minute delays between Newark Penn and PSNY, due to Police activity near Newark Penn Station,” said the tweet. “NJ TRANSIT rail tickets and passes are being cross-honored by PATH and Hoboken, Newark Penn and 33rd Street New York.”

As of Thursday morning it was unclear how the creature got there or if it had yet been captured.

Newark police said there were no injuries reported.

The transit agency wrote that service was delayed up to 45 minutes between Newark and Penn Station New York because of “police activity,” and posted a photo of the animal.

Zeldin Assailant Receives 3 Yrs. Probation; Drunken Attack Not Politically Motivated

0

(Headline USA) A man who climbed onto a campaign event platform in upstate New York last year and accosted Republican gubernatorial candidate Lee Zeldin received three years probation Thursday.

David Jakubonis approached the then-U.S. representative while carrying a keychain with two sharp points at a campaign rally near Rochester, New York in July 2022.

The two men struggled, and Jakubonis pulled Zeldin down before being subdued, according to prosecutors.

Jakubonis’ attorneys have said the U.S. Army veteran was drunk and was trying to get to the microphone.

New York voting registration records indicate that Jakubonis is not currently affiliated with any political party, and he has never donated to any candidates at the national level, according to the Federal Election Commission.

Jakubonis, 44, pleaded guilty in September to a misdemeanor charge of assaulting a federal officer, setting up the sentencing hearing Thursday. A judge allowed his release from jail to an alcohol treatment program in October.

Jakubonis’s attorney said his client “is not the same person” 17 months after the incident and has benefitted from counseling to address post-traumatic stress disorder and anxiety disorder.

“David is a decorated veteran of the war on terror and has been found permanently disabled from his service,” John DeMarco wrote in an email to the Associated Press.

“I believe those circumstances together with the support of former Congressman Zeldin [and] the criminal justice system got this disposition perfectly right.”

Jakubonis was deployed to Iraq in 2009 as a medical laboratory technician.

Boston Mayor: No Remorse for Racist Holiday Party That Excluded White Colleagues

(Headline USA) Boston’s Democrat Mayor Michelle Wu defended hosting a holiday party for only “electeds of color,” arguing that she was only sorry that white city councilmembers had found out they had been excluded from the publically funded event.

Wu came under fire this week after her office mistakenly sent an email inviting every member of the Boston City Council to a seasonal gathering inside the city’s official reception hall.

Shortly after the invitation was sent out, Wu’s director of City Council relations, Denise DosSantos, rescinded the invitations of the council’s seven white members.

“I wanted to apologize for my previous email regarding a Holiday Party for tomorrow,” DosSantos wrote in her follow-up. “I did send that to everyone by accident, and I apologize if my email may have offended or came across as so. Sorry for any confusion this may have caused.”

When asked whether the segregated gathering was divisive, Wu said “no” and insisted that it was normal for “diverse” politicians to hold events just for themselves.

“I’ve been a part of a group that gathers, representing elected officials of color across all different levels of government in Massachusetts,” Wu said, according to WCVB. “A group that has been in place for more than a decade, and the opportunity to create a space for people to celebrate and rotate who hosts.”

Wu added that the only “mistake” made was the “recipient” of the party invitation.

“We had individual conversations with everyone so people understand that it was truly just an honest mistake that went out in typing the email field,” Wu told reporters.

Twitter users were less forgiving, however, pointing out the hypocrisy, with some comparing the Harvard University graduate Wu’s overt racism to the Ivy League school’s current anti-Semitism crisis.

Still, others likened it to some of the more disreputable epochs from the Democrats’ sordid history.

And some saying that the event spoke for itself as evidence, ipso facto, of a long recognized truth that lies at the heart of the Left’s identity.

NYTimes Stealth-Edits Hunter’s Quote about Joe not Being ‘Financially Involved’

(Headline USA) The New York Times stealth-edited a report about Hunter Biden’s press conference on Capitol Hill this week after falsely quoting Hunter as saying that his father, President Joe Biden, was “not involved” with his foreign business deals.

The original quote from Hunter, which he repeated at least three times throughout the conference, was that Joe Biden was never “financially involved” with his business deals.

“For six years, I have been a target of the unrelenting Trump attack machine shouting, ‘Where’s Hunter?’ Well, here’s my answer. I am here,” Hunter Biden said.

“Let me state as clearly as I can: My father was not financially involved in my business—not as a practicing lawyer, not as a board member of Burisma, not in my partnership with a Chinese private businessman, not in my investments at home nor abroad and certainly not as an artist,” he added.

The Times, however, omitted the word “financially” from Hunter’s quote and reported that he said, “Let me state as clearly as I can: My father was not involved in my business.”

After the error was flagged, the Times updated its piece to include the correct version of Hunter’s quote, but did not add an editor’s note or explain its correction.

As conservatives noted, the omission of the word “financially” changes the narrative around the Biden family scandal, since evidence obtained by House Republicans proves that Joe Biden was, to a certain extent, involved with his son’s business deals.

For example, Joe Biden met with a number of Hunter’s business partners and even used aliased email accounts to correspond with them dozens of times, according to evidence gathered by the House Oversight Committee as part of its ongoing impeachment investigation.

This isn’t the first time the Times has been caught stealth-editing a piece about Hunter Biden.

In September 2021, the outlet came under fire for dismissing the bombshell report about Hunter Biden’s laptop as “unsubstantiated” and later removed the word “unsubstantiated” from its report.

Jill Biden’s ‘Nutcracker’ Video Draws Comparisons to ‘Hunger Games,’ Bad Acid Trip

(Molly Bruns, Headline USA) First Lady Jill Biden posted the White House Christmas celebration video to Twitter on Wednesday, an annual tradition to show off the festive decorations.

Biden posted a video of a tap dance troupe, known as Dorrance Dance, “performing their playful interpretation of The Nutcracker Suite.”

The routine did a terrible job displaying any of the Christmas decorations, bore no resemblance to composer Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky’s traditional Nutcracker Suite and provoked a good deal of criticism.

“It didn’t look anything like the Nutcracker Suite, which is beautiful and classical,” lamented RedState’s Nick Arama. “Apparently, they had to change that because they’re Democrats—they just can’t leave anything alone.”

The dancers wore bizarre costumes, prompting several Twitter users to think of the Hunger Games series, or compare the show to Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas.

Several others questioned if Hunter Biden was the only one in the White House taking hard drugs.

A few people bemoaned the fact that the Nutcracker Suite was mentioned in relation to this performance.

Other Twitter users investigated Dorrance Dance, a New York City-based troupe that was founded in 2011 by Michelle Dorrance.

The company’s website plays host to a page encouraging white visitors to “check their privilege,” and links to Black Lives Matter and Showing Up for Racial Justice—a group for white people to contribute to and volunteer for racial justice causes.

It also has a whole page on the website dedicated to “antiracism,” providing resources on “how to educate yourself,” “where to spend your money” and other leftist dogmas.

It is unclear how much the performance, in addition to the minimal decorations, cost the White House.

The seasonal decorating process relied on about 300 volunteers who had to formally apply for the job, according to the White House. A separate link, no longer available, directed entertainers to apply for performance opportunities during holiday open houses.

Like the first lady’s upholstery-inspired fashion sensibilities, some of the decorative decisions were ridiculed as being downright tacky.

Many users took the opportunity to bring up former first lady Melania Trump’s stunning Christmas decorations when she was in the White House.

The Biden’s have not been far from scandal this Christmas season, with the White House Christmas tree falling over, resulting in another flurry of memes.

A cable holding the 40-foot-tall tree in place snapped, allowing the massive conifer to fall.

Meghan McCain Threatens to Sue Ex-‘View’ Colleague over Hunter Biden Comparison

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Conservative commentator Meghan McCain has threatened legal action against disturbing accusations made by one of her former colleagues from The View.

In a series of Twitter posts, McCain, a former co-host of The View, issued a scathing rebuke to ABC, the parent company of the show, and co-host Ana Navarro after Navarro seemingly drew comparisons between McCain and Hunter Biden, the twice-indicted son of President Joe Biden.

“I have never been accused of a crime in my life and am a patriotic American,” McCain said. “I would never and have never ‘influenced peddled’ in my life, let alone with foreign adversaries. Not all politicians children are the same – and I am no Hunter Biden.”

McCain’s remarks followed Navarro’s claims during Thursday’s episode of The View, seemingly accusing an unnamed former The View co-host of engaging in influence peddling, similar to Hunter Biden.

“Did Hunter Biden influence-peddled on his last name? Yes, he did. So did half of Washington. People sitting at this table did it,” said Navarro during the show, not directly naming McCain.

Navarro’s remarks left her co-hosts baffled about whom she was referring to. “I’m not talking about currently,” Navarro responded, prompting the other hosts to react with, “Oh!”

Co-host Alyssa Farah Griffin told the audience, “We just wanted to clear our names,” while Sara Haines mocked, “Oh my God, do I have a claim to fame that I am not using?”

While Navarro, the purportedly conservative voice on the show, did not name McCain explicitly, users on Twitter immediately identified McCain as the alleged culprit.

Notably, McCain is the daughter of late Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., and has long faced accusations of using her last name to gain notoriety in Republican politics.

In an initial response to the claims, McCain said she did not take the remarks lightly after being accused of “criminal behavior” by her former employer.

“All accusations are absurd, defamatory and slanderous,” she added in a separate statement. “I will be consulting my lawyers regarding what was libeled against me on The View this morning.”

McCain was a co-host of The View from 2017 until 2021 when she quit after years of constant clashes with the leftist co-hosts.

It isn’t immediately clear whether the show will issue an apology in the Friday show or whether Navarro would retract her accusations.

Kamala Wants Biden to Be More ‘Sympathetic’ to Palestinians, Left Wing

(Headline USA) Vice President Kamala Harris was reportedly pushing President Joe Biden to be “more sympathetic” toward Palestinians and the leftists who support them over Israel.

Harris has been telling colleagues in the Biden administration that she wants the White House to do more for the Palestinian cause, according to Politico, and be “tougher” on Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

Biden should start by being “more forceful at seeking a long-term peace and two-state solution,” she has said, according to sources familiar with the conversations.

Kirsten Allen, Harris’s press secretary, insisted that “there is no daylight between the president and the vice president, nor has there been,” and that both “have been clear: Israel has a right and responsibility to defend itself; humanitarian aid must be allowed to flow into Gaza; innocent civilians must be protected; and the United States remains committed to a two-state solution.”

However, Harris is closer than Biden with the Democratic Party’s left-wing, which has been vocally critical of the administration’s continued support for Israel.

Just this week, Harris was heckled by a Democratic state lawmaker at her home in Washington, D.C. Harris was entertaining a number of local state officials for a Christmas celebration when Delaware state Rep. Madinah Wilson–Anton unfurled a sign that read “ceasefire” and began yelling at the vice president.

“Madam Vice President, I am a rep from Delaware,” Wilson-Anton shouted at Harris. “Did you know in Bethlehem they are not celebrating Christmas? Did you know in Bethlehem, baby Jesus is under rubble? Why won’t you call for a cease-fire?”

Congress’s leftist “Squad” has also been pressuring the Biden administration to end its support for Israel’s retaliation against Hamas, threatening to withhold endorsements of Biden’s and Harris’s reelection bid.

“The struggle that I have with the president is a number of issues,” said Rep. Rashida Tlaib, D-Mich., this week when asked whether she would back Biden in 2024. “And that’s something I need to have a conversation with [President Biden] about.”

Ex-Speaker McCarthy Issues Parting Advice in Final House Speech

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Former House Speaker Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., delivered what is likely his final speech on the House floor, imparting one last piece of advice to Republicans before his formal resignation following his ousting as House speaker earlier this year.

McCarthy implored Republicans to prioritize the country’s welfare over securing re-election, seemingly alluding to his own political downfall stemming from supporting a clean stopgap funding of President Joe Biden’s government.

“Do not be fearful if you believe your philosophy, brings people more freedom. Do not be fearful if you could lose your job over it,” McCarthy urged.

The former House speaker admitted he was reportedly aware that his support for passing the funding bill would cost him his position, contradicting his earlier belief that Democrats, who uniformly voted to oust him, would prevent a motion to vacate.

“I knew the day we decided to make sure to choose to pay our troops when war was breaking out, instead of shutting down, was the right decision,” he added. “I also knew a few would make a motion. Somehow, they disagree with that decision… I would do it all again.”

As reported by the New York Post, the ousted speaker gathered with colleagues for photographs, marking the end of a tumultuous year that began with his inability to secure enough votes to become House speaker and culminated in an embarrassing motion to vacate.

Eight Republican lawmakers and 208 Democrats voted to remove McCarthy as speaker after Rep. Matt Gaetz, R-Fla., filed the resolution, making McCarthy one of the shortest-serving House speakers in history.

Following his removal, McCarthy reportedly grappled with the transition to a rank-and-file House member, ultimately choosing to resign earlier this month.

He is expected to serve until the year’s end and has devoted much of his remaining time as a lawmaker to criticizing the eight Republicans who spearheaded his ousting.
