Texas Teacher Recruited Female Students to Work as Prostitutes for Pimp Son

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) A Texas high school teacher has been arrested on child sex-trafficking charges for offering some female students a place to stay and then forcing them into prostitution, with her son being a pimp.

Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez announced that cosmetology teacher Kedria Grigsby, 42, who worked at Klein Cain High School, was taken into custody on Apr. 8, 2024, and charged with three counts of child trafficking and three counts of compelling prostitution of juveniles, according to the New York Post.

Prosecutors also revealed that Grigsby was working with her 21-year-old son, Roger Magee, to build a “prostitution enterprise.”

“It appears Grigsby recruited troubled juveniles from local high schools by offering them a place to stay, which would be a hotel. Additional teen victims have come forward stating that Grigsby was also attempting to recruit them while attending school,” Gonzalez said.

Grigsby was arrested nearly two years after her son was arrested on similar charges of child trafficking, sexual assault of a child and compelling prostitution, the news source wrote.

Text messages between mother and son — as well others with three alleged victims, ages 15, 16 and 17 — discussing prostitution payments being made with Zelle, a digital payments network, were found by the investigators.

It was also revealed that Grigsby paid for a motel room, with one of the victims walking in and later running out of it, according to an officer who witnessed that.

Officials said that the girl who ran out of the room then ran into Grigsby’s car, in which at least one other victim was sitting.

Grigsby waived her right to appear in court on Apr. 9, 2024, and her bond was set at $750,000 — $125,000 for each charge of sex trafficking and compelling prostitution.

Additionally, Grigsby was ordered to not contact the victims and have any unsupervised interactions with other minors.

Gov. Greg Abbott, R-Texas, responded to the news about what happened.

“What some of our educators are doing is criminal and disgusting. No child should be compelled by the state to be in a school like this. And yet, current law doesn’t allow the choice to go elsewhere. I’m working to elect state representatives who will change that,” he said.

Ex-Obama Aide Makes Case for Jailing and Impeaching Biden in Bombshell Book

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) A former aide from Barack Obama’s White House has unleashed a bombshell book outlining the case for impeaching and incarcerating President Joe Biden.

In his new book, The Case to Impeach and Imprison Joe Biden, former White House stenographer Mike McCormick minced no words, detailing Biden’s alleged involvement in the business dealings of his embattled son, Hunter Biden.

“When I worked for him, I thought Joe was harmless — egotistical, buffoonish, and unpresidential, but harmless,” McCormick wrote in the book, as reported by Townhall. “Now I think of him as an evil criminal who should be impeached and imprisoned.”

McCormick, who transcribed interviews, statements, and speeches from 2002 through 2018, specifically worked for Biden from 2011 to 2017, Townhall reported.

According to the book’s Amazon listing, McCormick traveled with Biden to Honduras and Ukraine. “During this assignment, he found the vice president buffoonish and unpresidential,” the listing wrote.

As reported by Townhall, McCormick says he witnessed Biden participating in schemes related to Ukrainian energy, including the infamous gas company Burisma. One alleged deal involved Hunter Biden serving on Burisma’s board in exchange for U.S. funding for the energy sector.

McCormick’s book follows his bombshell allegations in April 2023 when he submitted evidence that could potentially lead to Biden’s impeachment.

“McCormick ultimately recognized the crimes that then-Vice President Biden perpetrated in his dealings with Ukraine and Honduras only after receiving a verified copy of the Hunter Biden Laptop,” the listing explained.

The listing further added: “By cross-referencing materials in the Hunter Biden Laptop with President Obama’s White House website and congressional testimony by Joe’s co-conspirators, plus his own recollections, McCormick weaves a devastating timeline that pinpoints Joe Biden as the mastermind of a kickback scheme with Burisma Holdings that enriched him and Hunter Biden.”

DNC Paid $1.5M Legal Bill for Biden’s Classified Doc. Scandal

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) Financial filings indicated that the Democratic National Committee paid Joe Biden’s legal bills of $1.5 million for the classified documents scandal.

In January 2023, Special Counsel Robert Hur launched a probe into Biden for mishandling classified documents, according to Breitbart.

Even though Biden became a millionaire for spending almost his entire life in Washington D.C. as a corrupt politician, the DNC still paid for his legal bills.

The DNC paid $1.05 million to the company of Biden’s lead attorney, Bob Bauer, from July 2023 to February 2024, according to Axios.

“Those payments were largely for handling the special counsel probe, including bringing on veteran lawyer David Laufman,” a former Justice Department official who oversaw the probes into Hillary Clinton’s email server and now-debunked Russian interference in the 2016 election, the news source added.

It was revealed in a transcript that was obtained by Breitbart that, during the interview with Hur, Biden, 81, experienced mental lapses and “poor memory” at least seven times.

Hur’s investigation was concluded in February, finding Biden “willfully” retained classified documents. However, Hur declined to prosecute him, citing “insufficient evidence” and characterizing Biden as “an elderly man with a poor memory.”

Meanwhile, Biden’s Justice Department indicted Donald Trump for using campaign funds to cover his legal fees. Trump now faces a maximum of 450 years in federal prison if convicted of all 40 charges.

On June 8, 2023, Special Counsel Jack Smith filed the second indictment against Trump, which was “coincidentally” the same day damning allegations surfaced about Joe and Hunter Biden.

In March 2023, a member of Biden’s counsel’s office met with a top member of Smith’s team, just nine weeks before he indicted Trump in the classified document case.

“[The meeting] raises obvious concerns about visits to the White House after [Bratt] began his work with the special counsel. There is no reason why the Justice Department should not be able to confirm whether this meeting was related to the ongoing investigation or concerns some other matter,” George Washington University law Professor Jonathan Turley said.

Trump Campaign Wants Debate w/ Biden ‘Much Earlier’

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) The Trump campaign called for the upcoming 2024 presidential debates to take place “much earlier” than initially proposed by the debate commission, with Donald Trump saying that he is “totally committed” to debating Joe Biden “anytime, anywhere, anyplace.”

The letter that was written by Trump co-campaign managers Susie Wiles and Chris LaCivita and sent on Apr. 11, 2024, to the Commission on Presidential Debates co-chairs Frank Farenkopf Jr. and Antonia Hernandez was obtained by Fox News.

“While the Commission on Presidential Debates has already announced three presidential debates and a vice-presidential debate to occur later this year, we are in favor of these debates beginning much earlier,” the letter said, adding that the reason why they think that should be the case is that “voting is beginning earlier and earlier” and that, in 2020, “tens of millions of Americans had already voted by the time of the first debate.”

Trump said in an Apr. 11, 2024, interview with Fox News it is “very important to have the debates now because the country is doing so badly.”

Among the examples of the United States “doing so badly” that were used by Trump were the crisis at the southern border, national security, America’s standing on the world stage, rising crime, the economy and other issues.

“The country is in such trouble. What are Biden’s plans? I would fully accept any debate, anywhere, anytime, anyplace,” Trump said.

When asked if he thought Biden would debate him on the issues that matter most to voters, Trump said he doesn’t care.

“Perhaps he will, perhaps he won’t. I really don’t care. I am totally committed to debating him anytime, anywhere, any place,” he said.

When he was asked about the debate schedule, Trump said “The earlier the better.”

“I think it is important that we debate and the earlier the better because people have to find out what is going on with America. We are no longer respected around the world. There are so many things that are happening. It’s not the same country that we had just four years ago,” he said.

Afghan on Terror Watch List Arrested after Illegally Crossing Border, Living in U.S. for a Year

(Headline USA) An Afghan national on the terrorism watch list was apprehended by Immigration and Customs Enforcement this week after he illegally crossed the southern border and spent more than a year in the country.

Mohammed Kharwin is a member of Hezb-e-Islami, a radical Islamist terror group responsible for attacks in Afghanistan that killed at least nine American soldiers and civilians from 2013 to 2015, according to the Department of Homeland Security.

DHS revealed that Kharwin was first apprehended in March 2023 after crossing the southern border illegally near San Ysidro, California. Kharwin was allegedly not on the U.S. terror watch list at the time of the arrest and was referred to ICE, which then released him into the country.

But in February 2024, Kharwin was officially added to the terror watchlist after DHS obtained “derogatory” new information on him. In February, ICE was notified and arrested Kharwin in San Antonio, Texas,  according to the agency.

A source familiar with the matter insisted to NBC News that, “based on the information currently available, there is no reason to believe this individual entered the country as part of a terrorist mission.”

During a court appearance last month, DHS prosecutors seeking Kharwin’s detention did not tell the federal immigration judge that Kharwin was on the terror watch list, instead arguing that he was a possible flight risk. As a result, the judge ordered Kharwin released on bond.

As of last week, Kharwin once again was taken into federal custody.

“DHS takes seriously its responsibility to ensure that those who enter the country don’t pose a threat to our national security,” a DHS spokesperson claimed in a statement.

“If an individual poses a threat to national security or public safety, we deny admission, detain, remove, or refer them to other federal agencies for further vetting, investigation and/or prosecution as appropriate,” the statement said.

When asked why the DHS did not accurately identify Kharwin as a potential terror threat the first time he was detained, the DHS spokesperson claimed,

“Vetting is a point-in-time check that evaluates information available to the U.S. Government at that time,” the spokesperson said. “If individuals who have entered the country are later found to be associated with information indicating a potential national security or public safety concern, DHS and our federal partners have procedures in place to investigate and take appropriate act.”

The latest example of DHS ineptitude comes as Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas faces impeachment hearings for his dereliction of duty.

He was slammed this week during Senate testimony by Sen. John Kennedy, R-La., who noted the broad consensus that Mayorkas was intentionally inflicting chaos at the border for political reasons.

“Isn’t it true, Mr. Secretary, that the number of illegal immigrants that you and President Biden have allowed into our country counts for allocating electoral votes?” he asked—to which Mayorkas responded by playing dumb.

Biden Judge Dresses Down DOJ for Hypocrisy over House Subpoenas

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) A federal judge appointed by President Joe Biden ripped the Department of Justice on Friday for its double standard in ignoring Hunter Biden-related subpoenas issued in the House impeachment probe of his father, Politico reported.

U.S. District Judge Ana Reyes accused DOJ officials of hypocrisy for charging former Trump advisor Peter Navarro with contempt of Congress, despite encouraging Biden officials to do the exact same thing for which Navarro is currently serving a four-month prison sentence.

“There’s a person in jail right now because you all brought a criminal lawsuit against him because he did not appear for a House subpoena,” Reyes said, alluding to Navarro, who ignored a subpoena from House Democrats’ partisan Jan. 6 Committee.

Reyes was commenting on the case because the House Judiciary Committee sued last month in an attempt to enforce its subpoena of DOJ attorneys Mark Daly and Jack Morgan, both of whom were to testify related to the impeachment probe.

“The Committee’s need for Daly’s and Morgan’s testimony was urgent,” the Republicans’ motion for the emergency order said. “Every day that they defy the Committee’s Subpoenas delays and hinders its investigation at a time when the Committee is seeking to conclude its fact gathering.”

Daly and Morgan were assigned to the Justice Department’s probe into Hunter Biden’s finances, which, thus far, has resulted in 12 charges after other whistleblowers testified in Congressional committee about the pair’s efforts to slow-walk—and ultimately derail—the criminal investigation into the president’s son.

Reyes accused them of “flouting those subpoenas” and believing wrongly that they “don’t have to show up.”

The judge also pointed out that the DOJ already has thrown one of its political adversaries in jail for the same thing, with ex-Trump campaign adviser and conservative impresario Steve Bannon facing the possibility of a jail sentence, as well.

“I think it’s quite rich you guys pursue criminal investigations and put people in jail for not showing up,” she said, adding that they excused themselves of needing to follow the law.

Republicans in Congress have argued that the testimony of the two lawyers is crucial for their impeachment probe, but the DOJ laughably claimed in response that such testimony would violate the separation of powers—a political doctrine that the American left has proudly ignored for decades.

Activists Behind Failed Ballot Ban Force Ex-Trump Lawyer Off Elections Board

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) A former Trump lawyer lost her position on a federal election advisory board after a left-wing activist group threatened to launch a public complaint campaign against the group if she was re-appointed, the Daily Caller News Foundation reported.

Cleta Mitchell, former Trump advisor and conservative lawyer, was not reappointed to her former seat on the advisory board for the Election Assistance Commission, which she secured initially in November 2021.

According to emails that the Daily Caller obtained, Mitchell likely would have retained her position had the left-wing lawfare organization Free Speech for People not intervened and threatened to go on a public smear campaign.

The group, led by president and co-founder John Bonifaz, gained notoriety for its efforts to force Trump off the ballot in several blue-run states including Colorado, Maine and Illinois—all of which planned to use baseless allegations of “insurrection” until a unanimous Supreme Court decision quashed the moonshot legal strategy.

In November 2023, Bonifaz sent an ultimatum threatening to unleash a mob of angry activists on the EAC if it did not comply with his demands.

“I am writing as a courtesy to let you know that, unless we hear from you by tomorrow, November 29, at 5 pm ET that the [United States Commission on Civil Rights] has decided not to reappoint Cleta Mitchell, we plan to launch a public campaign criticizing the USCCR for this decision, including by publicizing a copy of your 10/5/23 email below to me, which as you know is public record,” Bonifaz wrote to USCCR General Counsel David Ganz.

The referenced email from Ganz reportedly speculated on alternative means of removing Mitchell once her term had expired.

Bonifaz also threatened to tell left-wing media outlets to continue to badger the EAC for allowing a conservative on its board.

“I wanted to let you know about this so you’re not surprised if e.g. you or the Commission receive media calls.”

The following day Free Speech for People published a story on its website noting that Mitchell would not be reappointed, calling her “an election denier and former Trump lawyer.”

Brianna Cea, executive director and founder of the leftist group Generation Vote, claimed that Mitchell “ridiculed young voters” and “called for efforts to curtail the youth vote after young people turned out in record numbers across the country.”

Cea added that she was “thrilled” that the “election denier and youth vote suppressor … will no longer serve on the advisory board for the Election Assistance Commission.”

Tlaib Melts Down after Fox Reporter Asks Her to Condemn ‘Death to America’ Chant

(Headline USA) “Squad” Rep. Rashida Tlaib, D-Mich., erupted at a reporter on Wednesday who asked if she condemned the viral “Death to America” protest that took place in her district last week.

Tlaib has been silent on the Al-Quds Day rally in Dearborn, Michigan that took place April 5, during which protesters chanted “Death to America” and “Death to Israel.”

When asked by Fox Business correspondent Hillary Vaughn whether she condemned the chants, Tlaib yelled, “I don’t talk to Fox News.”

As Vaughn continued to press her, Tlaib repeated, “I don’t talk to people who use racist tropes.”

Vaughn pressed, “Why can’t you just say whether you condemn people that say ‘Death to America’? Why are you afraid to talk to Fox?”

Tlaib replied, “Fox News is not—listen, using racist tropes towards my community is what Fox News is about, and I don’t talk to Fox News.”

Vaughn asked whether Tlaib thought the “Death to America” chant was racist, prompting Tlaib to accuse the reporter of Islamophobia.

“I’m talking about your guys’ racist tropes,” Tlaib continued. “You know, you guys know exactly what you do, and I know you’re Islamaphobic, but you guys gotta deal with it on your own selves, you’re not gonna use me.”

Ultimately, the congresswoman refused to say whether she condemned the “Death to America” protest.

Many other Democrats, however, including the White House and the mayor of Dearborn, have denounced the protest as “hateful.”

Tlaib was censured by her own colleagues last year for comments she made about the Israel–Gaza war, including her defense of the anti-Semitic slogan, “From the river to the sea.”

She has been one of the leading leftist critics of the Biden administration’s continued support for Israel, even working with her sister to launch an “uncommitted” protest vote in Michigan’s Democratic primary earlier this year.

Vaughn has become the bane of several “Squad” members’ existence, regularly ambushing them in the hallways with uncomfortable and challenging question.

She previously invited Tlaib to condemn Hamas baby decapitations, but was similarly stonewalled.

She also was berated by Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt. and was insulted by Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., who instructed staff to “Ignore this crazy lady” after Vaughn pressed her on Hamas terrorism.

Top Dem. in N.M. Arraigned in Federal Corruption Case for Allegedly Stealing School Funds

(Headline USA) A former high-ranking Democratic legislator in New Mexico has pleaded not guilty to numerous federal charges stemming from a corruption investigation into allegations that millions of dollars meant for educational programs in the state’s largest school district were diverted to businesses and charities in which she had an interest.

Sheryl Williams Stapleton, 66, entered her plea Tuesday during an initial court appearance in Albuquerque. The judge ordered her and a co-defendant released on their own recognizance. They also were ordered to surrender their passports.

A grand jury indicted Williams Stapleton in March on charges that included bribery, mail fraud and money laundering.

Those federal charges are on top of money laundering, racketeering and other counts that had been filed in 2021 by state prosecutors. That case is still pending.

A former state House majority leader and an administrator with Albuquerque Public Schools, Williams Stapleton was first elected in 1994.

She resigned from the New Mexico House of Representatives two days after search warrants were served at her home during the summer of 2021. The school district also fired her from her role there.

According to the federal indictment, the Albuquerque district had paid more than $3 million to Robotics Management Learning Systems LLC, a Washington, D.C.-based company at the center of both state and federal charges.

Most of that money came from federal funds meant for vocational education programs.

Co-defendant Joseph Johnson, 72, is accused of providing blank checks to Williams Stapleton, who in turn wrote around 233 checks totaling $1,152,506 “for her own benefit,” the indictment states.

Johnson, the owner of Robotics Management Learning Systems, also pleaded not guilty to federal charges.

Williams Stapleton, Johnson and their attorneys declined to comment while leaving the courthouse on Tuesday.

If convicted, court documents show the two defendants could be forced to forfeit millions in cash or property connected with the allegations.

New Mexico has witnessed a string of corruption scandals involving high-level public officials over the years.

Jail sentences were handed down on convictions against former Democratic state Sen. Phil Griego in 2018 for using his position as a legislator to profit off the sale of a state-owned building and in 2015 against Republican ex-Secretary of State Dianna Duran for using campaign funds to fuel a gambling addiction.

Before that, Democrat Manny Aragon—the former Senate majority leader—was sentenced to federal prison for his role in a kickback scheme in which millions of dollars were stolen from the construction of a courthouse for New Mexico’s busiest judicial district through false and padded invoices. Known for years as the most powerful force in the Legislature, Aragon was released from prison in 2013.

Secret CIA Agent Sues after Facing COVID Whistleblower Retaliation

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) The CIA allegedly retaliated against a covert agent over his whistleblowing on COVID-related matters, according to a lawsuit filed in federal court last month.

However, it’s unlikely that the public will ever know the CIA whistleblower’s name, as he’s moved to keep his identity secret.

According to the lawsuit, the unnamed CIA agent filed several complaints with the Agency in 2021 about concerns with its handling of “various mandates, policies, and internal investigations related to the COVID-19 pandemic.” The CIA agent also met with the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence in November 2021. The court records don’t give more details about his whistleblower disclosures.

According to the CIA agent, he was subjected to retaliatory action for his filing of the complaints and meeting with the HPSCI.

“Part of that retaliation included a two-year moratorium on serving in foreign posts. When his wife was transferred overseas Plaintiff had to take leave without pay,” the CIA agent said in a Friday court filing.

The CIA agent’s lawsuit is pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, seeking records of the Agency’s investigation into his whistleblower complaints.

In a Friday filing, the agent filed a motion to keep his identity secret. Even though he no longer works for the CIA in a covert capacity, his wife still does, he said.

“His wife remains covert and overseas with their minor aged child. Given the nature of his wife’s position, revealing his true name in this pleading very likely could have a negative impact on his wife and minor-aged child,” he said.

The CIA agent’s Friday filing further disclosed that his whistleblower complaint is being considered by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence on appeal.

The CIA has yet to respond to the whistleblower’s FOIA lawsuit or his motion to remain anonymous.

The CIA whistleblower is one of numerous U.S. agents, soldiers and employees to have experienced retaliation for challenging COVID-19 mandates.

In December, for example, an FBI photographer sued the bureau for removing her from being considered for a position at an overseas embassy because she didn’t take the COVID-19 vaccine—even though there was no explicit requirement for her to be jabbed.

“Ms. Davis expressed to the FBI that her religious beliefs prohibited her from accepting the COVID-19 vaccine,” her lawsuit said. “The FBI failed to accommodate Ms. Davis, instead removing her from the position that she had rightfully earned.”

The photographer’s lawsuit is ongoing. She filed an amended complaint Thursday.
