Remember Fani Willis? Her Case Against Trump Faces Indefinite Delay

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) The Georgia Court of Appeals announced on Tuesday its intention to hear arguments in the election case against President Donald Trump on Dec. 5, weeks after the 2024 presidential election.

This post-election hearing suggests that should Trump win the election, the case could remain paused until 2029 or indefinitely, delivering a major blow to Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis.

Willis, a Democrat, filed criminal charges against Trump for questioning the Georgia results of the 2020 election. However, the case quickly unraveled after she failed to disclose her affair with Nathan Wade, the special prosecutor she hired to lead the case.

The former president, along with some co-defendants, is pushing for Willis to be removed from the case over damning ethical issues stemming from her affair with Wade, who was then a married man.

Judge Scott McAfee ruled that either Wade or Willis needed to step aside for the case to continue. Unhappy with the ruling, Trump appealed the decision, also seeking to disqualify Willis from the case.

As reported by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, the appellate court agreed to hear Trump’s objections on October 4, but it was postponed due to scheduling conflicts.

Whether Willis can proceed with the case if Trump wins the 2024 election is unclear—a scenario supported by several polls and the Democratic Party’s concerns.

Legal analyst Phil Holloway indicated on Twitter that the Georgia Court of Appeals is expected to issue a ruling on the case after the presidential inauguration.

Willis is part of a group of Democrat or Democrat-appointed prosecutors targeting Trump since he left the White House in January 2021. Controversy and accusations of political bias have marred all the cases.

Most recently, Special Counsel Jack Smith, appointed by Biden’s Attorney General Merrick Garland, saw his case halt after Judge Aileen Cannon ruled his appointment unconstitutional.

Smith also filed charges over a dispute between Trump and the National Archives and Records Administration over documents.

According to the New York Times, Biden had expressed his wish that his attorney general prosecuted Trump sooner.

In New York, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg prosecuted Trump for alleged business payments that occurred years earlier, despite both his predecessor, Cyrus Vance Jr., and federal prosecutors declining to pursue the case.

Bragg, a George Soros-tied prosecutor, campaigned on a promise to prosecute Trump if elected, ultimately delivering on that pledge with a conviction in Manhattan, a Democratic stronghold.

Similarly, New York Attorney General Letitia James filed what has been described as a vicious civil lawsuit against Trump and his Trump Organization, following through on her campaign promise to weaponize the justice system against him.

Depraved Goldman Implies Sexual Relationship Between Trump, MTG

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Rep. Dan Goldman, D-N.Y., made a bizarre and inappropriate comment about Sen. JD Vance, R-Ohio, describing him as a “hatched” creature of President Donald Trump and Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., insinuating a sexual relationship between Trump and Greene.

“JD Vance is like a baby of QAnon and MAGA put together—he is so far out there … It’s as if like Marjory Taylor [Greene] and Donald Trump got together and hatched something and that’s JD Vance,” Goldman told MSBNC anchor Nicole Wallace on a Tuesday interview.

Goldman’s unhinged analogy, first captured by the Republican Party’s research account on Twitter, came in response to Trump’s selection of Vance as his running mate.

Wallace, known for her softball interviews with Democrats, simply laughed at the inappropriate suggestion that Greene and Trump got “together.”

Grinning widely and laughing, Wallace replied, “Tied my brain in my knot there.”

In the same interview, Goldman hurled demonstrably false claims against Vance, accusing him of supporting abortion with “no exception for rape or incest.”

This claim is demonstrably false, as Vance has supported certain abortion-related exceptions since his Senate campaign in 2022. In 2023, Vance endorsed Trump’s position to allow abortions in rare cases.

In a tweet explaining his pro-life position, Vance wrote, “Donald Trump has said, ‘you’ve got to have the exceptions.’ I am as pro life as anyone, and I want to save as many babies as possible. This is not about moral legitimacy but political reality.”

Goldman also claimed that Vance would refuse to certify the 2024 election if Biden is re-elected. Yet, some of Goldman’s own Democratic colleagues have suggested they may object a Trump victory in 2024 if there are issues with the election.

Three of the Left’s Most Outrageous Responses to Trump Assassination Attempt

(Matthew Doarnberger, Headline USA) While some on the Left rose to the occassion with fittingly classy comments following the assassination attempt on former president Donald Trump, many did not.

The tone-deaf deflections of Democrats like former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and President Joe Biden suddenly declaring themselves to support civility were insulting enough.

But worse yet were the leftists who actually did say the quiet part out loud. Their offensive remarks have ranged from wishing the shooter at Trump’s rally hadn’t missed to suggesting that he and his team had the entire event staged.

  • ALL OUT OF GASS

At a concert for the mock-rock band Tenacious D in Sydney, Australia, just a few hours after the shooting occurred, comedian and actor Jack Black presented his bandmate Kyle Gass with a birthday cake and asked him to “make a wish.”

“Don’t miss Trump next time” was the response from Gass, according to Outkick.

Some of those in the audience began to cheer, while others were not so impressed.

The backlash eventually led to Black canceling the remainder of the tour and Gass getting dropped from his management.

It follows shortly after an earlier embarassment for Black, who put his reputation on the line last month at a Hollywood fundraiser for President Joe Biden, singing his praises

Black was forced to throw his longtime musical partner under the bus as a result, claiming he was “blindsided” by Gass.

Meanwhile, fellow actor George Clooney, one of the A-listers who hosted the Hollywood fundraiser, has called for Biden to step aside.

  • EXIT, STAGE FAR LEFT

Dmitri Mehlhorn, the top advisor to LinkedIn founder and Democrat megadonor Reid Hoffman, sent an email to select journalists he thought would be receptive to the idea that the Trump shooting may have been “staged,” according to Breitbart.

“One possibility—which feels horrific and alien and absurd in America but is quite common globally—is that this ‘shooting’ was encouraged and maybe even staged so Trump could get the photos and benefit from the backlash,” wrote Mehlhorn, a former senior fellow at the Progressive Policy Institute who teamed with Hoffman to create the Investing in US fund that opposes Trump and the Republican Party.

“This is a classic Russian tactic, such as when Putin killed 300 civilians in 1999 and blamed it on terrorists to ride the backlash to winning power,” he continued. “Others who have embraced this tactic of committing raw evil and then benefitting from the backlash include Hamas on October 7. If any Trump officials encouraged or knew of this attack, that is morally horrific, and Republicans of decency must demand that Trump step down as unfit.”

Shockingly, despite the public nature of the attack, conspiracy theories among radical leftists have flourished, with some tone-deaf public figures helping to amplify them.

Photographic evidence taken by independent media present at the scene discredits such claims, remarkably even showing the bullet before, during and after grazing Trump’s ear.

  • SOCIAL MEDIA MISS-FIRES

Jacqueline Marsaw, a staffer for Rep. Bennie Thompson, D-Miss. was fired after taking to Facebook, where she expressed regret that the assassin had failed, according to the Daily Beast.

“I don’t condone violence but please get you some shooting lessons so you don’t miss next time ooops that wasn’t me talking,” Marsaw wrote.

She went on to state that the shooting “couldn’t [have] happened to a nicer fellow” and “That’s what your hate speech got you!”

All three posts were deleted by Sunday morning.

“I got overwhelmed in the moment,” Marsaw said as she attempted to excuse her remarks.

However, the damage was done. That may have been in part due to the fact that Thompson—best known for chairing the notorious Jan. 6 committee—was himself under particular scrutiny after having sponsored a bill earlier this year that would have stripped Trump of his Secret Service protection upon sentencing for his felony lawfare case, notwithstanding his status as the GOP presidential nominee.

Libs of TikTok’s Chaya Raichik has been especially busy since the attack on Trump exposing other public officials—including nurses and teachers—who have made comments similar to those made by Marsaw.

By putting the focus on them, she has succeeded in getting some of them fired, having their teaching licenses revoked or forcing their resignation.

Despite the heinous act of violence, Trump arrived in Milwaukee on Sunday for the Republican National Convention.

The former president—and now 2024 GOP presidential nominee—said that he was initially going to delay his travel plans by two days, but he then reversed course and stuck to his initial plans.

“I cannot allow a ‘shooter,’ or potential assassin, to force change to scheduling, or anything else,” he said.

Trump is scheduled to speak at the convention on Thursday night.

Ex-Comedian Zelenskyy Claims Veteran JD Vance Doesn’t Understand War

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) In a resurfaced video, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy voiced cynical remarks against JD Vance, President Donald Trump’s running mate and staunch America First supporter.

Zelenskyy, a former comedian who rose to power in 2019, said that Vance, a Marine veteran, seemed clueless about the ongoing war between Ukraine and Russia.

“I’m not sure he understands what’s going on here and we don’t any rhetoric from people who are not deeply in the war,” Zelenskyy said in a CNN interview.

“To understand, he needs to come to the frontline to see what’s going on, to speak with the people … to understand,” the Ukrainian president said of Vance.

The interview, taped and aired in February, occurred as Vance led an effort to block tax dollars from being funneled in aid to the corruption and scandal-plagued country. On Tuesday, internet personality Dom Lucre re-shared the video, garnering over 3.2 million views.

Following Vance’s elevation to the Trump 2024 ticket, Ukrainian officials are panicked that their multi-billion-dollar stream in aid could come to an end.

In a Monday press conference in Kyiv, Zelenskyy said he is ready to work with Trump if elected in November.

“If Mr. Donald Trump becomes president, then we will work with him. I am not afraid of it,” he said.

He also labeled America First Republicans who oppose aiding the war as “more right-wing and radical.”

Conversely, Zelenskyy’s allies are less optimistic.

“This is a disaster for Ukraine,” a senior European Union official told Politico in response to Trump’s announcement of Vance as his running mate.

Ukrainian lawmaker Maria Mezentseva suggested Vance is invited to Ukraine. “I think we should bring him,” she told Semafor. “That’s how we usually succeed to change someone’s mind.”

Trump Purges All Female, DEI Hires from His Secret Service After Their Disastrous Performance

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) It was recently noticed that Donald Trump was exclusively surrounded by male-only Secret Service agents when he attended the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee on July 15, 2024.

The New York Post reported that the most possible explanation for why that was the case was that the three female Secret Service agents were hired because of DEI policies.

This became explicit during the July 13, 2024, assassination attempt on Trump when they were panicking, hiding behind other agents’ backs instead of protecting Trump and not being able to put their handguns in the holsters.

Nearly a dozen male agents were spotted surrounding Trump in tight formation as he appeared at the convention. Multiple video clips and photos indicated no female agents were seen close to him.

Some people on social media quickly responded to the news, approving the decision to remove the females since they were not being able to protect Trump.

“This makes sense. Biology gives no f***s to your opinions. This is a better way to protect the man,” one person wrote.

Other people agreed, suggesting that women should not also serve in the military.

“Trump’s new secret service team is all MEN now. During the assassination attempt, women agents were seen fumbling with holsters, hiding behind Trump, and generally being inept. Is security or the military really a good place for women?” the person wrote.

Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle was recently criticized for the assassination attempt because, instead of hiring the best person for the job, she concentrated on pushing DEI propaganda to make sure the department was 30% women by 2030.

“The women I saw up there with the president — they looked like they were running in circles. One didn’t know how to holster, the other one didn’t seem to know what to do, and another one seemed not to be able to find her holster… I saw DEI out there,” former FBI Assistant Director Chris Swecker.

MSNBC Admits Biden Came Across as ‘Combative’ in Recent Interview

(Headline USA) Even MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow admitted this week that President Joe Biden came across as “combative” in his sit-down interview with NBC’s Lester Holt following the attempted assassination on former President Donald Trump.

Reading several sharp retorts Biden made to Holt throughout the interview, Maddow acknowledged during a panel discussion that Biden appeared “punchy” and irritated.

MSNBC’s Lawrence O’Donnell disagreed, claiming “Joe Biden [was] doing Joe Biden” and “responding to questions that were challenges.”

O’Donnell added, “He knows he has to do that.”

Biden has come under fire for continuing his hyperbolic attacks on Trump after Trump narrowly avoided assassination at a Saturday rally in Pennsylvania.

His interview with Holt was another example that Biden has no intention of trying to unify the country, Republicans argued.

“How do you talk about the threat to democracy, which is real, when a president says things like he says? Do you just not say anything because it may incite somebody?” Biden asked Holt.

“Look, I’ve not engaged in that rhetoric,” the 81-year-old president falsely claimed. “Now, my opponent has engaged in that rhetoric.”

Biden also denied that his comment earlier this month about the need to “put Trump in the bullseye” contributed to the hyper-polarized environment surrounding the election, but admitted it was a “mistake” to use the word.

“I didn’t say crosshairs. I meant focus on him, focus on what he’s doing, focus on his policies, focus on the number of lies he told in the debate,” Biden claimed.

At another point, Holt asked about whether Biden thought he’d be able to “get back on the horse” and participate in another debate against Trump following his disastrous performance in the first presidential debate.

“I’m on the horse. Where have you been?” Biden snapped. “I’ve done 22 major events, met thousands of people, overwhelming crowds, a lot’s happening. I’m on the horse.”

He then insisted that he had succeeded in proving to the American people that he was in full control of his cognitive abilities, despite what many considered to be a catastrophic showing last week.

In the course of a few hours he first referred to Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy as “President Putin” and later, during what his press secretaries had billed as a “big boy press conference,” referred to Kamala Harris as “Vice President Trump” while responding to an audience question.

“What I’m doing is going out and demonstrating to the American people that I’m in command of all my faculties, that I don’t need notes, I don’t need teleprompters, I can go out and answer any questions at all,” Biden claimed. “I stood there when NATO was in town, I stood there for an hour and answered questions.”

REPORT: Kamala Called JD Vance to Congratulate Him, Agree to a Debate

(Headline USA) Vice President Kamala Harris reportedly called Republican vice presidential nominee J.D. Vance on Monday evening to congratulate him and agree to a debate, Politico reported.

Harris called Vance shortly after former President Donald Trump announced him as his running mate, but the two did not get to speak.

Rather, Harris left a message to “congratulate him on his selection, welcome him to the race, and express her hope that the two can meet” in a debate, according to a Biden campaign spokesperson.

The Biden–Harris campaign previously accepted the terms of a vice-presidential debate hosted by CBS News, which is expected to take place later this summer.

“I’m planning on being at the CBS studios … in either July or August,” Harris said last month. “And let’s see if the other side shows up. I’m ready to make the case—whoever he picks, no matter who it is.”

Trump’s campaign has not yet agreed to a CBS-hosted debate, instead proposing that Fox News should host the debate.

Ashley Etienne, Harris’s former communications director, warned last month that J.D. Vance would be the “greatest threat” to Harris on a debate stage.

“I mean he’s an incredible debater,” Etienne told CNN at the time. “I think he has this quality that makes him seem palpable to that 1-2% that actually might vote or that is undecided, that will actually pay attention to the debates, because most people don’t pay attention to the debates.”

Etienne went on to describe the 39-year-old Ohio senator as “super smart” and “quick-witted,” which could be a problem for Harris.

“I just think it’s going to be a challenge to see the two of them face-to-face,” she said. “I mean, maybe it’s just me, but I think he’s going to be the greatest threat.”

‘Morning Joe’ Melts Down, Threatens to Quit after Being Pulled from Air

(Headline USA) MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski lashed out at their own network on Tuesday after being pulled from the air on Monday, threatening to quit if it happens again.

The couple’s Morning Joe program did not air on Monday after NBC Universal leadership decided to replace it with continued breaking news coverage following the attempted assassination of former President Donald Trump.

Sources within the network said the decision was driven by executives’ worry that the virulently anti-Trump Scarborough and Brzezinski, or one of their guests, would make an inflammatory comment about the attempt on Trump’s life.

MSNBC denied the sources’ allegations in a statement, but Scarborough and Brzezinski had a statement of their own for the network on Tuesday morning when they returned.

“We’ll talk about it on the air, because we talk about everything on the air. We were very surprised. We were very disappointed,” Scarborough told viewers.

Brzezinski agreed, arguing Morning Joe is “the place where you can go to have the hard conversations in a civil way. … And so it seemed like now more than ever, is a day, a time, that we would like to be on.”

Before Brzezinski moved on to the next topic, Scarborough added a threat, “Let me just say: Next time we’re told there’s going to be a news feed replacing us, we will be in our chairs. Yeah. And the news feed will be us, or they can get somebody else to host the show.”

A MSNBC insider familiar with what went down on Monday said Scarborough and Brzezinski aren’t the only ones within the network who are “pissed off.”

Everyone was “shocked,” the insider said. “It was supposed to be one feed like it was this weekend. It was supposed to be one feed with all NBC News platforms. And right now, people that run [the] show are having pretty heated conversations internally about when it went from one feed to two feeds.”

Widow of Trump Rally Victim Refuses Call by Biden

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) The widow of the firefighter who was shot and killed during the assassination attempt against Donald Trump recently said that she rejected a phone call from Joe Biden because her conservative, Trump-supporting husband would not appreciate her talking to Biden.

Helen Comperatore told the New York Post that Biden tried to call her after her husband, Corey Comperatore, died at the Trump rally in Butler, Pa., on July 13, 2024.

“I didn’t talk to Biden. I didn’t want to talk to him. My husband was a devout Republican, and he would not have wanted me to talk to him,” she told the news source on July 15, 2024.

Her husband was killed, and two people were seriously injured when Thomas Matthew Crooks tried to assassinate Trump while he was speaking at the rally.

Helen then went on to say that she didn’t blame Biden for the death of her husband, even though he and the entire establishment have been spreading the hateful anti-Trump rhetoric for almost over the decade, which resulted in the shooting.

“I don’t have any ill will towards Joe Biden. I’m not one of those people [who] gets involved in politics. I support Trump. That’s who I’m voting for, but I don’t have ill will towards Biden. He didn’t do anything bad to my husband. A 20-year-old despicable kid did,” she said.

Her husband was praised as a hero after his daughter said that he died trying to protect her and the rest of his family at the rally.

“He shielded my body from the bullet that came at us. He loved his family. He truly loved us enough to take a real bullet for us,” Allyson Comperatore, the victim’s daughter, said.

People on social media agreed with Helen’s decision.

“Understandable… Biden said it was time to put ‘Trump in the bullseye…’ [Then] her husband was murdered while someone tried to assassinate President Trump,” @USBornNRaised wrote.

Leaked Video Shows Trump Urging Unity w/ RFK Jr.

(Elias Irizarry, Headline USA) A video leaked on the first day of the Republican National Convention appeared to show Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump appealing to independent candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. for a potential endorsement.

The video of a recent private phone call between the two political rivals also showed them speaking candididly about the vaccination of babies, with Trump appearing to support Kennedy’s well known opposition.

“I agree with you man—something’s wrong with that whole system,” Trump tells Kennedy.

“You feed a baby, Bobby, a vaccination that is, like, 38 different vaccines, and it looks like it’s meant for a horse, not a 10-pound or 20-pound baby,” he continues. “And then you see the baby all of a sudden change radically, I’ve seen it too many times, and then you hear that it doesn’t have an impact.”

Kennedy stands in the video, repeating “Yeah,” but not saying anything else, as Trump continues his pitch.

“I would love you to do so, and I think it’d be so good for you and so big for you,” Trump says. “And we’re gonna win, we’re gonna win. We’re way ahead of the guy.”

Trump also briefly discusses his phone call with President Joe Biden after the attempt against his life on July 13 at a Pennsylvania rally by a 20-year-old gunman.

“It was very nice actually,” Trump says.

“He called me, and he said, ‘How did you choose to move to the right?'” Trump continues. “I was just showing a chart. I didn’t have to tell him the chart was on all the people pouring into our country, right?”

Trump then describes the feeling of the gunshot as “the world’s largest mosquito” and calls the AR-15 a “pretty tough gun.”

The video was posted on X by Bobby Kennedy III, the eldest son of the ex-Democrat and grandson of former Sen. Robert F. Kennedy, D-N.Y., who was assassinated while running for president in 1968.

The 39-year-old said that he wanted to expose Trump’s views on vaccinations: “I am a firm believer that these sort of conversations should be had in public.”

RFK III also ranted about Trump’s decision to select Sen. J.D. Vance, R-Ohio, as his running mate, and not his father, which he said would have been a “unity ticket.”

His father said in January that he was approached previously about the possibility of such a ticket but declined.

On Monday, rumors swirled that the two had held a two-hour meeting in Milwaukee to discuss the possibility of a joint ticket immediately before Trump announced Vance as his selection.

RFK III’s animus toward Vance originated from a misinterpreted tweet in which Vance sarcastically called for firing thousands of unvaccinated nurses, writing “American hospitals are overwhelmed. It’s time to take this seriously. As a start, let’s fire thousands of nurses who refuse to get the vaccine. That will help.”

Vance’s tweet was a sarcastic remark meant to bring light to the illogical decisions of leftist states during the pandemic to fire nurses who refused to get the vaccine, while they also complained about hospitals being overwhelmed and understaffed.

“Two parties, indivisible, under Pfizer, with liberty and justice for scum,” RFK III wrote.

Kennedy III later deleted the post, recognizing that he mistook sarcasm for real life, posting “Removed last one for mistaking sarcasm for real life,” the next day.

RFK Jr. was quick to apologize to Trump for the leaking of the video, stating he was “mortified” by the release.

“When President Trump called me I was taping with an in-house videographer. I should have ordered the videographer to stop recording immediately. I am mortified that this was posted. I apologize to the president,” he wrote on his X page.

Due to the incident, many called upon him to drop out of the race and become a part of Trump’s Cabinet instead.

A user named Publius (borrowing the pseudonym used in the Federalist Papers) indicated his support for Kennedy to withdraw, writing “You can enact real change from inside his administration, and none if you continue your campaign and get 5%-10% of the vote.”

Another user, under the name Alexander Sheppard, commented, “Trump was extending an olive branch and I think the country would benefit if you take it to help investigate vaccine side effects among other things.”
