Kamala Protégé Todd Gloria Caught in Cringeworthy Video: ‘All the Single Ladies!’

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) San Diego Mayor Todd Gloria, a Democrat, baffled many after an old video surfaced of him wearing a wig and recreating Beyoncé’s Singles Ladies music video.

The video, first re-shared by activist Amy Reichert and later by Libs of TikTok, showed Gloria dancing alongside two men and a drag queen.

Gloria is seen lip-syncing to the “All the single ladies!” chorus while mimicking the choreography from Beyoncé’s 2008 hit single from her album, If I Were a Boy.

In the spoof, Gloria spanks his buttocks before donning a blond wig and golden gloves, seemingly imitating Beyoncé, a black woman.

The 40-second clip ends with Gloria holding up a single finger while still wearing the wig.

Reichert shared the video on X, captioning it: “And the Mayor of San Diego @ToddGlorida calls you weird.”

Raichik reposted the clip on her Libs of TikTok account, where it quickly garnered over 245,000 views.

Gloria has been a long-time friend and mentee of Vice President Kamala Harris, dating back to his first race for city council. He endorsed her in the 2020 and 2024 presidential races and previously campaigned for her in Nevada.

“I supported her during her first Presidential campaign, and I am 1000% backing her during this one. I proudly endorse Kamala Harris to be our next President of the United States!” Gloria wrote on social media on July 21.

Harris and Gloria campaigned together during his successful 2020 mayoral run.

“I know Todd Gloria will be a fearless and outspoken leader for the people of San Diego,” Harris said in March 2020 in a Facebook post. “It was wonderful to join him over the weekend to help get out the vote―there’s no doubt in my mind that he’s the clear choice to be the next Mayor of San Diego.”

Gloria, who is openly gay, is up for re-election in 2024.

Gloria did not respond to Headline USA’s request for comments and questions about the video’s intent, his feelings about the backlash and his relationship with Harris.

Karine Jean-Pierre Can’t Defend Biden, Kamala Anymore, Leaves Job

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) After attempting to defend the disastrous Biden–Harris administration for over two years, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre decided to leave her job and find a more comfortable position that doesn’t require regularly lying to Peter Doocy while being ridiculed by Americans.

ABC News reported that Jean-Pierre has been promoted to senior adviser to Biden.

“Karine has been a trusted advisor to the President and all of us here at the White House since day one. Her counsel will be critical to get as much done as possible for the American people in the coming months,” Jeff Zients, Biden’s chief of staff, told ABC News.

The news source wrote that Jean-Pierre will begin her new role effective immediately, adding that she would remain a press secretary until the end of Biden’s term in office.

In April, the New York Post reported that Biden’s administration’s senior aides, led by senior adviser Anita Dunn and supported by Chief of Staff Jeff Zients, tried to replace Jean-Pierre at her job.

“There were a number of people she asked to engage Karine,” one anonymous source said. “There was an effort to have some outside folks who Karine knows and trusts talk to her about why leaving last fall would have made a lot of sense for her and her career.”

A second source told the Post that the “gray cardinals” didn’t want to fire her because it would not go well with the DEI crowd.

“There’s a huge diversity issue, and they’re afraid of what folks are going to say,” the source said.

According to the officials behind the scenes, they thought Jean-Pierre should leave because she heavily relied on scripted answers.

“Karine doesn’t have an understanding of the issues and she reads the book [binder] word-for-word,” the second source said. “She doesn’t have a grasp of the issues and doesn’t spend the time to learn,” this person said.

White House Deputy Press Secretary Andrew Bates denied the claims, suggesting that the criticism is based only on racism.

“Every press secretary uses the binder. Why is she being singled out?” he told the Post.

Jen Psaki also couldn’t do her White House press secretary job, so she left to work as a propagandist for MSNBC.

Biden Continues Sabotaging Kamala, Claims Ukraine War Was Obama’s Fault

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) It became clear that Joe Biden decided to destroy Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris’s campaign after she replaced him during the presidential race by praising Gov. Ron DeSantis, R-Fla., for dealing with Hurricane Milton.

It all started when NBC News allowed Harris to score political points by criticizing DeSantis for not responding to her phone calls, ironically saying that “playing political games with this moment … is just utterly irresponsible and… is selfish.”

DeSantis, however, criticized Harris on Sean Hannity’s show for calling him selfish while he was busy protecting people from the incoming hurricane.

“And so for Kamala Harris to say that my sole focus on the people of Florida is somehow selfish is delusional. She has no role in this. In fact, she has been vice president for three and a half years. I’ve dealt with a number of storms during this administration, and she has never contributed anything to these efforts. And so what I think is selfish is her trying to blunder into this,” he said.

DeSantis then said that he worked both with Biden and then-President Donald Trump during different storms, noting that Harris was the first one who tried to politicize a storm.

“She’s trying to get some kind of an edge. She knows she is doing poorly, and so she’s playing these political games. I don’t have time for political games. I’ve got people whose lives are on the line,” he said.

That was when Biden stepped in to sabotage Harris’s campaign by publishing a statement on Twitter.

“Tonight, I spoke with Florida Governor DeSantis and Tampa Mayor Castor for firsthand reports on Hurricane Helene’s recovery and preparations for Hurricane Milton. My Administration is ready to support both leaders and the people of Florida with any further resources they may need,” Biden wrote.

Biden also compromised Harris’s campaign by praising DeSantis while responding to one of the reporter’s questions.

CNN also recently obtained an excerpt from Bob Woodward’s book War, in which Biden admitted that because former President Barack Obama “never took Putin seriously,” Russian President Vladimir Putin occupied and annexed Crimea in 2014, adding that Obama and former President George W. Bush didn’t do enough to stop the invasion.

“They f***ed up in 2014,” Biden, infamous in private circles for his foul language, told his friend. “That’s why we are here. We f***ed it up.”

Biden was sabotaging Harris’s campaign even before the recent news broke, as it was previously reported.

Key Voting Block Leaves Dems, Kamala, May Vote for Trump

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris recently received terrible news for her campaign after it was revealed that American Asians are massively leaving the Democratic Party, which means that it could result in them voting for Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump.

Rep. Soo Hong, R-Ga., told Politico that Asian Americans, a voting group that has always been loyal to Democrats, became more politically conservative under the Biden-Harris administration.

“The economy … is always kind of the number one concern for a lot of the Asian American population. And they’re not happy with what’s happened in the last four years. They want change,” a Republican state legislator said. “And so I think that’s kind of why we’re seeing a little bit more of a shift of the Asian American community voting more on the conservative side than on the Democrat side.”

Politico also talked to other Asians who lived in Georgia and discovered that they don’t like the current administration and will vote for Trump this year.

“I don’t know Harris’ economic policies, but won’t the same pattern of rising prices and higher taxes repeat under her since she was the vice president?” a small business owner, Lee Sung Yong, said.

However, Asians don’t only live in Georgia. According to the San Francisco Chronicle, more than 6 million Asian Americans live in California, approximately 1 in 6 residents (17%), the second-highest share among U.S. states behind Hawaii. Asian & Pacific Islander American Vote also noted in its 2022 factsheet that California had over 4 million Asians living there. The 2024 numbers would probably be higher, considering the wide–open southern border.

The recent discovery would explain why Trump decided to campaign in California. The Daily Wire reported that Trump would hold an event on Saturday at the Calhoun Ranch in Coachella Valley.

“Under Kamala Harris and her dangerous Democrat allies like Tim Walz, the notorious ‘California Dream’ has turned into a nightmare for everyday Americans,” the campaign said, according to the Wire, once again emphasizing the disastrous economy.

The recent news came after Harris and Walz targeted two deep blue states, California and New York, instead of the battleground states.

Kamala Won’t Explain How She Accessed Arizona Students’ Info After Scandal

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Vice President Kamala Harris’s presidential campaign refuses to explain how it obtained sensitive student data in Arizona—later exploiting it for a massive get-out-the-vote effort.

On Sunday, the Harris campaign sent unsolicited text messages to students, parents and others affiliated with Arizona’s three major universities about voter registration deadlines.

The three affected institutions were Arizona State University, the University of Arizona, and Northern Arizona University.

While universities claimed that data could be released under the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), Republicans in the Arizona Senate have launched an investigation, arguing the law prohibits campaigns from accessing students’ personal information.

Arizona Sen. Jake Hoffman, a Republican and founder of the Arizona Freedom Caucus, leads the investigation, calling Harris’s access to the directory a “MAJOR” security breach on X.

“I was made aware of this breach of security by dozens of students today and intend to throw the full weight of the Arizona Senate into ascertaining how the Harris campaign acquired these students’ legally protected personally identifiable information,” Hoffman affirmed in an interview with the New York Post.

The University of Arizona told the Post that the Harris campaign never requested directory information.

Arizona State University claimed that student contact information, majors and enrollment details are matters of “public record.”

Northern Arizona University claimed that entities often request such information from institutions.

“We receive these types of requests many times throughout the year and the requestor must pay for data they ask for,” said NAU spokesperson Kimberly Ott.

The Harris campaign declined to comment on the scandal when reached by the Post, drawing criticism on X.

FEMA Deflects Blame on Disastrous Response to Hurricane Helene

(Headline USA) The head of the U.S. disaster response agency continued to forcefully push back against criticism about her agency’s disastrous response to Hurricane Helene as the death toll from the storm continued to climb.

Federal Emergency Management Agency Administrator Deanne Criswell claimed the agency’s massive, collaborative effort keeps growing, and she strongly urged residents in hard-hit areas to accept the government’s offer for assistance.

“We have thousands of people on the ground, not just federal, but also our volunteers in the private sector,” Criswell said at a news conference in Asheville, North Carolina.

“And frankly, that type of rhetoric is demoralizing to our staff that have left their families to come here and help the people of North Carolina,” Criswell added. “And we will be here as long as they’re needed.”

Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas previously stated on Oct. 2 FEMA lacked the funds to help citizens struggling after the devastation.

FEMA then proceed to claim it had “enough money” for “immediate response and recovery needs.”

In addition, FEMA decided to dedicate part of its website to a “rumor response” on its response to Helene.

Former President Donald Trump and other Republicans have questioned FEMA’s response, as part of its funding was previously transferred to resettle illegals.

On Friday, the agency also put out a statement claiming it will provide more than the original $750 offered to disaster survivors.

Criswell said that initial money helps residents with expenses for medicine or food.

She said additional funding will be available to reimburse them for the cost of home repairs, personal items lost, post-hurricane rental units and hotel stays.

“But I can’t give it to them if they don’t apply,” Criswell said. “And if people are afraid to apply, then it is hurting them.”

When asked directly about a circulating claim that FEMA would seize people’s property if they don’t pay back the $750 in within one year, Criswell said that was “absolutely false.”

The cleanup and response to the storm that killed at least 230 people continued Monday, while Milton strengthened rapidly into a Category 5 hurricane on a path toward Florida, the same area battered by Helene less than two weeks ago.

More than 130,000 customers in western North Carolina were still without electricity Monday, according to poweroutage.us.

Also in North Carolina, more than 1,600 local and state search-and-rescue team members have been joined by about 1,700 members of the state National Guard, according to Gov. Roy Cooper’s office.

Meanwhile, the Pentagon said Monday that an additional 500 active-duty troops have been deployed to North Carolina.

Maj. Gen. Pat Ryder, the Pentagon press secretary, said troops with advanced technological assets will be arriving, bringing the total number of active-duty forces to about 1,500.

The troops are bringing surveillance equipment to allow officials to get a better overview of the region.

Air Force Gen. Gregory Guillot, commander of the North American Aerospace Defense Command, said search-and-rescue aircraft were flying 10-hour sorties providing wellness checks, medical care and evacuations.

He called the military’s operations the “most important and honorable mission for us, which is to help fellow citizens.”

Cooper said more than 50 water systems were destroyed or impaired by the storm and that the pace of restoring service varies by community.

He said he couldn’t give a specific timeline but said the process might take longer in Asheville and Buncombe County, where at least six dozen people died.

“It’s still going to be a while,” he said.

Cooper also visited the towns of Chimney Rock and Lake Lure in Rutherford County, which both experienced devastating damage.

“We’re going to help western North Carolina come back,” Cooper said as he stood with Lake Lure’s mayor, Carol Pritchett. “It’s too important to our economy, to our state, not to do it.”

Pritchett told Cooper that the tiny town would need all the help it could get.

Its sewer and wastewater treatment systems needed complete replacements, and the lake would have to be completely dredged. She estimated the costs would be in the tens of millions of dollars.

“We’re a town of 1,300; we certainly can’t do it on our own,” Pritchett said.

Without restoring major infrastructure, Pritchett said the tourism on which the town depends could not come back.

“The town’s name is Lake Lure. With no lake here, the ‘Lake Lure’ kind of begs the question,” she said.

In South Carolina, officials estimate $250 million has been spent on debris cleanup, infrastructure damage and emergency response.

More than 300 homes were destroyed and 5,200 damaged, state Emergency Management Division Director Kim Stenson said Monday.

The state’s largest school district, Greeneville County, plans to reopen Wednesday after shutting down for seven days.

The district said it has had to modify bus routes because of blocked roads, closed bridges, sinkholes, and traffic signal outages at major intersections.

In Tennessee, where at least 12 people died from Helene, Gov. Bill Lee on Monday visited Bristol Motor Speedway, now a hub for collecting donations for victims and centralizing other operations in the wake of the flooding.

Lee met with coordinators and volunteers who were sorting through donations.

“These are Tennesseans and they’re hurting,” Lee said. “Not only are they hurting, but they’re helping.”

Hypocrite Emhoff Punished Staffers for Sexual Inappropriate Advances

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Macho, macho man!

Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff—once praised for allegedly reshaping masculinity—subjected former colleagues at his Los Angeles law firm to misogynistic and sexually inappropriate behavior, according to the Daily Mail.

Former colleagues allege this behavior occurred at the Venable LLP’s office in Los Angeles, where Emhoff worked from 2006 to 2017, berating women and living like an “a**hole.”

Emhoff, Vice President Kamala Harris’s husband, shouted curse words, hosted exclusive men-only cocktail hours and revoked perks from women who refused to flirt with him. On one occasion, he took “young, attractive associates” in a limousine ride to a party.

A former female staffer said Emhoff was “very flirty” and warned that “if you weren’t flirty back or didn’t respond positively, then you were on his s**t list.”

In one case, Emhoff bragged about putting a female partner “in her place” after ordering her to “get the f*** out” of his office.

“What’s worse was he bragged about it to the management at Venable and they were aghast. He’s an a**hole,” a colleague said. “He told them how he ‘put her in her place.’ A misogynist, that’s who does that.”

This is the third time Emhoff’s past has come back to haunt him, despite being praised by MSNBC’s Jen Psaki for reshaping masculinity as the first spouse of a female vice president—and potentially the first male spouse of a president.

In August 2024, Emhoff admitted to cheating on his first wife, Kerstin Emhoff, with their daughter’s nanny, Najen Naylor, who allegedly became pregnant.

Emhoff reportedly paid Naylor an undisclosed sum after her career as an educator ended following the affair. What happened to the baby remains unknown.

Some sources told the Mail Naylor had a miscarriage, while others claim she terminated the baby’s life before being born.

Making matters worse, Emhoff allegedly slapped his former girlfriend, wrongly assuming she was flirting with a valet during the 2021 Cannes Film Festival.

Emhoff categorically denied these allegations despite his wife’s vocal support for believing all survivors of sexual assault and abuse. Read some of her past tweets below.

Swing State Expands Absentee Ballots after Hurricane Helene

(Headline USA) Voters in western North Carolina impacted by Hurricane Helene’s devastation may see several changes to how they can cast their ballots in the coming weeks after the state’s election board approved an emergency resolution that modifies voting rules.

The resolution unanimously passed by the North Carolina State Board of Elections, which has both Democratic and Republican members, on Monday comes less than two weeks after Helene destroyed large swaths of western North Carolina—displacing residents, damaging homes and washing away roads.

In a critical presidential election that may hinge on which way the battleground state swings, that widespread disruption also presents major problems for how residents can cast their votes by Nov. 5.

Still, the board reiterated several times during Monday’s meeting that it was committed to ensuring early voting and Election Day happens on schedule across the state, while also making sure “no one is denied the right to vote because of these logistical problems,” said board chairman Alan Hirsch, who is a Democrat.

“I’m generally very hesitant to make changes to the normal running of our election,” said Republican member Stacy Eggers IV, who is from Boone in western North Carolina. “But these have been tailored to give flexibility to the county boards to meet those specific needs.”

The resolution outlines 13 counties in western North Carolina that have polling places or mailing services that were “severely disrupted” by Helene, either because of damage, inaccessibility, using locations for disaster relief or lack of staff. As of Monday, all county elections offices were open, executive director Karen Brinson Bell said.

Approximately 10 early voting sites in the affected counties reported significant damage, accessibility issues or unknown conditions, general counsel Paul Cox said. The state board is also working with emergency management officials to bring in temporary voting facilities, Bell told reporters on Monday.

One of the biggest changes in the resolution allows voters impacted by Helene to turn in absentee ballots by 7:30 p.m. to Election Day polling places operated by their county elections board.

Displaced voters may also turn in ballots to another county’s elections board by the same deadline. Previously, voters could turn in absentee ballots to early voting sites in their county or to their county elections board by Election Day.

The resolution also expands opportunities to pick up an absentee ballot in-person from a county elections office until the day before the election.

Absentee ballot distribution already faced issues before Helene hit North Carolina. A legal battle over whether to include Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s name on ballots after he suspended his presidential campaign—which ultimately resulted in taking off his name and reprinting ballots—caused about a two-week delay in September.

With a bipartisan majority vote, county elections boards in the affected areas can approve several changes to Election Day polling locations.

Measures that could be considered—which need approval from the state board’s executive director—include transferring voters to other in-county precincts, creating out-of-precinct polling locations in other counties and establishing multiple voting locations within a precinct.

Similarly, those boards can also make changes to early voting sites affected by the storm. Those modifications can include adding new sites or removing ones that are inaccessible, as well as adjusting site hours.

Voters in the area must be notified of changes by mail, according to the resolution. Boards must also share the changes with local media, county political parties and on their county website.

To address a potential lack of poll workers, counties are authorized to select election officials from other counties who are registered to vote in North Carolina. Assistance teams may also be deployed to emergency relief shelters to help voters with absentee voting.

Despite calls from civil rights groups to extend voter registration deadlines in states impacted by Helene, the resolution didn’t include a measure to do so. That decision, along with possible adjustments to what the state board approved, will be left to the state legislature to consider when it reconvenes on Wednesday to pass disaster relief legislation.

Bell said the state board has made a $2 million funding request to state lawmakers to support voting changes in the impacted counties.

Trump’s campaign released 10 potential improvements Tuesday to help those who suffered from the storm not lose their right to vote.

He called on Gov. Roy Cooper and the North Carolina General Assembly to “enact an expansion of voter access for North Carolinians.”

North Carolina’s voter registration deadline is Friday.

South Carolina took action last week to extend its voter registration deadline to Oct. 14. In Georgia, elections officials have said they don’t anticipate major election disruptions from the storm.

Florida is still on track for its Monday voter registration deadline, even with another major hurricane, Milton, expected to make landfall later this week.

In the coming weeks, Bell said the board may need to consider further actions as the affected counties continue to experience disruptions through Election Day.

Fact-Checking Kamala’s ’60 Mins.’ Lie: Trump Rallies Are about Anything BUT ‘Himself’

(Julianna Frieman, Headline USA) Vice President Kamala Harris, the 2024 Democratic presidential nominee, told viewers of CBS’s 60 Minutes during an interview that aired Monday to watch Donald Trump’s rallies, which she falsely claimed were only about “himself and all of his personal grievance.”

Trump spoke for 91 minutes Saturday during his second rally in Butler, Pennsylvania. The Republican candidate frequently referred to his campaign as “our movement” and uttered the phrase “our country” 39 times.

Trump spared a few rare possessive words to tell the audience, “Your hopes are my hopes. Your dreams are my dreams, and your future is what I’m fighting for every single day.”

When asked by CBS News correspondent Bill Whitaker about her Republican opponent’s canceled interview with CBS News anchor Scott Pelley that would have aired on the same show, Harris said, “If he is not gonna give your viewers the ability to have a meaningful, thoughtful conversation, question and answer with you, then watch his rallies.”

Harris told the 60 Minutes interviewer that viewers would not hear anything from Trump pertaining to them at his rallies, nor would they hear the GOP nominee talk about bringing the country together.

Trump began his Saturday remarks in Butler disproving Harris’s characterization, spending one minute thanking singer Lee Greenwood for his live performance of “God Bless the USA.”

The GOP nominee then took another minute to outline his message to all Americans regardless of party and identity labels.

“To all Americans, whether you are Republican, Democrat, independent, conservative, or liberal, or you have no label whatsoever, it makes no difference,” Trump said.

“Our movement, it belongs to you,” he added. “It belongs to our country.”

Trump spoke for approximately 10 minutes honoring the U.S. Secret Service, Butler Township Police Department, and shooting victims David Dutch and James Copenhager, who were injured during the assassination attempt in July.

His tribute for Corey Comperatore, who was shot dead by gunman Thomas Matthew Crooks, continued with a nearly 3-minute-long moment of silence, accompanied by a live performance of “Ave Maria” beginning at 6:11 p.m.

Trump did not mention Harris by name until 27 minutes into his speech, while comparing polling data.

Ten minutes later, he indirectly criticized the Biden–Harris administration’s policies on crime, illegal immigration and government spending on foreign wars.

“This is really about saving our country,” Trump said.

Trump first criticized his “incompetent” and “far-left” Democratic opponent by name 70 minutes into his speech, hitting her on the economy and for failing as border czar.

Trump’s direct rebuke of Harris followed a 6-minute-long speech from SpaceX founder Elon Musk; a 7-minute-long pause initiated by Trump as a rallygoer suffered a medical emergency; and a patriotic moment when Trump joined the audience singing the national anthem.

Trump wrapped up his rally by promising Americans he would make America powerful, wealthy, healthy, strong, proud, safe and great again if “we” win come November.

In contrast, Harris struggled to deliver her 30-minute speech Friday at a Michigan rally when an apparent teleprompter glitch left her repeating the phrase “32 days.”

She spent time criticizing Trump as the “one of the biggest losers” of manufacturing jobs, touting abortion and highlighting NBA star Earvin “Magic” Johnson.

Unlike Trump’s rallies, the rally footage posted on Harris’s official YouTube channel obscured the faces of attendees by blurring the background. As she spoke, Harris was the only person in focus in the campaign’s official recording.

Trump’s rallygoers are always visible as the footage posted by his campaign does not anonymize his supporters.

Georgia Supreme Court Reinstates 6-Week Abortion Law

(Headline USA) The Georgia Supreme Court on Monday halted a ruling from a lower court judge stating abortion could be performed up to 22 weeks, instead of six weeks.

The high court’s order came a week after Fulton County Superior Court Judge Robert McBurney ruled Georgia could allow abortions until well into the second trimester.

The state Supreme Court put McBurney’s ruling on hold at the request of Republican state Attorney General Chris Carr, whose office is appealing.

In a dissenting opinion, Justice John J. Ellington argued that the case “should not be predetermined in the State’s favor before the appeal is even docketed.”

“The State should not be in the business of enforcing laws that have been determined to violate fundamental rights guaranteed to millions of individuals under the Georgia Constitution,” Ellington wrote. “The `status quo’ that should be maintained is the state of the law before the challenged laws took effect.”

Clare Bartlett, executive director of the Georgia Life Alliance, called high court’s decision “appropriate,” fearing that without it, women from other states would begin coming to Georgia for surgical abortions.

“There’s no there’s no right to privacy in the abortion process because there’s another individual involved,” Bartlett said.

She added: “It goes back to protecting those who are the most vulnerable and can’t speak for themselves.”

Georgia’s “Heartbeat” bill, signed by Republican Gov. Brian Kemp in 2019, took effect after the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade in 2022, returning abortion back to the states.

The Georgia Supreme Court’s one-page order Monday exempted one specific provision of the state’s abortion law from being reinstated.

The court said the state can’t enforce a subsection of the law that reads: “Health records shall be available to the district attorney of the judicial circuit in which the act of abortion occurs or the woman upon whom an abortion is performed resides.”

McBurney wrote in his ruling that “liberty in Georgia includes in its meaning, in its protections, and in its bundle of rights the power of a woman to control her own body, to decide what happens to it and in it, and to reject state interference with her healthcare choices.”

Kemp has blasted McBurney’s decision, saying: “The will of Georgians and their representatives has been overruled by the personal beliefs of one judge.”
