FBI Embedding Agents in Israel’s Defense Ministry

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) Attorney General Pam Bondi and FBI Director Kashyap Patel have yet to release records on scandals such as the Jeffrey Epstein case, the Jan. 5/6 pipe bomber investigation, the Trump assassination attempts and more. Bondi and Patel have also yet to hold accountable the hundreds of FBI agents who hunted peaceful Jan. 6 protestors and other right-wing dissidents during the Biden administration.

They have, however, devoted considerable resources towards supporting Israel. On Monday, the DOJ announced more support for the foreign country, including FBI agents to work for Israel’s National Bureau for Counter-Terror Financing (NBCTF), which is part of the country’s Ministry of Defense.

According to a DOJ press release, the FBI is embedding agents at the NBCTF as part of a newly created “Joint Task Force October 7 (JTF 10-7)”—an initiative to ostensibly seek justice for the victims of the Oct. 7, 2023, terrorist attack in Israel, and to address the ongoing threat posed by Hamas and its affiliates.

“JTF 10-7 will be supported by dedicated FBI agents, analysts, forensic accountants, data scientists, and linguists who are mostly co-located in Virginia. These professionals will contribute to JTF 10‑7’s expertise in investigating and prosecuting domestic and extraterritorial terrorism cases, including terrorism-financing matters, and serve as points of contact with the FBI’s Hostage Recovery Fusion Cell and Victim Services Division,” the DOJ press release said.

“The FBI will coordinate with other law enforcement and intelligence agencies on JTF 10-7 activities, as well as foreign counterparts through the FBI’s Legal Attaché office in Israel. FBI agents will be embedded with Israel’s National Bureau of Counter Terror Finance, which has already been a tremendous partner in the ongoing investigations.”

It’s unclear why the supposedly “America first” DOJ is devoting resources to investigate a foreign terrorist attack. Israel, which receives at least $3.8 billion in U.S. foreign aid per year, has been investigating and hunting the Oct. 7 attackers since day one.

The attack killed some 1,200 people, mostly civilians, and Hamas took 251 hostages. It touched off an Israeli counteroffensive that has destroyed vast areas of Gaza, displaced most of the population and killed over 48,000 Palestinians, mostly women and children, according to Gaza’s Health Ministry, which does not say how many were combatants.

Patel and new FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino have both said that defending Israel is among their top priorities.

Along with JTF 10-7, the DOJ has also established a Federal Task Force to Combat Anti-Semitism, which has been cracking down on college anti-war protestors.

The Justice Department announced this month that it was investigating whether Columbia University concealed “illegal aliens” on its campus, and federal immigration agents arrested Mahmoud Khalil, a Palestinian activist and Columbia graduate student.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio has said he revoked Khalil’s permission to be in the U.S. because of his role in pro-Palestinian protests at Columbia, saying they had riled up “anti-Jewish” sentiment and amounted to support for Hamas.

Khalil’s lawyers have challenged his detention in court.

The FBI’s relationship with Israel has a long history. Agents have long partnered with the Anti-Defamation League to investigate political dissidents.

Last year, Headline USA revealed that an undercover FBI bomb tech named Kelly Boaz was sent to Israel for training. Boaz would go on to pose as a renegade bomb-maker and outlaw biker in an undercover operation to entrap a Florida militia.

Vivek Proposes Renaming Lake Erie

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Ohio gubernatorial candidate Vivek Ramaswamy joked about renaming Lake Erie to Lake Ohio, inspired by President Trump’s renaming of the Gulf of Mexico to the Gulf of America.

Ramaswamy pitched the new name during a campaign event with the Lucas County Republican Party in Ohio last week, according to The Cincinnati Enquirer.

“I like what President Trump’s done with the Gulf of Mexico and the Gulf of America,” Ramaswamy stated. “Anybody think if there’s a Lake Michigan, maybe there should be a Lake Ohio around here? I’m feeling that, so we’ll talk about that a little bit more as this campaign progresses.”

When asked for comment, a Ramaswamy spokesperson said, “The audience understood it was a joke. Perhaps the media will someday get a sense of humor. Vivek is focused on real policies to Make Ohio Great Again.”

Lake Erie is one of the five Great Lakes—Huron, Michigan, Ontario and Superior—all named after the Indigenous people who once resided in that area, according to the Great Lakes Guide.

Erie is derived from the indigenous word “erielhonan,” which means “long tail,” while Ohio comes from an indigenous word meaning “beautiful river.”

Ramaswamy’s jest came three weeks after he launched his campaign for the Republican primary for Ohio governor.

He is running against Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost. Both men are seeking to replace Gov. Mike DeWine, whose final term ends in 2026.

Yost scolded Ramaswamy’s joke, affirming the governor lacked authority to change the name, which is mentioned in the state’s constitution.

Ramaswamy’s joke follows Trump’s executive order renaming the Gulf of Mexico to the Gulf of America in a bid to promote the nation’s “extraordinary heritage of our Nation” and to “ensure future generations of American citizens celebrate the legacy of our American heroes,” the president said in a statement.

Trump added, “The naming of our national treasures, including breathtaking natural wonders and historic works of art, should honor the contributions of visionary and patriotic Americans in our Nation’s rich past.”

Media Outlet Falsely Implies Trump Had an Affair w/ Rep. Anna Paulina Luna

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) On Monday, the Daily Beast published a misleading story that distorted an interaction between President Donald Trump and Rep. Anna Paulina Luna, R-Fla., into a sexual narrative.

In 2023, while aboard a personal jet, Trump offered his private bed to Luna, who was then pregnant and suffering from pre-eclampsia—an illness that can be life-threatening for both a mother and her unborn child.

The Beast, via entry-level intern Erkki Forster, sourced this anecdote from Axios journalist Alex Isenstadt’s book Revenge: The Inside Story of Trump’s Return to Power. Neither Isenstadt nor Forster mentioned Luna’s pre-eclampsia. Why? Because they allegedly never reached out to Luna for comment—a basic journalistic practice.

The Beast’s piece featured the misleading headline, “‘Don’t Tell Melania’: Trump Once Offered Rising MAGA Star His Bed,” accompanied by a banner reading “Our Little Secret.”

The news piece also featured the subheader stating, “The alleged comments cast new light on the president’s eyebrow-raising marriage to Melania Trump.”

For this, The Beast quoted anonymous remarks found in a book by infamous author Michael Wolff, whose credibility is so questionable that even liberal CNN’s Jake Tapper took issue with one of his books.

In response, Luna posted a lengthy takedown on X, rebuking both Isenstadt for including the misleading claim in his book and The Beast for uncritically repeating it.

Luna explained that Trump offered his bed “in a respectful way and in front of my husband, of which we thanked him.” Trump even assured Luna that there was a medical team on board in case anything happened to her.

She added, “This was the most compassionate thing that could’ve been done at the time. I find it disgusting that the author fails to recognize that.”

Luna noted that just weeks later, she was induced because of her pre-eclampsia. She accused Isenstadt of deliberately failing to seek her comments—affirming that this “means that this book is likely going to be a shit hit piece.”

Neither The Beast’s CEO Beb Sherwood, Executive Editor Hugh Dougherty nor Isenstadt responded to Headline USA’s request for an interview before this article’s publication.

That Was Fast! Gold Shot to $3,000 at a Historic Pace

(Mike Maharrey, Money Metals News Service) Gold pushed above $3,000 an ounce last Friday and has continued to drive higher.

A lot of mainstream analysts forecast $3,000 gold for this year, but the pace of gold’s climb has been faster than most expected.

The price of gold hit new highs 40 times in 2024. This year, the yellow metal has already broken 14 records.

That Was Fast!

Gold’s meteoric rise is unprecedented. It drove from $2,500 to $3,000 in just 210 days.

To put that into some historical context, it has taken gold an average of 1,700 days to reach previous $500 milestones.

Of course, each $500 price gain represents a smaller percentage increase. The price had to double to move from $500 to $1,000, while the most recent surge from $2,500 to $3,000 was a 20 percent gain.

Still, the pace of this bull run is impressive. Consider that the price of gold has increased sixfold since it first hit $500 an ounce in 2005. That annualizes to a 9.7 percent yearly rise. Meanwhile, the S&P 500 spot index is up 8.2 percent during that same period.

The speed of gold’s rally is also reflected by the 200-day moving average (200DMA). The recent surge has pushed the price gains three deviations above the 200DMA. The last time we saw this kind of extreme divergence was during the pandemic when gold crossed $2,000 an ounce and then again right before the move above $2,500.

Can Gold Maintain This Momentum?

It wouldn’t be shocking to see some consolidation in the next weeks, given the speed gold overtook $3,000. It’s like a sprinter. She needs a little time to catch her breath before the next race.

Historically, gold has held above previous multiples of $500 for an average of nine days before pulling back and consolidating. However, those periods of consolidation tend to be short-lived. Four out of five times, gold has rebounded to recover those previous highs within a few days four out of five times.

The World Gold Council pointed out that if gold holds $3,000 over the next couple of weeks, it would likely trigger additional buying from derivative contracts.

“For example, we estimate there is roughly $8 billion in net delta-adjusted notional in options contracts from US gold ETFs that expire Friday 21 March,4 and $16 billion in options on futures that expire on 26 March. While this may create a slingshot effect, it could also trigger short-term-profit taking.”

The World Gold Council speculates that the higher price will continue to create headwinds in the jewelry market, but investment demand should remain robust.

“In view of the speed of gold’s latest move, it would not be surprising to see some price consolidation. But despite potential short-term volatility, the most important determinant for gold’s next move is whether fundamentals can provide long-term support to its trend. As we discussed in our recent Gold Demand Trends, while price strength will likely create headwinds for gold jewelry demand, push recycling up and motivate some profit taking, there are many reasons to believe that investment demand will continue to be supported by a combination of geopolitical and geoeconomic uncertainty, rising inflation, lower rates and a weaker U.S. dollar.”

Most significantly, the fundamentals supporting this gold rally remain in place. It is likely uncertainty and market volatility stirred up by the trade war will continue. Despite some optimistic February CPI data, price inflation remains elevated and the Federal Reserve is still caught in a Catch-22. There are growing recession worries. There is no sign that central bank gold buying will slow any time soon. And most significantly, we still haven’t reckoned with the consequences of monetary malfeasance that began in the wake of the 2008 financial crisis and went on steroids during the pandemic.

Texas Rep Moves to Block Foreign Adversaries from Buying U.S. Farmland

(José Niño, Headline USA) Rep. Brandon Gill, R-TX, has put forward legislation that would ban several of the United States’s main competitors on the world stage, such as China, from buying farmland nationwide.

Gill, 31, is the youngest sitting House Republican and represents Texas’ 26th congressional district. When he was interviewed by Texas Scorecard, he broke down what his legislation entails. He stated, “If a foreign country prohibits Americans from purchasing land in their country, we should do the same to them.”

“The Chinese Communist Party is one of the biggest offenders,” declared Gill. “The CCP has no place on our nation’s soil. My Land and National Defense Act is a commonsense solution to keep our adversaries from owning our farmland.”

The freshman Republican introduced the Land and National Defense, also known as the LAND Act, last Friday.

The LAND Act prohibits the purchase of American land by foreign nationals from countries that ban Americans from purchasing land. Individuals with dual citizenship in the United States and an adversarial foreign power would be subject to the same restrictions.

In a similar vein, foreign-owned companies and government entities would be subject to these restrictions.

Gill’s proposal would require the Department of Agriculture to inform members of Congress of any land obtained by a foreign purchaser, be it hostile or friendly.

On top of that, Gill’s bill would set up a U.S. Land Protection Task Force to publish reports on the percentage of agricultural land sold to all foreign buyers and the states in which the land was sold.

In the Texas State legislature, similar measures have been introduced. Multiple State House Republicans such as State Reps. Briscoe Cain and David Spiller have already put forward legislation to restrict land purchases by strategic competitors of the United States.

State Sen. Lois Kolkhorst similarly introduced Senate Bill 17 to tackle the issue of foreign land ownership. This bill is currently in the Senate Committee on State Affairs.

In the 2025 session of the Texas state legislature, the Republican Party of Texas made “Texas is Not for Sale” as one of its key legislative planks for the legislative session.

Gold Finally Hits $3,000! Here’s What You Need to Know

(Jesse Colombo, Money Metals News Service) Today marks a historic milestone as the spot price of gold has officially closed above $3,000 an ounce for the first time! While gold futures—typically priced higher than spot gold—briefly tested this level last week, they failed to hold above it.

However, yesterday’s close confirms a true breakout, solidifying this critical psychological threshold.

The primary driver behind gold’s recent surge is mounting economic uncertainty and the increasing risk of a recession—something I’ve been warning about for months.

Yesterday’s developments further validate these concerns, including U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent acknowledging the possibility of a recession, a weaker-than-expected retail sales report, and a sharp decline in New York State factory activity.

Now, let’s dive into the technicals, starting with COMEX gold futures, which I find more useful for analysis than the spot price since $100 increments in COMEX gold often serve as key support and resistance levels.

As shown in the chart below, gold futures repeatedly tested the $2,900 support level before rebounding, signaling strength.

Now, with COMEX gold futures officially breaking above the critical $3,000 mark, we’ve entered blue sky territory—meaning no clear resistance levels overhead, suggesting a smoother path forward. That said, I’d keep an eye on $3,100 as the next potential target and hurdle.

China’s gold benchmark, the Shanghai Futures Exchange (SHFE) gold futures, broke out of the 590–640 trading range in late January—a strong bullish signal.

More recently, it confirmed this momentum by breaking out of a bull flag pattern, reinforcing the uptrend. As the world’s largest producer of gold—producing 370 metric tons in 2023—and one of its largest consumers, China plays a pivotal role in the global gold market.

For months, I’ve theorized that a resurgence of Chinese gold futures traders—who were instrumental in driving gold’s surge in March and April—could be the catalyst to propel prices toward $3,000 and beyond. I believe that the recent bullish breakouts will turn that forecast into reality.

While gold mining stocks have largely lagged behind gold’s surge over the past year, I’ve predicted that they would finally gain momentum once gold surpassed $3,000 and sentiment in the precious metals sector—especially in the West—heated up.

Sure enough, this shift appears to be underway, as evidenced by the action in the large-cap VanEck Gold Miners ETF (GDX), which recently broke out of a long-term triangle pattern dating back to 2011—a highly bullish development.

For confirmation, I’m watching for GDX to close decisively above the key $42–$46 resistance zone, and it looks like that moment is approaching. I’ll be keeping a close eye on it.

Likewise, the VanEck Junior Gold Miners ETF (GDXJ) broke out of a long-term triangle pattern in early 2024, signaling the start of a new bull market.

For full confirmation, I’m now watching for a decisive close above the key $50–$60 resistance zone, which would solidify the bullish trend and open the door for much further upside.

The rising risk of a recession is a key driver behind the recent surge in the precious metals market:

The gold and silver bull market is still in its early stages for several reasons, including the breakdown of the Dow-to-Gold ratio—signaling that capital is currently rotating from stocks into gold.

This shift will accelerate as the stock market bubble bursts.

There are numerous signs that the U.S. stock market is in a massive bubble, one that will end disastrously—triggering a significant capital shift into gold, silver, and mining stocks.

For example, the chart of the S&P 500’s cyclically adjusted PE ratio reveals that stocks are currently more overvalued than they were in 1929, just before the stock market crash and the Great Depression!

In summary, no matter how you look at it, gold is in blue sky territory—it’s gold’s time to shine. With no clear resistance overhead and the trend decisively upward, the best approach is to align with the momentum rather than fight it.

This is the moment we gold bulls have been waiting for, so enjoy it! I believe gold still has plenty of upside potential, fueled by the rising risk of a recession and an overinflated stock market that has barely begun to unravel.

As gold thrives, I expect mining stocks and silver to follow suit. These are exciting times, and we’ve earned this moment for staying true to gold when it was overlooked in favor of high-tech, speculative assets. Now, as those gimmicks fall out of favor, people are waking up to the true value of precious metals.

ICE is Reportedly Pausing Human Trafficking Investigations to Pursue Anti-Semitism

(José Niño, Headline USA)  U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s arrest Palestinian activist and Columbia graduate Mahmoud Khalil has raised speculation about federal law enforcement’s security priorities.

According to a report by Nettanel Slyomovics of Israeli newspaper Haaretz, “ICE has been preparing an operation to arrest pro-Palestinian activists.”

Moreover, Slyomovics contends that the “agency even reportedly paused its human trafficking and drug smuggling investigations to have agents monitor social media for posts and likes from pro-Palestinian students.”

When ICE suspected that the individuals they were monitoring were involved with foreign students, they sent over the findings to the State Department, which is how Khalil ultimately got arrested. This incident has raised questions if ICE is serious about pursuing the very mass deportations Donald Trump was elected to implement.

A Twitter user by the name of “12 Ball” shared a thread of cases where ICE was engaged in activity that goes well beyond its mission to protect America from cross-border crime and illegal immigration that threaten national security and public safety. Namely, the alleged facilitation of drug trafficking.

He alluded to the case of Operation Mayan Jaguar, an undercover operation conducted by ICE that involved the sale of a Gulfstream II turbojet to suspected drug smugglers in 2007. 12 Ball posted on Sept. 26, 2024, “ICE trafficked literal tons of coke into the US in CIA rendition planes as part of an “‘interagency’ collaboration ‘developed by the intelligence community.’

Concerns about ICE’s competence have come up now that early deportation figures point to a noticeable lack of mass deportations.

In Trump’s first month in office (January 2025), 37,660 people were deported, including both removals and returns. As for arrests made in the first 50 days of the Trump administration (January 20 to March 11, 2025), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) made 32,809 enforcement arrests. In February 2025, for example, the Trump administration arrested roughly 23,000 people but deported only about 18,000.

Trump’s current deportation rates are lower than those carried out during the preceding administration of Joe Biden, which averaged about 57,000 deportations on a monthly basis in 2024. For perspective, during Trump’s first term (2017-2020), his administration deported an average of 300,000 immigrants annually, which was lower than the Obama administration’s figures.

ICE’s lousy deportation figures have drawn criticism from former Florida State Representative and current Lake County Commissioner Anthony Sabatini who declared on Saturday, “These deportations numbers are really bad…This needs to get fixed ASAP.“

These concerns about ICE losing its focus are akin to FBI whistleblower Steve Friend’s revelations to Daily Wire host Andrew Klavan in 2022. Specifically, the FBI’s excessive focus on January 6 cases while deprioritizing child pornography cases.

“When I was moved over to from my child exploitation cases, the assistant special agent in charge even mentioned that he felt that child pornography was going to be a local issue and that domestic terrorism, specifically January 6th, was the higher priority,” Friend revealed at the time.

ICE’s lagging deportation numbers point to misplaced priorities on policing anti-Israel speech on university campuses as opposed to carrying out interior enforcement operations against the millions of illegal aliens residing in the United States.

U.S. federal law enforcement agencies appear to be veering off their original missions and are gradually losing credibility among voters who demand action against rampant crime and illegal immigration.

Trump Revokes Hunter Biden’s Secret Service Protection

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) President Donald Trump said Monday that he’s cancelling Secret Service protection for Hunter and Ashley Biden, who apparently had more than 30 agents guarding them.

“Hunter Biden has had Secret Service protection for an extended period of time, all paid for by the United States Taxpayer. There are as many as 18 people on this Detail, which is ridiculoys!” Trump said on his social media platform, Truth Social.

According to Trump, Hunter is currently vacationing in South Africa, a country that has recently come under fire from the Trump administration for alleged human rights abuses against white farmers.

“Hunter Biden will no longer receive Secret Service protection. Likewise, Ashley Biden, who has 13 agents, will be taken off the list,” he added.

Trump’s announcement comes on the heels of the Department of Government Efficiency recommending the cancellation of a taxpayer-funded lease on a Pennsylvania house used by the Secret Service agents that protect Ashley.

The cost of protecting the Biden family has sparked controversy before. The Secret Service previously paid more than $30,000 per month to rent a luxury mansion in Malibu to protect Hunter Biden—who at the time was paying $20,000 a month for his own mansion.

“Typically, wherever a protectee sets up their residence, the Secret Service is forced to find someplace to rent nearby at market value,” said retired senior USSS agent Don Mihalek in an interview with ABC News in 2022.

“This isn’t new. The Service has had to do this in past administrations, and unfortunately, the housing market right now has driven the prices up substantially,” Mihalek added.

Prince Harry’s U.S. Immigration Records to be Released

(Maire Clayton, Headline USA) Prince Harry’s immigration documents are expected to be released by Tuesday after a judge ordered the information to be made public, according to the Daily Mail.

“The government has provided the court with its proposed redactions to the documents…those redactions appearing appropriate, the government is ORDERED to lodge on the docket the redacted versions of those documents no later than March 18, 2025,” Judge Carl Nichols ruled.

The judge gave the go ahead as allegations have long swirled regarding if Harry lied on his paperwork regarding drug use. In his book Spare, Harry admitted to cocaine use as well as other drugs.

“An admission of drug use is usually grounds for inadmissibility,” former federal prosecutor Neama Rahmani told the New York Post in 2023. “That means Prince Harry’s visa should have been denied or revoked because he admitted to using cocaine, mushrooms and other drugs.”

The Heritage Foundation has long been fighting to get the documents released as they allege Harry and his former actress wife Meghan Markle could have received special treatment while trying to secure a visa.

Nichols originally denied the request in September 2024 and claimed Harry deserved a right to privacy.

The Heritage Foundation filed a lawsuit against the Biden-led Department of Homeland Security after it refused a Freedom of Information request on Harry’s 2020 application.

It was revealed in February of this year the couple’s charitable foundation made a $250,000 donation to an organization run by then-President Joe Biden’s daughter, Ashley Biden. The donation was made during the 2023-2024 tax year.

President Donald Trump previously said he would not deport the royal as Harry has bigger problems.

“I don’t want to do that. I’ll leave him alone,” Trump said. “He’s got enough problems with his wife. She’s terrible.”

Trump Considers Retirement: ‘Such a Great Honor’

(Maire Clayton, Headline USA) President Donald Trump might be retiring from golf tournaments after his latest win in a post he shared to Truth Social on Sunday.

“I just won the Golf Club Championship, probably my last, at Trump International Golf Club, in Palm Beach County, Florida. Such a great honor!” Trump wrote.

He continued to praise the event and staff at his golf course.

“The Awards dinner is tonight, at the Club. I want to thank the wonderful Golf Staff, and all of the many fantastic golfers, that participated in the even. Such fun!”

Page Six reported in November 2024 the president was planning on pulling back regarding his golf game.

Trump has won similar golf events in the past. In January 2023 he had a similar post where he said he won the same event.

“Although many presidents have all played golf while in the White House, he’s telling all his golf buddies that he’s putting away his clubs to focus on the country,” anonymous insiders told the outlet.

The source added he was too busy for the sport.

“Between the security threats and the need to kick his administration into high gear, he says he doesn’t have enough time for golf the way he has had in the past,” the source continued.

The president is not the only Trump who is an avid golfer. His granddaughter Kai Trump plays competitively.

Kai Trump previously discussed how it is competing against her grandfather.

“Genuinely, he always gives me a run for my money. It’s pretty close,” Kai said in a July 2024 video. “He wins a lot of the time. I do have to say that. I’ve got to get better.”

The young Trump verbally committed to attend the University of Miami to play collegiate golf.
