(José Niño, Headline USA) Former Trump attorney and former administration official Alina Habba is expected to marry Turkish businessman Turhan Mildon on Saturday, according to The Correspondent. The outlet reported that four sources confirmed the planned marriage but did not identify the venue.
Habba and Mildon, who is a billionaire, were first publicly seen together in April at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner. The event ended abruptly after a gunman allegedly tried to attack it, and one attendee said Mildon moved to protect Habba during the incident.
Later, Habba attended a Fourth of July event at Washington’s Executive Branch private club with a man whom the Daily Mail described as a “mystery man.” The Correspondent identified him as Mildon after interviewing sources connected to and outside the Trump administration.
Mildon serves as chief executive of Miller Holding, a Turkish conglomerate with operations in sectors including energy, construction, shipping, and international trade. His grandfather founded the company in 1967 as an automotive sales business before it diversified into other industries.
According to The Correspondent, Mildon works on mining and energy ventures in West Africa and has interests in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The report also said he helped develop a financial center in Kinshasa and maintains close relations with figures in the country’s leadership.
His business network extends to Venezuela, where he runs a cement business and has ties to Vice President Delcy Rodriguez. Mildon also has a relationship with Turkish President Recep Erdogan, who awarded him the Turkey Africa Business World Award in 2023.
Habba became a nationally recognized figure while representing President Donald Trump in legal battles before his second election victory. She subsequently worked as a White House counselor and later headed the U.S. attorney’s office in New Jersey.
A federal appeals court later found that her appointment to the prosecutor position was unlawful. Habba resigned from that role in December 2025 and moved into a senior Justice Department advisory post involving oversight of U.S. attorneys’ offices.
The marriage will unite Habba’s Washington political connections with Mildon’s international commercial network. “The MAGA princess found someone who treats her like the queen she is,” a source close to the administration told The Correspondent.
Viewers also noticed Habba wearing a large ring during her August 31 appearance on Benny Johnson’s podcast. Although speculation briefly positioned her as a possible successor to former White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt, Habba denied interest in that position. She has since left the administration but continues to hold influence in Trump-aligned political circles.
