Pro-Life Activists Targeted by DOJ, Including Dad of 11, Found Guilty

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Six pro-life activists face up to 11 years in federal prison following a Nashville jury’s verdict finding them guilty of violations of the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act and conspiracy against rights, as reported by the Daily Signal on Tuesday.

The guilty verdict came after the Biden DOJ decided to unleash criminal charges against Chet Gallagher, Coleman Boyd, Heather Idoni, Cal Zastrow, Dennis Green and Paul Vaughn. All of them had peacefully protested in the hallway of a Tennessee abortion clinic in March 2021.

Video footage of the 2021 peaceful demonstration depicts the individuals praying and singing hymns to protest in support of the rights of the unborn. Despite this, federal prosecutors filed charges against the activists in 2022.

“The defendants livestreamed the event on social media, during which they blockaded the entrances to the clinic and interfered with the reproductive health rights of patients and clinic employees,” a DOJ statement said. “Several defendants traveled from out-of-state to participate in the charged offenses.”

The Thomas More Society, which represents Vaughn, said on Tuesday that they will appeal the conviction.

“We are, of course, disappointed with the outcome,” said Steve Crampton, an attorney for Vaughn. “This was a peaceful demonstration by entirely peaceable citizens—filled with prayer, hymn-singing, and worship—oriented toward persuading expecting mothers not to abort their babies.”

He added, “Unfortunately, the Biden Department of Justice decided to characterize Paul Vaughn’s peaceful actions as a felony ‘conspiracy against rights,’ to intimidate and punish Paul and other pro-life people and people of faith.”

Vaughn, a father of 11 children, told the Daily Signal that the FBI stormed to his house with their guns “pointed” at this home. “‘Open up. FBI,’” the agents shouted at the man. “When I opened the door and saw the guns pointed at me, I asked them what they wanted, who they were looking for, and they said they wanted me.”

Footage of the incident showed a defiant FBI agent refusing to provide the Vaughn’s terrified wife of why they were taking their husband.

“I wanna know why you were banging on my door with a gun? Are you not going to tell me anything?” she pleaded with the FBI agents, to which one replied: “No, we are not,” while another added: “I tried.”

Nancy Pelosi’s Son Avoids Criminal Charges… for the Seventh Time

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Paul Pelosi Jr., son of former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., has yet again managed to avoid potential criminal charges, marking the seventh instance of his legal escapades, a bombshell report from the Daily Mail revealed on Tuesday.

The latest episode stems from a federal investigation into “fraudsters” Bill Garlock and Gina Rodriguez, both implicated in criminal activities related to a San Francisco property Pelosi Jr. allegedly claimed ownership of, the newspaper reported.

According to the Mail, Garlock and Rodriguez deceived investors into contributing over $1 million for real estate, diverting the funds for personal expenses — including rent, loan repayments and credit card bills, as outlined by federal prosecutors in San Francisco.

That’s when Pelosi Jr. comes into play.

One of the homes presented to investors had partial ownership attributed to Pelosi Jr. Documents reviewed by the Mail purportedly indicate that Pelosi Jr. claimed ownership of at least 20% of the residence located on 24th Street.

“Nancy’s son was listed as the selling realtor on transaction documents when it was bought in 2017 by Feng 24th LLC, a company controlled by Garlock and Rodriguez,” the Mail reported.

“And according to the property manager and permit applications, Pelosi Jr. continued to be intimately involved with the flop house after its sale to the two fraudsters,” the newspaper added.

Despite these connections, only Garlock and Rodriguez faced charges.

The 24th Street home was partially owned by Karena Feng, who was in a relationship with Pelosi Jr.

In 2019, Feng filed a lawsuit against Pelosi Jr., alleging conspiracy with the fraudsters to defraud her of the property. The Mail reported that the lawsuit was ultimately dismissed on technical grounds.

The lengthy list of Pelosi Jr.’s associations with dubious businesses includes, as reported by Mail:

“The 52-year-old joined the board of a biofuel company after it defrauded investors according to an SEC ruling, and whose CEO was convicted after bribing Georgia officials”

“Pelosi Jr. was president of an environmental investment firm that turned out to be a front for two convicted fraudsters”

“He joined a lithium mining company and received millions of shares, allegedly issued as part of a massive $164million fraud”

“He was vice president of a company previously embroiled in an investigation of scam calls that targeted senior citizens”

“He has close business ties with a man accused by the Department of Justice of running a fake UN charity that stole investors’ money”

“A medical company Pelosi Jr. worked for tested drugs on people without FDA authorization, according to an FDA investigation”

“A permit expeditor and a city official were imprisoned over a bribery scheme of cash for permits, with Pelosi Jr. as one of their clients”

Mont. Parents Lose Custody Of Teen Daughter after Opposing ‘Gender Transition’

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) A family from Glasgow, Mont., accused the state’s child protective services of kidnapping their teenage daughter who suddenly started identifying as a “transgender boy.”

The parents, Krista and Todd Kolstad, informed Reduxx that the child had been removed from their care and was now going to be sent to Canada.

Krista, the child’s stepmother, said that it all began in August 2023 after they received a call that their 14-year-old Jennifer expressed suicidal ideations while at school.

The same evening, a case worker with Montana Child and Family Services (CFS) showed up at the Kolstad home to speak with Jennifer and do an inspection. While speaking with the CFS worker, Jennifer claimed that she consumed toilet bowl cleaner and painkiller medications that day to commit suicide.

After bringing Jennifer to a local hospital, the doctors revealed that the child hadn’t consumed any toxic substances, as proven by Jennfifer’s medical paperwork.

However, the parents discovered that the hospital notes were consistently mentioning that Jennifer “identifies” as a “male” and wishes to be called “Leo.” Krista and Todd asked the staff to call their child by their birth name, but they told them to contact the hospital lawyers if they don’t like the institution’s “gender” politics.

It was later discovered by the parents that the doctors were also talking to the child about “gender-affirming care.” The on-duty doctor, to whom Krista complained about what happened, dismissed her and another aide gaslighted her by saying that she doesn’t want to “respect” Jennifer’s wishes to be called “Leo.”

Soon after that, the parents were called and informed that the child would be moved to Wyoming. CFS arrived at the Kolstad residence with police 10 minutes later and, on Aug. 23, 2023, the child was moved to Wyoming. Neither of the parents was allowed to talk to their child directly.

On Sept. 25, 2023, the child was returned to Montana and placed in a Youth Dynamics group home.

On Jan. 19, 2024, the court decided to hand custody of the child over to CFS who stated that they plan to give custody over to Jennifer’s birth mother, who currently lives in Canada and never bothered to contact the child when one was living with Krista and Todd.

“Our family has been destroyed by this. We have little to no contact with Jennifer and our rights as her parents have been trampled on,” Krista said.

The parents said that they would continue fighting for their child in court.

‘Alligator Moats:’ Dem’s Depiction of ‘MAGA’ Border Spurs Unexpected Praise for Trump

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Rep. Robert Garcia, D-Calif., found his dramatic characterization of the so-called “MAGA plan for the border” widely shared on social media—but not for the reasons Garcia intended.

“The Donald Trump and MAGA plan is alligator moats, bombing northern Mexico, shooting migrants in the legs and electrifying the fence and putting spikes on them,” Garcia said during a House Homeland Security Committee hearing on DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas’s impeachment.

However, Garcia’s exaggerated depiction of the plan, supposedly proposed by former President Donald Trump and House Republicans, unexpectedly garnered praise on social media. Twitter critics suggested that such extreme measures would, ironically, make them more likely to vote for Trump.

In response to Garcia’s attempt to counter Republicans’ objections to the bipartisan border deal being negotiated in the Senate, popular Twitter page Wall Street Silver stated, “I already support Trump; you don’t have to convince me more.”

Miranda Devine, an author and New York Post columnist, mocked the Garcia, saying, “Democrats now doing campaign ads for Trump!” She implied that Garcia’s portrayal could unintentionally boost Trump’s popularity.

Siraj Hashmi, a podcaster and creator of the List Comes for All, humorously remarked, “‘libs, stop making Trump sound so much cooler than he is’ challenge. IMPOSSIBLE.”

Another user, addressing his 200,000 followers, claimed that if Trump were to implement the policies suggested by Garcia, “he’d be elected president for life.”

Dinesh D’Souza, a movie director and podcaster, sarcastically posted: “I don’t think alligators in moats will be enough.” Referring to Garcia’s allegations, D’Souza added, “We need xenophobic, racist alligators. Anyone know how to train alligators for this purpose, so they are ‘ready to serve’ in a second Trump administration?”

Podcaster Robby Starbuck added a playful touch: “Replace the shooting part with lasers, sharks and drones that drop green goo like they used to do on Nickelodeon and I’m 100% in.”

Garcia’s remarks unfolded as the Republican-led House seeks to impeach Mayorkas over unprecedented illegal aliens coming across the U.S.

President Joe Biden has called on lawmakers to support a bipartisan Senate border deal. However, House Speaker Mike Johnson, R-La., pledged that Republicans would not vote for a border deal over widespread concerns that the deal—led by Sens. James Lankford, R-Okla.; Kyrsten Sinema, I-Ariz.; and Chris Murphy, D-Ct.—would worsen border crossings.

Trump has urged Republicans to oppose any bill that does not solely focus on border security and does not increase amnesty or visas.

Joy Reid Derides Biden’s Wag-the-Dog Warmongering on Hot Mic

(Molly Bruns, Headline USA) During a segment Monday on President Joe Biden’s recent visit to South Carolina, MSNBC’s resident race-baiter, Joy Reid, got caught on a hot microphone profanely accusing the president of stoking the flames of another war, Red State reported.

As Reid’s show played clips from Biden’s speech Saturday at a Democratic party dinner in Columbia, S.C., where he was addressing the ongoing crisis at the U.S.–Mexico border, the controversial TV host’s voice interrupted with unrelated comment.

“If that bill were the law today, I’d shut down the border now, and I’d fix it quickly… and Congress needs to get it done,” Biden said.

While Biden blamed open-border policies on the inability of Congress to come to a decision, Reid interjected with “… starting another f**king war.”

She later apologized for cursing on live television.

“Before we go, I just want to apologize very quickly,” she said. “I was chatting during a clip that was playing, and you know, we try to keep this show very PG-13, so I just want to apologize to anyone who was listening to my ‘behind the scenes’ chatter. I deeply, deeply apologize for that.”

It is not clear what Reid was referring to with the nonsequitor, although its timing would suggest it was about recent U.S. tensions with Iran.

Following a recent drone attack by an Iran-backed terrorist group that left three service members dead, Biden kept open the possibility of a retaliatory strike that could escalate tensions in the region, where conflicts between Israel and Hamas, as well as the Houthi rebellion in Yemen, have already sparked turmoil and instability.

Some suspect that Biden—who recently offered a $10 billion bribe to Iran—may have deliberately invested in the rogue Islamic regime’s terrorist operations as a way to distract from his own failed domestic agenda.

Either way, Twitter users lambasted Reid for her hypocrisy—defending Biden on air, while trashing him privately.

“Pure gold if that’s a true hot mic moment,” one user said. “… Just shows you how insidious Trump derangement syndrome is. Anything to stop the Orange Man who, in fact, never started and doesn’t want wars.”

“That’s right Joy he’s doing it again,” another user said. “Everything you fear mongered about Trump your guy is actually doing.”

Still another user took the occasion to roast Reid for her new platinum-blonde “Karen” cut, which has been a hot topic on social media since she debuted it during the Iowa caucus.

“Wearing Trump’s hair is affecting her,” the user observed.

Jan. 6 Protestor Sentenced for Spending 1 Minute inside Capitol

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) Last June, Cameron Campanella II was arrested and charged with four misdemeanors for his activities during the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol Hill uprising.

The sum total of his activities? Entering the Capitol for precisely one minute.

“U.S. Capitol Police CCV video shows Campanella II entered the Capitol building through the Senate Wing Doors at approximately 3:00 PM, walked down a corridor, returned to the vicinity of the Senate Wing Doors, and left through the Senate Wing doors at approximately 3:01 PM,” the Justice Department’s charging documents stated.

Other than his brief time in the Capitol, charging documents state that Campanella wasn’t cooperative with authorities when questioned.

“Campanella II identified himself when federal agents asked to speak with him,” the DOJ’s charging docs stated. “Campanella II declined to talk about the events of January 6, 2021, but stated that he was ‘not scared’ and expressed his view that investigating the January 6th riot was a waste of time.”

Campanella II, 46, pled guilty to the misdemeanors last October and was sentenced Tuesday. According to the York Dispatch, he was sentenced to one year of probation and ordered to pay a $500 fine.

Prosecutors had sought a 14-day prison sentence and three years of probation for the Pennsylvania man, according to the DOJ’s Jan. 8 sentencing memorandum.

“One of the most important factors in Campanella’s case is the fact that he encouraged other rioters to unlawfully enter the Capitol building. The scene made plain that entry was not allowed—the alarms, the police in riot gear, the broken windows, the sheer number of rioters outnumbering the police,” the DOJ’s sentencing memo said.

“Despite this, as Campanella exited the building and as the alarm continued to blare, Campanella told other rioters that they were welcome inside. Accordingly, the nature and the circumstances of this offense establish the clear need for 14 days of incarceration followed by 36 months of probation in this matter.”

The DOJ added that Campanella has not taken any steps to denounce his actions on Jan. 6, and six months after the riot told police that investigating the riot was a waste of time.

Trump Nominated for Nobel Peace Prize Again

(Headline USA) Former President Donald Trump has been nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize for the fourth time.

Rep. Claudia Tenney, R-N.Y., announced on Tuesday that she submitted Trump’s name for the award because of the “historic” Abraham Accords treaty he brokered between Israel and several other Middle Eastern countries.

“Donald Trump was instrumental in facilitating the first new peace agreements in the Middle East in almost 30 years,” Tenney said in a statement.

“For decades, bureaucrats, foreign policy ‘professionals’, and international organizations insisted that additional Middle East peace agreements were impossible without a resolution to the Israeli–Palestinian conflict,” she added. “President Trump proved that to be false.”

The Nobel Peace Prize has acknowledged several Middle Eastern peace deals in the past, including the peace accord between Israel and Egypt in 1978 and the Oslo Accords in 1994, which resulted in the establishment of an autonomous Palestinian Authority to control the ceded territory of the West Bank and Gaza. In return, the Palestinian Liberation Organization pledged to renounce terrorism, although other groups, such as Hamas, have since taken its place.

The Norwegian committee has taken a decidedly partisan approach in its recognition of U.S. political figures, such as former President Jimmy Carter (in 2002) for his humanitarian work, former Vice President Al Gore (in 2007) for his climate-change activism, and newly-elected President Barack Obama (in 2009) for “inspir[ing] hope for a better future.”

Trump, however, has not received any recognition for the 2020 Abraham Accords, which helped normalize diplomatic and economic relations between Israel and its Arab neighbors—an especially important achievement as conflict rages in the region following Hamas’s Oct. 7, 2023, attack on Israel, which broke a two-year ceasefire agreement.

“Now more than ever, when Joe Biden’s weak leadership on the international stage is threatening our country’s safety and security, we must recognize Trump for his strong leadership and his efforts to achieve world peace,” Tenney said. “I am honored to nominate former President Donald Trump today and am eager for him to receive the recognition he deserves.”

This is the fourth time Trump has been nominated for the Abraham Accords. In 2020, he was first nominated by Christian Tybring–Gjedde, a member of the Norwegian Parliament. Also in 2020, Trump received a nomination from a group of Australian lawmakers. And the next year, Laura Huhtasaari, a Swedish member of the European Parliament, nominated Trump.

Microsoft Skirting U.S. Sanctions to Do Business w/ CCP Firms

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) The American Conservative revealed Monday that Microsoft owns 22% of a Chinese firm doing business with companies sanctioned by the U.S. government.

According to TAC, As of late 2023 Microsoft owned 22 percent of Shanghai Wicresoft Co. Ltd., which began in 2022 as a joint venture between the U.S. tech giant and  the venture capital arm of the Shanghai Municipal Government.

“Since then, Wicresoft’s clientele has grown. At least three of these clients, however, are sanctioned by the United States due to national security concerns and the companies’ alleged involvement in human rights violations against Uyghurs and other minorities in the Xinjiang province,” TAC reported.

The three sanctioned firms doing business with Wicresoft reportedly are SenseTime Group Ltd., Cloudwalk Technology Co. Ltd. and iFlyTek.

TAC reported that SenseTime Group Ltd appears on the U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control’s (OFAC) sanctions list with a CMIC designation, which stands for “Chinese Military-Industrial Complex Companies.”

CloudWalk is reportedly another CMIC company, added to the sanctions list in December 2021 for its development of technology designed to surveil ethnic minorities, including Tibetans and Uyghurs.

The third firm, iFlyTek, reportedly was sanctioned in October 2019 for its alleged participation in the oppression of the Uyghurs.

For its story, TAC interviewed  Trump administration Treasury and Commerce official Adam Korzeniewski, who said that Microsoft’s corporate structure is using loopholes in the U.S. sanctions regime—telling the publication that Microsoft is acting “against the spirit of the sanctions regime.”

Roger Robinson, the former Chairman of the Congressional U.S.-China Economic and Security Review Commission, also told TAC, “there appears to be no question that Microsoft has deliberately averted its eyes from U.S.-sanctioned corporate human rights abusers that Wicresoft regards as valued ‘clients’, among them SenseTime, IflyTek and CloudWalk.”

“Make no mistake, continuing this calloused disregard for these, and perhaps other, Chinese corporate human rights offenders implicates Microsoft’s brand and corporate reputation,” Robinson reportedly added. “It would do well to shed its investment in Wicresoft forthwith.”

Parents of Soldier Killed in Jordan Say Biden Hasn’t Called Them

(Headline USA) The parents of one of the U.S. troops killed in Jordan by a drone strike over the weekend said Tuesday morning that President Joe Biden had not yet called them.

Army specialist Kennedy Ladon Sanders, 24, of Georgia, was killed along with two others in the attack near the Syrian border.

Her parents, Oneida and Shawn Sanders, told Fox News that they were mourning their loss and refrained from openly criticizing Biden. However, they did say that they’d been waiting for a phone call from the president and had not yet received one.

“I have heard from some other government officials,” Oneida Sanders said.

“Also, the governor of Georgia, [Republican] Gov. Brian Kemp, has put in a call to us,” she added. “Some of our congressmen who represent our area have called us.”

She noted that they were hoping to hear from the president later that day but were first expected to fill out forms, echoing the tone-deaf treatment that gold-star families received after a 2021 suicide bombing during the failed Afghanistan withdrawal left 13 U.S. service members dead.

“We are having an appointment this afternoon with the casualty assistance officer, who told us that we had to complete certain paperwork in order for the president to be released to call us,” Oneida Sanders said. “So we are expecting a call from President Biden.”

When asked whether they thought Biden’s response to the tragedy over the weekend had been appropriate, and what they’d like to see him do moving forward, the bereaved mother said the administration’s response couldn’t bring back their daughter.

“As a grieving parent, I would not want to see any other parent go through what we’re going through right now, but given the circumstances, our child and the others who lost their lives are considered heroes in this situation,” she said. “However the president of the United States decides to respond, it won’t change our situation at all.”

Thus far, the Biden administration has been vague about how it intends to respond to the provocation from an Iran-backed terrorist group.

Oneida Sanders signaled her confidence that the 81-year-old commander-in-chief and recently AWOL Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin would rise to the occasion, while acting in the best interest of national security.

“Whatever is decided, I trust that it’ll be a good decision that keeps everyone in the safest position,” she said.

Another report this week revealed Biden may skip a ceremony honoring Sanders and the two other U.S. Army reservists killed in Jordan: specialist Breonna Alexsondria Moffett and Sgt. William Jerome Rivers.

National Security Council spokesman John Kirby was asked on Monday whether Biden planned to attend the ceremony, to which Kirby replied that he did not “have anything on [the president’s] schedule to speak to.”

Nutty E. Jean Carroll Reveals Plans for $83M Windfall: New Wardrobe, Fishing in France

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) On the heels of an $83.3 million verdict in her favor by a far-left New York court, serial rape accuser E. Jean Carroll joined MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow to celebrate her defamation lawsuit victory against former President Donald Trump.

Carroll told a befuddled Maddow that she would not use her new windfall for feminist activism, but would instead spend it on luxury consumer goods, the Daily Mail reported.

“Using some of Trump’s money you’re about to get to help shore up women’s rights, do you know what that might be, what that might look like?” Maddow asked.

In response, Carroll said that she intended to take her girlfriends on a luxury shopping spree.

“First thing Rachel, you and I are going to go shopping,” she said. “We’re going to get completely new wardrobes, new shoes, what do you want? Penthouse? It’s yours Rachel!”

“That’s a joke,” noted lawyer Shawn Crowley nervously, who was on set with Carroll.

Carroll went on to suggest that she would take Maddow on a “fishing” expedition in France, to which the leftist MSNBC host replied that she would do it only if it advanced women’s rights.

Carroll also argued that her court victory might be a watershed moment, leading to “a new way of doing things in this country” due to her “indestructible team of lawyers.”

Carroll’s outlandish allegations involving a brief sexual encounter with Trump three decades ago were validated by a New York jury last year, despite numerous holes in her account and bizarre revalations about her lifestyle that called into question her credibility.

The jury said that her claims failed to meet the state’s legal standard for “rape” but nonetheless agreed that Trump, had sexually assaulted the former Elle magazine advice columnist and Manhattan socialite.

She again sued Trump for defamation, claiming that the then-president’s defense against the dubious allegations had damaged her reputation.

However, Carroll’s celebration may be premature, given that the case is still pending appeal.

Trump’s lawyer, Alina Habba, recently filed a letter with the federal court claiming that there may have been a mentor-apprentice relationship between the judge of the case, Lewis Kaplan, and prosecuting attorney Roberta Kaplan.

According to a Daily Mail report, both Kaplans worked at the same time for the law firm Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison in the early 1990s.

Roberta Kaplan allegedly noted at the time that the elder Kaplan—of no relation—had been “like a mentor” to her.

Habba called the matter “particularly concerning” and noted that it could justify a new trial, especially in light of the “overtly hostile” treatment that Trump received from Lewis Kaplan.

Crowley, who was Carroll’s other lead attorney, previously clerked for the far-left, Bill Clinton-appointed judge.
