Israeli Scientists Grow Tiny Testicles in Lab

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) Israeli scientists have successfully grown mouse testicles—technically called “testicle organoids”—in a lab setting, leading to speculations that the discovery could help address male infertility, the Daily Mail reported.

The testicle prototypes, according to the report, have not yet produced sperm, but have the same “structure” and “genetic characteristics” as real testicles. The artificial organoids may be able to cure male infertility by way of producing artificial sperm.

Nitzan Gonen, a lead researcher at Bar-Ilan University in Israel, said that there is some reason to hope that the research will be applicable to addressing sexual development disorders.

“Artificial testicles are a promising model for basic research on testicle development and function, which can be translated into therapeutic applications for disorders of sexual development and infertility,” explained Gonen.

Organoids of brains, kidneys and intestines have already been manufactured using stem cells from neonatal mice. Such projects have reportedly made progress toward aiding human health.

According to Gonen the next step after the successful creation of mouse testicles is to replicate human testicles.

“We plan to create human testis organoids and explore whether a sperm can be generated there,” said Gonen.

Researchers made no mention of it, but one wonders if such technology might be turned to the creation of artificial genitalia for transgenders.

In any case, the most immediate use, addressing male infertility, would presumably attempt to counter the harmful effects of modern industrial life.

With the dominance of plastics in daily life, diets high in calories but low in real nutrition, and burgeoning obesity, male infertility has proliferated in recent years.

The phenomenon is also coupled with disastrous sinking testosterone levels among men and general inactivity, encouraged by high levels of addictive blue light and a lack of sunlight.

Concern also has grown over the yet-unstudied impacts of the gene-altering mRNA COVID-19 vaccines, which already have been linked in some cases to an increase in miscarriages and other serious health consequences.

It may take years before the broader implications that the vaccines have for male infertility are fully understood. However, concern over the mutagenic effects of the vaccines already has created a black market for untainted semen.

Eventually, as vaccinated parents pass on their mutations, it may be up to genetic engineering, rather than biology, to populate the human race.

‘Shark Tank’ Star: Trump Verdict Will Keep Future Business Out of N.Y.

(Matthew Doarnberger, Headline USA) Multimillionaire investor Kevin O’Leary said Monday in an interview with Fox Business host Neil Cavuto that he would never invest anywhere in the state of New York after Judge Arthur Engoron issued a controversial $355 million verdict against former President Donald Trump for what many considered to be standard business practices.

“It was already on the top of the list of being a loser state,” said O’Leary, well known to many for his appearances on the hit show Shark Tank, where aspiring entrepreneurs pitch their products or ideas in the hopes of getting startup capital.

“I would never invest in New York now,” O’Leary added.

Engoron’s decree on Friday also banned Trump and his two eldest sons from doing business in the state for three years, according to The Hill.

It followed a lengthy lawfare attack from far-left state Attorney General Letitia James, who had made “Get Trump” the centerpiece of her 2018 campaign platform and devoted considerable energy and expense to targeting the former president in the civil fraud trial.

Trump plans to appeal the decision, but in the meantime he must put a portion of the assessed penalties in escrow or risk the forfeiture of his assets, including some of his prized New York real-estate holdings.

O’Leary went on to clarify in his interview with Cavuto that his personal opinion—or that of any other investor—regarding the former president had no bearing on the decision to avoid doing business in New York after the verdict.

“I mean, just leaving the whole Trump thing out of it and seeing what occurred here … and I’m no different than any other investor—I’m shocked at this,” he said.

“I can’t even understand or fathom the decision at all,” he added. “There’s no rationale for it.”

Trump himself likewise warned in his reaction to the verdict that it would have a chilling effect on other businesses, who would now fear having the same level of scrutiny turned on their business practices for political rather than criminal reasons.

“As a result of this decision, businesses are going to leave New York state, taking thousands of jobs with them because they can’t subject themselves to this,” Trump said at a speech Saturday in Michigan, according to the New York Post.

“And if this persecution of political opponents continues nobody will want to do business in the United States of America any longer,” he added.

Part of the reason for the confusion as to how a fine of this magnitude could be applied to someone without victimizing anyone financially has to do with the financial bylaws of the state.

“The New York statute has been on the books for decades and has always been something of an anomaly in not requiring an actual victim or loss to justify disgorgement or fines,” law professor Jonathan Turley explained in a recent Post op-ed.

The backlash from business leaders was severe enough to force New York Gov. Kathy Hochul to attempt some semblance of damage control, explaining in an interview that while New York did reserve the right to wage arbitrary and capricious lawfare attacks on businesses irrespective of any actual crimes committed, it would only do so if it really, really disliked or disagreed with the offending entity.

“I think that this is really an extraordinary, unusual circumstance that the law-abiding and rule-following New Yorkers who are business people have nothing to worry about, because they’re very different than Donald Trump and his behavior,” Hochul insisted, without clarifying what made Trump’s businesses exceptional apart from his political significance.

Regardless, Hochul’s reassurances will likely do nothing to slow the massive exodus from New York to more business- and tax-friendly states.

According to census data from 2022, the state lost over 100,000 people, which was more than any other that year.

O’Leary hasn’t been the only business leader to come unexpectedly to Trump’s defense after several years in which woke ESG practices have turned much of the corporate world against the GOP.

Jamie Dimon, the CEO of JP Morgan Chase spoke in his defense during January’s World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.

“I wish the Democrats would think a little more carefully when they talk about MAGA,” Dimon told CNBC’s Squawk Box, warning that the Left disparaged and dismissed their political opposition as extremists at their own peril.

Trump “was kind of right about NATO, kind of right on immigration,” Dimon explained. “He grew the economy quite well. Trade tax reform worked. He was right about some of China. He wasn’t wrong about some of these critical issues, and that’s why they voted for him.”

The Federal Reserve Enables and Grows Big Government

(Mike Maharrey, Money Metals News Service) The Federal Reserve is the engine that powers one of the biggest, most powerful governments in history.

In this episode of the Money Metals’ Midweek Memo, host Mike Maharrey explains how and why the Fed enables an ever-growing federal government.

Mike opens the podcast using an analogy drawn from the TV show “My 600-Pound Life,” explaining how when somebody is engaged in destructive behavior, there is almost always an enabler.

He goes on to highlight one bad behavior of the U.S. government – borrowing, spending, and driving up a massive national debt, and he explains how the Federal Reserve enables it.

Along the way, Mike explains the three ways governments can obtain funding, puts the national debt and the government’s spending habits into perspective, and explains how Uncle Sam’s rising interest expense makes the situation untenable.

Enter the Federal Reserve.

Fed monetary policy allows the government to borrow and spend far more than it would under normal market conditions. Mike explains the mechanism the central bank uses to enable big government spending, and why this too is ultimately untenable.

Closing out the show, the emphasizes that Federal Reserve monetary policy levies an inflation tax on all of us and wraps up with a call to action to buy gold and/or silver to help protect yourself from this tax.

BREAKING: Death of Satanic Cultist’s Mother Ruled ‘Accidental’

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) The Knoxville Police Department said Wednesday that the high-profile death of a Satanic cultist’s mother was “accidental,” with fatal levels of fentanyl and other pre-existing health conditions contributing to her passing.

KPD’s update on the death of Melanie Spitze comes weeks after footage surfaced online of her son, Kyle Spitze—who was a member of the Satanic cult 764—apparently discovering her body in a hotel room. That video, coincidentally, came weeks after both Kyle and Melanie appeared in a separate viral video of Melanie’s boyfriend shooting Kyle in the ear at point-blank range.

In the video of Kyle apparently discovering his mom’s body, he can be heard saying: “I just woke up and there’s blood everywhere, and mom won’t breathe, and I’m fucking scared. Mom … Mom, please wake up, please … This is so traumatizing.”

The video further shows hair covering Melanie’s face, with blood-soaked sheets on the bed nearby.

Kyle’s Satanic affiliations left some online commentators speculating about the cause of Melanie’s death. In an interview with Headline USA earlier this month, Kyle’s father denied that his son had anything to do with Melanie’s death, explaining that she overdosed on drugs.

This week, KPD corroborated the father’s account of what happened.

“Her death is not believed to be suspicious. There were no signs of external injury or trauma,” KPD communications manager Scott Erland told Headline USA in an email on Monday.

Two days later, Erland added: “The ME [medical examiner] has ruled Melanie Spitze’s cause of death as accidental. Fatal levels of fentanyl and other pre-existing health conditions were noted as contributing factors.”

In the same interview with Headline USA earlier this month, Kyle’s father, Michael Spitze, confirmed that his son was involved in the Satanic cult 764—which targets children and disseminates child porn, and videos depicting animal cruelty, self-harm and other acts of violence to “accelerate chaos in society,” according to the Justice Department.

The father denied that Kyle participated in any of the 764 acts described above.

“Yes, Kyle’s been involved with these idiots online for a number of years. Never has Kyle actually done anything with these idiots. I don’t know why he’d aspire to be like them—maybe because he thinks hacking is the coolest thing in the world,” Michael said.

“But no, my son is not a pedophile. He just may be associated with some fucked up people, but he’s definitely not involved in those activities.”

Presents for Fang-Fang? Swalwell Campaign Spent Thousands on ‘Gifts’ and ‘Gestures’

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) Rep. Eric Swalwell, D-Calif., is known for his illicit relationship with Chinese reported honeypot spy Christine Fang—also known as Fang Fang.

But now Swalwell is under scrutiny for his campaign expenditures, after reporters uncovered records showing that he spent more than $2 million last year on items such as international travel, fine dining, luxury spas, chauffeured cars, childcare and more.

Just the News broke the story on the Swalwell spending spree, reporting Tuesday that he’s spent more than $430,000 on “travel.” Campaign records also show that at least $13,000 was spent overseas, including on trips to the United Kingdom, Germany, Israel and the United Arab Emirates.

Nearly $350,000 of the travel expenses were spent on entities based outside of California, according to Just the News, which explained that the House Ethics Manual allows campaign funds to be used on trips to “attend a campaign or political event, or to engage in other campaign activity.”

Just the News further flagged Swalwell’s $29,800 in payments to Sunny’s Executive Sedan, which bills itself as a “first class chauffeur experience.”

Additionally, Just the News found that Swalwell apparently spent about $320 at the five-star Salamander Resort and Spa in Virginia. In October, he also spent $515 at Lake Austin Spa Resort in Texas.

“Additionally, Swalwell’s campaign spent more than $20,000 on expenses marked as gifts and gestures,” Just the News reported.

Swalwell’s $54,000 in payments for childcare attracted particular attention online. Just the News noted that the childcare costs for Swalwell—who reportedly has three children between the ages of six and two—amounted to roughly 60% of the total spent on childcare by all congressional campaigns in 2023.

Internet sleuths further questioned the patern of Swalwell childcare payments. Records show, for instance, that he paid $5,432 to both himself and a daycare on the same day: Sept. 12, 2023.

Just the News compared Swalwell’s expenses with those of former GOP lawmaker George Santos, who was expelled from Congress last year for misusing campaign funds. Just the News suggested that Swalwell’s expenses are more egregious than Santos’s.

“While expelled Rep. George Santos, R-N.Y., came under fire for his use of campaign money for travel over the course of three years, Santos’ campaign spent more than $136,000 on travel, which is significantly less the $430,000 that Swalwell spent in one year,” the outlet noted.

Wisconsin House Votes Overwhelmingly to End Sales Tax on Sound Money

(Jp Cortez, Sound Money Defense League) The Wisconsin Assembly just voted overwhelmingly to end sales taxes on purchases of gold and silver.

Assembly Bill 29, primarily sponsored by Rep. Shae Sortwell, just passed out of the State Assembly by a bipartisan vote of 86-12. This popular bill is cosponsored by almost two dozen other legislators and enjoys wide support – and would align Wisconsin with the policies of 43 other U.S. states.

AB 29 would exempt “precious metals bullion,” defined as coins, bars, rounds, and sheets that contain at least 35% gold, silver, copper, platinum, or palladium.

Imposing taxes on the exchange of Federal Reserve notes for monetary metals (i.e. gold and silver) has become an unusual and outmoded practice in the United States… only 7 states still engage in it.

Passage of these bills would remove a major disincentive to holding gold and silver — a move that has become especially pertinent at a time when inflation is ripping through the economy and wreaking havoc on family budgets.

Article 1, Section 10 of the U.S. Constitution prescribes that gold and silver are money, and imposing a tax on the exchange of one money for another is inherently illogical.  But there are other strong public policy reasons why so few states still impose sales tax on precious metals purchases:

  • Levying sales taxes on precious metals is inappropriate. Sales taxes are typically levied on final consumer goods. Computers, shirts, and shoes carry sales taxes because the consumer is “consuming” the good. Precious metals are inherently held for resale, not “consumption,” making the application of sales taxes on precious metals inappropriate.
  • Studies have shown that taxing precious metals is an inefficient form of revenue collection. The results of one study involving Michigan show that any sales tax proceeds a state collects on precious metals are likely surpassed by the state revenue lost from conventions, businesses, and economic activity that are driven out of the state.

The harm is exacerbated when you consider that all of Wisconsin’s neighbors (Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois, and Michigan) have already stopped taxing gold and silver. This harms in-state businesses. Tennessee ended this tax in 2022, and Arkansas and Ohio eliminated this tax in 2021.

  • Taxing precious metals is unfair to certain savers and investors. Gold and silver are held as forms of savings and investment. Wisconsin does not tax the purchase of stocks, bonds, ETFs, currencies, and other financial instruments.
  • Taxing precious metals is harmful to citizens attempting to protect their assets. Purchasers of precious metals aren’t fat-cat investors. Most who buy precious metals do so in small increments as a way of saving money. Precious metals investors are purchasing precious metals as a way to preserve their wealth against the damages of inflation. Inflation harms the poorest among us, including pensioners, Wisconsinites on fixed incomes, wage earners, savers, and more.

More than a dozen states have introduced pro-sound money legislation in 2024 so far, including Alaska, Indiana, Iowa, Georgia, Kansas, Kentucky, Missouri, New Hampshire, Nebraska, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Vermont, and West Virginia.

2016 All Over Again? Feds Scapegoat Russia for Biden Bribery Scandal

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Special Prosecutor David Weiss has invoked the alleged existence of Russian interference in the explosive allegations that President Joe Biden accepted a $10 million bribe from a Ukrainian oligarch, possibly setting the stage for a replay of the election dramas in 2016 and 2020.

In court documents filed on Tuesday, Weiss accused Alexander Smirnov, a former FBI confidential human source and the whistleblower behind the bribery claims, of fabricating the accusations. Smirnov now faces federal charges for his alleged false claims and is portrayed as having high-level contacts with Russian intelligence operatives.

“He is actively peddling new lies that could impact U.S. elections after meeting with Russian intelligence officials in November,” federal prosecutors said of Smirnov, urging a judge not to release him. “In light of that fact there is a serious risk he will flee in order to avoid accountability for his actions.”

According to the prosecutors’ submissions, Smirnov purportedly possesses $6 million in cash, “more than enough money for him to live comfortably overseas for the rest of his life.” They also asserted that Russian intelligence was “involved in passing a story” about Hunter Biden, the embattled son of Joe Biden.

The allegations surfaced after Smirnov, via an FD-1023, alleged that Biden received millions of dollars in bribes from a Burisma executive in exchange for political protection. Smirnov now faces an indictment for allegedly fabricating the contents of the informant file.

Having served as an FBI confidential source for several years, Smirnov had his FD-1023 document withheld by FBI Director Christopher Wray last year, citing concerns about the source’s safety. Nevertheless, Smirnov was criminally indicted months later.

These fresh allegations could likely to be weaponized by Democrats, including the beleaguered Biden, entangled in an impeachment inquiry and other scandals affecting his re-election prospects.

Biden has already cited Smirnov’s indictment to implore House Republicans leading the impeachment inquiry into him and his son to cease their efforts.

The term “Russia interference,” well-known among conservatives, has been previously invoked, sometimes baselessly, by Democrats attempting to deflect attention during times of scandal.

Most recently, the Hunter Biden laptop controversy in 2020, revealing Biden’s awareness and likely involvement in his son’s questionable business dealings, was attributed, without evidence, to a Russian disinformation campaign.

These unsubstantiated claims prompted major social media companies to hinder the promotion of the story reported by the New York Post. A Media Research Center poll implied that had some Democrats been aware of the bombshell, they might not have voted for Biden, potentially altering the election outcome.

In 2016, former Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton accused Russia of stealing the election from her. She claimed that her email servers were hacked by Russia, leading to false accusations of collusion between Russia and Trump to influence the election.

Trump Claims Chris Wallace Called to Apologize for Helping Biden in 2020 Debate

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) GREENVILLE, SC—At Tuesday’s town hall event with Fox News host Laura Ingraham in South Carolina, former President Donald Trump said he had “breaking news”: Former Fox News anchor Chris Wallace has apologized to him for assisting Joe Biden in a 2020 campaign debate.

Harkening back the 2020 campaign debates, Trump talked about when he confronted Biden about his son, Hunter Biden, receiving $3.5 million from the wife of Moscow’s former mayor. At the time, Joe Biden denied that accusation, and the debate moderator, Wallace, interrupted Trump several times before steering the debate to another topic.

The video of the incident can be seen here:

Since then, the information about Hunter receiving $3.5 million from Moscow was revealed to be true. Trump said at Tuesday’s town hall that Wallace recently called him to apologize over the situation.

“Remember I asked a question where Chris Wallace was the host, and he defended [Biden]? Chris Wallace was very nice. He called me the other day to apologize. He’d like to get together,” Trump said. “By the way, that’s breaking news.”

While Trump credited Wallace’s apology to him being “nice,” there could be another reason for the former Fox News anchor’s contrition: Since joining CNN, his ratings have plummeted to record low.

Indeed, Who’s Talking to Chris Wallace?, averaged a measly 365,00 viewers in January 2023, the worst ratings-month since it debuted in the spring of 2022.

His ratings haven’t improved much since then. According to, RadarOnline.com, Wallace’s ratings dropped by more than 50% after he criticized TIME for naming Taylor Swift the magazine’s 2023 Person of the Year.

“According to the Nielson data released on Sunday, Wallace only garnered 60,000 viewers aged 25-54 on December 2 compared to the 122,000 viewers he garnered on November 4. That is a 51% drop,” RadarOnline.com reported in December.

In any event, Trump said he’s willing to debate Biden as many times as it takes this year—with or without Wallace helping the sitting President.

“I’ll challenge him right now,” Trump said Tuesday.

“I don’t think he’s going to debate … They give him the questions and it still doesn’t matter.”

Clinton Judge Targets Navarro Despite Self-Described ‘Death Sentence’

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) A Clinton-appointed federal judge has issued a dire warning to Peter Navarro, the former director of the Office of Trade and Manufacturing Policy, for failing to turn over documents to the ill-famed National Archives.

U.S. District Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly threatened to hold Navarro in contempt of court, asserting that it is “clear” he possesses presidential records that “have not been produced to their rightful owner, the United States,” Politico reported Tuesday.

Kollar-Kotelly gave Navarro until March 21 to review logs of missing documents. However, Navarro denounced the order, alleging it is part of a “collusive civil suit to force disclosure” of documents that could have been used in a separate but related context of a Congress indictment.

“The DOJ came after me because I allegedly didn’t produce ‘clearly personal’ records regarding my work on the integrity of the 2020 election,” Navarro said on Twitter. “Now, that same “government” tells me that those emails are Presidential Records and seeks to hold me in contempt for withholding them as personal?”

The court threat comes less than a month after a federal jury convicted Navarro on two counts of contempt of Congress charges stemming from his refusal to turn over documents to the defunct House Jan. 6 Committee. Navarro was sentenced to four months in federal prison, a term he described as a “death sentence” given his age.

“The hypocrisy of the DOJ and National Archives speaks volumes not just of my prosecution but that of President Trump,” Navarro continued.

The National Archives is at the center of a criminal indictment against former President Donald Trump over the retention of documents that Trump claims are his personal records. On the other hand, Special Counsel Jack Smith argued that the documents contain classified information and that Trump does not have the authority to retain such government records.

The National Archives came under fire for seemingly not noticing President Joe Biden’s retention of classified documents. Investigators revealed that Biden held classified documents after the National Archives eyed Trump’s documents.

The National Archives’ newfound interest in protecting classified documents in the Trump case has raised concerns about selective prosecution and the perception of a two-tier justice system.

Biden did not face charges after Special Counsel Robert Hur cited Biden’s age and apparent mental fragility as reasons why a jury would likely side with the president.

Unlike Trump, Biden never had the authority to declassify documents but retained them for several years until the appointment of Hur as special counsel.

Manchin Refuses to Endorse Biden: ‘He’s Gone Too Far to the Left’

(Headline USA) Sen. Joe Manchin, D-W.Va., refused to endorse President Joe Biden this week, arguing the president’s policies were too far to the left for him to support.

Manchin made the comment during an interview with CNN’s Kaitlan Collins, who asked whether he planned to weigh in on the race after he announced this month that he would not be launching his own bid for the presidency.

“I’m not endorsing anybody right now. We’re going to see what all happens,” Manchin said.

“We still got plenty of time here,” he continued. “I’m going to do everything I can to help move them back to the middle and show them where the strength of this country lies, where the voting bloc of the country lies.”

When pressed on what it would mean for Manchin not to support the Democratic Party’s candidate, he argued that his priority was making sure “the center of this country is going to be represented.”

Right now, he argued, the country is experiencing two “extremes” with Biden and former President Donald Trump.

“I’ve had this conversation with [Biden] and with his people that he’s gone too far to the left,” Manchin said.

“They’ve pushed him, and pulled him, and whatever, but that’s not where America is—that’s not where our country is,” he added. “… I still believe there’s enough good Republicans and Democrats that want this centrist type of approach to governing.”

Manchin revealed last week that he would not launch a third-party bid for the White House, shooting down months of speculation that he would challenge Biden. However, he said on Monday that it’s still likely other candidates will join the race.

“You just might have still a third-party run from No Labels,” he said, referring to the nonpartisan organization that was reportedly trying to recruit him to run. “And we’ll just see what opportunities and what type of options you have.”

A day prior to announcing his own decision not to run, Manchin jokingly had suggested that he might ask failed 2012 Republican candidate Mitt Romney to be his running mate.

However, Romney retorted, “Well, that’s really presumptuous. I would be the president. He would be my running mate.”

The Utah senator later clarified that he had no plans to launch another presidential run, nor a vice presidential one.

Manchin’s announcement specifically said he would not be seeking a third-party run and would not be involved in a presidential run.

It remains to be seen whether, semantically speaking, that might leave open a window for him to join the ticket as someone else’s running mate.
