Trump’s Doctor Delivers Major Health Update: ‘An Absolute Miracle’

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Rep. Ronny Jackson, R-Texas, and the Trump campaign have issued a significant update on President Donald Trump’s health following the failed assassination attempt: Trump is doing better than ever.

In a statement to Headline USA, Jackson confirmed that Trump’s wound from being grazed by a bullet is healing as expected. The bullet produced a 2-cm wide wound extending down to the cartilaginous surface of his ear.

“There was initially significant bleeding, followed by marked swelling of the entire upper ear,” Jackson wrote. “The swelling has since resolved, and the wound is beginning to granulate and heal properly.”

Jackson noted that due to the vascular nature of the ear, there is ““still intermittent bleeding requiring a dressing to be in place.” He also mentioned that the wound did not require stitches.

Shortly after the attempt on his life, Trump was treated at Butler Memorial Hospital, near the rally where the shooting occurred.

“They provided a thorough evaluation for additional injuries that included a CT of his head,” Jackson added. “He will have further evaluations, including a comprehensive hearing exam, as needed. He will follow up with his primary care physician, as directed by the doctors that initially evaluated him.”

Concluding, Jackson added, “I am extremely thankful his life was spared. It is an absolute miracle he wasn’t killed.”

Since then, Trump has re-emerged with renewed energy, making a strong case for four more years in the White House at speeches at the Republican National Convention and another rally in Michigan.

The former president has called for nationwide unity and has received the endorsement of former rivals, including former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley and Utah Gov. Spencer Cox.

“I’ll start by making one thing perfectly clear, Donald Trump has my strong endorsement, period. Our country is at a critical moment.,” Haley said in a powerful speech at the Republican National Convention.

Booze and Drugs: Illegals Reportedly Besiege Abandoned Rite Aid Lot

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) A group of crazed and violent individuals in New York City have allegedly overrun a former Rite-Aid building, where drugs, alcohol and apparent “zonked-out junkies” now reign, the New York Post reported on Saturday.

Located in Queens, the premises are now filled with junk, discarded sofas, tables, a foam mattress, shopping carts filled with trash, and other items, including Mexican and Puerto Rican flags.

Some of the individuals at the premises do not speak English, prompting neighbors to suspect they are illegal aliens.

“They’ve since turned the site into a blight, dangling bizarre items from the roof’s edges. Everything from bras and bicycles, to pool noodles and a Power Wheels Jeep adorn the top of the building,” the outlet reported.

A neighbor described the chaotic scene as having a “real Mad Max vibe.” The individual added, “It should be fenced off or something, but the owner doesn’t take any responsibility for it.”

Another neighbor called the building “f–king preposterous,” while another described the situation as “absurd and dangerous.”

The latter source said she had witnessed children playing around the building. “On the weekends, I’ve seen kids playing on that wood pile over there, like it’s a jungle gym. Some of that wood’s got exposed nails, too,” she said.

The newspaper reported witnessing at least eight “boozehounds” loitering around the building, drinking and laughing. At least two passed-out individuals were observed in the group.

When approached for comment, a man brandished a knife, and another attempted to grab a loose table leg. Neither of them spoke English, the outlet reported.

The building housed a Rite Aid until 2019 and another business until September. The premises’ owners sold it for a whopping $11.1 million to investors Frank Tehrani and Perry Maradof.

Thus far, residents have filed 163 complaints to the city’s 311 non-emergency line since Jan. 1—when the building was first besieged.

Texas OLS Surpasses 516,000 Apprehensions of Illegal Immigrants

(Bethany Blankley, The Center Square) – Texas’ border security mission, Operation Lone Star, has surpassed more than 516,000 apprehensions of illegal immigrants since it began in early 2021.

As of Friday, OLS officers have apprehended more than 516,300 illegal foreign nationals and made more than 45,300 criminal arrests, with more than 39,400 felony charges reported.

Texas law enforcement officers statewide have also seized more than 505 million lethal doses of fentanyl, enough to kill the entire populations of the United States and Mexico combined.

“Operation Lone Star continues to fill the dangerous gaps created by the Biden Administration’s refusal to secure the border,” Gov. Greg Abbott said. “Every individual who is apprehended or arrested and every ounce of drugs seized would have otherwise made their way into communities across Texas and the nation due to President Joe Biden’s open border policies.”

On Wednesday night, Abbott urged Americans to secure the border by voting for President Donald Trump in November. Abbott spoke about Texas’ border security efforts at the Republican National Convention, saying, “The president’s most sacred duty is to protect our country,” which President Trump did, he said and “Joe Biden deserted his duty.”

The greatest number of illegal immigrants have entered the U.S. while Biden’s been in office of over 12 million, including two million who evaded capture, known as gotaways, The Center Square first reported.

Under Biden, the number of people who have been apprehended illegally entering the U.S. total more than the populations of 44 individual states and 155 countries.

Last month, more than 205,000 illegally entered the U.S., The Center Square reported, bringing the total number to more than 2.4 million in fiscal 2024 through June, with apprehensions at the northern border setting another record.

“Biden has welcomed into our country rapists, murderers, even terrorists and the price we have paid has been deadly,” Abbott said. “Among the many victims was 12-year-old Jocelyn from Houston, raped and murdered” by two Venezuelans released into the country through a parole program created by Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas.

When the president and “‘border czar” Vice President Kamala Harris “refused to come to Texas to see the border crisis they created, I took the border to them,” Abbott said, by busing illegal border crossers to Washington, D.C. and sanctuary cities nationwide. “Those buses will continue to roll” until the border is secure, he said.

So far, Texas has bused more than 120,000 foreign nationals north who were unlawfully released into Texas by the Biden administration, he argues. Texas has sent the most to New York City, of nearly 46,000, followed by nearly 37,000 to Chicago, more than 19,200 to Denver, more than 12,500 to Washington, D.C., more than 3,400 to Philadelphia, and more than 1,500 to Los Angeles, according to the latest updated data released on Friday.

The Texas Department of Public Safety has also added two fugitives to “Texas’ 10 Most Wanted Criminal Illegal Immigrant List,” two Mexican nationals in the country illegally.

All of the men on the list are Hispanic men wanted for violent crimes. Not soon after the list was announced last month, two repeat offenders were apprehended, The Center Square reported.

The latest two added to the list include 25-year-old Mexican Fabian Martinez Toribio, who has ties to Travis County, in Austin and Pflugerville, DPS said. In April 2018, he was arrested and convicted of Entry Without Inspection and subsequently removed from the U.S. He illegally entered the U.S. again and by October 2023, was arrested again, this time by Manor police officers for Resisting Arrest/Search and possession of a controlled substance. He subsequently bonded out of jail. On Jan. 30, 2024, the Austin Police Department issued a warrant for his arrest for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child. On Feb. 27, 2024, a warrant was issued out of Travis County for his arrest for possession of a controlled substance.

The other is 32-year-old Mexican Octavio Cruz Hernandez with ties to Travis, Hays and Bastrop counties, including the cities of Austin, Kyle, Dripping Springs and Cedar Creek, according to DPS. In September 2019, he was convicted in Travis County of driving while intoxicated with child under 15 years of age. Within one month, he was removed from the U.S. At some point, he illegally reentered the U.S., and was arrested in July 2022, this time by Kyle police officers. He was next charged, tried and convicted of driving while intoxicated. On April 8, 2024, a warrant was issued for his arrest out of Bastrop County for sex abuse of a child continuous: victim under 14.

“Call the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-252-8477 or submit a tip here,” Abbott said. “Working together, we’ll put these dangerous criminals behind bars.”

Historic Church Devastated by Fire

(Headline USA) A fire all but destroyed the historic church sanctuary at First Baptist Dallas, sending smoke billowing over the city but causing no deaths or injuries, Dallas firefighters said.

The fire in the Texas Historic Landmark, a Victorian-style red brick church built in 1890, was reported about 6:30 p.m. Friday, and contained about three hours later, firefighters said.

“We think it may have started in the basement and then gone on to the second floor but until we clear it out and do an investigation we won’t know” the cause, interim Fire Chief Justin Ball told KDFW-TV.

A fire department spokesperson did not immediately return a phone call for comment Saturday morning.

“We are grateful that no one was injured … and are thankful for the first responders who helped contain the fire to our historic sanctuary,” senior Pastor Robert Jeffress said.

“We just had 2,000 children and volunteers on campus for Vacation Bible School earlier in the day.”

Jeffress, a close supporter of Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump, told WFAA-TV that he intends to hold services in a modern worship center next door to the historic sanctuary on Sunday.

Jeffress expressed sadness over the loss of his sanctuary, but gratitude for the preservation of his church.

“I’m grateful that the church is not bricks and mortar or wood. It’s people,” he said, according to Todd Starnes.

“First Baptist Dallas will endure.”

Gloves Off: Biden Fed Up w/ Obama and Pelosi over Election Coup

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) President Joe Biden is reportedly fed up with his pals, former President Barack Obama and former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi over what many are calling a coup d’état within the Democratic Party’s nomination process.

Several people close to Biden told the New York Times on Friday that the embattled president sees Pelosi as “the main instigator” and Obama as “the puppet master behind the scenes” in efforts to remove him from the 2024 race.

Biden’s anger seems to be triggered by a plethora of leaks and stories from anonymous sources suggesting he has considered passing the torch to a successor, likely Kamala Harris, his equally unpopular vice president.

According to the Washington Post, 37 lawmakers have called on Biden to exit the ticket. One of those lawmakers is Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., a close Pelosi ally who many believe got Pelosi’s approval before backstabbing Biden.

Despite these demands, Biden has pledged to remain in the race ahead of the Democratic National Convention.

“I look forward to getting back on the campaign trail next week to continue exposing the threat of Donald Trump’s Project 2025 agenda while making the case for my own record and the vision that I have for America,” Biden wrote following President Donald Trump’s monumental Republican National Convention.

While Obama has not publicly called on Biden to step down, he has also not defended him since the “bloodbath” presidential debate, perhaps aware of his former vice president’s cognitive decline.

As reported by the Times, a source close to Obama admitted that the former president was “startled and shaken by how much Mr. Biden had aged and seemed disoriented” at a multi-million-dollar fundraiser. Viral video showed Biden frozen while cheering the crowd at the fundraiser, prompting Obama to direct Biden to the exit.

While the Times does not specify who its sources were, former Obama aides Jon Favreau and Dan Pfeiffer criticized the White House for scolding them over comments made on Pod Save America—a podcast launched by former “Obama bros.”

Longtime Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee Dies after Fight w/ Cancer

(Ben Sellers, Headline USA) Radical leftist Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee, D-Texas, who had a reputation for being a fierce and formidable adversary to her political opponents but earned the unwavering loyalty of her constituents and allies lost a fight with cancer at the age of 74.

“A fierce champion of the people, she was affectionately and simply known as ‘Congresswoman’ by her constituents in recognition of her near-ubiquitous presence and service to their daily lives for more than 30 years,” said a press release from her family.

“She was known for her frequent visibility at constituent graduations, funerals and baby showers,” noted the Texas Tribune.

Lee lost her bid to become mayor of Houston last year but handily won her primary to reclaim her congressional seat. However, in June she announced her pancreatic cancer diagnosis noting that “the road ahead will not be easy” while claiming that she had “faith that God will strengthen me,” according to CNN.

Jackson Lee first entered the House in the mid-1990s after unseating a four-term congressman in the Democrat primary representing Texas’s 18th congressional district, and she quickly garnered a reputation for her bombastic rhetoric and radical agenda, long before figures like the “Squad” arrived to move party politics leftward.

A New York native, she took pride in her efforts to represent issues important to the black community, including the establishment of the Juneteenth federal holiday. Jackson Lee also took the lead on legislation reauthorizing the Violence Against Women Act.

Lee was the subject of scandal and controversy both within the halls of Congress and without.

According to CNN, she had ties to Enron, which was headquartered in her district, and was scrutinized heavily over its campaign contributions following the company’s failure.

She also resigned from two leadership posts following allegations of a sexual assault among staffers but refused to discuss the specific details publicly.

Jackson Lee was reported throughout her tenure to have one of the highest turnover rates for staff. A 1998 report by the Houston Press noted that “the congresswoman’s abrasive ways not only drove off staff members but irritated Continental Airlines staffers to the point where one suggested she fly on a competitor instead.”

Several other similar incidents have peppered her career.

In 2014, she was voted the “meanest” member of Congress by The Washingtonian magazine, the Houston Chronicle reported.

“I’m a queen and I demand to be treated like a queen!” she reportedly said once, according to the Daily Mail.

After coercing an airline to give her a first-class seat in 2017, leaving another hapless passenger seatless, Lee offered no apology.

“Since this was not any fault of mine, the way the individual continued to act appeared to be, upon reflection, because I was an African American woman, seemingly an easy target along with the African American flight attendant who was very, very nice,” Lee wrote on Facebook.

And last year she was caught on tape berating staff in a lengthy, profanity-laced tirade.

‘Two g*****n big-ass children,” she said. “F**king idiots, serve no g*****n purpose…’

However, there were some moments of levity, as when Jackson Lee—a graduate of Yale University and the University of Virginia Law School—claimed with a straight face that the moon was made of gas while delivering a speech to a group of high-schoolers, whom she was clearly gaslighting.

“You’ve heard the word ‘full moon.’ Sometimes you need to take the opportunity just to come out and see a full moon is that completely rounded circle, which is made up mostly of gases,” she clamed. “And that’s why the question is why or how could we as humans live on the moon? Are the gases such that we could do that?”

Several of her like-minded congressional colleagues shared their grief and sympathies over her loss, including Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y.

“This is a tremendous loss,” he wrote.”Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee fought so hard throughout her life to make our country a better place for all. May her memory be a blessing.”

Rep. Jamie Raskin, D-Md., who struggled recently with his own cancer diagnosis, called her “hard working” in his tribute.

“I have never known a harder-working political leader than Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee, who studied every bill and every amendment with exactitude and then told Texas and America exactly where she stood,” he said.

Zuckerberg Calls Trump ‘Fight’ Pic ‘Most Badass’ after Thwarting His Election

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg hailed President Donald Trump’s resilience after facing a vicious assassination attempt, calling his post-attack “You Fight!” photo “badass.”

“Seeing Donald Trump get up after getting shot in the face and pump his fist in the air with the American flag is one of the most badass things I’ve ever seen in my life,” Zuckerberg said in a Thursday interview with Bloomberg.

“On some level as an American, it’s like hard to not get kind of emotional about that spirit and that fight, and I think that that’s why a lot of people like the guy,” the Meta executive added.

Zuckerberg made these remarks in response to a question about whether he plans to endorse any candidate for the 2024 election.

The Big Tech executive reflected on his infamous involvement in the 2020 election, when he funneled $400 million through non-profits, which in turn issued grants to key districts in a bid to increase voter turnout.

Republican critics accused Zuckerberg attempting to influence the election in favor of Joe Biden, then the Democratic presidential candidate.

In response, 28 states have enacted laws banning or restricting private funding for election administration, according to the Capital Research Center.

Notably, several swing states, including Arizona, Georgia and Wisconsin, have banned the so-called Zuckbucks that were used in the 2020 election.

Zuckerberg suggested that his involvement in the 2020 election was a one-time effort. The election was ultimately certified for Biden.

“I’ve done some stuff personally in the past,” Zuckerberg told Bloomberg, “I’m not planning on doing that this time—and that includes, not endorsing either of the candidates.”

His remarks came just days after Trump issued a warning regarding the use of private funds in elections.

“All I can say is that if I’m elected President, we will pursue Election Fraudsters at levels never seen before, and they will be sent to prison for long periods of time,” Trump wrote on Truth Social, “We already know who you are. DON’T DO IT!  ZUCKERBUCKS, be careful!”

Leftist Subway Employee Refuses to Serve Preacher Who Wore Anti-LGBT T-Shirt

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) A Christian street preacher claimed that a leftist Subway employee in Wisconsin denied him service because he was wearing a T-shirt that declared homosexuality a sin and referenced Romans 1.

Rich Penkoski, who leads the online ministry Warriors for Christ, told The Christian Post that he is considering filing a lawsuit against the company after one of its employees recently refused him service at one of Subway’s locations in Waunakee, Wisc.

The footage of the viral incident showed an employee admitting that she was refusing to serve Penkoski for reasons she described as “a personal matter.”

“We walked in, and I heard the girl with the red hair in that video say, ‘Oh, H*ll no, I’m not serving these guys.’ And there was a customer in front of us, and she said to him, ‘Are you with these gentlemen?’ He looked back at us and goes, ‘I’m not sure these are gentlemen.’ So I took out my phone and I told the pastor sitting next to me; I said, ‘They just refused service to us!'” Penkoski said.

The Subway employee admitted that the preacher’s T-shirt was why she refused to serve him. The video didn’t show what the T-shirt said, but Penkoski told the Post that it said “homo-sex is sin” and listed “Romans 1” beneath it.

Penkoski, who was traveling with other pastors after preaching outside the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee, said that what happened inside the Subway restaurant is a clear example of a double standard when it comes to denying service because the standard is only applied to the people who oppose LGBT ideology.

“[If] somebody walked in and said, ‘Oh, I’m gay or whatever,’ and I said, ‘Nope, I’m not serving you,’ this would be all over the place, and I’d be fired, or I’d be getting sued. But these LGBT people are so emboldened that they think just because they’re either gay or gay allies, they can say and do whatever they want,” he said.

Far-Left, Anti-Trump Show Forced to Add Warning to Assassination Episode

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) The creators of the far-left Amazon Prime TV series The Boys, who have been portraying conservatives, Christians and Donald Trump supporters in a negative light, were forced to add a content warning to the season 4 finale, which premiered on July 18, 2024, after Trump was almost assassinated on July 13, 2024.

“This episode contains scenes of fictional political violence. Any similarities to recent events are completely coincidental and unintentional. Prime Video, Amazon MGM Studios, Sony Pictures Television and the producers of The Boys oppose, in the strongest terms, real-world violence of any kind,” the update at the start of the episode stated, according to the Daily Wire.

The creators shared a similar message on the show’s official Instagram account, saying it “is a fictitious series filmed in 2023, and any scene or plotline similarities to these real-world events are coincidental and unintentional.”

The episode’s original title was “Assassination Run.” After the assassination attempt, the title was changed to “Season Four Finale.”

The latest season of the show included an ongoing storyline about the planned assassination of President-Elect of the United States Robert Singer.

“It’s January 6th, and Congress has certified the election results to officially make Bob Singer President and Victoria Neuman his VP. Meanwhile, The Boys try to protect Singer from assassination, not realizing that the assassin is closer than they think,” the finale’s episode description said.

However, PJ Media said that, despite these minor changes, it is still possible to see how much the writers of the show hate Trump, clearly using the show and Homelander, the evil version of Superman who espouses “Trump’s” rhetoric, to portray the Republican as a fascist dictator.

“It’s clear to see this is a deranged version of President Trump in the heads of the writers; they view him as a complete monster who has to be removed. By showing Homelander, the Trump stand-in character, creating an army and rounding up dissenters, as well as showing a president arrested for ordering the assassination of a rival, it’s clear this show intended to push this hateful vision of Trump on the show’s viewers,” the news source reported.

Illegal Squatting Advocate Was Alleged Spy for Venezuelan Dictator Maduro

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) Federal authorities said that the illegal alien who became famous by encouraging other illegals on TikTok to squat in U.S. homes was a sergeant in Venezuela’s military intelligence unit before he crossed the southern border.

The New York Post reported that Leonel Moreno, who went viral for bragging about all the money he was making in government benefits, was arrested by Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers this March for skipping out on the terms of his probation after entering the country illegally.

The Post’s Homeland Security source said that, after he was arrested, intelligence officers examined Moreno’s history and life in his home country, discovering that he was a sergeant of the Venezuelan general directorate of military intelligence.

On April 23, 2022, 27-year-old Moreno crossed the border illegally into Eagle Pass, Texas, and was released into the country but skipped out on required check-ins with ICE, which resulted in his arrest.

Several Border Patrol agents told the news source that getting information from foreign countries is difficult and, in the case of Venezuela, almost impossible because the government there is unwilling to communicate with American authorities.

“Knowing who these guys are, we have no access to anything International. We really don’t, and it kind of sucks. I wanted to get into the Border Patrol and protect [my country] from terrorists. And it’s like, well, I probably let terrorists in the country,” one border agent said.

Moreno remains in custody at the Geauga County Jail in Ohio and is set to see an immigration judge today. The Post’s sources say he’s been having trouble finding the money to hire an attorney, so the judge presiding over his immigration case has kept delaying his appearance.

Geauga County Sheriff Scott Hildenbrand said Moreno has been laying low in jail.

“I don’t know of any problems that we’ve had with him. He’s in with the rest of the ICE inmates,” he said.
