Ohio Sec. of State Finds 597 Non-Citizens Registered to Vote, 138 Already Voted

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) On Aug. 21, 2024, Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose announced that he had referred evidence of nearly 600 noncitizen voters to Attorney General Dave Yost’s office for possible prosecution, with some of those voters already casting ballots in Ohio.

“I’m duty-bound to make sure people who haven’t yet earned citizenship in this country do not vote in our elections. We’ve so far identified 597 individuals who’ve registered to vote in Ohio despite not being citizens of the United States, as our state constitution requires,” LaRose said in a press release.

Post Millennial reported that he then added that 138 noncitizens had already voted.

“The evidence includes 138 individuals who appear to have cast a ballot in an Ohio election during the time state and federal records show they lacked citizenship status. The law requires me to refer these individuals to the attorney general, and that’s what we’re doing today,” LaRose said.

Earlier this year, LaRose launched an audit of Ohio’s voter registration database, removing 15,995 registrations confirmed inactive or abandoned for at least four consecutive years.

The news source added that LaRose also undertook the “most extensive citizenship verification audit ever conducted by the Ohio Secretary of State’s office,” which included cross-checking with records provided by the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles, the Social Security Administration, the Department of Homeland Security’s federal Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements database, federal jury pool data and other resources.

LaRose’s office said the investigation into voters’ citizenship status remains ongoing, and additional removals may occur before the 2024 election. Under state law, the secretary of state can “investigate the administration of election laws, frauds and irregularities in elections in any county, and report violations of election laws to the attorney general or prosecuting attorney, or both, for prosecution.”

Alabama and Texas were among other states that found noncitizens on their voter rolls.

MIT’s Black Students Acceptance Plummets After Anti-White Affirmative Action Is Abolished

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) The percentage of black students at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology has plummeted after the Supreme Court ended affirmative action.

The Daily Wire reported that MIT said on Aug. 21, 2024, that the incoming freshman class is only 5% black this fall, down from an average of 13% in recent years.

The school added that Hispanic students are also down to 11% from 15%.

Before the elimination of the anti-white and anti-Asian law, about 25% of MIT undergraduates were black, Hispanic, American Indian or Pacific Islander. However, this number has dropped to 16% for the incoming class.

Asian American students are up to 47% from 41%, making up nearly half of the entire class of 2028, which proves once again that affirmative action was only discriminating against these students based on their race. The percentage of white students stayed about the same at 37%.

In 2023, the Supreme Court declared considering race in admissions unconstitutional in a landmark ruling that targeted the racist affirmative action admissions programs at Harvard and the University of North Carolina.

Students for Fair Admissions, the group that sued over affirmative action, pointed to the high test scores of Asian-American and white applicants who were rejected as evidence of racism against white and Asian people.

On Aug. 21, 2024, MIT’s dean of admissions, Stu Schmill, said that the school has expanded its recruitment and financial aid initiative to “further improve access to the Institute for students from all backgrounds.”

“Despite these initiatives, and as we expected, there was still a decline in the proportion of enrolling first-years from historically under-represented racial and ethnic backgrounds,” he said.

Schmill also whined about the rejection of affirmative action in his blog.

“If MIT cannot find a way to continue to draw on the full range of human talent and experience in the future, it may threaten the qualitative strength of the MIT education, both by a relative reduction in the educational benefits of diversity and by making our community less attractive to the best students from all backgrounds,” he wrote.

After affirmative action was abolished, American colleges and universities decided to do anything possible to make loopholes in the current law, such as stopping using standardized test scores in admissions.

Jack Daniels Is the Latest Conservative-Friendly Company to Disavow DEI

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) Jack Daniel’s whiskey maker said it would eliminate its DEI initiatives, responding to pressure from conservatives on social media who announced the war against woke companies by launching multiple boycotts.

The New York Post reported that Brown-Forman Corp. — with a market capitalization of $21.37 billion — is the latest company to scrap its DEI program, following Harley-Davidson, Tractor Supply and John Deere.

Major companies relying heavily on consumers in red states have been caving to boycott pressure from corporate activist Robby Starbuck, who said Jack Daniel’s was next on the list. However, he didn’t get the chance to lead the boycott because the company reversed its policies as soon as the company heard that it was on the list.

“We’re now forcing multi-billion dollar organizations to change their policies without even posting just [because they fear being] the next company that we expose,” Starbuck wrote in one of his posts on social media.

According to a copy of an internal memo, Brown-Forman will stop linking bonuses and pay to DEI progress, end its participation in an annual ranking of companies that support LGBT people and abandon its plans to push for a more diverse group of suppliers.

A 2023 annual report previously revealed that the company tied 10% of executives’ short-term compensation to progress on DEI goals.

The Kentucky-based company was conquered by leftist activists in 2019 when it launched its DEI goals.

“Since then, the world has evolved, our business has changed, and the legal and external landscape has shifted dramatically, particularly within the United States. With these new dynamics at play, we must adjust our work to ensure it continues to drive business results while appropriately recognizing the current environment in which we find ourselves,” company executives told employees in a letter on Aug. 21, 2024.

On Aug. 22, 2024, Brown-Forman shares dipped less than 1%.

Tesla, Home Depot and Walmart have eliminated their DEI leadership goals since consumers threatened them with boycotts.

Target and Bud Light, the other two infamous woke companies, also caved to the boycotts from conservative Americans.

Not So Fast: 17 States Sue Over Biden’s Unprecedented Amnesty Order

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Texas and 16 other states launched a major lawsuit against the Biden-Harris administration’s mass amnesty plan for hundreds of thousands of aliens residing in the U.S.

Led by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton and filed on Friday, the lawsuit accused President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris of exceeding their executive authority by granting green cards to certain illegal immigrants married to American citizens.

Paxton argued that this move undermines the Constitution and aggravates the ongoing illegal immigration crisis.

“Biden’s new parole workaround unilaterally grants the opportunity for citizenship to unvetted aliens whose first act on American soil was to break our laws,” Paxton wrote in a press release. “This violates the Constitution and actively worsens the illegal immigration disaster that is hurting Texas and our country.”

The lawsuit specifically targets Biden’s controversial directive to the Department of Homeland Security to create a pathway to citizenship for illegal aliens married to American citizens before June 17, 2024, and who have resided in the U.S. for 23 years.

This order expands the “parole in place” policy, which allows illegal aliens to remain in the U.S. while seeking permanent residency. Traditionally, illegal aliens seeking immigration benefits are required to leave the U.S. before applying.

Biden’s plan circumvents the Constitution and violates the laws created by Congress to restrict the use of parole authority to a small number of “case-by-case” determinations, Paxton’s office stated.

Paxton warned, “Under Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, the federal government is actively working to turn the United States into a nation without borders and a country without laws. I will not let this happen.”

America First Legal, a conservative public interest group, is serving as co-counsel in the lawsuit, which includes the states of Idaho, Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, North Dakota, Ohio, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee and Wyoming.

“This executive amnesty gives over one million illegals legal status, work permits, and a path to voting citizenship. It is brazenly unlawful, a deadly accelerant to the ruinous border invasion, and we will use every lawful tool to stop it,” America First Legal President Stephen Miller declared.

Filed the lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, the lawsuit names DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas and the heads of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, Immigration and Customs Enforcement and Office Management and Budget as defendants.

Google Colludes w/ California to Wield Control over Local Newsrooms, Incorporate AI

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Remember when the government colluded with Big Tech to censor news detrimental to Democrats ahead of the 2020 election? Well, they’re at it again, this time openly bragging about their latest collusion.

California has announced the first-ever “partnership” with Google and Meta (Facebook’s parent company) to fund local newsrooms and launch a government artificial intelligence program.

With a price tag of $250 million—$175 million from taxpayers and $55 million from Google—this program will provide direct financial support to newsrooms.

The deal emerged as a settlement between Big Tech and the state government after California Democrats threatened to impose fees on platforms that profit from news content.

The multi-million-dollar fund will be managed by the UC Berkeley School of Journalism and disbursed to newsrooms over five years, with annual approvals required.

Critics have warned about the dangers of government and social media giants sponsoring the news.

“This is beyond Orwellian,” said Dan Schneider, the vice president of a free speech department at the Media Research Center (MRC). “With a tiny portion of its annual revenue, Google is going to use every reporter and news outlet to remake society in its own warped image.”

MRC has released several reports accusing Google of interfering in the 2024 election by burying Republican campaign websites while promoting those of Democrats.

The Media Guild of the West echoed Schneider’s concerns, stating, “California’s journalists and news workers oppose this disastrous deal with Google and condemn the news executives who consented to it in our names.”

The union rebuked the newsrooms celebrating what it described as an “opaque deal” involving taxpayer funds and “minimal financial commitments from Google to return the wealth this monopoly has stolen from our newsrooms.”

In contrast, California Gov. Gavin Newsom hailed the deal as a “major breakthrough” to ensure the survival of newsrooms and bolster local journalism.

“The deal not only provides funding to support hundreds of new journalists but helps rebuild a robust and dynamic California press corps for years to come, reinforcing the vital role of journalism in our democracy,” he claimed.

While Newsom lauded the agreement as a lifeline for journalism, it comes amid growing scrutiny of Big Tech’s influence and manipulation of content.

Google and Facebook are currently under investigation by the House Oversight Committee for allegedly censoring searches and content related to an assassination attempt on President Donald Trump

Charlatan Al Sharpton Accuses Ex-‘Best Buddy’ Trump of Being a ‘Lifelong Racist’

(Molly Bruns, Headline USA) Professional race-baiter Al Sharpton accused former President Donald Trump of being a “lifelong racist” in his speech at the Democratic National Convention Thursday, despite previously being friends, according to NPR.

However, the DNC attack raised questions as to why Sharpton chose so frequently to affiliate himself with the GOP presidential nominee if he was aware of Trump harboring hostile views against minorities.

“On one side of this race is Donald Trump, a fellow New Yorker I’ve known for 40 years. Only once—once—in that time did he take a position on racial issues,” Sharpton claimed, despite an abundance of evidence that the National Action Network founder and black activist frequently posed with the former Manhattan real-estate mogul at social functions.

“He spent a small fortune on full-page ads calling for the execution of five innocent young teenagers,” Sharpton continued, referencing the Central Park Five. “It was there that I saw Trump loved to fan racial flames.”

Sharpton ran through a laundry list of outdated, disproven left-wing talking points against Trump–such as the out-of-context claim that he referred to neo-Nazis in Charlottesville as “very fine people” following a 2017 riot over the Virginia city’s effort to illegally remove two statues honoring Confederate generals.

“All Donald Trump has been consistent about is making himself richer and sowing division to get that done,” Sharpton claimed, neglecting to mention that Trump donated his presidential salary.

Meanwhile, the purported civil rights leader has faced several financial scandals himself, including years of tax evasion that left him $4.5 million in debt to the IRS.

As recently as 2015, Sharpton referred to Trump as one of his “buddies,” and even considered endorsing his first presidential campaign.

Sharpton and Trump struck up an acquaintance after running into each other at various social events, including the 1987 book party for Trump’s first memoir, The Art of the Deal.

However, like many high profile celebrities, his opinion changed rapidly after Trump won the presidency.

In 2017, Sharpton published an op-ed coming out against Trump’s alleged immaturity and unfit state to be president.

“No matter the scenario, Trump was always a consummate narcissist and self-promoter,” Sharpton wrote.

“… I wanted to believe that there was hope,” he explained. “… I wanted to believe America was not in the hands of an unyielding demagogue incapable of growth. And I was wrong.”

Trump Calls into Gutfeld’s Show after Getting Cut Off by Brett Baier

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) President Donald Trump’s humor is the gift that keeps on giving.

After his interview with Fox News’s Bret Baier was cut short to make space for Greg Gutfeld’s show on Thursday, Trump stunned viewers by calling Gutfeld’s direct line live on air.

Trump had joined Baier and co-host Martha MacCallum via phone for their special coverage of the DNC’s finale on Thursday night. In it, Trump countered Harris’s speech by touting his policies and 2024 proposals.

The interview lasted around 10 minutes, ending at 11:30 p.m. ET when Baier and MacCallum thanked the president and handed over to Gutfeld! which was about to go live.

Gutfeld, known for his comedic take on politics, opened the show shortly after the 11:30 pm hour, jesting, “That wasn’t my fault, Donald Trump! He’s still talking, by the way.”

Video of Baier cutting the Trump interview went viral on X, angering some conservatives.

This seemingly prompted Gutfeld to make a plea around midnight: “Hey Donald! You have my number, call me.” Turning to his guests, Gutfeld added, “I hope he’s not mad at me.”

Trump, apparently watching live, called Gutfeld about 10 minutes later.

“Mr. President, I’m live now! Say hello to the audience!” Gutfeld said, shortly after a commercial break. Trump was live on air. “Don’t say anything that would get you in trouble.”

A defiant Trump responded, “I don’t mind, at this point what difference does it make. We’re leading in the polls!” He then ripped into Democrats for pushing a pressure campaign to force President Joe Biden out of the race.

Gutfeld, flashing a smile, replied, “Alright, Mr. P, we gotta go!” The audience erupted in applause as Gutfeld bid the president goodbye.

The exchange came after Trump’s pledge to counter Harris’s DNC speech by live-posting on Truth Social and offering interviews—something Harris has consistently refused to do.

DNC Appearance Pushes Kamala’s Rumored Alcoholism to the Forefront

0

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) Rumors proliferated about Vice President Kamala Harris’s reputation for heavy drinking after she appeared to slur her words on Monday while introducing President Joe Biden at the Democratic National Convention, the Gateway Pundit reported.

Harris made comical expressions while referring to him as “our extraordinary president, Joe Biden,” adding that “he’s going to speak in a minutes, and there’s a lot of love in this room for our president.”

Reacting to her bizarre appearance, conservative influencer Alex Muse remarked that Harris had “a long road ahead” as she battles her addiction to alcohol.

Others pointed out that Harris’s love of the bottle has been publicized in the past, despite the media’s latest attempts to cover it up.

The San Francisco Chronicle, for instance, touted Harris’s penchant for wine in a 2020 article, contrasting the Democratic upstart with then-President Donald Trump and Vice President Mike Pence, neither of whom drink alcohol.

Harris’s latest episode follows frequent appearances while serving as vice president where her sobriety has come into question due to her reductive psychobabble.

In March, for instance, she delivered one of her classic word salads while speaking to Wisconsin Democrats ahead of the state’s primary election.

“When we think about the strength of our democracy, you know, I think there’s a duality to the nature of democracy,” Harris told the election workers, noting that democracy is at once strong and weak.

“When it’s intact, oh, it’s so strong, in terms of what it does, to uphold and protect individual rights and freedoms, so strong in it’s nature and it is very fragile, it will only be as strong as our willingness to fight for it.”

Users on X mocked the VP, who appeared to sway during her remarks.

“She’s obviously drunk,” one user wrote at the time.

Even those who seemed to otherwise support Harris have found the possibility of her alcoholism disturbing.

One Twitter user noted that Harris has a “fun alcoholic day drinker at the pool type vibe,” which is a fine thing unless that person is “also calling in air strikes.”

In addition to her alcohol consumption, some have wondered if the half-Jamaican Harris might also have partaken of the devil’s lettuce while on the job.

James O’Keefe Goes Undercover at DNC, Confronts Far-Left ActBlue

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) Independent journalist James O’Keefe confronted representatives of the Democratic fundraising company ActBlue at the Democratic National Convention in Chicago after capturing one of its employees on camera saying that recent scandals with the donation platform were a “disinformation campaign.”

O’Keefe approached Carolyn Schuette, an ActBlue account manager, posing as a typical Democratic voter wanting to donate with the platform and asked about donations from the Federal Election Commission, recording thousands of small-dollar contributions from stolen names or identities.

Schuette commented that the donations were part of a “disinformation campaign” that the O’Keefe Media Group (OMG) has done.

When O’Keefe asked Schuette why “the FEC website had hundreds of donations in the name of a specific person” who had never made the donations, Schuette replied that it’s all “based in, out of, falsities,” adding that the claims are “not based” and suggesting that information about donations on the FEC website is false.

Schuette refused to speak to O’Keefe and avoided answering his questions as soon as he revealed his identity.

She began to flee as he questioned her, at one point shaking her head to deny her name was Carolyn. He ran after her and asked, “Why did you lie and say your name wasn’t Carolyn?”

O’Keefe also confronted other employees about the scandal, wanting to know why the FEC was recording donations from ActBlue.

Security blocked the journalist and accused O’Keefe and OMG of harassment.

“There’s money laundering occurring on the FEC website… and we’re trying to get to the bottom of it,” O’Keefe said.

Post Millennial reported that O’Keefe partnered with a Maryland-based citizen journalist group called Election Watch to search the FEC records earlier this year. They discovered thousands of donations attributed to individual donors in patterns and frequencies that indicated a high potential for fraud.

O’Keefe then went to the homes of the listed donors to ask them if the information about the amount and frequency of their donations was correct. Everybody told him that they did not make the donations.

Even Dems Admit Walz Would Be a Manchurian Candidate

(Molly Bruns, Headline USA) During an Asian American and Pacific Islander meeting at the Democratic National Convention, supporters of vice presidential candidate Tim Walz openly admitted this week that Walz would be “the first Chinese vice president” if he and Democrat nominee Kamala Harris were to win the November election.

Riffing off the 1990s-era claim that Bill Clinton was the “first black president” due to his overall demeanor and perceived support for the black community, a speaker at the breakout session noted Walz’s affinity for the Asian superpower while introducing the Minnesota governor.

“When he broke out in Mandarin with me, my jaw dropped,” said the speaker.

The audience received the comment with laughter.

Walz’s ties to Chinese cCommunist Party run deep. He traveled to China over 30 times, and even honeymooned there after he and his wife married on June 4, the anniversary of the Tiananmen Square Massacre.

An article he published in the 1990s described Chinese communism as “wonderful” because it effectively abolished private property.

“It means that everyone is the same and everyone shares,” Walz said during a lesson from a social-studies class in Nebraska in November 1991.

“The doctor and the construction worker make the same,” he continued. “The Chinese government and the place they work for provide housing and 14 kg or about 30 pounds of rice per month. They get food and housing.”

Critics have similarly argued that the system disincentivizes people from pursuing highly skilled or difficult jobs since there is nothing to be gained from it.

Walz also reportedly gave copies of Mao Zedong’s “Little Red Book” as gifts.

As a high-school teacher, he had a history of encouraging communism among young people.

A former student who traveled with Walz confirmed the candidate’s adoration for the Chinese state.

“He’s a Maoist to the core and should not be underestimated. … People need to have their eyes wide open,” said the student, who identified himself as “Shad.” “The snitch hotline in Minnesota is straight out of CCP. Tim Walz is a very bright guy. None of this by accident.”

The House Oversight Committee recently launched an investigation into Walz’s Chinese connection, including his services at Macau Polytechnic University, a Chinese institution with a “long held devotion to and love for the motherland.”

Walz has also sparked controversy over accusations of stolen valor following reports that he withdrew from the Army National Guard shortly before his unit deployed to Afghanistan.
