Pa. Police Say They Don’t Have Footage of Possible Pre-Rally Trump Shooter Sighting

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) A Butler County judge has dismissed a lawsuit seeking Pennsylvania State Police footage of a young man—possibly Thomas Crooks—walking around with a rifle before the deadly July 13 Trump rally, after the PSP said no such footage exist.

The lawsuit was filed by Butler resident Bradford Price, who said in court filings that he saw a “young man” open-carrying his rifle with a group of people walking behind before the event that day.

Price further said that he talked to a PSP trooper with the young man behind him—meaning that the trooper’s body cam should have captured footage of the person. Price argued in his lawsuit that it is imperative that the recordings are released for public viewing.

“This video footage should fill missing gaps of the incomplete timeline regarding the shooter’s whereabouts before the event if those video recordings conclusively demonstrate that this individual was in fact the AGR rooftop shooter,” he said.

But last week, the PSP said that the footage Price seeks doesn’t exist.

“PSP searched the video library of every PSP trooper that was assigned to the Butler Farm Show on July 13, 2024, during the period of time in Plaintiff/Petitioner’s request. No responseive [body cam or dash cam] footage was located,” the PSP said.

The police added that the trooper who spoke with Price on July 13 was not required to record his interaction.

Following the PSP’s response to Price’s petition, Butler County Judge Kelley Streib tossed his lawsuit on Monday.

Price’s siting of the young man happened around 3:30 p.m., according to his filing.

Video footage from the rally shows Crooks walking around the rally—without a gun—at 4:26 p.m., which was more than 100 minutes before his attack.

A police vehicle camera also captured Crooks walking alongside the road outside the event shortly after 5 p.m.

Law enforcement first identified Crooks as suspicious around 5:10 p.m., which was 61 minutes before his shooting. A sniper took pictures of Crooks four minutes later, and sent them to a group of other local law enforcement snipers at 5:38 p.m.

The shooting happened at 6:11 p.m.

Republican Women Push Back at Mark Cuban’s Insult on Female Trump Voters

(Julianna Frieman, Headline USA) Republican women pushed back at Shark Tank investor Mark Cuban, a top surrogate for the Harris campaign, after he targeted female Trump supporters with a scathing insult.

Days after President Joe Biden called all Trump voters “garbage,” Cuban took to The View on Thursday and suggested that women supporting the former president are weak and unintelligent.

“You never see him around strong, intelligent women,” Cuban said. “Ever. It’s just that simple.”

Cuban claimed Trump’s intimidated by women and “doesn’t like to be challenged by them.”

A slew of female Republican elected officials and conservative political commentators instantly clapped back at Cuban to disprove the Harris campaign’s latest insult.

“This is extremely insulting to the thousands of women who work for President Trump, and the tens of millions of women who are proudly voting for him,” Trump campaign Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt wrote on X.

Leavitt reposted videos condemning Cuban’s attack from Republican Florida Rep. Anna Paulina Luna, Republican South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem, Republican New York Rep. Elise Stefanik, former ESPN host Sage Steele, and others.

“These women are mothers, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders,” Leavitt added. “And yes, we are strong AND intelligent!”

Fox News host Harris Faulkner questioned Cuban on Thursday’s episode of Outnumbered.

“I want to know, are you big enough, are you man enough to apologize and take responsibility for what you said?” Faulkner said.

Fellow Outnumbered co-host and former Trump press secretary Kayleigh McEnany blasted Cuban’s attack as “profoundly offensive,” saying she considers herself and those she worked with to be strong and intelligent women.

Republican Georgia Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene posted a video of herself in athletic clothes doing pull ups. She called Cuban “Rachel Maddow’s doppelgänger” and told him to “hit the gym.”

Former 2016 Trump campaign manager Kellyanne Conway called in on Fox News and said five smart Republican women—with 19 children combined—served proudly alongside President Trump.

Other women for Trump did not hold back, including GOP National Press Secretary Anna Kelly, who slammed Cuban for his offensive remark “MANSPLAINING to millions of women that we must be weak and dumb if we support President Trump.”

Biden Bites Babies During White House Halloween Event

(Maire Clayton, Headline USA) President Joe Biden was seen chomping down on infants during Wednesday night’s White House Halloween event.

The bizarre moment was captured and shared across social media.

In the now-viral clip, Biden could be seen fake biting the leg of a baby dressed up like a chicken as the Jaws theme song played in the background.

Some legacy-media sites tried to downplay the behavior, claiming the 81-year-old Biden was “playfully biting.”

The mother of the baby appeared to not have an issue with the odd encounter, as she laughed with Biden after the incident.

However, Biden’s strange behavior continued throughout the event as he was seen repeatedly putting the foot of a different child in his mouth.

One X user posted four different times Biden came dangerously too close to children during the event.

Video also surfaced of a young girl who seemingly tried to get away from Biden as quickly as possible.

The episode was lampooned in at least two different articles by the Babylon Bee, a conservative-leaning parody site, which posted a headline “D.C. Parents Warn Trick-Or-Treaters To Avoid Big House Where Creepy Old Man Lives,” mocking the actions of the current president.

Another claimed that Biden had been “fitted with a muzzle” to prevent anymore biting incidents, calling to mind an earlier scandal in the Biden White House, in which the president was accused of callously allowing his dogs to bite Secret Service agents.

Adding to the oddness of the Halloween outing, First Lady Jill Biden dressed as a giant panda and handed out copies of 10 Spooky Pumpkins to the attendees, according to the Associated Press.

Meanwhile, conservative pundit and social-media influencer Nick Sortor noted the contrast between Biden and predecessor, former President Donald Trump, who now appears poised to reclaim the presidency, pending the results of next Tuesday’s election.

“President Trump is mingling with garbage men at his rally in Wisconsin,” Sortor wrote. “Meanwhile, Joe Biden is literally BITING BABIES at the White House Halloween Party.”

Trump’s campaign stunt came in response to Biden having recently derided the Republican nominee’s supporters as “garbage” in a video chat with a Latino activist group.

The gaffe sparked Trump to dress up in a sanitation vest and ride around in a garbage truck with a giant Trump campaign sign Wednesday in Wisconsin.

“How do you like my garbage truck?” Trump asked reporters. “This truck is in honor of Kamala and Joe Biden.”

Kim Kardashian Allegedly Nukes Son’s YouTube over Videos Criticizing Kamala Harris

(Julianna Frieman, Headline USA) Celebrity icon Kim Kardashian allegedly took down her son’s YouTube channel Wednesday after he posted videos criticizing Democrat presidential nominee Kamala Harris.

Saint West, the 8-year-old son of Kardashian and ex-husband Kanye West, reportedly published two uncomplimentary video memes about Harris to YouTube Shorts on Tuesday, according to the Daily Beast.

Social media users screen-recorded the videos demeaning the vice president. One video showed a cartoon man turning his shoe around to show he stepped in … Vice President Kamala Harris. The meme was clearly intended to liken whatever the man accidentally stepped in as excrement.

The other video posted by Kardashian’s son displayed a photo of Harris as four young people appeared saying the words “dumb,” “stupid,” “crazy” and “dangerous.”

Saint West invited his mother’s followers to check out his channel after its creation in September. Kardashian made her son sign a contract about posting videos on his channel, which said that any content unapproved by Kardashian may result in the channel’s termination, the outlet noted.

“I must show my mom or guardian all videos before I post them,” said the contract, shared by Kardashian.

“I give permission to any grown up if mom says to delete my video for any reason,” it continued. “If I don’t listen to all of the rules, mom could make my page private or delete my accounts.”

Saint’s parents have opposing political views, the Daily Beast noted. Kardashian is a dedicated Democrat, having endorsed 2016 Democrat presidential nominee Hillary Clinton and tweeted her support of President Joe Biden after the 2020 election.

On the other side of the political aisle is West, a vocal supporter of 2024 Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump.

Despite her opposition to Trump, Kardashian met with him during her first term and even delivered a speech alongside him while lobbying for presidential pardons on behalf of several ex-prisoners she felt were wrongly convicted.

Derek Chauvin’s Alleged Stabber Files Prison Grievance over Lack of Legal Resources

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) The inmate who allegedly stabbed former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin 22 times in a prison law library is apparently having a difficult time preparing his defense.

In a new court filing, alleged Chauvin stabber John Turscak revealed that he’s filed grievances against his prison for not having access to legal resources while he sits in solitary confinement. Turscak, a former Mexian mafia member and FBI informant, seeks a 90-day extension for the deadline to file motions in his case.

“Mr. Turscak has not been able to conduct any type of research, nor receive correct case law to study in his assigned segregation cell,” he said last Friday in a filing that was just entered on the docket Wednesday.

Turscak also said he’s recently been granted paralegal services to assist in preparing his defense. However, “As of to date, he has yet to speak/visit with his newly appointed paralegal,” he said.

Turscak also attached his prison grievances to his motion of extension, including one from August, where he informs prison officials that he’s going to inform the court about his lack of legal resources.

He said his lack of access to law books, case law and a court-ordered computer “leaves me with absolutely no other option but to notify the Government and the Trial Court that I am going to need another continuance, and I don’t think they are going to be too please (sic) with what I have to report back to them.”

Tursack allegedly stabbed Chauvin at the Federal Correctional Institution, Tucson, a medium-security prison that has been plagued by security lapses and staffing shortages.

According to a 2001 article from the Los Angeles Times, Tursack is a former FBI informant who admitted to committing numerous crimes while working as an undercover FBI informant. Some have speculated that he stabbed Chauvin—the former Minneapolis police officer who was convicted of murder after George Floyd died of an overdose in his custody—on behalf of the feds.

Such speculation isn’t a right-wing conspiracy theory. The Antifa-friendly outlet Unicorn Riot interviewed a former Minneapolis police officer who believes that Turscak was working for the feds.

The former police officer, Sarah Saarela—who also reportedly worked as a correctional officer at Minnesota’s only women’s prison in the 1990s—told Unicorn Riot that it first struck her as odd when Chauvin was sent to prison in Tuscon.“It’s one of the more dangerous ones. And it being only medium security makes it even less safe,” she said.

Saarela further said it’s weird that “the COs looked away just long enough for Turscak to stab Chauvin 22 times in that law library … the prison in Tucson is not very big.”

“I think he was a paid mole,” she said. “And he was paid with federal money to commit his crimes, including the attempt on Chauvin’s life, I believe. But the question is why.”

MURDOCK: Kamala’s ‘Nazi’ Cries Tap into 60-Year Tradition of Hyperbolic Fearmongering

(Deroy Murdock, Headline USA) Top Democrats and Trumpophobes scream that President Donald J. Trump is Adolf Hitler’s fascist twin.

Translation: Trump is a Republican.

John Kelly, Trump’s disgruntled former chief of staff, said last week that Trump matches “the general definition of fascist” and “certainly prefers the dictator approach to government.”

Relying, as usual, on anonymous sources, The Atlantic’s fabulist-in-chief, Jeffrey Goldberg, “reported” that Trump said in the White House, “I need the kind of generals that Hitler had.”

Trump spokesman Alex Pfeiffer replied: “President Trump never said this.”

Regardless, Vice President Kamala Harris predicted on CNN that, if re-elected, Trump would be “a president who admires dictators and is a fascist.”

Referring to Trump’s appearance in Manhattan on Sunday, Hillary Clinton told CNN that “Trump is actually re-enacting the Madison Square Garden rally in 1939.”

The pro-Nazi German American Bund staged an infamous Hitler lovefest at the old MSG, complete with swastika arm bands and stiff-armed salutes.

Just like Hitler, the absurd and repugnant charge that Trump resembles the bloodthirsty, Jew-hating, tyrannical warmonger fails on two fronts:

First, Trump’s top presidential aides included his orthodox-Jewish daughter and son-in-law, Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner. Trump welcomed his Jewish grandchildren and celebrated Hanukkah at the White House. He moved the U.S. Embassy in Israel from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem.

Trump’s staunchly pro-Israel policies culminated in the Abraham Accords. These four peace deals between Israel and Bahrain, the United Arab Emirates, Sudan, and Morocco strengthened—not weakened—the Jewish state.

Trump rejected the censorship that Kamala Harris and Democrats crave. He threw no opponents behind barbed wire, invaded zero countries, and launched no wars.

Trump’s first-term record would make Adolf Hitler vomit.

Second, “Trump = Hitler” is an exhausted cliché. As Halsten Willis detailed in Wednesday’s Washington Examiner, Democrats have been equating Republicans with Nazis for at least 60 years.

  • Then-Governor Pat Brown Sr., D-Calif., decried the 1964 GOP Convention acceptance speech by Sen. Barry Goldwater, R-Ariz. Brown said it “had the stench of fascism. All we needed to hear was ‘Heil Hitler.’”
  • Four years later, Democrat nominee and Vice President Hubert Humphrey said: “If the British had not fought in 1940, Hitler would have been in London, and if Democrats do not fight in 1968, Nixon will be in the White House.”
  • After Republican President Gerald R. Ford pardoned Nixon post-Watergate, the American Civil Liberties Union declared, “If Ford’s principle had been the rule in Nuremberg, the Nazi leaders would have been let off, and only the people, who carried out their schemes, would have been tried.”
White House Hanukkah reception

  • Rep. William Clay, D-Mo., claimed that President Ronald Reagan hoped to “replace the Bill of Rights with fascist precepts lifted verbatim from Mein Kampf,” Hitler’s notorious manifesto.
  • Democrat über-donor George Soros, who actively worked with the Nazis to identify Hungarian Jews, said that Republican President George W. Bush embraced the “supremacist ideology of Nazi Germany.”
  • NAACP Chairman Julian Bond said in 2006: “The Republican Party would have the American flag and the swastika flying side by side.”
  • Wisconsin’s former Republican governor “Scott Walker is a fascist,” Libcom.org announced in 2011.
  • South Carolina Democrat Party boss Dick Harpootlian said in 2012 that the Palmetto State’s Republican then-Gov. Nikki Haley “was down in the bunker, a la Eva Braun,” Hitler’s girlfriend and (for a few hours before their April 1945 murder–suicide) wife.
  • California Democrat party chief John Burton said that a 2012 speech by 2% milquetoast Rep. Paul Ryan, R-Wisc., reminded him that “Joseph Goebbels’ concept was the big lie.” Nazi Minister of Propaganda and Public Enlightenment Dr. Paul Joseph Goebbels was arguably Hitler’s closest and most loyal confidante.
  • President Joe Biden slammed Republican Sens. Ted Cruz of Texas and Josh Hawley of Missouri for questioning the fairness of Pennsylvania’s 2020 elections. Such insolence, Biden said, recalled “Goebbels and the great lie.”

Lesson: Regarding any similarity to Adolf Hitler, Donald J. Trump is nothing special. If every Republican is Hitler, then no Republican is Hitler.

Michigan Will Still Count Vote Illegally Cast by Chinese Citizen

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson announced Wednesday that charges have been filed against a Chinese citizen, who had been attending college in the state, for allegedly illegally registering to vote and casting a ballot in the 2024 election.

According to Benson’s office, a Chinese student allegedly voted at an Ann Arbor early voting site on Sunday. After receiving a report about the illegal vote, Washtenaw County Prosecutor’s Office authorized criminal charges, Benson said.

But according to sources for the Detroit News, the Chinese student’s illegal ballot will be counted anyways.

“The student’s ballot is expected to count in the upcoming election — although it was illegally cast — because there is no way for election officials to retrieve it once it’s been put through a tabulator, according to two sources familiar with Michigan election laws,” the newspaper reported.

“The setup is meant to prevent ballots from being tracked back to an individual voter.”

Benson didn’t mention the fact that the student’s ballot will still be counted. Instead, she touted the arrest as a win for election integrity.

“Only U.S. citizens can register and vote in our elections. It is illegal to lie on any registration forms or voting applications about one’s citizenship status. Doing so is a felony,” Benson said in her announcement.

“We are grateful for the swift action of the clerk in this case, who took the appropriate steps and referred the case to law enforcement. We are also grateful to law enforcement for swiftly and thoroughly investigating this case. Anyone who attempts to vote illegally faces significant consequences, including but not limited to arrest and prosecution.

Benson, who is a Democrat, then downplayed the issue of voter fraud.

“Noncitizen voting is an extremely isolated and rare event,” she said.

“Investigations in multiple states and nationwide have found no evidence of large numbers of noncitizens registering to vote. Even less common is a noncitizen actually casting a ballot.”

Ron Paul Interviews Sound Money Expert Jp Cortez on the Root Causes of Inflation

(Money Metals News Service) In a recent interview, Dr. Ron Paul and Jp Cortez, executive director of the Sound Money Defense League explored the historical context of the U.S. dollar, particularly the tragic shift away from the gold standard during former President Richard Nixon’s administration, and the resulting inflationary pressures that have followed.

Paul and Cortez advocated for gold as a stable asset and emphasized the need for a private monetary system grounded in physical assets. This approach would help shield the U.S. economy from the detrimental effects of government money printing, runaway spending and currency debasement.

The two monetary experts also discussed the growing distrust in fiat currency, noting how BRICS nations and various U.S. states were adopting measures to hedge against dollar depreciation by turning to gold and other tangible assets.

A central theme of the discussion was the need to better educate the public regarding the intricate relationship between inflation and government policies.

Cortez framed inflation not only as an economic challenge but also as a moral issue stemming from irresponsible monetary practices.

He highlighted his group’s commitment to empowering individuals through education and advocacy, equipping them with the tools to promote sound money policies within their states.

As the national public-policy project of Money Metals, the Sound Money Defense League seeks to remonetize gold and silver, primarily by removing taxation around the sale, use and purchase of the assets.

With the support of Money Metals and its massive customer base, the league is able to generate high-impact grassroots support during key moments and crucial votes.

The conversation concluded with a call to action for viewers, encouraging them to engage in legislative advocacy and support sound money initiatives, reinforcing the Money Metals’ overarching mission to restore financial integrity and protect citizens’ wealth from the erosive effects of inflation.

Outline of Topics Discussed:

  1. Historical Context of the U.S. Dollar

Paul and Cortez explore the shift away from the gold standard under Nixon and how this move initiated a trajectory of inflation that has impacted the economy over the decades.

  1. Value of Gold as a Stable Asset

The conversation highlights the importance of gold as a reliable store of value, advocating for a private monetary system backed by physical assets to protect against government-induced devaluation.

  1. Distrust in Fiat Currency

They discuss the growing skepticism surrounding fiat currencies, particularly in the context of international trends, including BRICS nations and U.S. states seeking alternatives to the dollar through gold initiatives.

  1. Educational Initiatives on Inflation

A significant emphasis is placed on the need for public education about the relationship between inflation and government policies, framing inflation as a moral issue related to fiscal irresponsibility.

  1. Call to Action for Legislative Advocacy

Cortez encourages viewers to actively engage in legislative efforts to promote sound money policies, underscoring the importance of grassroots advocacy in restoring financial integrity.

Trump Takes Aim At Biden, Harris from Trash Truck Over ‘Garbage’ Attack

(Julianna Frieman, Headline USA) Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump gave his promise to clean house in Washington, D.C. new life Wednesday as he took aim at the Biden-Harris administration from a trash truck in Wisconsin.

President Joe Biden called Trump supporters “garbage” on Tuesday during a Zoom call with Voto Latino when asked to weigh in on comedian Tony Hinchcliffe’s joke referring to Puerto Rico as a “floating island of garbage” at Trump’s Madison Square Garden rally on Sunday.

Trump wasted no time campaigning on Biden’s attack, donning a bright orange sanitation worker’s vest and stepping in a white Trump-branded trash truck as soon as he touched down in Green Bay.

“How do you like my garbage truck? This truck is in honor of Kamala and Joe Biden,” Trump told reporters from the window of the garbage truck during an impromptu press conference.

Trump wore his orange vest the entire time he was on stage at his rally.

The Republican nominee said he was asked 30 minutes before landing if he wanted to get behind the wheel of the garbage truck.

“One of my people came in and said, ‘Sir, the word garbage is the hottest thing right now,’” Trump told an amused crowd of supporters.

Trump joked that he finally decided to wear the trash collector uniform after his initial hesitancy because someone told him it made him appear thinner than his staple blue suit jacket.

The Republican nominee did not go without thanking sanitation workers for their hard work keeping America clean.

Biden’s remarks were instantly compared to the failed 2016 Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s infamous “basket of deplorables” comment.

Trump first got the scoop on Biden’s filthy characterization of half the country on stage Tuesday at a rally in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

He later took to social media to lift the lid on Biden and Democrat nominee Kamala Harris’s distain for Trump supporters.

“You can’t lead America if you don’t love the American People,” Trump wrote in posts on X and Truth Social.

“Kamala Harris and Joe Biden have shown that they are both unfit to be President of the United States,” he said

Researchers Continue to Find New Uses for Silver That Seem Like Science Fiction

(Mike Maharrey, Money Metals News Service) Silver used in the industrial and technology sectors accounts for more than half of the demand, and the uses for silver continue to expand.

Some of these innovations sound like they come straight out of a science fiction movie.

According to the Silver Institute, industrial demand is expected to rise by 4 percent to a record 690 million ounces in 2024. Photovoltaics (PV) and automotive industries are the key drivers. Specifically, new, higher-efficiency N-type solar cells being phased in require more silver than older solar panel technology.

While the solar sector is the fastest-growing silver consumer, researchers continue to find new uses for the metal.

The Silver Institute highlighted some of the advancements using silver in the latest edition of Silver News.

  • Silver nanoparticles can apparently kill biting midges without the use of harsh pesticides. Biting midges are tiny flying insects that spread deadly diseases among livestock. Eradication of these pests usually requires draining wetlands that are vital to the ecosystem or using toxic insecticides that detrimentally affect the environment. There may be a better solution. Researchers at Kansas State University, the University of Arkansas, and the U.S. Department of Agriculture have found that 250 milligrams per liter of silver nanoparticles in water can destroy about 90 percent of midge larvae.
  • Silver, apples, and copper could curtail oil pipeline corrosion. Sulfur found in inorganic compounds in oil causes corrosion. Researchers at the Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University (Kaliningrad) are synthesizing silver and copper microparticles that adhere to sulfur atoms, essentially taking sulfur out of the picture. Pectin, a soluble fiber found in fruits and most abundant in apples, stabilizes the copper-silver compound.
  • Bandages that use electricity to speed up healing are not new, but energizing these bandages is difficult. A team of U.S. and Korean researchers may have the solution. They took an off-the-shelf bandage and added two electrodes to one side and a thin inactive battery on the other. The battery contained a magnesium anode and a silver chloride cathode separated by a layer of cellulose impregnated with sodium chloride (salt crystals). When a drop of water was applied to the cellulose layer, it produced about 1.5 volts at a very low current so that the patient’s tissue would not be harmed.
  • A cell phone that fixes itself? This sounds like science fiction, but it could become a reality. Some ‘self-healing’ materials, such as certain concretes, polymers, and ceramics, can fix small cracks or dents with the application of light, heat, or chemicals. Now, Chinese scientists have observed self-healing in nanoscale silver without any outside intervention. Their studies on nanoscale silver seen under electron microscopes have shown that the metal can repair tiny damage, such as nanocracks and nanopores, with no external involvement. Even more remarkable is that this occurs not only at room temperature but in extremely low temperatures down to -100 degrees Celsius.
  • Although silver nanowires have many medical uses, some researchers have found that gold nanowires may work better for connecting nerve cells directly with medical devices. However, it is difficult to produce such thin gold nanowires. Researchers have found that by using more easily produced silver nanowires as support, they can not only form the gold nanowires but combine them with silicone, making the wires more flexible and stronger.
