Sorority Boots 2 Female Members for Criticizing Trans Admission

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Two members of the Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority faced expulsion after expressing their opposition to the inclusion of a transgender individual at the University of Wyoming, the Independent Women’s Forum decried on Nov. 9.

Patsy Levang, the Kappa Kappa Gamma National Foundation President, and Cheryl Tuck-Smith, a longstanding active member, found themselves ousted from the sorority despite over 50 years of association, following their support of a lawsuit against the admission of a transgender individual.

Their opposition primarily centered around Artemis Langford’s admission, a 6’2” and 260-pound individual who claims to be a woman. Langford’s inclusion relied on the sorority’s policy of self-identification, the Post Millennial reported.

“I was hurt when I was terminated as a member of KKG, but also disturbed that KKG has become a political tool rather than an organization that promotes women,” Tuck-Smith said in a statement.

“My dismissal simply spurs me on to educate others about the dangers of DEI, which in reality does not support diversity, equity and inclusion,” she added.

Levang echoed these sentiments, stating firmly, “I will not be quiet about the truth.”

When questioned about the expulsion, Kappa Kappa Gamma declined to provide details, citing internal procedures, but referenced a federal ruling affirming the organization’s right to sets its membership rule.

The Independent Women Forum, representing the local sorority’s lawsuit against the national rule, condemned Kappa Kappa Gamma’s actions.

“Kappa claims to value honesty and to embrace differences. But once it heard honesty it did not like, Kappa shattered every sorority and American value to silence these alumnae,” said Senior Fellow at Independent Women’s Law Center, May Mailman.

“Instead of punishing dedicated and caring sisters, Kappa leadership should revoke their own memberships, as they are the only ones in violation of Kappa’s bylaws,” Mailman added.

LGBT Groups Infiltrate Schools Across Country

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) All across the United States, Genders & Sexualities Alliance [GSA] clubs started to pop up in schools to further indoctrinate minors with LGBT propaganda.

The investigation that was exclusively revealed to the Daily Caller showed the extent to which these clubs infiltrated various schools under names like “Queer Straight Alliance,” “Rainbow Club” and “Affinity Group.”

Parents Defending Education [PDE] also revealed that the GSA network helps “Trans and queer youth of color use their collective voice and power to change the narrative.”

PDE said that some GSA clubs that were often billed as student-run groups have had educators involved in the group’s political activism.

Among the states where the infiltration was successful were California, Florida and Kentucky, the investigation said.

“These clubs definitely range from an after-school social club all the way to these indoctrination camps seeding this anti-racist woke ideology and using the kids as activists,” Ryhen Staley, a researcher at PDE, said.

He also added that a lot of people think that these clubs are not dangerous, which is not true.

“That’s what people think when they think of these GSA clubs. That it’s just a place where a kid that might be trans goes and they hang out and they chat. And by the way that could be true. But these other clubs, they go beyond that,” he said.

It was also revealed that some of these clubs provided information on pronoun use, while others coordinated with school officials to protest Florida’s “Parental Rights in Education” law.

One of the clubs that is located in St. Paul, Minn., advocated for its school to mandate that teachers put stickers on assigned “Safe Spaces” and that they hold a Day of Silence to “protest the silence created by heterosexism and anti-LGBTQ bias in our society.”

In its investigation, PDE noted that the GSA Network receives donations from the Transgender Law Center, Novo Foundation, and Ford Foundation.

“It is deeply concerning when adults leverage their position of authority over elementary and middle school students to advance social justice activism. After-school clubs and programs should be focused on academic and social enrichment, not having the students evaluate how racist or transphobic their school is,” Staley said.

PDA encouraged both parents and students to submit tips on other GSA alliances at schools across the country.

Harvard Group Combats ‘Misinformation’ by Promoting Hamas Propaganda

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) The anti-Semitic group at Harvard University started working on combating media “misinformation” when it comes to the war between Israel and Palestine by promoting Hamas propaganda.

Last week, the Palestine Solidarity Committee criticized American news sources for pushing “misinformation” on the “violence in Gaza,” while urging its followers to instead get their news from Gazan “journalists,” who are “working on the ground to convey the reality of being Palestinian in Gaza right now.”

However, it was revealed that these “journalists” have been sharing false and misleading claims on the war, some of which came from Hamas itself. Nearly all of the suggested news sources from the group parroted the now-debunked Hamas claim that Israel bombed the Al-Ahli Baptist Hospital in Gaza, killing hundreds of innocent civilians in the process.

The group also endorsed a news source that previously used years-old photos from Syria to blame Israel for using white phosphorus in its retaliatory attacks on Hamas.

On Oct. 18, 2023, the group organized a “die-in” protest that saw attendees shove and accost a first-year Israeli student at Harvard Business School who filmed the demonstration.

Harvard University graduate student Elom Tettey-Tamaklo, one of the attackers, was removed from his role as a freshman proctor after the footage of the incident was released.

In its list of “unbiased” journalists, the committee included anti-Semite Mohammed El-Kurd, who serves as the “Palestine correspondent” for the Nation. El-Kurd has praised Palestinian terrorists as “martyrs,” while calling Israelis “rabid dogs” and “sadistic barbaric neo-Nazi pigs that claim to be indigenous to our land.” He also argued that “Zionism is genocide.”

“What else would you do if there is an occupying power in your backyard beating the sh** out of your family? Of course, you’re gonna throw stones,” El-Kurd said, according to audio of the event reviewed by the Free Beacon.

Trump Co-Defendant’s Attorney Admits to Leak of Ellis, Powell Depositions

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) An attorney representing Misty Hampton, a former election supervisor, confessed to leaking private videos featuring testimonies from key individuals, including former Trump campaign attorney Jenna Ellis.

Attorney Jonathan Miller admitted during a Wednesday emergency hearing at the court overseeing the Fulton County case against Donald Trump that he was responsible for unleashing the confidential videos of testimonies to the media.

This revelation followed the emergence of footage featuring Jenna Ellis, where she was seen candidly expressing her views against her former boss. Notably, both Ellis and Trump stand charged in this case initiated by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis.

“In being transparent with the court and to make sure that nobody else gets blamed for what happened — and so that I can go to sleep well tonight — judge, I did release those videos to one outlet,” Miller said, according to the New York Post.

The unauthorized dissemination of these videos prompted local prosecutors to urgently request an emergency hearing seeking an order to prevent any further releases of confidential testimonial footage.

Reports from the NY Post unveiled that videos containing sworn testimony from lawyers Kenneth Chesebro, Sidney Powell and bail bondsman Scott Hall had surfaced online.

However, Ellis’ footage grabbed the most attention as it revealed her claim that the White House had allegedly indicated Trump’s unwillingness to exit the White House following the 2020 presidential election.

In another leaked video, Powell was captured declared that she “still believes ‘machine fraud’ tainted the 2020 presidential election.”

The four defendants were obligated to provide testimony against Trump as part of their plea deals, the NY Post reported.

The case centers around the claims that Trump and his team engaged in illegal efforts to overturn the presidential election results specifically within Fulton County.

Trump has long maintained his innocence, accusing Willis for attempting to sabotage his 2024 presidential election.

Wray Alarmed by Biden’s Open Border ‘Gotaways’ in Troubling Admission

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) FBI Director Christopher Wray expressed apprehension over the substantial number of illegal aliens flooding the U.S. without detection, calling the border crossings of individuals with potential ties to terror groups a matter of “great concern.”

Wray’s admission surfaced during a hearing held by the House Homeland Security Committee, focusing on “worldwide threats,” Fox News reported on Wednesday.

The committee, led by Homeland Security Committee Chairman Mark Green, R-Tenn., addressed the staggering count of over 600,000 individuals who evaded immigration apprehensions in fiscal year 2023 alone.

During the hearing, Green inquired about potential security risks among these “gotaways,” specifically probing the FBI’s ability to capture terrorist-linked individuals. According to the committee, nearly 1.8 million “known” individuals have avoided detention when crossing the border.

“Can the FBI guarantee American people that known or suspected terrorists, including any from Hamas or other terror groups, are not amongst those gotaways?” Green asked.

Responding to the query, Wray highlighted the FBI’s alleged proactive measures. “Well, certainly the group of people that you’re talking about are source of great concern for us. That’s why we’re aggressively using all 56 of our joint terrorism task forces,” Wray claimed.

Wray further added, “Any time you have a group of people in the United States that we don’t know nearly enough about, that is a source of concern for us from a perspective in our lane of protecting Americans.”

Wray’s statements followed recent attempts by some Republican lawmakers to impeach DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, who also testified during the hearing, over his management of the border situation

Despite efforts to initiate impeachment led by Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., the measure failed as eight Republicans sided with Democrats to dismiss the motion.

Last month, Wray drew attention by highlighting the federal government’s apprehensions regarding a potential terror act linked to Hamas within the U.S.

“In this heightened environment, there’s no question we’re seeing an increase in reported threats, and we’ve got to be on the lookout, especially for lone actors who may take inspiration from recent events to commit violence of their own,” he said during a speech at the International Association of Chiefs of Police Conference on Oct. 14.

Federal Court Strikes Down Pa. Town’s Ban on Pro-Police Flags

(Headline USA) A federal court struck down this week a Pennsylvania township’s ban on the display of flags featuring a thin blue line—a symbol meant to demonstrate support for law enforcement.

The Springfield Township, just outside of Philadelphia, banned the popular flags in 2021, claiming they created “discontent and distrust” in the community.

Several township commissioners alleged the flag was incompatible with the Black Lives Matter movement and issued a cease-and-desist letter to the local police union after the union voted to make the thin blue line a part of its official logo.

The symbol “unnecessarily exacerbates the ongoing conflict between police officers and the communities they serve,” the letter claimed, demanding that the union to stop using the flag or remove Springfield Township from its name.

After the union refused, the township passed a policy formally banning all township employees, agents or consultants from displaying the flag while on duty or representing the township.

This week, U.S. District Judge Karen Marston struck down the ban as a violation of public employees’ free speech rights.

“The Township repeatedly suggests that the ‘Thin Blue Line’ American Flag is of limited, if any, public value or concern because it is ‘offensive’ and ‘racist,’” Marston wrote in the court opinion.

“But as this Court previously told the Township, ‘the First Amendment protects speech even when it is considered ‘offensive,'” she added, and even if the “flag carries racist undertones to certain members of the community.”

Wally Zimolong, an attorney representing the police officers, said the court’s ruling was a vindication of his clients’ constitutional rights.

“It was a resounding win for the First Amendment and free speech,” he said. “It showed once again that the government cannot engage in viewpoint discrimination based upon a message it disagrees with or finds offensive.”

Tlaib Runs Away from Questions about Alleged Anti-Semitism

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Rep. Rashida Tlaib, D-Mich., chose not to engage with questions posed by Fox Business correspondent Hillary Vaughn regarding her previous support for disturbing anti-Semitic phrases, leading to a contentious exchange within the halls of Congress.

During the encounter, Vaughn pressed Tlaib about her defense of the phrase “From the river to the sea,” which has been linked to calls for the destruction of Israel. Despite the pressing questions, Tlaib did not respond, going as far as avoiding direct eye contact with the reporter.

“Congresswoman, do you regret using the phrase ‘from the river to the sea,’ it’s used by terrorists to call for the genocide of Jewish people, do you regret using it?” Vaughn asked, seeking a response from the lawmaker.

However, Tlaib did not offer a reply, prompting Vaughn to reiterate the question. “The White House says that phrase can be antisemitic, are you antisemitic, congresswoman?” Vaughn doubled down. “Are you antisemitic, congresswoman Tlaib?”

Tlaib remained silent and proceeded to enter an elevator accompanied by a security detail and a staffer, as captured in video footage of the exchange.

Tlaib has faced scrutiny, even from within her party, for defending a phrase associated with calls for the elimination of Israel. The phrase gained notoriety following Hamas’s onslaught against individuals, including U.S. citizens, on Oct. 7. At least 1,400 individuals met their demise at the savage hands of Hamas terrorists.

The congresswoman, a vocal critic of President Joe Biden’s support for Israel, previously shared a video containing the controversial phrase. In a subsequent post, she asserted, “From the river to the sea is an aspirational call for freedom, human rights, and peaceful coexistence, not death, destruction, or hate.”

This led the House of Representatives to pass a censure motion condemning Tlaib’s remarks.

The recent exchange between Vaughn and Tlaib isn’t the first of its kind. On a previous occasion on Oct. 10, Vaughn attempted to get a response from Tlaib regarding Hamas’s trail of horrors in southern Israel. Despite repeated questions, Tlaib did not acknowledge or respond to Vaughn’s inquiries.

“Do you condone what Hamas has done chopping off babies’ heads, burning children alive, raping women in the streets,” the reporter asked on several occasions throughout the video, with no acknowledgment from Tlaib.

Tlaib Part of Secret Social Media Group that Praised Hamas Attack

(Headline USA) Rep. Rashida Tlaib, D-Mich., is reportedly a part of a private social-media group that celebrated Hamas’s Oct. 7 terrorist attack on Israeli civilians and called for increased violence against the Jewish state.

The group is called the Palestinian American Congress and is hidden from non-members on Facebook. Its founder, Maher Abdel-qader, has extensive ties to Tlaib and a long history of anti-Semitism, including past social media posts on which he questioned whether the Holocaust occurred.

Tlaib has been a member of the private group for at least six years and even posted in it during her 2018 congressional campaign, encouraging the group’s members to help her campaign.

In the wake of the Oct. 7 attack, members of the Palestinian American Congress repeatedly posted pro-Hamas content, according to Fox News.

One member posted a picture of an Israeli woman being held captive by a Hamas fighter and wrote, “We don’t want to throw you in the sea … we want you to ride it back where you came from.”

On Oct. 19, another group member applauded the “achievements” of the “resistance in Northern occupied Palestine,” along with a picture of a Hamas terrorist.

Others denied that Hamas is a terrorist organization.

“You consider Hamas a terrorist organization and I am not going to argue with you at the same time you have been broadcasting that they have been killing women and children, guess that is what terrorists do at the same time no mention to the killing of Palestinian women, children and entire families killed on a daily basses [sic] by the [peace-loving] state of Israel using American gifts of weapons and jet fighters,” one user wrote.

Tlaib’s refusal to condemn Hamas’s attack on Israel has prompted backlash from her peers in Congress, who voted to censure her, as well as from her own constituents.

Though Tlaib’s district includes the largest Arab–American population in the country, several local residents said she is only listening to the most radical groups.

“I was hopeful that she was going to represent the whole district,” resident Pamela Lippitt told the New York Times. “But she just—she doesn’t represent me.”

Nikki Haley Doubles Down on Verification for All Social-Media Users

(Headline USA) GOP presidential candidate Nikki Haley doubled down on a policy proposal to require all social media users to verify their identities, claiming anonymous accounts are a “national security” concern, CNN reported.

“Every person on social media should be verified, by their name,” Haley said during an interview with Fox News.

“That’s—first of all, it’s a national security threat. When you do that, all of a sudden, people have to stand by what they say,” she continued. “And it gets rid of the Russian bots, the Iranian bots and the Chinese bots.”

Haley’s fellow Republicans immediately blasted the proposal, calling it Orwellian.

“You know who were anonymous writers back in the day? Alexander Hamilton, John Jay, and James Madison when they wrote the Federalist Papers,” tweeted Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, who is also vying for the 2024 Republican nomination.

“They were not ‘national security threats,’ nor are the many conservative Americans across the country who exercise their Constitutional right to voice their opinions without fear of being harassed or canceled by the school they go to or the company they work for,” he added.

Vivek Ramaswamy, another GOP presidential contender, called Haley’s comments “disgusting.”

However, she continued to defend the policy through multiple interviews. In a follow-up with the Ruthless podcast hosts, Haley again said of social media sites: “They need to verify every single person on their outlet, and I want it by name.”

When one of the hosts pressed Haley on whether she believes people shouldn’t be able to tweet anonymously, Haley said, “Do I think life would be more civil if we were able to do that? Yes. You should stand by what you say.”

But on Wednesday morning, Haley appeared to have added a caveat to her requirement: “I don’t mind anonymous American people having free speech,” she told CNBC. “What I don’t like is anonymous Russians and Chinese and Iranians having free speech.”

Does Impending Truce Signal End of Ukraine Swindle, or Beginning?

(Kevin Whiteley, Headline USA) CIA Director William Burns’s “emergency” visit to Ukraine this week for secret meetings with its president, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, signaled to some that heavy casualties in recent military operations may force the country to end its quixotic territorial dispute with Russia.

“So, the war in Ukraine—which some have pointed out for nearly two years now was never going to be won by Ukraine since Russia has a population of over 100 million more people—is apparently headed for peace talks,” said former Fox News host Tucker Carlson said in a recent interview with investigative journalist Glenn Greenwald. “NATO seems to have acknowledged that this is not actually going to work.”

In fact, Zelenskyy himself appears to be growing more dictatorial by the day—including a recent announcement that he plans to suspend democratic elections indefinitely, the mysterious assassination of a top critic and the jailing of a one-time ally amid allegations of treason.

Thus far, Democrats and neocon members of the U.S. deep state have inexplicably held steadfast in their support for the financial quagmire, although it appears to be eroding elsewhere.

Tellingly, a recent Washington Post article pinned blame on Ukraine for the bombing of the Nord Stream pipelines, which propagandist media previously claimed was Russian self-sabotage.

But if a humiliating surrender to Russian President Vladmir Putin seems imminent, the fate of Ukraine—and the billions already invested in it—leave even more questions begging to be answered.

PRICETAG UNKNOWN

According to calculations from ZeroHedge, the United States has disbursed some $73 billion in military, humanitarian and financial donations to the country since the war began in February 2022, part of a $233 billion total package that includes aid from European Union institutions and other nations.

Other estimates, however, put U.S. contributions significantly higher, with the exact amount difficult to ascertain given the frequent murkiness of Pentagon record keeping.

Regardless, one insider from the Zelenskyy administration recently confirmed what many U.S. critics had long suspected—that the money was not being used to fund the war effort at all, but rather being ciphoned off by corrupt officials in Kiev.

“People are stealing like there’s no tomorrow,” the whistleblower told Time magazine’s Simon Shuster.

In response, Rep. Josh Brecheen, R-Okla., recently introduced the Stop Stealing Like There’s No Tomorrow Act to counter the alleged corruption, the Daily Caller reported.

It would require the secretaries of State and Defense to disclose to Congress any/all Ukrainian-government officials in violation of End-Use Monitoring (EUM) agreements between Ukraine and the U.S.

Of course, Brecheen’s bill faces a steep climb in both the Democrat controlled Senate and the White House. Both have fiercely resisted any form of congressional oversight in the past with respect to Ukraine spending, despite the clear evidence of abuse.

WORTH EVERY PENNY

The prospect of a Zelenskyy coup or other instability tied to the war’s tumultuous resolution will only make it harder to track where the billions of dollars in U.S. tax dollars are going.

That might explain the sudden interest of the Clinton Foundation.

Fortunately, the Biden administration is planning on having its own official in charge of conducting proprietary oversight during the “rebuilding” phase.

In September, former Obama Commerce Secretary Penny Pritzker, a major Democratic donor and sister of Ill. Gov. J.B. Pritzker, was appointed to oversee Ukraine’s economic restructuring, with woke investment companies BlackRock and JPMorgan Chase leading the way.

“Working in lockstep with the Ukrainian government, our allies and partners, international financial institutions, and the private sector, [Prizker] will drive the United States’ efforts to help rebuild the Ukrainian economy,” Biden said in a statement.

“This includes mobilizing public and private investment, shaping donor priorities, and working to open export markets and businesses shut down by Russia’s brutal attacks and destruction,” he added.

THE COMING CASH-GRAB

Whatever may become of public funds, private companies—many of which have deep ties to the Biden administration—see the promise of a major cash grab in the months ahead.

That includes weapons suppliers, who, logic dictates, would seem to be in shorter demand if peace talks commence.

An Oct. 24 conference call between leading defense firm Raytheon and Kristine Liwag, executive director of Morgan Stanley’s aerospace and defense equity research offered an overview of Raytheon’s Q3 earnings with a particularly bullish outlook ahead for the weapons manufacturer.

In the call, Liwag referenced the White House “requesting $106 billion in supplemental spending,” which included “$50 billion in investment for the U.S. defense industrial base.”

The requested monies entailed “equipment for Ukraine, air-and-missile defense for Israel, and replenishment of stockpile for both,” according to Liwag.

“This seems to fit quite nicely with the Raytheon Defense portfolio,” she added.

Such information could prove quite beneficial to those who might have inside knowledge of the matter—including members of Congress, if Brecheen’s bill were to pass.

Between March 2020 and November 2023, a record number of House and Senate lawmakers have made trades on Raytheon stock, according to Unusual Whales.

Latest trades of Raytheon happened amid the U.S.’s tanking economy, mounting national debt, and negative assessments from both credit-ratings-company Fitch and financial-analysis-provider Moody’s Analytics.
