Records of Election Fraud, Undercover Provocateurs and Illegal Spying Sought by Trump in Jan. 6 Case

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) Lawyers for former Presidents Donald Trump are seeking copious amounts of records from the Justice Department—including evidence of foreign election interference, undercover law enforcement activity on Jan. 6 and illegal spying on Capitol Hill protestors—as discovery in the ongoing election-interference criminal case.

Trump’s lawyers revealed their sweeping discovery request in a motion last week to dismiss the DOJ’s election-interference case against him. According to the defense attorneys, the discovery evidence would underpin their motion to dismiss the charges on the grounds that Special Counsel Jack Smith is engaging in selective and vindictive prosecution against Trump.

The discovery request was made in an Oct. 23 email from Trump attorneys John Lauro and Todd Blanche to DOJ prosecutors Molly Gasten and Tom Windom.

“Please provide all documents regarding informants, cooperators, undercover agents, representatives, or anyone acting in a similar capacity on behalf of or at the behest of the Department of Justice or any law enforcement agency (including state or District of Columbia) who was present at or within five miles of the United States Capitol on January 6, 2021,” the email stated.

The email also requested all FBI internal investigative reports related to Jan. 6, as well as the identity of all Capitol Police Officers at the Capitol on Jan. 6. The Jan. 6-related discovery request further includes records related to the FBI’s illegal FISA surveillance of Capitol protestors.

In addition, the email requested all documents relating to investigations into foreign interference of the 2020 election—including any DOJ investigations into Dominion Voting Systems.

U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan has yet to rule on whether Trump will receive a hearing into his selective-prosecution motion.

The discovery email was disclosed about a month after it was alleged that former Trump’s former chief of staff, Mark Meadows, was an FBI informant who wore a wire to spy on the President while he was in office.

The email was also disclosed about a month after Trump’s lawyers said that the former President intends to present classified information about foreign election interference in the 2016 and 2020 elections.

That late-October filing from Trump came in response to the Justice Department allegedly redacting much of the classified documents presented to Trump during the discovery process of his election interference case in Washington DC.

In a separate Jan. 6 case, defendant William Pope seeks all evidence related to undercover law enforcement activity at the Capitol.

Is an MKUltra Trainer Stalking Kanye West?

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) Celebrity gossip outlets have been abuzz over a run-in between famed rapper Kanye West and his former personal trainer, Harley Pasternak, in a Dubai hotel earlier this month.

According to West, Pasternak has been following him in Dubai—a year after West leaked purported texts where Pasternak threatened to have him institutionalized. Pasternak, for his part, has reportedly claimed that it was actually West doing the stalking at the Dubai hotel.

Why does any of this matter? Because Pasternak has connections to the CIA’s MKUltra mind-control experiments—leading some to believe that he may be a psychiatric handler for Hollywood stars and other celebrities.

West posted screenshots of texts from Pasternak last November, where the trainer allegedly said he could “have you institutionalized again where they medicate the crap out of you, and you go back to Zombieland forever. Play date with the kids just won’t be the same.”

“This shows Harley admitting to knowing the truth of our origin but then later dismissing the facts within the same text chain,” West said. “Mind you, this is how a Hollywood trainer speaks to a far more influential black celebrity when we get out of line.”

It turned out, Pasternak might indeed have the power to institutionalize West.

Indeed, Pasternak’s prior employer, Canada’s Department of National Defence, is the same agency that once participated in the CIA’s MKUltra mind-control experiments.

A video of Pasternak talking about his work also surfaced around the time of the West controversy.

“Working for the military, I wasn’t governed by the same laws that the typical person was, so I could look at the impact of certain drugs that are not everyday things,” Pasternak said.

In June, Pasternak was also spotlighted for his connections to transgender celebrity Elliot Page. At the time, Page revealed that the decision to undergo a sex change came after having a psychotic episode and hearing a voice in her head.

“One night, he tried to knock himself out. Took his knuckles to his face and pounded over and over until bruises formed. For days after, he sat in a lawn chair on the porch, ashamed, his face sore,”  the Los Angeles Times wrote on Page’s transition, using the male pronouns that Page now goes by. “And then he heard a voice: ‘You don’t have to feel this way.’”

The Hollywood trainer has yet to publicly address the speculation.

WATCH: Pastor Booted from School Board Meeting for Reading District’s Own Porno

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) “Hey Navarro, suck any good dicks lately?”

It’s a line from a book in public school libraries around the country—but apparently, it’s too obscene for school board meetings.

North Carolina-based Pastor John Amanchukwu found that out when he tried to read the passage—taken from the “children’s” book Flamer—at a school board meeting in Las Vegas. The meeting was from over a month ago, but went viral recently on social media.

“Your language is inappropriate,” a school board member told Amanchukwu after he read the line from Flamer.

“It’s in your library,” Amanchukwu retorted. “What’s the educational benefit of talking about cocks? … What’s the educational benefit of talking about that? Is that going to help someone on their SAT scores?”

Instead of answering the question, the Las Vegas school board gave Amanchukwu the boot.

It seems like the parents appreciated Amanchukwu’s frankness, though. The pastor left to applause, with parents chanting for the removal of the board chair.

Amanchukwu, who’s affiliated with Turning Point USA, recounted the situation to Fox News last month.

“When you read from that book, when you talk about the things that’s in the book, when you show them that is evil and corrupt to put perverted material before kids, they get angry. And the adults, the snowflake adults don’t want to hear it in the school board meeting, it’s hypocrisy,” he explained.

The Las Vegas incident isn’t the first time Amanchukwu has been confrontational with school boards for promoting pornographic literature to students.

An imposing ex-college football player, Amanchukwu is making a name for himself by confronting liberal school boards.

Earlier this year, he made headlines for slamming the Asheville City School Board in North Carolina for also promoting Flamer.

And in August, another man was reportedly forcibly removed by security at a Texas school board meeting as he attempted to read an excerpt from that novel—which, as Headline USA exclusively reported in May, was also promoted to students in Charlotte.

Amanchukwu said he’s going on a “national school board tour” next year, in which he’ll be speaking in at least 20 cities.

‘That’s Stupid!’: 81-Year-Old Biden Barks Back at Age Question

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) President Joe Biden found himself in the spotlight during his Thanksgiving retreat on Nantucket Island as questions regarding his age and plummeting poll numbers surfaced, fueling speculation about his ability to seek re-election.

Strolling the streets of Nantucket, the 81-year-old President was confronted by inquiries about whether his age was an obstacle to his re-election bid.

“Mr. President are you too old to be running for re-election,” the reporter asked. “That’s stupid!” Biden retorted, accompanied by his granddaughter, Natalie Biden, and daughter, Ashley Biden.

Fox News correspondent Lucas Tomlinson pressed further, questioning why recent polls indicated former President Donald Trump leading the 2024 presidential election.

“Why is Donald Trump beating you in the latest poll?” Tomlinson queried, though Biden chose not to respond.

The Messenger recently released a poll illustrating Trump’s commanding lead over Biden by seven points in a hypothetical rematch for the 2024 election. Additionally, a New York Times/Siena College poll unveiled Trump’s advantage in five pivotal swing states.

Notably, an Emerson College poll showcased Trump leading Biden with 47% support against Biden’s 43%.

Biden has continually faced inquiries regarding his age, amplified by viral videos displaying moments of confusion and notable gaffes that have circulated widely.

Meanwhile, Trump has positioned himself as a frontrunner seeking the Republican ticket for the 2024 presidential election.

In response to the staggering decline in poll numbers, Vice President Kamala Harris shifted her stance on previous dismissals of low poll concerns, asserting that both she and Biden must actively earn the votes of the American public.

Rep. Jackson Renews Impeachment Push Against Mayorkas Over Biden Border’s ‘Mayhem’

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Rep. Ronny Jackson, R-Texas, voiced support for the potential renewal of impeachment proceedings against DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas.

During an interview on Fox News’s Sunday Morning Futures with host Sean Duffy, Jackson echoed the sentiments put forth by Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., regarding Mayorkas’s inactions at the southern border.

“Well, I hope so, Sean, I really do, because people in this country, they want accountability at this particular point,” Jackson said when asked by Duffy about the possibility for Mayorkas facing a new impeachment resolution over the border chaos.

“That’s what people are really sick of, and that’s why people are disgusted with Congress. It seems like we don’t get anything done sometimes and people want accountability,” he added.

Jackson’s remarks came after a GOP-led impeachment resolution against Mayorkas was thwarted by eight Republicans who argued that such a move would take attention away other issues, including government funding. However, Jackson said that the House GOP must use its powers to push back against the Biden administration.

“We control a very slim majority in the House of Representatives, we don’t control the Senate or the White House, but we should be doing everything we can to hold this man accountable, to hold the Biden administration accountable,” he added.

Highlighting the severity of the situation, Jackson emphasized that border challenges extend beyond immigration statistics, morphing into a pressing national security concern.

“He has been completely derelict in his duty,” he said of Mayorkas. “This is a national security issue for us now. It’s not just an issue with the fentanyl and poisoning our youth, not an issue with just the overwhelming number of people coming other here, the crime, the sex trafficking, drug trafficking, all of the violence that follows that, it’s an issue now of national security. We have known terrorists crossing our borders now in record numbers.”

He critiqued Mayorkas, alleging dereliction of duty and painting him as a puppet of the Biden administration, accusing him of neglecting the nation’s interests.

“This man has been given every opportunity to do something about this. He has continued to bury his head in the sand and act like there’s not a problem. He’s a puppet of the Biden administration… and something needs to be done about it,” Jackson concluded.

Rep. Smith Slams Biden for Alleged Lies on Chinese Payments to Family

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Ways and Means Committee Chairman Jason Smith, R-Mo., unleashed a scathing critique of President Joe Biden’s purported deception concerning financial ties with China.

During a Nov. 26 appearance on Fox News’ Sunday Morning Futures, Smith minced no words as he slammed Biden, citing contradictions between his campaign statements and subsequent revelations.

“When President Biden was running for office, he said that his family did not receive any money from China. We know now that that’s not true,” Smith told host Maria Bartiromo, emphasizing Biden’s apparent knowledge of his son’s business dealings despite earlier denials.

Smith’s comments come amid an ongoing impeachment inquiry on Biden’s alleged financial ties to his family’s foreign dealings.

Drawing from compelling evidence, Smith referenced messages purportedly linking the Bidens to Chinese business interests.

He highlighted a disclosed text message where Hunter Biden allegedly mentioned being beside his father while anticipating a response from a Chinese business partner. Additionally, Smith detailed a $40,000 loan payment from James Biden to the president, claiming that 10% of that amount originated from a Chinese business official.

Addressing inquiries about potential tax implications, Smith pointed out discrepancies in Biden’s tax returns, noting the absence of documentation regarding interest income from granted loans.

“One thing that we’re looking at on the Ways and Means Committee, of course, is through the tax focus. And we have now seen checks going to President Biden of $240,000 as loan repayments to James Biden,” Smith added.

“But if you look at the president’s tax returns that he has released publicly, there’s no documentation of any interest income that he has received for any loans that he had granted towards anyone,” he continued.

The conversation turned to the Ways and Means Committee’s efforts to extract further information through subpoenas. Smith voiced frustration over the Biden DOJ’s impediments in compelling certain individuals to comply, particularly regarding tax-related matters.

When probed about the timeline for hearings and the appearances of key figures, Smith remained cautious, citing the reluctance of some individuals and the DOJ’s alleged obstruction.

“As you’ve said, we have subpoenas out there for Hunter, James Biden, and also several other members,” Smith explained, highlighting the challenges in securing compliance. “Hopefully, they’ll come forward because we have to get answers to numerous questions that still are left out there.”

Biden Offers Apology for Rebuking Reported Death Toll from Hamas

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) President Joe Biden reportedly met with Muslim American leaders on Oct. 26, where he reportedly addressed concerns stemming from his remarks questioning the death toll provided by the Gaza Ministry of Health, which is led by the Hamas terror group.

During this meeting, Biden conveyed his regret for questioning a Hamas-led organization, allegedly stating, “I’m sorry. I’m disappointed in myself,” as reported by the Washington Post.

The discussion followed Biden’s remarks on Oct. 25, where he expressed skepticism about the accuracy of the death toll reported by Palestinians in Gaza during Israel’s offensive against the Hamas terror group.

“I have no notion that the Palestinians are telling the truth about how many people are killed,” Biden remarked, delivering a scathing blow to pro-Palestinian activists in the U.S.

“I’m sure innocents have been killed, and it’s a price of waging war,” he added.

These comments had drawn criticism from various quarters, especially from pro-Palestinian activists who condemned Israel’s actions and sought support for the Gazans.

During public appearances, including a Thanksgiving event in Nantucket Island, Biden faced hecklers chanting “free Palestine” and accusing him of committing genocide against Palestinians.

The ongoing Israel-Hamas war has seen a significant toll, with reports indicating over 14,000 Gazans killed as Israel intensifies its efforts to combat Hamas following the terror group’s invasion of Israel.

On Oct. 7, Hamas attacks led to the deaths of at least 1,400 individuals, including U.S. citizens, in southern Israel. Hamas murdered babies, raped women and butchered innocent individuals in Israel.

In response to concerns raised during the meeting, the WashPost detailed that the Muslim American leaders urged Biden to adopt a more compassionate approach in discussing the casualties in Gaza.

The meeting reportedly extended well beyond its scheduled duration, with Biden hugging one of the participants afterward.

Romney Blasted as ‘Swamp Rat’ for Pledging Democratic Vote Over Trump or Vivek

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Sen. Mitt Romney, R-Utah, has sparked intense backlash after asserting his readiness to side with Democrats over former President Donald Trump or entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy if either secures the Republican presidential nomination.

In a resurfaced interview with CBS News’ Norah O’Donnell, Romney’s statements drew scathing ridicule from various quarters, including Ramaswamy himself.

“I’d be happy to support virtually any one of the Republicans, maybe not Vivek, but the others that are running would be acceptable to me and I’d be happy to vote for them,” Romney claimed.

“I’d be happy to vote for a number of the Democrats too. I mean, it would be an upgrade from, in my opinion, from Donald Trump and perhaps also from Joe Biden,” he added.

Despite expressing a personal liking for President Biden, Romney’s attempts to soften his stance did little to quell the incoming torrent of criticism.

Media figures seized on the opportunity to condemn Romney. Newsmax host Rob Schmitt belittled Romney’s influence, stating, “Important, Romney has the ears of at least 2% of Republicans.”

Conservative commentator Monica Crowley branded Romney a “Uniparty loser,” emphasizing his familial ties to RNC Chair Ronna Romney McDaniel.

Ramaswamy chimed in to say that Romney’s willingness to endorse a Democrat was not “surprising.”

Social media amplified the disapproval. Journalist Lara Logan questioned Romney’s past endorsement of Democrats probing, “Mitt Romney has been voting with the Democrats for years. What was his role in orchestrating the Jan 6 cover-up?”

Ryan Fournier, founder of Students for Trump, minced no words, characterizing Romney as a “swamp rat.”

“Mitt Romney has and always will be a swamp rat. He represents everything against the interests of America First,” he said.

Poll: Voters Think Schools Should Inform Parents About Gender ‘Changes’

(Brendan Clarey, The Center Square) – Voters support school policies that require educators to tell parents about changes to their student’s pronouns, a nationwide poll found. The findings come as parental notification policies have stirred controversy as advocates and parents square off in school board meetings.

The Center Square Voters' Voice Poll - Logo - White Background

The Center Square Voter’s Voice Poll conducted in conjunction with Noble Predictive Insights found that two-thirds of voters back measures requiring parental notification of changes in a student’s preferred gender as school gender policies have been scrutinized by the courts in recent years.

The poll of more than 2,500 registered voters, including over 1,000 Republicans and Democrats and almost 500 independents, was conducted in late October and asked respondents if teachers should “be obligated to inform parents if their child changes their gender identification or preferred pronouns at school.”

Sixty-six percent of registered voters indicated teachers should have to tell parents about changes to their student’s gender identity.

The demographic that signaled the least support for the notification policy was Democrats, with 49% supporting it, and 30% of Democrats opposing it. Republicans and independent voters supported the measure at much higher rates, 83% and 62%, respectively.

Democrats and Black voters were most likely to report being unsure about their position on parental notification and showed lower support for notifying parents than any other demographics.

The issue has become politicized in recent years as parental rights organizations and conservatives have targeted policies that seek to require teachers to keep student’s gender information away from parents.

Kate Anderson, senior counsel and director of the Center for Parental Rights at Alliance Defending Freedom, told The Center Square that parental rights concerns had seen a significant uptick in the past couple of years, perhaps because of the COVID-19 pandemic, when parents saw what was happening in the schools on the kitchen table as students worked remotely at home.

She said the poll results aligned with what ADF has seen from polling that voters broadly support parental rights.

“People recognize parents have the best interests of their kids at heart,” Anderson said. “It’s crossing political lines with the consensus that parents need information.”

Anderson pointed out that, legally, policies requiring teachers to hide information from parents can violate free speech protections. That’s because schools with those policies may require teachers to use one name and set of pronouns for a student at school and another name and pronoun for parents.

Advocates of policies that hide students’ gender preference from parents say schools should be safe places for sexual minority youth who may face unsafe situations at their homes because of their gender identity or sexuality.

“Schools should be a safe place for all students,” Rev. Benita Ramsey, director of Rainbow Pride Youth Alliance, said in a media release after a California school district passed a parental notification policy this summer.

“These policies are meant to silence and intimidate queer and trans youth from expressing themselves at school,” Ramsey said. “We will always stand alongside our youth.”

California’s attorney general filed a lawsuit against the Chino Valley School Board, which required parental notification, and a judge has blocked its implementation as the litigation continues.

ADF has defended teachers and parents in several cases, arguing that it violates the First Amendment and a parent’s right to determine what is best for their children, especially when they are struggling with their gender identity, Anderson said.

“Kids really need their parents when they’re struggling with this,” Anderson said. “When the government comes in and hides information from parents, it’s an egregious assault on their freedoms.”

The Center Square Voter’s Voice Poll found support for parental notification was highest for older voters, although such policies received high support from voters of all ages.

Over half, 56%, of voters ages 18-34 said teachers should tell parents, while 71% of those between 55-64 and 70% of those over 65 said the same. Only 29% of those between 18-34 said teachers should not be obligated to inform parents.

Geographically, voters nationwide supported the policy to notify parents, with the highest percentage of voters in favor coming from the South at 69%, followed by the Midwest at 66%, West at 65% and Northeast at 64%.

Federal Prison Officials are Refusing to Give Chauvin’s Family Updates

(Headline USA) An attorney for Derek Chauvin, the former Minneapolis police officer who was blamed for George Floyd’s overdose death, said Saturday that Chauvin’s family has been kept in the dark by federal prison officials after he was stabbed in prison.

The lawyer, Gregory M. Erickson, slammed the lack of transparency by the Federal Bureau of Prisons a day after his client was stabbed on Friday by another inmate at the Federal Correctional Institution in Tucson, Arizona, a prison that has been plagued by security lapses and staffing shortages.

A person familiar with the matter told The Associated Press on Friday that Chauvin was seriously injured in the stabbing. The person spoke to the AP on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to publicly discuss the attack.

On Saturday, Brian Evans, a spokesperson for the Minnesota attorney general’s office, said: “We have heard that he is expected to survive.”

Erickson said Chauvin’s family and his attorneys have hit a wall trying to obtain information about the attack from Bureau of Prisons officials. He said Chauvin’s family has been forced to assume he is in stable condition, based only on news accounts, and has been contacting the prison repeatedly seeking updates but have been provided with no information.

“As an outsider, I view this lack of communication with his attorneys and family members as completely outrageous,” Erickson said in a statement to the AP. “It appears to be indicative of a poorly run facility and indicates how Derek’s assault was allowed to happen.”

“How the family members who are in charge of Derek’s decisions regarding his personal medical care and his emergency contact were not informed after his stabbing further indicates the institution’s poor procedures and lack of institutional control.”

A spokesperson for the Bureau of Prisons did not immediately respond to a request for comment Saturday evening.

The Bureau of Prisons has only confirmed an assault at the Arizona facility and said employees performed “life-saving measures” before the inmate was taken to a hospital for further treatment and evaluation.

The Bureau of Prisons did not name the victim or provide a medical status “for privacy and safety reasons.”
