Satanic Cultist Was Charged w/ Child Exploitation, Heavily Redacted Records Confirm

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) Documents related to the arrest of Knoxville man Kyle Spitze were partially unsealed Tuesday and are now available on the federal court docket. Most of the records are still redacted, but they do confirm that Spitze, a member of the Satanic pedophile cult 764, was charged with sexual exploitation of children.

A partially unsealed affidavit from FBI agent Jason Stewart stated that the bureau executed a search warrant on Spitze’s phone on Feb. 10. Headline USA understands that Spitze was hospitalized that time after he recorded a video of his mother’s dead body and posted it online—a bizarre series of events reported by this publication on Feb. 3.

According to the FBI affidavit, investigators found “albums” on Spitze’s phone that contained violent and sexual content.

“One album was labeled with the name of Minor Victim 1 (hereafter MV1). In MV1’s folder were approximately 16 images and 4 videos,” the affidavit said, explaining that the images were child pornography.

The affidavit further stated that metadata from Spitze’s phone gave the geolocation of where one of his victims recorded a video. The FBI was able to track down the victim, notify the parents, and interview her on Feb. 20.

The victim told the FBI that Spitze operated under the name “criminal” on Discord and Telegram.

The victim identified the pornographic images of her taken from Spitze’s phone, saying that Spitze demanded them from her.

“MV1 said she was 12 years old when the images were taken. MV1 said Spitze demanded [porn] and self-harm images and videos of her on several occasions,” the affidavit said.

The FBI also located Spitze’s Telegram account, which he used under the name “criminal.”

“In the Telegram application were messages between ‘criminal’ and MV1 between January 29, 2024, and February 5, 2024. MV1 sent a message saying, ‘kyle.’ Seven days later ‘criminal’ replied, ‘leave me alone [MV1’s name],” the affidavit said.

The remainder of the affidavit is sealed, as is the FBI’s affidavit for a search warrant.

According to a judge’s order, Justice Department prosecutors seek to keep most of the records sealed or redacted due to an ongoing investigation. They told the judge that disclosure of the redacted information would jeopardize the ongoing investigations by allowing targets “to flee, destroy/tamper with evidence, warn confederates, change behavior, and/or intimidate/harm potential victims/witnesses.”

Spitze has yet to plead to the charges, according to the court docket. He is set to have a status conference on March 21.

Spitze is one of the lastest members of the 764 cult to be busted.

In November 2021, the FBI arrested 764 member Angel Almeida. Details of Almeida’s 764 activities weren’t made public until records about his case were unsealed late last year.

More recently, the Justice Department filed charges in December against another 764 member, Kalana Limkin, for allegedly promoting child pornography, sexual extortion, and trafficking, animal cruelty and self-harm of minors.

Additionally, the FBI arrested alleged Satanic pedophile Richard “Rabid” Densmore on Jan. 31 for running an online forum for users to create, distribute, and stream child pornography featuring self-harm.

And most recently, Canadian police announced on Tuesday the arrest of a 14-year-old male who was also affiliated with 764.

According to the Justice Department and others, 764 is linked to the Order of Nine Angles, a terroristic cult that seeks to corrupt the youth with the end goal of accelerating the collapse of Western society.

The 764 cult “represents a radical shift in the group to specifically target children and use [child porn] and videos depicting animal cruelty, self-harm, and other acts of violence to accelerate chaos in society,” the DOJ said in recent court filings.

Report: Army Gave Glowing Review of Maine Mass Shooter as His Mental Health Declined

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) As Maine still reels from the deadliest mass shooting in its history, observers are demanding to know why the Army didn’t respond to the numerous mental health-related signs displayed by reservist Robert Card, who allegedly killed 18 people last month in two separate shootings last October.

The warning signs of Card’s declining mental health were loud and clear: The shooter reportedly threatened to shoot up a National Guard base earlier this year, had reported “hearing voices and threats to shoot up” the military base, and had been committed to a mental health facility for two weeks in the summer.

However, Card’s recently released personnel records don’t mention anything about his mental health.

The annual evaluation from April 2023 indicated Card, 40, of Bowdoin, was “a consummate professional” who “excelled as a squad leader” and whose mentoring of troops was “among the best,” according to the documents released under an open records request.

A sergeant first class further said that Card “exceeded standards” in almost all areas of his role as a senior trainer, including instruction on the use of grenades. In short, Card was “a consummate professional” with an “approachable, reliable demeanor” who showed an “ability to train future leaders with great care for their safety and well-being,” according to the April 2023 evaluation.

Three months later, Card was hospitalized after pushing a fellow reservist and locking himself in his motel room while his unit was training near West Point, New York. Fellow reservists told police who escorted Card for an evaluation that he’d been acting paranoid and accusing others of talking about him behind his back.

Card said they were right to be worried: “They’re scared ‘cause I’m gonna friggin’ do something. Because I am capable,” Card told police.

Three more months after that, he killed 18 people in a mass shooting before allegedly killing himself.

Several of Card’s fellow Army reservists are due to testify next month to a governor-appointed independent commission investigating the Oct. 25 shootings, which were carried out at a bowling alley and a bar in Lewiston.

Sens. Susan Collins, R-Maine, and Angus King, I-Maine, have also requested a comprehensive investigation by the Army.

Questions include what concerns were raised by Army personnel about Card’s mental health, what actions were taken in response to those concerns, and whether there was anything the Army could have done to prevent the mass shooting.

Additionally, the senators want to know whether all Army regulations were followed in relation to Card, and whether the Army considered invoking state crisis-intervention laws to temporarily disarm him.

Newsom Pushed for Min. Wage Exemption, Benefited Donor Who Gave Him over $160K

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) Gov. Gavin Newsom, D–Calif., pushed for a minimum wage exemption that would enable his top donor and billionaire businessman to circumvent the leftist state’s new minimum wage law.

Greg Flynn, who owns two dozen Panera Bread chains in the state of California, gave $100,000 to help Newsom ward off a recall effort and $64,800 to Newsom’s reelection campaign back in 2022, according to the Daily Caller.

The state’s new minimum wage law will raise workers’ pay from $16 an hour to $20 an hour at fast food restaurants with more than 60 locations all over the country, except for chains that bake and sell stand-alone bread as a menu item as of Sept. 15, 2023.

Back in September 2023, Newsom was asked why bread makers like Panera and Boudin Sourdough Bakery were receiving special exemptions in the law. The governor responded by telling reporters that the provision’s inclusion was “part of the sausage-making” of the bill and that “it’s the nature of negotiation.”

The news source added that Flynn is worth at least $1.1 billion and controls an empire of 2,600 franchise locations for brands like Applebee’s, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell and Wendy’s.

Initially, the billionaire sought to have Panera not be considered a fast food restaurant, arguing it was a fast-casual chain. Instead, the Service Employees Union, the organization that is responsible for the orchestration of the drive for the bill, later decided to create the bread maker carve-out to convince Newsom to sign the bill due to his relationship with Flynn.

In addition to that, the law also empowers a ten-member Fast Food Council to create the minimum wage, mandate working conditions and require training standards for fast food employees, the news source revealed.

Some restaurant chains said they will have to raise prices to adjust to higher expenses due to the wage increase. Among those restaurant chains were Chipotle and McDonalds.

‘Liar’: Mayor Heckled Over Denial of ‘Sanctuary’ Status Amid Laken Riley Murder

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Fired-up individuals disrupted a press conference held by Athens Mayor Kelly Girtz, following accusations that the city’s pro-immigrant policies shielded the illegal alien responsible for the brutal murder of Laken Riley.

The heckling transpired as Mayor Girtz addressed queries about Athens being labeled a sanctuary city, potentially contributing to Riley’s murder, which law enforcement has linked to Jose Antonio Ibarra, a 26-year-old Venezuelan national.

“You’re a liar!” shouted a protester, as seen in live footage. Another individual chimed in, also shouting: “Liar! You’re a liar!” The first protester added: “You are guilty and got blood on your hands for this murder, sir.” Fox News and the New York Post were the first to report on the heckling.

Moments earlier, Girtz contended that the term “sanctuary city” did not possess a sole legal or procedural definition and as such, did not apply to Athens. “Many of the aspects ascribed to sanctuary cities are disallowed by Georgia law,” the mayor said, clarifying that the city does not fall within the category of sanctuary cities.

“There is no legislation from this government that’s created sanctuary city status,” Girtz continued.

“We know what ‘sanctuary cities’ means,” one of the protesters said moments earlier. The mayor attempted to appease the crowd, saying, “We are here to listen. There’d be time for questions.”

According to the Post, the Athens government faced criticism for passing a 2019 resolution designating the county as “welcoming to people from all lands and backgrounds.”

Ibarra reportedly entered the U.S. illegally in September 2022 and was later paroled by the Biden administration. In September 2023, he had a run-in with the NYPD but was released.

The man then made his way to Georgia, where he ultimately took Riley’s life in a random attack, authorities allege.

SCOTUS Agrees to Hear Trump’s Immunity Case, Likely Pushing D.C. Trial to Post-Election

(Brett Rowland, The Center Square) The Supreme Court agreed Wednesday to hear former President Donald Trump’s claims that he is protected from prosecution by presidential immunity for his official acts while in office—including his efforts to challenge the disputed outcome of the 2020 election following unprecedented procedural irregularities that otherwise afforded him no legal or political remedy.

The nation’s highest court set oral arguments in the case during the week of April 22, according to a one-page order.

“Whether and if so to what extent does a former President enjoy presidential immunity from criminal prosecution for conduct alleged to involve official acts during his tenure in office,” said the order.

As notorious leftist lawfare attorney Marc Elias observed, one key takeaway was the court’s refusal to allow for an expedited timeline, as special counsel Jack Smith had earlier requested, to ensure that the case was heard prior to the presidential election in November.

“Without expressing a view on the merits, this Court directs the Court of Appeals to continue withholding issuance of the mandate until the sending down of the judgment of this Court,” said the order.

Critics noted the irony that Smith—who had previously paid great lip-service to Trump being treated just like any other citizen in the court of law—should be granted fewer rights than the average American through the denial of his due process.

The delay marks a major victory for Trump, given that the election will empower voters effectively to decide his guilt in the matter, which the Justice Department could rescind after his election.

Nonetheless, it still leaves Trump with the deck stacked against him in the far-left D.C. circuit if the Supreme Court does remand the case to them after the April hearing.

Given the Biden Justice Department’s willingness to violate a litany of other norms where Trump is concerned, it is possible that radical Judge Tanya Chutkan will attempt to proceed in the hopes of getting a conviction against the presumptive GOP nominee with only half a year to spare.

Earlier this month, a federal appeals court dealt Trump’s defense a major blow when it said he didn’t have presidential immunity to protect him from charges of election interference.

Smith’s team of federal prosecutors charged Trump with four federal counts, according to the indictment: conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding, conspiracy to defraud the United States, obstruction and conspiracy against the right to vote and to have one’s vote counted, according to the indictment.

Prior to the Jan. 6 uprising, the first charge had only ever been used in the past to prosecute financial crimes.

But a separate case, unrelated to Trump, that is working its way through the court system could wind up rendering it moot if the high court decides that Smith stretched the law beyond its original scope.

Trump, who has pleaded not guilty to all charges, has also filed a request that the charges be expunged on the basis that Smith was not legitimately appointed as an officer of the DOJ and has no legal authority.

The argument was first put forward in an amicus brief to the Supreme Court by Ed Meese, the former attorney general under President Ronald Reagan.

With respect to the immunity claim, Trump’s legal team has argued that presidents could only be prosecuted if they had already been impeached and convicted by the Senate. Trump, impeached twice in the House, was never convicted in the Senate.

Trump posted on Truth Social Wednesday reiterating that presidential immunity was needed.

“Without Presidential Immunity, a President will not be able to properly function, or make decisions, in the best interest of the United States of America,” he wrote.

“Presidents will always be concerned, and even paralyzed, by the prospect of wrongful prosecution and retaliation after they leave office,” he added. “This could actually lead to the extortion and blackmail of a President.”

Kamala Harris Says College Students Will Get Paid to Register Voters Ahead of 2024

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) Kamala Harris announced on Feb. 27, 2024, that college students would get paid by the federal government to register voters, among which could be other college students who are infamous for their far-left political leanings.

Harris’s announcement of the new policy was posted on Twitter by RNC Research.

“We have been doing work to promote voter participation for students. For example, we… under the Federal Work-Study program, now allow students to get paid through Federal Work-Study to register people and to be non-partisan poll workers. As we know, this is important for a number of reasons. One, is to engage our young leaders in this process and [two] activate them in terms of their ability to strengthen our communities,” she said.

In addition to the announcement by Harris, the Department of Education posted an article on its website, in which the organization stated that the federal work-study program is intended to allow students to earn money for day-to-day expenses while at college.

On Feb. 27, 2024, the Biden administration also announced that it would have federal agencies promote voter registration like posting signage promoting Vote.gov at 6,000 Social Security Administration (SSA) offices, having the Department of Health and Human Services emailing voter registration information to people who acquire health insurance through the Affordable Care Act and placing Vote.gov signage at National Park entrances and visitor centers, according to the Daily Caller.

In addition to that, the administration also expressed a desire to push voter registration on three dates: the fake federal holiday, Juneteenth, the Aug. 6, 2024, anniversary of the passage of the Voting Rights Act and National Voter Registration Day, which will fall on Sept. 24, 2024.

Aside from the questionable tactics used by the Democrats during the 2020 election, one of the reasons why Joe Biden got into the Oval Office in the first place was the fact that a lot of young people voted for him. Biden received 60% support from voters ages 18-29, CNN’s exit poll revealed, while adding that Biden had 65% support from voters ages 18-24.

House Republicans Subpoena Robert Hur’s Interview w/ Biden

(Headline USA) House Republicans issued a subpoena this week for special counsel Robert Hur’s interview with President Joe Biden from the investigation into Biden’s mishandling of classified documents.

Hur released his report last month with the recommendation that the Justice Department not file charges against Biden. The special counsel claimed a jury would be unlikely to convict Biden if charges were pressed because they would see him as a sympathetic elderly man with a poor memory.

According to Hur’s report, Biden did not remember when he was vice president or when his late son Beau died, raising concerns about his mental acuity and ability to continue serving in the role of president.

Republicans leading the House’s impeachment inquiry into Biden—House Oversight Chairman James Comer, R-Ky.;, House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan, R-Ohio; and House Ways and Means Chairman Jason Smith, R-Mo.— believe Hur’s wide-ranging interview with Biden may also have revealed whether the president was involved in his family’s foreign business dealings.

They requested that the Justice Department turn over all materials related to Biden’s interview with Hur earlier this month, but their Feb. 19 deadline was not met.

The Justice Department claimed it was “working to gather and process” the documents requested, but House Republicans took issue with the fact that the department “offered no timeframe by which it expected to make any productions or, indeed, any commitment that it would produce all of the material requested.”

Their subpoena must be fulfilled without further delay, they added.

“The Oversight and Judiciary Committees, in coordination with the Ways and Means Committee, are investigating whether sufficient grounds exist to draft articles of impeachment against President Biden for consideration by the full House,” they wrote in a letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland.

“The Committees are concerned that President Biden may have retained sensitive documents related to specific countries involving his family’s foreign business dealings,” they added.

The demand came as the committee finally had its scheduled private deposition of Hunter Biden, who earlier had openly flouted a subpoena and made a mockery of the impeachment proceedings.

Although transcripts had yet to be released, Comer indicated in a statement that there were inconsistencies with some of his accounts, and that they would further pursue the matter in a yet-to-be scheduled public hearing.

Biden’s Latest Flip-Flop: Urging Sanctuary Cities to Turn Over Illegals

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Is this the end of sanctuary cities as we know them? The Biden White House might have some answers as it appears to reverse its stance on cities that shield illegal aliens by not handing them over to federal authorities.

The White House has strikingly called on sanctuary jurisdictions to turn over illegal aliens facing deportation to ICE, as reported by Fox News on Tuesday.

“We welcome local law enforcement’s support and cooperation in apprehending and removing individuals who pose a risk to national security or public safety,” a White House spokesperson claimed when pressed about the administration’s stance on sanctuary cities. The Biden spokesperson stated that the administration wants local jurisdictions to share information with ICE.

Such remarks mark a stark departure from the historical stance of Democratic administrations, including that of President Joe Biden, who, on his first months as president, prioritized the reversal of some high-profile immigration policies of his predecessor, former President Donald Trump.

Notably, Biden rescinded Trump’s 2017 executive order blocking DOJ and DHS grants to cities that do not collaborate with federal immigration authorities for the removal of illegal aliens.

In remarks to Fox, the White House touted the number of individuals deported. “Just since May 12, DHS has removed or returned more than 565,000 individuals — the vast majority of whom crossed the Southwest Border,” the spokesperson added. “565,000 removals and returns is more than every full fiscal year since 2013.”

New York City Eric Adams, a Democrat, coincidentally flirted with the idea of amending the city’s infamous sanctuary policies.

“We should not be allowing people who are repeatedly committing crimes to remain here and we cannot collaborate with ICE in the process,” Adams declared on Thursday during a press conference.

The White House’s and Adams’s remarks came after an illegal alien native of Venezuela faced charges for the brutal murder of a beloved Georgia nursing student.

Jose Antonio Ibarra, 26, allegedly murdered Laken Riley, 22, in a random attack after chasing her while she jogged in Athens, Georgia.

Ibarra entered the U.S. illegally in September 2022. He was paroled into the U.S. by the Biden administration and arrested by the NYPD on Sept. 14, 2023, for “acting in a manner to injure a child less than 17 and a motor vehicle license violation.”

ICE had requested Ibarra be held, but the city did not comply. Ibarra made his way into Georgia, where he ultimately ended the life of Laken.

Tlaib Gloats over ‘Uncommitted’ Vote Success in Michigan

(Headline USA) “Squad” Rep. Rashida Tlaib, D-Mich., gloated over President Joe Biden losing thousands of votes in Michigan’s Democratic primary election Tuesday, encouraging leftists in other states to ditch the president as well over his continued support for Israel.

“I was proud today to walk in and pull a Democratic ballot and vote uncommitted,” the outspoken Hamas supporter said in a video posted on Twitter via the political-action committee Listen to Michigan.

“We must protect our democracy,” Tlaib added. “We must make sure that our government is about us, about the people.”

More than 100,000 Democratic voters in Michigan—or 13% of the Democratic vote total—wrote in “uncommitted” instead of voting for Biden, raising concerns that Biden’s reelection bid may be in jeopardy in the swing state.

Many of the protest votes came from cities with large Muslim populations, including Dearborn, Dearborn Heights and Hamtramck.

“When 74% of Democrats in Michigan support a ceasefire, yet President Biden is not hearing us, this is the way we can use our democracy to say, ‘Listen. Listen to Michigan,’” Tlaib said. “Listen to the majority of Americans who are saying, ‘Enough. No more wars. No more using our dollars to fund genocide. No more.’”

Tlaib’s sister, Layla Elabed, led the protest-vote campaign against Biden. She warned that although these voters won’t support former President Donald Trump in November, they won’t support Biden either.

“We cannot afford to pay the bill for disregarding Palestinian lives should it come due in November,” she said.

Another leftist organization behind the movement, Our Revolution, agreed, releasing a statement on Wednesday: “Change course now on Gaza or risk alienating key voter blocs needed to defeat Trump in November.”

Tlaib is the only “Squad” member to come out against Biden. She was censured by her colleagues in the House last November for spreading “false narratives” about the Israeli–Gaza conflict and making anti-Semitic remarks.

Obama Adviser: RFK Jr. May Send ‘Shockwave’ to Dems in Swing States

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) Democrat insiders were sounding the alarm after an outside group supporting Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s independent presidential bid secured a sufficient number of signatures to get him on the ballot in two key swing states, Arizona and Georgia, CNN reported.

The political-action committee American Values 2024 made the announcement Tuesday, noting that there was reason for the Kennedy campaign to be optimistic about getting on even more ballots in 2024.

“The grassroots energy and momentum give us more confidence than ever in our ability to knock out the remaining states on our list of states quickly,” PAC co-founder Tony Lyons wrote.

However, according to the Daily Caller, not everyone was excited about the news.

CNN contributor Van Jones, a former advisor to President Barack Obama, suggested that Kennedy’s ballot presence would likely harm incumbent President Joe Biden and aid the presumptive Republican nominee, former president Donald Trump.

“If you understand basic math, this is a shockwave through the Democratic Party because it takes a lot less than the amount of support he‘s got, especially among young people, to throw this whole thing [for] Biden,” Jones told CNN anchor Kaitlan Collins on Tuesday, while awaiting the returns from the Michigan primary.

Trump, thus far, has vastly outperformed his barrier-shattering 2020 effort in key categories such as black, Hispanic and young voters—not to mention enjoying comfortable polling leads in five of the six most-prized swing states, according to RealClearPolitics averages.

He currently leads Biden by 4.7 points in Arizona in a head-to-head matchup, but by 7 points with Kennedy in the race.

Similarly, in Georgia, Trump leads currently by 6.8 points head-to-head, but a projected 8 points with Kennedy in the race.

“We can lose some states, but we can‘t lose many,” Jones said.

“And so, we‘re having—we‘re going to have a tough enough time in Georgia, we’re going to have a tough enough time in Arizona anyway—but this is a big deal,” he continued, in reference to Kennedy’s presence on the ballot. “This is a very big deal and I think, for me, my heart breaks.”

Recent hints by GOP hopeful Nikki Haley that she could quit the Republican primary and become a third-party spoiler candidate have given hope to some—most notably her Democrat donors and primary voters.

However, pundits and social-media users remain split as to whether her running on the No Labels ticket would do more to hurt Biden or Trump.
