Supreme Court Allows Texas to Deport Illegals as Case Debated at Lower Levels

(Texas law enforcement can begin charging illegal border crossers with a state crime after the Supreme Court issued a procedural ruling Tuesday.

The ruling theoretically empowers Texas to begin deporting illegals. However, Mexico quickly responded, saying that it would not accept the return of any foreign nationals who were not Mexican citizens that Texas attempted to send back across its border, even if that was their original port of entry.

The court issued two rulings in less than 24 hours this week, ultimately allowing Texas’s border bill, SB 4, to go into effect while the case continues to be argued in the lower courts.

The law stipulates that repeat offenders who illegally reenter Texas can face a prison sentence of up to 20 years. It also gives law enforcement officials the authority to return illegal foreign nationals to a port of entry and/or arrest them for unlawful entry.

The opinion sends the case back to the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals to hear arguments on the merits.

On Monday, Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito issued a third extended stay on the initial stay he ordered on March 4 to prevent the law from going into effect on March 5 until the court could rule on the matter.

Alito first stayed a 5th Circuit ruling that was issued for two consolidated lawsuits filed by the Department of Justice and El Paso County and nonprofit organizations, respectively. The two lawsuits were filed after Gov. Greg Abbott signed SB 4 into law, which makes illegal entry into Texas from a foreign nation a state crime.

In February, U.S. District Judge David Ezra ruled against the law. On March 5, the 5th Circuit overturned Exra’s ruling and the consolidated cases were appealed to the Supreme Court.

The high court was asked to block the law from going into effect as the 5th Circuit heard the case on the merits. The Supreme Court, in a 6-3 decision, denied that request Tuesday, allowing the law to go into effect.

“In a 6-3 decision SCOTUS allows Texas to begin enforcing SB4 that allows the arrest of illegal immigrants,” Abbott said in response to the ruling.

“We still have to have hearings in the 5th circuit federal court of appeals,” he added. “But this is clearly a positive development.”

The ruling states, “the applications to vacate presented to Justice Alito and by him referred to the Court are denied. The orders heretofore entered by Justice Alito are vacated.”

Justice Amy Coney Barrett, joined by Justice Brett Kavanaugh, wrote a five-page ruling for the majority. Justice Sonia Sotomayor, joined by Justice Ketanji Jackson, wrote a 10-page dissent. Justice Elena Kagan wrote a two-page dissent.

The ruling centers around the legality of issuing an administrative stay and does not address the case’s merits, punting the case back to the 5th Circuit.

If the 5th Circuit had issued a stay pending appeal, Barrett wrote, the Supreme Court would have applied a four-factor test to rule on the case.

But because it exercised its docket management authority to issue a temporary administrative stay and deferred the stay motion to a merits panel, she said, the court “has not yet rendered a decision on whether a stay pending appeal is warranted. That puts this case in a very unusual procedural posture.”

She then went on to describe the process of administrative stays and the hesitation to rule on a case due to procedural reasons.

“So far as I know, this court has never reviewed the decision of a Court of Appeals to enter—or not enter—an administrative stay,” she said.

“I would not get into the business. When entered, an administrative stay is supposed to be short-lived prelude to the main event: a ruling on the motion for a stay pending appeal,” she added. “I think it unwise to invite emergency litigation in this court about whether a court of appeals abused its discretion at this preliminary step—for example, by misjudging whether an administrative stay is the best way to minimize harm while the court deliberates.”

Sotomayor and Jackson said the decision “invites further chaos and crisis in immigration enforcement,” and the 5th Circuit issued its ruling “with no reasoned analysis.”

“Texas can now immediately enforce its own law imposing criminal liability on thousands of noncitizens and requiring their removal to Mexico,” they lamented.

As a result, the Supreme Court gave “a green light to a law that will upend the longstanding federal-state balance of power and sow chaos, when the only court to consider the law concluded that it is likely unconstitutional.”

While they debated aspects of administrative stays and attacked the merits of Texas’s law, they also attacked the 5th Circuit.

“Texas’s novel scheme requires careful and reasoned consideration in the courts. The District Court gave S. B. 4 careful consideration and found that it was likely unconstitutional,” they said.

“The Fifth Circuit has not yet weighed in, but nevertheless issued a one-sentence administrative order that is maximally disruptive to foreign relations, national security, the federal-state balance of power, and the lives of noncitizens. The Court should not permit this state of affairs,” they added

Justice Kagan said she didn’t think the 5th Circuit’s use of an administrative stay versus a stay pending appeal “should matter. … But a court’s unreasoned decision to impose one for more than a month, rather than answer the stay pending appeal issue before it, should not spell the difference between respecting and revoking long-settled immigration law.”

When signing SB 4 into law, Abbott said President Joe Biden’s “deliberate inaction has left Texas to fend for itself,” pointing to Article 1 Section 10 of the U.S. Constitution, which empowers states “to take action to defend themselves and that is exactly what Texas is doing.”

Trump-Backed Bernie Moreno Wins Ohio’s U.S. Senate Republican Primary

(Cleveland businessman and political novice Bernie Moreno on Tuesday won the Republican nomination for an Ohio U.S. Senate, boosted by a Saturday appearance from former President Donald Trump that gained national media attention for Trump’s use of the term “bloodbath” to refer to Chinese automobile imports.

Echoing similar upsets during the 2022 primary season, it marked a major blow to the GOP establishment, but also came with a note of caution as Democrats—seeing in Moreno the more vulnerable option for a general election matchup against incumbent Sen. Sherrod Brown in the battleground state—reportedly ran ads designed to gin up MAGA support.

Moreno’s win over state Sen. Matt Dolan and Secretary of State Frank LaRose was called about 8:45 p.m., setting up the November showdown with Brown in one of the country’s critical races for control of the Senate.

Brown, first elected to the Senate in 2006, did not have a primary challenger.

With 26% of the vote reporting, Moreno picked up 41.5% to Dolan’s 36.5% and LaRose’s 22%.

President Joe Biden (88.9% of the vote) and Trump (74.8%) won the Democratic and Republican presidential primaries, respectively. Both secured enough pledged delegates last week for their parties; nomination.

The loss was the second straight for Dolan, who also ran in the Republican primary for U.S. Senate in 2022 when the Trump-backed J.D. Vance won the nomination and eventually the seat.

The question of Trump’s support figured prominiently into one of the candidate debates, in which Moreno and LaRose engaged in a discussion over who was “Trumpier.”

“Frank does know President Trump and President Trump knows Frank. And he endorsed me,” said Moreno.

Dolan never explicitly disavowed himself from Trump’s policies, although he did appear to convey some discomfort with the topic, attempting to shift the focus back to Ohio.

“Once again, the irony here is I’m the only one that’s enacted Trump policies,” he demurred.

Moreno, who once spoke unequivocally in opposition to Trump but has since become a staunch supporter.

Democrats already were using his notable pivot on that and other issues—including his past advocacy for the LGBT movement (his eldest son is gay) to launch a barrage of character attacks against him.

Several outlets accused him of authoring a years-old post on the Adult Friend Finder site, using an account linked to his email, that said the user was seeking “young guys to have fun with” and “men for 1-on-1 sex.”

A former intern of Moreno’s came forward saying he had posted the message as a prank.

“I am thoroughly embarrassed by an aborted prank I pulled on my friend, and former boss, Bernie Moreno, nearly two decades ago,” Dan Ricci, said in a statement provided to the Associated Press by Moreno’s lawyer.

Trump made a campaign stop near Dayton on Saturday. Heading into that rally, Moreno trailed Dolan in an Emerson College poll conducted the first week in March.

In the latest Emerson poll, which sampled 450 likely Republican voters Sunday and Monday, Moreno’s support jumped 15 points to 38%, followed by Dolan at 29% and LaRose at 12%. Undecided voters were at 21%.

It was only a three-point jump for Dolan, while LaRose lost four points in the final poll. The margin for error was +/-4.6%

The same poll showed the top issue for Republican voters is the economy at 37%, followed by immigration at 29% and threats to democracy at 14%.

Judge Sentencing Satanic Sadist: ‘One of the Most Disturbing Cases I’ve Seen’

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) WINSTON-SALEM—U.S. District Judge Loretta Biggs sentenced Satanic child abuser Kierre Anthony Cutler to 87 months imprisonment on Wednesday, calling Cutler’s matter one of the most disturbing cases the 70-year-old judge has seen in her career.

Cutler is one of a slew of men to be prosecuted in recent months for activities related to a network of online chatrooms known as “764,” which promote Satanism, Nazism and pedophilia. Cutler, who operated in the chatrooms under the username “MK Ultra”—a reference to the CIA mind-control program—allegedly encouraged young girls to cut themselves and engage in other acts of self-harm.

Cutler’s 87-month sentence was the high end of the guidelines for the charge of distributing child pornography that he pled guilty to last October. Before imposing her sentence, Biggs said she was in a difficult position.

“Do you lock a 19-year-old up forever to keep him away from everyone else?” Biggs mused before handing down her sentence.

Several factors helped Cutler achieve his sentence, which was much lighter than some of his associates, including 18-year-old Bradley Cadenhead, who was sentenced to 80-years imprisonment in Texas for similar crimes.

A Lifetime of Abuse

As noted by defense attorney Ames Chamberlin, Cutler suffered severe abuse of his own as a child.

According to Chamberlin, Cutler suffered a traumatic brain injury when he was born. Further, he was kept in “isolation” as a toddler, Chamberlin said.

“Kierre was a victim of sexual abuse at his father’s residence,” the attorney continued, adding that the father abandoned his family when Cutler was 10.

Cutler would continue to have a troubled childhood in his early teens. But his situation took a turn for the worse when the government closed schools at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic—leaving Cutler alone to browse on his computer for hours on end, eventually leading him to the Satanic pedophile chatgroups.

Much of Cutler’s illegal activity occurred while he was still a juvenile, Chamberlin said in defense of his client. He was kicked out of his house when he turned 18 in July 2022 and wound up at a homeless shelter—where he was arrested in October of that year.

Chamberlin referenced that Cutler, who doesn’t have any prior convictions, shows early signs of schizophrenia and other mental health issues. But because he’s so young and because schizophrenia typically only starts to show itself when people are well into adulthood, he hasn’t been diagnosed yet, the lawyer said.

Chamberlin also said that Cutler hasn’t been diagnosed with a pedophilic disorder. Apparently, when he was analyzed by a psychologist, it was determined that Cutler didn’t actually derive sexual pleasure from the child porn he distributed—rather, he distributed porn to gain status in the online chat groups in which he participated.

“This was a means to be somebody,” Chamberlin said.

Unlike Anything I’ve Ever Seen

As for the Justice Department, Assistant United States Attorneys K. P. Kennedy Gates said Cutler’s “case is unlike anything I’ve ever seen.”

“It’s truly concerning,” Gates said, explaining that this isn’t the typical child porn case. “To be clear, Cutler distributed sadistic and extreme child pornography … the sexual torture of children.”

Judge Biggs agreed.

“This is one of the most disturbing cases I’ve seen. He clearly needs a lot of help, but I don’t know what to do with someone like this. This feels like he can become utterly dangerous,” Judge Biggs said, referencing Cutler’s sealed presentence report, which apparently says that he threatened to kill his mother.

“This is about mutilation, Satanic rituals.”

Judge Biggs also referenced a statement Cutler apparently made to a psychologist: “He said he loves blood because it’s beautiful,” the judge said. “What does that even mean?”

Cutler also apparently told investigators that being taken from his “community” of online Satanic pedophiles felt like “a total annihilation of my identity.”

“His statements are concerning,” the judge said. “Even more problematic is that he doesn’t think he needs treatment.”

The judge continued: “We’ve got someone here who’s truly mentally ill. Clearly, I can protect the public for some time, but you can’t just lock him up forever. I wish I had a better diagnosis for if he’d act some of [these fantasies] to someone in person. I don’t have that because of his age.”

Along with the 87-month sentence, Judge Biggs ordered Cutler to undergo 15 years of supervised release. During that time, he’ll be barred from the internet.

The judge also ordered Biggs to undergo mental-health and drug-abuse treatment while he’s incarcerated.

Other 764 Cases

The government’s crackdown on the above-mentioned Satanic pedophile groups started in November 2021, when the FBI arrested 764 member Angel Almeida. Details of Almeida’s 764 activities weren’t made public until records about his case were unsealed late last year.

More recently, the Justice Department filed charges in December against another 764 member, Kalana Limkin, for allegedly promoting child pornography, sexual extortion, and trafficking, animal cruelty and self-harm of minors.

Additionally, last month U.S. Marshals arrested 764 member Kyle Spitze on child porn charges. Spitze’s disturbing story can be read here.

And more recently, Canadian police announced last month the arrest of a 14-year-old male who was affiliated with 764.

According to the Justice Department and others, 764 is linked to the Order of Nine Angles, a terroristic cult that seeks to corrupt the youth with the end goal of accelerating the collapse of Western society.

The 764 cult “represents a radical shift in the group to specifically target children and use [child porn] and videos depicting animal cruelty, self-harm, and other acts of violence to accelerate chaos in society,” the DOJ said in recent court filings.

Joe Biden Is Running a Ponzi Scheme Bigger Than Bernie Madoff’s!

(Mike Maharrey, Money Metals News Service) You’ve almost certainly heard of Bernie Madoff’s Ponzi scheme. He was sentenced to 150 years in prison for running it. Well, as Mike Maharrey explains in this episode of the Money Metals’ Midweek Memo, Joe Biden is overseeing an even bigger Ponzi scheme – the national debt.

In this episode of the Money Metals’ Midweek Memo, Mike puts the national debt into perspective, explains how it’s a Ponzi scheme, reveals the ramifications, and argues that despite most people’s apathy about the debt, it really does matter to you.

Mike opens that show by arguing that Madoff’s $65 billion Ponzi scheme was child’s play compared to the $34.5 trillion scheme run by President Biden.

That $34.5 trillion number might clue you in on the fact that Mike is talking about the national debt.

“Now, you might be thinking, sure, the national debt is pretty bad, but how is it a Ponzi scheme? Well, I’m going to get to that, but first I want to put the national debt into perspective.”

Mike concedes that trillions of dollars are unfathomable, so he makes a few comparisons to give you an idea of just how big the debt has grown. Nevertheless, most people don’t seem to think it’s that big of a problem.

“When you talk to the average person about the national debt, most people don’t care. They’ll just shrug. Some politicians will get all bright-eyed and tell you, ‘Yeah, we need to do something about that.’ But they won’t. I think the prevailing attitude is that people have been warning about the debt for decades and nothing bad has happened. Here’s the thing: something that is unsustainable will still keep going until it doesn’t. You can play kick the can down the road for a long time until you run out of road.”

Mike then points out the root of the problem.

“To really grasp the problem of the debt, you have to understand how it’s a Ponzi scheme. And to get that, you have to understand the root of the problem. It’s the spending.”

Mike continues, providing numbers to support his point.

But even if you think the debt is ultimately a problem, how is it a Ponzi scheme?

“It’s not the debt itself. It’s the borrowing to fund it.”

Mike goes on to explain exactly how the government borrows money and why it qualifies as a Ponzi scheme.

“It literally has to find new people to buy bonds in order to pay back the people who bought bonds in the past. That is, by definition a Ponzi scheme. And what do Ponzi schemes eventually do? They collapse. You have to find more and more investors to cover the outstanding debt and eventually, you run out of people willing to play the game.”

Mike then focuses on the ramifications of the debt, explaining how interest expense is already becoming unsustainable due to the recent Fed rate increases.

But what does all of this mean?

It means they are going to keep wrecking the dollar.

“The only way out of this fiscal death spiral is significant spending cuts and/or major tax hikes. I don’t know about you, but I’m not holding my breath. Oh, sure. They’ll talk about spending cuts. Or at least some of them will. And they’ll talk about tax hikes. Or some of them will. And they may even claim they have cut spending. I mean, supposedly, they cut spending with the debt ceiling deal, right? Spending hasn’t actually gone down a penny. They’ll propose a budget that makes the increase in spending a little less than last year and call that a cut even though total spending went up. Biden will stand up there and claim, the deficits are getting smaller. Yeah. Smaller than the historically high deficits of the pandemic era. You and I both know that an $828 billion deficit in less than half a year isn’t anything to brag about…

“These people are wrecking the dollar. We can debate about how badly they’re wrecking, but I don’t see how anybody can deny that the economic and fiscal realities bode ill for the greenback.”

Mike argues that’s why you want to have real money – gold and silver.

“It’s interesting because the Chinese get it. Their economy isn’t doing so great either. Do you know what young people are doing there? Buying gold.”

Viral Video Shows NY Homeowner Getting Arrested for Kicking Out Squatters

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) A chilling video captures the precise moment when a New York City homeowner was arrested for confronting alleged squatters occupying a home she inherited.

Adele Andaloro found herself in handcuffs after deciding to change the locks on the property, as depicted in a Monday news segment by ABC 7’s Eyewitness News.

“It’s enraging,” Andaloro expressed to Eyewitness News reporter Dan Krauth, referring to her frustration over being unable to access her own home. “It’s not fair that I, as the homeowner, have to be going through this.”

The confrontation between Andaloro and the purported squatters ensued after she attempted to sell the residence, only to discover individuals had allegedly taken up residence and altered the locks.

Andaloro was in the middle of an interview with Eyewitness News outside her property when an unidentified woman arrived and opened the door.

Subsequently, Andaloro and the reporter entered the home, where they encountered a new batch of alleged squatters. In New York City, squatters gain certain legal rights after 30 days of residency.

The alleged squatters summoned the cops on Andaloro. But instead, some of the accused squatters were taken in handcuffs after failing to prove they’d been inside the home for 30 days.

In response, Andaloro changed the locks, but another individual, identified as Brian Rodriguez, asserted his claim as the lessee of the property.

Rodriguez then contacted the authorities, prompting Andaloro to be informed that she must pursue legal action against him, as he is considered a tenant under squatting laws.

“By the time someone does their investigation, their work, and their job, it will be over 30 days and this man will still be in my home,” Andaloro lamented. “I’m really fearful that these people are going to get away with stealing my home.”

Addressing an officer, she asked, “Why is it that I have to leave and he doesn’t have to leave?”

The officer responded: “Because, technically, he can’t be kicked out. You need to go to court.” Later in the video, Andaloro is depicted being handcuffed for “unlawful eviction.”

As Andaloro is detained, Rodriguez can be heard remarking from the background, “It’s not her house anymore.”

AG Drops Charges Against Grieving Gold-Star Father Who Heckled Biden’s SOTU

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) DC Attorney General Brian Schwalb decided to drop the criminal charges against Gold-Star father Steve Nikoui for his emotional heckling of President Joe Biden during this month’s State of the Union address.

Fox News reported that the attorney general, citing past cases, decided not to proceed with the charges against Nikoui. This came after Nikoui criticized the pending charges in an interview with Fox News on Tuesday.

“No charges have been dropped,” he said, hours before the charges were dismissed. The God-Star father expressed little surprise at the lack of action from the Biden-led DOJ in his criminal case.

The dropped charges stem from Nikoui’s visible distress as Biden discussed national security measures during the State of the Union on March 7.

Rising from his seat, Nikoui repeatedly shouted “Abbey Gate!”—a reference to the gate at Hamid Karzai International Airport in Kabul, Afghanistan, where a terrorist attack claimed the life of his son, Lance Cpl. Kareem M. Nikoui, along with 13 others on August 26.

“Abbey Gate! Kareem Nikoui! Second Battalion, First Marines!” Nikoui continued to shout, disregarding demands from U.S. Capitol Police to cease the heckling.

Following his outburst, Nikoui was escorted out of the venue and subsequently charged with misdemeanors related to “crowding, obstructing, or incommoding.”

The arrest of Nikoui drew the ire of Americans concerned about accountability for the U.S. government’s actions during the NATO withdrawal from Afghanistan, which saw the Taliban regain control. In response to the arrest, a fundraiser for a memorial fund in honor of Nikoui’s son raised over $6,365.

Nikoui had attended the State of the Union address as a guest of Rep. Brian Mast, R-FL, who remarked after the arrest, “Mr. Nikoui lost his son due to Joe Biden’s incompetence, and lost another son to grief over his brother being killed.”

Mast condemned the charges against Nikoui as a “disgrace,” later adding: “This man and his family have given America more than I could personally bear and to attack him with a BS charge of ‘demonstrating’ is a disgrace.”

Nikoui joined other Gold-Star parents in an emotional gathering at a D.C. restaurant following his arrest. Among hugs and praises, a woman expressed, “We’re so proud of you.”

Former Google Employees Admit Company Is ‘F***ing Woke’

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) Numerous former Google employees revealed that Google AI tool Gemini’s far-left and anti-white bias was not an accident but rather a direct result of the woke company pushing DEI practices.

“I was not shocked at all… Because I know Google well. Google Gemini’s failures revealed how broken Google’s culture is in such a visually obvious way to the world. But what happened was not a one-off incident. It was a symptom of a larger cultural phenomenon that has been taking over the company for years,” Shaun Maguire, a partner at Google Ventures from 2016 until 2019, said, according to the Daily Wire.

Maguire also mentioned that the leftist infiltration was completed even back when he started working for the company.

“By the time I joined, the word around Silicon Valley was that Google had already lost its way. It was only when I got there that I realized the full extent of it,” he said.

David Kiferbaum, a Google business manager who worked for Google from 2015 to 2023, said that he was told while he was working for the company that Google needs to hire less straight, white, men.

“I was like, ‘Whoa, I can’t believe this person is saying this out loud,'” he said.

Maguire also mentioned illegal hiring practices by saying that the company wanted to hire a female for the senior role, despite the qualifications, only because leftist activists demanded that, threatening to quit.

He then said that Ventures’ CEO, “like all of the senior leadership across Google, proved to be spineless in the face of these employee threats,” which resulted in a “diverse” female getting a job.

“Within a year, he hired a new female general partner, who was really smart but who wasn’t qualified for the job,” he said.

As a result, Maguire pointed out, that over the next two years, “highly experienced founders and seasoned investors” were replaced with “young people from minority backgrounds were coming in with virtually no investment experience whatsoever.”

“In this time, Ventures promoted a 25-year-old black woman to investment partner — the same position I held at the time — who had not yet made a single investment decision in her entire career,” he said.

After realizing that the company could not be saved, Maguire started looking for another job.

“When firms would ask me why I wanted to leave Google, I would be brutally honest. I’d say, ‘Because Google is f***ing woke. It’s not a meritocracy. And I want to work somewhere with a performance culture,’” he said.

Jewish Teacher Punished for Reporting Muslim Student Who Praised Hitler

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) A Maryland school system knowingly used false information to punish a Jewish teacher for reporting to her principal about a pro-Palestinian walkout of students praising Adolf Hitler and calling for the death of Jews.

Paint Branch High School Principal Pam Krawczel gave excused absences to students to walk out of class in protest of Israel in January 2024, praising them despite the Muslim Student Association (MSA) faculty sponsor informing her that some of the students made violent and genocidal remarks, according to the Daily Wire.

Krawczel then falsely suggested that the MSA faculty sponsor, Brooke Meshel, was the Daily Wire’s source, doxxed a child and took a photograph of students.

Krawczel summoned Meshel and drafted a “Summary of Concern” memo for her file, expressing “concern about the article posted in the Daily Wire in which Ms. Meshel was said to be the source,” the Wire wrote.

Krawczel ordered Meshel to “reflect on the meeting,” stating that she could not serve as the sponsor of MSA, interact with any students in the MSA and post any pictures of PBHS students.

As evidence that Meshel was the source, Krawczel cited an unnamed collection of students who told her that “Meshel had provided information to the writers” and told the news source that “the whole event was anti-Semitic,” neither of which occurred, the Wire reported.

In addition to that, in the letter, the principal suggested that Meshel was to blame for the article mentioning the name of the student who allegedly made the Hitler comment, even though it was an email from Assistant Principal Tim Bangerd who used the student’s first name.

The letter also relied on the statement from a student that stated that the Wire took the photo of the student without permission.

A lawyer representing the teacher named David Felsen wrote to Krawczel to accuse him of knowingly misrepresenting the facts on Feb. 5, 2024, according to the materials that were obtained by the news source.

“[It is] unclear why PBHS administrators would knowingly and falsely sacrifice Ms. Meshel when simply stating the truth and standing up for an MCPS teacher would have fostered community understanding instead of facilitating the rancor and pain that now exists,” the letter said.

CNN Host Has Meltdown as Kevin O’Leary Scolds $464M Trump Bond

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) CNN anchor Laura Coates became visibly upset during a live broadcast when Shark Tank host Kevin O’Leary criticized the business ramifications of the civil lawsuit against former President Trump and his company.

“What are you doing?” asked a seemingly frustrated Coates to a fired-up O’Leary during a segment of her eponymous show on Tuesday. “I have a wonderful voice and it won’t be talked over,” she added just moments earlier.

Coates’s response was triggered by O’Leary’s pro-Trump remarks regarding the bond in Attorney General Letitia James’s civil fine against the Trump Organization over alleged inflated finances.

“What a great message to send out all around the world,” O’Leary said of the claims that Trump could put his properties as collateral in the bond placed on the civil case. “There was no fraud here in the context of actually people losing money.”

He further elaborated, “Great message for New York. Great message for America, ‘Bring your capital because we’d protect your property.’ I think that was a statement that would better made sometime in Venezuela. That’s a scary, scary message. … Absolutely horrific.”

Coates, in line with typical CNN anchors, interrupted O’Leary’s impassioned remarks. “But wait, Kevin. Hold on, Kevin. Hold on a second. I… Kevin O’Leary, I’d like to hear what you have to say – what are you doing?” she interjected, unsuccessfully attempting to cut O’Leary’s remarks.

“This is not America,” he exclaimed.

“It’s not America, but it is the Laura Coates Live show and I am speaking. So that would be the rule. Not Venezuela, nowhere else,” Coats replied, but O’Leary quickly said: “Not America!”

Further lecturing O’Leary in a visibly condescending tone, Coates concluded: “Fine, but it’s the Laura Coates Live and hello? My name is Laura Coates.”

This tense exchange unfolded after Trump filed a motion informing Judge Arthur Engoron of his unsuccessful attempts to secure a hefty civil penalty nearing $500 million in what New York prosecutors claimed was an illegal plot by Trump to secure generous loans.

Tellingly, Trump repaid the disputed loans with interest. Even worse, James, the elected attorney general for New York, campaigned on prosecuting Trump, his companies, and his family.

Upon assuming office, James followed through on her campaign pledge, sparking concerns regarding selective prosecution and political witch hunts.

Woke Pop Star Will Not Hand Out Plan B, Condoms at Concerts After Backlash

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) Woke pop star Olivia Rodrigo will no longer allow pro-abortion groups to hand out “emergency contraceptives” and condoms at shows on her “Guts” tour after facing intense public backlash, especially considering that Rodrigo’s primary audience is teenage girls.

Late last week, local abortion organizations were notified of the change in plans after images of a “care” package that included boxes of Julie, a pill similar to Plan B, went viral following a St. Louis concert stop, organizers informed Variety.

In addition to that, the news source discovered from three sources that it was Rodrigo’s team that made the decision. Rodrigo’s team requested abortion advocates stop distributing lube, condoms and “emergency contraceptives” at the tour stops because “children are present at the concerts,” the National Network of Abortion Funds, which partnered with Rodrigo, said.

“The reality is that youth have sex, and youth need access to birth control and emergency contraception,” Jade Hurley, communications manager for the DC Abortion Fund, said while adding that conservatives and Christians whom she ironically called “extremists” “are causing a moral panic over something they don’t even understand.”

The chair of the Prairie Abortion Fund, Destini Spaeth, agreed with Hurley while revealing her predatory views toward teenage girls.

“There is something really positive about a 16- or 15-year-old having a Plan B and a few condoms in her dresser to use as she needs it,” she said.

Spaeth then gaslighted the public by saying that murdering babies in the womb and using contraceptives is a “sign of responsibility,” not abstaining from having sex.

“Sex and sexual health tools — whether that be abortion, Plan B, condoms — are villainized because you’re [seen as being] promiscuous. We don’t look at it as a sign of responsibility… If the kids aren’t getting the education that they need in school, at least they can rely on reproductive health organizations in their communities to get that information and resources to them,” she said.

However, both organizations said that they will continue pushing their anti-life agenda, with the Prairie Abortion Fund promising to continue distributing promotional materials at Rodrigo’s shows and the DC Abortion Fund promising to continue handing out Plan B on the sidewalks outside Rodrigo’s upcoming shows.

“Little do these decision-makers know: We have no issue handing out Plan B, free of charge, on the public sidewalk outside the venue. #GUTSWorldTour ticket-holders OR NOT: See you July 20th outside Capital One! We take care of us,” the organization wrote.
