Rudy Giuliani’s Daughter Throws Father Under Bus, Endorses Kamala, Attacks MAGA

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) It usually works the other way around, but the fruit fell far away from the tree this time.

Rudy Giuliani‘s daughter, Caroline, recently exposed herself as a leftist in her Vanity Fair essay. In the essay, Caroline endorsed the Democratic presidential nominee, Kamala Harris, and blamed Donald Trump for taking away her father.

“After months of feeling the type of sorrow that comes from the death of a loved one, it dawned on me that I’ve been grieving the loss of my dad to Trump. I cannot bear to lose our country to him, too,” she wrote in her piece.

Caroline also revealed that she has an extreme case of the Trump Derangement Syndrome when she wrote that she cried when her father told her in 2018 that he would become Trump’s lawyer.

“Watching my dad’s life crumble since he joined forces with Trump has been extraordinarily painful,” Caroline wrote. “Trump being the president was the worst thing that ever happened to my dad, to my family, and to our nation’s modern history.”

In her piece, she also endorsed Harris for president, stating that she “has the experience, intelligence and fortitude to lead us to a brighter future, and seeing her hold Trump accountable in the debate only further confirms her ability to defend us from our most dangerous enemies, domestic and foreign.”

“Take it from me, Trump destroys everything he touches. I saw it happen to my family. Don’t let it happen to yours or to our country,” Caroline wrote.

After Vanity Fair published the piece, leftists and RINOs used the opportunity to attack Trump once again.

However, this was not the first time when Caroline showed Americans that she has been brainwashed by the culture controlled by the Left. In 2020, she published another piece in Vanity Fair, in which she endorsed Joe Biden for president.

“I may not be able to change my father’s mind, but together, we can vote this toxic administration out of office,” she wrote.

In 2016, she also endorsed Hillary Clinton for president, as reported by Politico.

Doug Emhoff, King of Reshaped ‘Masculinity,’ Viciously Slapped Girlfriend at Soirée

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Well… Well… Vice President Kamala Harris’s husband, Doug Emhoff, has turned out not to be the beacon of feminism the left has painted him as—with a new report accusing him of “forcefully” slapping his ex-girlfriend.

The alleged assault, fueled by jealousy, took place in May 2012 at the Cannes Film Festival in France, according to three friends of Emhoff’s then-girlfriend, who spoke to the Daily Mail.

The woman, referred to only as “Jane,” was waiting for valet service when she offered cash to get to the front of the line.

Emhoff mistakenly thought Jane was flirting with the valet worker because she placed her hand on his shoulder. In response, Emhoff allegedly slapped her, causing her head to spin.

A male friend of Jane said she called him immediately after the incident to inform him of the assault. This account was corroborated by two other friends of the alleged victim.

“It was hard to hear her because she was sobbing. She told me she was with a guy and he hit her,” the first friend recounted, while seemingly identifying Emhoff. “It was very clear what she was telling me. She said she was with a guy, her date, she was at the Cannes Film Festival, and he hit her.”

This alleged assault adds another scandal to the Harris campaign.

Just two months ago, Emhoff faced backlash after reports surfaced that he had cheated on his first wife, Kerstin Emhoff, with their daughter’s nanny, Najen Naylor, who became pregnant during the affair.

The 2008 fling ultimately ended his first marriage and Naylor’s career as an educator. Earlier reports stipulated that Naylor might have terminated the unborn baby’s life, and she received an undisclosed settlement.

However, Naylor suffered a miscarriage and received $80,000 in exchange for a non-disclosure agreement, according to Jane’s friends. Notably, Naylor has not responded to Headline USA’s multiple requests for an interview.

These disturbing accusations continue to unravel the media’s portrayal of Emhoff as a so-called supportive husband and supposed ally to women and the LGBTQ community.

On Sunday, Jen Psaki, the former White House press secretary-turned MSNBC anchor, lauded Emhoff with praise, bizarrely claiming his role as second gentleman “reshaped the perception of masculinity.”

In response, Emhoff claimed that he has “always been like this,” crediting his behavior to his father’s influence.

On X, many conservatives scolded Emhoff’s double standard, highlighting the stark contrast between his public persona and troubling past.

Ex-Pro-Athlete Running for House Sells Out Other Women in Favor of Trans ‘Brothers’

(Headline USA) A New Jersey Democrat running for the U.S. House said this week that she was “not worried” about biological men competing on women’s sports teams or undressing in women’s locker rooms.

Sue Altman, a former leader of the progressive Working Families Party, is running to defeat Republican incumbent Rep. Tom Kean in New Jersey’s 7th congressional district. The race is currently ranked as a toss-up.

Altman, a former professional basketball player, was asked whether she worried about the Biden administration’s radical rewrite of Title IX, the legal statute that provided equal opportunity for female athletes.

Altman admitted she would back “our trans brothers and sisters” over the female athletes she grew up competing against.

“If we decide as a society that making rules about who is and who isn’t female is more important than giving young children a chance to be on teams and compete and to be part of something bigger than themselves, especially young people who are more susceptible to suicide and bullying, then I think we’ve lost our way a little bit,” Altman said, according to the New York Post.

Altman went on to suggest that few female athletes were actually concerned with having to compete against men who identified as women.

“I promise you that in the locker rooms of women’s sports teams, we’re not super worried about this,” she said. “We’ve been worried about getting equal access to gym time, good referees, good trainers so you don’t get injured, fair shake at scholarships, equal pay at the higher levels.”

The Democrat added that, if elected, she would defer to “individual sport committees” to “decide the highest, highest level things.”

However, she noted she would continue to advocate for “young people and adolescents struggling with their gender identity” to be given “the chance to compete”—even if female athletes were forced to compete at a disadvantage as a result.

Newsom Signes Calif. Law Banning Local Voter ID Requirements

(Headline USA) California Gov. Gavin Newsom signed a law this week banning local voter ID requirements.

The bill was introduced by state Democrats in response to a ballot initiative approved by the voters of Huntington Beach, a Republican-leaning city south of Los Angeles. The initiative would have required municipal election voters to show a legal form of identification at the polls.

Democratic state Sen. Dave Min, who introduced the bill signed by Newsom on Monday, argued that if local districts were allowed to pass their own voter ID requirements, there would be widespread confusion.

“We cannot have 100 different charter cities making up 100 different sets of voting rules based on fringe conspiracy theories,” he said, according to the Los Angeles Times.

The new bill will take effect on Jan. 1, 2025, after November’s presidential election.

Huntington Beach residents approved stricter voter ID requirements in March. However, as soon as the initiative passed, California Attorney General Rob Bonta and Secretary of State Shirley Weber sued Huntington Beach to prevent the rule from being implemented, arguing that the voter ID requirements were unnecessary since state law already includes “strong protections” against fraud, and that it would discriminate against minority residents.

“The right to freely cast your vote is the foundation of our democracy and Huntington Beach’s voter ID policy flies in the face of this principle,” Bonta said in an April statement.

“State election law already contains robust voter ID requirements with strong protections to prevent voter fraud, while ensuring that every eligible voter can cast their ballot without hardship,” he claimed. “Imposing unnecessary obstacles to voter participation disproportionately burdens low-income voters, voters of color, young or elderly voters, and people with disabilities.”

California is one of 14 states that do not require voter ID for elections at either the state or federal level.

Walz Ignores Reporters after ‘Friends w/ School Shooter’ Gaffe

(Maire Clayton, Headline USA) Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz had a mishap during Tuesday’s night vice-presidential debate when he stated he had “become friends with school shooters.”

Immediately following the debate, Walz decided to ignore reporters when asked about the baffling comment as he instead grabbed a slice of pizza.

“Can you clarify what you meant when you said you would be friends with school shooters?” the governor was repeatedly asked during an exchange posted to X.

Conservative satire site the Babylon Bee was quick to note, wryly, that the flamboyant Walz might be seen as too eccentric for many school shooters, who have their reputations to consider.

“One teacher came forward to say that while the school shooters were obviously odd and off-putting, Walz was ‘a genuine fruitcake’ and once tried out for the part of Sandy in a school production of Grease,” the Bee wrote in its spoof article “School Shooters Distance Themselves From Tim Walz.”

Walz’s comment likewise sparked numerous reactions on X, highlighting and making light of the blunder.

One user wrote, “Makes sense. School shooters are usually the ones wanting tampons in men’s rooms,” referencing Walz’s decision to force public schools to provide menstrual products in restrooms.

Several recent mass-shooting attacks in schools and other public settings have involved individuals who self-identified as transgender or nonbinary.

Pollster Frank Luntz stated the comment “may be the worst line in any 2024 debate.”

“I thought my friends were a little rough around the edges,” host Jesse Kelly began, “but Tim Walz just said he’s friends with school shooters.”

Former President Donald Trump also decided to weigh in, posting a campaign sign for himself and Ohio Sen. JD Vance that said, “Not friends with school shooters.”

Walz finally attempted to address the comment almost a day later during a Pennsylvania rally with Sen. John Fetterman.

He managed to give a rambling, word-salad response, during which he stated that he was “super passionate about this” and in the future he needed to be more specific with his words.

The gaffe wasn’t the only blunder Walz suffered during the debate. He called himself “a knucklehead at times,” as he tried to deflect from misleading claims he previously made regarding being in Hong Kong during the 1989 Tiananmen Square protests.

“All I said was that I got there that summer and misspoke on this,” Walz stated. “So, I’d just—that’s what I said. So, I was in Hong Kong and China during the democracy protest and from that, I learned a lot.”

Trump Pledges to Prosecute Google for Election Interference

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) Former President Donald Trump vowed on Friday to prosecute Google for election interference if he wins the 2024 election, the Post Millennial reported.

In a Truth Social post, the former president said that he would ensure that the Department of Justice investigated Google for its “blatant election interference.”

According to Trump, “it has been determined that Google has illegally used a system of only revealing and displaying bad stories about Donald J. Trump, some made up for this purpose while, at the same time, only revealing good stories about Comrade Kamala Harris.”

Further, he castigated Google for partaking in an illegal activity, noting that he expected the DOJ to “criminally prosecute” the tech giant for its blatant interference.

If—or when—President Joe Biden’s DOJ fails to launch an investigation, Trump added, he hopes to be reelected in order to restore “the Laws of our Country” by issuing an order prosecute Google “at the maximum levels.”

Google has a known history of election interference, which CEO Sundar Pichai openly admitted ahead of the fraught 2020 election.

“We have been planning for a while and we rely on outside news sources through moments like that,” Pichai said leading up to the 2020 election as he assured Democrats in Congress that his company was working hard to censor Trump.

“We have closely partnered with the Associated Press to make sure we can provide users with the most accurate information possible.”

Last March, suspicions were confirmed by the Media Research Center, which concluded after an investigation that from 2008 through 2024 that Google had “utilized its power” to help push to electoral victory the most liberal candidates.”

In a more recent Media Research Center report, the group revealed more precisely how the search engine giant stifled its political opposition.

“In the past, Google buried the campaign websites of Republican candidates,” the report said.

“Now the search giant very clearly pads its search results about political candidates with leftist legacy news articles, many of which are hostile to Republicans and either neutral or favorable toward Democrats.”

As a result, any reader trying to find information about conservative candidates will be forced to sift through numerous search results in order to locate the relevant information for which they originally searched.

October Surprise: Judge Chutkan Unseals Jack Smith’s Filing That Blames Jan. 6 on Trump

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) In what critics have deemed a lame attempt at an an “October surprise,” the Obama-appointed Judge Tanya Chutkan has unsealed special counsel Jack Smith’s mammoth court filing that seeks blame Donald Trump for the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol Hill uprising.

Smith’s filing was submitted, initially under seal, following a Supreme Court opinion that conferred broad immunity on former presidents for official acts they take in office, narrowing the scope of the prosecution charging Trump with challenging the dubious results of the 2020 election.

Smith argued in his new motion that Trump may have been President, but his “scheme” to challenge the election was “fundamentally a private one.”

“Although the defendant was the incumbent President during the charged conspiracies, his scheme was fundamentally a private one,” Smith’s team wrote.

Trump campaign spokesman Steven Cheung called the brief “falsehood-ridden” and “unconstitutional” and repeated oft-stated allegations that Smith and Democrats were “hell-bent on weaponizing the Justice Department in an attempt to cling to power.”

“The release of the falsehood-ridden, Unconstitutional J6 brief immediately following Tim Walz’s disastrous debate performance is another obvious attempt by the Harris-Biden regime to undermine American Democracy and interfere in this election.”

The filing might be light on substance, but reveals new details about Trump’s strained relationship with then-Vice President Mike Pence— including a private lunch the two had on Nov. 12, 2020, in which Pence “reiterated a face-saving option” for Trump, telling him, “don’t concede but recognize the process is over,” according to prosecutors.

In another private lunch days later, Pence urged Trump to accept the results of the election and run again in 2024.

“I don’t know, 2024 is so far off,” Trump told him, according to the filing.

The filing also claims that Trump said, “So what?” when aides alerted him that Pence was in potential danger after a crowd of violent supporters stormed the U.S. Capitol.

‘Drill, Baby, Drill’: Energy Costs To Drop ‘50%,’ Trump Tells Dave Ramsey

(Matt Lamb, Headline USA) Former President Donald Trump pledged, if re-elected, to cut energy costs “50%” during a recent interview with financial expert Dave Ramsey that was released on Wednesday.

Ramsey, one of the most popular radio hosts in the country, said he had offered to talk with Vice President Kamala Harris, as well, and he has avoided tipping his political hand—despite having an economic outlook that many would consider to be fiscally conservative.

“The strokes that you make to change the economy, when you’re elected, are a big deal,” he told Trump.

Referencing high inflation, he then asked the GOP leader, “What’s the first things you’re going to do?”

Trump said people were getting “wiped out” by the high cost of living during the Biden presidency, driven largely by reckless spending, immigration and energy policies.

“If you get the energy down, other things are going to follow,” Trump said.

“… We are going to drill at a level that you haven’t seen since, let’s say four or five years ago,” he added, explaining how he would get the costs down quickly. “… We’re going to drill, baby, drill.”

Trump also said interest rates needed to drop—a move that the Federal Reserve undertook last month after steadily raising them to curb Biden’s nearly double-digit inflation.

To further stimulate economic growth and investment domestically, Trump said he plans to cut corporate taxes even beyond the reductions in his 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act—but only for companies who produce goods in the United States.

Corporate taxes will drop to 15%, Trump said, “but you have to manufacture your product here.”

He also reiterated his support for tariffs as a way to make the country more competitive.

Trump added that he planned to pursue “cost cutting” and mentioned a proposal to appoint Tesla CEO Elon Musk to oversee a commission investigating government efficiency.

The former Republican president also said he would protect Social Security.

He predicted the economy would experience a “1929 Depression” if Harris were to win in November.

The country will go “bust” if Harris wins, Trump said. He criticized unchecked mass migration that has occurred under the vice president’s watch.

Ramsey, who runs a successful financial advice company, asked Trump for his guidance about hiring. Trump said he prefers to promote from within the company.

On a more personal level, the former president said he does not drink alcohol, sharing how his brother Fred struggled with substance abuse.

“I tell people for their children, no drugs, no alcohol, and no cigarettes,” Trump said.

Butler Rallygoer Saw ‘Young Man’ Open-Carrying Rifle before Trump Shooting

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) A man who attended the deadly July 13 Trump rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, says he saw a “young man” open-carrying his rifle with a group of people walking behind before the event that day.

The disclosure was revealed in a lawsuit filed by rallygoer Bradford Price, who seeks body cam footage from the Pennsylvania State Police. The lawsuit was first reported by the local newspaper, the Butler Eagle.

“Before that encounter with the trooper, Price said he saw a man, who he believed was 16 or 17 years old, openly carrying an assault rifle in his left hand parallel to the ground with a knapsack or backpack slung over his shoulder, according to the petition,” the Butler Eagle reported Wednesday.

“Price said he initially thought the young man was with a group of five or six people that was walking behind him. As he continued walking, Price said he looked again and noticed the young man was still walking behind him, but the rest of the group was not there.”

At the time, Price reportedly thought that the young man was simply exercising his constitutional right to carry his firearm. But after the shooting, he had second thoughts.

Price further said that he talked to a PSP trooper with the young man behind him—meaning that the trooper’s body cam should have captured footage of the person. Price argued in his lawsuit that it is imperative that the recordings are released for public viewing.

“Unredacted footage from those two PSP officers and from their vehicles will assist the many investigations currently underway, and help determine who this lone individual was outside of the Donald J. Trump political rally just 2 1/2 hours before the former president being shot in his ear and carrying an assault rifle openly for anyone to publicly see,” Price said in the petition, according to the Butler Eagle.

“This video footage should fill missing gaps of the incomplete timeline regarding the shooter’s whereabouts before the event if those video recordings conclusively demonstrate that this individual was in fact the AGR rooftop shooter.”

Price’s siting of the young man happened around 3:30 p.m., according to his filing.

Video footage from the rally shows alleged gunman Thomas Crooks walking around the rally—without a gun—at 4:26 p.m., which was more than 100 minutes before his attack.

A police vehicle camera also captured Crooks walking alongside the road outside the event shortly after 5 p.m.

Law enforcement first identified Crooks as suspicious around 5:10 p.m., which was 61 minutes before his shooting. A sniper took pictures of Crooks four minutes later, and sent them to a group of other local law enforcement snipers at 5:38 p.m.

The shooting happened at 6:11 p.m.

‘Like a Proctology Exam’: Megyn Kelly Goes after ‘Unlikeable’ CBS Debate Moderator

(Julianna Frieman, Headline USA) Sirius XM’s Megyn Kelly went after CBS News debate moderator Margaret Brennan late Tuesday for being “stiff and unlikeable” during the first and only 2024 vice-pesidential debate.

During the debate, Sen. JD Vance, R-Ohio, the GOP candidate for vice president, called out Brennan after she errantly attempted to “fact-check” his comments about Haitian refugees who have overtaken the town of Springfield, Ohio.

Vance refused to yield the floor as he tried to explain how the Biden–Harris administration enabled the influx of illegal entrants into the U.S. via the CBPOne app, effectively fact-checking Brennan’s false claim that the Haitians were there “legally.”

As Democrat candid at Tim Walz also proceeded to weigh in, the awkward power-struggle prompted the network to mute both candidate’s microphones—accompanied by a snide chuckle from Brennan, whose husband was revealed to have given $500 to the anti-Trump Lincoln Project during the 2020 election.

Kelly—who once made headlines for sparring with then-candidate Donald Trump as a debate moderator in the 2016 presidential election, when she was a primetime Fox News host—slammed the mic cut as face-saving cop-out that did more harm than good for viewers’ sake.

“The mic-cut moment with JD Vance: A debate was unfolding. They were actually starting to go at it,” Kelly told her panelists during a post-debate analysis.

“It was interesting, and it’s on one of the most important issues in the country,” she continued. “And those CBS producers cut his mic. It was malpractice, it was.”

Panelist Mark Halperin shared Kelly’s disgust toward the mic-cutting moment, stating that Brennan and her co-moderator, Norah O’Donnell, left out major debate topics during the entire event.

“I don’t understand it on one hand,” he said. “On the other hand, as I said after the first debate, if you go to a Chinese restaurant, you can be expected to be served Chinese food.”

Trump, now in his third-consecutive run as the GOP presidential nominee, slammed ABC News debate moderators David Muir and Linsey Davis for putting him in a “three on one” debate following his Sept. 10 face-off against Vice President Kamala Harris.

A whistleblower subsequently came forward to allege that the network had colluded with the Harris campaign to avoid difficult questions for her while exclusively fact-checking Trump, among other conditions intended to rig it in the Democrat candidate’s favor.

‘SOME WARMTH WOULD BE NICE’

While Kelly’s hard-hitting questions reportedly sparked a yearlong feud with Trump, the Republican leader at least had the benefit of fair and equal treatment, not to mention relative civility.

“I can tell you, having moderated these, some warmth would be nice. You don’t have to go out there like a proctology exam, you know?” she said in her analysis on Tuesday.

“You can genuinely smile and say, ‘I’m sorry, I know.’ Alright?” she continued. “And you can say, ‘I will let you guys finish this exchange, and then after this I have to move on.’ You don’t have to be so stiff and unlikeable.”

The efforts by the moderators to come to Walz’s rescue did not appear to do him any favors, with even mainstream media pundits reaching the consensus that Vance dominated all three of his debate opponents.

Kelly also noted that Brennan’s makeup made her look “severe” and “very pasty.” The CBS moderator should have worn bronzer to “warm up,” she said.

Brennan “came across as very cold and unlikeable,” Kelly said. “You’re not supposed to lose the debate as the moderator.”

PHONY FACT CHECKS

CBS News published an article Wednesday morning “fact checking” Tuesday night’s debate.

The outlet led with what it called four “false” or “misleading” claims by Vance, followed by one “true” claim by Walz that “needs context.”

The CBS News article only dared to issue Vance one “partially true” claim, reserving the other six “true” or “partially true” ratings to Walz.

In addition to the false statement made by Brennan, Walz made several demonstrably false statements during the debate, some of which were fact-checked on the spot by Vance.

Among these was his misleading claim that it is illegal yell “fire” in a movie theater.

In spite of the commonly invoked trope used by the Left to justify the curtailment of free speech, yelling “fire” in a movie theater is protected speech, although depending on the context, if a stampede were to result one might be found liable, as is the case with any protected speech that results in adverse consequences.

Some have noted that it is not only legal but one’s moral duty to yell “fire” in a movie theater in situations where a fire exists.

The reference itself comes from a line used by Supreme Court Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes Jr. in Schenck v. U.S., in which Holmes was arguing in favor of greater protections on free speech in opposition to the newly passed Espionage Act of 1917.

“[T]he character of every act depends upon the circumstances in which it is done,” Holmes wrote. “…The most stringent protection of free speech would not protect a man in falsely shouting fire in a theatre and causing a panic.”

Walz’s misinformation was not mentioned in CBS’s supposed “fact check.”
