Trump Shocks Supporters by Unveiling New Hairstyle

(Julianna Frieman, Headline USA) President-elect Donald Trump shocked supporters with a new hairstyle in footage that went viral on Tuesday.

Video showed Trump dressed in gold attire as he walked inside the Trump International Golf Club in Palm Beach with his red MAGA hat in hand, exposing a more compact and shorter hairstyle showing his full forehead.

“Is everybody having a good time?” the president-elect asked after receiving applause from his audience in the room.

Trump jokingly asked after his prior question caused cheers, “Is everybody a Republican?”

The 21-second video was posted on X by supporter Michael Solakiewicz. Trump did not make mention of the new way he styled his golden locks at any moment caught on camera.

Trump’s apparent change in style comes 33 days before he is expected to be inaugurated as the nation’s 47th president.

While an abandonment of Trump’s iconic puffed-up hairstyle would mark a major move in his years-long staple image, the president-elect has yet to address the viral video.

Social media users caught onto Trump’s altered appearance instantly, with popular conservative meme account @EndWokeness writing, “Trump just unveiled a new hair style.”

Podcast host Tim Pool reacted to the president-elect’s different hairstyle by saying, “no no no no” before questioning, “what is happening” and expressing his dislike for change.

Several X users shared memes of Trump with different hairstyle in replies to the video, including one where he had a beard and another of the president-elect bald.

X influencer Benny Johnson suggested Trump slicked back his hair and said the Republican was in “rare form.”

“The hair unlocks a unique and powerful aura that we’ve only seen a handful of times,” Trump supporter @_johnnymaga wrote.

Tim Pool Reportedly Sells to Daily Wire as Rumors of Fox News Shakeup Fly

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) In a social-media post rife with farm metaphors, right-wing media personality Tim Pool appeared to confirm recent rumors that he planned to sell his media company, Timcast, to the Daily Wire.

“I like to think of it as tending to a garden,” Pool wrote in the lengthy X post Wednesday morning.

“You start with something small, plant seeds that complement each other, and watch it grow into something self-sustaining,” Pool continued. “But you also have to be mindful of what you’re introducing—some things can thrive together, while others can disrupt the balance. . . It’s all about nurturing what works while keeping an eye on what doesn’t.”

In an earlier post—perhaps a reference to Daily Wire editor emeritus Ben Shapiro, a staunch supporter of Israel and Jewish Zionism—Pool mysteriously appeared to allude to the agreement with an emoji of the country’s flag.

Media Right News previously reported on the deal—expected to take effect on Jan. 1, according to an unnamed source within Pool’s organization.

The source said staffers were concerned about having to relocate from Pool’s studio in Martinsburg, W.Va., to Nashville, where the Daily Wire has its headquarters.

Pool’s former sponsor, Tenet Media, was indicted earlier this year by the Justice Department amid allegations that it was funded by Russian oligarchs, although the popular podcaster has denied and disavowed any knowledge of the arrangement.

According to Media Right, the Daily Wire has been a silent minority partner of Timcast for several months.

However, Wednesday’s bizarre posts also raised questions as to whether Pool might be trolling the public by perpetuating rumors of a sale.

His use of the word “complement” appeared to reference a statement last week from Daily Wire co-CEO Jeremy Boreing about the rumored sale of his company.

Reports have circulated that the Daily Wire is one of several media companies that Fox News has expressed interest in acquiring.

Last week, Boering said the company was discussing a potential deal, emphasizing that it was “not closed off to an offer,” Axios reported.

“It’s easy to imagine a strategic partnership with Fox or someone like Fox that could be mutually beneficial,” Boreing said. “I think that we complement Fox and don’t compete with Fox.”

That rumor was coupled with the surprising departure last week of Brett Cooper, the up-and-coming former host of the Daily Wire’s “Comments Section” webcast and star of its forthcoming Snow White film.

On Tuesday, Pool weighed in on Cooper’s departure, appearing to come to the 23-year-old star’s defense and fault the Daily Wire for its reluctance to pay her more.

The merger of Timcast, the Daily Wire and Fox News would combine three of conservative media’s most influential and pioneering voices across an array of markets, mediums and demographics.

However, it ultimately could backfire, just as independent media from the Right are beginning to tip the scales against the corporate-media juggernaut that has long dominated the industry.

Fox News founder Rupert Murdoch recently lost a case seeking to preserve the network’s conservative values once the 93-year-old’s four children take over upon his death.

Alleged Trump Shooter’s Dad Wondered Whether His Son Was Gay

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) Newly released interview transcripts from the House Task Force investigating the Trump assassination attempts reveal intimate new details about alleged shooter Thomas Crooks, including about his sexuality.

The information about Crooks’s life comes from an interview the House Task Force conducted with an ATF agent who searched his parents’ home near midnight on July 13 in Bethel Park, Pennsylvania—about an hour’s car drive from Butler.

According to the interview transcript, the ATF identified Crooks on the AGR rooftop by tracing his rifle, which his father sold to him. Around 10:45 p.m., agents and police officers established covert surveillance on the Crooks household.

Officers reported seeing unmarked vehicles slowing passing by, and at times pulling in and out of the Crooks driveway—something later attributed to news media who’d been leaked Crooks’s identity. At 10:56 p.m., the father, Matthew Crooks, decided to call 911 about his missing son—as Headline USA reported last Friday.

Less than an hour later, ATF and Pennsylvania troopers approached the house to conduct a search. Crooks’ father exited the residence, stepped onto the front porch, and asked them: “Is it true? CNN called me and told me that my son shot Trump.”

Five minutes hadn’t passed before ATF agents stumbled upon apparent bomb-making components in Thomas’s bedroom.

“As soon as I broke the threshold of the bedroom door, right at my feet was a .50-caliber ammunition can, a military grade ammunition can, with a white wire coming out of it. Immediately — my training and experience almost immediately, you know, this is a possible IED,” the responding ATF agent told the House Task Force.

“I looked to my left, and in the closet there was a one-gallon clear jug that said nitromethane on it. Again, within seconds, we said, ‘Okay, everyone evacuate the house.’”

Later, the ATF agent and one other investigator interviewed the parents, Matthew and Mary Crooks.

Along with speaking about Crooks’s high intelligence—which has already been extensively documented—Matthew told agents about his social life, or lack thereof.

“He didn’t have any friends. He kept to himself. I mean, I tried to ask any names of close friends, things like that, to try to jog his memory. I mean, no, he didn’t know of any of his friends,” the agent told the House Task Force.

“Did he have any girlfriends? No girlfriends. And I recall his father saying, ‘At one point I asked him if he was gay,’ I believe he said, and his son got defensive. And so he said, ‘No, I don’t know anything about my son,’ basically.”

While Crooks apparently didn’t discuss much with his parents, he did seem comfortable enough to joke with his high school classmates about having a 10-inch member.

The father also said his son liked to argue both sides of a given political issue, and that he didn’t think he was particularly in favor of one party or the other. The ATF agent did not mention Crooks’s mental health issues, which the father later reported to Pennsylvania State Police.

The ATF’s interview ended when the Allegheny County Bomb Squad arrived to clear the house. The FBI later took over the investigation. The ATF agent said his agency conducted an initial interview since they were among the first responders to the Crooks household after identifying Thomas.

Headline USA will continue to report on the House Task Force interview transcripts as this reporter pores over them.

Goldback Launches Florida Series w/ New Denominations

(Mike Maharrey, Money Metals News Service) Goldback is set to release the Florida Goldback Series with three new denominations (i.e., 1/2, 2, and 100).

Goldbacks are a neat form of fractional gold — made with a small amount of physical gold embedded within a polymer sheet. The note-shaped gold products could serve as “an inflation-resistant” currency, just as silver coins, rounds, and bars also allow for small everyday transactions.

A 1 Goldback contains 1/1000th troy ounce of pure 24-karat gold. At the current price, the exchange rate for 1 Goldback is around $5.46.

There’s cost involved in manufacturing gold into such a small increment, but it’s important to mention that $5.46 is roughly 100% over the melt value of the gold that a One Goldback contains. That’s one reason why it probably doesn’t make sense to buy a ton of them. Buy the more cost-effective bullion coins, bars, and rounds for bigger money.

There are currently about $200 million worth of Goldbacks in existence so far.

The Florida Goldback will make the sixth series of notes, joining Utah, New Hampshire, Nevada, Wyoming, and South Dakota. The Florida series will have the typical denominations (1, 5, 10, 25, 50) along with the new 1/2, 2, and 100 Goldback denominations. Goldback said it is expanding the currency to offer “greater flexibility” and to offer “more versatility for users.”

While each Goldback series references a state, it’s important to make clear that they are not state-issued currencies. Imprinting a state name on the note does not give it any legal standing — it’s just a marketing thing. Using Goldbacks is essentially a voluntary barter transaction.

In a recent interview with Kitco News, Goldback CEO Jeremy Cordon described Goldbacks as a functional sound money alternative.

“We’re trying to skip the step where you sell your gold and go back into dollars. We want people to keep their gold and just circulate the gold itself by making gold small enough to be good at that.”

He said persistent inflation is driving increased interest in the Goldback currency, noting that the dollar has lost nearly 90 percent of its purchasing power over the last 50 years.

“People are really starting to feel inflation now. When inflation was 2 or 3 or 4 percent, it was more of this sneaky long-term thing. And over the past five or six years, inflation has gotten so bad where now people are noticing that they can’t pay their rent, and they’re noticing that there’s not a lot left over, and they’re noticing that things cost twice as much at the grocery store, and the packs of food they are used to buying are smaller and cost the same or more.”

Cordon pointed out that “gold has room to grow if the dollar has room to fall.”

On the subject of Bitcoin, Cordon acknowledged its role in the de-dollarization trend but insisted physical gold is a better alternative for everyday transactions.

The high transaction cost and volatility of Bitcoin make it impractical for everyday use.

Trump Slams Merchan for ‘Psychotic’ Decision to Ignore SCOTUS Ruling

() President-elect Donald Trump rebuked the judge overseeing his New York porn star case on Tuesday after the judge effectively overruled the U.S. Supreme Court, insisting Trump’s actions while in office were not protected by presidential immunity.

“This illegitimate case is nothing but a Rigged Hoax. Merchan, who is a radical partisan, wrote an opinion that is knowingly unlawful, goes against our Constitution, and, if allowed to stand, would be the end of the Presidency as we know it,” Trump wrote Tuesday on Truth Social.

“Merchan has so little respect for the Constitution that he is keeping in place an illegal gag order on me, your President and President-Elect, just so I cannot expose his and his family’s disqualifying and illegal conflicts,” he added.

In July, the Supreme Court ruled presidents and former presidents have absolute immunity for actions related to core constitutional powers and presumptive immunity for official actions.

On Monday, however, Judge Juan Merchan denied Trump’s motion to dismiss the conviction on grounds of presidential immunity because he said Trump’s actions in the case were unofficial and thus not protected by the Supreme Court’s recent immunity ruling.

“The preserved claims relate entirely to unofficial conduct and thus, receive no immunity protections,” the judge claimed.

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s office had previously suggested a four-year pause on proceedings in the case until Trump is done with his second term in the White House and the immunity protections no longer apply.

A gag order prevents Trump from discussing witnesses or jurors, but he is free to criticize the judge and Bragg.

Trump called the order “completely illegal” and “psychotic.” He also called the judge “corrupt, biased and incompetent” during his lengthy Truth Social screed.

“This has to stop!” Trump wrote. “It is time to end the Lawfare once and for all, so we can come together as one Nation and, Make America Great Again.”

Trump has repeatedly said his political opponents coordinated the criminal cases against him.

Federal prosecutors have already moved to end two criminal cases against Trump—the election interference case in Washington D.C. and the classified documents case in Florida.

Conservative Watchdog Asks SCOTUS to Block Federal TikTok Ban

() The Liberty Justice Center, alongside some TikTok creators, filed an emergency application to the U.S. Supreme Court seeking to halt the enforcement of a federal law that would ban TikTok in the United States on Jan. 19, 2025.

The emergency application requests that the Supreme Court temporarily block the ban while considering the petition challenging the law on First Amendment grounds. The petitioners argue that the ban would infringe upon the free speech of millions of Americans who use the platform for expression, business and information sharing.

“If it takes effect, the TikTok ban will shut down the speech of millions of Americans— including our clients’ speech on important political ideas and events,” said Jacob Huebert, president of the Liberty Justice Center in a statement.

“We urge the Supreme Court to take up this important First Amendment case and issue an immediate order halting the ban until it can issue a final decision,” he added. “Ultimately, the Court must make clear that the government cannot escape the First Amendment’s restrictions by simply saying the words ‘national security.'”

The federal law in question, the Foreign Adversary Act, was signed by President Joe Biden in April 2024. The law prohibits U.S. users from accessing or updating apps owned by foreign adversaries that explicitly includes TikTok. The law mandates that TikTok’s parent company, ByteDance, sell the company by Jan. 19, 2025, or face the nationwide ban.

On Dec. 6, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit upheld the ban, stating that TikTok poses a national threat.

In response, the Liberty Justice Center and associated TikTok creators filed an emergency petition urging the Supreme Court to intervene.

As previously reported by the Center Square, they argue that the ban will irreparably damage its client, BASED Politics, a nonprofit that uses several social media platforms, including TikTok, by silencing political speech, particularly around the time of the presidential inauguration on Jan. 20, 2025.

President-elect Donald Trump, who used his own platform ahead of the election, said, “If you like TikTok, go out and vote for Trump.”

Trump reportedly met with the CEO of TikTok, Shou Zi Chew, at his Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida on Monday.

At a news conference on Monday, Trump said, “We’ll take a look at TikTok. I have a warm spot in my heart for TikTok because I won youth by 34 points.”

The Supreme Court’s upcoming decision to either grant the injunction or not will have implications for the future of TikTok and its U.S. users while highlighting the broader debate over the balance between national security and free speech rights.

Biden Takes a Swipe at Nancy Pelosi as She’s Stuck in the Hospital

(Julianna Frieman, Headline USA) President Joe Biden appeared to take a swipe at former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi as she recovers from hip replacement surgery overseas.

In interview footage shared Tuesday, a reporter from nonprofit media outlet More Perfect Union incorrectly characterized Biden, who used his son Hunter’s foreign business deals to enrich his family, as an uncorrupted politician.

With little regard for the truth, Biden played into the interviewer’s glowing review of his stock portfolio, using the moment to take a veiled jab at Pelosi, one of the driving forces behind him forfeiting a second term.

The deceptive Democrat referred to himself as “the poorest man in the Senate” before taking aim at insider trading in Congress.

“But, you know, I don’t know how you look at constituents in the eye and know because the job they gave you, gave you an inside track to make more money,” Biden said, seeming to reference Pelosi’s notoriously lofty stock portfolio.

The outgoing president, who had already made his money for decades,

“I think we should be changing the law that we, we have to—we abide by that at the federal level,” he stuttered. “That nobody, nobody in the Congress should be able to make money in the stock market while they’re in the Congress.”

Pelosi, whose husband Paul Pelosi is a wealthy investor, is considered one of the richest lawmakers from stock trades.

Biden’s comments come as the former House speaker is stuck at a hospital in Luxembourg following a fall that left her severely injured.

She was traveling with a congressional delegation to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the Battle of the Bulge, according to a Pelosi spokesperson.

“Earlier this morning, Speaker Emerita Pelosi underwent a successful hip replacement and is well on the mend,” Pelosi spokesperson Ian Krager said in a statement Saturday. “Speaker Pelosi is grateful to U.S. military staff at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center at Landstuhl Army Base and medical staff at Hospital Kirchberg in Luxembourg for their excellent care and kindness.”

SHOCK POLL: Only 40% of Voters Under 30 Say UnitedHealthcare CEO’s Murder Unacceptable

0

() A poll found 41% of adults younger than 30 say the murder of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson was acceptable while 40% in that same demographic consider it unacceptable.

A new Emerson College Polling national survey found 68% of all voters consider the actions of the killer unacceptable. Seventeen percent found the actions acceptable, while 16% were unsure.

Spencer Kimball, executive director of Emerson College Polling, said younger voters diverge from the majority on several issues, including Thompson’s murder.

“While 68% of voters overall reject the killer’s actions, younger voters and Democrats are more split—41% of voters aged 18-29 find the killer’s actions acceptable (24% somewhat acceptable and 17% completely acceptable), while 40% find them unacceptable,” Kimball said.

He added: “22% of Democrats find them acceptable, while 59% find them unacceptable, this compares to 12% of Republicans and 16% of independents who find the actions acceptable, underscoring shifting societal attitudes among the youngest electorate and within party lines.”

Prosecutors accused 26-year-old Luigi Mangione of sneaking up behind Thompson outside a Manhattan hotel as Thompson entered a shareholder conference on Dec. 4.

Mangione faces a charge of first-degree murder in furtherance of terrorism, two counts of second-degree murder, seven criminal possession of a weapon charges of various degrees and criminal possession of a forged instrument. All the charges are felonies.

Authorities previously said UnitedHealthcare did not insure Mangione.

“We allege that Luigi Mangione carried out the brazen, targeted and fatal shooting of United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson in Midtown Manhattan,” District Attorney Alvin Bragg said in a statement Tuesday.

“This type of premeditated, targeted gun violence cannot and will not be tolerated, and my office has been working day in and day out to bring the defendant to justice,” Bragg continued. “He is now charged in a New York State Supreme Court indictment with three counts of murder and faces a maximum penalty of life in prison without parole.”

The Left’s celebration of Mangione stands in stark contrast with the vilification of another recent Bragg defendant, Daniel Penny. The Marine veteran was recently acquited of murder for intervening on the New York City Subway after vagrant Jordan Neely began threatening passengers.

Neely had a history of violence, which included previously pushing a woman into a subway train. However, leftists quickly injected racial politics into the dynamic, claiming that because he was black, Neely was the innocent victim who deserved justice.

Bragg—who also targeted President-elect Donald Trump in the contrived lawfare scheme that resulted in his jury conviction over the 2016 falsification of records—has a long history of releasing violent criminals whom he deems to be marginalized, including illegal immigrants. His campaign was underwritten in large part by George Soros.

Disney Backpedals w/ Cut Plot, Stresses Parents’ Role in Talking Trans Topics w/ Kids

(Julianna Frieman, Headline USA) Disney backpedaled by scrapping a transgender storyline from an upcoming show and admitting discussions on gender and sexual identity should reserved for parents and their children, The Hollywood Reporter revealed on Tuesday.

The Disney+ streaming series Win or Lose, which profile a co-ed middle school softball team named the Pickles, decided to cut the transgender plot “several months ago,” according to the outlet.

“When it comes to animated content for a younger audience, we recognize that many parents would prefer to discuss certain subjects with their children on their own terms and timeline,” a spokesperson for Disney told The Hollywood Reporter.

The eight episodes of Win or Lose will focus on the lives of characters off-the-field as they prepare for their championship game, the outlet noted.

This includes episodes from the perspective of middle school player, parent, coach, and umpire characters.

Disney’s change of course comes roughly two years after the company inserted itself into Florida politics, taking a hard stance against the state’s “Parental Rights in Education” bill in 2022.

Disney launched an all-out attack on Gov. Ron DeSantis, R-Fla., and the piece of legislation, which Democrats outlandishly branded the “Don’t Say Gay” bill.

In Feb. 2023, DeSantis retaliated by signing legislation replacing Disney’s Reedy Creek Improvement District with the Central Florida Tourism District, ensuring the company’s massive amusement park fairly paid its debts and taxes.

Disney waged a lawsuit after the Republican governor made clear his intent to dismantle its “corporate kingdom.”

However, Disney dropped its lawsuit in March. Walt Disney World President Jeff Wahle told CNBC that he was “pleased” to abandon the litigation in a statement issued at the time.

Disney’s decision to distance itself from making lesbian, gay, and transgender media for kids appears to be a savvy decision after previous leftist projects tanked at the box office.

Pixar’s June 2022 release Lightyear, which included a homosexual relationship, and Disney Animation’s Strange World, starring an openly gay main character, both failed to perform domestically and globally, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

They earned just $226.4 million and $73.6 million.

Report: Tucker Carlson Sabotaged Mike Pompeo’s Bid for Trump’s Cabinet

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) MAGA supporters rejoiced last month when Donald Trump backed away from rumors that he intended to name his former Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo, to his Cabinet again.

MAGA has Tucker Carlson and Donald Trump Jr. to thank for Pompeo’s defeat, according to a Wednesday report in the Wall Street Journal.

“Carlson argued that he is a warmonger. He highlighted to the president-elect a list of grievances he holds against Pompeo, including what he said was an alleged plot by the then-secretary of state to assassinate WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange,” the Journal reported, citing multiple people with knowledge of Carlson’s efforts.

“Carlson and Donald Trump Jr., the president-elect’s eldest son, outlined what they said were the dangers of bringing neoconservatives into the administration—men and women, they claimed, who seek to control him, not serve him,” the Journal reported.

“They also argued that Pompeo had proven himself to be disloyal, the people said, pointing to Pompeo’s decision to distance himself from false claims that the 2020 election was stolen, and comments he made that the Jan. 6, 2021, riot at the Capitol by Trump supporters was ‘unacceptable.’”

Carlson and Trump Jr.’s backdoor lobbying was successful. Trump announced the Saturday after his Election Day victory that he will not offer cabinet positions or any jobs at all to Pompeo or former UN Ambassador Nikki Haley.

Haley ran unsuccessfully against Trump for the Republican nomination in 2024, while Pompeo was rumored to have considered doing the same. However, he opted out, claiming that the timing was not right. Pompeo, like Haley, spoke at the RNC and endorsed Trump.

Trump supporters widely opposed the prospects of Haley and Pompeo joining Trump’s second administration due to their “neocon” foreign policy views.  While Pompeo professes to put America first, the staunch Zionist has a long track record of treasonous activity.

According to ABC News, Pompeo and then-Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin discussed invoking the 25th Amendment—the never-used constitutional process by which a vice president and a majority of cabinet officials may remove a president from office. Pompeo has denied such claims.

Perhaps even more seriously, Pompeo allegedly plotted to assassinate Assange for publishing classified CIA records. The Journal’s Wednesday article incorrectly reported that Carlson made this claim on the Joe Rogan Show without producing any evidence, but Yahoo News revealed the assassination plot about three years ago.

And according to Trump himself, Pompeo was the one who convinced him not to declassify records on the assassination of former President John. F. Kennedy. Trump revealed this on his recent appearance on the Joe Rogan podcast.
