Reports: Musk Has Only Seen Son 3 Times; Mother Plotted to Have His Baby

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) A custody petition filed by the mother of one of Elon Musk’s children says he’s only visited the baby three times. Meanwhile, purported text messages show that the mother sought to have Musk’s child well ahead of meeting him.

The custody petition comes from Ashley St. Clair, a social media influencer and commentator.

St. Clair, known for her work on The Babylon Bee, announced on Valentine’s Day that she and Musk, 53, welcomed a new child “five months ago.”

Now, she’s implying that Musk, who has 13 kids, is a bad father.

St. Clair claims that Musk was not present for the child’s birth and has only met the baby on three occasions — twice in Manhattan, where she lives, and once in Texas,” the New York Post reported Saturday. “Musk has also never asked to see the baby, nor asked for photos of him, the custody filing alleges.”

St. Clair seeks custody of the child, reportedly her second son. Her petition also includes text messages between her and Musk.

In one text exchange, St. Clair reportedly shares a photo of herself and her newborn son in a hospital bed.

“All well?,” replies Musk, who’s saved in her phone as “EM.”

“He is perfect,” St. Clair responds.

“I look forward to seeing you and him this weekend,” EM responds—as reported by the Post. “Falling asleep. How [sic] the recovery goes well.”

Once the text messages went public Saturday, another female conservatives leaked her own texts with St. Clair—showing that St. Clair planned to have Musk’s child some eight months before they purportedly had sex.

“I need his rocket babies,” one alleged text read.

“I need a caption to seduce Elon Musk” another one said May of 2023. “Look I’ll take one for the team, seduce elon, and get in a rocket to see what’s up.”

St. Clair hasn’t publicly commented on the matter. Musk doesn’t seem to mind that he was seduced.

“I want to knock you up again,” he reportedly told her after St. Clair sent a picture of herself.

Border Patrol Agent Murdered by Trans Death Cult is Being Buried w/ Military Honors

(Headline USA) A U.S. Border Patrol agent whose killing in Vermont during a traffic stop near the Canadian border has been tied to a cultlike group is scheduled to be buried with full military honors Saturday at a national cemetery.

David Maland, 44, died Jan. 20 during the stop on Interstate 91 in Conventry, about 20 south of the border with Canada. The driver of the stopped car is accused of opening fire on Maland and other agents, sparking a shootout that left her companion dead. Both belonged to a group called the Zizians that may be linked to six deaths in three states, investigators said.

Their goals aren’t clear, but online writings span topics from radical veganism and gender identity to artificial intelligence. Conservative journalist Andy Ngo coined the term “Trantifa” —a play on the words “transgender” and “Antifa.”

Maland, who went by Chris, is to be buried at Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis. A native of Minnesota, he served in the Air Force and the State Department before joining the Border Patrol.

“Chris was a loving son, brother, uncle, fiance and dedicated colleague,” his family said in a statement released late Friday. “His kind heart and fighting soul made him a warm and inviting person to be around and pillar of strength for his country.

“We love you, Chris. You’ll live in our hearts forever.”

In the Air Force, Maland was responsible for protecting bases, personnel and property. In 2001, he worked security duty at the Pentagon during the Sept. 11 attacks, his family said.

He received the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, among other honors, according to his obituary.

Maland was a K-9 handler at the State Department and at his Border Patrol job in Vermont. He first joined the Border Patrol in Texas.

“He will be remembered for his courage and commitment to protecting fellow Americans,” Minnesota state Rep. Krista Knudsen, Maland’s cousin, said on the House floor last month. “He is also a person who served faithfully with honor and bravery. He always put his service above himself.”

Trump Removes ICE Boss over His Low Deportation Numbers

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) The top official in charge of carrying out President Donald Trump’s deportation agenda has been reassigned amid concerns that the deportation effort isn’t moving fast enough.

Department of Homeland Security spokeswoman Tricia McLaughlin said in a statement Friday that Caleb Vitello, the acting director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, was “no longer in an administrative role, but is instead overseeing all field and enforcement operations: finding, arresting, and deporting illegal aliens, which is a major priority of the President and Secretary (Kristi) Noem.”

The statement made no mention of why Vitello, a career ICE official with more than two decades on the job, was reassigned or who his replacement will be. White House officials have expressed frustration with the pace of deportations of people in the country illegally.

An administration official, speaking on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to discuss the matter publicly, said the decision to reassign Vitello came from the Homeland Security secretary and not from the president.

According to Trump’s “border czar,” Tom Homan, some 14,000 immigrants have been arrested in Trump’s first three weeks. By contrast, the Biden administration arrested more than 21,000 unauthorized immigrants last November—though, again, government was also allowing illegals to flood into the country unabated during that time.

Homan has justified the lower numbers on the grounds that there aren’t as many illegals being caught because few of them are even trying to cross the border. Homan reportedly said last week that illegal border crossings have dropped 92% since Jan. 20. Homan reiterated that point Monday morning on Twitter/X.

“In the last 24 hours the US Border Patrol has encountered a total of 229 aliens across the entire southwest border. That is down from a high of over 11,000 a day under Biden. I started as a Border Patrol Agent in 1984 and I don’t remember the numbers ever being that low,” he said. “President Trump promised a secure border and he is delivering.”

But apparently, Trump is unhappy behind the scenes. The removal of Vitello comes a little over one month into the new administration, showing how important immigration and carrying out mass deportations are to the Trump administration.

While defending the deportation numbers, Homan has expressed displeasure at the fact that ICE has released some of the illegals recently arrested. He recently said that will no longer be the case.

“The number of releases was unacceptable,” Homan said, “and that’s been fixed.”

According to NBC, the releases happened because ICE is funded for only 41,500 beds nationwide

Wuhan Lab Rolls Out Latest Coronavirus w/ ‘Pandemic’ Potential

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) China is introducing coronaviruses as if they were the latest models of Apple’s iPhone—this time unveiling the newest version of the virus with the potential to cause a pandemic. 

Researchers at the controversial Wuhan Institute of Virology have identified the new strain, HKU5-CoV-2, in bats—similar to how COVID-19 was first discovered. 

The new strain was announced in a study published in the journal Cell, according to the New York Post and the Daily Mail. Virologist Shi Zhengli, popularly known as “Batwoman,” led the discovery. 

Zhengli alleged that the new strain has the potential for animal-to-human transmission and uses the same human receptor found in SARS-CoV-2, the strain that causes COVID-19. 

HKU5-CoV-2 also infects cells by binding to proteins found in both human bodies and mammals. 

According to the study, the new virus belongs to the same group that causes Middle East respiratory syndrome (MERS), a virus that infects humans after being transmitted from camels. 

It is also part of the family of marbecovirus pathogens, which can be detected in minks and pangolins—the same animals the National Institutes of Health identified as the “intermediate hosts” between bats and humans for COVID-19. 

The researchers warned that its marbecovirus lineage “suggests frequent cross-species transmission of these viruses between bats and other animal species.” 

“This study reveals a distinct lineage of HKU5-CoVs in bats that efficiently use human [cells] and underscores their potential zoonotic risk,” the researchers added.

According to the Daily Mail, HKU5-CoV viruses were discovered in bats in 2006, though new data shows they have a “higher potential for interspecies infection” than other viruses. 

HKU5-CoV-2 is the latest coronavirus strain to emerge amid previous variants that triggered widespread lockdowns across the globe. 

For example, during the COVID-19 pandemic, governments announced the Alpha, Beta, Delta and Omicron strains of COVID-19.  

Under each strain, world governments ordered citizens to remain in lockdown, cover their faces and limit contact with others. Those who violated these rules faced fines and even imprisonment. 

Years later, evidence revealed these orders were based on made-up consensus rather than actual science. 

Dr. Anthony Fauci, one of the notorious COVID-19 czars, received a presidential pardon from former President Joe Biden for potential crimes committed over 11 years—including during his oversight of lockdown implementation. 

Another COVID-19 czar, Dr. Deborah Birx, admitted that the COVID-19 vaccine was promoted on misleading information and that its rollout did not align with scientific principles.

Mexican Smuggler Complains Business Plummeted 80% Since Trump Took Office

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Many Americans may celebrate President Donald Trump’s tough immigration policies, but one group that isn’t happy about it is the infamous coyotes or human smugglers. 

One of the coyotes, named Carlos, complained in a Wednesday interview with NBC Nightly News that his human smuggling business has plummeted by approximately 80% since Trump took office on Jan. 20. 

Carlos’s remarks were part of a special report by journalist Gabe Gutierrez, covering how Trump has overhauled the southern border to stop the influx of illegal aliens pouring into the country. 

“Since Trump was re-elected, they have fallen even more—35% from December to January,” Gutierrez noted, referring to border crossings. “Trump’s border czar now says they are down to 229 a day, down from the peak of 11,000 a day during President Biden’s term.” 

“Marcos is a ‘coyote,’ a smuggler in southern Mexico, who is concealing his face and last name,” Gutierrez reported. Marcos, speaking Spanish, dismissed the U.S. troops at the border as “foolishness” and claimed they “won’t make a difference.” 

Gutierrez added, “But he does concede Trump’s stricter border policies have caused his business to plummet about 80% since Inauguration Day.”

During the segment, Gutierrez asked Marcos whether he considered himself a criminal. He allegedly replied: “No, I have never abandoned or robbed anyone.” 

Gutierrez then remarked, “Instead, he likens himself to a travel agent—one who may now have to raise prices.” 

Gutierrez’s interview failed to address the fact that human smugglers, most of whom are armed, routinely rape, rob and exploit illegal aliens who pay thousands of dollars in hopes of entering the U.S. illegally.

Rubio Exposes ‘Dictator’ Zelenskyy as a Liar, Defends Trump’s Rebuke

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) To the shock of not-so-many, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has proven to be a greedy and deceitful purported ally of the U.S. That is according to new remarks from Secretary of State Marco Rubio.

During a Thursday interview with independent journalist Catherine Herridge, Rubio revealed that the primary reason the Trump administration is on bad terms with Zelenskyy is his repeated false statements to the media.

For instance, Zelenskyy had agreed to a deal with the U.S. for some of Ukraine’s mineral resources during a meeting with Rubio and Vice President JD Vance. However, days later, Zelenskyy rushed to the media with false claims that he had categorically rejected the agreement. 

“He said, ‘Sure, we want to do this deal,” Rubio recalled, referring to Zelenskyy. “It makes all the sense in the world. The only thing is I need to run it through my legislative process, they have to approve it.”

Rubio added, “I read two days later that Zelenskyy is out there saying: ‘I rejected the deal; I told them no way, that we’re not doing that.’ Well, that’s not what happened in that meeting. So, you start to get upset by somebody. We’re trying to help these guys.” 

Zelenskyy’s false statements about the U.S. was audacious, given that his country relies extensively on American tax dollars to sustain his government and his war against Russia.  

Expanding on his berating of the U.S., Zelenskyy accused Trump, the leader of the free world, of spreading lies. 

“Unfortunately, President Trump – I have great respect for him as a leader of a nation that we have great respect for, the American people who always support us – unfortunately lives in this disinformation space,” the embattled Ukrainian president claimed.

In response, Trump blasted Zelenskyy as a dictator who has deprived the Ukrainian people of free and fair elections under the pretext of war. 

“We have a situation where we haven’t had elections in Ukraine, where we have martial law, essentially. Where the leader in Ukraine, I hate to say it, is down at four percent,” Trump said. 

Ukraine has been at war with Russia over a territorial dispute in Crimea and Luhansk, a region known as the Donbas.

(Maire Clayton, Headline USA) Harvard Law professor emeritus and Jeffrey Epstein associate Alan Dershowitz said he plans on suing John F. Kennedy grandson, Jack Schlossberg, after he falsely claimed the attorney killed his wife, who is alive.

“I hope he will preserve all of his documents because I am about to commence a legal action against him,” Dershowitz told the New York Post.

Schlossberg began his attack on Feb. 3 when he posted an Instagram video where he first made the wild allegation.

“I’m in deep s**t, dude. I’m all over the Epstein documents, there’s all sorts of credible evidence … I look like a human penis,” Schlossberg said. “I’m completely irrelevant … Oh wait, s**t, that’s you.”

The remarks caused Dershowitz to immediately contact his legal team regarding the false statements.

Dershowitz spoke with the Post and expressed how he is tarnishing the family’s name.

“He’s done more harm for the Kennedy name than all the rest of the Kennedys combined,” he said.

The threat of a looming lawsuit caused Schlossberg to delete his social media for a few days, but quickly returned to the platform.

“(I’m legally obligated to inform you that Alan Dershowitz didn’t kill his wife who is alive — just kidding I’m not legally obligated to say that bc Alan Dershowitz Only threatened to sue me),” Schlossberg wrote in the caption of his Feb. 18 Instagram post.

In the video he was seen with a skeleton that he dressed up in a hat and robe. He proceeded to sing along to Pink’s “So What” song.

Dershowitz told the Post his team told him he has a “viable defamation action.”

The daughter of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. told the outlet she hopes her cousin will get mental help.

Mental health aside, Dershowitz has some troubling connections to Epstein.

He once said that he kept his underpants on when he received a massage from one of Epstein’s apparent sex slaves—reportedly an older Russian woman named “Olga.”

Legendary investigative reporter Nick Bryant also reportedly caught Dershowitz falsely claiming that he never flew on Epstein’s jet without his wife.

“I put a number of Epstein’s flight logs and Black Book on the internet. Epstein’s flight logs show that Dershowitz accompanied Epstein on a December 1997 flight from Palm Beach to New Jersey’s Teterboro Airport, and they were accompanied by one unidentified ‘female,’ as well as a ‘Hazel,’ a ‘Claire,’ and Maxwell,” Bryant wrote in a scathing July 2022 article about Dershowitz’s connections to Epstein.

“A 2005 flight log shows Epstein and Dershowitz traveling from Massachusetts to Montreal with a ‘Tatianna,’ et al. Dershowitz’s wife is noticeably absent on those flights and others.”

Dershowitz also spearheaded Epstein’s 2008 sweetheart deal, which gave the sex trafficker a mere 13 months in county jail, even though the Justice Department had a list of 32 Epstein victims, according to Bryant. A Justice Department report later found that then-former Labor Secretary Alex Acosta exercised “poor judgment” in handling an investigation into wealthy financier Jeffrey Epstein when he was a top federal prosecutor in Florida.

Trump to Eliminate Maine’s Federal Funding if Gov. Mills Continues Allowing Boys to Play Girls’ Sports

(Headline USA) President Donald Trump had harsh words for Maine’s Democratic governor during a meeting of governors at the White House on Friday, with Gov. Janet Mills telling the Republican president, “We’ll see you in court,” over his push to deny federal funding to the state because it continues to allow biological males to compete in women’s sports.

Trump told the governor he looked forward to it and predicted the end of her political career for opposing his order. Later Friday, the U.S. Department of Education said it was initiating an investigation into the Maine Department of Education over the matter.

The confrontation during the meeting came after Mills and Trump had traded barbs over the last 24 hours regarding his push to bar biological male athletes from playing in girls’ and women’s sports. The confrontation in the State Dining Room was an unusual breach of the typically courteous interactions that lawmakers, even of opposing parties, have historically shared at the White House.

The back-and-forth came in the middle of the president’s remarks welcoming the nation’s governors to the White House. As he was speaking about an executive order he signed earlier this month on transgender athletes, he sought out Mills in the room after singling her out a day earlier in remarks to the Republican Governors Association.

“Is Maine here, the governor of Maine?” he asked.

“I’m here,” she replied.

“Are you not going to comply with it?” he asked.

“I’m complying with state and federal laws,” Mills replied.

Trump responded, “We are the federal law.” He again threatened the state’s federal funding and said Maine may be a Democratic state but its residents largely agree with him on this issue.

“We’re going to follow the law,” she said.

“You’d better comply,” Trump warned. “Otherwise, you’re not getting any federal funding.”

“We’ll see you in court,” the governor replied.

“Good, I’ll see you in court. I look forward to that. That should be a real easy one,” Trump said. “And enjoy your life after governor because I don’t think you’ll be in elected politics.”

Trump made a similar funding threat Thursday night as he spoke to a group of Republican governors. He said that he “heard men are still playing in Maine” and that he would pull funding because of it.

“So we’re not going to give them any federal funding. None whatsoever, until they clean that up,” Trump said.

The Maine Principals’ Association, which governs high school sports in the state, said earlier this month that it would continue to allow transgender female athletes to compete. The association’s executive director, Mike Burnham, said it would follow the Maine Human Rights Act, which bars discrimination based on gender identity.

Luigi Mangione Makes First Court Appearance Since His Arraignment in UnitedHealthcare CEO’s Death

(Headline USA) The man accused of fatally shooting the CEO of UnitedHealthcare in New York City and leading authorities on a five-day search was in court Friday for the first time since his December arraignment on state murder and terror charges.

Luigi Mangione, 26, has pleaded not guilty to multiple counts of murder, including murder as an act of terrorism, in the Dec. 4 killing of Brian Thompson outside a midtown Manhattan hotel. The executive was ambushed and shot on a sidewalk as he walked to an investor conference.

Mangione also faces federal charges that could carry the possibility of the death penalty. He is being held in a Brooklyn federal jail alongside several other high-profile defendants, including Sean “Diddy” Combs and Sam Bankman-Fried.

Prosecutors have said the two cases will proceed on parallel tracks, with the state charges expected to go to trial first. The maximum sentence for the state charges is life in prison without parole. A Feb. 24 hearing in Pennsylvania on charges of possessing an unlicensed firearm, forgery and providing false identification to police was canceled.

In a statement posted on a website for his legal defense, Mangione said: “I am overwhelmed by — and grateful for — everyone who has written me to share their stories and express their support. Powerfully, this support has transcended political, racial, and even class divisions.”

The killing prompted some to voice their resentment at U.S. health insurers, with Mangione attracting a cult following as a stand-in for frustrations over coverage denials and hefty medical bills. A poll taken in the wake of the shooting showed most Americans believe health insurance profits and coverage denials share blame.

A couple dozen members of the public were allowed into Friday’s hearing, including one wearing a “Free Luigi” scarf.

The killing also has sent shock waves through the corporate world, rattling executives who say they saw a spike in threats.

Mangione was arrested in a Pennsylvania McDonald’s on Dec. 9. Police said he was carrying a gun that matched the one used in the shooting and a fake ID. He also was carrying a notebook expressing hostility toward the health insurance industry and especially wealthy executives, authorities said.

Thompson, a married father of two high-schoolers, had worked at the giant UnitedHealth Group for 20 years and became CEO of its insurance arm in 2021.

Defense lawyer Karen Friedman Agnifilo argued at his Dec. 23 arraignment that “warring jurisdictions” had turned Mangione into a “human Ping-Pong ball.”

She accused New York City Mayor Eric Adams and other government officials of tainting the jury pool by bringing Mangione back to Manhattan in a choreographed spectacle involving heavily armed officers escorting him up a pier from a heliport.

Friedman Agnifilo singled out Adams’s comment on a local TV station that he wanted to be there to look “him in the eye and say, ‘you carried out this terroristic act in my city.'”

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) A federal judge on Friday cleared the way for the Trump administration to pull thousands of U.S. Agency for International Development staffers off the job in the United States and around the world.

U.S. District Judge Carl Nichols declined to keep in place his temporary block on the effort to remove all but a small fraction of USAID staffers from their posts, as part of an administration plan that would also give those abroad a 30-day deadline to move back to the U.S. at government expense.

His ruling comes in a broad lawsuit filed by unions on behalf of USAID bureaucrats. Judge Nichols found that the unions’ challenge must be dealt with under federal employment laws rather than in district court.

President Donald Trump and the cost-cutting Department of Government Efficiency tied to billionaire Elon Musk have moved swiftly to shutter USAID, asserting that its work is wasteful and out of line with the president’s agenda.

But the problems with USAID run deeper than those described by Trump and Musk. Indeed, USAID has a long history of being used essentially as a CIA cutout.

In 2003, for instance, the Bush administration used the USAID to foment a coup against the Georgian government. According to antiwar.com editorial director Scott Horton, the coup was assisted by a non-profit organization called the Liberty Institute, which at the time was funded by the USAID and George Soros.

More recently, the Biden administration’s head of USAID, Samantha Power, was involved in numerous regime-change efforts—most notoriously, in Libya.

As noted by antiwar.com’s Dave DeCamp, Power pushed for the coup against Libyan ruler Moammar Gaddafi when she was on Barrack Obama’s National Security Council. Since the overthrow of Gaddafi, Libya is now a failed state with open slave markets.

Most recently, Power was accused last February of fomenting unrest in Hungary, where Viktor Orban crushed his globalist opponents in the nation’s 2022 elections. Power went to Budapest in her capacity as USAID administrator to “support independent Hungarian partner organizations working to protect the rule of law, strengthen democratic institutions and civil society, and support independent media.”
