Communist China Uses Climate to ‘Subvert’ U.S.

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) It was revealed that China decided to become the world’s dominant world power by 2049 by making the United States energy-dependent on Chinese minerals while the leftist government in America pursues “green energy” policies.

“China is using climate to subvert the United States. China has gotten the United States and Western Europe, and really all the developed countries, hooked on green technology,” Steve Malloy, a senior legal fellow at the Energy and Environment Legal Institute, said.

Technologies such as wind turbines, solar panels, and electric vehicles are at the heart of this alternative energy, with these technologies being reliant on certain critical raw materials, such as graphite and rare earth elements, the Epoch Times reported.

It was also revealed that, for many of these materials, China — the United States’ top adversary — is the world’s major supplier and processor.

“I think their strategy is to get the Western world dependent on China for technology. It’s a fighting without fighting,” Malloy said.

He also cited an example of rare earths, a group of 17 elements that China has a near global monopoly on.

“And all these rare earths go into wind technology and solar technology, EVs, as well as our cell phones and computers. The whole world really depends on China for this,” Malloy said.

However, minerals that fall under this label aren’t actually that rare, with the United States Geological Survey [USGS] describing rare earths as “relatively abundant.”

“It’s just that they’re present in [the] soil at very low concentrations. So you have to strip mine do this,” Malloy said.

He also said that the reason why the Western countries stopped mining rare earths was because of the environmental pressure, as such practices are notoriously polluting.

“But you can strip mine in China. They have no environmental regulations. So China has volunteered to do this,” Malloy said.

According to data that was compiled by the USGS, China now accounts for 70% of global rare earth mined production and a 2019 study by consultancy firm Adamas Intelligence revealed that China at the time accounted for 85% of the global capability to transform these mined minerals into usable forms for manufacturers.

Even though the sole reliance of the United States on China eased in recent years, America still imports most of its rare earths from the communist country. The USGS data also showed that China was responsible for 74% of rare earths imported to the United States from 2018 to 2021, which is down from 80% between 2014 and 2017.

Chris Christie’s Niece Formally Charged for Drunken Meltdown on New Orleans Flight

(Headline USA) Former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie’s niece was formally charged this week with two misdemeanors and a felony after she went on a drunken rampage on a plane last year.

Shannon Christie Epstein, 26, has been slapped with two counts of disturbing the peace and felony resisting police with violence by prosecutors in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana, according to the Times-Picayune.

The charges stemmed from an incident during Thanksgiving of last year on a Spirit Airlines plane bound for New Jersey.

According to police, the plane was on the tarmac at the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport when Epstein accused a nearby family that she “believed was Latino” of smuggling cocaine.

When sheriff’s deputies arrived on the scene, Epstein became “extremely combative,” police said. She then began attacking the officers, injuring six deputies, “biting one and kicking another in the groin.”

The Spirit crew was forced to turn the plane around and head back to the gate, but Epstein refused to leave.

“She repeatedly stated that they would lose their jobs or be arrested because of her familial relationships,” police said.

Epstein also allegedly cited her uncle’s relationship with former President Donald Trump several times.

“I know Donald Trump,” she allegedly told the officers. “You will lose your job over this s***.”

Officers ultimately had to strap Epstein to a wheelchair and roll her away from the gate.

“She did willfully and unlawfully disturb the peace by appearing in an intoxicated condition in such a manner as would foreseeably disturb and alarm the public,” prosecutors alleged in court filings.

The filings also revealed Epstein waived her right to appear at several hearings over the past year before the charges were officially filed on Monday. If she is convicted, Epstein faces up to three years in prison.

Chris Christie’s relationship with Trump has been strained, to say the least, as the two are locked in a contentious presidential primary campaign where Christie has regularly taken shots at the former president and current GOP frontrunner.

Committees Threaten Hunter Biden w/ Contempt of Congress Charge

(Republican leadership on the House Oversight Committee and the House Judiciary Committee sent a letter to Hunter Biden Wednesday threatening him with a contempt of Congress charge if he skips his scheduled Dec. 13 deposition.

Those two committees are helping lead the impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden. Members got into a public spat with Hunter Biden after his lawyer requested a public hearing, accusing Republicans of twisting private testimony.

House Oversight Chair Rep. James Comer, R-Ky., said Hunter Biden will be deposed but will likely be allowed to testify publicly at a later date.

“On November 8, 2023, we issued subpoenas to your client, Robert Hunter Biden, for a deposition on December 13, 2023,” said the Wednesday letter to Hunter’s lawyer, Abbe Lowell.

“We received your letters dated November 28, 2023, and December 6, 2023, concerning the deposition subpoenas,” it continued. “Contrary to the assertions in your letter, there is no ‘choice’ for Mr. Biden to make; the subpoenas compel him to appear for a deposition on December 13. If Mr. Biden does not appear for his deposition on December 13, 2023, the Committees will initiate contempt of Congress proceedings.”

Without the cooperation of Attorney General Merrick Garland, however, the contempt charges would carry no significant weight or consequences other than the symbolic ignominy they would carry.

The committees issued subpoenas in recent weeks to Hunter Biden and several other Biden family members and associates.

The impeachment inquiry has intensified in recent months as the Oversight Committee released a steady stream of evidence to back allegations that the president financially benefited from his son’s overseas business dealings.

IRS whistleblower testimony, bank records, and testimony from longtime Hunter Biden associate Devon Archer show the Biden family and associates received more than $20 million from several overseas entities, including in China, Russia and Ukraine.

Archer has said publicly that the president joined several phone calls on speaker phone with his son where Hunter’s business associates were also  present.

Copies of two checks totaling $240,000 show direct payments to the president from his family members with a memo saying “loan repayment.” Comer, though, points out those checks came right after Hunter Biden received $5 million from a China-linked company.

Hunter received that money through his joint venture with a Chinese national, the same venture that paid the president nearly $1,400 on a monthly basis, according to recently released bank records.

An AP/NORC poll from October found that only 30% of Americans think the president did not do anything illegal or unethical related to his son’s business.

Biden responded to a question from a reporter Wednesday asking why the president interacted so much with those associates.

“I did not,” Biden said. “It’s just a bunch of lies. They’re lies. I did not. They’re lies.”

KOLEAN: By Exiting Now, Nikki Haley’s Presidential Hopes May Endure in Post-Trump Era

(Charlie Kolean, Headline USA contributor) The current political landscape within the GOP, echoing the dynamics of 2020, presents a challenging scenario for potential candidates, particularly for Nikki Haley, the former U.S. ambassador to the United Nations.

Despite her emerging prominence in the Republican Party, a detailed analysis of her political strategies and the latest polling data suggest that her path to the GOP nomination in 2024 is fraught with formidable obstacles.

Since her departure from the ambassadorial role in 2018, Haley has embarked on a nationwide speaking tour, aiming to bolster her name recognition. However, this strategy seems to pale in comparison to the overwhelming support enjoyed by former President Donald Trump.

RealClearPolitics averages, as of Nov. 28, paint a clear picture: Trump leads with an astonishing average of 61.3%, while Haley trails significantly at 9.9%. This stark contrast in polling numbers is more than just numerical data; it’s a vivid portrayal of the current political sentiment within the GOP.

The dilemma Haley faces is further compounded by her actions during the 2020 election. Her hesitation in unequivocally endorsing Trump has placed her in a precarious position. In a political environment where ideological loyalty is paramount, Haley’s pragmatic stance appears to disconnect her from the core GOP base, a base that overwhelmingly supports Trump, as evidenced by his polling average being more than six times higher than hers.

Given these realities, Haley’s bid for the GOP nomination in 2024 seems increasingly challenging. The enormous gap in polling numbers—Trump’s soaring 61.3 against Haley’s modest 9.9—underscores the monumental task ahead of her.

This disparity is not merely a hurdle; it’s akin to scaling a political Everest, with Trump’s towering support casting a long shadow over her campaign efforts.

While Haley’s foreign-policy expertise and visibility during recent global crises have boosted her media presence, this “sugar high” of increased TV appearances is unlikely to translate into a substantial shift in the polls. Her lack of a strong ground game and a network of activists in key swing states further diminishes her chances of securing the necessary 1,235+ delegates at the RNC convention.

From a strategic standpoint, Haley might need to reconsider her campaign, particularly in light of the upcoming South Carolina presidential primary. Trump’s nearly 29-point lead over her in her home state poses a significant risk to her political credibility.

Withdrawing before a potential defeat in South Carolina could preserve her status as a viable contrarian candidate, positioning her favorably for a future bid in 2028, especially if Trump is defeated in 2024.

Haley’s prowess in articulating sensitive issues with clarity and sensibility is nearly unparalleled. Her focus on messages that align with her record—strong national defense, fiscal responsibility, government transparency and enhancing economic opportunities for all—has the potential to resonate deeply with voters.

RED PAC’s success in winning primaries by focusing on these topics is a testament to their appeal. Therefore, Haley should not hastily squander her prospects in a race that appears to be almost decided. Instead, she could strategically channel her strengths and prepare for a more opportune moment to make a significant impact on the national political stage.

Charlie Kolean, the chief political strategist at RED PAC, has been involved in politics for over a decade as an activist, candidate, political consultant, and party leader at the state and national level. Kolean was a bundler on the Trump Finance Victory Committee, and he has acted as an advisor to numerous campaigns, super-PACs and multimillion-dollar ballot proposals. He is a member of the American Association of Political Consultants.

Biden Teases Exit? Claims Other Dems Can Beat Trump in 2024

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) President Joe Biden hinted at the dynamics of the 2024 election by suggesting that he might not be the sole contender capable of defeating former President Donald Trump in a potential match-up.

Biden expressed his confidence that a multitude of Democrats could potentially secure a victory against Trump in 2024, stating, “probably 50 of them,” but affirmed his decision to run for re-election nonetheless.

The president’s comments surfaced during a response to a reporter’s query regarding the impending election. “Do you think there is any Democrat who could defeat Donald Trump other than you?” the reporter asked.

Biden replied, “Probably 50 of them,” before quickly adding, “No, I’m not the only one who can defeat him, but I will defeat him.”

Just a day prior, Biden had insinuated that his re-election bid might have been influenced by Trump’s decision to pursue a third term in the White House. He remarked, “If Trump wasn’t running, I’m not sure I’d be running. But we cannot let him win, for the sake of the country.”

When asked if he would consider dropping out should Trump decide the same, Biden responded, “No, not now.”

During the 2020 presidential election, the 81-year-old president suggested he would serve as a transitional figure, likely paving the way for others, likely Vice President Kamala Harris, to seek the presidency.

Additionally, Biden’s sole decision to run for president were influenced by his assertion that only he could triumph over Trump.

Despite his eventual victory, Trump is now aiming to unseat Biden in the upcoming election and several polls indicate that Biden either stands neck-and-neck with Trump or trails behind in crucial swing states.

Meanwhile, Harris, positioned as a presumed successor in the Democratic leadership, faces bipartisan criticism, with certain Democratic contributors advocating for her removal from the Biden ticket in 2024.

Harris has grappled with harsh poll numbers, admitting just last month that she and Biden need to earn approval from American voters, a marked shift from her previous responses to similar queries.

Addressing her historic low poll numbers, Harris remarked in an interview with Politico in August, “It’s what it is,” Harris said of her polls in an interview with Politico in August.

“I’m not going to sit here and say, ‘Oh, you know, it’s not fair,’ because I am not new to these things,” she added.

Joe Biden Used Alias Emails to Correspond w/ Hunter Biden’s Business Partner

(Headline USA) President Joe Biden used multiple email aliases to communicate with Hunter Biden’s former business partner, Eric Scwherin, according to House Republicans.

An 11-page log of emails obtained by the House Oversight Committee as part of the impeachment inquiry into Joe Biden found that the president sent hundreds of emails from secret accounts to Schwerin between 2010 and 2019.

He used pseudonyms such as “robinware456,” “JRBware,” and “RobertLPeters,” the emails showed.

In total, using one of these fake names, Joe Biden sent at least 327 emails to Schwerin—who co-founded the now defunct Rosemont Seneca Partners firm with Hunter Biden—as well as other family members and business associates.

Fifty-four of these emails were exclusively between Joe Biden and Schwerin, the records showed.

Another 38 were sent from the White House to one of Joe Biden’s alias accounts with Hunter Biden copied on the messages.

Several of these messages were sent when Joe Biden, who was then vice president, traveled to Ukraine on behalf of the Obama administration and Hunter Biden sat on the board of Ukrainian energy company Burisma.

“Vice President Biden appears to have treated Air Force 2 like a corporate jet, traveling to Ukraine and Mexico, to advance Hunter Biden’s business interests,” said Rep. Jason Smith, R-Mo, chair of the House Ways and Means Committee. “Evidence from today’s documents show right around the time of international trips like those to Ukraine, Joe Biden was emailing his son and his son’s business partner from private email accounts using aliases while Vice President.”

The data obtained by House Republicans did not include the content of the emails, but House Republicans argued it corroborates previous testimony from IRS whistleblowers that Hunter Biden and his business associates had an “incredible level of access” to Joe Biden while he was serving in the Obama White House.

Tucker Carlson’s Longtime Producer Hit w/ Gay Sex-Assault Allegation

(Molly Bruns, Headline USA) As former Fox News host Tucker Carlson’s star continues to grow since his abrupt severance from the network last April, the feud between the media juggernauts appears to be getting even more acrimonious.

With an explosive new sexual assault allegation against Carlson’s executive producer, Justin Wells, involving former Fox employee Andrew Delancy, the plot may thicken yet again.

Delancy alleges that Wells sexually harassed and assaulted him when they both worked for Fox in 2008. His attorneys submitted the complaint in a New York federal court on Monday, according to Mediaite.

He said the incident took place when Wells worked as a producer on Greta Van Susteren’s show, before he helped launch Carlson’s show and eventually became its senior executive producer.

Wells still works for Carlson on his new show, Tucker on X, as he faced termination from Fox along with the newscaster in April.

The complaint filed on Monday detailed a history of Wells grooming Delancey, with the former encouraging the latter to apply to positions in New York City, giving him exorbitant gifts and offering reminders that “he held higher status at the Network and could, in turn, affect Mr. Delancey’s career trajectory.”

Delancey said he accepted an invitation to Wells’s apartment for a drink, believing other Fox employees would be present. That is where the assault allegedly took place.

The complaint also characterized sexual misbehavior as a commonplace occurrence in the Fox News office, even calling it “a workplace where sexual harassment notoriously runs rampant.”

A female colleague purportedly confided in Delancey, claiming that Wells sexually harassed her, as well, but received no support from the network after reporting the misbehavior.

The complaint concluded by claiming Wells used his professional clout to take revenge on Delancey for rejecting his advances.

Harmeet Dhillon, Wells’s attorney, made a statement denying the claims in the complaint.

“This meritless legal action was filed 15 years after the alleged incident and mere days before the extended statute of limitations would have run,” the statement read.

It is unclear whether the extended statute applied to New York’s controversial Adult Survivors Act, the deadline for which lapsed on Nov. 23.

“Mr. Wells denies the allegations unequivocally, and will contest them vigorously,” Dhillon continued. “This is yet another attempt by a law firm with a history of suing Fox and its former employees to cash in on frivolous allegations.”

Carlson reacted to the news of the lawsuit as well.

“As a general matter, if you believe you’ve been the victim of a sex crime, you have a moral obligation to alert police, so it doesn’t happen to someone else,” Carlson said in a statement to the media. “If a man waits 15 years to cash in with a civil suit, no one should take him seriously. I certainly don’t.”

Trump Conveys Doubt that Biden Will Be Nominee

(Molly Bruns, Headline USA) Former President Donald Trump expressed doubt Tuesday that President Joe Biden was physically and mentally fit to be the Democratic nominee for the 2024 election.

“I don’t think he makes it. I think he’s bad shape physically,” Trump said during an Iowa forum with Fox News’s Sean Hannity. “I watched him at the beach, he wasn’t able to lift a beach chair which is meant for children.”

Footage of Biden throughout his tenure has showed his degrading mental and physical state, with gaffes, peculiar anecdotes and several falls, raising questions from the public and the media, according to Just the News.

Trump pointed to California Gov. Gavin Newsom as top contender to be Biden’s replacement, even saying Newsom “did well” in the recent debate with Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis. Trump is currently battling DeSantis in the GOP primary race, although the former president is leading all other contenders by a decisive margin.

Democrats—despite having done all they could to clear the field for their incumbent leader—seem far less certain of his prospects.

Biden himself even recently joked that Newsom could “have his job” if he wanted it.

Rumors of Newsom’s “shadow campaign” continue to spread, despite the governor’s insistence that he has no presidential ambitions.

“We need to move past this notion that he’s not going to run,” Newsom told NBC News in September. “President Biden is going to run and I’m looking forward to him getting reelected.”

Trump also argued that Vice President Kamala Harris may be in the running to replace Biden.

Harris recently stated that she felt prepared to step in for Biden should the opportunity present itself, though she quickly tried to downplay the statement.

“Joe Biden is going to be fine, so that is not going to come to fruition,” Harris told the Associated Press in Jakarta, Indonesia, where she was attending a regional summit.

Biden turned 81 in November, and many on Twitter took the opportunity to look back on Biden’s many gaffes from the year.

The compilation showed Biden falling asleep in meetings, garbling random thoughts out of context and tripping over nothing.

Liz Cheney Considers 3rd-Party Run to Oppose Trump ‘Threat’

(Eli Pacheco, Headline USA) Disgraced former Wyoming representative Liz Cheney said she’s considering a third-party White House bid, Newsmax reported.

“We face threats that could be existential to the United States, and we need a candidate who is going to be able to deal with and address and confront all of those challenges,” she claimed in a Monday interview with the Washington Post.

Cheney said she’d run as a third-party conservative candidate. Another option would be a bipartisan ticket or a newly formed party. She said she’d decide about the run in the coming months.

“Several years ago, I would not have contemplated a third-party run,” she said. “I happen to think democracy is at risk at home, obviously, as a result of Donald Trump’s continued grip on the Republican Party, and I think democracy is at risk internationally as well.”

Cheney, co-chair of Nancy Pelosi’s hand-picked Jan. 6 Committee, consistently riles conservatives with her words and deeds as one of former President Donald Trump’s biggest detractors.

During her 2022 re-election bid, she suffered a lopsided loss in the GOP primary to MAGA-backed Harriet Hageman and was censured by the state Republican Party over her vote to impeach Trump.

Prior to being voted out of office, Cheney also lost her role in the Republican House leadership over her various defections and betrayals.

Cheney, who was able to secure a cushy teaching gig at the University of Virginia, has been angling for public attention following the release of her memoir, Oath and Honor: a Memoir and a Warning.

On Sunday, she helped leftist media outlets launch a coordinated campaign to smear Trump as a “dictator” during an appearance on CBS. She has also discussed her unlikely partnership with Pelosi in related interviews.

GOP Moves to ‘Defund’ and ‘Expel’ the United Nations

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) Republicans in Congress vowed to introduce legislation to “defund” and “expel” the unelected globalist United Nations.

UN has been pushing to assert itself as a single-world government in the decades since its inception, which is an un-American agenda that directly conflicts with conservative Republican values, according to Slay News.

As expected, globalist Joe Biden and his administration have been pushing to deepen ties with the organization.

Sen. Mike Lee, R-Utah, has indicated that he will file a measure to “defund the United Nations,” as a response to the UN’s mounting power grab.

“Tomorrow I will file by bill to #DefundTheUN. Please like and repost if you’d like to see that bill become law,” Lee posted on Twitter.

Some Republicans in the U.S. House responded to the call by pledging to also push legislation to get rid of the globalist organization.

“So will I :)” Rep. Chip Roy, R-Texas, wrote in response to Lee’s post.

Roy’s office’s Twitter account also shared a similar message.

“The UN doesn’t deserve a single DIME of American taxpayer money. That’s why Rep. Roy is looking forward to introducing House legislation alongside @RepMikeRogersAL and @SenMikeLee that would DEFUND it.”

Even though pulling funding from the UN would certainly appeal to conservatives, such legislation will likely be dead on arrival since it probably wouldn’t have enough support to move through Congress.

Aside from expressing his support for cutting off UN funding, Lee also suggested that the United States should “expel them too.”

UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres declared earlier this year that “global boiling” has arrived on Earth.

Last week, during his fearmongering remarks at the COP28 summit in Dubai, Guterres warned of “the sickness bringing our climate to its knees.”

“A sickness only you, global leaders, can cure. Earth’s vital signs are failing,” he said.

In addition to that, he also demanded that all nations agree to a complete “phaseout.”
