In a re-election effort to sway black voters during a speech in Charleston, South Carolina, Biden claimed on Monday, “I’ve spent more time in the Bethel AME Church in Wilmington, Delaware, than I have — than most people I know, Black or white, have spent in that church. Because that’s where I started. No, I’m serious. It started with the Civil Rights Movement.”
Biden was repeating a variation of a lie he has told over and over and over again — but there are two problems with the story:
1️⃣ Longtime congregants of Black churches in Wilmington have zero recollection of him attending as a child.
Biden previously uttered similar remarks, leaving many puzzled due to the absence of supporting evidence. For instance, as reported by a New York Post editorial, Biden had previously asserted attending Civil Rights organization sessions at Wilmington Union Baptist Church.
However, longtime members of black churches in Wilmington have no recollection of his attendance, as refuted by the RNC Research and the Daily Mail. Biden himself admitted in 1987 that he wasn’t an activist, stating: “I was not an activist … I was not out marching. I was not down in Selma. I was not anywhere else.”
Instead, Biden has been heavily criticized for his associations with segregationist senators and his prior racially insensitive statements, including once remarking that integration could lead to a “racial jungle.”
As compiled by the Heritage Foundation, in 1977, then-Senator Biden claimed that enforced busing for school desegregation would force his children to “grow up in a racial jungle.”
NEW: @USCGouldLaw prof @droithmayr spotted this 1977 Biden quote. He warns that unless there is “orderly integration” (he favored housing, not busing) “My children are going to grow up in a jungle, the jungle being a racial jungle . . ” w/@AsteadWesley https://t.co/yQpjw0V2bNpic.twitter.com/7xPdtqjehB
Biden’s history of opposing integration was so evident that his vice president, Kamala Harris, during her presidential candidacy, vehemently rebuked it.
“There was a little girl in California who was part of the second class to integrate her public schools and she was bused to school every day. That little girl was me,” Harris mentioned in a June 2019 debate against Biden.
She added, “That’s where the federal government must step in, that’s why we have the Voting Rights Act and the Civil Rights Act… Because there are moments in history where states fail to preserve the civil rights of all people.”

In response, Biden stated, “I did not oppose busing in America… What I opposed is busing ordered by the Department of Education. That’s what I opposed.”
Additionally, Biden has proudly referenced his friendship with segregationist Sens. James O. Eastland, D-Miss., and Herman E. Talmadge, D-Ga.
“Even in the days when I got there, the Democratic Party still had seven or eight old-fashioned Democratic segregationists,” Biden reminisced about his ties to the senator. “You’d get up and you’d argue like the devil with them. Then you’d go down and have lunch or dinner together. The political system worked. We were divided on issues, but the political system worked.”
(Headline USA) While they may be incapable of getting their own house in order, supervisors in far-left s**thole San Francisco have no problem weighing in on Middle Eastern politics where their virtue-signaling will have absolutely no impact whatsoever.
The S.F. Board of Supervisors said it plans a vote Tuesday on a resolution calling for a sustained cease-fire in Gaza, although its final wording is uncertain given proposed amendments that reflect historic tensions in the region.
The resolution to be voted on by the board has no legal authority, and is among dozens that have been considered by local U.S. officials despite their irrelevance in international affairs as the Israel—Hamas war enters its fourth month following a deadly Oct. 7 attack by Hamas militants.
It comes as many regard the once beautiful and highly in-demand City by the Bay as being somewhat akin to the war-torn Gaza due to its mismanagement by the radical leftist lawmakers, who have allowed drug abuse, homelessness, violent crime and illegal immigration to run rampant.
The platitude-laden draft resolution introduced in December by Supervisor Dean Preston, who is Jewish, calls for humanitarian aid, the release of all hostages and condemnation of “antisemitic, anti-Palestinian, Islamophobic, and all xenophobic rhetoric and attacks.”
Preston rejected amendments by another supervisor, Matt Dorsey, who wants the resolution to include more explicit condemnation of the attack by Hamas.
Dorsey proposed the amendments at the board’s rules committee Monday, which included nearly five hours of impassioned comment from cease-fire supporters who rejected the proposed additions as extremist and racist.
Supervisor Ahsha Safaí said at the end of Monday’s hearing that the conversation has changed from whether the board should approve a cease-fire resolution to what that resolution will look like.
Pro-Hamas activist groups have blocked bridges, shut down highways, staged die-ins and earlier this month, forced California’s state Assembly to adjourn moments after convening in a desperate bid to exert pressure on public officials. While it has largely failed to move the dial in their favor, San Francisco remains among the rare exceptions to the rule.
Oakland, another politically leftist city just across the San Francisco Bay, unanimously approved a permanent cease-fire resolution in November after rejecting an amendment that would have added an explicit condemnation of Hamas.
But the Burlington City Council in Vermont last month rejected a cease-fire resolution, and the city of Berkeley in California has declined to consider one, with Mayor Jesse Arreguín saying in a statement that such resolutions “fan the flames of hatred” at home while doing nothing to resolve the violence abroad.
As has been the case at other public hearings, comment at Monday’s crowded rules committee was impassioned and lengthy. Cease-fire supporters called the resolution a common-sense stand against genocide and a declaration of the value of Palestinian lives.
Manal Elkarra, a San Francisco physician who is Palestinian American, said before Monday’s hearing that nearly 100 extended family members have been killed in Gaza and the rest have nothing, their homes destroyed.
“There’s no clean water. There’s no access to food. There’s no access to fuel. There’s no access to telecommunications. And this is being done with the support of the United States government. And we’re here to say enough,” she said.
While largely outnumbered, several speakers urged the board to reject the original resolution or to pass it with Dorsey’s amendments. They said they felt unsafe as Jewish people and were horrified by calls for the destruction of Israel.
Tyler Gregory, CEO of the Jewish Community Relations Council of the Bay Area, was booed loudly when he said at the hearing that the war would be done if Hamas laid down their weapons, but “if Israel puts down its weapons, there will be no more Israel.”
After the hearing, he said that cease-fire resolutions are creating a hostile environment and encouraging acts of anti-Semitism, such as the destruction of a large menorah by Oakland’s Lake Merritt last month.
“No matter what happens” Tuesday, he said, “no one’s going to win.”
The resolution and any amendments will be before the full board Tuesday.
(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) The FBI secured a surveillance victory on Monday as the Supreme Court denied Elon Musk’s appeal to disclose the total number of government-spied Twitter accounts stemming from a 2014 case initially filed under the previous Big Tech platform leadership.
As reported by the Verge, the Court declined to hear X Corp. V. Garland, maintaining a 2023 lower court decision that found the FBI did not violate Twitter’s First Amendment when it barred the company from disclosing the extent of its contentious surveillance activities.
Twitter’s attorneys had urged the justices to take up the case, emphasizing the broader implications of the lower courts’ ruling stemming from the case initially filed in 2014.
In a filing, the attorneys stated, “History demonstrates that the surveillance of electronic communications is both a fertile ground for government abuse and a lightning-rod political topic of intense concern to the public.”
They added, “It is critical that the standards for when and how entities may speak about the extent of governmental surveillance be clear, settled, and constitutionally adequate. Further review is warranted.”
At the time the lawsuit was filed, Edward Snowden had unleashed damning evidence that exposed the draconian nature of the federal government’s spying efforts.
However, The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit rejected Twitter’s appeal. “The panel acknowledged that Twitter has a First Amendment interest in commenting on matters of public concern involving national security subpoenas,” the appeals court wrote in the case previously named Twitter, Inc. V. Garland.
The appeals court also cautioned against disclosing the number of targeted accounts, claiming such an act “would risk making foreign adversaries aware of what is being surveilled and what is not being surveilled—if anything at all.”
Though Musk hasn’t publicly commented on the case, he has previously voiced criticism of the FBI and advocated for reforms.
In response to author and movie director Dinesh D’Souza’sPolice State film on October 4, 2023 Musk remarked, “The FBI needs a thorough reform.”
Similarly, Musk said in on July 13, 2023: “I don’t think the FBI should be defunded, but there is clearly need for reform.”
The move came after discussions with the Biden-friendly DOJ, marking a stark contrast to the treatment former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort received.
🚨🚨🚨
The criminal law firm representing Burisma, the Ukraine gas giant paying Hunter Biden millions, just registered as a Foreign Agent for its work in 2016.
This proves once and for all Hunter Biden violated FARA.
According to Politico, Cravath, Swaine & Moore submitted the filing to the DOJ on Thursday through partner John Buretta, following long-overdue scrutiny over Burisma, Hunter Biden and President Joe Biden.
Buretta reportedly represented Burisma co-founder Mykola Zlochevsky in the corruption investigation into the Ukrainian gas company. Buretta belatedly disclosed three meetings with Obama officials on behalf of Burisma, along with issuing a letter to the Obama administration in 2016.
Regarding these meetings, the filing stated, “In these interactions, Mr. Buretta identified his clients and presented facts relevant to potential U.S. and Ukrainian investigations, including information from a UK proceeding involving his clients.”
The filing read, “In January 2016, Mr. Buretta was retained to represent Mykola Zlochevsky in connection with possible investigations by governmental authorities in the United States. The representation thereafter broadened to include Burisma Holdings Limited, as well as governmental investigations in Ukraine, and continued until April 2017.”
The filing doe does not list Hunter Biden, who served as a board member of the contention’s gas company.
The Washington Examiner reported that the staggering eight-year late filing came after discussions with the DOJ.
Specifically, a spokesperson for the law firm claimed, “After discussions with the Department of Justice regarding FARA’s scope, Cravath has filed a retroactive registration covering legal services provided to two former clients in March and September 2016, and a supplemental statement terminating the registration as of September 2016.”
Politico noted that such a delayed filing is “unusual” for foreign agents but “several have done so in recent years as foreign lobbying efforts figured into a series of high-profile political controversies and prompted renewed enforcement interest from the Justice Department.”
Manafort faced a federal criminal conviction for not registering as a foreign agent. Fox News reported that Manafort was also unable to retroactively register as a foreign agent. He was ultimately ultimately pardoned by former President Donald Trump in 2020.
Manafort expressed gratitude on Twitter, “Mr. President, my family & I humbly thank you for the Presidential Pardon you bestowed on me. Words cannot fully convey how grateful we are.”
It isn’t immediately clear whether Hunter Biden would be permitted to retroactively register as a foreign agent or whether he intends to take such action.
The incident was one of the latest examples of divisions among Democrats when it comes to the war between Israel and Palestine, which is controlled by Hamas.
Biden was speaking in Charleston, S.C., at Mother Emanuel Church, where, according toThe Hill, a “white supremacist” gunman killed nine worshippers back in 2015.
The protesters inside the church yelled out after he spoke about how “the truth is under assault in America.”
“If you really care about the lives lost here, then you should honor the lives lost and call for a cease-fire in Palestine,” one woman shouted.
Right after that, multiple people then started chanting “Cease-fire now!”
While the demonstrators were escorted out, Biden just stood quietly. Eventually, his supporters started chanting “Four more years!” since they thought that the remaining year of Biden being in the Oval Office would not be enough to destroy the United States.
“I understand their passion. And I’ve been quietly working with the Israeli government to get them to reduce and significantly get out of Gaza,” Biden eventually said.
One of his leftist supporters shouted out to praise Biden from the pews when he was restarting his prepared remarks.
“You are an understanding person. They don’t realize that. You’re a good man,” the woman shouted, which resulted in applause from the brainwashed audience.
Since war broke out between Israel and Hamas in October of last year, Biden has been heckled and interrupted at several events by the protesters who support terrorists, according to the Washington Times. One of those times when he was interrupted was during his keynote address at the Human Rights Campaign annual dinner at a private fundraiser.
(Ken Silva, Headline USA) Neo-Nazi activist Christopher Cantwell, one of the most prominent figures from the 2017 Charlottesville “Unite the Right” rally, has a long history of talking to the FBI and other law enforcement agencies.
According to Cantwell—who cried on camera after Charlottesville—his informing only targets groups such as Antifa or bad actors within his own movement.
However, one of Cantwell’s friends has accused him of working for the FBI against right-wing political dissidents.
That friend, prison inmate Bill White—the main source of this ongoing Fed Files series—said in recent court filings that Cantwell approached him in prison in 2021 with an offer on behalf of the U.S. government: Get out of jail early in exchange for becoming an FBI informant-provocateur.
Cantwell is one of the many neo-Nazis that White has accused of being in bed with the feds. White has provided records to support many, but not all, of his accusations.
In Cantwell’s case, White has no records to support his claims. But along with the fact that Cantwell admitted to talking to the feds in the past, Headline USA is reporting on the allegations because the neo-Nazi took it upon himself to publicly disclose them.
Indeed, after this publication contacted Cantwell in November, he took to his radio show, Radical Agenda, to deny being an FBI informant. At the same time, Cantwell—an admitted abuser of methamphetamine, heroine and crack, according to court records—called White a “friend” and described him as a “genius.”
Instead of responding to White, Cantwell attacked this publication and spewed numerous lies, including that Headline USA is owned and controlled by Jews.
Additionally, he mischaracterized the Fed Files as an attempt to show that “racism is a government program”—nowhere in this series has that argument been made. He spent much of his broadcast knocking down that straw man.
Headline USA sent Cantwell’s reply to White, who eventually responded with more details about their dealings.
“You should ask yourself what my possible motive would be for fabricating these allegations, unless, of course, I’m just crazy and like to make up stories about people,” White said.
“As Chris said, he considers me a friend, and I personally like Chris, but he’s working for the FBI and I’m against that. So, that is what it is.”
Cantwell and the Feds
Allegations that Cantwell is an FBI informant first surfaced in the wake of the 2017 Charlottesville rally, when many of the players involved were fighting with each other about what went wrong at that deadly event.
Amidst that infighting, neo-Nazi Andrew “weev” Auernheimer released private messages between him and Cantwell, in which Cantwell admitted to talking to law enforcement.
“I talked to cops too. Gonna talk to the feds soon most likely,” Cantwell said at the time, leading Auernheimer to reply: “That’s f—ing shitty scumbag behavior.”
Cantwell insisted that he was only talking to law enforcement about Antifa.
“I’m going after Philly [Anti-Racist Action]. Not throwing our people under the bus. We weren’t the bad guys last August, and Charlottesville is ignoring that fact,” he said. “The feds want to bust Antifa, and I’m keen to help them.”
Auernheimer’s disclosures prompted Cantwell to publish a March 24, 2018, article titled, I Am a Federal Informant, where he attempted to explain himself.
Chris Cantwell wrote this blog post in an attempt to explain why he talked to the FBI. Chris claimed on his November joke that he wrote the headline because he thought it was “funny,” but he has since removed the article.
Two days later, he continued his attempt at damage control with another article titled, Why I’m Talking to the Feds.
“I am privy to information I cannot make public, which strongly suggests the FBI is going after Philly Antifa … If these scumbags get indicted, as they should, it basically torpedoes the case against me,” he said.
“Seeing as to how there is absolutely no chance I could snitch on our guys EVEN IF I WANTED TO, on account of our guys not having committed a crime, I don’t see how this could be a bad thing.”
Tensions between Cantwell and other neo-Nazis ratcheted from there.
Fed-on-Fed Violence?
In 2019, Cantwell became subject to prank calls from members of an online group called the “Bowl Patrol,” named in honor of Charleston mass shooter Dylann Roof’s bowl haircut.
After two Bowl Patrol members posted pornography and other obscene content to Cantwell’s website in February 2019, he responded by filing complaints with local police and FBI, according to court records.
Cantwell then began threatening one of the Bowl Patrol members, Benjamin Lambert, who was posting under the pseudonym “Cheddar Mane.” Cantwell knew Lambert’s personal information, and threatened to make it public if he didn’t stop prank-calling and harassing him.
According to court records, Lambert stopped harassing Cantwell, but Cantwell continued threatening Lambert—pressing him for the identity of Bowl Patrol leader “Vic Mackey.”
“If you don’t want me to come and fuck your wife in front of your kids, then you should make yourself scarce,” Cantwell told Lambert, later adding, “Give me Vic, it’s your only out.”
After that exchange, Cantwell posted photos of Lambert, his wife and his children on Telegram, according to court records.
Cantwell also called the Child Abuse and Neglect Hotline of the Missouri Department of Social Services to make a report against Lambert—claiming that Lambert was putting his children in danger because he used drugs and was involved in a right-wing extremist group.
Cantwell would reportedly meet with the FBI at least one more time in September 2019 to provide information about the Bowl Patrol.
But instead of using Cantwell’s information against the Bowl Patrol, the FBI built a case against Cantwell. He was charged in January 2020 with making extortionate communications and sending interstate threats.
Cantwell complained to Headline USA that the a Bowl Patrol member “was given license by the FBI to commit all the crimes he cared to as long as I was the victim.”
In any event, Cantwell was found guilty in September 2020 and sent to United States Penitentiary, Marion. There, he recruited White to work with the FBI, according to White.
Cantwell and White
While Cantwell was incarcerated in 2021, White helped him with legal filings related to the civil lawsuit he was facing from Charlottesville 2017.
After helping him with some of his filings, White said Cantwell made him an offer.
“On December 29, 2021, Cantwell approached me in the USP Marion [Communications Management Unit] Special Housing Unit (SHU) and told me that he was working for the FBI and that an attorney wanted to meet with me to ‘negotiate’ my release. I understood that attorney to be Timothy Heaphy, whom Cantwell previously discussed with me,” White said in a June 2023 court filing.
“Cantwell said that the FBI wanted him and I to start a ‘Republican extremist group’ to target ‘white supremacist scumbags like Richard Spencer and Jeff Schoep.’ The FBI, in turn, would make me a ‘leader’ of the Republican Party, release me from prison in early 2022, and eventually pardon me,” White said.
“As part of this deal, I would have to stop criticizing Judaism, and Cantwell urged me to convert to Catholicism. I refused the deal.”
A court filing in which prison inmate Bill White accused Chris Cantwell of being an FBI informant.
Headline USA sent White’s claims to Cantwell in November, asking for his response. Rather than responding directly to White, Cantwell attacked this publication.
“Your blog is a sad joke. A stupid effort by Jews to pretend racism is some kind of government scam and keep Conservative Inc. in thrall to the likes of Ben Shapiro and Bibi Netanyahu,” he said.
“But you’re going to fail and your paymasters will find safe haven nowhere in this Earth. If history makes any note of your ridiculous charade, it will be as a demonstration of how your kind had sunk before you were forced into hiding.”
Heaphy, who wrote a report on law enforcement’s failures at Charlottesville and later served an investigator on the January 6 Commission, also denied White’s claims.
“I have had no interaction with Christopher Cantwell about this or any other matter since concluding my independent review of the Charlottesville events in 2017. I am currently a lawyer in private practice and have no relationship with law enforcement or any government entity,” Heaphy said in an email.
“I have no authority and could not provide any benefit to a federal prisoner and have not attempted to do so in this or any other matter since I left the Department of Justice in 2014.”
Headline USA sent Cantwell’s statements to White, who responded weeks later with more details about his dealings with Cantwell.
According to White, he was in his cell, awaiting transfer after attacking inmate Annamalai Annamalai. Cantwell shouted to White from down the hall, he said.
“What he told me was that he had been recruited by a US Attorney to work targeting ‘violence,’ which is a real common rhetorical approach to inmates—‘Oh, yes, you committed some crimes, but, you’re not like those “violent” guys,’” White said.
“He told me that the US Attorney’s Office was ready to ‘negotiate’ with me for my release. Specifically, I would be released from prison if I would agree, in addition to the cooperation demands previously made, to work with Chris targeting ‘Republican extremists.’ At the time, I didn’t know what a ‘Republican extremist’ was and thought the idea was pretty laughable,” White continued.
“Chris said that he and I would create a radio show in conjunction with a ‘Republican extremist’ group … He would use the radio show to lure people in—much like [FBI informant] Hal Turner, in my understanding—and then we would work to set them up to stop their ‘violence.’”
Headline USA sent more questions to White, including about why Cantwell would admit to being an informant out loud, in front of other inmates. Referencing the Mike Judge comedy movie Office Space, White responded that the CMU where they were held wasn’t a “pound me in the ass prison”—meaning that Cantwell’s safety wouldn’t be jeopardized if people on his cell block knew he was an informant.
According to White, offers like the one purportedly made by Cantwell are a common occurrence in prison.
White claimed that the Bureau of Prisons’ “intelligence unit” runs operations akin to Israeli “bird cages,” where the Israelis put Palestinian inmates in special prisons where everyone else is cooperating with the government.
“About 40% of the inmates in CMU are what I call ‘pre-programmed informants,’ in that they received instructions from the FBI via the BOP’s ‘Intelligence Research Specialist’ to impersonate various types of ‘extremists,’” he said.
White is scheduled to remain in prison until 2037—though he said that under the First Step Act, he should be released to a halfway house in about five years.
Meanwhile, in November 2021 a jury found Cantwell liable for civil conspiracy in relation to Charlottesville, ordering him to pay $500,000 in punitive damages. Cantwell has an appeal pending in that case.
Before the publication of this article, Headline USA emailed Cantwell to give him the final word. The neo-Nazi replied with the following: “HeadlineUSA is fake news. I never purported to have the power to get Bill White or anyone else out of prison. I’ve never been an ‘informant’ for any law enforcement or intelligence agency.
“I have reported crimes to law enforcement like any reasonable person would, and the fact that law enforcement shows no interest in solving crimes where I’m the victim, should tell you something about the repute of the publication trying to stitch together fake narratives to the contrary.”
The previously undisclosed radio dispatch is also contained on an audio recording that was obtained by the Epoch Times of the “OPS2” dispatch channel used by Capitol Police on Jan. 6, 2021.
Just before 2:43 p.m., an unknown Capitol Police officer first reported shots fired in the U.S. House, which was followed by Byrd announcing that shots were fired, the audio recording revealed. It was eventually discovered that both reports turned out to be unfounded.
“405-B. We got shots fired in the lobby. We got fot (sic), shots fired in the lobby of the House chamber. Shots are being fired at us, and we’re prepared to fire back at them. We have guns drawn. [Unintelligible] Don’t leave that end! Don’t leave that end!” Byrd said.
A federal lawsuit filed on Jan. 5, 2024, by Ms. Babbitt’s widower, Aaron Babbitt, contained information on the recording.
“Lt. Byrd erroneously believed and acted on a false radio call and/or false report of shots fired on the House floor occurring before he left the House floor and moved across the Speaker’s Lobby to the adjacent Retiring Room. A reasonably prudent officer in Lt. Byrd’s position would have been aware that, in fact, the report was false and the sound heard on the House floor was glass breaking, not shots fired,” the lawsuit said.
The lawsuit then highlighted that Byrd murdered Babbitt and never faced any consequences.
“The facts speak truth. Ashli was ambushed when she was shot by Lt. Byrd. Multiple witnesses at the scene yelled, ‘You just murdered her.’ Lt. Byrd was never charged or otherwise punished or disciplined for Ashli’s homicide,” the suit said.
(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) A Republican-led committee has called upon Cassidy Hutchinson, a former White House staffer and infamous star witness on the defunct Jan. 6 Committee, to produce and retain records regarding her notable statements tied to the Jan. 6 protest, the Daily Caller reported on Monday.
As reported by the outlet, House Administration Subcommittee on Oversight Chairman Barry Loudermilk, R-Ga., penned a scathing letter to Hutchinson in connection to her claims that former President Donald Trump punched a Secret Service driver to force him to drive to the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6.
Hutchinson received partisan praise from anti-Trump Republicans and Democrats for her story. However, records indicate that she did not make such allegations against the former president until weeks later, following a conversation with Alyssa Farah Griffin, an infamous anti-Trump “Republican” and former White House communications director.
Cassidy Hutchinson’s substantial changes to her testimony are inconsistent with previous statements she’s made publicly and to the former J6 Select Committee.
If she refuses to provide us documents, I will not hesitate to subpoena her for questioning.https://t.co/ztUsootouY
Specifically, Hutchinson testified on June 28, 2022, that Trump tried to control the steering wheel while being driven to the White House following his Jan. 6 speech. Additionally, she claimed that the former president lunged at another agent, Loudermilk outlined in the letter.
But Loudermilk said, “However, in your previous three transcribed interviews on February 23, 2022, March 7, 2022, and May 17, 2022, you did not mention this interaction.”
Instead, Hutchinson admitted that she spoke with Griffin, a current co-host of The View, without her attorney’s knowledge, which Loudermilk described as a plan to “orchestrate” a third interview with the Jan. 6 Committee. It was during this subsequent interview that Hutchinson disclosed the alleged tussle between Trump and the Secret Service agents.
In response to the inconsistencies, Loudermilk said, “Cassidy Hutchinson’s sudden and substantive changes to her testimony are inconsistent with previous statements she’s made publicly and to the January 6 Select Committee.”
Loudermilk pledged to issue a subpoena should Hutchinson refuse to turn over the documents. He added, “Her actions are deeply concerning and raise serious questions about her credibility. If she refuses to provide us with these documents, I will not hesitate to subpoena her for further questioning.”
(Headline USA) A home owned by the judge overseeing the federal election subversion case against former president Donald Trump was targeted by a fake emergency call Sunday night, the latest in a spate of similar false swatting reports at the homes of public officials in recent days.
Police responded around 10 p.m. to a report of a shooting at a Washington, D.C., home linked in public records to U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan.
Although Chutkan’s name did not personally come up in any public listings, an address for her husband, retired Superior Court judge Peter Krauthamer, was also associated with Chutkan’s parents, Winston and Noelle. Headline USA did not confirm the accuracy of any of the listings.
Officers quickly found out that no shooting happened, the Metropolitan Police Department said Monday.
Chutkan—a radical, Obama-appointed judge whose interpretation of the law oftentimes has seemed to flout the principles of due process and equal protection in favor of predisposed political outcomes—has received numerous threats since she was assigned Trump’s case last year.
In August, a Texas woman was arrested after calling the courthouse and threatening to kill Chutkan and other officials. Investigators traced her phone number, and she later admitted to making the threatening call, according to court documents.
Sunday’s incident comes after a spike in swatting directed at high-profile public officials over the holidays. The phenomenon, which originated in the gaming community, started among left-wingers. However, conservatives have since appropriated the playbook as well, it appears.
Those whose homes have been targeted include Republican U.S. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia, R-Ga.; Texas’s pro-Trump Attorney General Ken Paxton; and Maine Secretary of State Shenna Bellows, a Democrat who removed Trump from the state’s presidential primary ballot under the Constitution’s insurrection clause.
State capitols and courthouses in several states were also targeted by bomb threats last week, prompting lockdowns and evacuations. No explosives were found and the FBI called the threats a hoax.
Despite his failure to act when Supreme Court justices were threatened recently, sending the signal that leftists could conduct such tactics with impunity, Attorney General Merrick Garland on Friday called the spike in threats “deeply disturbing” in remarks ahead of a private meeting with top Justice Department leaders to address violent crime.
“These threats of violence are unacceptable. They threaten the fabric of our democracy,” he said.
Swatting refers to prank calls made to emergency services designed to draw a police response, especially from a SWAT team.
(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Some Democratic politicians have proposed quick fixes to the rampant illegal immigration embroiling New York City: Amnesty and relocating them for ‘redistricting purposes.’
Recent interviews with Reps. Yvette Clarke, D-N.Y., and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., have ignited controversy on Twitter, with many pointing out that these lawmakers are saying the “quiet” part out loud when discussing illegal immigration.
In an undated video shared by Citizens for Renewing America, Clarke asserted that Brooklyn, a borough of New York City, could manage an influx of illegal aliens.
“I’m from Brooklyn, New York. We have a diaspora that can absorb a significant number of these migrants,” Clarke claimed.
“When I hear colleagues talk about, ‘The doors of the inn being closed,’ ‘No room at the inn;’ I’m saying I need more people in my district just for redistricting purposes. And those members could clearly fit here!” she added.
NY Congresswoman Clarke (D) saying the quiet part out loud about the border:
Notably, while the date of the video remains unclear, New York City Democrats have been legally battling for a redistricting map that best assists them in reclaiming some of the lost districts in 2022.
Also, Clarke, representing New York’s 9th Congressional District covering Brooklyn, directly contradicted the take of New York City Mayor Eric Adams, who urged the Biden administration to stop the influx of illegal aliens flooding the city streets.
Assemblywoman Jaime Williams, a Democrat representing Brooklyn neighborhoods, criticized the lawlessness surrounding a Brooklyn-based shelter for illegal aliens, according to the New York Post.
“Why are we continuing to put up with his lawlessness?” Williams questioned, referring to reports of illegal aliens either bringing or being provided with rental vehicles. “This has to be investigated at all levels. It’s an abuse of taxpayer dollars.”
Echoing Clarke’s contentious remarks, Ocasio-Cortez, in an interview with the Daily Show dated Oct. 24, 2023, suggested that one solution to illegal immigration is providing citizenship to those already residing in the U.S. illegally.
“From all parts of the political spectrum, one of the biggest issues that we have when it comes to immigration is the fact that we have an undocumented population,” Ocasio-Cortez remarked.
Addressing a cheering crowd, she continued, “Now, you can fix that by trying to build a wall or you can fix that by trying to document people and create a path to citizenship,” she continued to a cheering crowd.
AOC’s solution to the border crisis:
“You can either fix it by trying to build a wall. Or you can fix it by documenting people.”
Ocasio-Cortez’s comments were in response to questions about what the federal government could do to assist the city’s mayor. At the time of the interview, Adams had already warned that unchecked illegal immigration would “destroy” the city if not curtailed.
Not much has changed since then, with Adams continuing to plead with the Biden administration to take immediate action against immigration.
