GOP Rep. Seeks Disbarment for Scandal-Torn Fulton DA and Alleged Lovebird

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Rep. Cory Mills, R-Fla., has issued a scathing letter to the Georgia State Bar, demanding an investigation into Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis and Special Prosecutor Nathan Wade for reported professional misconduct and “potential criminal acts.”

The Tuesday letter follows scathing reports accusing Willis and Wade of having an inappropriate relationship as they spearhead state charges against former President Donald Trump over his alleged efforts to question the results of the 2020 election in Georgia.

“Reports of an ongoing affair and improper sexual relationship between District Attorney Willis and Special Prosecutor Wade have been widely reported by public media,” Mills wrote. “If true, not only would this be extremely inappropriate for a supervisor and subordinate to have such an intimate relationship, but it would also give rise to possible violations of bias, conflict of interest, and potential kickback.”

The Florida lawmaker also cited Wade’s alleged lack of qualification in leading a Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) case before those charges were filed against Trump and 18 other co-defendants in Fulton County.

“It has been brought to our attention that Wade has never tried a federal RICO case, yet he was appointed by Willis to be a special prosecutor for such a case,” Mills added. “Under Fulton County’s standards, Wade appears to not be qualified to defend anyone with RICO charges be fails to meet the criteria of having experience trying at least two prior RICO cases.”

The accusations stem from a motion filed by former Trump aide Mike Roman, who was also indicted by Willis in the election case.

In a lengthy filing, Roman accused Willis and Wade of having a “clandestine” relationship during which Wade allegedly paid for vacations with money he had billed the county for his work as a special prosecutor, the New York Post reported.

In the letter, Mills continued, “I am hard-pressed to view this as anything but a direct conflict of interest and politically charged interference, potentially colluding with the Biden White House, with an ongoing investigation against Biden’s leading political opponent for the Oval Office.”

The Republican lawmaker concluded the letter by posing a question to the state bar: “For these reasons, I ask: does the board plan to open a comprehensive review of these reports of violations by District Attorney Willis and Special Prosecutor Wade.”

Illegal Released Into U.S. Thanks Biden, Fears Trump

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) An illegal immigrant from Venezuela who was recently released into the country thanked Joe Biden and expressed fear over Donald Trump becoming president.

The man said this while he was waiting with a group of other illegals from Venezuela and Guinea at the Houston airport, according to the Daily Caller.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection previously informed the American public that the Border Patrol had millions of illegal immigrants entering the country through the southern border under the Biden regime. In fiscal year 2022, there were more than 2.2 million encounters and, in the fiscal year 2023, there were more than 2 million encounters.

”Honestly, thank you for this opportunity… without your help we wouldn’t be here so that means a lot, that means a lot for me and that means a lot for all of us. I have many friends who crossed the border and they’re grateful [now that they have] a good financial situation. They help their family from Venezuela as well, they try to bring them and I think that’s awesome,” the illegal said.

In addition to that, the man who doesn’t respect Americans and the laws of their country also decided to not reveal his name and added that he — coincidentally — lost his passport and, as a result, needed to use the paperwork from Border Patrol to travel.

He also said that he was afraid of Trump becoming the president of the United States in January 2025, and, based on the fact that Trump easily won the Iowa caucus on Jan. 15, 2024, and that he promised the largest deportation “since Dwight Eisenhower” during his victory speech, the fear of an illegal is grounded in reality.

The illegal then informed the Caller that he crossed into Eagle Pass, Texas, where days before both the state and federal authorities recently had been feuding over border enforcement powers.

As was previously reported by Syracuse University’s Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse (TRAC), there is a backlog of roughly 3 million cases in the immigration court systems. The illegal said that he joined the backlog while adding that he is confident his case will be accepted.

”I will stay here in Houston and I’ll go to my brother’s house and hopefully get a job and help my family. I want to work here. I asked for asylum and they gave me one year so I have to fight for my case,” he said.

Taylor Lorenz Goes ‘Full Alex Jones,’ Claims U.S. Sending COVID to Infect Gazans

(Molly Bruns, Headline USA) Washington Post “cry-bully” Taylor Lorenz claimed in a recent Twitter post that the United States had “cooked up” COVID variants and subsequently released them into the war-torn region of Gaza, according to Twitchy.

Lorenz—whose tweets are protected and visible only to her 337,500 followers—made the comments in response to an NBC article on Gazan citizens being forced to consume tainted water as a result of Israel cutting of the region’s plumbing and electricity.

Palestinians were at greater risk of contracting illnesses from drinking the standing water, which was “rife with bacteria that can lead to violent intestinal diseases, such as dysentery and cholera,” the article said.

“Covid is also expected to ‘rear its head’ in Gaza,” the article added, although scientific consensus has long posited that the respiratory ailment is an airborne illness. A highly contagious but largely nonlethal strain is currently circulating in the United States, as well.

Doctors expressed concerns that refugees seeking shelter in the south will force greater population density in a more confined area.

Lorenz sympathized with their plight, expressing her disdain for unwashed COVID deniers around the globe.

Then, without evidence, the journalist at one of the world’s premier newspapers alleged that the source of the Palestinian strain was American in origin.

“COVID is raging in Gaza, further disabling the vulnerable population there who is being slammed with variants cooked up in the USA by many people like you guys who won’t even advocate for masking in grocery stores so disabled [people] can safely purchase food,” Lorenz.

Lorenz did not clarify what Americans refusal to wear masks in the grocery store had to do with the spread of disease in the Middle East, leaving many on social media to puzzle over this unhinged free-association of leftist gripes.

“Only liberals could come up with a way to blame Americans for a virus from China that people are getting in the Palestinian territories,” said user John Hawkins.

“Is she suggesting there is a flood of Americans with COVID traveling to Gaza? Or did she just go full Alex Jones?” asked podcast host Stephen L Miller.

“I went to three different stores today,” added user Scott Harnett. “I guess I am committing Genocide in Gaza.”

House GOP Caves on Contempt of Congress Vote against Hunter

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) House Republicans have halted the process of pursuing a contempt of Congress vote against Hunter Biden for defying a subpoena in the impeachment inquiry of his scandal-ridden father, President Joe Biden, Fox News reported on Tuesday.

The House Rules Committee will temporarily not consider the resolution for contempt of Congress against Hunter Biden. This decision arises from ongoing negotiations involving Republicans in the House Oversight Committee, the House Judiciary Committee, and Hunter Biden’s attorneys, focusing on the specifics of a deposition.

“Following an exchange of letters between the parties on January 12 and January 14, staff for the committees and lawyers for Hunter Biden are working to schedule Hunter Biden’s appearance,” claimed a spokesperson for the House Oversight Committee, as reported by Fox News.

“Negotiations are ongoing this afternoon, and in conjunction with the disruption to member travel and cancelling (sic) votes, the House Rules Committee isn’t considering the contempt resolution today to give the attorneys additional time to reach an agreement,” the Republican spokesperson added.

The battle between Hunter Biden and Republicans began on Nov. 8, after the House Oversight Committee issued a subpoena to Hunter Biden for a behind-closed-doors deposition on his knowledge of Joe Biden’s involvement in an alleged illegal influence-peddling scheme.

The deposition never took place because Hunter Biden insisted on a public hearing, contrary to established congressional rules. House Oversight Committee Chairman Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, and House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer, R-Ky., rejected this special treatment request.

On Dec. 13, the scheduled deposition day, Hunter Biden skipped Congress and held a press conference outside the U.S. Capitol. During the conference, he refuted claims of wrongdoing, disregarding scathing evidence presented by House Republicans.

In response, Comer and Jordan threatened to hold Hunter Biden in contempt of Congress. However, Hunter Biden’s attorney, Abbe Lowell, argued that the subpoena was illegitimate as it was issued before the House officially approved an impeachment inquiry into Joe Biden.

Lowell suggested that Hunter Biden would consider a deposition if a new subpoena were issued—an option Comer and Jordan accepted, emphasizing their need for the first son’s testimony.

“To be clear, the issuance of these subpoenas does not in any way suggest or imply that the Committees believe the assertions in your January 12 letter to have any merit,” they wrote in a Jan. 14 letter to Lowell. “Our willingness to issue these subpoenas is rooted entirely in our interest in obtaining Mr. Biden’s testimony as expeditiously as possible.”

JB Pritzker Claims Trump’s Victory in Iowa Shows His ‘Weakness’

(Headline USA) Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker claimed perplexingly that former President Donald Trump’s overwhelming victory in the Iowa caucuses on Monday night shows his “weakness.”

Pritzker, a Biden campaign surrogate, made the comment on MSNBC while the votes from the Republican caucus were still being counted. He predicted that Trump’s popularity among Republican voters could ultimately be good for the Democratic Party, Mediaite reported.

“It tells you the weakness of Donald Trump and also the opportunity for Democrats, because in the end, look, if the base doesn’t turn out for Donald Trump in the general election enthusiastically, and Democrats turn out its base [sic], this is all about, you know, independents, and independents don’t like Donald Trump,” he claimed.

“So, I think we’re in a pretty good place tonight to see what’s happening on the Republican side,” he added.

Several recent polls show Trump beating incumbent President Joe Biden among independent and swing state voters.

In fact, one poll from Bloomberg found Trump beating Biden in seven of the most competitive swing states: Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.

Pritzker’s comments reflected the Biden campaign’s broader strategy, which has been to make the 2024 election a referendum on “MAGA extremism.”

Pritzker explained to MSNBC that it is “the MAGA Republican Party that Democrats are running against.”

For his part, Biden issued a similar warning on Monday night, saying, “Looks like Donald Trump just won Iowa. He’s the clear front runner on the other side at this point,” he tweeted. “But here’s the thing: this election was always going to be you and me vs. extreme MAGA Republicans. It was true yesterday and it’ll be true tomorrow.”

Trump carried more than 50% of the vote in Iowa, in what was touted by most media outlets as a historic landslide victory.

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis came in second at around 20%, and former United Nations ambassador Nikki Haley trailed slightly behind DeSantis in third.

Ketanji Brown Jackson Faces Ethics Probe over Hubby’s Missing Financial Disclosures

(Headline USA) Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson is facing an ethics investigation from the Judicial Conference over allegations that she failed to include her husband’s income in financial disclosures.

In December, the Center for Renewing America filed a complaint with the Judicial Conference, which serves as the governing body of all federal courts and their judges, alleging that Jackson “willfully failed to disclose” required information about her husband’s consulting income for more than a decade.

The Financial Disclosers Committee for the Judicial Conference has since taken up the complaint for official review, according to Fox News. Depending on what the committee finds, the Judicial Conference could then refer the potential ethics violation to Attorney General Merrick Garland for possible civil enforcement.

“We are hopeful that the Judicial Conference takes a long, hard look at the ethics concerns surrounding Justice Jackson and ensures there is not a double standard for justices,” said Russ Vought, a former senior Trump administration official and president of CRA, in a statement.

Vought also blasted the Left for failing to hold Jackson to account earlier, noting that leftist organizations have “made it a sport” to find ethical qualms with conservative justices such as Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito.

“They’ve turned a blind eye to actual indiscretions and appearances of corruption actively happening,” he said.

The report by the CRA found that Jackson “repeatedly failed” to include medical malpractice consulting fees earned by her husband.

She even admitted to this during her confirmation process, saying at the time that “some of [her] previously filed reports inadvertently omitted” her husband’s income.

However, since then, “Jackson has not even attempted to list the years for which her previously filed disclosures omitted her husband’s consulting income,” according to the complaint.

“Instead, in her admission of omissions on her 2020 amended disclosure form (filed in 2022), Justice Jackson provided only the vague statement that ‘some’ of those past disclosures contained material omissions,” it said.

Don Jr. Hints at Possible 2028 Run During Iowa Final Sprint

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) As his father, former President Donald Trump, swept the state of Iowa in a massive victory, Don Jr. hinted at his own potential presidential campaign in 2028, the Daily Mail reported.

As one of the Trump campaign’s final events was wrapping up ahead of the Iowa caucuses, he was asked by an attendee if he had interest in a 2028 White House bid.

Don Jr. neither directly confirmed nor directly denied, though he did express some openness to the possibility.

“I don’t want to say no, because then if you decide to do it, it’s like, ‘Oh my God, he’s a major liar,'” he told the crowd.

Trump Sr. has suggested before that his eldest son could win office if he decided to run sometime in the future.

“I would help him,” the former president and current 2024 frontrunner said in a 2021 interview. “There are certain places where he couldn’t be beaten.”

Still, Don Jr. is spending his time now aiding his father’s efforts to lock down the 2024 Republican nomination in the face of an unprecedented lawfare onslaught.

He suggested at the rally that the media wished to conceal the magnitude of Trump’s victory by reporting that the former president had secured an easy victory.

“They’re trying desperately to suppress the vote by saying we have it in the bag,” Don Jr. said.

According to Trump’s son, the swamp was once more aligning against Trump, this time by aligning itself with alternative candidates like Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis or establishment candidate Nikki Haley.

“We understand it’s actually the D.C. elite versus Trump,” he noted, amused by the “billionaire donors disappearing from Ron DeSantis’s campaign because they realize he doesn’t have it.”

Don Jr., imitating his father’s style, also mocked DeSantis for “wearing high heels” and excoriated Haley for never meeting “a way she didn’t want to be in.”

MSNBC’s Maddow Suffers Epic Iowa Meltdown, Refuses to Say Trump’s Name

(Headline USA) MSNBC host Rachel Maddow had a meltdown on Monday night after it became apparent that former President Donald Trump overwhelmingly won the Republican caucus in Iowa.

Refusing even to name Trump directly, Maddow told viewers that the network would not be airing Trump’s victory speech, claiming she didn’t want to give the former president a platform to spread falsehoods, Mediaite reported.

“At this point in the evening the projected winner of the Iowa caucuses has just started giving his victory speech,” Maddow said.

“We will keep an eye on that as it happens,” she continued. “We will let you know if there is any news made in that speech, if there is anything noteworthy, something substantive and important.”

Maddow then took a shot at other networks that did choose to air Trump’s speech, accusing them of giving him an “unfiltered, live platform.”

She claimed the decision not to follow suit was “not out of spite, it is not a decision that we relish, it is a decision that we regularly revisit. And honestly, earnestly, it is not an easy decision.”

But to air Trump’s speech would mean that MSNBC was “knowingly broadcasting untrue things,” Maddow continued. “That is a fundamental truth of our business and who we are. And so, his remarks, tonight, will not air here live. We will monitor them and let you know about any news that he makes.”

CNN also briefly cut away from Trump’s speech in Iowa on Monday night, with host Jake Tapper interrupting to blast Trump for “repeating his anti-immigrant rhetoric,” Twitchy reported.

Later during the segment, Maddow and her panelists went on to bemoan Trump’s victory in Iowa as a sign of rising fascism.

“If we’re worried about our democracy falling to an authoritarian and potentially fascist form of government, the leader who is trying to do that is part of that equation,” Maddow claimed.

Fellow panelist Joy Reid, known for her signature race-baiting, offered the overtly racist—albeit, not entirely inaccurate—interjection that Iowa had a disproportionate number of “white Christians,” which accounted for Trump’s historic landslide.

It is unclear why Reid thought white Christians would not likewise have supported fellow GOP candidates Ron DeSantis, Nikki Haley and Vivek Ramaswamy, among others whose views also fell broadly on the spectrum of “Republican” values.

Trump, by contrast, has made historic inroads with black and Hispanic voters, whose support may well be what puts him over the top in the 2024 election.

Antifa Takes Credit for Arson Attack on Portland Mayoral Candidate

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) The left-wing terrorist organization Antifa took credit for an arson attack last week on the property of a Portland, Oregon, mayoral candidate, the Post Millennial reported.

On Jan. 12, Rene Gonzalez, a Portland city commissioner and prospective 2024 mayoral candidate, found his car burned at his home. According to an Antifa blog post, however, the actions were totally warranted.

Conservative pundit Andy Ngo tweeted screenshots of the post:

Although the City Commission’s races are nonpartisan, the all five current members—Mayor Ted Wheeler and four commissioners—are registered Democrats.

However, during his 2022 race to unseat Commissioner Jo Ann Hardesty, Gonzalez, an attorney and entrepreneur, ran on a platform of addressing the city’s out-of-control crime and homelessness problem, garnering the endorsement of the Portland Police Union.

The incumbent sought to paint Gonzalez as a right-wing extremist and link him to the Patriot Prayer group, which has sometimes clashed with Antifa.

The terror organization called the car burning “an act of community self-defense and a form of mutual aid,” noting that their “only regret is not attacking the other two vehicles” outside of the home.

The author of the post also described the method by which the car was burned with a “fire starter, presumably encouraging other potential terrorists by adding that such a thing “can be found in the outdoors section of any big box store.”

The poster also wrote that the timing of the crime was “intentional,” with the criminal lighting up the car just before the first winter storm of the year in memory of Gonzalez allegedly banning Portlanders from giving out tents to homeless people.

“When extreme weather events occur, it is often anarchists who come to the aid of our neighbors,” claimed the post.

According to the group, “politicians and their capitalist cronies” should understand the crime as a “warning” and a “call to action” to other anarchists.

“Solidarity means attack!” the blog post concluded.

Antifa terrorists have taken to Twitter to support the political violence.

“MANY people deserve to have their cars scorched. Like an unbelievable number of people,” one Portland extremist wrote.

The Portland branch of Antifa has been particularly active in recent months as the 2024 election draws nearer.

Last month, for instance, rioters who participated in the weeks of nightly disruptions during the summer and fall of 2020—including the vandalism and destruction of a federal building—filed a new lawsuit against law enforcement alleging negligence and battery.

In July 2020, the lawsuit alleged, “the federal government unleashed unprecedented and sustained violence and intimidation on the people of Portland.”

Of course, the group happily ignored the fact that Antifa engages in such activities perhaps more than any other group in America.

Even American neo-Nazis Have Abandoned Ukraine

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) Following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, neo-Nazis in the U.S. expressed widespread support for their Ukrainian counterparts.

One of the more prominent U.S. neo-Nazis, Blood Tribe leader Christopher Pohlhaus, went as far as planning a compound in Maine to train American extremists to fight for Ukraine against Russia.

Pohlhaus and his colleagues also made headlines last September for their endorsement of Joe Biden for the 2024 presidential election.

“I think Biden’s better than Trump because he sends rockets to Ukraine,” the Nazi said last September. “Heil Ukraine! Heil Azov!”

But now, as it becomes increasingly clear that hundreds of thousands of white Ukrainian males have been sent to the slaughter for the benefit of Western war hawks, Pohlhaus and his friends are less zealous in their support for Biden’s proxy war.

“I will still continue to support the struggle of the people there,” Pohlhaus reportedly said on Telegram last November.

“I’m not going to allow our guys, my guys’ efforts and blood to go towards [the war].”

According to the Southern Poverty Law Center, Pohlhaus has also halted his plans to build a training compound.

“In October, Pohlhaus sold off the land, went quiet and appears, at least for the time being, to have abandoned his plans in Maine,” the SPLC reported last week.

Rather than focus on helping his “Aryan brothers” in Ukraine, Pohlhaus signaled Tuesday on Twitter that the Blood Tribe will be active domestically this year as election season hits full swing.

The Guardian reported Thursday that Pohlhaus’s sentiment is shared by the wider neo-Nazi movement, which is now more focused on Israel and more local issues.

“Within the wider web of neo-Nazi militancy, Ukraine chatter has all but evaporated with the conflict in Gaza and domestic issues outshining what was once a well-followed world event,” the Guardian reported.

“In September, a prominent far-right publication, linked to the disbanded American neo-Nazi terror group Atomwaffen Division, boldly declared that the war not only ‘doesn’t matter anymore to us,’ but it would ‘like to refocus’ on American issues,” the Guardian added.
