NYU Prof. Tells Students Hamas Atrocities Didn’t Happen, Gets Suspended

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) The video of the last month’s live stream revealed how an adjunct New York University (NYU) professor denied reports that the terrorist group Hamas beheaded babies and raped women in Israel on Oct. 7, 2023, which eventually resulted in him being suspended from the university on Jan. 25, 2024.

“We live in a Zionist city. No, let’s be real about this, let’s be fu**ing real,” Amin Husain said at the Dec. 5, 2023 “teach-in” organized by Students for Justice in Palestine at The New School, according to a video that was obtained by The Free Press.

Husain was sitting behind the table while wearing a keffiyeh — a pro-Palestine scarf — and speaking to a classroom of students who remained quietly attentive as he commented on what he calls the “Palestinian liberation struggle.”

“These groups are fighting for the liberation of their people and their land. That’s a right. You do it. If you don’t like Hamas, free the land and the people. But if you don’t like Hamas, also read their charter in 2017,” he said.

The reason why Husain told the students to read the 2017 version of the charter instead of the original 1988 charter was because he wanted to deceive them so that they would accept his pro-terrorism worldview.

The 1988 version was explicitly urging Muslims to murder Jews while the edited 2017 version now states that “Hamas affirms that its conflict is with the Zionist project not with the Jews because of their religion.”

“Don’t take what the media says. It’s really important… Because these kind of questions try to put you on the defensive. They try to say… ‘Oh my G-d, you’re supporting rapists and people that behead babies,’ both of which, you know, whatever, we know it’s not true,” Husain said.

However, it seems that his attempts to prevent the students from reading the original version of the charter were pointless since he openly bragged about hating Jews and the students agreed with his position based on their reaction to his words.

Husain joked about his reputation for being anti-Semitic while citing a petition that was launched by an NYU alumnus on Oct. 17, 2023, calling for his dismissal.

“I have a petition going around, right, because I’m anti-Semitic. I won the honors of anti-Semitic multiple times,” he said.

Husain also mentioned his profile on the site Canary Mission, which documents people and groups that promote hatred of the United States, Israel and Jews.

“Everything they cite… is true,” Husain said about the profile that exposed his explicitly anti-Jewish beliefs, which prompted laughter from the students.

Ex-FBI Official Who Limited Hunter Probe Violated Hatch Act

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) The embattled former FBI official who shielded Hunter Biden has been found to have violated the Hatch Act after posting several political messages on social media, the U.S. Office of Special Counsel revealed on Friday. Among these posts was an anti-Trump retweet from the Lincoln Project.

As first reported by Fox News, Timothy Thibault, an assistant special agent in charge based in Washington, D.C., exhibited a “pattern of active public partisanship” that “likely affected” investigations involving former President Donald Trump and Hunter Biden, as stated in an OSC letter addressed to Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa.

Grassley first brought the allegations to the OSC, prompted by whistleblowers who revealed that Thibault, who is no longer employed by the FBI, had authored a memo advocating for a comprehensive investigation into the “electors investigation” of the Trump campaign based on information from a left-wing organization.

“Although Mr. Thibault has left government service, we completed our investigation and concluded that he violated the Hatch Act,” stated the OSC letter. As detailed by the OSC, in July 2020, Thibault retweeted a Lincoln Project post featuring an article from The Atlantic with the headline: “Donald Trump is a Broken Man.”

At the time of the post, Thibault was on leave. However, the Hatch Act prohibits employees from sharing political content “even when they are off duty and away from work,” the letter said.

“By retweeting the Lincoln Project’s message, Mr. Thibault engaged in modern-day leafletting on social media,” it added. “Accordingly, because Mr. Thibault shared a message from a partisan political group on Twitter, OSC has conduced that he acted in concert with a partisan political group, in violation of the Hatch.”

The OSC said that Thibault could face further repercussions if more violations are uncovered. “Mr. Thibault has been warned that if in the future he engaged in activity prohibited by the Hatch Act while employed in a Hatch Act-covered position, OSC would consider such activity to be a willful and knowing violation of the law that could result in disciplinary action,” OSC wrote.

Thibault has become a focal point of investigations related to President Joe Biden and allegations of political interference in the criminal investigation of Hunter Biden, the embattled son of the president. He was accused of ordering the closure of a “derogatory” Hunter Biden report in 2020.

Amid these accusations, the FBI removed Thibault from his role as assistant special agent in charge, ultimately resulting in his resignation, according to Fox News.

DOJ Slams Cuomo Sexual Harassment a Day After His Border Critique

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) The Biden-led DOJ delivered a rebuke to Andrew Cuomo, the disgraced former governor of New York, announcing on Friday that he subjected 13 women “to a sexually hostile work environment,” Politico reported on Friday.

The announcement stemmed from an agreement between the DOJ’s Civil Rights Division and New York Gov. Kathy Hochul, who assumed office following Cuomo’s resignation over sexual harassment allegations. Specifically, the DOJ, in collaboration with the Southern District of New York, found that Cuomo violated some provisions of Title VII.

“Governor Cuomo repeatedly subjected these female employees to unwelcome, non-consensual sexual contact; ogling; unwelcome sexual comments; gender-based nicknames; comments on their physical appearances; and/or preferential treatment based on their physical appearances,” the agreement read.

As part of the settlement, Hochul agreed to expand the human resources department within the executive branch of the state government. The 13 women were first revealed in a disturbing report led by Attorney General Letitia James, prompting Cuomo’s resignation in 2021.

However, Cuomo has sought to rebuild his reputation by positioning himself as a potential candidate in the New York City mayoral contest in 2025. In an op-ed for the Hill, Cuomo criticized the Democratic Party’s lack of a border plan.

“What is our border policy, and how did we expect to handle the 2 million immigrants and asylum-seekers who came over the border, and are continuing to come?” Cuomo asked, asserting that President Joe Biden has failed to address the border crisis.

The Thursday op-ed, as reported by the New York Post, likely serves as a precursor to a potential mayoral bid in New York City. Current Mayor Eric Adams is under federal investigation for potential campaign finance violations.

While the mayor has not been directly implicated in any wrongdoing, the investigation, coupled with rampant illegal immigration, has taken a toll on the mayor’s polls.

Similar to Cuomo, Adams has strongly criticized Biden’s border chaos, prompting many — including the former governor himself — to speculate that the investigation into the mayor is retaliation for his criticism.

Politico reported in November 2023 that several Biden aides were aware of rumors that the DOJ would target Adams. “I’m surprised it took this long,” a Democratic aide told Politico, referring to the investigation of Adams.

In a November 2023 interview, Cuomo suggested that the DOJ might be driven by political motives in their investigation of Adams. “They sometimes play politics in the justice system,” Cuomo said of the investigation. “It’s no longer church and state — they play politics. I think the way they’ve treated Mayor Adams is disrespectful, and it’s hurt his ability to do his job.”

Cuomo added, “I support Mayor Adams. every New Yorker should support Mayor Adams because we need him to do well. We are at a critical, critical point. You could see New York City tip. So, I don’t envision in any scenario that Mayor Adams steps down. I haven’t heard any legal charge that is credible against Mayor Adams.”

Nikki Haley Listed as White on Voter Registration Card, Despite Claiming She’s Brown

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) It was recently revealed that Nikki Haley, a 2024 Republican presidential candidate and a former governor of her home state of South Carolina, listed herself as “white” on her voter registration card back in 2001, despite her recent bragging about being brown and Indian.

Three weeks ago, NBC News interviewed Haley who whined about her being a supposed victim of “racism” while she was growing up in the South.

“We were the only Indian family in our small southern town. I was teased every day for being brown. So anyone who wants to question it can go back and look at what I’ve said and how hard to grow up in the Deep South as a brown girl,” a woman who could easily be perceived as an Italian said.

After that, Haley continued telling how hard it was to live in the “racist” South by remembering how she wasn’t allowed to enter the beauty pageant during her high school years because she wasn’t white. Later on, her 1989 high school yearbook photo was discovered and it became clear that the reason why she wasn’t allowed to participate was because she didn’t meet the beauty criteria.

Haley also previously bragged about her being both brown and Indian. However, the bragging was quickly questioned after recently resurfaced information revealed that Haley listed her race as “white” on her 2001 voter registration card, according to the Post and Courier.

The South Carolina Democratic Party obtained the public record and called her out on it, with Dick Harpootlian, the party chairman, saying that Haley has shown a pattern of such actions.

“Haley has been appearing on television interviews where she calls herself a minority — when it suits her. When she registers to vote she says she is white. She has developed a pattern of saying whatever is beneficial to her at the moment,” he said.

Twitter Rebukes $83M Defamation Verdict Against Trump: ‘This Is Not America’

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Supporters of Donald Trump expressed disapproval as a Manhattan jury ordered the former president and GOP presidential front-runner to pay $83.3 million to columnist E. Jean Carroll for defamation.

The Friday order stems from a lawsuit filed by Carroll after Trump persistently denied any knowledge of her. The jury claimed that Trump acted “out of hatred, ill will, or spite” when he said he “never met” Carroll. Another jury separately determined that Trump sexually assaulted Carroll in either 1995 or 1996.

As detailed by the New York Post, the substantial payment encompasses $65 million in response to what the jury deemed defamatory remarks, $11 million to aid the accuser in rebuilding her reputation and an additional $7.3 million to compensate for purported pain and suffering.

In a Truth Social post, Trump vehemently criticized the jury’s decision. “Absolutely ridiculous!” said Trump of the case overseen by U.S. District Court Judge Lewis A. Kaplan, a Biden appointee.

“I fully disagree with both verdicts, and will be appealing this whole Biden Directed Witch Hunt focused on me and the Republican Party,” Trump continued. “Our Legal System is out of control, and being used as a Political Weapon. They have taken away all First Amendment Rights. THIS IS NOT AMERICA!”

Alina Habba, Trump’s attorney, also voiced her sentiments, expressing pride in standing with the former president. “I am so proud to stand with President Trump, but I am not proud to stand up with whatever happened in that courtroom,” she said.

Trump and Habba were not alone in their criticism of the substantial payout, which, according to the New York Times, triggered gasps in the courtroom.

Founder of Turning Point USA, Charlie Kirk, asserted: “Let’s be clear: This $83.3 million verdict from New York is not justice. E. Jean Carroll cannot even remember what YEAR she was supposedly ‘raped.’”

He continued, “She has absolutely no public reputation to lose and yet a New York court claims she suffered vast reputational harm because Donald Trump says he never committed a crime that he has never been convicted or even charged with.”

Greg Price, a Twitter personality and conservative journalist, highlighted Democrat billionaire Reid Hoffman, a major donor to the non-profits leading the lawsuit.

“$83.3 million for defamation for denying an accusation from a crazy person with a completely not credible story in a lawsuit funded by a liberal billionaire,” Price remarked.

Notably, Hoffman made headlines earlier this month when he declined to further fund the presidential campaign of Nikki Haley, who is running against Trump.

Other critics were equally vocal in their condemnation of the verdict:

Newsom: ‘Joyless’ DeSantis Saved His Political Career by Dropping Out of Primary

(Headline USA) California Gov. Gavin Newsom claimed on Thursday that Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis saved his career by dropping out of the 2024 presidential race.

Newsom, who has sparred with DeSantis for the past couple of years, frequently mocked the governor for trying to unseat former President Donald Trump for the GOP nomination.

He argued during an interview with MSNBC that one of the reasons DeSantis’s campaign did ultimately fall flat was because DeSantis was trying to force himself into a particular mold.

But since dropping out of the race, DeSantis has become relatable, Newsom said, citing a recent video that DeSantis posted of his young son’s NFL playoff predictions.

“Just on a humanizing level, having spent a tiny bit of time with him but obviously studying him for some time, he’s a different guy,” Newsom told MSNBC’s Alex Wagner. “Now I saw him with his kid on a video, I’m like ‘who’s that guy?’”

On the campaign trail, DeSantis was “so wound up” and “joyless,” Newsom said.

“And you know, you can say what you want about Trump. He seems a little less wound up,” Newsom continued. “He is winding up in terms of his rhetoric but a little more entertaining in that respect. You have got to know your why. I never felt like he [DeSantis] had a why.”

The California governor went on to take a victory lap, saying Trump’s domination in the GOP primary was inevitable.

“The premise of it is rather—I don’t mean this as a cheap shot—rather delusional,” he said. “Maybe you didn’t think he was going to run, maybe you thought he was going to be convicted earlier for a crime—I don’t know what they were thinking, but it was so predictable. All of this was predictable.”

Newsom also suggested that GOP presidential candidate Nikki Haley should drop out, saying, “I don’t know any state she can win, let alone her own state [of South Carolina].”

Kamala: Ratings Would Be Better If She Took ‘Adequate Credit’ for ‘Accomplishments’

(Headline USA) Vice President Kamala Harris dismissed her and President Joe Biden’s poor approval ratings, claiming they would be higher if the pair took “adequate credit” for the administration’s “accomplishments,” the Washington Examiner reported.

Harris made the comment during an interview with Katie Couric, who complained that the media hadn’t done enough to highlight the Biden administration’s achievements, which she said includes the $1.2 trillion 2021 infrastructure law, “millions of jobs created” and low unemployment.

“You don’t hear that much from reporters, do you, in the form of a question?” Couric asked. “And yet, you and President Biden’s approval ratings are at historic lows… Why do you think that is, given what I just outlined?”

Harris agreed that she and Biden had made “historic accomplishments,” but claimed she hadn’t done enough to remind the public of “who brung it to them.”

She also suggested the polls were inaccurate, saying, “Well, first of all, if I listened to polls, I would have never run for my first office, or probably my second or third for that matter.”

Adding that she believed she and Biden have to “earn” reelection, Harris claimed the reason they have not already done so is because people don’t know enough about what they’ve done.

“I think what the American people want most in their leaders is that we actually get things done, and we have done it,” she said. “We haven’t taken adequate credit for it, frankly, and we’ve got to do a better job of getting the word out about what we have accomplished and who did it.”

Couric also asked Harris about one of the issues she was tasked with addressing: the border crisis.

Although Harris was appointed border czar early in the Biden term she showed little interest in the job and appeared at times to be openly defiant about accepting it.

“Sixty-eight percent of Americans disapprove of the way the Biden administration has handled the border,” Couric pointed out.

Harris replied by first insisting that she was not “in charge” of the issue before laying the blame on Congress.

In another stunning moment from the interview, Harris seemed to demonstrate particularly little self awareness about the politically motivated prosecutions that have taken place under the current administration.

She attempted, as many in the leftist media have done, to sound the alarm over the possibility that GOP frontrunner Donald Trump might seek retaliation on his political enemies, while failing to acknowledge that for which he would be retaliating.

“Let’s be really clear about what’s at stake, and then yes, of course there is then a desire that ‘Let’s get out there,’ because we can’t lose this democracy,” she claimed. “We can’t.”

‘Trump Won’ Viral Hitmaker Calls Out GOP RINOs in New Music Video

(Gwendolyn Sims, Headline USA) Country music’s viral, pro-MAGA hitmaker Natasha Owens called out GOP RINOs in her fearless new music video, “Party People.”

“Party People” is the latest in a string of viral musical hits by Owens, a patriotic, Christian powerhouse.

Since there were way too many RINOs to call them all out in one 3-minute song, Owens “decided to do not only a U.S. version but also a Texas Version” of the video:

U.S. Version: https://youtu.be/eQwee7QHNv8?si=Hti4PoEJHlnccgqO
Texas Version: https://youtu.be/nwg2As-CfcQ?si=s1Khdn6gnlnoz1bD
Original Version: https://youtu.be/AR9q4DcuE2M?si=sAamhJfy2c3nSp3u

“I am sick and tired of the ALL TALK and NO ACTION GOP Rinos (Republican in name only),” Owens said in a press release.

The Republicans “have the ability to defund this radical agenda, but they choose to partner with the Democrats,” she added.

Owens said she came “to the conclusion that they are either being bought or blackmailed.” And she “wanted to show the world how sick [Americans] are of the lip service” from RINO politicians.

Produced by Grammy-nominated multiple-Dove-Award-winner Ian Eskelin for Radiate Music, the upbeat chorus of “Party People” makes Owens’s disgust for the RINOs clear:

“Party People in the house / Put your hands up high. / I can’t tell the difference / From the Left to the Right. / Elephants and asses / Who don’t know good from evil / Ain’t my kinda Party People.”

The RINO politicians “are either working for or against the American people,” Owens said.

“These politicians in Washington, [D.C.] and in Texas, where I am, are not working for us,” she added. “If they can’t put America First, then they don’t deserve to lead.”

Going viral is nothing new to Owens. She began topping the pop charts with her patriotic anthems last year when her smash hit single “Trump Won” amassed “over 70 million social media impressions despite shadow banning and widespread reports of posts, retweets, and shares being removed on nearly all platforms.”

“Trump Won” surprised the music industry when it debuted at  No. 1 on iTunes before debuting at No. 5 on the Billboard Digital Sales Chart and No. 2 on the Billboard Country Digital Song Sales Chart.

The song even caught the attention of former President Donald J. Trump himself, who posted the video numerous times on his personal account for TruthSocial.

“Thousands of people filled stadiums for President Trump while no one was showing up for the Joe Biden rallies,” Owens said of the 2020 election.

“We all stayed up watching the election and we were so hopeful. But we all woke up to unexplainable events that happened overnight,” she continued. “In the months and years that followed, there wasn’t much that was investigated, and wrongs were not righted,” so now it’s time to call out the RINOs and “take back America.”

In addition to “Party People,” Owens also released her latest studio album, American Patriot. The album is a powerful “collection that bridges an unwavering love of country with the themes of faith and family that have always played a significant part in her artistry,” notes the press release.

It includes notable tracks such as “2nd Protects the First,” “America First,” “Stand for Life,” and “The Star Spangled Banner,” which Owens has performed all over the country.

Actress w/ $10M Net Worth Starts GoFundMe for Son’s Baseball Trip

(Molly Bruns, Headline USA) People ridiculed actress and leftist advocate Alyssa Milano for advertising a GoFundMe page to raise funds for her son’s cross-country baseball trip, calling her “shameless and shameful.”

Milano, whose net worth is estimated to be around $10 million, posted a link to the GoFundMe on Twitter Thursday in an attempt to help the team earn $10,000 for their trip to Cooperstown, N.Y., to play in the Little League World Series, Outkick reported.

“My son’s baseball team is raising money for their Cooperstown trip,” she said. “Any amount would be so greatly appreciated.”

Milano earned an estimated $90,000 per episode, or $2 million per season starring in the 1990s TV series Charmed. Her husband, David Bugliari, also has a high-paying job as a talent agent.

The fundraising campaign, which Milano launched last May, described the team as “diverse, hardworking and really good”—as well as the winners of many championship rings.

Several of the names listed among the more than 275 donors appeared to be public figures themselves. A donor going by the name Mark Ruffalo gave $200 to the cause, while another sharing the name of Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson gave $100.

Milano herself did not appear to have given any, according to a search of the donor list. However, her brother, B-list actor Cory Milano, donated $100.

Twitter users skewered the former “Who’s the Boss” star for attempting to solicit financial donations while she sits on millions of dollars.

“The wildest thing about Alyssa Milano asking for donations is that I wouldn’t even do that in a small town as a relatively financially comfortable person just because it would seem tacky…” one user said. “But to be an actual household name rich celebrity?!? BOLD. EXTRA BOLD.”

“Who knew Alyssa Milano and her husband David Bugliari are poor,” another chimed in. “Instead of donating money to her son’s baseball team, send them food and coupons for Denny’s.”

“Cowardly uber rich Alyssa Milano turned off her comments and commenced to beg the poor for money, because she knows she’ll be reamed and ratio’d for her audacity,” said user Gretchen Strater. “She’s getting reamed and ratio’d in the quote tweets. As she should. Her net worth is $10M. It’s the audacity for me.”

NSA Purchasing Americans’ Data Without Warrant

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) Sen. Ron Wyden, D-Ore., revealed in a letter published Thursday that the outgoing director of the National Security Agency, Gen. Paul Nakasone, told him last month that the NSA purchases internet data on Americans in bulk and without a warrant.

“As you know, U.S. intelligence agencies are purchasing personal data about Americans that would require a court order if the government demanded it from communications companies … In addition, the National Security Agency (NSA) is buying Americans’ domestic internet metadata,” Wyden said in a letter to Director of National Intelligence Avril Haines.

Attached to Wyden’s letter is correspondence with Nakasone, who confirmed the NSA’s data purchases to him last month.

“NSA acquires various types of [commercially available information] for foreign intelligence, cybersecurity and other authorized mission purposes, to include enhancing its signal intelligence and cybersecurity missions,” he told Wyden.

“This may include information associated with electronic devices being used outside—and, in certain cases, inside—the United States. However, NSA does not buy and use location data collected from phones known to be used in the U.S. either with or without a court order.”

Wyden’s information about the NSA’s bulk commercial data purchases is the latest revelation in an ongoing investigation by the senator.

Last year, ODNI Director Haines released a report confirming that U.S. spy agencies are collecting vast amounts of social media, cell phone and other commercial data.

Examples cited in the report include the Defense Intelligence Agency—the Pentagon’s main intelligence agency—having a system that buys geolocation data around the world.

The FBI also has a contract with the online intelligence firm ZeroFox for “social media alerting,” and the U.S. Navy has a contract with Sayari Analytics, Inc. for access to its database, which purportedly “contains tens of thousands of previously-unidentified specific nodes, facilities and key people related to U.S.-sanctioned actors,” according to the report.

The DHS, meanwhile, has a corporate tool that allows it to analyze companies around the globe and their relationships to various subsidiaries.

Wyden and a few other members of Congress are attempting to combat these seemingly illegal data purchases with legislation.

The Protect Liberty Act, which enforces the Constitution’s Fourth Amendment warrant requirement when the government inspects Americans’ purchased data, was introduced in the House by Rep. Andy Biggs, R-Ariz., last month.
