Study of Mail-In Ballot Fraud Confirms Trump Likely Won 2020 Race

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) A bombshell report revealed that former President Donald Trump would have “almost certainly” clinched victory in the contentious 2020 presidential election, were it not for the unprecedented surge in mail-in ballots.

The Heartland Institute unveiled a comprehensive 36-page analysis of the 2020 election, investigating the percentage of individuals opting for mail-in voting and closely examining data to identify potential vulnerabilities in the mail-in ballot system.

According to the report, drawn from a December Heartland/Rasmussen poll, one in five mail-in voters admitted to potential unlawful voting in 2020. By assessing various scenarios excluding mail-in voting, Heartland contended that their study indicated Trump “would have won the 2020 election” in 26 out of 29 scenarios.

“In other words, had the 2020 election been conducted like every national election has been over the past two centuries, wherein the vast majority of voters cast ballots in-person rather than by mail, Donald Trump would have almost certainly been re-elected,” the report read, first reported by the Epoch Times.

The report added, “Because Joe Biden received significantly more mail in votes than Donald Trump, we conclude that the 2020 election outcome would have been different in the key swing states that Donald Trump lost by razor thin margins in 2020—Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin—under the 28.2 percent scenario.”

The report outlined five proactive measures to mitigate future vulnerabilities in mail-in ballot systems.

Recommendations included states updating voter rolls annually, mandating identification for in-person voting, promoting in-person voting, requiring witness or notary signatures on all ballots and restricting mail-in voting to cases with legitimate excuses.

As part of the institute’s suggested preventative policies, states were urged to “outlaw ballot harvesting,” “forbid unattended and unsecure election drop boxes,” “require signature verification for mail-in voting,” “establish agencies to investigate claims of election law violations” and “pass laws that impose harsh penalties” for those violating election laws.

This report emerges as Trump seeks a second White House term in a 2024 potential rematch of the 2020 election against President Joe Biden.

DNC Escalates Attack on RFK Jr. w/ ‘Vague’ FEC Complaint

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Democratic National Committee has targeted yet another Democratic opponent of President Joe Biden in the run-up to the 2024 presidential election.

In a letter submitted to the Federal Election Commission, the DNC accused Robert F. Kennedy of illegally coordinating with a super PAC to gather signatures in exchange for access to Democratic primary privileges.

“Put simply, to qualify for the ballot under state law, American Values 2024 must coordinate its activity with Mr. Kennedy and his campaign in a way that violates federal campaign finance laws,” the DNC wrote Friday in an 11-page letter.

American Values 2024, a pro-RFK Jr. super PAC, declared in December that it was allocating $15 million to collect signatures on behalf of Kennedy Jr., thereby granting him access to 15 states.

The DNC alleges that such an alliance constitutes a violation of the Federal Campaign Act of 1972 and is urging the FEC to “seek such monetary, declaratory or injunctive relief as necessary to remedy these violations.”

In response, Kennedy Jr. rebuffed the DNC’s claims in a fiery tweet, accusing them of attempting to sabotage his presidential bid.

“As President Biden’s cognitive competence comes under attack by the mainstream media, the DNC is doubling down on its strategy of keeping viable, non-Trump, candidates off the ballot,” Kennedy Jr. claimed.

“The DNC’s disenfranchised cartel today filed a vague and specious claim against our campaign for allegedly colluding with the American Values Super PAC,” he added.

Kennedy Jr. initially announced his Democratic candidacy in April 2023 but chose to exit the party in October of the same year, deciding to run as an independent instead.

The DNC’s threat against Kennedy Jr. comes as non-Republican primary challengers accuse the party apparatus of hindering any legitimate alternative to the scandal-plagued President Joe Biden.

Author Marianne Williamson suspended her primary candidacy on Wednesday, just three days after accusing the DNC of suppressing her. Dean Phillips, also a Democrat, claimed that the Biden camp blackballed him from media outlets.

Cornel West, a Green Party candidate and self-described left-wing activist, criticized the DNC as being “beyond redemption” in a damning interview last year.

‘Armed and Dangerous’ Illegal Alien Arrested over Manhattan Shooting

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) A 15-year-old illegal alien was apprehended after being sought for the attempted murder of NYPD officers during a botched robbery in Times Square, where an innocent tourist was hit by a bullet.

Jesus Alejandro Rivas-Figueroa, a native of Venezuela, was captured by U.S. Marshals in upstate New York on Friday, following the release of his photo by the NYPD, which described him as “armed and dangerous.”

Law enforcement officials began searching for him after a security guard at a Times Square-based JD Sports store stopped him for allegedly shoplifting.

Harrowing footage depicted the seemingly violent individual pulling out a gun and firing it toward the guard. Although the bullet missed the guard, it struck a Brazilian tourist who happened to be in the vicinity.

Figueroa fled the store and allegedly fired his gun at officers attempting to apprehend him, ultimately escaping by boarding a train and disappearing into the subway system.

Arrest photos portrayed the teenager wearing a gold chain and ear piercings, apparently sobbing.

This arrest followed the apprehension of some Venezuelan undocumented immigrants involved in the brutal beating of two NYPD officers in a separate incident.

During a press conference announcing Figueroa’s alleged crimes, NYPD Chief of Patrol John Chell emphasized the impact of illegal immigration on crime in New York City.

“There’s some Venezuelan groups, groups of migrants—I say some, not all—that are affecting crime on our city more so now than when they first got here,” Chell said.

“We spoke about it last week in transit crime. We saw moped robberies and statues. We see it pockets being picked in Times Square and on the subway. We see some groups going to stores; Macy’s, King’s Plaza… stealing property,” he said.

Similarly, NYPD Commissioner Edward Caban rebuked the teenager in his remarks. “If you think you can threaten the lives of the very people who keep us safe, if you think you can put others at deadly risk and get away with it, then think again,” he said. “We will never stop pursuing you. We will find you, and we will arrest you.”

The shocking news comes as the city grapples with unprecedented flows of illegal immigration, attracted by the city’s generous taxpayer-funded hotel stays and sanctuary city policies.

Mayor Eric Adams revealed Thursday that over 170,000 illegal aliens currently reside in New York City (100,000 of them live in government-paid shelters).

The historically pro-immigration state has undergone a 180-degree shift in its stance, with New York Gov. Kathy Hochul scolding illegal aliens not to enter the city and to seek refuge elsewhere.

Republicans Call on Biden Cabinet to Invoke 25th Amendment against Him

(Headline USA) Several Republican lawmakers called on President Joe Biden’s Cabinet to invoke the 25th Amendment and remove him from office after a special counsel report this week confirmed his significant memory lapses, The Hill reported.

Special counsel Robert Hur, who led the Justice Department’s investigation into Biden’s alleged mishandling of classified documents, said in his report this week that he did not recommend charges against Biden because it would be difficult to convince a jury to convict a “sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.”

Hur went on to say that during his interview with the investigation team, Biden could not remember when he was vice president or when his eldest son, Beau Biden, had died.

Rep. Claudia Tenney, R-N.Y., sent a letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland on Thursday, calling the report “alarming” for the country.

Biden “needs to be charged, unless he is not mentally competent to stand trial,” she wrote. “Candidly, Special Counsel’s report makes a reasonable case that he is not.”

Tenney noted that the lapses described in the report were not simply instances of casual forgetfulness but seemed more like serious dementia.

“Being unable to remember what position he held, and when, is exceptionally concerning,” she said. “Being unable to remember when one’s child died—even within a time frame of several years—is perhaps more a more damning reflection of his mental impairment.”

The report’s revelations followed several similar lapses during public speaking arrangements. He appeared to forget the name of the terrorist group Hamas during a press conference and twice confused the names of European leaders he had attended the G7 conference with, substituting the names of long-dead officials for France’s Emmanuel Macron and Germany’s Angela Merkel.

Biden “most seemingly lacks the ability to execute his presidential responsibilities,” Tenney wrote.

“So it is incumbent upon you to explore proceedings to remove the President pursuant to the 25th Amendment to the United States Constitution,” she continued. “President Biden needs to be charged, or he needs to be removed.”

Several other GOP lawmakers concurred with Tenney’s assessment that the description of Biden’s mental fitness disqualified him from office.

A “well-meaning elderly man with a poor memory” is “not someone who should be the commander in chief of our armed forces and the defender of American freedoms,” Sen. Rick Scott, R-Fla., reasoned.

Sens. Mike Lee, R-Utah, and Josh Hawley, R-Mo., also said in separate social media posts that this kind of situation was what the 25th Amendment was implemented to address.

Doing so could lead American politics even farther down an already slippery slope.

Democrats openly discussed invoking the amendment against former President Donald Trump toward the end of his term, although there was no indication that Trump was incapable of performing his duties.

Some Republicans have also warned that forcing Biden from office might actually make things worse by delivering the presidency to Vice President Kamala Harris.

It would also give Democrats the pretense they needed to force Biden to quit his re-election campaign, likely swapping him out with a candidate with stronger public approval and electability, such as former first lady Michelle Obama.

U.S. Firms Invested Billions in Companies Linked to CCP Military

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) An investigation from the House Select Committee on the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) revealed that five American venture capital firms invested at least $3 billion in Chinese technology companies that are making products used in human rights abuses and aiding the Chinese military and government.

The House Committee reported that GGV Capital, GSR Ventures, Qualcomm Ventures, Sequoia Capital and Walden International financially supported the development of semiconductors that are being put to use by China’s military for research on equipment and weapons.

“Artificial intelligence and semiconductor technologies are necessary components of the CCP’s Orwellian surveillance state and human rights abuses,” the report said.

The report also follows the Daily Caller’s October 2023 findings that reveal how several U.S. venture-capital firms were participating investors in CCP-backed start-up contests that supported China’s Thousand Talents plan, which aims to poach technology and researchers abroad, according to the news source.

“10/17/23 – @DailyCaller reported on IDG, GSR, GGV, Walden Int’l. & Sequoia Capital‘s role in Thousand Talents Plan contests, love seeing it covered in @committeeonccp‘s new report: “THE CCP’S INVESTORS: How American Venture Capital Fuels the PRC Military and Human Rights Abuses,” Philip Lenczycki wrote.

It was revealed in the report that more than $1.9 billion went to AI companies that provide resources supporting the CPP’s human rights abuses, such as surveillance technology, and support the Chinese military.

In addition to that, more than $1 billion was invested by the firms into more than 150 semiconductor companies, with around $180 million in chip companies that support the Chinese military.

There are billions more in investment not captured in the report from U.S. firms that have gone to support the Chinese military, “digital authoritarianism” and efforts to bolster China’s technological standing, the report’s findings suggested.

The report added that the firms were apprehensive about cooperating with the investigation due to CCP pressure. One of the firms even told the investigators that company personnel based in China were “scared to death” about providing key information. It was also noted that the CCP is allegedly “actively pressuring” firms to not cooperate with the investigation, according to the information that was provided by another firm to the Committee.

Indiana County Probing Democrat Vote Fraud after Finding 100s of Fake Signatures

(Headline USA) Indiana officials are investigating multiple cases of voter fraud after a county clerk’s office discovered what appear to be hundreds of fraudulent signatures and addresses on petition papers last month, according to The Federalist.

The Indiana State Police said this week they had launched an investigation after St. Joseph County Clerk Amy Rolfes alerted them to the discrepancies, which she said pointed to a potential petition forgery plot.

The forgeries reportedly came from a volunteer for Democratic presidential candidate Dean Phillips’s campaign. On Jan. 25, the volunteer attempted to turn in approximately 80 petition documents to help get Phillips on the state’s ballot. But the petitions were rejected because they lacked key information.

The next day, the volunteer returned with 53 completed pages. However, the information he added could not be verified, according to Rolfes. She said her staff attempted to compare the signatures on the petitions to the one’s in Indiana’s statewide database but could not find matches.

The addresses he provided also “simply did not exist,” she said. “The streets did, but not the house numbers … We would look through and compare the signatures, but there was nothing like them in the statewide system.”

The documents’ discrepancies became “glaringly apparent,” Rolfes said, noting they even included fake zip codes.

“We kept saying, ‘That’s not valid. That’s not valid,'” she said.

“They thought, ‘They’re never going to look.’ That had to be the mindset. It’s like cheating on homework,” Rolfes continued. “What I know is we were doing our jobs. … I feel that’s the first line of defense in election integrity: Do your job. If more people did, maybe we would see more of this stuff coming to light.”

Indiana State Police Sergeant Ted Bohner said he could not comment on a pending investigation but noted it “is probably going to be lengthy.”

‘I’m Not a Medical Doctor’: WH Struggles to Defend Biden’s Mental Acuity

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) The White House faced intense scrutiny over President Joe Biden’s ability to govern in the wake of Special Counsel Robert Hur’s damning report.

Federal prosecutors, citing the president’s age and apparent cognitive decline, opted against recommending charges for his mishandling of classified documents.

On Friday, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre resurrected a purported 2023 physician note and opposed subjecting Biden to a cognitive test, in a seemingly desperate attempt to shield the embattled 81-year-old president.

Jean-Pierre told reporters that Dr. Kevin O’Connor, the presidential physician, asserted Biden “understands what’s going on” in his surroundings and that because of his role as the leader of the free world, a cognitive test is not needed.

“I mean, look, I’m not a medical doctor, so certainly I’m not going to stand here and make… opine on tests or anything of that nature,” Jean-Pierre claimed, as reported by the New York Post.

She later argued against the necessity of a cognitive test, stating, “because of the president’s actions every day, what he deals with — with world leaders, the domestic issues that he has to deal with — that shows that the president is very much active and understands what’s going on.”

Fox News White House Correspondent Peter Doocy pressed Jean-Pierre about President Biden’s active role in governing the nation. “The commander-in-chief runs the country,” Jean-Pierre asserted. However, Doocy persistently reiterated his inquiries.

“How can he be trusted with the nuclear codes?” Doocy questioned, highlighting instances where the president stumbled over his words and confused world leaders.

Surprisingly, the president convened a press conference to rebut the special counsel’s claims. Hur’s assertions contended that the president’s recollection of when his son passed away served as a sign that a jury might perceive him as credible in a potential criminal trial involving the mishandling of classified information.

However, during the same speech—intended to showcase his mental acuity—Biden referred to Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi as the “president of Mexico.”

Satanists Claim Abortion Is Part of Their ‘Religion’ to Block Abortion Bans

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) The Satanic Temple (TST) continues its attempts to overturn the prevention of baby murder in pro-life states by filing lawsuits, in which they claim that abortion is part of their religion.

TST, a nonprofit that is ironically based in Salem, Mass., has filed lawsuits in the states of Missouri, Indiana, Texas and Idaho, which have been unsuccessful so far, according to the Epoch Times.

Satanists claimed that they created an abortion ritual that would exempt women from their states’ laws. Both the ritual and TST’s new abortion clinic in New Mexico were featured in Cosmopolitan magazine in November 2023.

“The Satanic Abortion Ritual is a destruction ritual that serves as a protective rite. Its purpose is to cast off notions of guilt, shame, and mental discomfort that a patient may be experiencing due to choosing to have a legal and medically safe abortion,” TST’s website stated.

Satanists also said on their website that they use several legal arguments in their cases: denying members access to abortion infringes on their religious right to participate in a satanic abortion ritual, forcing someone to carry an unwanted child amounts to seizing a woman’s uterus without compensation and that forced pregnancy is akin to servitude, in violation of the 13th Amendment, which abolishes slavery.

In its Indiana legal case, TST argues that the abortion restrictions criminalize abortions resulting from protected sex and create a class of people who are discriminated against because they are denied the ability to murder their unborn child.

The case of a Christian business owner denying services to LGBT people on religious grounds is one of the examples of recent judicial rulings that the group uses as its legal strategy to flip the script on abortion bans.

However, ProLove Ministries founder and CEO Abby Johnson questioned the idea of religion without a deity.

“I think it’s interesting they’re trying to get a religious exemption when they say over and over and over again that Satanism isn’t a religion and they’re non-theistic. So, I’m like, ‘Tell me again how you are trying to get a religious exemption?’” she said.

Democrat Invites Satanists to Lobby at Ariz. State Senate

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) Juan Mendez, the assistant Democrat leader in Arizona’s state Senate, invited members of a local Satanic temple to participate in political activism, the Grand Canyon Times reported.

Arizona Senate Republicans posted footage of the disturbing scene to Twitter, which showed a masked Mendez announcing the group’s presence and praising the demonic mission of its members.

“We are graced with the presence of ministers and members of the Satanic Temple of Arizona,” Mendez said.

The group, which joined to “fight for the rights” of Satanists, purports to practice “non theistic satanism divorced from superstition without any belief in gods or devils.”

Their creeds, however, invoke “religious values” including compassion, justice, bodily autonomy, free speech, science, humility and noble action.

According to the Satanic Temple Arizona’s website, Satanism is a particularly useful “weapon” for combating Christianity.

“Satan is the ultimate archetype and thus makes his character a perfect weapon to be able to combat Church and State issues,” it says.

Mendez continued to note that the mission of the temple was to encourage “empathy among all people,” guided by their “conscience to undertake noble pursuits.”

Satanists have increasingly been attempting to assert their religion in the political arena— including last month in Reno, Nevada, where a Satanist leader gave the opening “prayer” for a Washoe County Commission’s meeting.

The Satanist ended his prayer with “Hail Satan,” to which several members of the gallery responded by shouting prayers in the name of Jesus Christ.

Reno area Deputy District Attorney Nate Edwards stated that Satanic invocations were part of a trend because “if you do open your floor for invocations, then federal law is that you have to let everybody have a turn signing up.”

Still, other upstanding Americans are putting a stop to the demonic activism.

Deputies of the Kinney County, Texas Sheriff’s Department, for example, recently adorned their patrol cars with Bible verses.

Kinney County Chief Deputy Armando Garcia said that the Bible verses are “important because God is our true one leader.”

“I am a Christian and I trust in God. In a lot of the dangerous situations I’ve been in, I believe he’s the only reason I’ve come out of those situations,” Garcia added.

Still, the law does not always support Christians in their struggle against the forces of evil.

Michael Cassidy, a U.S. military veteran, was charged last month with a “hate crime” for destroying a Satanic Baphomet statue at the Iowa capitol in December.

Secret Service Told Officials Not to Respond to RFK Jr.’s Security Request

(Headline USA) The Secret Service instructed officials to ignore presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s requests for security, according to emails obtained by Judicial Watch.

Kennedy has submitted three requests for Secret Service protection over the past year, citing the frequent threats to his safety, including a recent incident during which an intruder tried to break into his home twice in one day. His requests have been denied by the Department of Homeland Security.

In a redacted email, a top Secret Service official dismissed a report from Kennedy’s private security team of the multiple threats he had received.

“No response is required to be given to this individual IMO,” said assistant director Michael Plati in an email to several other Secret Service officials.

Deputy Assistant William Glady replied to Plati, “Agree.”

Plati then followed up with, “Nor should it.”

Glady confirmed that, “All parties are aware.”

Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton argued the Secret Service’s handling of the request was overtly political.

“These documents confirm the bureaucratic and political runaround the Biden administration went through to ultimately deny Robert F. Kennedy Jr. the requested Secret Service protection,” Fitton said in a statement.

“The Biden administration’s refusal to provide Secret Service protection to Mr. Kennedy is dangerous and vindictive,” Fitton added. “Congress would do well to follow up on these disturbing documents uncovered by Judicial Watch’s FOIA investigation and lawsuit.”

Earlier documents obtained by Judicial Watch showed Secret Service was aware of the threats against Kennedy.

In one document, for example, officials said they received a report that a known subject “mailed a nonsensical letter to the hotel where Kennedy held his presidential campaign announcement event, warned a ‘madman’ may commit a ‘serious terrorist act,’ and wanted to discuss his sins with Kennedy.”

Kennedy has blasted the Secret Service and DHS for not taking seriously his requests for additional security—especially given his family history, but also because he is a presidential candidate.

“Every presidential administration for 55 years has afforded early protection to candidates who requested it,” he said in October. “The Biden administration is the sole outlier.”
