Trump: Voters Will Decide Guilt or Innocence in November

(A defiant former President Donald Trump said voters will decide his guilt or innocence in the November presidential election following his conviction Thursday on all counts by a New York City jury.

The jury found Trump guilty on 34 felony charges related to hush money paid to a former porn actress.

“This was a disgrace. This was a rigged trial by a conflicted judge that was corrupt,” Trump said. “They wouldn’t give us a venue change. We were at 5% or 6% [support] in this district, in this area.”

He said the real verdict will be Nov. 5, the date of the election.

“Everyone knows what happened here. We didn’t do a thing wrong,” Trump said. “I’m a very innocent man. It’s OK. I’m fighting for our country. I’m fighting for our Constitution.”

Trump said the case was brought by his political rival, President Joe Biden.

“We didn’t do a thing wrong. I’m a very innocent man,” Trump said. “Our whole country is being rigged right now. This was done by the Biden administration. I think it is just a disgrace. Our country has gone to hell. We are a nation in serious decline. This is a rigged decision right from day one.”

Trump and Biden are likely to square off again in November in a rematch of 2020.

Judge Juan Merchan set Trump’s sentencing for 10 a.m. July 11, days before the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee, which is scheduled for July 15-18, when Trump is likely to be selected as the party’s nominee for president.

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg charged Trump with 34 counts of falsifying business records related to money paid to keep an adult actress from talking about an alleged affair with Trump ahead of the 2016 election.

Bragg has alleged Trump broke New York law when he falsified business records with the intent to commit or conceal another crime.

Prosecutors allege Trump falsified internal records kept by his company, hiding the true nature of payments that involve adult actress Stormy Daniels ($130,000), former Playboy model Karen McDougal ($150,000), and Trump’s former personal lawyer Michael Cohen ($420,000). Prosecutors allege the money was logged as legal expenses, not reimbursements.

Roberts Rejects Senate Dems’ Coercion Attempt over Manufactured Flag ‘Scandal’

(Headline USA) Chief Justice John Roberts on Thursday rejected Democratic senators’ attempt to coerce him into meeting with them to discuss Supreme Court ethics following a manufactured controversy by left-wing media and activistsover flags that flew outside homes owned by Justice Samuel Alito.

It marked the latest desperate measure by Democrats to delegitimize the coequal branch, fearful that the court’s conservative leanings will have a disproportionate impact for decades to come given justices’ lifetime appointments and eager to engineer the “crisis” that would give them the pretense to interfere with its longstanding policy of self-policing.

The U.S. Constitution intentionally sets up a separation of powers that prevents the sort of coercion that would result in an undue political influence on court proceedings, but Senate Judiciary Chairman Dick Durbin, D-Ill., and Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse, D-R.I., have been instrumental in the attempts to politicize the court for their own selfish ends, with their wild reactions to the fake controversy often exposing one hypocrisy after another.

Roberts’s response came in a letter to the senators a day after Alito separately wrote them and House members to reject their demands that he recuse himself from major Supreme Court cases involving former President Donald Trump and the Jan. 6 dissidents because of the a historic battle flag that he displayed, which also happened to be used by Jan. 6 protesters.

The Democrats had written Roberts a week ago to ask for the meeting and that Roberts take steps to ensure that Alito recuses himself from any cases before the court concerning the Jan. 6 uprising or the Republican former president’s attempts to overturn his 2020 election defeat.

“I must respectfully decline your request for a meeting,” Roberts wrote.

Justices decide for themselves when to step aside from cases, Roberts noted. Alito said he concluded nothing about the flags, both of which he said were flown by his wife outside their homes in Virginia and New Jersey, required his recusal.

Last year, Roberts declined to testify at a Judiciary Committee hearing on Supreme Court ethics, and he made mention of that Thursday in saying that chief justices only rarely have met with lawmakers.

“Moreover, the format proposed—a meeting with leaders only of one party who have expressed an interest in matters currently pending before the court—simply underscores that participating in such a meeting would be inadvisable,” he wrote.

Both Alito and an another conservative justice, Clarence Thomas, have rejected calls to recuse themselves from cases related to the 2020 election.

Democrats, meanwhile—including some of those demanding the recusals of the Supreme Court justices—have remained mum concerning the serious conflicts of interest involving Judge Juan Merchan, who oversaw the felony prosecution of Trump in Manhattan despite having a daughter who received millions in payments from Democrat politicians.

The justices are considering two major cases related to the Capitol uprising, including charges faced by the protesters and whether Trump has immunity from prosecution on election interference charges.

The New York Times reported that an inverted American flag was seen at Alito’s home in Alexandria, Virginia, less than two weeks after the attack on the Capitol. Curiously, the Washington Post later weighed in saying it had known about the story for three years but had not considered it to be newsworthy.

The Times also reported that an “Appeal to Heaven” flag was flown outside of the justice’s beach home in New Jersey last summer. The flag was a battle flag carried by George Washington during the Revolutionary War.

Alito has said the inverted American flag was flown by his wife amid a dispute with neighbors and he had no part in it. He said she also flew the “Appeal to Heaven” flag but was unaware of its ties to the Capitol uprising.

The Supreme Court had long gone without its own code of ethics, but it adopted one in November 2023 in the face of sustained criticism over undisclosed trips and gifts from wealthy benefactors to some justices—another of the targeted attacks by left-wing activists designed to smear conservative justices specifically, although it equally affected liberal ones.

Democrats on the Senate Judiciary panel approved legislation last year that would set stricter standards of enforcement for the court. But Republicans have been staunchly opposed to any efforts to tell the court what to do.

NRA Gets Unanimous SCOTUS Win after N.Y. Official Tried to Debank

(A free speech battle against a former New York regulator by the National Rifle Association can be advanced, the U.S. Supreme Court unanimously ruled Thursday.

Justice Sonia Sotomayor wrote the opinion for the court, noting Maria Vullo, former superintendent of the New York Department of Financial Services, had overstepped the bounds of her office.

“The NRA plausibly alleged that respondent violated the First Amendment by coercing regulated entities to terminate their business relationships with the NRA in order to punish or suppress gun-promotion advocacy,” she wrote in the 31-page opinion.

“While a government official can share her views freely and criticize particular beliefs in the hopes of persuading others, she may not use the power of her office to punish or suppress disfavored expression,” she added.

In 2017, Vullo started investigating the NRA. That probe later led her to advocate insurers and banks she regulated to cut ties with the gun-rights group after the Feb. 14, 2018, school shooting in Parkland, Fla., that killed 17 students and staff.

The NRA said Vullo’s actions were unconstitutional government coercion.

In February 2018, Vullo met with leaders at insurer Lloyd’s of London and expressed her views in favor of gun control, and told the Lloyd’s executives “that DFS was less interested in pursuing” infractions unrelated to any NRA business “so long as Lloyd’s ceased providing insurance to gun groups, especially the NRA.”

Vullo and Lloyd’s struck a deal. Lloyd’s “would instruct its syndicates to cease underwriting firearm-related policies and would scale back its NRA-related business,” and “in exchange, DFS would focus its forthcoming affinity-insurance enforcement action solely on those syndicates which served the NRA,” according to court records.

“Vullo’s communications with the DFS-regulated entities, particularly with Lloyd’s, must be considered against the backdrop of Vullo’s authority,” Sotomayor wrote. “Vullo made clear she wanted Lloyd’s to disassociate from all gun groups, although there was no indication that such groups had unlawful insurance policies similar to the NRA’s.”

The American Civil Liberties Union represented the NRA. David Cole, the ACLU’s national legal director, said the Supreme Court decision was clear.

“Today’s decision confirms that government officials have no business using their regulatory authority to blacklist disfavored political groups,” he said in a statement.

“The New York state officials involved here, former Gov. Andrew Cuomo and his chief financial regulator, Maria Vullo, were clear that they sought to punish the NRA because they disagreed with its gun rights advocacy,” he continued. “The Supreme Court has now made crystal clear that this action is unconstitutional.”

SELLERS: Desperate, Lying Biden May Abuse AI to Pull the Ultimate Race Hoax

(Ben Sellers, Headline USA) Consider, if you will (even those who have been so conditioned by threat of defamation suit never to speak of it), the possibility that the Biden presidency was built upon a major deception: an intentionally stolen election that relied upon illegal ballot-harvesting, manipulation of voting machines and a hodgepodge of factors involving a vast network of intricate moving pieces, each knowing just a small part in the larger script so as to ensure plausible deniability.

Open your mind, furthermore, to the theoretical premise that Jan. 6 was a false-flag operation intended to derail and deflate the resistance—millions of liberty-loving Americans who witnessed the crime playing out in plain sight while being told their senses were deceiving them and that their own biases and bigotry were the real problem with democracy.

Imagine that the entire lawfare campaign of more than 90 felony charges against former President Donald Trump was little more than a political construct with no legal basis whatsoever, and that those waging this stunning affront on American jurisprudence did so with full awareness of their offense and the implications it may have, but were willing to stake it for their own potential benefit.

And lastly, recognize that everything sandwiched in between these massive conspiracies was a series of smaller lies designed to blunt American voters’ sense of moral outrage and indignation as would China’s notorious “death by a thousand cuts.”

All of the Biden whoppers are delivered by a man whose cognitive faculties may well be in severe decline, but also one who has spent his entire adult life as a sociopathic liar, who takes delight in the mental conquest of lying just as he does the physical conquest of sexual predation.

THE BIGGEST LIE

It is patently clear that 99% of what comes out of Biden’s mouth, and those of his surrogates is an abject, gaslighting falsehood. Many in the voting public have now woken up to this fact, which is why we’ve seen so many red-pilled ex-Biden backers suddenly flipping their support to Trump in protest of all—or even some—of the above.

Taking a page from Adolf Hitler, Democrats already primed people for the so-called Big Lie, deflecting from the fact that they were in the process of committing it by, appropriately enough, projecting it preemptively onto Republicans

Regrettably, we may now be on the cusp of what history will record as the “Biggest Lie,” if and when the truth ever comes to light—something so shamefully bald-faced, so transparently manipulative, that most will think, “They wouldn’t dare lie about that.”

But indeed, Biden has proven nothing if not that he will lie about anything.

We are witnessing the remarkable confluence of several disparate factors that are leading us on the path to the biggest race hoax in recorded history—and yet, it seems obvious, like a black swan event, that something so dastardly would be the inevitable outcome of putting the declining Democrat ethos and the rise in artificial intelligence-generated disinformation together in a tinderbox that includes the bombastic Donald Trump.

ARTIFICIAL ‘N****R’

On Thursday, a former producer from Trump’s ABC television show The Apprentice drudged up a long simmering rumor regarding tapes of Trump having used the n-word to refer to contestant Kwame Jackson.

Trump spokesperson Steven Cheung called it a “a completely fabricated and bullsh*t story,” Politico reported.

Many critics have pointed out that President Joe Biden’s own troubled history when it comes to making controversial remarks about race often undermines his current posturing about being a champion of minority causes.

Nonetheless, Biden’s campaign—after recently botching the rollout on an eight-figure effort to win back black voters—made hay of the Trump smear, releasing an official statement to torque up the race-baiting allegation.

“No one is surprised that Donald Trump, who entered public life by falsely accusing [b]lack men of murder and entered political life spreading lies about the first [b]lack president, reportedly used the N-word to casually denigrate a successful [b]lack man,” claimed Jasmine Harris, the Biden campaign’s director of black media.

The campaign also appeared to have been coordinating with Pruitt on the story, which he released in a Slate op-ed, as it had canned footage ready to roll out of former Trump staffer turned critic Omarosa Manigault Newman leveling unsubstantiated ‘racism’ claims against her ex-boss.

The explosive “n-word” allegation is nothing new, however. In fact, comedian Tom Arnold made such claims in 2016 but never furnished the evidence. Arnold even produced a television series, the Hunt for the Trump Tapes, which was widely panned as “unwatchable.”

Pruitt, the current accuser, weighed in obliquely at the height of the Steele dossier frenzy, going so far as to suggest that the mythical Trump “pee tapes,” which proved to be a total fabrication, were not the worst thing out there.

He now claims to be released from a 20-year non-disclosure agreement and ready to reveal everything, but the timing seems to be particularly suspicious.

INVISIBLE TAPES

Pruitt’s revival of the eight-year-old smear attack came as all nearly other nuclear attacks on Trump appeared to be failing, leaving his opponents in a dire position as they dug their hole deeper and deeper with potential consequences. (It remains to be seen how Trump’s conviction on Thursday will impact his overall momentum.)

It also comes at a pivotal moment when Trump seems poised to make a major push for black and Hispanic voters following his high-profile rally in the Bronx.

The shift seems rightfully to be triggering a panic among Democrats, who see their core constituency slipping away. Without minorities, they may still have the material advantages of being the party of the cultural and corporate elite but will lose much of their moral high ground and struggle to be taken seriously by those they are seeking to rule.

Pruitt’s allegation also comes, ironically, amid the outrageous finale of a trial that dealt intricately with the violation of another Trump non-disclosure agreement, for which the violator never faced any adverse legal consequences and was, in many ways, financially rewarded and publicly lionized in the leftist press.

Lost in the Trump Manhattan trial about his alleged falsification of business documents to pay off porn star Stormy Daniels was the fact that the $130,000 paid to Daniels by Michael Cohen did not fulfill its contracted purpose.

Prior to the November 2016 election, the Wall Street Journal published a story that named Daniels and Playboy bunny Karen McDougal, alleging the two had received hush-money payments to keep quiet about their decade-old affairs with Trump. Within two years, some of the key players in the purported scandal were speaking openly about it.

Suffice it to say, if Pruitt had the evidence at the time to support his allegation about Trump using the n-word on The Apprentice, those tapes would have found their way into the hands of interested parties somewhere along the way long before Trump’s third presidential run.

It is reasonable to infer that the absence of the tapes up to this point suggests they don’t exist.

DEEP FAKES MEET THE DEEP STATE

Frighteningly, what does now exist is a rapid surge in artificial intelligence technology that could allow the Biden campaign to produce fake tapes of Trump using the pejorative, sowing just enough suspicion among his nascent black supporters that they would flock back to the fold on the Democrat plantation.

Already, we have seen the technology put to frightening use to imitate Biden’s voice in a fake robocall that went out to New Hampshire voters, telling them to stay home since he wasn’t on the ballot, despite an expensive write-in campaign to deliver him a victory in the Granite State.

The deep-fake was traced back to the owner of a telecom company in Texas, who had previously donated money to Sen. John McCain’s 2008 presidential campaign.

The technology also has been misused to create pornography of high school students and to scam a company out of $25 million with a phony conference call. And oh yea, the CIA has admitted it is taking full advantage of it for undisclosed purposes.

Most perniciously, it has already been used for at least one race hoax. A disgruntled high school athletic director in Baltimore was caught using deep-fake software to mimic the voice of his principal going on a racist and anti-Semitic rant in retaliation for a probe of his misappropriation of school funds.

The rant appeared on Instagram and quickly began to circulate. Although AI was suspected almost immediately, Pikesville High School Eric Eiswert was subjected to negative publicity and an intensive a forensic investigation that drew in the FBI and experts from the University of California, Berkeley, before he was ultimately vindicated.

The potential for AI abuse, paired with the Biden administration’s penchant and proclivity for it, would certainly lead one to wonder, should a tape of Trump using the “n-word” suddenly surface, whether its authenticity could be trusted.

Would Biden, or another bad actor working on his behalf, be willing to stoop so low as to falsely smear someone with an entirely made-up tape in order to deceive and manipulate a particular class of voters into making a misinformed decision?

Sadly, if past is prologue, one need no longer ask questions about the depths to which they will stoop.

Will it work? If so, it would simultaneously be a breakthrough achievement in AI technology—the successful passage, perhaps, of a sort of Turing test on the road to singularity—and a new low-water mark for America, as it faces a bombardment of structure tests from the radical Marxist subversives hoping to topple it for once and for all.

BREAKING: New York Jury Finds Trump Guilty after Show Trial

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) GOP nominee and 2024 presidential frontrunner Donald Trump became the first former president to be convicted of felony crimes Thursday as a New York jury found him guilty of falsifying business records in a scheme to illegally influence the 2016 election.

Jurors convicted Trump on all 34 counts after deliberating for 9.5 hours, following a roughly four-week trial marred in controversy.

“This is far from over,” Trump said outside the courthouse following the guilty verdict.

The verdict exposes him Trump to potential prison time ahead of the 2024 election.

The trial featured more than four weeks of occasionally riveting testimony. Trump himself did not testify, but jurors heard his voice through a secret recording of a conversation with his former lawyer, the disgraced Michael Cohen, in which they discussed a $150,000 payment involving Playboy model Stormy Daniels.

Cohen, the star prosecution witness who pleaded guilty in 2018 to federal charges related to the payments, also testified—committing perjury in the process, according to his own former attorney, Robert Costello.

Costello accused Cohen of perjury at a congressional hearing the day after his former client testified.

“I explained that if Cohen had truthful information that would implicate Donald Trump, I could get him out of his legal troubles by the end of the week, if he cooperated against Donald Trump,” Costello said earlier this month, explaining that he can talk about his private discussions with Cohen because he waved his attorney-client privilege when he cooperated against Trump.

“Cohen said to me: ‘I swear to God, Bob, I don’t have anything on Donald Trump.’ Cohen must have said this at least ten times because I kept coming back to it from different approaches. Cohen kept on saying: ‘Guys I want you to remember, I will do whatever the fuck I have to do, I will never spend one day in jail.’”

However, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s reliance on a witness with such a checkered past — he was disbarred, went to prison and separately pleaded guilty to lying about a Moscow real estate project on Trump’s behalf — apparently didn’t hurt them with the jury.

The internet immediately exploded with chatter upon the announcement.

“I obviously disagree with this verdict as do many others. I believe that the case will be reversed eventually either in the state or federal systems. However, this was the worst expectation for a trial in Manhattan,” said constitutional scholar Jonathan Turley.

“I am saddened by the result more for the New York legal system than the former president. I had hoped that the jurors might redeem the integrity of a system that has been used for political purposes.”

Report: Biden Secretly Sanctioned Attacks on Russia

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) Politico reported Thursday that the Biden administration has quietly given Ukraine permission to use U.S. weapons to attack Russia on its own soil.

Citing three anonymous Pentagon officials, Politico reported that Ukraine asked the U.S. to make this policy change only after Russia’s offensive on Kharkiv began earlier this month.

“In effect, Ukraine can now use American-provided weapons, such as rockets and rocket launchers, to shoot down launched Russian missiles heading toward Kharkiv, at troops massing just over the Russian border near the city, or Russian bombers launching bombs toward Ukrainian territory,” Politico reported.

“It’s a stunning shift the administration initially said would escalate the war by more directly involving the U.S. in the fight. But worsening conditions for Ukraine on the battlefield –– namely Russia’s advances and improved position in Kharkiv –– led the president to change his mind.”

While Politico presented the development as completely new territory for the war, Ukraine has conducted numerous drone strikes on Russian territory since the latter’s invasion in February 2022—though it’s not clear whether U.S. weapons were involved in those attacks.

Last May, for instance, Ukraine reportedly tried to assassinate Vladimir Putin with a drone attack on the Kremlin.

Russia’s government reportedly called the attack an act of terrorism, and said it reserves the right to retaliate “anywhere and anytime it deems necessary.”

“We consider this a preplanned terrorist action and an attempt against the Russian president,” the Kremlin said at the time, according to Russia Today. The incident happened “ahead of Victory Day and the parade on May 9, when foreign guests plan to be present.” May 9 is the date Nazi Germany was officially defeated in 1945.

Classified Pentagon documents that were leaked on a Discord server last year also show that Ukraine likely attacked Russian territory with drones earlier in 2023.

The leaked documents reportedly show that on Feb. 28, 2023, Zelenskyy “suggested striking Russian deployment locations in Russia’s Rostov Oblast” with unspecified drones. That same day, two drones filled with explosives detonated inside Russian territory, igniting a fire at an oil depot.

Mexican Charged w/ Importing Suicide Drugs

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) The Justice Department announced Thursday that a Mexican resident has been charged for illegally importing the drug Pentobarbital, which is used to commit suicide.

Daniel Gonzalez-Munguia, 40, of Puebla, Mexico, was initially arrested in 2021 for his alleged importation scheme. The DOJ said Thursday that a federal grand jury in Chicago has indicted Gonzalez-Munguia on more counts, including  importing and distributing a controlled substance.  The charges in the indictment are punishable by up to 60 years in federal prison.

According to the indictment and a criminal complaint previously filed in the case, Gonzalez-Munguia operated an online drug business to facilitate the sale and distribution of Pentobarbital throughout the world.

“Law enforcement located numerous mail parcels that appear to have been shipped out of Mexico by Gonzalez-Munguia.  Authorities in the U.S. and several foreign countries conducted well-being checks and recovered pentobarbital from numerous individuals who admitted to being despondent and ordering the suicide drug online via email addresses operated by Gonzalez-Munguia,” the DOJ said in a Thursday press release.

“Law enforcement offered assistance to these individuals.  In other instances, individuals who purchased Pentobarbital via the email addresses were later found to be deceased, including individuals in Illinois and several other states and countries.”

The criminal complaint against Gonzalez-Munguia was written in 2016. It’s not clear why it took so long for him to be indicted on the new charges.

Law enforcement’s investigation included Homeland Security, as well as agencies in Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Ireland, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

According to online researcher BX, Gonzalez-Munguia sold drugs on an online suicide forum that’s linked to another, separate forum for “incels,” or “involuntary celibates”—a term used to describe young men who can’t attract romantic partners.

“Alejandro was known as ‘Seller A’ on the popular suicide assistance website founded by Lamarcus Small, who also owns the world’s largest incel website (@ IncelsCo),” she said. “Alejandro was a prolific and well-known seller of Nembutol, with many advertisements of his services easily searchable on Small’s website.”

Notorious J6 Cop Now Providing Private Security for Rep. Swalwell

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) Former Metropolitan Police Officer Michael Fanone, who was one of the poster boys of the Democrats’ Jan. 6 Commission, has launched a private security firm whose clients include Rep. Eric Swalwell, according to The Daily Beast.

Citing Federal Election Commission records, The Daily Beast reported Thursday that Swalwell paid nearly $50,000 between August and February to Lower West Terrace LLC, a venture launched by Fanone and bearing the name of one of the Capitol building’s entrances.

Swalwell is the member of Congress who committed to the congressional record Fanone’s dishonest account of the injuries he sustained during the election deniers’ bloody assault on the seat of government. Fanone claimed that protestors swarmed him on the lower west terrace, tased him until he suffered cardiac arrest, and pummeled him into unconsciousness.

Reporters such as Julie Kelly later cast doubt on Fanone’s claims.

“Fanone was well enough on the evening of January 6 to call CNN and complain about its news coverage or that he sat for a lengthy interview with a Washington Post reporter a few days later,” Kelly wrote in October 2022, in an article detailing a racial discrimination lawsuit Fanone was involved in.

“He saved my life,” Swalwell reportedly said of Fanone’s actions on Jan. 6. “When someone threatens to murder your kids, which happens a lot with me, having someone you know and trust to protect you and your family is kind of a free-for.”

While praising Fanone, Swalwell was reportedly quick to deny that the former MPD officer personally guarded him.

“Swalwell declined to provide more specific details on those points, and Fanone and his team were more reticent still,” The Daily Beast reported. “Fanone would not confirm Swalwell’s assertion that the company has served other political groups.”

Along with providing private security, Fanone has been seen earlier this week outside the Manhattan courthouse where former President Donald Trump is facing trial. That campaign event also featured actor Robert De Niro and former U.S. Capitol Police officer Harry Dunn.

Satanic Pedophile Sent to Mental Hospital, Likely Won’t Stand Trial

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) U.S. District Judge Rachel Kovner has ordered that Angel Almeida be hospitalized for four months before she determines whether he has the mental capacity to stand trial for his role in the online Satanic pedophile cult 764.

Almeida was arrested in November 2021 and later slapped with child exploitation and pornography charges, but his case has largely stalled in pre-court proceedings. Details of his 764 activities weren’t made public until records about his case were unsealed late last year.

It appears as if at least some of the delays in Almeida’s case are due to his mental health problems. In fact, Judge Kovner signaled last week that the case might not proceed.

Kovner made her ruling following a May 20 status conference, where Ameida repeatedly interrupted the proceedings.

“The defendant interrupted counsel, made vulgar and threatening statements, and declined to follow the direction to stop interrupting the proceedings. The defendant was removed from the courtroom,” a court report wrote after the status conference.

“With the defendant absent, the Court advised the parties that, based on the record, it was prepared to find the defendant not mentally competent and to commit the defendant to the custody of the Attorney General for treatment.”

Almeida’s judge also said his client has refused to meet with him.

Accordingly, Judge Kovner ordered Almeida to be hospitalized.

“The defendant is committed to the custody of the Attorney General, and it is ordered that the Bureau of Prisons hospitalize the defendant for treatment in a suitable facility for a period not to exceed four months, as is necessary to determine whether there is a substantial probability that in the foreseeable future the defendant will attain the capacity to permit the proceedings to go forward,” she said.

Almeida was initially arrested in November 2021 for being a felon in possession of a firearm. The FBI purportedly found child pornography on Almeida’s electronic devices while searching his home, leading investigators to an apparent Satanic pedophile cult connected to the terrorist group, the Order of the Nine Angles, or O9A.

Pictures on Almeida’s social media accounts allegedly included one of a bloody cat that had apparently been stabbed with a knife, as well as one of an individual standing in front of a Nazi flag with a shirt reading “Kiddie Fiddler” in front of a sign that reads, “I’M ADDICTED TO HARDCORE CHILD PORNOGRAPHY.”

Search warrant applications disclosed that an undercover FBI employee gathered evidence on Almeida.

According to the DOJ, 764 is an offshoot of O9A, representing a “radical shift in [O9A] to specifically target children and use [child porn] and videos depicting animal cruelty, self-harm, and other acts of violence to accelerate chaos in society.”

Boston Mayor Pledged to Support Radical Pro-Crime Agenda, Later Backpedaled

(Headline USA) Prior to being elected, Democratic Boston Mayor Michelle Wu advocated a leftist agenda that would decriminalize certain crimes, including theft, to combat alleged racial injustice.

According to Fox News, Wu submitted a questionnaire in 2021 with Progressive Massachusetts, a nonprofit that tracks and ranks how progressive elected officials in the state are, with the intention of transforming Massachusetts “into a bold laboratory for progressive state initiatives.”

In the form, Wu outlined her most leftist commitments, including abolishing the city’s gang registry and implementing a do-not-prosecute list.

The list, which had been enacted by former Suffolk County District Attorney Rachel Rollins, identified more than a dozen charges prosecutors should not pursue. Those charges included shoplifting, larceny, disorderly conduct, receiving stolen property, driving with a suspended license, breaking and entering with property damage, wanton and malicious destruction of property, threats, minor in possession of alcohol, marijuana possession, possession with intent to distribute, non-marijuana drug possession.

“Do you support the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office’s do-not-prosecute list and expanded approach to dealing with such low-level offenses? YES/ NO?” the questionnaire asked Wu.

“Yes,” Wu responded.

Wu also expressed support for defunding the police, arguing some of the Boston Police Department’s budget should be reallocated to other priorities and that law enforcement in general should be “demilitarized.”

However, Wu ultimately rejected a Democrat-led effort by the Boston City Council last year to slash the Boston Police Department’s budget.

“Our budget must be responsive to the needs of our constituents, fiscally responsible, and built on a foundation of effective delivery of City services that are central to our residents’ quality of life,” Wu said in a letter to councilmembers.

Unsurprisingly, the Left turned on Wu.

“It is unacceptable that Mayor Wu vetoed a higher $10 million [allotment] for participatory budgeting and used false criticisms to undo the council’s critical investments in Boston’s underfunded working class, BIPOC communities,” the Better Budget Alliance said in a statement.

It argued that Wu “has chosen to protect unused police funds and excessive overtime in the bloated BPD budget instead of funding real community investments.”
