Musk Unleashes ‘Thermonuclear’ Lawsuit Against Vicious Propagandist Media Matters

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Twitter owner Elon Musk kept his word and filed a scathing federal lawsuit against Media Matters for America, an infamous left-wing media watchdog, the New York Post reported on Tuesday.

Earlier this week, Musk dubbed the lawsuit “thermonuclear,” hinting at the explosive nature of the allegations.

The federal lawsuit, filed on Tuesday, accuses Media Matters of publishing a defamatory report that contained “manufactured” tweets depicting ads placed next to anti-Semitic and white supremacist posts.

Musk maintains that these tweets were fabricated and that Media Matters deliberately misled the public in a bid to “destroy X Corp.” and drive away advertisers.

The lawsuit came after several major corporations, including IBM, NBC Universal and Apple, halted their advertising on Twitter, citing concerns raised by Media Matters’ report. This caused a significant financial setback for X, with Musk now determining to hold Media Matters accountable.

In a statement released on Sunday, Media Matters President Angelo Carusone dismissed the lawsuit as “frivolous.”

Specifically, he claimed, “This is a frivolous lawsuit meant to bully X’s critics into silence. Media Matters stands behind its reporting and looks forward to winning in court.”

Musk, however, has maintained his determination to pursue legal action against the leftist media watchdog.

In a fiery tweet on Nov. 18, he declared, “The split second court opens on Monday, X Corp will be filing a thermonuclear lawsuit against Media Matters and ALL those who colluded in this fraudulent attack on our company. Their board, their donors, their network of dark money, all of them.”

Meanwhile, the Texas Attorney General, Ken Paxton, has announced an investigation into Media Matters’ practices, citing long-standing accusations from conservatives that the organization promotes the radical Democratic Party and left-wing ideology.

“We are examining the issue closely to ensure that the public has not been deceived by the schemes of radical left-wing organizations who would like nothing more than to limit freedom by reducing participation in the public square,” Paxton said in a press release.

United Suspends Pilot Who Defended Hamas Attack in Facebook Post

(Molly Bruns, Headline USA) United Airlines removed a pilot from service after he posted on Facebook in support of the Hamas attack on Israel on Oct. 7.

On the day of the attack, pilot Ibrahim R Mossallam posted to his Facebook describing the violent massacre as a “resistance by brave people,” according to Breitbart.

“This is a resistance by a brave people who have endured decades of occupation, oppression, humiliation, apartheid, and straight up murder,” he said in the post. “This was not an unprovoked attack, but a response to this past years attacks by the Zionist regime.”

He argued that the United States media skewed the story in favor of “non-occupying narrative of Palestine” and called upon his social-media friends to perform their “due diligence” by visiting the website for If Americans Knew.

The group StopAntisemitism shared a picture of the post, catching the attention of the airline, which quickly started an investigation into it and suspended Mossallam with pay.

In addition to his career as an airline pilot, Mossallam is acting vice president on the board for of the Council on American–Islamic Relations in New York.

The United Arab Emirates dubbed CAIR a terrorist organization, and federal prosecutors have recognized the group as a conspirator with Hamas, which provides them with funding and information.

Both CAIR and Mossallam have made or endorsed other extremist statements that might give many passengers pause to board a plane knowing the speaker was in the cockpit.

The news of the pilot’s affiliations went viral, causing many concerned United customers to chime in.

“@united I’ve been flying with you exclusively for the past 15 years. I’m a MileagePlus member,” said one Twitter user. “I am NEVER getting on another United flight until this pilot is fired! I do not feel safe flying with you anymore. Waiting for your reply.”

“Looks like I don’t feel safe anymore flying United with guys like this,” another user commented. “We’ll always have American Airlines.”

Air Canada fired pilot Mostafa Ezzo after he posted pro-Hamas messages on his social media, including pictures of himself in his uniform wearing a Palestinian flag and politically vitriolic signs decrying Israel.

“We are aware of the unacceptable posts made by an Air Canada pilot. We are taking this matter very seriously, and he was taken out of service on Mon, Oct. 9,” Air Canada posted on Twitter. “We firmly denounce violence in all forms.”

Top House Republican Slams DOJ Cover-Up of Biden’s Classified Docs Crimes

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) Top Republicans in the House Intelligence Committee slammed the Justice Department for its attempt to hide the crimes committed by President Joe Biden in the removal of classified documents after his time as vice president, the Washington Examiner reported.

The comments—made by Rep. Mike Turner, R-Ohio, the chair of the committee—came on Sunday as the DOJ nears the end of special counsel Robert Hur’s 10-month investigation of Biden’s malfeasance. Leaks suggest the Biden will not be charged.

“This will be certainly devastating, and continuing to be devastating to the Department of Justice and to the Biden administration with their two-tier system of justice,” Turner said during an appearance Sunday on CBS News’s Face the Nation, according to the New York Post.

“You know, Biden has been found to be a serial classified document hoarder,” Turner continued. “Over a 10-year period, he’s been taking classified documents—some of the most sensitive that threaten our national security—home without any protection. And for others to be able to access them—there needs to be consequences.”

While the DOJ drags its feet in the Biden investigation, former President Donald Trump was promptly prosecuted for allegedly bringing classified documents from the White House to his Mar-a-Lago home.

For this reason, Turner noted, it appears that the DOJ is approaching open partisanship, weaponizing laws only against those out of favor with the regime.

“You can’t hoard documents in your home for a decade-long period, concealing them, taking them home as a senator, a vice president, and then suddenly say, ‘Hey, two weeks while I was president, I cooperated and therefore it doesn’t count that I spent 10 years as a serial classified-documents hoarder,’” Turner said, alluding to Biden’s actions.

Trump himself wrote an angry response on Truth Social, pointing out the clear absurdity of such a ruling.

“Wow! Fake news CNN, through a leak for the Department of Injustice, has just reported that no charges will be filed in the (much bigger than mine!!!) Crooked Joe Biden documents case,” he posted.

“We are living in a very corrupt country!” he added.

Father of July 4 Shooter after Being Railroaded into Plea Deal: ‘I’m a Political Pawn’

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) The father of the suspect in a deadly Fourth of July parade shooting in suburban Chicago turned himself in Wednesday to begin a 60-day jail sentence, but not before letting the court know what he thinks about being railroaded into a plea deal.

Robert Crimo Jr. entered a guilty plea to seven misdemeanor counts of reckless conduct last week in Lake County court, in Waukegan, Illinois.

As Headline USA reported at the time, Crimo Jr.’s only “crime” was cosigning his then-19-year-old son’s firearms license application nearly three years before the son allegedly went on his July 4 rampage.

However, prosecutors subpoenaed a Crimo family member to testify against the father last weekend, right before his trial was set to begin. Prosecutors had already subpoenaed suspect Robert Crimo III’s younger brother, and Crimo Jr.’s lawyer said he entered the plea deal to prevent the case from destroying his family further.

But Crimo Jr. made it known what he thinks about the dirty tactics employed against his family, arriving Monday at the Lake County courthouse wearing a white T-shirt with large black letters reading: “I’m A Political Pawn.” The back said: “LAWS, FACTS, REALITY.”

He turned it inside out before entering the courtroom, but the judge threatened to hold him in contempt of court if he violated court rules again, according to his lawyer, George Gomez, who said he did not know what his client’s shirt meant.

A court decorum order for the case prohibits any spectator from wearing or displaying a message that could affect the orderly administration of proceedings.

Judge George Strickland on Nov. 6 sentenced Crimo Jr. to 60 days in jail, two years of probation and 100 hours of community service, but agreed to wait until Wednesday to take him into custody.

Illinois offers most misdemeanor offenders the opportunity to reduce their sentence by half for good behavior, meaning Crimo Jr. may only serve 30 days.

Although jail time will be brief, the case is significant due to its implications for gun rights.

The judge also ordered Crimo Jr. to surrender his gun license and ammunition, and banned the former mayoral candidate from sponsoring firearm applications for minors.

Crimo III faces 21 first-degree murder counts, 48 counts of attempted murder and 48 counts of aggravated battery. Prosecutors say he admitted he was the gunman when he was arrested hours after the shooting in Highland Park. A trial date is expected to be set on Dec. 11.

Elon Musk Sued over Phony Patriot Front Allegations

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) Does falsely accusing someone of being a federal agent-provocateur constitute defamation?

Elon Musk is putting that question to the test. He’s refusing to settle a lawsuit filed by someone whom he falsely suggested was an undercover agent embedded in a group affiliated with the white nationalist organization Patriot Front.

The lawsuit stems from an incident in June, when the self-described Western chauvinist Proud Boys and the neo-Nazi Rose City Nationalists both showed up to protest a Pride event in Oregon. The two groups made headlines when they wound up fighting each other instead.

The well-publicized scuffle resulted in at least two members of the Rose City Nationalists being unmasked. One of the unmasked members was likely Casey James Knuteson, a former Proud Boy and current member of the Patriot Front—a group suspected by many MAGA activists of being heavily infiltrated by the FBI or other federal agents.

Internet sleuths were also quick to identify one of the unmasked neo-Nazis as Ben Brody, a political science student at UC Riverside in San Fernando Valley.

Twitter owner Elon Musk even got into the mix.

“Looks like one is a college student (who wants to join the govt) and another is maybe an Antifa member, but nonetheless a probable false flag situation,” Musk said, responding to a now-deleted Zerohedge post about how Brody was a “unmasked as a suspected fed.”

But by all accounts, Brody was not the unmasked neo-Nazi.

Brody is now suing Musk for amplifying the conspiracy about him, which he claims has ruined his life.

“Ben and his family’s experience of seeing him defamed by one of the powerful men on earth warped their entire sense of reality, leaving them stunned, confused, and afraid,” stated his lawsuit, which was filed last month in a Texas district court.

“Two weeks after Musk’s statements, it was apparent to Ben that his reputation had been catastrophically damaged and that a huge number of people believed he was either a neo-Nazi or a provocateur involved in a deceptive ‘psyop’ to commit political terrorism.”

According to the lawsuit, Musk has refused to retract his accusation or delete his tweets.

Brody’s lawyer, Mark Bankston, is the same attorney who successfully sued Infowars host Alex Jones over his claims about the Sandy Hook Elementary School massacre.

In the lawsuit, Bankston also cited the case of Ray Epps, a Jan. 6 provocateur who has been accused of being a government asset. Epps, who was charged with misdemeanor trespassing for his actions earlier this year, is also suing Fox News over those claims.

‘RIP Britney’: Biden’s Turkey Pardoning Thwarted by Disturbing Verbal Slips

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) President Joe Biden’s annual tradition of pardoning Thanksgiving turkeys turned an odd turn Monday, culminating in a series of bewildering statements and moments that raised eyebrows and ignited yet another storm of criticism on social media.

The 81-year-old president, in a speech that spanned various topics, seemed to stumble through his remarks, mixing up details and even celebrities.

“They can actually sang [sic] birthday to me,” Biden began, suggesting he had just turned 60. “It’s difficult turning 60, difficult.”

However, the president’s speech soon took an odd turn when he discussed the turkeys’ purported origin in Minnesota but fumbled while naming the state known as the “Land of 10,000 Lakes.”

A caption of a video posted by the Republican National Committee’s rapid response Twitter page, read, “Biden, reading from his giant teleprompter, says there are ‘a thousand lakes’ in Minnesota. Minnesota is well-known as the “‘Land of 10,000 Lakes.’”

Furthermore, in an attempt to connect with younger voters, Biden referenced popular world tours, mentioning the difficulty faced by the turkeys, named Liberty and Bell, in reaching the White House.

“Just to get here, Liberty and Bell had to beat some tough odds — the competition,” Biden remarked. He then added a confused blend of tour references, mentioning the Renaissance tour and stumbling over references to “RIPBritney’s tour” and suggesting it was warm in Brazil.

The New York Post reported that Biden mistakenly conflated pop stars Britney Spears and Taylor Swift during this statement, prompting social media chatter and further attention to the president’s verbal missteps.

However, the oddities didn’t end there. As per reports from RedState, Biden, when approached by a reporter, abruptly stated he wasn’t ready to take questions but was interrupted by sudden music.

“I’m not prepared to talk to you,” Biden responded before abruptly leaving the White House Garden.

Twitter Celebrates Biden’s Birthday w/ Flashback of Year-Long Gaffes

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) President Joe Biden’s 81st birthday stirred a unique celebration among conservatives, revisiting catalogs of the president’s most notable gaffes and concerning stumbles throughout his time in office in 2023.

Despite the adamant assertions from the Biden administration about the president’s preparedness, his recurring verbal slip-ups and moments of apparent confusion continue to cast doubts on his mental sharpness.

As reported by the Daily Caller, Rep. Wesley Hunt, R-Texas, took a mocking approach to Biden’s birthday on Twitter.

“Today is Joe Biden’s 81st Birthday. But you know what they say… age is just a number. That seems especially true when you consider how energetic, athletic, and vigorous our current President is,” he said.

Hunt’s tweet humorously drew attention to Biden’s age with a video montage capturing several occasions where the president stumbled or appeared fatigued during public appearances.

Similarly, the Republican National Committee’s Research Department shared a concise two-minute video titled, “Today is Joe Biden’s 81st birthday.”

The video gained traction, accumulating over 76,000 views on Twitter, showcasing clips highlighting Biden’s challenges in articulating his thoughts.

Notably, the White House has at times revised official transcripts to downplay or obscure some of Biden’s verbal gaffes.

In September, an edited transcript of a Biden speech hid a disturbing remark that implied a lack of “high school diplomas” among black and Hispanic workers.

The online collection of “Biden gaffes” at Headline USA has expanded, featuring numerous moments where the president seemed disoriented or uncertain during official engagements.

A viral video from Nov. 11th depicted Biden appearing confused during a wreath-laying ceremony on Veterans Day.

Kamala Harris Changes Tune Amid Damning Polls, Ousting Rumors

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Vice President Kamala Harris has made a notable shift in her approach to the Biden administration’s mounting challenges, signaling acknowledgment of the daunting hurdles faced in seeking re-election in 2024.

In a recent CNN interview, Harris stressed the necessity of having to “earn” another term in office, a striking departure from her previous dismissive stance toward low polling numbers.

“We’re going to have to earn our re-elect, there’s no doubt about it,” Harris declared on Sunday.

During the same interview, Harris emphasized the democratic process allowing voters to consider alternative candidates, likely referring to recent polls indicating a slight lead for former President Donald Trump in key states.

“It is absolutely right in a democracy with free and fair elections that the candidates, the people who want to continue in leadership have to make their case, and have to make it effectively,” she added, drawing attention to a change in communicating the White House talking points.

This shift in Harris’s response starkly contrasts with her earlier dismissals of low polls and rumors suggesting Democratic dissatisfaction with her performance.

In a Politico interview in August, she downplayed concerns, brushing off what she dubbed as distractions related to negative perceptions.

“I’m not going to be distracted from my priority around maternal health. I’m not going to be distracted [from] my long-standing commitment to support small businesses knowing that so many, especially minorities and women, don’t have access to capital,” Harris claimed on Aug. 21.

When confronted with the negative characterization reflected in polls, Harris said she “can’t get into people’s head about why” view her unfavorably.

An NBC News poll from August showed a staggering 49% of respondents holding a negative view of Harris. An earlier poll from NBC News awarded Harris with the highest negative favorability in the history of the outlet’s poll.

She told CNN on Sunday, “I have a great sense of duty and responsibility to do as much as I can, to be where the people are and to not only speak with them, but listen to them and let them know what we’ve accomplished.”

Chutkan’s Gag Order Slammed by Appeals Judges, Dubbed ‘Miss Manners’ Constraint

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) A federal appeals court has strongly indicated its intent to rebuff a contentious gag order placed on former President Donald Trump by Judge Tanya Chutkan in the 2020 federal election criminal case.

The three-judge panel expressed concerns about the scope of the order, which effectively blocks Trump, a prominent presidential contender, from publicly addressing witnesses, the courthouse and the prosecutors seeking his incarceration in a trial led by Special Counsel Jack Smith.

During the riveting two-hour hearing in Washington, Judge Patricia Millett, an appointee under the Obama administration, likened the gag order to a potential straightjacket against Trump, as reported by Politico.

“He has to speak ‘Miss Manners’ while everyone else is throwing targets at him?” Millett declared, highlighting the profound implications of such a restriction.

“It would be really hard in a debate, when everyone else is going at you full bore. Your attorneys would have to have scripted little things you can say,” she added.

Acknowledging a dislike of Trump’s rhetoric, Millett emphasized the critical issue at hand. “It’s not how I want my children to speak, but that’s really not the question,” she stressed.

Judge Nina Pillard, another Obama appointee, questioned the assertion that the gag order was necessary to prevent potential witness intimidation.

Notably, Vice President Mike Pence, former Attorney General Bill Barr, and former Joint Chiefs of Staff Chair Mark Milley are among the slated individuals to testify in the criminal trial

“I would assume that their testimony would not be affected,” Pillard stated, casting damning doubts on the merits of the order.

Politico reported that the panel is contemplating the imposition of a much narrower version of the order, with Millett emphasizing the need for precision: “We have to use a careful scalpel here.”

Meanwhile, as the appeals court weighs the fate of the gag order, it has temporarily halted its enforcement. This move effectively granted Trump the opportunity to voice concerns about the case and launch attacks against Smith and the presiding judge.

A potential smackdown of the gag order would mark the second time Trump triumphs in his appeals. Last week, a New York appeals court temporarily halted a gag order imposed by embattled Manhattan Judge Arthur Engoron in the civil fraud case led by Attorney General Letitia James against the Trump Organization.

Biden Campaign to Dem Establishment: ‘There is No Back-Up Plan’

(Headline USA) President Joe Biden’s team is reportedly warning top donors and establishment allies that there is no back-up plan to his reelection bid, even as he loses ground to former President Donald Trump in the polls.

“The bad news is that everybody is wetting the bed inside of Biden world,” one fundraiser told the Washington Post. “It’s really an unhappy confluence of Biden world donors’ cocktail party friends saying ‘Can’t you get him not to run,’ which is stupid and absurd if you know Joe Biden.”

The news of creeping panic within the Democratic establishment comes after several polls show Biden losing to Trump in a hypothetical general election.

The latest poll from NBC News shows Biden losing to Trump for the first time in NBC’s polling history, according to the Western Journal.

It shows Trump edging out a slim lead over Biden—46% to 44%—even beating him among younger voters.

At a private conference in late September hosted by Hollywood agent Ari Emanuel (brother of former Obama chief of staff and Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel), one attendee reportedly asked if there were other candidates Democrats should consider.

Former Biden chief of staff Ron Klain quickly fired back, arguing that there was no Plan B and that the party had no choice but to support the incumbent.

Six weeks later, at another private event featuring Biden’s campaign, attendees complained that former President Barack Obama wasn’t doing enough to boost Biden.

“The takeaway of the weekend was not, ‘Hey team, we’ve got to get the band back together to help Biden out,’” one attendee said. “If this a supposedly existential threat and democracy is so challenged, then why aren’t you being more overt about it?”

Several high-profile Democratic figures have already come out against Biden’s reelection bid. Strategist David Axelrod, who helped pioneer Obama’s 2008 victory, has warned that Biden has a “50–50 shot” at beating Trump, but “no better than that, maybe a little worse.”

Some, however, speculate that Biden may already know he’s functioning as a placeholder and that the Democratic National Committee plans a bait-and-switch during or after their convention next August that will disarm Republican opponents at the last minute, giving them and the public at large little time to vet the new candidate.

According to DNC rules, if Biden were to drop out after he has received the nomination, the committee elites would be empowered to bypass voters altogether and select a nominee of their own choosing.
