Jill Biden Snaps at Anchor Who Asked About Hubby’s Poor Polls

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) First Lady Jill Biden clashed with a news anchor who questioned her about President Joe Biden’s plummeting polls ahead of the 2024 presidential election.

The first lady’s tense exchange occurred during a segment on CBS News’s CBS Mornings on the National Teacher of the Year. Jill Biden had been spewing left-wing campaign talking points, emphasizing Joe Biden’s representation of so-called wisdom and experience.

It was during this segment that CBS anchor Tony Dokoupil challenged Jill Biden’s positive characterization of her husband’s image.

“But when these polls, like the Wall Street Journal one, land in the White House, and [Biden’s] losing in all the battleground states …” Dokoupil remarked, as reported first the The Blaze.

Jill Biden abruptly interrupted the CBS anchor’s critical remarks, falsely claiming, “No, he’s not losing in the battleground states.”

In response, Dokoupil swiftly countered, “All but one.

Undeterred, Jill Biden persisted with her claims, despite the live fact-check on air, asserting, “He is coming up and he’s even or doing better. So, you know what? Once people start to focus in and they see their two choices, it’s obvious that Joe will win this election.”

The Wall Street Journal poll referenced by Dokoupil indicated that former President Donald Trump is leading Joe Biden in six of seven swing states.

The poll, published on Tuesday, adds to a series of surveys indicating that the scandal-ridden incumbent president faces a rocky road ahead.

According to the Journal, Trump enjoys a lead ranging from two to eight percentage points in six battleground states: Pennsylvania, Michigan, Arizona, Georgia, Nevada and North Carolina.

Significantly, Trump’s lead persists even when third-party and independent candidates are included in the poll.

“Trump holds similar leads when voters are asked to choose only between him and Biden,” the Journal wrote.

Trump Vows to Start ‘Christian Visibility Day’

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) Donald Trump vowed to create a “Christian Visibility Day” following Joe Biden’s declaration of “Transgender Day of Visibility,” which “coincidentally” happened to land on Easter Sunday this year.

“And what the H** was Biden thinking when he declared Easter Sunday to be trans visibility day? Such total disrespect to Christians,” Trump told his supporters during a campaign rally in Green Bay, Wisc., on Apr. 2, 2024.

The presumptive Republican nominee for president then promised that Nov. 5 would be “Christian Visibility Day” if he is elected, Fox News reported.

“And on Nov. 5, it is going to be called something else. You know, it’s going to be called Christian Visibility Day,” Trump said to thunderous applause from his audience.

Trump’s comments came after Biden celebrated “Transgender Day of Visibility,” which was recognized on March 31. The reason why the Biden regime chose this specific day was because it fell on Easter Sunday.

As a result of that, Biden has faced backlash after his annual day to honor the “transgender” movement fell on Easter Sunday, one of the most important and holiest days for Christians, as they celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

In addition to that, Trump’s national press secretary, Karoline Leavitt, previously called the “Trans Day of Visibility” “appalling and insulting,” adding that Biden’s announcement is an example of the Biden administration’s “years-long assault on the Christian faith.”

The White House tried to save its image after the backlash by issuing a statement saying the criticism over “Transgender Day of Visibility” coinciding with Easter was divisive.

“As a Christian who celebrates Easter with family, President Biden stands for bringing people together and upholding the dignity and freedoms of every American. Sadly, it’s unsurprising politicians are seeking to divide and weaken our country with cruel, hateful and dishonest rhetoric. President Biden will never abuse his faith for political purposes or profit,” the statement said.

Biden DOJ Seeks to Jail Woman Behind Ashley’s Diary that Unveiled ‘Inappropriate’ Showers

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Federal prosecutors are demanding jail time for the woman who took Ashley Biden’s infamous diary and sold it to Project Veritas for $20,000. The demand for jail time is a significant shift from prosecutors’ previous request for home confinement.

In a Tuesday letter addressed to Judge Laura Swain, prosecutors demanded that Aimee Harris—who pleaded guilty to taking Biden’s diary from a Florida home—receive a sentence ranging from four to 10 months, along with three years of supervised release, as reported by The Hill on Thursday.

This petition marks a stark departure from the initial request for six months of home confinement, with prosecutors attributing this significant change to the delays caused by Harris during her sentencing hearing.

According to The Hill, Harris’s sentencing was postponed due to difficulties in arranging childcare for her children, illness and failure to obtain necessary travel identification. She is now scheduled for a hearing on April 9.

Prosecutors claim that Harris was temporarily residing in Biden’s Florida home in September 2020 when she came across the diary, which allegedly contained “highly personal entries,” including tax records and family photos.

Leaked pages from the diary surfaced in a National File report, revealing sections where Biden allegedly recounted instances of sexual trauma, including suspicions of molestation.

Among these pages, Biden purportedly recalled “showers w/ my dad,” deeming them “probably not appropriate.”

Project Veritas has since released audio of Biden confirmed that the diary belonged to her. Even left-wing fact-checkers have not ruled that the diary does not belong to Biden.

In the six-page letter to Judge Swain, District Attorney Damian Willis delivered a scathing critique of Harris’s alleged unwarranted delays in the sentencing trial.

“At bottom, the defendant’s flagrant disrespect for the law, including the orders of this Court—even after pleading guilty in this case—demonstrates an abdication of responsibility for her conduct and strongly militates for an incarceratory sentence,” Willis wrote.

He further elaborated: “In particular, the defendant has shown to be completely unamenable to court supervision such that a sentence involving merely probation will not be sufficient to deter the defendant from continuing to flout the law.”

In August 2022, Harris, along with Robert Kurlander, pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit interstate transportation of stolen property from an immediate family member of a former government official who was running for national office.

The guilty plea came after an aggressive investigation against multiple individuals, including Project Veritas journalists who held on the diary but did not publish so over authenticity concerns.

The jail-time demand appears to echo that of the aggressive investigation, several conservatives suggested on Twitter:

Cash-Strapped NYC Plans to Charge Commuter Toll to Marathon Runners

(Headline USA) The New York City Marathon organizers will soon have to pay a bridge toll, just like every other commuter, if New York transit officials have their way.

The Metropolitan Transportation Authority is demanding the New York Road Runners, organizers of the venerable race generally held the first Sunday of each November, pay roughly $750,000 for use of the Verrazzano–Narrows Bridge.

The agency that oversees New York’s bridges and tunnels says the fee represents the estimated amount of toll revenue lost when the nation’s longest suspension bridge is closed.

“New Yorkers love Marathon Sunday, but taxpayers cannot be expected to subsidize a wealthy non-government organization like the New York Road Runners to the tune of $750,000,” said Catherine Sheridan, president of MTA’s department of bridges and tunnels, in a statement.

The Road Runners have pushed back, however, arguing the MTA enjoys increased revenue from greater transit ridership during marathon week that “more than makes up” for any lost toll revenue from the bridge.

The organization also noted that the 2019 marathon generated an estimated $427 million for the city, significantly boosting tourism, tax revenues and the economy, according to an economic impact report it commissioned in 2020.

“The impact of MTA’s request would represent a material change to the cost structure and would require an increase to how much runners pay to run the Marathon, making it less affordable for local runners and those who travel to New York City from around the world—both of whom contribute hundreds of millions of dollars to the City’s and State’s economy,” Crystal Howard, a spokesperson for the organization, said in an emailed statement.

She said the organization has repeatedly asked the MTA to provide data to back up their claim of $750,000 in lost revenue loss but had not yet received it.

The agency has also declined to share data regarding the revenue generated by the increased ridership during marathon week, despite Gov. Kathy Hochul’s office announcing after last year’s marathon that the MTA enjoyed “record subway ridership” on race day, Howard said.

The Road Runners, Howard added, were willing to negotiate with transit officials, but any resolution should reflect the “significant value” the agency derives from the marathon, which the organization says has been run over the bridge since 1976.

The MTA has also threatened to restrict the marathon to using just one of its two decks of traffic if it doesn’t pay up, but the Road Runners have said such a move would significantly hinder the race, which is the largest marathon in the world, welcoming more than 50,000 participants annually.

The organization said it might have to either decrease the field of runners or extend the total time of the marathon, forcing the bridge and other roadways in the city to be closed even longer on race day.

The MTA declined to respond to follow up questions, but Sheridan, in her statement, said the agency is similarly open to working with the organization on a compromise, provided it “leads, over time, to full reimbursement for the lost revenue.”

The latest nickel-and-diming follows MTA’s controversial announcement in December of its plan to impose a new “congestion pricing” on all commuters entering into parts of Manhattan, with fees of $15 per passenger vehicle and $24-$36 per truck, depending on size.

It comes as the sanctuary city seeks creative ways to offset the influx of illegal immigrants, whom Mayor Eric Adams and other officials are welcoming with pre-paid debit cards to cover their living expenses.

FBI Arrests Couple Three Years Later for Being in Capitol for 12 Min.

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) The FBI arrested a Loudoun County, Va., couple early in the morning on March 28, 2024, for entering the U.S. Capitol building three years ago on Jan. 6, 2021, for just 12 minutes.

The corrupt organization came to their home around 6:00 a.m. in cars with flashing lights, pounded on the door and yelled for them to come out with their hands up, Thomas Kasperek and his wife Daphne Kasperek told America First with Sebastian Gorka on April 1, 2024, according to Breitbart.

They both woke up. While Daphne was calling a lawyer they knew, Richard Ryan, Thomas went to open the door.

Ryan was Thomas’s friend and a co-plaintiff in a case related to an election integrity case they filed in November 2022 against Loudoun County’s Electoral Board and Board of Supervisors “based on concerns that the electric voting machines were made in China.” The case was dismissed Jan. 6, 2023.

“They opened the door and stuck an M-4 in my face. They were in full gear. About six guys at the door with their guns drawn,” Thomas said.

Even though Thomas asked them for a warrant, the corrupt officials controlled by the Biden regime never provided it, saying they would show it to them when they “get downtown.”

He then said they put the couple in hand and ankle cuffs with chains and walked them down their driveway and the street.

“Never, ever had anything like this happened,” Daphne said.

The couple was then taken downtown to the FBI field office, fingerprinted, swabbed for DNA, photographed and interrogated.

According to the husband, it was apparent that the FBI had been building a case against them throughout those three years after they entered the Capitol, even though they’d been there for just 12 minutes.

After they were taken to the federal courthouse and handed over to U.S. marshals, they were questioned again separately.

The couple was charged with four misdemeanors — entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds; disorderly or disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds; disorderly and disruptive conduct in a Capitol building; and demonstrating or picketing in any Capitol building.

“This is a Gestapo. The political police have arrived in America. Thomas and Daphne Kasperek are the proof,” Gorka said.

Senate Dems Back Leftist Efforts to Force Sotomayor’s Retirement

(Headline USA) A number of Senate Democrats hinted at their support for an effort by leftist activists to force Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor to retire before November’s election.

Worried that President Joe Biden will lose to former President Donald Trump, potentially giving Trump the opportunity to replace yet another liberal justice on the court, leftists have demanded that the 69-year-old Sotomayor, the oldest Democrat-appointed justice, step down now.

Leftists previously waged a campaign to force out Bill Clinton-appointed Justice David Souter, currently 84, giving Biden the opportunity to replace him with a black woman, Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson.

Even if Trump—who has consistently led in polling among key demographics and in several of the crucial battleground states—were to lose in November, a favorable political map is likely to give Republicans the Senate majority—forcing, at best, a compromise on the would-be replacement.

Though congressional Democrats have not specifically endorsed the demands for her resignation, they have expressed support for the sentiment behind those demands.

Sen. Richard Blumenthal, D-Conn., for example, said that while he believed Sotomayor was “highly accomplished” and a “fully functioning justice right now,” she should “weight the competing factors.”

“I’m very respectful of Justice Sotomayor. I have great admiration for her,” he told NBC News.

“But … we should learn a lesson, and it’s not like there’s any mystery here about what the lesson should be,” he added. “The old saying—graveyards are full of indispensable people—ourselves in [the Senate] included.”

Blumenthal was referring to the death of the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, whose vacancy Trump was able to fill with Justice Amy Coney Barrett.

“Justices have to make their personal decisions about their health and their level of energy, but also to keep in mind the larger national and public interest in making sure that the court looks and thinks like America,” Blumenthal said.

Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse, D-R.I., also raised Ginsburg as an important lesson, while clarifying that he was “not joining any calls” for Sotomayor to leave the court. However, he said he worried what another Trump appointment might do for the court’s “extremist wing.”

He added, “Run it to 7-2 and you go from a captured court to a full MAGA court,” Whitehouse said. “Certainly I think if Justice Ginsburg had it to do over again, she might have rethought her confidence in her own health.”

At the time, Democrats were less certain in Ginsburg’s health as in the inevitability of Hillary Clinton’s ascension to the presidency.

Despite their indignation over Barrett’s appointment to the court, many Democrats also have continued to seethe over the fact that former President Barack Obama was denied the opportunity to flip the seat held by the late Justice Antonin Scalia, putting radically corrupt future Attorney General Merrick Garland on the bench and giving the court—at the time—a liberal majority shortly before the 2020 election.

Then-Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., refused to call the nomination for a vote, arguing that its proximity to the election meant voters should decide instead.

Biden’s Campaign Manager Admits to Open-Border Agenda

(Headline USA) President Joe Biden’s campaign manager Julie Chávez Rodríguez admitted this week that Biden has no intention of shutting down the southern border, despite his recent claim that he would like to.

Biden claimed in January that he would “shut down the border right now and fix it quickly” if Congress passed a bipartisan Senate bill under negotiation at the time.

Chávez Rodríguez contradicted this in an interview with the Washington Post this week.

“The president doesn’t talk about shutting down the border [and is] not advocating for shutting down the border,” Chávez Rodríguez said, adding that “what people want to see is order and humanity in our immigration system.”

The Biden team’s inconsistency is one of the big reasons why Republicans opposed the president’s immigration bill, arguing that it was unnecessary and would only normalize the migrant crisis he enabled.

“President Biden falsely claimed … he needs Congress to pass a new law to allow him to close the southern border, but he knows that is untrue,” House Speaker Mike Johnson, R-La., said at the time.

“As I explained to him in a letter late last year, and have specifically reiterated to him on multiple occasions since, he can and must take executive action immediately to reverse the catastrophe he has created,” Johnson added.

Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, who was impeached by the House for his own dereliction of duty with respect to the border crisis, previously acknowledged that none of the additional funding provided by Congress for border security would be used to deport illegal immigrants—suggesting that it would instead be used to facilitate their invasion.

Biden’s approval ratings on his handling of immigration continue to plummet, with seven in 10 Americans saying in an AP-NORC poll released on Friday that they disapprove of his record on immigration.

The mixed messaging on the issue may be the Biden campaign’s effort to baffle voters as to where he actually stands and what action he might be willing to take.

A recent gathering of Mexican police officials, for example, fueled speculation that he may have bribed Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador to begin enforcing border crossings in order to give the appearance of progress ahead of the November election.

Former President Donald Trump, meanwhile, has capitalized on the issue, vowing to secure the border and launch mass deportations of the millions of illegal immigrants Biden has let into the country.

Biden has brought “the carnage and chaos and killing from all over the world,” Trump said at a rally in Michigan on Tuesday.

Rep. MTG Continues Feud w/ ‘MAGA Mike’ after McCarthy-Like Budget Defeat

(Headline USA) Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., said this week that she would continue to try to oust House Speaker Mike Johnson, R-La., from leadership, arguing Johnson “is a Democrat.”

Greene introduced a motion last month to hold a House vote on whether to vacate Johnson from the speakership over his support for a $1.2 billion spending deal that largely capitulated to Democrat demands. She has not yet moved to force a vote on the motion.

However, Greene made it clear that she will do so if Johnson tries to pass additional Ukraine aid through the House, as he has signaled he would.

“People are fed up with Republicans that say one thing and turn around and literally join the flock and just continue the same old crap everybody’s tired of,” Greene told conservative impresario Steve Bannon on his “War Room” podcast, according to CNN.

“[Johnson] literally turned into Mitch McConnell’s twin and worse,” she continued. “He’s a Democrat. There’s not even any daylight between him and Nancy Pelosi at this point.”

When asked whether ousting Johnson would hurt Republicans’ leadership given the number of GOP members who have decided to retire early or not seek reelection, Greene said she was not worried about that.

“We cannot get anyone more moderate than Mike Johnson,” Greene said. “I would argue Mike Johnson, we can’t get any further Left than Mike Johnson. I think the Democrats might be happier with him than they are with Hakeem Jeffries.”

It does not look like Greene would find much support from the rest of the GOP caucus. Even Rep. Matt Gaetz, R-Fla., who led the effort last year to oust former Speaker Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., said he would not vote in favor of Greene’s motion to vacate.

“If we vacated this speaker, we’d end up with a Democrat,” Gaetz said. “When I vacated the last one, I made a promise to the country that we would not end up with the Democrat speaker. And I was right. I couldn’t make that promise again.”

Johnson’s office dismissed Greene’s threats, saying in a statement that the speaker continues to fight for conservative causes in the House.

“Speaker Johnson always listens to the concerns of members, but is focused on governing,” Johnson’s spokesperson said. “He will continue to push conservative legislation that secures our border, strengthens our national defense and demonstrates how we’ll grow our majority.”

ESPN Host Slams Sore-Loser Hillary Clinton for ‘Get Over Yourself’ Remark

(Headline USA) ESPN commentator Stephen A. Smith blasted failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton this week for telling voters to “get over” themselves and vote for President Joe Biden.

Clinton made the demand during an appearance on Monday’s Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon when asked about voters’ frustration with a Biden-Trump rematch.

She insisted the choice shouldn’t be difficult because one candidate is “one is old, and effective, and compassionate, has a heart and really cares about people. And one is old and has been charged with 91 felonies.”

She added, “Get over yourself. Those are the two choices.”

Asked about Clinton’s comments during an interview with CNN, Smith, a lifelong Democrat, pointed out that Clinton didn’t have much room to offer advice.

“I don’t think it was a very wise statement on her part,” Smith said.

“How did that work out for her in 2016?” he continued. “I think that’s something that we have to recognize: Yeah, she won the popular vote, but at the end of the day, she wasn’t the president of the United States. It was him.”

Smith went on to point out how flawed Clinton’s own campaign strategy was back in 2016, noting she refused to hold events in key swing states, instead choosing to campaign in Democratic strongholds such as California and New York.

“You can bring up a whole bunch of things, but at the end of the day, the last thing you need to do is to do anything that could agitate a potential voter in this particular election,” he  said.

The ESPN host noted that although he doesn’t plan to support Trump in November’s election, he believes it’s important to “take into account what the voters are thinking about.”

And “tens of millions of them out there” don’t care about the Democrats’ charges against Trump or his “perceived guilt or innocence,” he added.

Instead, “they’re thinking about their lives” and the policies that improved their lives, he said. “Nobody wants to hear that from Hillary Rodham Clinton at this particular moment in time.”

Self-Described ‘World’s Sexiest Albino’ Scams BLM Donors Out of $500K

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) The self-proclaimed “world’s sexiest albino” and purported founder of a fake Black Lives Matter sub-group is now facing trial after federal investigators apprehended him on charges of allegedly defrauding nearly $500,000 from online donors.

Sir Maejor Page, formerly known as Tyree Conyers-Page, faces federal charges of wire fraud, one count of concealing money laundering and two counts of money laundering after his arrest in September 2020, as reported by the New York Post on Thursday.

The FBI’s investigation alleged that Page fraudulently utilized the name of the BLM nonprofit to establish a subsidiary non-profit under the national organization, notorious for its radical leftist proposals and anti-police protests.

The FBI launched a criminal investigation in April 2020 after receiving a complaint about Page’s alleged “misrepresentations” and false claims of being a BLM leader.

Operating a social media page titled “Black Lives Matter of Greater Atlanta (BLMGA)” on an undisclosed platform, Page solicited donations from his followers, and also utilized the fundraising platform GoFundMe for this purpose.

To manage such donations, Page opened a bank account under the name “Black Lives Matter of Greater Atlanta, Inc.” in 2018. Investigators claimed that the account’s balance fluctuated between $5,000 and -$12.42.

Despite the relatively low balance, donations amassed nearly half a million dollars, according to the FBI. In June 2020, the fraudulent group received $36,493.80; in July 2020, an astounding $370,933.69; and in August 2020, $59,914.69.

Page purportedly maintained sole control over this bank account and allegedly misused the funds for personal purchases. Among Page’s transactions included a property and lot valued at $112,000.

In an apparent effort to conceal his ownership of the property allegedly acquired with the donations, Page listed the transaction as being conducted “by and between Hi Frequency Ohio via Sir Maejor Page.”

Page’s purchases also included food, entertainment, clothing, furniture, a home security system, tailored suits and accessories. As reported by the Post, Page also purchased a Glock handgun and two AR-15 style rifles. In total, Page spent over $200,000 on personal items using the donated funds.

Despite his arrest in 2020, Page is only now facing trial after a prolonged period, according to ABC 13.

On his Vimeo account, Page described himself as “the world’s sexiest Albino model and actor.”
