WATCH: ‘Goofy Elizabeth’ Stuns Congress w/ Joe Biden Impression

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) In an apparent homage to former President Joe Biden, Sen. Elizabeth Warren went down like a sack of potatoes on the Senate floor Thursday. 

The fall, caught on video footage, occurred after Warren appeared to lean on a colleague’s table, likely mistaking it for a fixed desk. 

Senate footage shows Warren waving at someone before casually resting her back on the desk. 

Her body caused the table to flip over, sending her directly to the ground. Several Republican senators rushed to help her get back up, including Sens. Ted Cruz, Rand Paul and Susan Collins. 

The incident happened as the Senate voted on two resolutions attempting to block the sale of military equipment to Israel, according to Fox News. 

Online, commentators rushed to mock Warren’s fall, especially since she appeared largely unharmed. 

“Elizabeth Warren just ATE SH*T on the Senate floor. She attempted a ‘casual lean’ to look like a normal human being, but totally botched it,” wrote journalist Nick Sortor. “Gravity’s a b*tch, Pocahontas!” 

Comedian Tim Young added: “Ted Cruz was the first person to help Elizabeth Warren up after she fell… How long until she claims that him helping her up was ‘assault’?” 

Video from the Senate later showed Warren attacking President Donald Trump, as she often does.

Unknown Third Person Seen in Epstein’s Final Night Video

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) A digital reconstruction of surveillance footage from Jeffrey Epstein’s cell reportedly shows a third person who was not previously identified by the federal government, CBS News claimed on Tuesday.   

According to the leftist outlet, the individual was never mentioned by the DOJ’s investigation into Epstein’s death.  

The person is reportedly seen near Epstein’s cell shortly after 4:00 a.m. on Aug. 10, 2019—two hours before the convicted sex offender was found dead. 

“The review doesn’t refute the conclusion that Epstein died by suicide,” the outlet reported. “But it raises questions about the strength and credibility of the government’s investigation, which appears to have drawn conclusions from the video that are not readily observable.” 

CBS’s reporting comes as the left and the Democratic Party continue to weaponize the Epstein drama, particularly after Attorney General Pam Bondi announced her agency would not release further information on the case. 

Scrutiny intensified after nearly three minutes of the footage outside of Epstein’s cell appeared to be missing. 

Bondi said the video had simply reset, causing the loss of several minutes. She said this happened every night.  

However, an anonymous “high-level government” source told CBS that the federal government is in pocession of the full, raw video. 

CBS pointed to the DOJ inspector general report to highlight the purported discrepancies, particularly concerning how many people were present near the cell.  

“The inspector general’s report says only two staff members entered the unit after midnight: one is a corrections officer, identified only as ‘CO3,’ and the other is described as the Morning Watch Operations Lieutenant. The presence of a third unidentified individual seen on the video is not addressed by the inspector general’s report,” the outlet reported.  

In response, the Justice Department’s inspector general acknowledged CBS’s reporting but clarified that nothing contradicts its findings in Epstein’s death. It claimed: 

“The OIG appreciates the careful review of our report. Our comprehensive assessment of the circumstances over the weeks, days, and hours before Epstein’s death included the effects of the longstanding, chronic staffing crisis in the BOP and the BOP’s failure to provide and maintain quality camera coverage within its facilities. As CBS notes, nothing in its analysis changed or modified the OIG’s conclusions or recommendations.”

CCP Official Caught Abusing Kids in California

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) The man at the center of a child surrogacy scandal involving 21 children has been identified as a former high-ranking official in the Chinese Communist Party. 

Xuan Guojun, 65, and his wife, Silvia Zhang, 38, are accused of neglecting dozens of their children, most of them toddlers born through surrogacy. The children have since been placed under the custody of a California child-welfare agency. 

According to a Thursday report from the Daily Caller, Xuan spent at least “two decades in the region at the heart of the communist nation’s ongoing genocide” as a representative. That is the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region (XUAR) People’s Congress. 

Xuan also served as a representative to the Urumqi Municipal People’s Congress.

 

Xuan’s deep ties to the CCP are coming to light as he and his wife face child endangerment charges after their 2-month-old infant was hospitalized with a traumatic head injury, allegedly caused by a nanny who violently shook the baby. 

The case gained national attention, with some of the details of the couple’s surrogacy obsession and treatment of the children continuing to emerge. 

The children were removed from Xuan’s luxury mansion in Los Angeles. It is unclear when Xuan entered the U.S.

US and Japan Discuss Scenario for US Nuclear Weapons Use

(Dave DeCamp, Antiwar.com) The US and Japan have been discussing a potential scenario in which the US military would use nuclear weapons in the event of a conflict in East Asia, Kyodo News reported on July 26.

Japan is the only country in the world that has suffered a nuclear attack when the US dropped atomic bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki during World War II, killing hundreds of thousands of civilians, but Tokyo is now considered to be under the US nuclear umbrella.

The Kyodo report said the discussions on the use of US nuclear weapons were held as part of Washington and Tokyo’s “extended deterrence” talks, which began in 2010. The report said that as part of the talks in recent years, the two sides “have held multiple tabletop exercises to strategize a scenario in which a conflict broke out in East Asia and the United States is pressured to use nuclear weapons.”

The discussions involved reviewing how to coordinate on a nuclear attack and how to deal with certain issues it will create, including the management of public opinion. The US has a mutual defense treaty with Japan, under which it has committed to defending Japanese territory if it comes under attack.

Experts told The South China Morning Post that a stronger commitment regarding the US’s nuclear umbrella could ease some Japanese concerns about supporting the defense of Taiwan if it’s attacked by China. US officials have been pressing both Japan and Australia to make commitments on what they would do in the event of a war with China over Taiwan.

The nuclear talks are also sure to anger China, which has expressed concern about the news. “As a country that has suffered nuclear bombings, Japan should have a deep understanding that nuclear war must not be fought,” Chinese Defense Ministry spokesman Zhang Xiaogang said on Wednesday.

Zhang added that there were elements in Japan who wanted to upgrade the US extended deterrence posture and are considering nuclear sharing, an arrangement the US has with several of its NATO allies. “This is an extremely dangerous trend,” he added.

While the US still maintains a policy of strategic ambiguity over whether it would intervene if China attacked Taiwan, the US military has been openly planning for a future conflict with China despite the risk of nuclear war.

US Nuclear Weapons Likely Transferred to UK

(Kyle Anzalone, Libertarian Institute) The US has likely positioned nuclear weapons in the UK for the first time since 2008.

The Times spoke with analysts who said a C-17 transport took off from Kirtland Air Force Base in New Mexico, the US Air Force’s main nuclear storage site. They explained the fight “looked like a ‘one-way drop-off’ and meant that it was likely that the UK was hosting US nuclear weapons.”

The US and UK governments did not respond to The Times’ request for comment. The UK has a fleet of F-35 fighter jets capable of dropping US B-61 nuclear gravity bombs.

NATO has a nuclear sharing program where the US stores nuclear weapons in several countries. Germany, Italy, Turkey, the Netherlands, and Belgium all have between 10 and 30 US Nuclear weapons stored at their military bases.

The analyst speaking with The Times said that the US moved between 25 and 30 nuclear weapons to RAF Lakenheath in Suffolk.

Last year, The Guardian reported viewing Pentagon documents that show the US was building a new facility at Lakenheath to store nuclear weapons. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov responded to the report, saying it was part of the ongoing nuclear militarization.

“We see a line towards escalation of tensions, towards militarisation, including nuclear militarization.” He continued, “Our relevant departments are monitoring developments in this area and formulating tasks to ensure our security against the backdrop of what is happening.”

The UK is a nuclear weapons state and has an arsenal of about 225 warheads.

(Headline USA) U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement says it has already made tentative job offers to more than 1,000 people as it ramps up hiring following the passage of legislation earlier this month giving the agency a massive infusion of cash.

The agency’s spokeswoman, Tricia McLaughlin, said in a statement Thursday that the offers had been made after July 4. That’s when Trump signed into law a broad package of tax breaks and spending cuts that also included about $170 billion for border security and immigration enforcement, spread out over five years.

“ICE has already issued over 1,000 tentative job offers since July 4. Many of these offers were to ICE officers who retired under President Biden because they were frustrated that they were not allowed to do their jobs,” she said. “Now under President Trump and Secretary Noem, ICE is excited to get back to work to remove rapists, murderers, gang members and pedophiles from our communities.”

ICE is the key agency responsible for executing Trump’s campaign promise of carrying out the largest deportation operation in history. The administration has been ramping up immigration-related arrests across the country. Stephen Miller, White House deputy chief of staff and main architect of Trump’s immigration policies, has said ICE officers would have a target of at least 3,000 arrests a day, up from about 650 a day during the first five months of Trump’s second term.

That heightened enforcement has played out with arrests in immigration courts, worksites, neighborhoods and more.

ICE is set to get $76.5 billion, nearly 10 times its current annual budget. Some $45 billion will go toward increasing detention capacity. Nearly $30 billion is for hiring 10,000 more staff so the agency can meet its goal of 1 million annual deportations. The White House has said ICE will grow from 20,000 employees to about 30,000.

Earlier this week, ICE announced a recruiting campaign aimed at finding and hiring the deportation officers, investigators and lawyers it will need to meet that goal of 10,000 new staff. As part of that campaign the agency is offering an eye-catching bonus of up to $50,000 for new recruits as well as other benefits like student loan forgiveness and abundant overtime for deportation officers.

At a time when the federal government has been firing federal employees left and right, the USAJOBS website where vacancies for federal jobs are posted has dozens of Immigration and Customs Enforcement jobs.

Some are for the deportation officers responsible for finding and removing people from the country; investigators with Homeland Security Investigations, which helps investigate transnational crime, including immigration issues; and lawyers who represent the government in prosecuting immigration cases.

But there are also other jobs that support the detention network that is being supercharged to carry out mass deportations: nurses and nurse managers, psychiatric care providers, auditors, field medical coordinators and more.

Medical Examiner Reveals Cause of Hulk Hogan’s Death

(Headline USA) Professional wrestler Hulk Hogan’s death last week was caused by a heart attack, according to a Florida medical examiner’s report released Thursday.

Hogan, 71, whose real name was Terry Bollea, previously had leukemia and atrial fibrillation, an irregular heart rhythm, the report from the District Six Medical Examiner said.

To honor the “Hulkster,” Gov. Ron DeSantis said, flags will be flown at half-staff at all official buildings Friday, which he declared “Hulk Hogan Day in Florida.”

“He was a true Floridian through and through,” the Republican governor wrote in a memo Thursday.

Hogan was pronounced dead at a hospital less than 90 minutes after medics arrived at his home in Clearwater to answer a call about a cardiac arrest on the morning of July 24, police said. The report said the cause of death was “natural.”

“He had been dealing with some health issues, but I truly believed we would overcome them,” Hogan’s wife Sky Daily posted on Instagram.

“This loss is sudden and impossible to process,” she added. “To the world, he was a legend… but to me, he was my Terry.”

Hogan was perhaps the biggest star in WWE’s long history, known for both his larger-than-life personality and his in-ring exploits. He was the main draw for the first WrestleMania in 1985 and was a fixture for years, facing everyone from Andre The Giant and Randy Savage to The Rock and even WWE co-founder Vince McMahon.

Hogan’s daughter Brooke Bollea Oleksy, better known by her stage name Brooke Hogan, memorialized her father in a recent social media post.

“I am so grateful I knew the real version of him. Not just the one the world viewed through a carefully curated lens,” she wrote on Instagram.

Funeral plans have not yet been publicly announced.

Secret Docs about Obama Squashing FBI’s Clinton Email Probe are Now Public. Now What?

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, has released previously hidden documents, which expose how the Obama administration pressured the FBI to downplay then-presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s email scandal ahead of the 2016 election. The new documents also detail the shocking extent to which the 2016 Hillary Clinton campaign ginned up phony intelligence about Donald Trump’s links to Russia.

What comes next is unclear.

Thursday’s new Russiagate revelations come from the long-hidden annex to John Durham’s 2023 Special Counsel report. The annex was purportedly found inside “burn bags” hidden in a secret FBI room.

According to the annex, an FBI informer identified as “TI” provided the bureau in 2016 with two intelligence reports, which described “confidential conversations” between then-Democratic National Committee Chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz and two people at the George Soros-funded Open Society Foundation: Leonard Bernardo and Jeffrey Goldstein.

The report said that then-President Barack Obama didn’t want Hillary’s scandal to taint his legacy. Accordingly, “To solve the problem, the President puts pressure on FBI Director James Comey through Attorney General Lynch, however, so far without concrete results.” The same report also said that Comey favored Republicans, and that the FBI didn’t have any evidence against Clinton—because she deleted her emails.

While the FBI informant’s intelligence wasn’t corroborated at the time, the FBI indeed closed its investigation into Clinton without recommending charges.

The Durham annex also included information about how the Clinton campaign ginned up the Russiagate hoax, with the goal to get the FBI to investigate Trump instead of her. In fact, Open Society Foundation official Bernardo predicted the FBI would do exactly that.

“It will be a long-term affair to demonize Putin and Trump. Now it is good for a post-convention bounce. Later the FBI will put more oil into the fire,” Benardo purportedly wrote in July 2016—predicting exactly what the FBI would do.

Grassley touted his findings in a Thursday press release.

“History will show that the Obama and Biden administration’s law enforcement and intelligence agencies were weaponized against President Trump,” he said.

But what comes next is unclear. The disclosures follow reports that FBI Director Kash Patel is running an investigation into whether there was a “grand conspiracy” between intelligence officials and Democratic politicians.

Trump has indicated that Obama won’t be charged because he was operating under presidential immunity, but that other officials could still be open to criminal liability.

Dead Sex Slave’s Family Demands Answers after Trump Says Epstein ‘Stole’ Her

(Headline USA) The family of Virginia Giuffre, who was among Jeffrey Epstein’s most well-known sex trafficking victims, said that it was shocking to hear President Donald Trump say the disgraced financier “stole” Giuffre from him and urged that Epstein’s accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell remain in prison.

Giuffre, who had accused Britain’s Prince Andrew and other influential men of sexually exploiting her as a teenager trafficked by Epstein, died earlier this year, purportedly by suicide.

Her family’s statement is the latest development involving Epstein, who was found dead in a New York jail in 2019 while facing federal sex trafficking charges, and the Republican president, who was his one-time friend. Trump denied prior knowledge of Epstein’s crimes and said he cut off their relationship years ago, but he still faces questions about the case.

Trump, responding to a reporter’s question on Tuesday, said that he got upset with Epstein over his poaching of workers and that Epstein had stolen Giuffre from his Palm Beach, Florida, club.

“It was shocking to hear President Trump invoke our sister and say that he was aware that Virginia had been ‘stolen’ from Mar-a-Lago,” the family’s statement said.

“We and the public are asking for answers; survivors deserve this,” it continued.

White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt noted the president was responding to a reporter’s question and didn’t bring up Giuffre himself.

“The fact remains that President Trump kicked Jeffrey Epstein out of his club for being a creep to his female employees,” she said.

The family’s statement comes shortly after the Justice Department interviewed Maxwell, who was convicted in 2021 on sex trafficking and other charges and is serving a 20-year sentence in Tallahassee, Florida. Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche interviewed Maxwell in a Florida courthouse, though details about what she said haven’t become public.

Maxwell’s lawyers have said she testified truthfully and answered questions “about 100 different people.” They have said she’s willing to answer more questions from Congress if she is granted immunity from future prosecution for her testimony and if lawmakers agree to satisfy other conditions.

A message seeking comment about the Giuffre family’s statement was sent to Maxwell’s attorney Thursday.

A Trump administration official said the president is not currently considering clemency action for Maxwell.

Giuffre said she was approached by Maxwell in 2000 and eventually was hired by her as a masseuse for Epstein. But the couple effectively made her a sex slave, she said, pressuring her into gratifying not only Epstein but his friends and associates.

Giuffre said she was flown around the world for appointments with men including Prince Andrew while she was 17 and 18 years old.

The men, including Andrew, denied it and assailed Giuffre’s credibility. She acknowledged changing some key details of her account.

The prince settled with Giuffre in 2022 for an undisclosed sum, agreeing to make a “substantial donation” to her survivors’ organization.

The American-born Giuffre lived in Australia for years and became an advocate for sex trafficking survivors after emerging as a central figure in Epstein’s prolonged downfall.

Her family’s statement said she endured death threats and financial ruin over her cooperation with authorities against Epstein and Maxwell.

F-35C Crashes Near a Central California Naval Installation

(Headline USA) A pilot was safe after an F-35C fighter jet crashed near a central California naval installation on Wednesday, officials said.

Authorities received a report that a military jet had crashed and was engulfed in flames around 6:40 p.m., the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office said in a social media post. Responding deputies, firefighters, California Highway Patrol officers and EMS personnel found the wreckage in a cotton field just north of Lemoore Naval Air Station. The pilot, who had ejected, was found with a parachute in a nearby field, the sheriff’s office said. He was flown to a hospital for evaluation and was expected to be OK.

Firefighters used a bulldozer to cut a path to the jet so fire engines could get close enough to extinguish the fire, the sheriff’s office said.

Naval Air Station Lemoore confirmed that the F-35C attached to the VFA-125 Rough Raiders went down near the installation. The pilot was safe after successfully ejecting and no other personnel were affected, the installation said in a statement posted on social media.
