‘Maryland Man’ Snubs Yet Another Deportation Option

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Kilmar Abrego Garcia, the illegal alien dubbed the “Maryland Man,” refused deportation to Uganda, once again claiming fear of persecution. This marked the 23rd country he rejected.

Garcia’s purported fears prompted the Trump administration on Friday to propose he be deported to Eswatini, a landlocked country in Southern Africa.

An ICE official wrote in an email shared by Fox News: “As you know, the United States seeks to remove you from the United States based on your final order of removal. Currently, you are designated to be removed to Uganda. Your attorney has informed us, however, that you fear persecution or torture in Uganda.”

The ICE official added that Garcia’s claims were “hard to take seriously” as he had claimed the same fear in at least 22 different countries.

So far, Garcia has rejected deportation to Caribbean or tourist havens like Belize, Costa Rica, Panama, Dominican Republic and Brazil. The other countries were El Salvador, Uganda, Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, Venezuela, Cuba and Haiti.

The Trump administration has spent weeks trying to deport Garcia, who Democrats claimed had been mistakenly deported earlier this year.

An illegal alien from El Salvador, Garcia is an alleged MS-13 gang member now facing federal charges for human trafficking.

His case has become a rallying point for Democrats protesting Trump’s immigration policies.

The administration maintains Garcia was never wrongfully deported, noting he has a final removal order from an immigration judge. That order was temporarily blocked by a federal judge, triggering the current standoff.

Sick Video: Man Viciously Kills Ukrainian Refugee

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) A horrific video showing a Ukrainian refugee stabbed to death by an unhinged attacker sparked outrage across social media, garnering millions of views.

Authorities have identified the attacker as 34-year-old Decarlos Brown Jr., who fatally stabbed 23-year-old Ukrainian refugee Iryna Zarutska just minutes after she boarded a light rail train in Charlotte, North Carolina, on Aug. 22.

Zarutska calmly boarded the train, using her phone and wearing AirPods. Brown sat behind her. Unbeknownst to her, he reportedly stood up, pulled out a folding knife and fatally stabbed her.

Seconds later, Brown wandered through the train, his hand dripping with blood. Some passengers noticed the blood, yet no one rushed to help Zarutska.

She succumbed to her injuries and was later pronounced dead on the train.

Warning: Graphic footage below.

The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department confirmed that Brown was apprehended on Aug. 23 but hospitalized for an injury sustained during the attack.

He will face charges of first degree murder upon his release.

“Ms. Zarutska’s next of kin has been notified of her death and of this case update. The investigation into this case is active and ongoing,” CMPD wrote.

Brown had a lengthy rap sheet, having been arrested for larceny, robbery with a dangerous weapon and communicating threats, according to multiple reports.

He previously served five years for a robbery with a deadly weapon charge, according to WSOC-TV. Multiple alleged mugshots of Brown have circulated on X.

Zarutska had only recently arrived in the U.S., fleeing war-torn Ukraine, according to a GoFundMe set up by a family friend. The fundraiser has already raised over $40,000.

“This is an irreparable loss for her family. We have created this fundraiser to support Valeria and her loved ones during this heartbreaking time and to help them with the unexpected expenses,” the GoFundMe stated. “Any support you can give — whether through a donation or simply by sharing this page — will mean so much to the family.”

This is a developing story.

Harry Sisson Reportedly Goes Full 2A as Trump Threatens Trans Gun Rights

(Ben Sellers, Headline USA) President Donald Trump reportedly trolled Democrats into fighting against each other—and even arguing in favor of the Second Amendment—after another act of transgender terrorism last week fueled the typical calls from the Left for more gun control.

In response to the craven attack on children praying in a Minneapolis Catholic school chapel on the first day of class—killing two and leaving 18 injured—Trump floated the possibility of banning guns for transgender people, whose dysphoria would constitute, in theory, as a sign of mental illness in areas that rely on red-flag laws.

The killer, Robert “Robin” Westman, left behind ample evidence to indicate that he had sociopathic tendencies, in addition to having conflicting thoughts about his gender identity.

Sources within the Justice Department told The Daily Wire that the disturbing pattern of mass shootings committed by transgender and nonbinary assailants had led Trump officials to consider ways of implementing a narrowly tailored ban in response.

“Under Attorney General Bondi’s leadership this Department of Justice is actively considering a range of options to prevent mentally unstable individuals from committing acts of violence, especially at schools,” a DOJ spokesman said.

While the strategy would seem unlikely to come to fruition due to the slippery legal slope it would create, some outlets, such as the New York Post said it was feasible under the current set of rules and recent executive orders from Trump.

The suggestion left several Democrat social-media “influencers” in a tizzy as they grasped at straws to get their messaging in sync.

“[T]he mood was one of panic and disarray over how to respond to reports that Trump’s DOJ is exploring a gun ban for individuals with gender dysphoria,” wrote the pro-MAGA X influencer “Bad Hombre” (@joma_gc). “According to a source familiar with the discussions, members were sharply divided on messaging.”

Among those present were Harry Sisson, Aaron Parnas, Micah Erfan and Democrats’ former ambassador to male voters, Olivia Julianna, as well as Joanne “JoJoFromJerz” Carducci.

Several were identified as paid campaign ambassadors during the presidential runs of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, and they are likely still to be receiving some $8,000 a month in dark-money kickbacks to post far-left talking points.

Unfortunately, the so-called influencers struggled during the recent teleconference to get on message, with Sisson and Erfan demanding transgender citizens have their gun rights preserved and others taking a “pragmatic approach.”

It is unclear whether the latter position supported a gun-control carve-out for transgenders due to their “special need” for self-defense, or if they were willing to concede that the threat posed by transgender shooters warranted additional restrictions.

What is clear, however, according to the “Bad Hombre” source, is that things grew heated.

“At several points, tensions flared and the discussion grew heated,” said the post. “JoJo lashed out at Sisson, calling him an ‘insensitive a-hole’ in light of the recent shooting.”

With no agreement having been reached, the DNC propagandists were only able to agree that the best approach would be to deflect back to safer territory.

“By the end of the call, the consensus was to sidestep the issue altogether for now—shifting focus to attacking RFK Jr. and pivoting the conversation toward Epstein when pressed,” wrote Bad Hombre.

The proposal echoes other outside-the-box strategies that the Trump administration has taken to deflate Democrat attacks by using their own rhetoric and weapons against them.

However, it has made some strict constitutionalists—including Rep. Thomas Massie, R-Ky.—uneasy since, like many of the Democratic ploys it mimics, the trans ban presents a short-term solution without considering the long-term implications, including collateral damage to the U.S. Constitution.

Massie echoed a critical tweet from the Gun Owners of America, both pointing out that any ban on gun ownership is an infringement on civil liberties.

Likewise, conservatives have long argued that laws regulating and restricting gun ownership, while punitive to law-abiding citizens, have proven ineffective in preventing those determined to commit acts of mass violence and are likely to remain so given the ease with which a psychotic individual may mask his or her gender dysphoria.

‘Not Satire’: Austin Ripped Apart over New Logo

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) The local government of Austin, Texas, came under fire on Thursday after releasing what critics described as a “woke” new logo for the city.

The new logo, seemingly inspired by Arby’s logo, purportedly depicts the city’s hills, rivers and bridges in the shape of two A’s—one blue, the other green. Beneath the roller-coaster-like A’s, the name “Austin” is visible.

The relatively flat new design replaces the old city logo, created nearly 200 years ago when Austin was founded.

The original logo featured a coat of arms-style design in red, white and blue, honoring the American and Texas flags.

On top of a shield sat the Austin legislature, topped by a cross and surrounded by large golden eagle wings. The shield also featured a Lamp of Knowledge above red and white stripes.

The Austin City Council voted to update the logo in 2018 to make city departments more cohesive. The new logo will officially launch on Oct. 1.

Police, fire, and emergency departments are exempt from the redesign.

The city paid brand management company TKO, which describes itself as “minority-owned,” along with design consultant Pentagram. An artist named DJ Stout also worked on the design.

DJ Stout defended the logo in an interview with Fast Company, suggesting that designs honoring Texas and American culture often turned off local residents. Austin is a reliably blue city.

“However, just from showing these to lots of different groups, audiences felt that anything that smacked of state government did not fit the personality and the attitude of people who live in Austin,” Stout said. “Austin is a little liberal island, politically.”

Dearborn Heights Mayor Walks Back Arabic Insignia on Police Uniforms

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Dearborn Heights Mayor Bill Bazzi blasted his own police department on Friday for updating its logo to include an Arabic translation of the agency’s name.

The Dearborn Heights Police Department published the controversial logo on Facebook a day earlier, claiming it was optional for officers who wanted the department’s name to appear in Arabic.

Approximately 39 percent of the city’s population is Middle Eastern or North African. Dearborn, an adjacent city, has a population of roughly 55 percent of the same ethnicity, Fox2 Detroit reported.

Bazzi—nominated by President Trump to be U.S. Ambassador to Tunisia—wrote on the police department’s Facebook page that the logo was unauthorized and should have never been released.

“Should efforts like this be formally undertaken to make any changes to the Police uniform, it is our goal to include multiple PD stakeholders for a larger conversation, to ensure all are included in the discussion,” Bazzi wrote.

“As we are one PD, each individual’s uniform represents the DHPD as a whole, and therefore merits the review and input of all,” he added.

The mayor said the proposed patch was only an idea and that it “should NOT have been presented as an official prototype.”

On X, officials blasted the department, calling the Arabic logo part of a broader effort to erase American culture.

Emails Confirm Biden Never Reviewed Mass Pardons

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Newly released emails show Biden White House staff raised alarms over rampant use of the autopen to issue pardons and official communications.

The emails—published by the New York Post on Thursday—show aides and DOJ attorneys seemingly questioning whether Joe Biden himself had approved pardons pushed by colleagues.

On Jan. 16, then-White House Staff Secretary Stef Feldman demanded evidence from West Wing lawyers that Biden had signed off before allowing the use of the autopen.

Notably, this email was tied to one of the largest pardon batches in U.S. history, the Post noted.

“I’m going to need email from [Deputy Assistant to the President] Rosa [Po] on original chain confirming P[resident] signs off on the specific documents when they are ready,” Feldman wrote, according to the outlet.

One recipient—deputy White House counsel Tyeesha Dixon—forwarded the email to Michael Posada, chief of staff to the White House counsel’s office.

“Michael, thoughts on how to handle this?” Dixon asked. “He doesn’t review the warrants,” Dixon added, referring to Biden.

Posada replied that they would need “something” from Po confirming the pardons “accurately” reflected Biden’s verbal orders from Jan. 11.

According to the Post, the mass pardons went out at 4:59 a.m.—far outside Biden’s limited work schedule by Democrats’ own admissions.

In an earlier email, Po wrote that Biden had told several officials on Jan. 11 that he wanted to “commute the sentences of those with crack-powder sentencing disparities who were determined by DOJ not to have a high likelihood of recidivism as determined by standards set by the First Step Act.”

These were just a handful of the emails released. However, none of the emails show staff ever seeking Biden’s final approval, raising serious questions about the legality of the pardons.

A Biden spokesperson defended the pardons but only after the Post exposed the emails, claiming the former president “made the decisions.”

“There is a concerted and willful blindness by Republicans when it comes to understanding how broad-based pardons work when they were issued by President Biden that doesn’t exist when it comes to understanding the broad pardons issued under Trump for January 6 insurrectionists,” the spokesperson added.

Black Voters Reject Pete Buttigieg even After ‘Racist’ Roads Campaign

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Former Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg may as well bid farewell to his presidential aspirations, with a new poll showing him at zero percent among black voters.

Before joining the Biden administration, Buttigieg was the mayor of South Bend, Indiana, and had mounted an unsuccessful presidential campaign in 2020.

The grim numbers, released by Emerson College on Aug. 29, come just months before Democrats could unofficially kick off the 2028 presidential primary.

An earlier survey also showed Buttigieg at zero percent support among black voters, according to MassLive.com.

The figures are puzzling, given that Buttigieg spent much of his tenure as transportation secretary pandering to the woke left by highlighting infrastructure he and the Biden administration labeled racist.

In June 2021, Buttigieg claimed certain street designs were deliberately built to create obstacles for minorities.

A year later, he launched a $1 billion pilot program to promote “racial equity” in infrastructure.

“Transportation can connect us to jobs, services and loved ones, but we’ve also seen countless cases around the country where a piece of infrastructure cuts off a neighborhood or a community because of how it was built,” Buttigieg said.

He claimed the program was “forward-looking” and meant to fix the alleged issue rather than blame past governments.

“It’s about mending what has been broken, especially when the damage was done with taxpayer dollars,” he added.

The pilot program doesn’t seem to have paid off, as Buttigieg’s efforts to court black voters have failed to move the needle in polling.

The August Emerson poll shows California Gov. Gavin Newsom as Democrats’ top choice ahead of the primary.

Newsom drew 25 percent of Democratic voters, while Buttigieg received just 16 percent—the same number he had a month earlier.

Former Vice President Kamala Harris placed third with only 11 percent.

CBS Won’t Hide Cuts after Noem Calls Out Deceptive Editing

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) CBS News announced Friday it would end the deceptive practice of editing interviews after Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem exposed the network for trimming her responses on Face the Nation on Aug. 31.

The change applies to the Sunday show, according to CBS News’s parent company, Paramount Skydance.

“In response to audience feedback over the past week, we have implemented a new policy for greater transparency in our interviews. ‘Face The Nation’ will now only broadcast live or live-to-tape interviews (subject to national security or legal restrictions),” CBS News said in a statement.

“This extra measure means the television audience will see the full, unedited interview on CBS and we will continue our practice of posting full transcripts and the unedited video online,” the network added.

Noem had called CBS out on Sunday for cutting portions of her response to a question about illegal alien Kilmar Abrego Garcia, along with other statements.

The network, for example, completely cut Noem’s remarks about Garcia, where she said:

“This individual was a known human smuggler, MS-13 gang member, an individual who was a wife beater and someone who was um so perverted that he solicited nude photos from minors. And even his fellow human traffickers told him to knock it off. He was so sick in what he was doing and how he was treating small children. So, uh, he needs to never be in the United States of America and our administration is making sure we’re doing all that we can to bring him to justice.”

Released Comey Memos Reveals Obama’s Endorsement of Russian Hoax

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Newly unclassified memos from disgraced former FBI Director James Comey confirmed that the Obama administration not only welcomed the Russia meddling hoax but also discussed potential post-election actions.

Journalist Catherine Herridge first shared the October 2016 memos on X on Friday after FBI Director Kash Patel approved their declassification.

In one memo, Comey asked, “What is the goal? Informing US people? Disrupting Russians.” Elsewhere, he contemplated potential steps after President Donald Trump’s election in 2016.

“What are the circumstances in which we can imagine taking any action after the election,” Comey wrote. “I can’t picture it so why threaten any.”

One note, titled “My Thoughts,” referenced the late Sen. Dianne Feinstein and former Rep. (now Sen.) Adam Schiff, both California Democrats, as putting the FBI “in odd spot.” The context behind this last note is unclear.

On another page, Comey used the acronym “COS,” likely referring to a chief of staff. He also entertained the Russia meddling theory.

“Russians have a view on who should win,” he wrote, adding: “SR (Susan Rice/National Security Adviser) •Need IC (intelligence Community) to do their best lay down of what we could say publicly.”

The memos suggest the outgoing Obama administration embraced the idea that Russia wanted Trump to win the election—a theory that later evolved into claims that Trump colluded with Russia.

No evidence has ever been produced to substantiate this claim.

COVID-25? Trump Slammed for Discussing Vaccines, Gene-Editing w/ Bill Gates

(Ben Sellers, Headline USA) President Donald Trump drew criticism from his own MAGA camp on Thursday after top tech-industry leaders were wined and dined at the White House.

The task force, which ostensibly met to address the future of artificial intelligence education, included woke billionaires Mark Zuckerberg and Bill Gates flanking the president and First Lady Melania Trump who formally hosted the meeting.

“I predict AI will represent the single largest growth category in our nation during the Trump Administration—and I won’t be surprised if AI becomes known as the greatest engine of progress in the history of the United States of America,” the first lady said in a statement.

She went on to note that with the rapidly developing technology in its Wild West stage at the policymaking level, it presented a risk, as well as an opportunity.

“[A]s leaders and parents we must manage AI’s growth responsibly,” she said. “During this primitive stage, it is our duty to treat AI as we would our own children—empowering, but with watchful guidance. We are living in a moment of wonder, and it is our responsibility to prepare America’s children.”

It was the second meeting of the task force during Trump’s presidency, following an April executive order and the May passage of the bipartisan TAKE IT DOWN Act in Congress, designed to protect victims of online abuse.

That particularly impacts Zuckerberg—the CEO of Meta, which owns top social-media giants Facebook and Instagram. Both have been criticized in the past for their algorithmic manipulation and exploitation, paving the way to issues including a teen mental-health crisis and widespread sextortion of minors.

Despite his sweet nothings during past testimony and appeals for more regulation, Zuckerberg’s actions have suggested that he prioritizes profit over the well-being of vulnerable users.

A large focus of the summit, which also included top execs from Open AI, Alphabet (Google, YouTube) and Microsoft, was the need to remain competitive with China in the development of more powerful AI technology.

Zuckerberg pledged “at least $600 billion” to the effort over the remaining years of Trump’s presidency.

“All of the companies here are building, just making huge investments in the country in order to build out data centers and infrastructure to power the next wave of innovation,” he told Trump, according to the Los Angeles Times.

That includes the construction of a $50 billion data center in Louisiana.

A hot-mic moment raised questions, however, as to whether Zuckerberg’s pledge may have been disingenuous.

Critics further cautioned that Trump should be wary of Zuckerberg’s sinister motives. Some noted that his idea to use AI-driven chatbots presented the possibility for an eerie, Matrix-like future in which seemingly human interactions online are all fake.

Others—including Trump confidante Laura Loomer, an investigative journalist and MAGA activist—recalled Zuckerberg’s previous role in manipulating the outcome of the 2020 election.

Zuckerberg’s more than $400 million “Zuckerbucks” funneled into nonprofits including the Obama-and Soros-linked Center for Tech and Civic Life effectively took over local election offices and put stipulations on the use of funding, including the widespread promotion of controversial mail-in ballots.

The funds disproportionately targeted blue, urban bastions in red-leaning swing states, allowing Democrats to flip key battlegrounds like Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Arizona and Georgia under dubious circumstances.

Criticism of Gates was even harsher.

“If President Trump is so concerned about getting into Heaven…this is NOT the way,” said Nicole Shanahan, who ran on the independent ticket in 2024 with current Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. before his endorsement of Trump.

Shanahan—whose ex-husband, Google cofounder Sergey Brin, was among those in attendance—was referencing Trump’s recent remarks on Fox News about his motives for brokering a Ukraine—Russia peace deal as a means of personal salvation.

Her comment came in response to influential conspiracy theorist account @Shadowof Ezra, which noted that Gates—the Microsoft founder who now serves as a tech adviser for the company—seemed more interested in pushing “vaccines and gene editing” instead of AI.

Yet, it was a Trump parody account, Il Donaldo Trumpo, that best encapsulated the wariness surrounding Gates and his designs on world domination with an overdubbed spoof video.

“Well, I just wanted to apologize for every single f**king version of Windows that sucked, which is basically all of them,” Gates appeared to say in the fake clip.

“Also sorry for creating viruses so I could profit from selling you the antivirus software,” it continued, advancing a widely known conspiracy theory about Microsoft’s constant updates. “And on that note, sorry for spreading real viruses by profiting from vaccines and s**t. Also, sorry for sterilizing some people—there’s too many of us, and some of you are not nice. That’s why I’m trying to block out the sun. Anyway, I just came here to ask for a pardon from all the Epstein s**t. Thank you.”

The clip referenced Gates’s recent obsession with vaccinations, which included his lead role in the Event 201 summit preparing for a pandemic crisis just a month before the appearance of COVID-19.

Gates, a well-known globalist and depopulationist, also has been rumored to be using geoengineering and chemtrails to blot out the sun as a way to keep climate change at bay.

His name also appears on documents such as flight logs in connection with pedophile financier Jeffrey Epstein. Rumors spread following his divorce from longtime wife Melinda Gates that a much younger woman was involved.
