NBC’s Chuck Todd Obtusely Denies Evidence of Hunter Biden’s Criminal Conduct

'Look, you can go back on your partisan cable cocoon and talk about media bias all you want. I understand it’s part of your identity...'

(Molly Bruns, Headline USA) During a Meet the Press interview on Sunday with Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wisc., about the GOP’s many investigations into the activity of Hunter Biden, NBC News hack Chuck Todd insisted he had yet to see any evidence of criminal conduct from the president’s son.

“Senator, do you have a crime that you think Hunter Biden committed?” Todd asked. “I have yet to see anybody explain. It’s not a crime to make money off your last name.”

According to RealClearPolitics, Todd stopped Johnson mid-explanation for using the phrase “potential crimes” when referencing a report.

Hunter Biden is currently under a Justice Department-run grand jury investigation in Delaware and stands accused of committing several serious financial crimes.

Evidence from his abandoned laptop has revealed others that he has yet to be charged for, including illegal possession of a handgun, illegal drug use and possession of child pornography.

Johnson was likely referring to having a special counsel look into the offenses for the crimes that involve the president.

“Let me stop you there, ‘potential’ is innuendo,” Todd said, dismissing the argument altogether. “I’ll take it your ethically bothered by Hunter Biden?”

“Are you not?” Johnson replied. “You don’t invite me on to interview me, you invite me on to argue with me.”

Todd once again dismissed Johnson, saying his objection to hyper-partisan media “is part of his identity” and insisting that he personally “deals in facts.”

“Look, you can go back on your partisan cable cocoon and talk about media bias all you want. I understand it’s part of your identity,” Todd told Johnson.

Sens. Johnson and Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, are investigating the financial relationship between President Biden, his son and their many business entanglements.

Despite Todd’s insistence that “it’s not a crime to make money off of your last name,” the senators maintain that Biden used more than just his last name to garner funds from foreign powers.

However, published reports of their findings are rarely reported on by the national media.

“Once we issued our… reports, which were based almost exclusively on U.S. sourced documents and interviews with U.S. citizens, the media largely ignored it,” Johnson said in a statement. “When they did write a story on it, they declared that our reports found nothing new. A classic media cover-up.”

Democrat politicians and the media have gone to great lengths to protect the Biden family, blocking investigations and ignoring or making light of breaking reports.

House Republicans are preparing to launch a new probe into Joe Biden’s business relationship with his son, as well as Hunter’s business deals—starting with his mysterious energy deal with China.
