(Headline USA) A psychologist at the Boston Children’s Hospital claimed in a video posted to the hospital’s website that children can know they are transgender “from the minute they [are] born, practically.”

Kerry McGregor, a psychologist with the Gender Multispeciality Service at the Boston Children’s Hospital, claimed that pediatric care for transgender children is necessary, even at young ages, because children intrinsically know they are transgender.
“A child will often know that they are transgender from the moment that they have any ability to express themselves,” she said.
“They knew from the minute they were born, practically,” she added. “… A good portion of children know seemingly from the womb.”
The video was one of many that appeared as part of a now-deleted YouTube playlist that featured some 90 videos, according to the Post Millennial.
In an other video, GeMS Director Jeremi Carswell said she sees patients as young as 2 and 3 years old.
These children know they are transgender because they’ll play with “opposite gender toys” or say things like “I want to be a mom,” Carswell claimed.
Boston Children’s Hospital also posted a video promoting irreversible sex-reassignment procedures, including hysterectomies, for transgender minors.
“A gender-affirming hysterectomy is very similar to most hysterectomies that occur,” said Frances Grimstad, an obstetrician–gynecologist at the hospital. “A hysterectomy itself is the removal of the uterus, the cervix, which is the opening of the uterus, and the fallopian tubes, which are attached to the sides of the uterus.”
