BREAKING: Whitmer Kidnap Defendants Exonerated on All Counts

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) Despite numerous dirty tricks by prosecutors and the FBI throughout a nearly three-week trial, three men accused of aiding the 2020 alleged militia plot to kidnap Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer were each found not guilty on all counts Friday.

“Ladies and gentlemen in the gallery: As the court instructed everybody, there will be no outbursts,” Judge Charles Hamlyn said, hushing the raucous cheering in the courtroom.

“There will be plenty of time for that later.”

The defendants—brothers Michael and William Null, and their associate Eric Molitor—had an uphill battle at every turn, starting with Judge Hamlyn’s ruling that they couldn’t raise “entrapment” as a legal defense.

The prosecution also threatened convicted Whitmer conspiracy defendant Adam Fox from testifying for the defense. Fox presumably would have told the jury how he was manipulated into the plot by about a dozen undercover informants and agents.

However, state prosecutor Bill Rollstin and the FBI’s main witness, agent Henrik Impola, were frequently caught in lies and inconsistencies throughout the trial.

Rollstin started the trial by recycling already debunked info about the case, including that Fox was a plot “ringleader.” In fact, it was FBI informant Steve Robeson who made Adam Fox the head of Michigan’s chapter of the Three Percenters militia after a June 6, 2020, meeting in Dublin, Ohio—a meeting also set up by Robeson.

But when agent Impola was cross-examined, the probing questions of defense attorney William Barnett got him to admit that an FBI informant trained the men accused of plotting to kidnap Whitmer.

Barnett struck a crucial blow in the trial when he emphasized how improper it is for an FBI informant to train others for an alleged terrorist plot.

“How is it that you’re allowing your informant, who’s supposed to be a listening post, to train for an illegal purpose?” the defense attorney asked agent Impola.

“He’s basically training them for the crime we’re here for, isn’t he?”

But perhaps the most devastating point for the prosecution was when Impola was caught presenting doctored evidence to the jury.

Rollstin could be seen losing his composure amidst his collapsing case during closing arguments, when he exploded on a journalist just for standing up during his remarks.

“This individual right here was standing up and pointing and counting to the jurors, and taking notes,” Rollstin said, turning beet-red and jutting out his finger at reporter Christina Urso.

“That’s very concerning to me! I don’t know who she is or why she’s doing that. I’d ask the court to instruct her to not in any way try to intimidate this jury, to remain seated, and—like everyone else in this gallery—behave!” Rollstin shouted in impotent rage.

The jury’s deliberations lasted the full day Thursday and only about an hour on Friday morning.

Comer, Trump Critical of New Hunter Biden Indictment

(Some Republicans said Thursday’s indictment of Hunter Biden, President Joe Biden’s son, on gun charges wasn’t enough.

House Committee on Oversight and Accountability Chairman James Comer, R-Ky., who has led efforts to find and release information to the public in his investigation into Biden family influence-peddling case, criticized the announcement.

“The Justice Department’s sweetheart plea deal fell apart after a federal judge refused to rubber stamp it,” Comer said in a statement. “Mountains of evidence reveals that Hunter Biden likely committed several felonies and Americans expect the Justice Department to apply the law equally.”

Comer said the U.S. Department of Justice and special counsel U.S. Attorney David Weiss must dig deeper.

“Today’s charges against Hunter Biden are a very small start, but unless U.S. Attorney Weiss investigates everyone involved in the fraud schemes and influence peddling, it will be clear President Biden’s DOJ is protecting Hunter Biden and the big guy,” he said.

Former President Donald Trump, who is facing nearly 100 charges in four separate criminal cases, also was critical of the Department of Justice.

“This, the gun charge, is the only crime that Hunter Biden committed that does not implicate Crooked Joe Biden. One down, Eleven to go!” he wrote on Truth Social, his social media platform Thursday.

“The Democrats, with all of their horrible, very unfair, and mostly illegal Witch Hunts, have started a process that is very dangerous for our Country,” he added. “They have opened the proverbial Pandora’s Box, and it is possible that the USA will never be the same again.”

Hunter Biden was indicted Thursday in federal court in Delaware on three counts tied to the possession of a gun while using drugs. Two of the counts involve allegations that he allegedly lied on a form attesting that he was not using illegal drugs when he bought a Colt Cobra 38SPL revolver in October 2018. The third count alleges that he possessed a firearm while using illegal drugs.

The charges were expected after U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland appointed a special counsel in August in Hunter Biden’s criminal case.

That came after Hunter Biden’s plea deal fell apart in July after last-minute disagreements over the degree to which Hunter could face future charges for other alleged crimes still potentially under investigation. That plea deal mainly revolved around alleged tax crimes and a gun charge.

Hunter Biden faces up to 10 years on the first two counts and five years on the third count if convicted.

Zelenskyy Returns to D.C. Next Week to Demand Billions More in Aid

(Headline USA) As House Republicans launch a formal impeachment investigation into whether President Joe Biden abused his office while vice president to accept bribes from foreign entities through his son Hunter and other family members, the man rumored to be blackmailing him for billions of dollars with the threat of firsthand information about a quid-pro-quo scandal may be an unwelcome presence at the White House.

Nonetheless, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is likely to walk away with exactly what he wants and then some.

Zelenskyy is expected to return to the White House and on Capitol Hill next week as he visits the U.S. during the United Nations General Assembly.

An administration official, speaking on condition of anonymity to discuss the sensitive visit, said Zelenskyy will meet with Biden at the White House next Thursday. The trip to the Capitol was confirmed by two congressional aides granted anonymity to discuss the plans.

Zelenskyy’s trip comes as Congress—which is facing a potential shutdown in a brewing budget battle—debates Biden’s request to provide as much as $24 billion in military and humanitarian aid for Ukraine as it fights the Russian invasion.

Already the U.S. is estimated to have delivered more than 88 billion in funding to Ukraine in 2023 alone.

The State Department has acknowledged there is no way of tracking the money, while the Pentagon has made several accounting errors by overvaluing its equipment that allowed it to circumvent the congressional appropriations process.

Both the White House and Congressional Democrats have actively resisted efforts to put in place a watchdog to track or audit the funds.

Unlike previous appropriations, the blank check Zelenskyy has been granted in the past from a bipartisan Congress may not be as easy to procure with public sentiment shifting amid a stalemate and further questions arising about the Biden administration’s true motives for backing the war in Ukraine.

The dual wedge issues of impeachment and a government shutdown only add fuel to the fire in what proved to be a contentious debate regardless.

Congress is increasingly divided over providing additional funding for Ukraine as the war is well into its second year. Biden has sought a package of $13.1 billion in additional military aid for Ukraine and $8.5 billion for humanitarian support. It also includes $2.3 billion for financing and to catalyze donors through the World Bank.

Congress is working to pass its annual appropriations bills before a Sept. 30 deadline to keep the U.S. government running.

The Ukrainian president made a wartime visit to Washington in December 2022 and delivered an impassioned address to a joint meeting of Congress. At the time it was his first known trip outside his country since Russia invaded in February of that year.

In his speech to cheering lawmakers, Zelenskyy thanked Americans for helping to fund the war effort and said that the money is “not charity,” but an “investment” in global security and democracy.

Since then, however, he has threatened to suspend his own country’s elections until the war ends and only if he continues to receive adequate levels of sustained funding from the U.S. and other nations, which goes not only toward military use but also government pensions and salaries.

Details of Zelenskyy’s visit next week were not yet being made public. It was first reported by Punchbowl News.

The White House National Security Council declined to comment on Zelenskyy’s plans, including whether he would meet with Biden at the White House.

Meanwhile, the Treasury and State departments announced they were imposing new sanctions on more than 150 individuals and entities connected with Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen said the U.S. was “continuing our relentless work to target Russia’s military supply chains and deprive [Russian President Vladimir] Putin of the equipment, technology, and services he needs to wage his barbaric war on Ukraine.”

Biden’s Radical Green Energy Agenda Helps Spark UAW Strike on Detroit’s ‘Big Three’

(Mark Pellin, Headline USA) Demands being exacted to keep pace with a radical green energy agenda being pushed by the Biden administration helped trigger a strike by the United Auto Workers union against Detroit’s Big Three automakers.

The 146,000-member union announced Thursday that workers would be no-shows on Friday at three auto plants, testing the waters for a full-blown strike for all its members that would impact plants at Ford, General Motors and Stellantis.

“For the first time in our history, we will strike all three of the Big Three at once,” UAW President Shawn Fain said Thursday. “We are using a new strategy, the ‘stand-up’ strike. We will call on select facilities, locals or units to stand up and go on strike.”

The strike comes less than two weeks after Biden met with union leaders and walked away boasting, “I’m not worried about a strike … I don’t think it’s going to happen,” Reuters reported.

The UAW has been increasingly critical of Biden’s radical push for electric car and truck subsidies, along with lodging concerns that the shift would cost union jobs and paychecks, according to Politico. “Actions are going to dictate endorsements, so we’ll see how things continue to play out, and we have a lot of issues to resolve,” UAW’s Fain said.

“There’s a lot with the EV transition that has to happen, and there’s hundreds of billions of our taxpayer dollars that are helping fund this, and workers cannot continue to be left behind in that equation,” the union boss added.

Leading up to Thursday’s strike announcement, Ford President and CEO Jim Farley told CNN that he wasn’t opposed to making reasonable pay concessions to workers, Breitbart reported.

“But if it prevents us from investing in this transition to EVs and in future products like the ones we have now like a new F-150,” Farley said they had to draw the line because the added costs would drive them into a financial ditch of bankruptcy.

Trump’s YUGE Win in Fulton County RICO Case Leaves Fani Fuming

(Mark Pellin, Headline USA) Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis’s sham RICO case against Donald Trump and his multiple co-defendants was dealt a major blow in court, which included prosecutors facing accusations of obstruction.

Atlanta Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee on Thursday denied Willis’s request to simultaneously try Trump and his 18 co-defendants next month over charges that the group allegedly tried to overturn the 2020 election results in Georgia.

Legal analysts called the ruling, which allows two co-defendants to split their case from Trump’s, a stunning legal blow to Willis. The Soros-backed DA wanted to herd the cases together to fill a politically weaponized trial schedule loaded against the GOP’s leading 2024 presidential candidate.

McAfee ruled that severing the cases of co-defendants Kenneth Chesebro and Sidney Powell, who were seeking a speedy trial date of Oct. 23, was “a procedural and logistical inevitability” and warned that more might be on the horizon.

“Additional divisions of these 17 defendants may well be required. That is a decision for another day once the many anticipated pretrial motions have been resolved,” McAfee wrote. Willis’s team of prosecutors were also ordered to disclose the identities of 30 un-indicted co-conspirators referenced in the indictment for all 19 defendants.

“This is everything they wanted,” ABC News executive editorial producer John Santucci said of the judge’s rulings, calling it “a great win for Donald Trump” and a “bad” day for Willis.

“I mean, Fani Willis wasn’t there but you have to imagine she’s throwing things against the wall based on this hearing,” Santucci said. “I can tell you, sitting here with you, just texting with some of the attorneys involved in the other defendants — celebrating. Yay victory!”

The news for Willis didn’t get any better when Sidney Powell’s attorney accused prosecutors of illegally withholding exculpatory evidence that could prove key in defending her against charges of allegedly breaching voting machines to find evidence they had been rigged.

“They have a due process obligation to turn over to me favorable information,” argued defense attorney Brian Rafferty. Specifically, the defense sought a letter referenced in a CNN report that indicated officials from Coffee County had invited Powell to examine the voting machines.

“The most important thing that I’ve found, your honor, is a report by CNN, which I’ve been able to confirm, that there is a letter, a letter of invitation from Coffee County on Jan. 1 of 2021 that was sent,” Rafferty argued in court Thursday. “And it was sent not to Ms. Powell, it was sent to another lawyer, inviting folks to come down to Coffee County and do whatever it is that they do.”

Despite repeated requests for the evidence, “I heard squat from the state,” Rafferty told the judge, adding that he was filing a motion for relief.

“That is exculpatory information that establishes that Ms. Powell should not be in this case. They have it, your honor,” Rafferty said. “I have a reason to believe they have it, and they don’t even respond.”

CRT Downsized w/ Layoffs at Ibram X. Kendi’s ‘Antiracist’ Center

(Mark Pellin, Headline USA) Critical Race Theory huckster Ibram X. Kendi is facing a critical financial crisis with crippling budget cuts to one of his antiracism schemes.

The money crunch is set sink at least 15 of 20 staffers at the Kendi-led Center for Antiracist Research at Boston University, according to a person familiar with the situation, Semafor reported Thursday. Money for salaried staffers who are slated to be laid off later this year was shuffled to line the pockets of “visiting scholars who are already employed.”

Kendi is one of the leading radical activists who helped foment CRT dogma and its communist cornerstones, pushing it into classrooms across the country. His antiracism center’s financial woes mirror the monetary collapse of Black Lives Matter, which like Kendi used the race riots that erupted with violent protests in 2020 to bankroll their enterprises.

After blowing through millions to fund lavish lifestyles for its founders, Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation last year sunk $8.5 million into the red.

Along with the value of the group’s investment accounts plunging nearly $10 million, BLM’s fundraising took an 88% nosedive from the previous year after it was forced to shutter its online shilling because of compliancy and transparency issues.

None of that stopped the activist group from spending upwards of $12 million for mansions in Los Angeles and Toronto, along with paying more than $10.5 million on contractors tied to founder Patrisse Cullors.

Similarly, despite the financial tumult at Boston University and its Center for Antiracist Research, Kendi will remain at the helm as the center is “evolving to a fellowship model” with details on the “new direction” to follow, according to Boston University spokesman Colin Riley, who confirmed the layoffs, Semafor reported.

While Kendi remains flush, his Center and BU remain “committed to working with and supporting affected employees as they look for their next opportunities,” the university’s spokesman assured.

Ex-IRS Boss Confirms Efforts to Oust Biden Whistleblower, Relatives Shielded

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) In a closed-door interview with House Republicans, an IRS special agent shed light on the damning allegations that the Justice Department interfered in the IRS probe of Hunter Biden.

IRS Special Agent in Charge Darrell Waldon acknowledged to the House Ways and Means Committee that he recommended the removal of IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley from the probe citing bias, while also admitting key sections of Shapley’s testimony that the investigation was limited.

According to Fox News, Waldon specifically said, “So before I left the special agent in charge position, in February, I recommended to [IRS Director of Field Operations Michael Batdorf] that Gary Shapley be removed as the [supervisory special agent] from the Hunter Biden investigation, primarily due to what I perceived to be unsubstantiated allegations about motive, intent, bias.”

Waldon is one of the members who took part in an Oct. 7, 2022 meeting during which then-U.S. District Attorney David Weiss admitted that he did not enjoy complete authority to prosecute Hunter if he wanted.

Furthermore, Waldon corroborated Shapley’s claims of limitations in the scope of investigative duties. “Yes. Or I should say at least of the things that they can ask in interviews, is my general awareness,” Waldon said.

He also confirmed the existence of a discussion within his team regarding being “restricted from requesting certain interviews of relatives of Hunter Biden.”

Despite these revelations, Waldon denied that Shapley’s specific requests had been denied.

Shapley told the House Oversight Committee in July that he previously memorialized in an email a meeting where U.S. Attorney David Weiss stated that he was not the sole decision-maker regarding filing charges in the case, indicating that he had sought charges in the D.C. and California district attorney’s offices but was denied.

House Republicans pressed Waldon on the alleged stonewalling. “There was processes that Mr. Weiss would have to work out with the Department of Justice, and that’s my basic understanding,” Waldon said.

McCarthy’s Fiery Response to Ousting Threats: ‘File a F-cking Motion’

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) In a Thursday private meeting, House Speaker Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., minced no words and dropped an F-bomb in response to calls to have him ousted for failing to uphold the assurances he gave to garner enough support from conservative lawmakers to become speaker.

“If you want to file a motion to vacate, then file a f–king motion,” McCarthy declared, according to Rep. Brian Mast, R-Fla.

McCarthy’s fiery remarks came in response to ousting threats stemming from his alleged support of a spending package aimed at preventing a government shutdown, according to the New York Post.

The tension spilled over to Twitter, with Rep. Matt Gaetz, R-Fla., taking a jab at McCarthy’s outburst. “Sounds like @SpeakerMcCarthy is having a total normal one – not rattled at all,” Getz said on Twitter. “Truth is Kevin controls his own fate.”

Gaetz called for action important to conservative Republicans, including the passage of single-subject spending bills, term limits votes, the unfettered release of January 6th tapes, and subpoenas related to Hunter Biden.

During a press gaggle on Thursday, McCarthy seemed unbothered by the ongoing battle. When a reporter probed about the exact words he used during the closed-door meeting, a laughing McCarthy said he preferred to keep the specifics of his response private.

Gaetz, a vocal advocate for McCarthy’s removal as house speaker, emphasized that the impeachment initiative should not serve as a shield for McCarthy against the motion to vacate, saying, “Impeachment is not some get-out-of-jail-free card for Kevin McCarthy.”

Despite the turmoil, McCarthy garnered support from most Republicans, with only GOP Reps. Lauren Boebert, Colo., Andy Biggs, Ariz., Eli Crane, Ariz., Bob Good, Va., and Matt Rosendale, Mont., opposing him in the final tally.

Hunter Biden’s Attorney Blames ‘MAGA Republicans’ for New Gun Charges

(Brett Rowland, The Center Square) Hunter Biden’s attorney said Republican interference at the U.S. Department of Justice was behind the latest indictment of President Joe Biden’s son.

Attorney Abbe Lowell in a statement said the charges were expected.

“As expected, prosecutors filed charges today that they deemed were not warranted just six weeks ago following a five-year investigation into this case,” Lowell said. “The evidence in this matter has not changed in the last six weeks, but the law has and so has MAGA Republicans’ improper and partisan interference in this process.”

Lowell said U.S. Attorney Special Counsel David Weiss caved to pressure from Republicans.

“Hunter Biden possessing an unloaded gun for 11 days was not a threat to public safety, but a prosecutor, with all the power imaginable, bending to political pressure presents a grave threat to our system of justice,” he said.

Lowell also said the new charges shouldn’t be allowed based on his preview plea agreement.

“We believe these charges are barred by the agreement the prosecutors made with Mr. Biden, the recent rulings by several federal courts that this statute is unconstitutional, and the facts that he did not violate that law, and we plan to demonstrate all of that in court,” he said.

Hunter Biden’s plea deal on gun and tax fraud charges fell apart in July after last-minute disagreements over the degree to which Hunter could face future charges for other alleged crimes still possibly under investigation.

That plea deal mainly revolved around alleged tax crimes and a single gun charge. The new indictment includes three separate charges related to Hunter’s possession of the gun.

If convicted, Hunter Biden faces up to 10 years in prison on the first two counts and five years on the third count.

N.Y. Gov. Hochul Pushes New COVID-19 Jab

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) New York Democrat Gov. Kathy Hochul urged citizens on Wednesday to receive a new round of COVID-19 vaccines from Big Pharma, saying that any doses of the vaccine that a person has taken in the past “won’t help… this time around.”

“Tell everybody, don’t rely on the fact that you had a vaccine in the past. It will not help you this time around,” Hochul said, thus admitting that all of the previous experimental COVID-19 mRNA injections that were pushed by the establishment were not effective.

She then encouraged people to take the new “updated” COVID-19 vaccine that was recently approved by the FDA to resume the tyrannical regime that was started at the beginning of 2020 and ended around the middle of 2022.

“It is literally a new vaccine. It is not a booster shot. It is not an enhancer. It is a new vaccine designed to attack the new variants,” Hochul said.

To reassure some of the people, she also added that she will be getting the vaccine “very soon.”

“It’s really a customized vaccine… We’re waiting to find out what age groups the FDA and CDC are recommending should get the shot… You only need one, no more double doses, and again, this will be starting here in New York on Friday,” Hochul said.

As expected, she added that not getting the new coronavirus jab is a selfish act.

“That is the best way by far to protect yourself and those around you. We’ve done this since March 2020. No reason to stop now. Don’t think about just yourself,” Hochul said.

Tyrannical Hochul was not the only person who started pushing vaccines. At the end of August, the Biden administration also told Americans that new COVID-19 vaccine mandates are coming.

In addition to vaccines, Americans were told to mask up, too. Back in June of this year, it became a mandate for everyone entering the White House. At the end of this summer, Hollywood studios forced their employees to wear face diapers on their faces. Soon after that, little children were forced to do the same.
