Cox Heir Using $250M Fortune to Build Militant Communist Compound in Berkshires

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) James “Fergie” Chambers, the tattooed heir of the cable and internet provider, Cox Enterprises, has been using his personal fortune to build a communist compound in rural western Massachusetts, the Free Press reported.

Chambers—the ungrateful son of Atlanta Hawks owner Jim Chambers—inherited an estimated $250 million following the death of his grandmother, Anne Cox Chambers, in January 2020.

Like many descendants of the ultra-rich in America, the 38-year-old has turned his back on the capitalist system that gave his family its fortune.

But unlike others, the man with a Joseph Stalin tattoo on his thigh has spent much of his cash attempting to create a communist indoctrination camp.

“I spent a lot of money so this would be done right the first time,” Chambers said, lamenting the early struggles of his project, which is taking place near the 600-person town of Alford, Massachussetts, tucked away in the Berkshire Mountains.

Chambers has articulated his vision of the future online, promoting violence against the rich in order to initiate a communist revolution.

“There is nothing more disgusting than rich people who do nothing to undermine the material position of their own class vaguely calling for peace and love,” he wrote. “It gives me actual bloodlust.”

The radical commune, however, has frightened Chambers’s equally neighbors—many of whom, while not the scions of a major media corporation, still live comfortably enough to become the first victims in his neo-Bolshevik revolution.

“A lot of people are just scared,” one resident said, alluding to some of Chambers’s posts online.

Another said that residents are “frightened” to leave their homes. “It’s chilling,” he added.

Residents are so concerned about Chambers’s social media threats that they informed District Attorney Tim Shugrue’s office, which acknowledged an awareness of Chambers’s posts and said that Shugrue is “actively communicating with local law enforcement and community leaders regarding Chambers’s behavior.”

Chambers also has an anti-Semitic streak, vowing to, with his comrades, “make Zionists afraid.”

“We need to start making people who support Israel actually afraid to go out in public,” he wrote on Instagram last month.

His desire is to make “white America afraid” that everything they have “is going to be burned to the ground.”

Some of his most radical statements can be found in his Substack manifesto titled Combat Liberalism, which purports to aim at deconstructing liberalism, capitalism and imperialism by targeting the American middle class.

School Forced Girl to Sleep w/ Boy Who ‘Identifies’ as ‘Trans’

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) An 11-year-old girl was assigned to share a bed with a male student who “identifies” as a “transgender girl” while she was on a cross-country school trip.

Joe and Serena Wailes, the girl’s parents, called on the Colorado-based Jefferson County School Board and Jefferson County Public Schools [JCPS] Superintendent Tracy Dorland to clarify “whether JCPS will continue this practice of intentionally withholding information about rooming accommodations from parents like the Waileses, who object to their children rooming with a student of the opposite sex, regardless of the other student’s gender identity,” a demand letter that was sent on Monday and obtained by the Daily Signal said.

“This practice renders it impossible for these parents to make informed decisions about their children’s privacy, upbringing and participation in school-sponsored programs. Additionally, our clients request information related to JB R-1 and the ability to opt out of this rooming policy for all future school trips,” the demand letter said.

The parents described how their daughter, a fifth-grader, went on a JCPS-sponsored trip to Philadelphia and Washington, D.C., in June 2023. Before the trip, JCPS repeatedly told parents that the boys and girls on the trip would be roomed on different floors, with both boys and girls not being able to visit the floors dedicated to the opposite sex.

The 11-year-old daughter [D.W.] was assigned a room with three other students, one of whom was a boy who “identified” as a girl [K.E.M.] who went to a different school.

D.W. and K.E.M were told that they would share a bed, and that evening, K.E.M. revealed to the girls that he was a boy who “identified” as a girl when they were in the room together.

The daughter was “terrified and really upset about the idea of sharing a bed with a biological boy—even though she had a good relationship with this other student,” Serena Wailes said.

Joe Wailes was informed about the situation by his wife on the phone after the girl called the mother from the bathroom.

“I felt a bit helpless. I was 2,000 miles away. My daughter is scared in a bathroom trying to get herself out of a situation. It was a frustrating experience, and I just really felt like it was not a situation my daughter should be put in,” he said.

Eventually, the chaperones finally agreed to move the male student, with a different female student, to another room.

School Refuses to Display Straight Pride Flag, Father Sues

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) A father in Colorado sued the state’s largest school district because the staff refused to let him display a “straight pride” flag alongside the LGBT flags on view throughout his children’s Denver school.

Nathan Feldman argued that his children are being prohibited from exercising their freedom of speech in a case of viewpoint discrimination, according to Fox News.

Michael Yoder, Feldman’s lawyer, blamed equity policies like the ones in Denver, schools for “the overt sexualization of content in elementary schools nationwide.” According to him, LGBT flags and “gender identity” books are geared toward young children so that students would be encouraged to ask about them and allow the LGBT propaganda to blossom in classrooms.

“If we had more parents like [Feldman], then these policies would never have been rolled out in the first place, and they’d be teaching kids about math and science. They wouldn’t be talking about sexual orientation and homosexuality and having this flamboyant breeding ground for inappropriate content,” Yoder said.

According to the suit, the conflict started in October 2022 when Feldman visited his twin children’s school, Slavens School, and noticed dozens of LGBT flags that were displayed in classrooms and hallways.

The suit claimed that Feldman told his children’s teachers that the flags were “not inclusive of all Slavens School students and only represent one viewpoint on the topic of sex,” while asking if he could place an identically-sized flag that represents his children’s views on the same topic alongside the existing flags and offered an example of a “straight pride flag.”

After teachers ignored Feldman’s concerns, the Slavens School principal eventually replied to Feldman in an email that the district supports the right of employees to post a “rainbow flag or other sign of support for LGBTQIA+ students or staff because these are symbols consistent with the District’s equity-based curriculum.”

“The District doesn’t allow for other flags,” the principal told Feldman, thus implying that straight people are not welcome to highlight their sexuality in the school.

In November, the suit was filed by Feldman in the U.S. District of Colorado. Denver Public Schools, the board of education, Slavens School and several school administrators and other staff were listed as defendants.

REPORT: Gold Bars Found in Menendez’s Home Linked to Armed Robbery

(Headline USA) Four of the gold bars found in the home of Sen. Bob Menendez, D-N.J., home were previously stolen during a violent 2013 robbery, according to NBC New York.

The FBI discovered a stash of gold bars in Menendez’s home earlier this year after he was charged with bribery. The serial numbers on some of the recovered gold matches with identifiers that Fred Daibes, a businessman accused of bribing Menendez, reported as stolen in 2013.

The police report from 2013 said robbers broke into Daibes’s Edgewater, New Jersey, home and made off with $500,000 in cash and 22 gold bars. Police later arrested four suspects and found most of the stolen gold. Some of it, apparently, later ended up in Menendez’s hands.

“Each gold bar has its own serial number,” Daibes told investigators in 2014 when questioned about the stolen gold. “They’re all stamped … you’ll never see two stamped the same way.”

Daibes has been accused of bribing Menendez for a series of favors, including the senator’s help in disrupting a federal prosecution against him. Menendez allegedly helped Daibes by urging President Joe Biden to pick Philip Sellinger as U.S. Attorney for New Jersey, believing Sellinger would apply a lighter touch to a bank-fraud case against Daibes.

In return, Daibes allegedly gave Menendez’s wife two gold bars that were a kilogram each in March 2022.

The businessman is also alleged to have given the couple thousands of dollars in cash by virtue of the fact that his fingerprints were discovered on an envelope containing the cash, according to the indictment.

The serial numbers on the gold bars will make the government’s case against Menendez that much easier, since it will now be “really easy” to prove the chain of custody, according to NBC legal analyst Danny Cevallos.

“All of this spells bad news for Senator Menendez,” Cevallos said.

Menendez has denied the allegations against him and refused to resign from the U.S. Senate.

An Army of Illegal Immigrants? Senate Dems Want One

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) Amidst massive U.S. military recruiting shortfalls, Illinois’ Democratic U.S. Senators are pushing to allow illegal immigrants to serve in the armed forces.

“My colleague from Illinois [Sen. Tammy Duckworth] has a bill that says if you’re an undocumented person in this country and you can pass the background test and the like, you can serve in our military. And if you do it honorably, we will make you citizens of the United States,” Sen. Dick Durbin, D-Ill., said on the Senate floor Monday.

“Do we need that? Do you know what the recruiting numbers are at the Army, Navy and Air Force? They can’t find enough people. And there are undocumented people who want to serve this country. Should we give them the chance? I think we should.”

Durbin is correct that there’s a massive shortage of military recruits. The Army reportedly fell more than 15,000 recruits short of its target of 60,000 in 2022.

However, critics were quick to blast Durbin for wanting to defend the U.S. with people who may have loyalties to other countries. Some suggested that Durbin and other Democrats are intentionally trying to build a military that has no loyalty to native Americans.

Duckworth and Durbin’s plan has been proposed before.

Last year, Rep. Ruben Gallego, D-Ariz., reportedly pitched a bill that that would allow participants in the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program to enlist in the military and ultimately obtain citizenship. That bill didn’t make it out of the House.

“We need more talented people in the military,” Gallego said at the time. “These are a population of people that are already serving their country in different ways. They’re very patriotic.”

While Democrats are pushing to fill the military with migrants, others have made alternative proposals to address recruitment shortfalls.

For instance, Rep. Matt Gaetz, R-Fla., proposed an amendment in June to the National Defense Authorization Act that would abolish cannabis testing for members of the military.

“Our military is facing a recruitment and retainment crisis unlike any other time in American history,” Gaetz reportedly said.

“I do not believe that prior use of cannabis should exclude Americans from enlisting in the armed forces. We should embrace them for stepping up to serve our country.”

According to the New York Times, 4,710 recruits failed their entry drug tests in 2022, a nearly 33% increase from 2020—a trend partly attributable to cannabis becoming legal in more states. The Army has also reportedly attributed the proliferation of non-psychedelic products such as CBD and hemp products as part of the problem.

“A single use of some hemp products may result in a positive drug test result for THC,” Army spokesperson Matt Leonard told the Military Times last year.

Rufo Warns Red States to Prepare for More Election-Year Riots

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) In a recent City Journal op-ed, conservative watchdog Chris Rufo warned that left-wing leaders may stoke riots again in the lead-up to the 2024 election.

Alluding to the Black Lives Matter riots that dominated the summer of 2020, Rufo suggested that a number of causes could be used to justify the next round of violent and lawless protests, stoking political tensions as the pivotal 2024 election approaches.

Aside from the death of a minority at the hands of the police or unrest caused by the brutal economic conditions, Rufo said that the most likely source of such riots would relate to the ongoing lawfare attacks on former President Donald Trump.

Despite the fact that Trump has been indicted on a staggering 91 felony charges, all of them are for spurious reasons beyond what a reasonable prosecutor would consider.

If the cases themselves are not too flimsy to fail, they are likely to be overturned on appeal due to the overreach and prosecutorial abuses of special counsel Jack Smith and district attorneys Fani Willis and Alvin Bragg.

That, in turn, will trigger groups like Antifa, who are waiting in the wings waiting for such an outcome and likely hoping to instigate clashes with right-wing vigilante groups, who will once again be selectively scapegoated as dangerous domestic terrorists.

According to Rufo, this time, the riots could be even worse, given that the Left has spent the past three years preparing and coordinating “a constellation of institutions to support public demonstrations.”

Riots could once again be used as justification for changing the rules to the election, or to shield—via social-media censorship—other potential news revelations that could harm public opinion of the Left.

The Biden administration could even potentially use a declaration of martial law to completely suspend constitutional rights under the auspices of a pre-engineered “national emergency.”

Of course, one must not simply sit back and wait for riots to happen, Rufo argued. Rather, the appropriate approach would be for Republican leaders to pass legislation now, limiting the damage that rioters are able to do without swift legal punishment.

Citing Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis’s “zero tolerance” approach to rioting via the Combating Public Disorder Act, Rufo argued that, even if such legislation gets caught up in court, it sends a “strong signal” that if you riot, “you will pay the price.”

Aside from legal recourse, Rufo also suggested fighting riots via “air war”—that is, by way of trying to shape public opinion.

Such was Trump’s approach to the initial riots of 2020 while containing the better part of the destruction to leftist cities.

However, the former president appeared recently to second-guess his strategy during an Iowa campaign stop, saying that if re-elected he would work aggressively to put down violent urban protests with military force instead.

“The next time, I’m not waiting. One of the things I did was let them run it and we’re going to show how bad a job they do,” he told supporters. “Well, we did that. We don’t have to wait any longer.”

With the benefit of hindsight, Republican leaders now have Democrats’ own precedent to follow as well when dealing with their political allies and enemies.

The Biden Justice Department has arrested more than 1,200 political dissidents who participated in the mostly peaceful Jan. 6, 2021 uprising at the U.S. Capitol.

Meanwhile, blue-run cities like Denver, Philadelphia and New York have issued multimillion-dollar payouts to left-wing rioters, claiming their civil rights were violated by the law-enforcement officers in the course of doing their jobs.

Durbin Signals Willingness to Subpoena Jeffrey Epstein’s Flight Logs

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) Was Sen. Marsha Blackburn, R-Tenn., blocked when she attempted to subpoena Jeffrey Epstein’s flight logs, or was it all just a misunderstanding?

After Blackburn failed to introduce an amendment last week that would have added an Epstein’s flight logs to the Senate Judiciary Committee’s list of forthcoming subpoenas, Blackburn accused the committee’s chair, Sen. Dick Durbin, D-Ill., of stonewalling her.

Last Thursday, Durbin’s office denied Blackburn’s accusation in response to a Headline USA media inquiry. And on Tuesday, Durbin further said he wasn’t aware that Blackburn wanted to include a subpoena of the flight logs—which include the names of numerous politicians, national security officials, businessmen and other power brokers who flew on Epstein’s private plane.

“There were 177 amendments filed. I confess I didn’t know about your amendment,” he said at an FBI oversight hearing.

“I have not spoken to you one time about this issue. I didn’t even know this was a subject of your amendment.”

Blackburn pushed back against Durbin, noting that she announced in early November that she planned to subpoena Epstein’s flight logs. But Durbin maintained he didn’t know about her efforts.

Headline USA understands that Senate congressional staffers are blaming Republicans for “filibustering” throughout last week’s hearing. Since there was a two-hour time limit on the hearing, that filibustering prevented Blackburn from amending the subpoena resolution to include Epstein, according to the Democrats.

Durbin did signal that he’s willing to consider Blackburn’s subpoena.

“I’ll be happy to discuss your request with you,” he said.

Blackburn also raised the Epstein issue with FBI Director Chris Wray during Tuesday’s oversight hearing. The senator cited Epstein’s victims, who said that the FBI refused to investigate the multimillionaire sex trafficker for years.

Indeed, the FBI received a complaint about Epstein as early as 1996.

“What we need from you is a complete investigation as to why the FBI didn’t take this up,” Blackburn told Wray.

Wray pled ignorance about the Epstein case, saying that “it’s been a while since I looked at that case.”

Epstein was arrested in July 2019 and was purportedly found dead in prison a month later.

Wray said he’d take Blackburn’s concerns back to his “team.”

SELLERS: Are Democrats Deliberately Farting as Part of a Sinister Psy-Op?

(Ben Sellers, Headline USA) Considering that the United Nations-backed COP28 conference already is doing more to help subsidize one of the world’s leading fossil-fuels producers, the United Arab Emirates, than to address any meaningful progress, it is fitting that notorious windbag John Kerry, the Biden administration’s climate czar, chose a panel discussion at the Dubai conference on Sunday to—allegedly—emit a loud fart of his own.

According to reports, Kerry seemed almost to use the outburst to punctuate his newly militant stance against the use of coal for energy production.

“Kerry stated, ‘There shouldn’t be any more coal-fired power plants permitted anywhere in the world,’” the Post Millennial wrote.

“He added, ‘I find myself getting more and more militant because I do not understand how adults who are in a position of responsibility can be avoiding responsibility for taking away those things that are killing people on a daily basis…'” it continued. “But that is when the sound of a toxic emission could be heard through the microphone.”

Although the awkwardness came at the end of an applause line and Kerry himself proceeded to talk without any acknowledgement of it, a telltale indicator came in the reaction of Becky Anderson, managing editor of CNN Abu Dhabi, who was seated next to him. With a bewildered expression on her face, she stealthily covered her nose with her finger and turned her head away.

Some conservatives were calling for Kerry to be held accountable after Sunday’s episode.

“The biggest problem is, during this entire exchange, representing us, the United States of America, he ripped a fart out,” Townhall Media’s Larry O’Connor said, according to the New York Post.

“He let loose with flatulence on an international stage,” O’Connor continued. “He should lose his job immediately. John Kerry farted.”

However, Kerry is not even the highest-ranking member of the Biden administration to nearly cause an international incident while breaking wind at a climate conference.

That distinction belongs to President Joe Biden himself who, some will recall, scandalized the then-duchess of Cornwall, Camilla Parker Bowles, during the 2021 COP26 conference in Glasgow.

“It was long and loud and impossible to ignore,” a source told the Daily Mail of the incident, which occurred while Biden was making small talk with the future queen-consort. “Camilla hasn’t stopped talking about it.”

Pictures confirmed that the two engaged in a conversation during a reception at the  Kelvingrove Art Gallery, where then-Prime Minister Liz Truss was also present. Fortunately, the ailing Queen Elizabeth had been confined to bed rest and was not there at the time.

However, it followed shortly in the wake of a reported diaper malfunction that the president had during an audience with Pope Francis.

The Mail went on to note that Biden was, ironically, urging his fellow world leaders to cut methane emissions by 30%.

These episodes both fall on an even broader continuum, though, that points to a disturbing pattern of Democratic flatulence during public discourse, evoking the question as to whether some may be doing it deliberately.

Similar suspicions were raised in October after Rep. Alexandria Ocasio–Cortez let out an apparent fart while accusing Israel of “ethnic cleansing” in a pre-recorded video post for her social-media accounts.

Other notorious offenders have included then-presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, California Rep. Eric Swalwell, New York Rep. Jerrold Nadler and former Obama chief of staff Rahm Emanuel.

While it is unclear what the purpose behind these passive-aggressive acts could be, it may be a diversionary tactic—something like the built-in defense mechanism that skunks use—to redirect the narrative away from scrutiny of some sensitive or controversial point of discussion, such as the Biden administration’s war on energy and the Squad’s anti-Semitism.

On the other hand, it may also be a sort of brazen power move to show those present that the systemic impunity of Democrats’ two-tiered justice is so great, they can even get away with committing the crudest, most unspeakable act imaginable and still face no consequences—nor, indeed, suffer any small measure of personal shame from it.

The normalization of left-wing flatulence, like its recent efforts to push pedophilia onto an unwitting public, might also be the latest ploy to expand their voter base using the lowest common denominator. Could the “incontinent rights” movement be far behind?

Or it might even be the first phase in an even more sinister gaslighting scheme in which Democrat elites are working to condition the public to act like they never actually farted at all.

Perhaps in phase two of the plan, they will find a way of blaming innocent bystanders for the vulgarity, just as the Biden administration has sought to pin his low poll numbers on public ignorance about how great things really are.

FBI STILL Pushing National Operation against Catholics, House Judiciary Finds

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) After a leaked FBI intelligence bulletin showed in February that the FBI was spying on “radical-traditionalist Catholics,” bureau Director Chris Wray apologized for the matter and claimed that the surveillance of Catholics was a mistake, and that the FBI didn’t mean to infringe on their First Amendment rights.

However, the House Judiciary Committee said Monday that the FBI is still having internal discussions about including radical Catholics as part of a nationwide operation against “racially motivated violent extremists.”

Citing an interview with FBI Richmond’s Special Agent in Charge, Stanley Meador, the committee said in a report that “there have been some discussions … throughout the months of a desire to still try and get this information out somehow.”

“This revelation is disturbing because the memorandum relied on biased sources and a single investigation, suggesting that the memorandum and its contents are not fully supported,” the Judiciary Committee said in its report.

“Yet, despite the shortcomings of the Richmond memorandum and the widespread criticism for its creation, the FBI still apparently desires to convey the outrageous message that some Catholic Americans with traditional beliefs pose a domestic terror threat to our country.”

The Judiciary Committee has also shown that Director Wray lied when he said earlier this year that the Catholic spying scandal was limited to “a single field office” in Richmond, Virgina.

Indeed, the committee released the leaked intelligence bulletin leaked in August—the version leaked in February was heavily redacted—showing that both FBI Portland and FBI Los Angeles field offices were involved in or contributed to the creation of FBI’s assessment of traditional Catholics as potential domestic terrorists.

The document also revealed that an undercover FBI employee in California was reporting on the activities of the “radical” Catholics.

“The FBI relied on information derived from at least one undercover employee and sought to use local religious organizations as ‘new avenues for tripwire and source development,’” the committee said.

“This proposed outreach plan included contacting so-called ‘mainline Catholic parishes’ and the local ‘diocesan leadership,’” it continued. “The documents reveal that the FBI also expressed an interest in ‘leverag[ing] existing sources and/or initiat[ing] Type 5 Assessments to develop new sources with the placement and access’ to report on suspicious activity.”

Along with being criticized for spying on Catholics, the FBI has been blasted for citing Southern Poverty Law Center information in its intelligence bulletin as the justification for its activities.

Trump Trashes ‘Dirty Grandpa’ Star DeNiro after Unhinged Awards-Show Rant

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Presidential candidate Donald Trump lobbed an unapologetic rebuke against actor-turned-DNC-mouthpiece Robert De Niro, who criticized the former president during yet another Hollywood speech.

“De Niro should focus on his life, which is a mess, rather than the lives of others. He has become a total loser, as the World watches, waits, and laughs!” Trump said in a scathing Truth Social post.

Trump’s response was prompted by De Niro’s claim that his speech at the Gotham Awards had been edited to remove any mention of Trump. The actor accused the show of tampering with his words, leading to an uninspiring outburst during the event.

“I just want to say one thing. The beginning of my speech was edited, cut out, I didn’t know about it. And I want to read it,” De Niro claimed regarding his anti-Trump speech.

He then proceeded to read a section of his speech directly attacking Trump.

“Lying has become just another tool in the charlatan’s arsenal,” De Niro stated, garnering little praise from the crowd. “The former president lied to us more than 30,000 times during his four years in office, and he’s keeping up the pace in his current campaign of retribution. But with all his lies, he can’t hide his soul.”

While De Niro’s speech gained leftist praise on Twitter, conservatives dismissing it as another award show moment targeting Trump. The former president, on the other hand, didn’t hold back in his Truth Social posts.

“Robert De Niro is a ‘mental midget’ whose mind is shot, and whose life is a total train wreck. Very much like Crooked Joe Biden, he can’t put two sentences together. The good news is that this crude and very stupid ‘animal’ has lost all credibility!” the former president remarked.

De Niro, a longstanding critic of Trump, has extended his criticism beyond the former president. In a November 2020 interview with The View, De Niro aimed his partisan ire at Trump supporters, issuing a dire threat.

“They should be afraid of what’s gonna happen later when he’s not around, and they’re gonna try and crawl back, the ones that would have the gall to try and crawl back,” De Niro said of Trump voters. “It’s gonna be—it’s going to be interesting to see.”

Additionally, this isn’t the first instance of De Niro using an awards ceremony to lash out at Trump. At the 2018 Tony Awards, the actor exclaimed: “I’m gonna stay one thing: F—k Trump. It’s no longer ‘Down with Trump,’ it’s ‘F—k Trump.”

That same year, he criticized Republicans as a whole, claiming, “I’m not so much concerned about Republicans believing Trump’s bellowing bulls—t about fake news. They’re not that stupid, most of them, but they’re pretty f—ing stupid.”
