Update: Hunter’s Ex-BFF Devon Archer to Testify for House Oversight

'We are going to be able to ask very specific crimes committed by various members of the Biden family...'

Update: Among the whistleblowers teased by House Oversight Committee chairman James Comer, R-Ky., appeared to be none other than Devon Archer, the embattled former business partner of Hunter Biden who sat with him on the board of Burisma.

While the president’s son has skated for many of his crimes, Archer has faced a series of legal woes related to felonious business ventures, including an attempt to defraud a Native American tribe in upstate New York.

Archer’s downfall from a once privileged position within the Biden crime syndicate to a cast-off has-been reportedly has impacted all aspects of his life, leaving him devastated and financially wrecked.

Now weeks away from beginning a federal prison sentence, Archer is due to testify before the Republican-led House committee on July 24, Just the News reported.

It remained unclear whether Archer had struck some sort of deal with Congressional lawmakers or was planning to act as a cooperative witness to their efforts, although indications from Comer hinted that he could be ready to spill the beans and present damning new evidence about Hunter Biden’s foreign influence-peddling, as well as other crimes.

However, Comer was unable to secure a trove of documents from Archer that had been confiscated by the FBI and remained locked in storage as it slow-walks its own Biden probes while waiting for the statutes of limitations to expire.

“The cache of documents freezes in time all of the essential communications that Devon was part of, including documents and evidence that weren’t recovered from the Hunter Biden laptop,” a person briefed on the matter told Just the News. –Ben Sellers, Headline USA

(Luis CornelioHeadline USA) In a recent interview on Fox News’s Sunday Morning Futures, Rep. James Comer, R-Ky., offered new details on the ongoing investigation into alleged influence peddling by the Biden family. Comer hinted at the upcoming testimony from whistleblowers, effectively issuing a warning to the Biden family and their alleged shady businesses.

According to Comer, the Republican-led House Judiciary Committee made significant discoveries regarding bank transactions involving the Biden family and said they’ve found even more bank transactions from foreign countries.

“This family has been receiving money from all over the planet,” Comer said. “Wednesday, we are bringing the whistleblowers in. These are credible career IRS employees who have never blown the whistle on anything. One is a very partisan Democrat, we are excited it’s going to be a bipartisan panel.”

Comer also highlighted the specific focus of the hearing. “We are going to be able to ask very specific crimes committed by various members of the Biden family,” Comer added. “There’s a lot of talk back and forth about whether they should’ve been in charge of money laundering or they should’ve been charged with wire fraud.”

Expressing his anticipation for the hearing’s outcome, Comer stated, “We will dive into that in a public setting where every American will have the opportunity to watch this hearing live and I think the America people will be satisfied with the answers we get.”

The Biden family, particularly President Joe Biden, has been under heavy scrutiny after several IRS employees blew the whistle on apparent favoritism and political protection of the first family, who for years have benefited from foreign business dealings.

These IRS whistleblowers alleged that U.S. District Attorney David Weiss of Delaware sought to pursue harsher charges against Hunter Biden, the president’s son, but was blocked by the DOJ.

Comer, with the help of another whistleblower, unveiled the existence of a damning FBI informant file that details an alleged bribery scheme involving Biden when he served as vice president under the Obama administration.
