(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) In a recent decision the high court in Nevada upheld the hand-counting of ballots in the state after lawfare Democrat operative Marc Elias aided organizations in their attempt to banish the practice.
The Nevada Supreme Court affirmed the decision of a lower court that allowed counties to hand-count votes during the 2022 midterm elections.
The lower court’s decision was challenged by the Progressive Leadership Alliance of Nevada, which wished to guarantee the electronic counting of ballots instead.
Given the abundance of vote fraud, especially related to voting technologies, the people of Nevada simply wished to double-check the counting.
The PLAN organization is related to Mark Elias.
Specifically, PLAN was challenging Nye County in Nevada, which said it “will engage in a ‘parallel tabulation’ process that involves running paper ballots through the typical mechanical tabulators and checking the results with an additional hand count of all ballots.”
In the Court’s opinion, they noted that PLAN did not show how “invalidating the regulation or enjoining the Secretary of State via a preliminary injunction would not prevent counties from conducting secondary hand counts of ballots if they chose to do so.”
The guidance will be in place for the upcoming election only, and will have to be revisited in the future.
Elies has a long history of interefering with American elections in order to serve his own leftist political agenda.
In the past decade alone, Elias has:
- Tried to stop the state of New Hampshire from enacting voter ID laws.
- Colluded with failed Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton to undermine former President Donald Trump’s victory by claiming Russian collusion.
- Attempted to gerrymander district lines in New York state in order to guarantee Democratic victories across the state.
- Aided the militarized FBI raid of Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home to recover documents that he legally took with him from the White House.
