(John Ransom, Headline USA) A sleuth on Twitter may have done the job that the press refuses to do in discovering that Hunter Biden’s Malibu pad is adjacent to a posh rehab clinic.
Perhaps that’s the real reason why Hunter moved to Malibu—so he could attend rehab as a part of his “new-man” story, as the criminal proceedings draw out, while maintaining the ability to live the life artist, business kingpin, and son of president of the United States.
Hunter’s previous failed efforts at rehab are tragically documented in text exchanges on his abandoned laptop, which relay his torrid relationship with his brother’s widow, Hallie, as well as an inappropriate relationship with one of his own teenage nieces. The hard drive also contains photos of a naked Hunter appearing to smoke crack-cocaine.
Throughout it all, future President Joe Biden was aware of his son’s serious drug and sex addictions, lamenting that Hunter’s “disease” had come from him.
But apart from a personal memoir and a foray into art dealership, Hunter’s whereabouts during his father’s 2020 campaign and presidency have been notably opaque, with #WheresHunter becoming a frequent trending topic.
This week’s revelation that he had taken up residence in a swanky Malibu pad with a $50,000 monthly bill subsidized by taxpayers may only be part of the story.

Posting on Twitter, Peachy Keenan explained that she remembered that there was a now-closed rehab clinic nearby that was used by Ben Affleck and took the added step of checking to see if another one had opened, which indeed it has.
“It turns out that Promises is now closed, but a NEW ultra-private celebrity rehab now operates in a house next door to where Promises used to be: Cliffside Malibu,” said Peachy Keenan on Twitter.

It turns out the with a the address information and Google maps, Keenan may have outed the Biden secret to why he suddenly decamped to Malibu.
A Google search of the address in question had multiple listings for a Cliffside Malibu Substance Abuse Facility.
CLIFFSIDE MALIBU Substance Abuse Rehabilitation Facility Address: 20729 Rockcroft Dr., Malibu, CA 90265 CLIFFSIDE MALIBU (NPI# 1598991168) is a health care provider registered in Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), National Plan and Provider Enumeration System (NPPES).
A map included by Keenan shows where the Biden house is and the Cliffside facility, which is adjacent by about 100 yards door-to-door.
Over the weekend, the press was worked up about the fact that the Secret Service was renting a $30,000-per-month estate right next door to Hunter, but no one from the press bothered to talk to any of the celebrity press at places like TMZ, which likely remember the old rehab facility, if not the new one.
“Secret Service paying over $30K per month for Malibu mansion to protect Hunter Biden. The luxury rental property has ‘gorgeous ocean views,’ according to its listing,” tweeted Rep. Jim Banks, R-Ind., indignantly.
And a big secret.
It’s more likely that some people in the press did know that there was a rehab facility across the street, but in another effort to protect the Biden family, decided not to publish the information.
When they write the history of this era, the press will be known not as muckrakers but as muck-hiders—at least for the Democrats.
