The Secret Service admitted it had destroyed the records of a 2009 fight involving one of its agents and then-Vice President Joe Biden that stemmed from Biden allegedly cupping the breasts of the agent’s wife.
“We had to cancel the VP Christmas get together at the Vice President’s house because Biden would grope all of our wives and girlfriend’s asses,” said the unnamed whistleblower.
“He would mess with every single woman or teen,” the agent continued. “It was horrible.”
As for the 2009 assault, the victim’s husband reportedly was suspended for a week after “shoving Biden,” who had groped the man’s wife while the couple was posing with him for a photo.
“The situation got so heated … that others had to step in to prevent the agent from hitting the then-Vice President,” the whistleblowing agent revealed to the Gateway Pundit.
The Secret Service insisted following the recent Freedom of Information lawsuit that the records had been destroyed due to “retention standards,” Judicial Watch said in a press release.
Nonetheless, JudicialWatch President Tom Fitton said the official acknowledgment of the incident was a victory unto itself.
“We had not been able to confirm whether the report about the alleged altercation might be true until the Secret Service itself suggested it destroyed records about the incident,” Fitton said.
In the wake of the #MeToo movement, greater scrutiny has been placed on such indiscretions involving powerful men.
Hollywood mogul and longtime Democrat megadonor Harvey Weinstein is now serving prison time for his long history of casting-couch rapes.
Likewise, former Sen. Al Franken, D-Minn., was forced to resign over a photo that showed him cupping the breasts of a woman while she slept.
Many of Biden’s uncomfortable and uninvited gropes also have been caught on camera, including a widely publicized video of him massaging and sniffing the hair of Stephanie Carter, the wife of then-Secretary of Defense Ash Carter.
Another notorious video depicts Biden intimately whispering in the ear of Sen. Chris Coons’s underage daughter, much to the girl’s obvious discomfort.
Although former congressional aide Tara Reade came public with credible accusations of a sexual assault that garnered headlines earlier this year, Biden has continued to stonewall on it, backed by many in the mainstream media.
The New York Times dismissed Reade’s allegations, despite supporting testimony from several witnesses and a contemporaneous video that appeared to show Reade’s now-deceased mother discussing the rape in a phone call to Larry King Live.
The University of Delaware, which houses Biden’s official papers from his 36 years in the Senate, has refused to grant access to the archives.
The owner of a Minneapolis salon burned to the ground during the riots over George Floyd’s death in May said that the city slapped her with a $200,000 bill and tore down the building instead of helping the nearby businesses rebuild.
“I haven’t gotten anything, not a penny,” Flora Westbrooks, owner of Flora’s Hair Designs, told Fox News on Thursday.
“[The] bill is going to be over $200,000 just for tearing things down and putting up a fence there,” she added, “so it’s going to be lots of money that I can’t afford that I don’t have.”
When asked by the city decided to tear down the building, Casper Hill, the city media relations manager, said it was to “protect the public” since the building was at risk of collapsing.
But it’s clear, according to Westbrooks, that local officials don’t care about the plight of local businesses—because if they did, they would have done more to crack down on the riots back in May.
The police “never showed up” when rioters set her business on fire, Westbrook recalled, and she “didn’t see any police at all patrol my area.”
“I just feel like I’m alone and I’m sure other business owners feel the same as I do,” Westbrooks said.

To help Westbrooks, community members set up a GoFundMe page that describes her business as a “pillar on Broadway Avenue where men, women, and children came to get beautified and had history lessons from elders in the community.”
“My plan is to rebuild my business,” she told Fox News. “I built that business myself and I just want my business back. That’s all I want, to just get my life back. I want my life back.”
Smith admitted that Nash, who is a two-time league MVP, “deserves the job,” and acknowledged that the team’s two star players, Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant, who are both black, supported the hire.
But, he said, there were several black candidates the Nets could have chosen.
“You just want to scream. You want to scream to high heavens. How the hell does this always happen for somebody else other than us?” Smith said.
Why is it that we have to be twice as good to get half as much?,” Smith complained. “Why is it that no matter what we do and how hard we work and how we go through the process and the terrain of everything, somehow, someway, there’s another excuse to ignore that criteria, to ignore those credentials, and instead bypass it and make an exception to the rule for someone other than us?”
The protests taking place in Democrat-run cities across the country are another symptom of this “frustration” that is “emanating from the black community and disenfranchised communities,” Smith argued.
“I’m depressed right now because I have to bring that up,” Smith added.
Smith’s ESPN colleague, Jay Williams, pushed back on Smith’s claim that white privilege was at play.
“Come on SA,” Williams, a former NBA player, said.
“Steve Nash being chosen over Mark Jackson/Ty Lue is not ‘white privilege’ … two superstar black athletes ultimately made the decision, and we know who they are and what they are about.”
Outkick founder Clay Travis agreed with Williams and argued that there is plenty of evidence that black athletes and coaches have just as much, if not more, opportunity in the league as white players.

A George Washington University professor agreed to “cancel” herself after admitting that she is white even though she claimed to be black for many years.
“For the better part of my adult life, every move I’ve made, every relationship I’ve formed, has been rooted in the napalm toxic soil of lies,” 38-year-old professor Jessica Krug wrote in a Medium post titled “The Truth, and the Anti-black Violence of My Lies.”
“To an escalating degree over my adult life, I have eschewed my lived experience as a white Jewish child in suburban Kansas City under various assumed identities within a blackness that I had no right to claim: first North African blackness, then US rooted blackness, then Caribbean rooted Bronx blackness,” she wrote. “I have built my life on a violent anti-black lie, and I have lied in every breath I have taken.”
However, Krug argued that she has not been living a double life because she never lived another life outside of her “false narrative.”
“There is no parallel form of my adulthood connected to white people or a white community or an alternative white identity. I have lived this lie, fully, completely, with no exit plan or strategy,” she wrote in the article. “I have no identity outside of this. I have never developed one.”
She then claimed that her mental health issues were the reason she decided to claim to be a black woman.
“Mental health issues likely explain why I assumed a false identity initially, as a youth, and why I continued and developed it for so long,” she added.
“When I was a teenager fleeing trauma, I could just run away to a new place and become a new person,” she continued. “But this isn’t trauma that anyone imposed on me, this is harm that I have enacted onto so many others. There is nowhere to run. I have ended the life I had no right to live in the first place.”
“I am a coward,” she said. “You should absolutely cancel me, and I absolutely cancel myself.”
Three radical Democrat congresswomen introduced a bill on Thursday that would declare “structural racism” a public health crisis, and force the federal government to create a center to tackle racial disparities in the health care system.
The bill, called the “Anti-Racism in Public Health Act,” was introduced by Sen. Elizabeth Warren and Rep. Ayanna Pressley, both of Massachusetts; and Rep. Barbara Lee of California.
It would require the federal government to begin actively developing an “anti-racist health policy,” citing the coronavirus pandemic and ongoing protests as proof that the U.S. must change to better help minority communities.
“It is time we start treating structural racism like we would treat any other public health problem or disease: investing in research into its symptoms and causes and finding ways to mitigate its effects,” Warren said in a statement.
“My bill with Representatives Lee and Pressley is a first step to create anti-racist federal health policy that studies and addresses disparities in health outcomes at their roots,” she continued.
This legislation would create a “National Center for Anti-Racism” as part of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to research the health impacts of racism.
As part of this center, at least three regional locations would be dedicated to education the public and coordination health care services, the bill states.
The legislation would also create a “Law Enforcement Violence Prevention Program” at the CDC to combat “police brutality.”
“For far too long, our federal government has failed to recognize and address the structural racism that has devastated Black and brown communities and denied access to quality health care,” Pressley, a member of the so-called “Squad,” said in a statement.
“With the COVID-19 pandemic unveiling and exacerbating racial disparities in health outcomes, it is time we recognize and treat structural racism and police brutality as the public health crises that they are,” she said.
Pressley pointed to data in her own district that found black and Hispanic people represent 65% of coronavirus cases despite making up only about 44% of Boston’s population.
Research has confirmed that minorities are disproportionately affected by COVID-19, but mostly because they tend to have more underlying health conditions compared to white Americans, according to various studies.
Google has launched personalized news podcasts that gather audio snippets based on data that the company collects from users, Wired reported.
The service performs in a similar way to auto-generated, personalized music playlists, where the songs come from a person’s preferences.
“We want to expand what podcasting is to include more newsy content that you have to work less hard to find,” says Liz Gannes, product manager for Google News.
“People want to listen where it’s convenient to them,” she said. “That’s why podcasting is blowing up.”
The personalized news aggregation service is called “Your News Update.”
Google’s goal is to make the 90-minute podcast sound similar to a continuous news broadcast, even though it draws from various sources, so that people feel like they are listening to a well-organized presentation of the day’s news.
“It’s a bunch of stories, but we don’t want it to feel like we’re just pulling stuff out of a hat,” said Hannah McBride, a conversation designer at Google.
“So we have this voice that is sort of connecting it all,” she said. “It introduces each topic and, in some cases, will even be really specific about what the story is about. It will guide you through the experience.”
The news update begins with short clips about the day’s top headlines, and then it will transition into longer-form stories.
Google’s news update began last November, but it was limited to simple text-to-speech readings of news articles.
In order to select personalized stories, Google draws from user data, such as location and search history.
The program allows users to choose if they would like their news update to prioritize local stories and sources.
“Local is this incredibly important part of the news experience, and even more so in a news moment where you want to learn more about how the news is directly affecting you,” Gannes sid. “Say, in a pandemic or wildfire, the local version of the news is really what hits close to home.”
The charges will largely relate to how the company has used its search engine to dominate the online advertising business, Attorney General Bill Barr said.
They will be the conclusion of a nearly year-long investigation into the anti-competitive conduct in Google’s online advertising business, conducted by 40 DOJ lawyers.
The DOJ launched the investigation last year to review to review “whether and how market-leading online platforms have achieved market power and are engaging in practices that have reduced competition, stifled innovation, or otherwise harmed consumers.”
The lawyers who worked on the case reportedly told Barr they wanted more time to build their case against Google, which could be one of the biggest antitrust cases in U.S. history, but Barr overruled them and moved forward with his September deadline, according to the Times.
The Trump administration could use this case to prove to voters that President Trump takes seriously his promise to hold Big Tech accountable.
Google is easily the most formidable technology corporation out there, and these charges could pose a significant threat to its business model.
Critics of Google want the company to change its business activities, and some even have called for an entire breakup of the company.
The DOJ’s case against Google could enjoy broad bipartisan support. Last year, a coalition of the top legal officers from 50 states and territories announced that it would investigate Google’s monopolistic practices.
“We are acting as one team to launch a fair investigation that will follow the facts, said D.C. Attorney General Karl Racine, who is a Democrat.
Only California, where Google’s Silicon Valley headquarters are located, and Alabama, did not join the nationwide investigation.
Officials at a North Carolina middle school cut out Bible verses on the back cover of more than 600 academic planners that were donated by a local church, WSOCTV reported.
Roger Hayes, a parent at East Alexander Middle School, said he cannot believe that school’s administration would cut up the planners to remove two passages from Philippians and Jeremiah.
“That hurt my feelings, it really did,” Hayes said. “This society right now, I think we need God in our lives and Jesus in our lives and this tears my heart apart.”

Over the summer, Sulphur Springs Baptist Church asked how it could help the school.
After learning that East Alexander needed planners, the church spent $2,000 to have them made.
“We just put them back there for encouragement. We know the school year ended rough last year. We know coming back with split days,” Assistant Pastor James Safrit said.
Principal Kristie Love said the Bible verses infringe upon the rights of students.
But Hayes disagreed.
“Why couldn’t it be my decision or my child’s decision to take it off?” Hayes asked.
Love said Sulphur Springs Baptist Church did not tell her that the Bible verses would be included on the planners.
“It is an individual student’s right to share their beliefs—religious or otherwise, but not the public school’s role to indoctrinate them with any religious teachings,” Alexander County Schools said in a statement.
About half of the school’s students received the planners. Those students who have not yet received one will not get one.
A video montage of Democrats calling for violence surfaced this week after leftist leaders finally decided to shift tactics.
Instead of celebrating the ongoing race riots, they now blame President Donald Trump for fomenting the turmoil.
It’s textbook Saul Alinsky stuff: push a negative through until it becomes a positive and use the other side’s own values against it.
Such has been the modus operandi of the Left since at least the Clinton era.
But it has metastasized in the standoff with Trump, whom many still refuse to acknowledge as anything more than the “current occupant” of the White House in order to justify their outlandish removal efforts.
The most recent example is the deflection by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., after she was caught ignoring lock-down mandates with a private hairdressing appointment at a San Francisco salon.
Pelosi’s response—demanding that the salon apologize for ‘setting her up’—seems bizarre through any lens other than the mind of a pathological liar, or that of the deranged mainstream media reflexively circling the wagons for “Madame Speaker.”
Sadly, these cynical and systemic abuses must force any who wish to preserve some shred of American culture and electoral integrity to do the otherwise unthinkable: play by the Left’s own rule book.
Down to the Crossroads

Democrats paid lip service at their convention to wooing morally outraged NeverTrumpers like CNN correspondent John Kasich and a corral of irrelevant Deep StateRINOs whom they trotted out from their post-retirement pasture.
But it only underscored how broken the system was before Trump—and how desperate his critics are to refill the swamp, courtesy of a handsy career politician with a four-decade track record of legislative failure who loves to flash his pearly-white dentures.
Joe Biden, however, is not the person to restore ethics, nor to broker genuine bipartisan compromise—and they know it.
In fact, the only thing scarier than a Biden administration led by the progressive puppet-masters he answers to is the thought of a dementia-wracked Biden actually calling the shots himself.
Although DNC party wags spoke of courting their own version of “Reagan Democrats,” they missed (or ignored) the point that Reagan, himself, had been a Democrat before switching parties.
His message was not about forcing the opposition to capitulate to an otherwise unpalatable position, but rather bringing his adversaries in line with a unifying national vision.
No Room for Compromise

Had Trump truly posed an “existential” threat that Democrats needed to rescue the nation from, they would have thrown all their energies into pushing a true blue-dog moderate like Tulsi Gabbard. (Instead, Hillary Clinton smeared Gabbard with her tried-and-true Russia conspiracy theories.)
Or they might have run a Mitt Romney, who could lure away some “fly over” states with a platform of moral rectitude and compassionate-conservative leadership, similar to the pitch made by George W. Bush after the Clinton era.
But rather than expand their base with an appeal to conservative values, Democrats doubled down on radicalism, using cheap production makeup to conceal the cracks as nearly-fossilized party figures like the Clintons and Michael Bloomberg led the way backward at the DNC convention.
Republicans, meanwhile, masterfully made their pitch to minorities, with the Trumpian vision of the party’s future borrowing from the best precepts of Reagan—and even reclaiming the spirit of Abraham Lincoln, a president long ago appropriated by the Left.
It was fitting that the GOP spent so much time invoking Lincoln, the first Republican president, while seeking to liberate black voters from the Democrat plantation in a time of bitter and divisive acrimony.
Yet, we are reminded in the video above that celebrities like Johnny Depp and Madonna have, from the moment Trump took office, been invoking Lincoln in a far grimmer and more ignominious way.
“When was the last time an actor assassinated a president,” asked the unhinged Pirates of the Caribbean star in what may have been another one of his fabled drug-benders.
A Corrupt Bargain

If history repeats itself, the Left is currently hoping to usher in the post-Lincoln cycle.
Already, House Democrats have brought us an impeachment redux similar to that faced by Lincoln’s successor, Andrew Johnson.
They now aim to turn the November election into something resembling the notorious Compromise of 1877.
Following Ulysses S. Grant’s exit, a deeply split electorate supported Southern Democrat Samuel Tilden, but the election swung by a single vote to Republican Rutherford B. Hayes.
To quell the ensuing crisis, Hayes ended the Southern Reconstruction era by withdrawing the remaining Union troops from the occupied former Confederacy.
This time, the two parties would be reversed: The populist Republican candidate may lose on a technicality, such as a lawsuit involving disputed mail-in ballots. But in return for giving power back to the corrupt establishment, Democrats, too, may extend a false olive branch.
Biden already has hinted that the radical occupying forces who are currently sowing chaos in cities like Portland, Seattle, Chicago, New York and Kenoshamight withdraw—but only if he is handed victory.
If we want peace, all we need to do is give up our freedom.
Of course, Democrats also are doing all they can to muddy the waters of a Trump re-election by using a barrage of mail-in votes to make the final outcome as ambiguous as possible.
They have nothing to lose, it seems, from eroding public faith in electoral institutions since formalities such as voting would be moot under their long-range plan for permanent leftist majorities that would realign the current two-party system to “liberal” vs. “progressive.”
They admitted that by refusing to certify the vote in key swing states with blue governors they could ride out the Trump term with no clear winner, making Pelosi the president by default on Jan. 20, which would have been Inauguration Day.
With the hope of a peaceful and decisive resolution off the table, Americans who support the status quo of freedom and democracy must acknowledge three things:
Democrats will not accept a second Trump term under any circumstances.
Democrats will aim to win by any means necessary, including rigging the election.
Democrats, if they win, will stack the deck to ensure no Republican majority can ever legally and peacefully regain control of government.
The only way the Right can answer back is by taking the fight into the Left’s own turf, using guerilla tactics—like those it has used to subvert the system—in order to restore it.
Whatever the Left is doing, to undo it requires following the same rules and parameters through which they have gone about bending to their own devises.
Ever politically savvy in this area, Trump recently roiled the media by suggesting his supporters should vote twice: once using a mail-in ballot and once in the polling place.
This underscored months of concerns outlined by the president and his supporters—which the media had, heretofore, diminished by claiming, contrary to considerable evidence, that there was “no evidence” of systemic vote fraud.
Following Trump’s suggestion, miraculously, many on the Left are now rushing to clarify the questions raised over the legality of double-voting, with no mention of their previous ennui.
Republicans also should be investing massive efforts into initiatives like ballot-harvesting, which California and other blue states have used successfully to turn their governments into a monolithic, one-party machine.
If nothing else, the GOP should focus on dispatching vote-collectors to San Francisco, where they may unseat Pelosi and force a succession crisis among Democrats over who will be allowed to steal the White House in January.
The young men sued Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., and Rep. Deb. Haaland, D-N.M., for defamation over tweets that the two politicians sent.
“Omaha elder and Vietnam War veteran Nathan Phillips endured hateful taunts with dignity and strength, then urged us all to do better. Listen to his words,” Warren said in a false representation of the encounter.
“The students’ display of blatant hate, disrespect, and intolerance is a signal of how common decency has decayed under this administration. Heartbreaking,” Haaland wrote in a tweet.
Judge Eric L. Clay authored the opinion, which Judges Helene N. White and Chad A. Readler agreed to.
The judges found that the Federal Tort Claims Act protects legislators from lawsuits because it considers them to be federal employees.
Clay wrote that Warren and Haaland’s false tweets were services to their constituents.
The tweets “were calculated to serve the interests of defendants’ constituents (i.e., employers) by informing them of defendants’ views regarding a topical issue and related legislation,” Clay wrote.
It’s unclear how the tweets related to public policy or legislation.
“Congressmembers routinely broadcast their views on pending legislation and related current events through press releases, televised speeches, interviews, and, as in the present case, through social media postings,” Clay wrote.
He describe the tweets as “errands” for constituents that are roughly equivalent to “preparing so-called ‘news letters’ to constituents, news releases, and speeches delivered outside the Congress.”
