NYC Dem. Mayor Says Costs of Illegal Aliens Could Reach $12B

() New York City Mayor Eric Adams says the cost of sheltering tens of thousands of illegal immigrants across the city could rise to $12 billion in coming years as he pushes for more help from the state and federal governments.

Even Adams himself has lately begun to acknowledge that the root cause of the issue is the Biden adminstration’s abject refusal to enforce federal immigration law at the southern border, where open-borders activists are coaching Third-World colonizers to claim asylum status, even if they have no credible reason for doing so.

Nonetheless, Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas has allowed many to enter the country with little way of tracking or processing them once they arrive, shifting the burden to the localities themselves to deal with the problem.

In a televised address on Wednesday, Adams laid out updated figures the so-called asylum-seeker crisis will cost New York City’s taxpayers over the next two fiscal years without policy changes and additional financial support. He said New York City “has been left to pick up the pieces of a broken immigration system.”

“Our compassion may be limitless, but our resources are not,” Adams said in his remarks on Wednesday. “This is the budgetary reality we are facing if we don’t get the additional support we need.”

Over 100,000 migrants have come through New York City in the past year amid a surge of immigration along the southern border. The surge coincided with the end of the pandemic-era Title 42 policy that required migrants to stay in Mexico while requesting asylum, which expired in May.

At least 144,571 migrants were encountered crossing the U.S.-Mexico border in June, averaging more than 4,800 crossings daily, according to the latest U.S. Customs and Border Protection data.

Republican governors in border states have been critical of the Biden administration’s response to the surge. They’ve been sending groups of undocumented immigrants to Democratic strongholds in Washington, D.C., New York City, Boston and Chicago.

New York City is providing housing, food and other necessities for more than 65,000 migrants, which Adams says has pushed the emergency shelter system to the brink.

The Adams administration has opened nearly 190 emergency shelters in city-owned buildings, hotels and other locations and 13 humanitarian relief centers serving as processing centers for new arrivals.

On Monday, Adams announced plans to build a new taxpayer-funded tent city on New York City’s Randall Island to house about 2,000 men.

The Adams administration says it costs about $385 a night to house and feed a migrant family.

More than $140 million in federal funds have been allocated to New York City to support migrants, but Adams says that isn’t enough to cover the cost of caring for migrants arriving in the thousands.

“New Yorkers did not create an international humanitarian crisis, but our city’s residents have been left to deal with this crisis almost entirely on our own,” he said.

Retiring Cop Roasts Seattle Dems. for Making City ‘a Playground for Anarchists and Criminals’

(Robert Jonathan, Headline USA) On her way out the door from a job that she once loved, a longtime Seattle cop lambasted the police chief, the mayor and the woke city council for their soft-on-crime policies that have allowed the Democrat-run city to descend into “anarchy and chaos.”

Instead of filling out the standard exit paperwork, now-retired Lt. Jessica Taylor went freestyle with a 15-page, “unfiltered, raw, and unapologetic” resignation letter to Chief Adrian Diaz in which she underscored that the local leadership cabal is failing Seattle residents by ignoring rampant lawlessness.

“[T]he state of the Seattle Police Department and this city is a disgrace,” Taylor declared in one of the opening paragraphs at the outset of the letter, an epistle that contained a lot to unpack.

“The toxic mix of the Seattle City Council’s absurdity, the spinelessness of the Mayor, the leniency of the prosecutor’s office, and your failed leadership has accelerated this city’s downhill slide straight to rock bottom,“ she asserted in a rhetorical mic drop.

“The problems were already brewing before you came on the scene, but since your arrival, it’s been a free fall into anarchy & chaos.”

According to Taylor, who served on the force for more than 20 years and retired effective Aug. 1, the far-left council, in particular, prioritizes “radical ideologies” at the expense of public safety, with the net result is that Seattle has devolved “into a playground for anarchists and criminals.”

The council, she insisted seems “utterly unconcerned with the devastating consequences of their actions. If you haven’t noticed, the criminals are running this city.”

In that context, she insinuated that that Mayor Bruce Harrell and Chief Diaz are just go-along-to-get-along politicians.

As far as the chief — whose ascendancy was allegedly fast tracked in bypassing more qualified candidates — Taylor called him out, among other things, as someone “willing to throw the entire department under the bus” to get a promotion to “the fancy corner office.”

In allegedly serving his ambition, he failed Seattle citizens who “are getting hurt and killed in this city left and right.”

She also warned that the police department is dangerously understaffed.

In a scenario that has also played out in other Democrat-controlled municipalities, about 600 police officers left the Seattle department after the 2020 BLM-related unrest and the city’s defund-the-police movement, faced termination for refusing to comply with coronavirus vaccination mandates, or simply retired or transferred.

Taylor herself was apparently sidelined for about two years by the COVID jab mandate.

In a conversation with Seattle talk show host Jason Rantz, the journalist and former Tucker Carlson Tonight contributor who first reported on her letter, Taylor implied that the manpower shortage in terms of cops actually on the street and deployable is much worse that what city officials are letting on.

She praised the overworked officers still on the job for doing their best to protect the citizenry particularly given the lack of support from city hall.

After the letter went public, the veteran officer told Fox News that when she moved to Seattle in 1998, the city was beautiful and clean, including a police force that enjoyed an outstanding reputation.

“But over the years, it has just gone from the very top to the very bottom.”

In a separate FNC appearance, ex-Lt. Taylor opined that law and order in Seattle markedly deteriorated when the city notoriously allowed anarchists and vagrants to set up a so-called autonomous zone (a.k.a. CHAZ or CHOP) in a large section of downtown during the 2020 protests.

“The city of Seattle is just a hot mess,” she told host Jesse Watters. “And I just can’t participate in it any longer.”

In a variation on this theme, it recently came to light that Seattle firefighters boning up for the lieutenant exam have to study social justice along with mastering first-responder skills.

Gingrich Advises House GOP to Move Slowly on Impeaching Biden

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich suggested in a Wednesday interview with NBC that Republicans take their time as they pursue the impeachment of President Joe Biden, The Hill reported.

When asked what he would tell Republican House Speaker Kevin McCarthy, Gingrich said he would take his time and give borderline Republicans ample chance to get on board.

“Open the inquiry, but go very slow,” Gingrich said.

According to the congressional veteran, the impeachment trial must be given time to marinate.

“We should open the inquiry, because it allows them to ask a broader range of questions,” Gingrich continued. “But we should move very, very, very slowly beyond that.”

In short, he noted, an impeachment hearing is a “good idea” but that “impeachment itself is a terrible idea” because of the swing seats one could lose in the House as a result.

The potential impeachment would stem from revelations made last month resulting from Republican investigations into the Biden family business, particularly its dealings with foreign powers.

According to Gingrich, what they found does indeed “rise to the level of an impeachment inquiry.”

Gingrich himself is also a veteran when it comes to leading impeachment trials, having gone head-to-head with former President Bill Clinton in the late 1990s.

In the 1998 election, with impeachment looming for the charismatic president during a time of relative peace and prosperity, Gingrich’s House lost seats, leading him to resign his speakership post.

For his part, McCarthy has claimed to be acting in accord with the facts.

While explaining the impending impeachment last month, he noted that House Republicans have simply followed “where the information has taken us,” adding that the evidence “is rising to the level of impeachment inquiry, which provides Congress the strongest power to get the rest of the knowledge and information needed.”

DOJ Accused of Abetting Hunter Biden Cover-Up w/ Corrupted Special Counsel

(Mark Pellin, Headline USA) Mounting evidence produced by House Oversight Committee probes into alleged wholesale corruption, bribery schemes and influence peddling perpetrated by President Joe Biden and members of what has become known as Biden Crime Inc. forced Attorney General Merrick Garland into granting “special counsel” status to the prosecutor overseeing the investigation into Hunter Biden.

The decision to give U.S. Attorney David Weiss, who has been overseeing the alleged independent investigation into Hunter Biden’s alleged corruption schemes and tax crimes, was greeted by equal parts skepticism, derision and disgust from Republican lawmakers, who have consistently claimed that Weiss was being handled by the Biden DOJ to sidetrack any serious prosecution of the president’s embattled son.

The DOJ proclaimed that Weiss will be using his new “special counsel” super powers to run the “ongoing investigation” into Hunter Biden, “as well as for any other matters that arose or may arise from that investigation.”

“The fix is in,” Karoline Leavitt, spokeswoman for Make America Great Again Inc., said in a statement Friday after the DOJ made its announcement.

“David Weiss cut Hunter Biden an unprecedented plea deal that attempted to give Joe Biden’s corrupt son blanket immunity,” Leavitt said. “Now, Merrick Garland expects us to trust Weiss to be the Special Counsel that finally brings Hunter Biden to justice. Biden’s Justice Department will do whatever it takes to cover up the Biden Crime Family’s misdeeds.”

Garland claimed that as special counsel, Weis “will not be subject to the day-to-day supervision of any official of the Department, but he must comply with the regulations, procedures, and policies of the Department,” he said in Friday’s announcement.

Weiss was already helming the Hunter investigation when the president’s son received what was widely criticized as a “sweetheart” plea deal for his tax crimes. The judge handling the case last month scuttled the deal, with Hunter Biden subsequently pleading “not guilty” as the trial moves forward.

Rep. James Comer, the Kentucky Republican who chairs the House Oversight Committee, blasted the DOJ for its special counsel ploy and vowed that lawmakers will continue their own probes into Biden Crime Inc.

“This move by AG Garland is part of the Justice Department’s efforts to attempt a Biden family coverup in light of @GOPoversight’s mounting evidence of President Biden’s role in his family’s schemes selling ‘the brand’ for millions of dollars to foreign nationals,” Comer tweeted Friday.

“Let’s be clear what today’s move is really about. The Biden Justice Department is trying to stonewall congressional oversight as we have presented evidence to the American people about the Biden family’s corruption.”

Mich. GOP Chair Tells Charlie Kirk the State is ‘Ground Zero’ for ‘Globalist Takeover’

(Molly Bruns, Headline USA) Michigan Republican Party Chairwoman Kristina Karamo described how the Midwestern state has become “ground zero for the globalist take down of the United States,” in an interview with conservative commentator Charlie Kirk.

Karamo chronicled Michigan’s steadily worsening situation under far-left Gov. Gretchen Whitmer and her cronies, mentioning the several entities that “dump[ed] millions of dollars into our state” in order to take over the election system, the Post Millennial reported.

She expressed the belief that “systemic election corruption” would be the biggest block for the state to overcome.

However, Karamo was optimistic about Michigan’s chances, as the state’s Republican party managed to retake some control in recent years.

“As state chair, it’s important for me to educate people and provide them with the tools and resources on how to fight back, because just simply complaining isn’t going to cut it,” she said. “It’s not going to cut it at all just by complaining and being upset about what’s happening.”

Karamo also referenced the many ongoing election investigations within the state, including a recent bust revealing corruption in the western city of Muskegon, uncovering thousands of hand-delivered ballots, conveyed by a woman who was paid to “find unregistered voters and provide them with a form so they can get registered to vote or obtain their absentee ballot.”

Investigators discovered that the organization behind the nefarious undertaking was GBI Strategies. The group received over $1.5 million in funding by the Doug Jones for Senate campaign in 2018.

Karamo also explained that the presence of the World Economic Forum in Michigan has caused several problems.

According to Karamo, the state of Michigan gave the organization $3 million in taxpayer funds.

“So the World Economic Forum is not coming to Michigan and putting two offices in Michigan for no reason,” she said.

“They want to make Detroit the world’s first smart city,” she continued. “In addition to the fact in my county, Oakland County, we have an ESG compliance officer, where right on our county document, we have US logos, and they’re actively implementing UN agenda 2030.”

Karamo went on to explain that the state may be important to the globalist elites because of the easy access to fresh water and military advantage Michigan provides.

“This is not Republicans versus Democrats. This is Americans versus a globalist. Period, end of story,” Karamo concluded. “And that’s the fight we’re in, and this is why they have rigged our election, they’re trying to disarm us.”

Both Whitmer and Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson have ties to a George-Soros-funded training program to install leftist radicals in office and have relied on the backing of Soros and other oligarchs to bolster their political fortunes in the battleground state.

Calif. Dem. Announces End of Campaign over ‘Lack of Joy,’ Backtracks Soon After

(Molly Bruns, Headline USA) Democrat House candidate Aditya Pai announced he would back out of the race for the U.S. House seat in Orange County, California, reportedly due to “lack of joy” on the campaign trail.

However, hours later, Pai sent a subsequent announcement claiming he never intended to back out and the initial announcement had been a mistake, according to the Daily Wire.

Pai claimed the resigning message was only an emotion exercise, and was accidentally “sent by a now-former aide.”

“I wrote that letter as an emotional processing exercise after an exhausting glimpse into the political machine,” Pai said. “I sent it to some mentors and staff for perspective before getting back to work; it was never supposed to be shared.”

Despite Pai’s apparent “lack of joy” in the race, he explained in his secondary message that his “call to service—not politics—far outweighs the emotional weight” of the ongoing campaign.

“Rest assured: I am here to run, win, and serve you to the absolute best of my ability, come what may, and this has only strengthened my resolve to do so,” his message read.

Pai is running for California’s 45th district, currently represented by Republican Rep. Michelle Steel.

Pai left his career as a trial attorney to pursue the House seat. If he takes the seat he promised to fight corruption on Capitol Hill, work to codify Roe v. Wade, lower the cost of housing for California residents, boost small businesses and encourage illegal immigrants to move to the east coast.

Pai raised just over $139,000 on the trail, most of which came from a personal loan. Two other Democrat candidates in the race included UC Irvine Law graduate and TikTok influencer Cheyenne Hunt and Garden Grove Councilwoman Kim Bernice Nguyen, both of whom raised significantly more.

Steel, the incumbent candidate, raised more than $2 million.

California primaries take place in March 2024. Democrats planned to flip several seats in hopes of retaking control of the House.

New York Certifies Touchscreen Voting Despite Bipartisan Fears of Hacking Vulnerabilities

() New York election officials have certified controversial touchscreen voting machines for use in federal, state and local elections, despite warnings from watchdog groups on both the Left and Right that the devices are costly and flawed.

On Wednesday, the New York State Board of Elections voted to certify the new voting machine, ExpressVote XL, following a lengthy debate by the four-member panel. The move doesn’t mandate the use of the machines statewide, but it certifies their use by county election officials if they decide to use them for future elections.

The approval comes despite concerns by the left-wing Common Cause New York and other groups that the machines are “bad for the voters” because they don’t leave a verified paper trail and are potentially vulnerable to cyber-hacking.

Ahead of the vote, the groups wrote letters to elections officials urging them not to approve the “flawed” machines, which they said fail to meet the state’s cybersecurity standards.

“We believe each individual voter—and no one or nothing else—should have control of their own ballot throughout the process of voting,” the Let New York Vote Coalition wrote to the board. “As numerous election security experts have noted these machines are vulnerable and prone to error in a way that voter-marked paper ballots are not.”

Currently, all voting machines in New York use paper ballots filled out by hand by voters and fed into tallying machines located at polling stations across the state.

The touchscreen machines, made by the company Elections System and Software, allow voters to mark their ballot electronically instead of on the traditional voter-marked paper ballots.

State election officials say the machines—and two other touchscreen systems approved by the board this week—have gone through rigorous testing and were deemed safe.

In a 2020 report, Common Cause NY raised initial concerns about the voting systems, pointing to tests of the machines by cybersecurity experts that found numerous flaws and potential weaknesses that hackers could exploit.

The report also noted that Elections System and Software has spent $615,000 lobbying New York state officials over the last eight years, citing campaign finance filings.

Much of the money was spent on lobbying New York officials regarding the purchase of new voting machines, the group said.

The watchdog groups backed a proposal in the state Legislature that would have banned the use of so-called “all-in-one or hybrid voting machines like the EXpressVote XL, but the measure failed to pass before the end of the legislative session.

“Paper ballots marked by the voter is the election security gold standard,” Sarah Goff, the group’s deputy director, said in a statement. “We should not be spending taxpayer dollars on anything else.”

Disney Loses $512M in Q3 after Streaming Exodus

(Molly Bruns, Headline USA) Disney released their third quarter financials for 2023, revealing to the world that their streaming site lost hundreds of millions of dollars as subscribers continue to halt their memberships.

Over the course of those three months, Disney+ lost 146.1 million subscribers—a trend that shows no signs of reversing, according to the Post Millennial.

Not all segments of the streaming service faced equal impacts; Disney+ Hotstar—the Indian branch of the website—saw the greatest decline in membership with 24% loss. Users reportedly abandoned the platform after the company lost the rights to broadcast Indian Premier League cricket matches.

Despite the significant loss in streaming, the company’s overall revenue was up 4% to $22.33 billion.

“I believe three businesses will drive the greatest growth and value creation over the next five years,” said CEO Bob Iger in response to the depressing report. “They are our film studios, our parks business and streaming, all of which are inextricably linked to our brands and franchises.”

In response to the revenue loss, Disney will raise the price of Disney+ to $14 per month, offering a joint Disney+ and Hulu subscription option for $20 per month.

Disney also announced their intent to restrict password sharing, much like Netflix did earlier this year.

Iger continued to expect Disney’s parks to make the bulk of the company’s profits, with those outside of the U.S. performing particularly well.

Disneyland in Florida continued to see decline in attendance.

Several of the company’s summer movie releases were catastrophic failures as well, with Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny, The Little Mermaid and Elemental taking massive financial losses.

As a response to the losses, Disney laid off more than 7,000 employees last month.

Some suspect that diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives were to blame for the company’s recent losses.

However, change may be on the horizon after legal pressure Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis forced the ending of several of the policies practiced at the company’s Florida park.

“Our district will no longer participate in any attempt to divide us by race or advance the notion that we are not created equal,” said Glenton Gilzean, director of the Central Florida Tourism Oversight District. “The so-called diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives were advanced during the tenure of the previous board and they were illegal and simply unAmerican.”

Report: Hobbs Sought Censorship of Critical Social-Media Posts While Secretary of State

() Arizona Gov. Katie Hobbs, a Democrat, asked social media platforms to limit accounts criticizing posts she made during her tenure as secretary of state, overseeing the 2020 election and its highly contentious aftermath.

The requests came to light in emails obtained by Arizona Capitol Oversight, a new initiative to increase transparency and accountability in government through public records.

The group referenced a preliminary injunction made by a federal judge on July 4 saying that the federal government may have violated the First Amendment by asking platforms to “censor unfavorable views” when explaining the release of the emails from Hobbs and her state, which are government public record.

The bombshell comes as oral arguments commenced in a federal case, Missouri v. Biden, which accuses the Democrat president’s administration of likewise violating the constitutional rights of citizens by colluding with social media companies to censor valid viewpoints and political speech that was critical of their policies.

While most of the emails in the Arizona report were from Hobbs’s staff at the time, she  directly emailed Twitter at least once, in 2020, over a post she made in 2017 about supporters of former President Donald Trump.

“.@realDonaldTrump has made it abundantly clear he’s more interested in pandering to his neo-nazi base than being @POTUS for all Americans,” she tweeted on Aug. 15, 2017.

On Nov. 13, 2020, just days after Biden was unofficially declared the new president-elect, Hobbs emailed the platform and asked for assistance to the backlash from outraged Trump supporters who accused her of shenanigans in Maricopa County and elsewhere.

Arizona officials were under intense scrutiny due to Biden’s narrow margin of victory in the state, leading many to justifiably suspect elected officials of rigging the race.

“I am not sure I can provide the information you are asking for because I reported and then blocked multiple users at the same time,” she said. “The alt-right got a hold of a 3-year-old tweet on my account and have been sending harassing, abusive, and threatening tweets and direct messages for the last 2 days.”

However, the report notes that even though Hobbs used her government email address, the post was from her campaign account.

The Democrat’s staff also asked Facebook to take down a post made by Republican Kelly Townsend, a state representative and senator-elect at the time for “election-related misinformation.”

Townsend’s Nov. 12, 2020, post regarding the presidential election was not taken down by the platform. Instead, it has a tag at the bottom that states, “Both voting by mail and voting in person have a long history for trustworthiness in the U.S. Voter fraud is extremely rare across voting methods” and references the Bipartisan Policy Center as a source.

Many have since called into question Facebook’s fact-checking operations, however, noting that the company provides funding to the supposedly “independent” journalistic organizations, which then turn around and validate Facebook’s own left-wing political biases.

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg was singlehandedly responsible for promoting many of the dubious and controversial ballot drop-boxes that disproportionately benefitted blue areas in red-leaning battleground states, where he funneled hundreds of millions of dollars in “ZuckerBucks” to influence the outcome of the election.

Townsend’s post specifically references the aforementioned tweet Hobbs made about Trump:

“A three-year-old tweet, not isolated as the only example, of the now Arizona Secretary of State’s Twitter account cast Trump supporters as Neo-Nazis. This partisan rhetoric eroded any hope that the Secretary of State could approach Arizona’s elections in a non-partisan, non-biased manner,” the Republican wrote.

In addition, the report also mentions how the Secretary of State’s office under Hobbs also attempted to work with the Center for Internet Security in hopes of getting posts from the Arizona Republican Party taken down in the contentious period following the 2020 election.

The group argues that while many posts made about the election were concerning, it was problematic for a government office to ask for censorship as a matter of principle.

“These emails leave no doubt that Katie Hobbs abused her position of power in government,” said Brian Anderson, president of Arizona Capitol Oversight and previously a staffer for former Gov. Doug Ducey.

“She violated the First Amendment rights of people across Arizona in order to suppress valid criticism and prop up her 2022 gubernatorial campaign,” Anderson added. “It’s imperative that further investigations be initiated to shine a light on just how far Hobbs’s unconstitutional censorship campaign went—and whether it continues today.”

Hobbs’ office did not respond to a request for comment in time for publication.

Arizona Dems Lose Bid to Block No Labels as Manchin Teases Party Exit

(Headline USA) An Arizona judge has rejected the state Democratic Party’s lawsuit targeting the new No Labels Party, which many Democrats fear will boost former President Donald Trump’s bid to return to the White House.

The news coincided with an interview in which Sen. Joe Manchin, D-W.Va., who is seen as a possible frontrunner for the No Labels presidential nomination, dropped his biggest tease yet of a possible exit from the Democrat party where he has long been ostracized and taken for granted.

“I’ve been thinking about that for quite some time,” Manchin told a West Virginia radio host, according to the Daily Caller.

“I haven’t made any decisions whatsoever on any of my political direction. I want to make sure that my voice is truly an independent voice,” he added. “When I do speak, I want to be able to speak honestly about basically the extremes of the Democrat and Republican Party that’s harming our nation.”

The comment, although nuanced and noncommittal, marked a dramatic change from earlier speculation that he shot down unequivocally.

Meanwhile, the party likely to be his landing spot overcame one of its first major lawfare hurdles as Arizona Democrats viciously tried, yet again, to put their thumb on the scales of democracy.

Secretary of State Adrian Fontes properly recognized No Labels as a political party earlier this year, Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Katherine Cooper wrote in a decision dated Monday.

Cooper rejected Democratic claims that there were deficiencies in the paperwork No Labels filed but said she may allow Democrats to refile the lawsuit with new arguments.

“This is an important win for American democracy and a testament to the power of over 41,000 Arizona voters who signed to give No Labels ballot access in Arizona,” No Labels leaders Benjamin Chavis Jr. and Jay Nixon said in a statement.

No Labels says it is seeking ballot access in many states and will run a bipartisan “unity ticket” for president “if the two parties select unreasonably divisive presidential nominees.” Group leaders say they’ll stand down if there’s not a clear path to victory.

Democrats and anti-Trump Republicans worry a No Labels candidate couldn’t win but would tip the scales in favor of Trump or a Trump-like Republican given President Joe Biden’s considerable lack of popularity with independents and even some in his own party.

By contrast, Trump has only gained in his GOP standing and support as corrupt leftist prosecutors wage all-out legal warfare on him with a series of indictments designed to disrupt his campaign.

No Labels has also gained ballot access in states including Alaska, Colorado and Oregon, but the stakes are especially high in Arizona, a battleground state where Democratic Biden allegedly won in 2020 by a little over 10,000 votes, less than half a percentage point.

The outcome of that election remains a highly debated point of contention given the massive irregularities and perceived voter fraud orchestrated by then-Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, who is now the governor. An audit commissioned by the Arizona Senate showed a series of issues including discrepancies in mail-in ballots that amounted to thousands of unaccounted-for votes.

Biden also allegedly won two other states by less than one percentage point under equally dubious circumstances.

The Arizona Democratic Party has separately filed a complaint with the secretary of state’s office looking to force No Labels to disclose its donors or lose its status as a political party.

“We are, as always, evaluating all of our options and will continue to fight to protect Arizonans’ right to know who is bankrolling this organization as they inject themselves into our elections,” Morgan Dick, executive director of the Arizona Democratic Party, said in a text message.
